The Eric Metaxas Show - #222 - Rod Martin

Episode Date: October 14, 2026

Ilhan Omar's home has been raided, and Eric says that's "earth shattering" because "our side doesn't do this kind of stuff unless it's legit." Strategist Rod Martin..., author of the forthcoming Trump's New World Reorder, joins Eric to discuss what he says comes next, including a reported subpoena for Omar's sister over a USAID grant of about $20 million. Before that, Eric reacts to President Trump asking Kimberly Guilfoyle to step down as ambassador to Greece, and, as a proud Greek American, puts his own name forward for the job (and makes his case for returning the Elgin Marbles).Eric and Rod also take on the "nothing ever happens" crowd on the right, from Tucker Carlson to Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massie. They talk about Ken Paxton's election-fraud prosecutions in Texas, Rod's claims about Minnesota fraud money and Tim Walz, and why, Rod says, the midterms could come down to just four extra votes per precinct. Eric explains why, like John Adams after the Boston Massacre, justice has to be done by the book.Rod Martin's book Trump's New World Reorder releases October 20. Starting point is 00:00:00 Good morning, class. Hey there. It's a Wednesday, October 14th. So they tell me. And it's not morning where you are. I know that, but I'm recording this in the morning. And I got a lot to say here. First of all, Chris Heimes, I want to, I just want to say to you that before we talk about Ilhan Omar marrying her brother.
Starting point is 00:00:27 Yeah. I just want to be very clear. Yeah. what do you get somebody who's marrying their brother on the registry? Like that's a challenge. Before we get into that, I want to be clear that Suzanne, my wife, and I, we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary two days ago. I mentioned it yesterday. And Suzanne did not marry her brother.
Starting point is 00:00:49 But to be clear, her brother is my brother-in-law. So guilty is charged, okay? Yeah. I married someone whose brothers, actually, to be, if I'm going to come clean, there are two of them. And even though I didn't marry them, they did marry other people who are my sisters in law. I know that sounds creepy, but it's true. So, and Suzanne's sister, this is getting really weird. I hope I'm not losing some of our faith-based audience,
Starting point is 00:01:31 but Suzanne's sister married her husband, and so he is my, listen, I want to come clean on this. He is my brother-in-law, okay? And I'm not going to hide from that. I'm not going to lie to my audience. We've built up trust over the years. These are facts. You can look them up. And I'm not ashamed of anything that I have done.
Starting point is 00:01:56 It's only made me stronger. Wow. I'm really proud of you, Eric, for coming clean. It's kind of like the beginning of the Brady bunch where all the siblings are looking at each other and then if they were to get married. I mean, listen, I, you know, even though I wouldn't marry a sibling, I want to be clear that.
Starting point is 00:02:29 My wife has siblings, and they have actually, they have married. And they are brothers-in-law. Again, I'm not going to run from that. That's my record. And I have a sister-in-law, sisters-in-law. This is just, it's in the public record, and why should I hide from it? You know what I'm saying? People can look it up.
Starting point is 00:02:51 I've heard a rumor mill is that on their birthdays, which they haven't changed, they have received free donuts and done it's possible you know what anything is on the table right now okay I'm not going to take anything off the table but I also want to say that I think we're going to be talking to Rod Martin in a minute
Starting point is 00:03:12 now by the way if you haven't yet bought his book what's wrong with you hey Rod Martin please pre-order his book folks please it's called Trump's New World Reorder we don't have time to get into to what you please please you need to know uh the facts okay but wait so there was a lot of
Starting point is 00:03:34 news yesterday and the ilhan omar news we're going to eventually find out what's under the turban and i got to tell you i don't want to know but uh we're going to find out we're going to look under the turban we're going to see what has been hidden there um and i also think we have to talk about Kimberly Gilfoyle. As a Greek American, well, I don't know, where do we go with this? I have to say it must make the president very upset to have somebody embarrass him in this way
Starting point is 00:04:15 and for him to ask her to resign. That's heavy. That is really, really heavy. But I want to put myself forward, as the next ambassador to Greece. The president may not even know that I'm Greek. He may not know my relationship with the country. We call Greece and elada, but there de Betheni.
Starting point is 00:04:40 But I want to put myself forward as the ambassador to Greece. Now, as with most things, I'm only half kidding. I was thinking about this yesterday. and a friend of mine. I had the same thought, Eric. I mean, I feel like it's a wasted opportunity. You would do so well as an ambassador. You'd be hosting parties.
Starting point is 00:05:00 You'd be fishing with people. Honestly, the fact is that, you know, I can understand Greek and speak it a little bit so I can get by. I also am Greek. I mean, you know, again, we're not making this up. My dad got off the boat in 1955. I grew up in the Greek Orthodox Church, went to Greek Orthodox parochial school. went to Greek school on the week. Oh man, Greek school.
Starting point is 00:05:27 But I, my love for Greece, oh my gosh, I love the people. I love the country. It's kind of funny and it's increased with the passing of my dad. Like, oh my gosh, I just love it there. And I wish I could spend, you know, five months a year there or three months or something like that. It would just, oh, my goodness, I want to do that. But anyway, so I put my name forward.
Starting point is 00:05:52 I'm throwing my name into the ring. President Trump, if you get this message, I just want you to know I'm open to considering this. I can't say that I would accept it because I don't know what's involved. All I know is I love Greece. And actually, this is true. For the longest time, I have thought that America needs to have a much, much stronger relationship with Greece.
Starting point is 00:06:15 I think we need to advocate for returning the Elgin marbles to Greece. to Greece. This is really serious. They need to be returned by Great Britain. They need to be returned. This is the right thing. I'm not one of these people
Starting point is 00:06:29 that, you know, it's not an indigenous people, blah, blah, blah. No, no, no. There's no end to that. But the Elgin marbles, oh my goodness, they must be returned to Athens.
Starting point is 00:06:38 So I would advocate for that gingerly. You know, I don't want an international incident. But the fact, I could put some of them in my diplomatic pouch because if I would have immunity. So you're saying, Greece has lost their marbles?
Starting point is 00:06:52 Are you saying the Greece has lost their marbles? No, their marbles were stolen by Lord Elgin, who's a bomb, basically. He made a deal with the Turks. Not a good thing. Not a good look for you, King Charles. I'm talking to you. Not a good look for you. And by the way, we, so, so, yeah, no, the thing with Kimberly Guilford, I find it,
Starting point is 00:07:15 I always find President Trump hilarious. Like yesterday, he was asked something about. Like wasn't Kimberly Gilfell Berkeley a member of your family? Which is almost true because she was, you know, engaged for four years, whatever the heck. What is the four year engagement, ladies and gentlemen? Can somebody explain that to me? I don't think I want to talk about that. This is a family program.
Starting point is 00:07:37 But, but he says, I believe she dated my son briefly a long time ago. Like, it's just hilarious. It's everything he says, funny. I mean, even whether it's, whether it's. true half true joking he's just brilliantly funny when he says these things is just unbelievable
Starting point is 00:07:56 but I was not pleased when I heard that she was the ambassador to Greece it just struck me I'm not a fan I don't know Kimberly Yofo but I'm not been a fan of the way she presents herself
Starting point is 00:08:10 and then to hear this stuff it's just not good it's not right we need to have a strong relationship with Greece for many reasons I won't go into it here but in all seriousness we should It's a very natural alliance. And there's so many Greek Americans, oh, my goodness, that they just love the mother country.
Starting point is 00:08:29 And we have cultural. I mean, Rubio's speech was amazing. We haven't talked about that on this program. We should, at some point, talk about that on this program. And my friend, Joe LaCante, wrote something about the speech in National Review, with which I disagreed, actually. I thought it was a peevish take, Joe, a peevish take. And he and I can talk about that in person. I thought he was mistaken.
Starting point is 00:08:53 But it doesn't matter. The speech was just amazing. And our relationship and our debt to Greece to that civilization is infinite. So, yes, I think President Trump should consider me. And we could do your podcast from Greece. It would be great. Sure, we could. But Ilhan Omar, to go back to that,
Starting point is 00:09:20 I don't know why people say she should be deported. I don't want her deported. I want her put in jail. Why let her skate? If she has done half of what she seems to have done, she's going to jail. When you do that kind of thing in America, when you steal, you know, stealing is illegal in America.
Starting point is 00:09:43 I don't know about Somalia, but in America stealing, we consider that illegal. If you're not allowed to steal. When you steal from taxpayers, oh, that's really bad, really bad. So this is, you know, the FAAFO doctrine of President Trump. I really think that this is, it's just astonishing that the arrogance of people to think that they could get away with this level of corruption. Anyway, we're going to see, we're going to see, I don't have any doubt that she's a horrible
Starting point is 00:10:12 person, a wicked person. whether there are crimes that can be proved. But if they can, this is just the beginning of what lies ahead. This is a very, very big deal. Okay, we're going to have to go to our guest. I want to be clear again. I did not marry anybody's brother. And I'm going to stick with that.
Starting point is 00:10:31 That's my story. And you can look it up and we'll be right back. One thing that's been driving me nuts on the right are all the grifters. People who call themselves patriots and Christians while being anything. But this is why I'm so happy to part. with a company that actually lives by their words, Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile are real Patriots. They're also unashamed to proclaim that they are Christians. They've been standing on the front lines fighting for freedom long before all these frauds popped out of the woodwork,
Starting point is 00:10:58 cosplaying conservatism. They don't just deliver top-tier wireless service. They are activists like me who truly care about our country and put themselves on the front lines. Patriot Mobile offers higher priority premium 5G coverage on any of the three major U.S. networks giving you the same or better coverage than your current carrier. In case you didn't know, all the cell phone towers are owned by three companies. The difference is whether you have priority access and what happens with your money after you pay the bill. That means fast speeds and dependable nationwide coverage backed by 100% U.S.-based customer support. Paterment Mobile also offers unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, free international calling to more than 200 countries and more. Plus, with
Starting point is 00:11:41 their simple, seamless activation, you can switch in minutes. Keep your number, keep your phone, or upgrade. Join me in supporting real patriots who love our country and our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. That's patriotmobile.com slash metaxis. Patriotmobile.com slash metaxis or call 972 Patriot. That's 972 Patriot. Hey, the folks.
Starting point is 00:12:03 Welcome back. Okay, here he is the man of the hour, the man of the day, the man of the week, the man of the month, the man whose book is coming out, days from now, six days from where I sit. Rod Martin, welcome. So good to be here. I want to talk to you about the news of the day. I want to talk to you about the woman in the turban who may have committed fraud to the tune of millions of dollars, who may, who may have committed fraud, who may have married siblings.
Starting point is 00:12:36 We don't know. I want to talk to you about that. But I want to say, again, congratulations on the book. It's getting a lot of attention. The endorsements on this book, Trump's New World Reorder, you've gotten the most amazing endorsements from people, from Governor Huckabee, from, I can't remember the one that I read yesterday. I thought, holy cow, who else has endorsed this book that we should know about? Well, I think the most important person by far is Eric Mataxis.
Starting point is 00:13:05 He's really an impressive guy. Other than Eric Metaxus, other than Eric Metaxis. I think John Solomon's endorsement is incredible. Richard Vigory, who is widely known to be the funding father of the conservative movement. You know, guys like Fred Flights, who was chief of staff of the National Security Council, this is a book that's pretty foreign policy heavy. It's not all about foreign policy at all, but it has a lot of foreign policy in it. And you've got former CIA analysts,
Starting point is 00:13:37 praising this book, former chief of staff of the National Security Council praising this book. You've got just some incredible people. Charles Payne over at Fox Business. It's an incredible group. Yeah, Charles Payne at Fox Business. There are other names that would be more well known. You're citing people that are not household names, but are very, very important people. It's kind of amazing that you have these relationships with these folks. Well, the book, it's already doing well on Amazon, even though it hasn't even come out yet, October 20th, so it comes out. But folks, if you can pre-order the copy, very important to pre-order the copy of Trump's New World Reorder. And I know that we're trying to get copies to the president. I don't know
Starting point is 00:14:24 if they're already there. I got to circle back with that. The publisher was supposed to get them there. They should be there. So I'm going to circle back on that because if anybody needs to know about the book, it's President Trump. And I've been in contact with his office. on that. So I want to talk to you about the news of the day. Yesterday, I was, was it yesterday? Yes. Yes, it was yesterday that I, you know, I'd heard some news, but then, you know, the idea that Ilhan Omar's home was in fact raided. This is, this is so earth-shattering. And because, folks, why is it earth shattering? It's earth shattering because our side doesn't do this kind of stuff unless it's legit.
Starting point is 00:15:12 We're not like the genuinely weaponized monsters, the corrupt monsters of the Biden administration or the so-called Biden administration who are a joke. These are wicked anti-American people who hate this country and who hate people who love this country and who will go after people like my friend Roger Stone. they're just vicious monsters who would raid Marlago do anything. Our side doesn't do that. So if our side raids the home of a congresswoman, you can bet your bottom dollar kids that there is something there.
Starting point is 00:15:52 They're not looking for trouble. They're there to do what is right. And I still can't believe that this happened. Because Rod, the subtext, so many of them, of us have been hoping and praying, actually praying, not talking about praying like a lot of people do, actually praying that justice would be served, that the corruption would be exposed, that the fraud would be exposed. But there are a lot of black pill people out there, a lot of cynical people who are no friends of mine who say, nothing's never going to happen, nothing
Starting point is 00:16:23 ever happens, whatever. That's what we in the Christian world call a negative confession. You're like praising the devil when you say this over and over and over again. Nothing will ever happen. nothing will ever happen. Folks, by the grace of God, something will happen. By the grace of God, things are happening. And our job is to pray and to do whatever we can. But to be negative, negative, negative is feeding the darkness. So if you're one of those people, cut it out yesterday. So what happened? No matter how you slice it, this is huge news. So what is your sense, Rod Martin, author of Trump's New World Reorder, of what it is that is actually happening with this staggering situation. Well, first, since you mentioned our friend Roger Stone, he's also a prominent
Starting point is 00:17:14 endorser of the book, along with David Limbaugh and George Gilder and great people like that. Aha, you finally come out with this. When were you going to tell us this? I have to like prod. Roger Stone, David Limbaugh, George Gilder. There's nobody more amazing than George Gilder. Wow. That's a true. Congratulations to you. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:33 Well, and look, Roger was unjustly prosecuted, and you're exactly right that our team doesn't play that game. We actually build a case. And even if, you know, not necessarily because we're wonderful people, I think many on our team aren't, but they know that they're going to get bounced out of court if they don't nail the case. You don't get to make a criminal. case against somebody just on fields. I don't care how much cancel culture thinks it can in the real world you actually have to make your case. And that's why O.J. Simpson got off. Not because,
Starting point is 00:18:13 not because the system was rigged for O.J. or whatever. No, the prosecution failed to make its case. The Trump administration doesn't want to bring cases it can't win. And so it has plottingly, methodically done the hard work of justice, which is what the Department of Justice is supposed to do. So, guess, the Ilhan Omar thing is really quite remarkable. We have a statement from Todd Blanch, the new attorney general, just not many days ago, in which he's pretty clear that they think they have the goods on her committing immigration fraud. That would result in her having her citizenship stripped and she gets shipped out of Congress to see. Somalia. That's kind of a big deal. I don't know of any case in history where a
Starting point is 00:19:03 I think I said this. I think I said this before you came on. I can't remember when I said what, but I would I would prefer that that she would go to jail in the United States of America than be deported, actually. I don't know if that can happen or whatever, but the idea that she could be deported, it almost seems like she gets to skate that she's going to go and, you know, be able to be corrupt, more successfully corrupt in a place like Somalia. But that's another story. Go ahead. Well, if we're, if we are stupid and elect a Democrat to follow Trump, he'll just pardon her. So we don't, I'd kind of prefer she goes and does her feminist stick in Somalia and sees what happens to people who do that. But regardless, I'm with you. Justice needs to be done here. pretty clear what she did. But it's more than that. This morning, Ilhan Omar's sister got subpoenaed on tens of millions of dollars of USAID fraud, which certainly puts in perspective, Ilhan Omar's just almost irrational defense of USAID early last year when the Trump administration just
Starting point is 00:20:20 shuttered it. It turned out USAID was about 90% Democrat slush fund to run color revolutions around the world to influence the outcome of elections across Latin America. And oh yes, let us not forget, forcibly sterilized 300,000 native women in Peru. Are you kidding me? We did. Okay, we cannot Words cannot do justice to the level of evil and corruption we're talking about. Folks, I want to be clear. Sometimes we need to kind of look at something and really see what we're talking about. Like a lot of times people would say like, well, this is like Watergate. What we are talking about, the corruption on the left in America, it is like a dot compared to an ocean for Watergate.
Starting point is 00:21:10 Watergate is nothing, nothing, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny thing compared to the level of wickedness and corruption we're talking about. This is just one part of it. But a slush fund, this is your tax dollars. You work. You pay taxes. There are all kinds of people across this country. It's a struggle for them, as it is for me, to pay taxes.
Starting point is 00:21:34 You pay your taxes, and then they corruptly take that money and use it against you, use it against God's purposes, against the Constitution. this is the worst kind of corruption and the Dems have been involved in this. And so at the heart of it is this woman, Ilhan Omar, and you just said today, her sister. So this is a family operation of corruption. Now, so give us the details on this. You said tens of millions of dollars. Yeah, it appears, and I don't have all of the details for you, but it appears that Ilhan Omar's sister.
Starting point is 00:22:13 got a grant of about $20 million from USAID, which is now under serious suspicion of just having been just money laundering. And so they are actively going after that. But it's very clear from what Todd Blanche has said that Ilhan Omar has her own separate problems. So the raid yesterday on Omar's house, you know, people are like, oh, well, you know, she had time to hide the evidence. Well, they always have time to hide the evidence. So what? I mean, that's what law enforcement does. They go and try to recreate paper trails where the criminals have done their best to hide them. But the bigger point for Ilhan Omar is she can't hide her DNA. She can't hide her brother's DNA. And that's where that one's really going. So again, you know, I just touched on and you talked
Starting point is 00:23:08 brilliantly a moment ago about the black pillars in our own ranks. This just represents a degree of childishness of our current age that boggles my mind. This idea that you can dig as deep a hole for the country as is imaginable over a period of not just years, but decades. And all of a sudden, if Donald Trump doesn't give you 100% of everything you want, in 18 months, well, I'm just going to, I'm just going to throw up my hands. I'm not going to vote. I'm not going to vote. I'm going to vote for Marjorie Taylor Green and Thomas Massey and Tucker Carlson. Talk about the black pillars. What babies they are. What's childish, what immature
Starting point is 00:23:56 individuals they are. It's just, it is amazing, actually. Well, anyway, go ahead. It's the reasoning of a three-year-old. It's, I didn't get everything I want right now, so everything's terrible. And that's just absurd. We have this grand conspiracy investigation going on in the Southern District of Florida. That grand jury, that impaneled grand jury that has now been working for over a year, has already taken testimony from hundreds of witnesses, and including people like Jim Comey and James Clapper and so forth. The top people are not being left out. And, And Tulsi Gabbard couldn't have been clearer about that. The real target of that investigation is ultimately Barack Obama.
Starting point is 00:24:43 I don't know how you go small, bigger than that. And on all these different things, we're seeing real progress. We're seeing real welfare fraudsters go to prison. We are also seeing coordinated action on the state level, and I really want to hand it to Ken Paxton, who I still believe is going to win that Texas Senate race. Ken Paxton as Attorney General down there, has gone after the election fraud that is state criminal activity, not primarily federal. And our states have to do that. It's not just the DOJ and its limited resources.
Starting point is 00:25:20 Our red states have to go after these guys too. And needless to say, there's not as much election fraud in the red states, but there's some. And Ken Paxton's team just sent 12 public officials to prison for election fraud. Okay, see, I didn't know that. Hey, hey, black pillars, will that shut you up? That's a big deal in Texas. And by the way, let's be clear. We should have zero tolerance for election fraud.
Starting point is 00:25:50 Zero. Zero. Zero. It is one of the most wicked things in the world that in a free country where patriots have bled and died, suffered and died so that we could vote, we could be free, we could elect our representatives. election fraud is the enemy of those dead soldiers, folks. You got to understand what you're dealing with here.
Starting point is 00:26:10 If you don't care about this, you are complicit with evil in our time. And so the fact that Ken Paxton has been a hero on this. And if you are in Texas and you're not advocating for Ken Paxton, I don't know what is wrong with you. His wife, you know, from whom he's, I would say, estranged, she has said you should vote. vote for Ken Paxton. Okay? So she's a patriot. She understands. This is not about, you know, do you like him? This is, are you going to let your state and your country go to hell because you don't want to vote for somebody because you have some issues with him? I've got issues with everyone I've ever voted for, but you better get serious. You better get serious. I mean, this is amazing.
Starting point is 00:26:55 So that is good news. I was not aware of that, that Ken Paxton has been successful in that. Well, it really is. And our black pillar friends will immediately pivot. It doesn't matter what you tell them. Well, but people are struggling. Well, but okay, gas is actually lower than it was under Biden. You don't even know what they're struggling is. They don't know what struggling is. They don't know what it is. They can't define it. But they're going to, but they will find out. I think they, you know, if somebody like Colorado is elected, if the evil continues, you'll find out what suffering is. But go ahead. But the bigger point is we just got the. annual census data on poverty in America. Poverty after 18 months of Donald Trump is at its lowest rate in American history. Lowest poverty rate in history. Oh, wait, there's more. Inflation, adjusted median income, highest in history? Okay, yes, there are always people who are struggling. that 10% of the population that's in poverty is certainly struggling, but there are fewer of them than ever before in all of time.
Starting point is 00:28:05 And so, you know, thing after thing, but then, you know, you say that, and they'll just pivot to something else. And it's time we grow up. It's time we understand. None of this happens instantly. Donald Trump doesn't have a magic wand, but he's actually used what looks pretty much like one. He's gotten more done in 18 months.
Starting point is 00:28:25 than anybody ever got done in a four-year term before him, even FDR. Nobody has ever achieved all the different things on all the different fronts that Donald Trump has. And the belly aching is just immaturity. So the good news in that is that we've got about 20 House races that are going to decide control of Congress. I think we're looking really good in the Senate. We can talk about that if you want to. but on the House side, it really boils down to about 20 competitive races where if we turn out
Starting point is 00:29:00 a thousand extra votes each, we win. Midterms are low turnout elections. Most people don't show up. You had a from 20 to 22, you had a 20 percent drop-off, a 20-point drop-off, I should say, a one-third drop-off in the number of people who participated in the election. And if we turn out a thousand more people. In 20 races, we win. So guess what? That works out to four extra votes per precinct. Every last one of us can put four people in our car and take them to the polls. This is not rocket sides. And the childishness of waiting for Donald Trump to just magically make it all work shows that people have become sheep, not citizens. We as citizens have a civic responsibility to take our futures into our hands and to build the country we want. And that starts
Starting point is 00:29:57 with taking people to the polls. This is not rocket science. This is not a hard concept. And it is totally in our power to win this election. Hello, everyone. We're back. Starting point is 00:31:06 Well, I got to go back to what were we talking about a few minutes ago, the Black Pillars, you know, who basically, they're always negative and nothing's happening fast enough and they want justice now. hey, I want justice now, but you have to go through the proper channels. You have to do it right. And the fact is, if you don't, you know, we're going to have lynching in America, right? You've got to do things right. We do things by the book.
Starting point is 00:31:33 And we trust God. And this is why Washington was so great and John Adams was so great. They said, we believe if we do the right thing, if we trust God, God will be with us. We don't need to trust in the old. arm of the flesh, as Christians put it. We can trust God. We're going to do the right thing. So I think about, you know, in my book on The Revolution, I write about this moment after the Boston massacre where John Adams, God bless John Adams, where he decides to defend the British soldiers. Now, folks, think about this. He basically says, we have to go by the book. We, if we're going
Starting point is 00:32:12 to be a nation of laws, we've got to be a nation of laws. It's not enough that we hate them and that we want them to lose and we want them to be punished. We have to go by the book. Now, when you do that, God will bless you. And so John Adams, heroically, even though he's on the side of the Sons of Liberty, he says, we have to show the other side, we have to show the British, that we go by the book, that we don't just do what we need to do to get the results we want. Now, if that's your attitude, folks, you've lost the thread and you've become part of the problem. We have to go by the book and things sometimes don't work out the way we want, but they will in the end work out far better if we do the right thing and we trust God. And in this case, I can't even imagine when, you know,
Starting point is 00:33:02 when you talk right about what's going on in the southern part of Florida and the testimonies, that's not in the news. They can't talk about that. But something is going on. Things are moving along. It's a battle. You could pray for your country, folks, because we want this stuff to come out. And I really do have faith that in the end, if we do the right thing, God has not allowed Donald Trump to miss a bullet killing him. And God has not allowed us to reelect him for nothing. I don't believe that. If you believe that, I think your thinking is sloppy. Because to me, it's pretty clear that we are on a path to undo the evil that has been done over decades. Again, Rod, you said it's decades of corruption.
Starting point is 00:33:51 The corruption of the Democrats, it is so foul, it is so amazing to me, how ugly it is. And listen, when there's corruption on our side, it needs to face justice as well. There are plenty of Republicans and plenty people that have been around the Trump administration. they deserve their day in court. They deserve to be thrown out of office or to be vilified. When I hear about Kimberly Guilfoy, I don't know the facts, but I'll tell you, for President Trump to ask her to step down, that is a big deal. We cannot be allied with people who don't understand what we're talking about here.
Starting point is 00:34:28 If you're just in it to get something for yourself, if you don't love this country, if you don't love the God who gave us this country, you're not going to be an asset. And so I think we've got a clean house. And anybody, whether it's Christenom or Kimberly Gilfoyler, anybody where there's something that doesn't look right, we can't afford that. We've got to be buttoned up.
Starting point is 00:34:54 We've got to fly right. This is an important time for us to get it right. And I say this just because everywhere I go talking about my book on the Revolution, that's the story of the revolution that these men said we will not stoop to what the other side did we will not stoop to the barbarity of the british we will do what is right and we will trust god to be with us because we know he's real we know he's called us to this battle we know he's with us if we do the right thing if we don't have enough americans that are on that page we will not win and so that's i just want to clarify that because there's so many times people are just
Starting point is 00:35:32 Like, you know, I just want us to win. Folks, you've got to win the right way. You've got to play fair. Even if the other side doesn't play fair, you've got to do what is right. And so that's kind of what we're dealing with right now. And what happens with Ilhan Omar and company, I mean, where do you see this possibly going, Rod? Because this is, again, this is big.
Starting point is 00:35:52 This is a congresswoman from one of the most corrupt states in this country right now. I mean, when we think of what went on there up in Minnesota, it's, it's, it's a It's almost unbelievable, but you've got corrupt people like Tim Walts. We haven't heard from him lately. What do you think is going on up there? What do you think is happening? Well, an awful lot. Tim Walts is quiet for a very good reason.
Starting point is 00:36:18 Even the Democrats know he's cooked. And they don't want to be charred and feathered with what's coming for him. The state of Minnesota was clearly up to its eyeballs in billions of dollars of fraud. it has now been established that the Minnesota taxpayer and with them all of the American taxpayers around the country whose money went to Minnesota turned out to be the number one funder of al-Shabaab, which is the Al-Qaeda affiliate in Somalia. Why was any American welfare money going to Somalia at all, much less to a terrorist group? And all of this has been going on, shockingly openly, for quite a while.
Starting point is 00:37:07 Now, having said that, these people aren't stupid. They're covering their tracks. You're going to have a hard time showing, remember the standard, beyond a reasonable doubt that any particular one of these people did a specific thing. That's why it takes time. That's why it takes care. We have a standard in this country. And look, I completely affirm.
Starting point is 00:37:31 everything you just said. I would add to it that one of our moral principles is that you actually are innocent until proven guilty. Now, I can have my opinion. I think Ilhan Omar's guilty is sin. I don't think there's any question about that. That's not the point. From a legal point of view, it is essential that we treat her as though she were innocent until and unless we can show a jury of her peers beyond a reasonable doubt that she really did this stuff. And that's what they're working to do. Now, that's very difficult in some parts of the United States now. If you're a Republican and you get indicted in Washington, D.C., you are for sure going to prison. And if you are a Democrat and you get indicted in Washington, D.C., you are for sure going to walk. But you're never going to get
Starting point is 00:38:24 indicted in the first place. It just won't happen. There is no. way to have a fair trial on anything that is vaguely politically tinged in the District of Columbia and increasingly Northern Virginia either. So that's another problem. You've got to get venues somewhere where you can actually have a fair trial. That's why this thing in the Southern District of Florida is so important. That's not a slam dunk for Republicans, not by any stretch of the imagination, but it is a 50-50 thing. If you impanel a jury in the Southern District of Florida, either side could win. That's really all we're asking for from our justice system. So, yes, it's not just moral right and wrong. It's also procedural right and wrong.
Starting point is 00:39:12 And we have to follow it both because it's the moral thing to do and also because we're going to lose if we don't. It turns out that doing things the right way actually matters in the practical world as well. And so, you know, this administration's being very, very careful about that. It's making tremendous progress. And did I mention all that other stuff? Lowest poverty rate in American history. Highest inflation-adjusted median income in American history. You know, we are shipping more oil and gas than anybody ever imagined possible,
Starting point is 00:39:47 three times as much oil almost as we were in 2008 when they told us it was all about to dry up and we'd all have to drive an EV within 10 years. You know, all these things have happened in spite of Democrat corruption, which didn't begin in 2008, but certainly went on steroids in 2008. And from that point on, including the four years of the first Trump administration, because the deep state was working against Trump every day of every week, half of his cabinet was working against him. those guys had 16 years to dig the hole, and we're expecting this guy to completely fill the hole
Starting point is 00:40:28 and build above it in 16 months? I mean, it's just insane. So we need to do our part. We need to put those four voters in our cars and drive them to the polls, and we need to win this and actually create a new era that is rooted in the Constitution and the rule of law and real justice and doesn't allow the Minnesota taxpayer to be the number one funder of a terrorist group. Well, I want to say that we're on the right path, folks. We are on, if we stay the course, by the grace of God, we have President Donald Trump leading us. And this is why anytime anybody criticizes Trump, my first instinct is to tell them, please shut up.
Starting point is 00:41:14 Because if you think that under Kamala Harris, we would be doing. an okay, or if you think, if we listen to the wisdom of Tucker Carlson or any of the lunatics that are speaking against Trump, this is the man who is leading us, and we need to get behind him. And do I need to say it? I guess I do. The mainstream media is at war with the truth and at war with this administration. They will not report anything positive about this administration. So all the stuff that you read in Rod Martin's book
Starting point is 00:41:51 and that you hear about on this program, you do not hear this. You do not hear this. You have to read Trump's New World Reorder to find out what's been going on because journalists aren't doing their job. Fox News barely does it. Newsmax is great,
Starting point is 00:42:06 but we are surrounded by media institutions that will not report the truth. CNN is not right down. the line maybe in a couple of years with their new ownership. They'll straighten up and fly right and give us something like actual news, maybe. But I have to say that this is part of the problem, Rod, is that all the good news that you share on this program, not that many people listen to this program compared to ABC, NBC, CNN, you know, MS now.
Starting point is 00:42:42 There's just a juggernaut of negativity that comes out there. And most Americans just never hear this stuff. I don't know if I could, you know, pay money so that more people could listen to this program, I would do it. I don't know how to get the word out, but we've got to get the word out about what's going on, which is why I say to people, please get a copy of Trump's New World Reorder, ASAP. We got to get the word out because there's a lot of good news, but you're not going to be hearing it for most of the places that you're probably getting news from or that are just, it's in the oxygen, all the negativity.
Starting point is 00:43:15 I mean, the fact that we're talking about gas prices and diesel prices, when we have all this other stuff going on, I, you know, I hardly know what to say. We've just got three minutes left. Final, final thoughts, Rod Martin. Well, I think this has been an incredible administration. I think the president came to play. I mean, he spent four years in exile. He spent every moment of that that he wasn't defending himself from unjust prosecutions. all of which failed, you'll note. Every minute of that that he had free to not get shot at or whatever, he spent plotting out every moment of this four-year term. And it's just painfully clear how amazing this is going from $18 trillion of new investment,
Starting point is 00:44:06 all these new factories, new shipyards, new space development, new everything, Everywhere you look, there is job growth in the United States. Good middle-class jobs that you didn't have to go get a gender studies degree to make money at and no more of the untold giveaway to free-loading allies. This is a tremendously successful administration. We need to actually give it the tools to finish the job and then elect someone to carry it on in 28. because what we're doing is creating a new epic.
Starting point is 00:44:47 We had the FDR epic for about 90 years of unconstitutional, unelected, unaccountable, unfarable government, and multilateral Lilliputians tearing down the American gulliver. And Donald Trump is upending all of that. That is worthy of our support. So yeah, everybody should go to rodmartin.org
Starting point is 00:45:10 and buy a copy of Trump's New World Reorder. You can find it on Amazon and lots of other places. And, you know, let's get on the team. There's a chance to make a new and better world and we're doing it. Well, yeah, I want to say, folks, be of good cheer. God is at work. There's no doubt in my mind about that. Absolutely no doubt in my mind.
Starting point is 00:45:36 Is it difficult? Do we have to have faith in the midst of this? But feel free to pray. God hears our prayers. pray for this nation every day, pray for this president, pray that the corruption be exposed, pray that justice be brought. Pray those prayers. I know God will answer those prayers.
Starting point is 00:45:54 I know he's already answering the prayers of the saints over the years and the decades. God bless America. God bless this president. God bless you, Rod Martin. God bless this book, Trump's New World Reorder. Folks, there are great things happening. Be of good cheer. God bless you.
Starting point is 00:46:10 Thank you, Rod Martin. Thank you. When we look at the headlines coming out of Iran and Israel right now, the fog of war is real. It's hard to know whom to trust.
