Hey there, folks.
Welcome to the program.
You can tell by my sporty look that I'm not in our Manhattan, New York City studio.
Where am I, you're asking?
I'm in Nashville.
I've been here for a number of things.
So it's a special Nashville edition.
And I was going to wear coveralls.
But I decided to put on an I-Zod pullover in.
That's as close as I'm going to get to cover rolls today.
Has my guest today, Kelly Walker.
First of all, Kelly, welcome the program.
Thank you, Eric, and welcome to Hicksville down from New York here, apparently.
I love Nashville.
I love country music.
I don't talk about it much, but I just do.
And I used to watch He-Ha as a child.
Big fan.
I remember that.
But you, what are we talking about today?
I mean, I want to talk to you about a number of things, but where do you want to start?
Sure.
Well, I wanted to talk about the ongoing quest.
Let's keep Kelly, by the way.
Hold on a second, Kelly.
Okay.
Hang on.
I look really yellow.
I need to fix my colors.
You look fine.
You look fine. You're good.
You look fine.
I swear I'm not jaundiced.
Go ahead.
Go ahead.
Joseph Biden. And I want to tell you about a visit I had to the DOJ on January of 20, gosh, January 23rd of this year and how that pertends what we might expect to see from the DOJ.
Okay. For my audience, that doesn't know you, you were singled out and persecuted by the Biden Department of Injustice in the kind of way that's, you know you were singled out and persecuted by the Biden Department of Injustice in the kind of way that.
just, I mean, I get so angry even thinking that this was happening in our country. So you have been
heroic and standing up to, you know, the persecution of citizens by our own government. That was
happening under Biden. Of course, they're accusing Trump of doing it, which is total nonsense.
But so you recently visited the DOJ yourself now under the Trump administration. And what did you
discover, Kelly? Yeah, and Eric, thank you for being here all along that journey. You've had me on
several times. And I play, send clips from your show.
to people all the time to kind of inform them of the issue. But yes, I was targeted as probably
parent, number one, in the demonization of parents' so-called domestic terrorists. And I thought at
the time it was local persecution or even state, but I found out that it was federally guided. So,
you know, skipping a lot of details, this is why we have had the weaponization working group with
Ed Martin appointed by President Trump. It's why we've had executive orders saying that this needs to be
fixed. So the federal culpability in this is very well established. So the question I've had is what's going
on in the DOJ today? Are they pursuing justice for these people? Are they pursuing, are they basically
falling in line with the president's EOs and the will of the people? And the sad answer that I've gotten is,
no, no, they're not. And I think that's a big deal, Kelly, because a lot of people have been wondering
what's going on with Pam Bondi.
Is it because of Pam Bondi?
Is she to blame?
I think it's more than Pam Bondi, and I have questions to ask,
and I want to be careful not to accuse anyone.
I'm just going to tell you what I've seen and where the evidence leads me.
And I would like to ask these people, if you are for us,
if you're for carrying out the president's agenda and the will of the voters,
then you need to answer for these things.
You need to answer to the American people and say what you're doing.
Because in this meeting that I had,
on January 23rd, a whole lot of very key things came out that are troubling for me, for
targeted appearance, for really everybody, all Americans should be concerned about this.
First of all, I met in the Department of Justice. It's like the third time I've been in that
very dark and imposing building. And I discovered in a meeting with Todd Blanche's senior
counsel, a man named Vance Day, he's a retired judge from Oregon. I found out, first of
of all, probably two weeks ahead of time before anyone else knew, he told me, because I said,
we've brought these parents' cases to Ed Martin and delivered them to Ed Martin. And I was up
there to talk about why hasn't anything been done, anything of substance at all. And he said,
well, Ed Martin isn't running the weaponization working group anymore. And I was shocked. And he said,
nobody knows this. And it turns out apparently, according to Emerald Robinson and some other
reporters that President Trump didn't even know this. So I'm sitting here on this information saying
what's going on because, you know, we've been waiting for years for justice and certainly
the duration of the president's term so far. And nothing, I mean, nothing has happened. We were
promised an October 16th hearing with Pam Bondi. It was canceled under the excuse of the shutdown
and never rescheduled. We were never told what was going to happen again. And then I was at the
Senate, I want to say it was October 7th, yeah, it was October 7th when Pam Bondi stood up before
the Senate and testified that all the parents had been taken care of and the weaponization was over
and done and that's just not the case. The only thing that's been done is the Garland memo
designating us as terrorists was rescinded. But what we've seen is that not only your parents
still being persecuted, and in many cases it's picked up and it's gotten worse because they've
seen no accountability, no support for these parents. So in this meeting on January 23rd,
I was shocked by that. But then it went further. Sitting in that office meeting, I found out
that the DOJ in Todd Blanche under Todd Blanche's watch still refers to parents as terrorists.
And I was shocked by that because here I am in the very place that targeted my family
that destroyed every material possession we have
and really created crisis for my families
and others across the nation.
And I thought, what is this?
They're still referring to us as terrorists.
I wasn't recording that meeting,
but I started recording on my phone soon after it started
because Van State told me this.
He said, Kelly, the DOJ runs like a big corporation.
Pam Bondi is like the chair of the board of director,
She doesn't know the day-to-day operation.
She's not involved.
She just gets briefings.
He said, Todd Blanche is like the CEO and the rest of us run the organization.
And I thought, holy cow, this is basically explaining how the deep state system works.
So I'd have that question like everybody else.
You know, why have there been no abreast?
Why has there been no accountability?
And so I know for sure that no, Pam Bondi isn't involved at a level where she really has
describing the horror.
But the point is, Pam Bondi is responsible.
responsible and President Trump is responsible. This is what we elected President Trump to do. So it's
really no excuse for Pam Bondi to say, well, I'm just like a figurehead or something. We want results.
It's why I wanted you on this program to talk about this. So what is happening or what do you suppose,
is there any? What I'm suggesting and what I'm suggesting, and I think the question that needs to be asked, and you'll see other people saying this too.
It's been out there. A number of people have said that Todd Blanche runs the whole operation.
And when it was described that way, yeah, the CEO runs the organization.
And yes, ultimately, just like a chair of a board of directors, Pam Bonnie is responsible.
But what I've come to and things that came out in that meeting also showed me that the deep state plan is to make it appear like justice is being done while actually working against.
Well, that's what I would do if I were working for the deep state.
But we're supposed to people in charge who would be wise to this kind of basic.
deception, like you would think that.
So I'm just, who is this Todd Blanche you're describing?
Todd Blanche is the deputy AG under...
Who appointed him?
Who appointed him?

Well, he's a Trump appointee.
He's an attorney who represented Donald Trump during the Stormy Daniel affair.
He was up in, my understanding is up until 2024, he was a registered Democrat.
So a lot of people believe that, and I'm not going to say one way or another on this,
but a lot of people think that he's a plant, that he's a democratic operative.
Well, look, even if he's not, if good things aren't happening, which is what we voted for,
then he's a failure.
So it can be intentional or unintentional, but it needs to be dealt with.

What does Ed Martin have to say about this?
Well, I talk to Ed.
I've met with him two or three times in person.
I text with him.
I want to say one thing that's very important regarding this whole thing.
And that is that the DOJ, it's been firmly established.
This is why we have the weaponization working group that the federal government weaponized against American citizens.
And under Blanche's watch, what they're trying to do is push this back on all the states and say, no, this wasn't DOJ's responsibility.
So in my case, they're trying to say, well, Kelly, yeah, you know, all this persecution, you and the other parents experience, we can't do a thing about it.
I was literally in the Department of Justice being called, don't expect justice.
And this Van's Day guy asked me, well, what is it you want, Kelly?
I said, I want my life back.
And I want the life, lives back of these parents who were targeted by DOJ.
He said, well, don't expect to get your life back.
And I'm sitting there going, well, then why do we have a government?
Because you took it away.
This department you're representing is guilty.
We all know this.
Don't try to shift it back on the states.
And for Ed Martin's part, I also, I was present to witness some things.
I don't think they wanted me to.
But I know that Ed Martin was starting to investigate Adam Schenberg.
Schiff. I don't know if you know this lady Christine Bish, who's now running for Congress, but she came
along with information about Adam Schiff and his real estate dealings. And I believe, and I have some
recordings and information that indicate that Ed Martin got into hot water because he's going
after Adam Schiff. And there's this really odd, Eric, a little blurb in the news cycle where
it came out that Ed Martin was investigating Adam Schiff and then all of a sudden the news was saying,
well, Todd Blanche isn't investigating Adam Schiff. He's investigating Ed Martin, which is odd.
And I believe that what happened was I believe somebody is protecting Adam Schiff, somebody is protecting Merrick Garland, all these deep state assets.
And I'm led to the conclusion. And this is where I think.
Todd Blanche and others need to answer for this, that Ed was neutralized because he was actually
fulfilling the mandates of the executive order. And he was actually going after these deep state
players. So Ed has just, Ed has, you know, he said, well, I texted Ed and I said, so, so what?
You know, there's no weaponization working groups. Are we just done? Are we done in our pursuit of
justice? He said, no. And I said, well, then what? And he said, fight, fight, fight. And my response was
with what, what, what?
They've taken everything away from us from these people.
How do we fight, Eric, if we don't even have a weaponization working group?
Who is supposed to care about this, ultimately, Kelly?
I mean, the fact that Kelly Walker has to come on the Eric Metaxis show to talk about this,
I mean, there are people way above you and me who, it seems to me, would care about this
and understand this is their job.
Who are those people, in your estimate?
Well, I'm not going to say through whom, but I've been able to be a part of getting this information directly to President Trump.
Honestly, the buck stops with President Trump.
And so I've given reports.
I've sent audio recordings and all sorts of things through one other intermediary to President Trump.
And I don't know what he's doing with this information.
I know that Ed, this letter that he wrote for one of these school parents, it outlines the federal
culpability. It talks about the executive order. Pam Bondi's memo upholding constitutional rights
and parental authority in America's education system. And yet I sat in the office of this guy that
they had diverted us to from Ed Martin. And he simply told me, don't expect justice. And he started
showing me this, what I'm calling a propaganda piece, this very slick documentary of all the
talking heads in Washington saying, what a great job they're doing. And how,
patriotic they are, but I know behind the scenes, what I am led to believe, Eric, is not only are they not
intending on helping these people they targeted, they're working behind the scenes to go after them
again. And it's very interesting because I spent three hours in Nashville a couple weeks ago with
James O'Keefe in person talking and he said, Kelly, what do you? And he had just done a sting on an FBI
agent who basically said the plan of the deep state is to play out the clock to make Trump think that they're
all for him and doing his agenda, but play out.
out the clock. And I said, James, I think what you got there is very insightful. I think we have
the plan of the deep state. And it is to make the public, make President Trump think everything's
just going great, but in the background, be continuing to plot the demise of these people. So,
you know, the horrifying thing, Eric, is that we've brought all our case information forward, all the
details forward. And you'd like to think, well, hey, we've got the right people in office. Now they're
going to use this to exonerate us. I suspect that using it to continue persecuting us because
give us an example of that because there are folks listening to this program. They don't know what we're
talking about. As briefly as you can, what would happen to you? How are you targeted for what?
So I was arrested simply for speaking up on behalf of families who were coming to our business. We had a
coffee shop in Tucson and they were saying these COVID policies are driving our kids to suicide.
They're indoctrating our kids, all of those things. So I started to
speaking out publicly saying, look, we got to have some reason in this.
If children are not dying from COVID, I knew that.
I have a scientific background, worked in the healthcare education industry.
And because I spoke out, I was heavily targeted and I was arrested for simply sitting in an office
meeting with a father whose son had been forced to mask and then forced to pick that dirty
mask out of the nurse's trash when he refused to wear it.
So I got arrested for that, put through three days of trial, sentenced to $10,000 in fines and 100 days in jail, simply for misdemeanor three trespassing, which is ludicrous.
I'm unheard of.
But I sat in this office with this Vance Day guy, and I said, you know, what about this hearing with Pam Bondi?
And he said, oh, yeah, well, we might do that around May when we have a good media talking point.
And I'm thinking, okay, so you're going to make parents wait even longer when I've told you that some parents have committed suicide out of,
a lack of hope and despondency, people are losing jobs, people are being persecuted,
are going to make us wait.
And then he said, and we want people up there with Pam Bondi who are squeaky clean.
And I said, wait a minute, stop, squeaky clean.
The reason anybody has records warrants for their arrest, there are, I'm one, there are others
at local state warrants because like one school mom refused to write a letter of apology
to the principal who lied and persecuted again.
her so no, yeah, there's a warrant out for her arrest. Then people who got arrested,
people who got harassed, we don't want the squeaky people up there with Pam because they
did the right thing. And it's an honor to have a warrant out for arrest. It's an honor to have
gone to prison for doing the right thing. Samuel Adams and John Hancock, Governor Gage of Boston,
put a warrant out for their arrest and they defied it because we don't have to submit.
I just want to say you just push the magic button because I am coming out with this book book on the American Revolution.
What you just said, you want to know who the heroes are, folks.
And of course, I read about this in my book on The Revolution, but John Hancock and Samuel Adams, they were heroes in their day.
And how do you know that?
One of the ways you know that is that when a general.
Amnesty was given by the British through Thomas Gage in Boston.
It was for everybody except John Hancock and Samuel Adams.
It's like we want to catch them.
We want to persecute them.
We want to hang them, probably, because they were the real power behind what was going on.
And the British knew this, that they were the instigators.
They were the really radicals.
And we have to spend eternity.
thanking them because they're such heroes.
But you're talking about a similar kind of situation.
And I wonder, is it maybe the culture of the DOJ?
Because I don't think, and I want to be careful, you know, some of the names you've mentioned,
I don't think these are bad people working for the deep state.
I think maybe some of this, and because whenever you're looking at evil, there's like
some, you have some actual evil actors.
Then you have other people that are trying to work within the system.
And thinking, well, now is not a good time.
If we want to be effective, we need to wait.
or whatever, and you mentioned advanced day saying maybe in May.
In other words, they're trying to do the best with what they have within the system.
That's what's so complicated in our trying to figure out what is going on, is something getting done.
And I think that a lot of us, we want action.
It's been over a year since the president was inaugurated, and we're wondering.
And that's why I wanted to have you on, because, you know, when I hear about parents being treated the way
You were treated.
It gets my backup.
I get furious thinking that in the United States of America,
we've treated upstanding citizens and patriots,
wonderful people like criminals.
That's what you're talking about.
Well, I want to unpack that a little bit.
You probably know that when Governor Gage sent out a warrant for Samuel Adams
and John Hancock's arrest,
he had tried giving them a cushy position and all these other things,
that Samuel Adams' response was tell Governor Gage,
I have long since made my peace with the King of Kings
and as the opinion of Samuel Adams
to longer offend the feelings of an already exasperated people.
And I said that in that meeting, that exact quote.
And what was troubling to me was that Van Stay,
I had written an article very publicly
for Parents Demanding Justice Alliance saying,
we haven't gotten any action.
We were promised, first of all,
just an apology, an official apology,
issued by Pan Bondi on behalf of the DOJ for what they did to parents.
That takes no time at all.
We were promised that.
It hasn't been done.
A lot of things haven't done.
We've had parents who've done all the paperwork who should have gotten answers
and they're being ignored.
So in the article, I said, because of the pressure from the parents,
because we don't want parents showing up to Washington, D.C.
We don't want parents, you know, doing lawsuits and all sorts of things.
PDJA is giving until January 15th.
And if we don't see some meaningful action, we're going to go to the media and say we haven't seen any action.
So then this was couched as Van State told me and it's right on the recording.
Well, the response to the DOJ was we don't negotiate with terrorists.
I said, wait a minute, terrorists.
Where's the threat there?
There's no threat of violence there.
The only threat is that we're going to exercise our First Amendment rights to say nothing's been done.
And believe me, those of us on the parents demanding Justice Alliance, many parents,
parenting group leaders, moms for liberty, moms for America. We've all put so much work into this.
And here's what I say. We don't want to think that people have bad intentions, but Washington is very, very complex. And I think we need to go into this with eyes wide open to start asking questions. Am I going to say to you, Eric, that I think Todd Blanche is a deep state asset, as some people have said or a plant?
I can't say that.
I don't know everything about him.
All I can do is say actions matter more than words.
And right now, the DOJ is trying to slip this back to the states.
And the impression I get is that they're projecting the deep state.
I mean, well, the DOJ slash deep state, they're protecting that instead of bringing justice for the American people.
And I get it.
You know, you can say all day long that.
Well, we have priorities, but everyone, Eric, you included everyone, every show I've been on.
They said, this is a slam dunk for President Trump. All he needs to do is hold a ceremony.
We've drafted an executive order very easy to do and honor these parents.
Honor them because like in my own situation and many others, we've lost family ties because of how we've been doing.
I want to be clear.
Doing what you did and the parents that have done similar things.
these are patriots and heroes. This is what makes America great. They ought to be not just
apologized to. They ought to be commended as the model for citizenry. This is the model. If we have
more citizens like this asking questions, pushing back, we are going to be a free republic. We will
lose the republic if we do not have enough parents doing what you and others did. I know Sam Sorbo is
involved with you. This is what America is all about. So this really is, what we need to do is
help Americans understand what does it mean to be an American citizen. And what you have done
and other parents have done in boldly speaking up while most people say nothing, go along with it,
is heroic and is necessary to keeping the republic. I just want to ask you a quick question
because we just got a moment, but what is the clearest case for why this needs to be dealt
with at a federal level? Because I can understand somebody saying, this happened in the states.
This happened in, you know, states like Arizona or Colorado or New York or whatever.
What is the best case to make to say, no, we need to deal with this, at least some of this, on a federal level?

Well, because AFL, I believe that's Americans for Liberty.
it's one of these nonprofit legal organizations.
They got the smoking gun.
They got all of the foyer emails between Merrick Garland and the DOJ.
And we know this.
We know that Merrick Garland wanted to go after the parents.
DOJ lawyers said you don't have a constitutional basis for pursuing these parents.
So he sent out asking for a, quote, federal hook.
He just blew through the lawyers saying, you can't do this and did it anyway.
And then when they couldn't find a federal hook,
he orchestrated this through the states.
So if you find the hitman, in this case the states, yeah, hold the hitman to account,
but who hired the hitman?
And it's turned out now that it looks very much like Merrick Garland worked with the National
School Board Association to draft the very letter that went to him and Biden.
So it's very, very clear, Eric, from the record that this was all orchestrated by the DOJ.
and just because they weren't able to indict anyone federally, they still kept pushing it forward.
They're responsible. This has been established. This is why we have the congressional report from Jim Jordan's Judiciary Committee on the weaponization that firmly establishes that.
Is there anything like Jim Jordan was championing this?
Yeah, Jim Jordan was championing this. I've spoken.
What is he doing now? Is he on this now or no longer?
I'd have to look into that. I don't know if he is. But Eric, if you can imagine you've gone through this terror,
that you've been threatened with death and jail and all these things that the founders experienced.
And then you have the temerity to go up to the very place that orchestrated all this against you.
You go in alone to that building and then sit there and be referred to as a terrorist again.
That alone is completely unacceptable because these parents, including me, are not terrorists.
We did the right thing.
We did the right thing at expense, in my case of our home, our savings, everything.
And the treatment that I've received, I think Todd Blanche, Vanstay and the others need to answer for this.
And, you know, if they are on the right side, if they're doing this for the good, I challenge them to meet with me publicly and explain their actions and explain to these parents how they're going to very quickly turn the situation around.
We don't want a PR event in May.
These parents need help them now or we're going to lose more to suicide.
More people are going to lose jobs.
I have to go.
