Welcome to the Eric Mattaxas show.
We'll get you from point A to point B.
But if you're looking for point C, well, buddy, you're on your own.
But if you'll wait right here in just about two minutes,
the bus to point C will be coming right by.
And now here's your Ralph Cramden of the Airways, Eric Mattaxas.
Hey there, folks.
Welcome to Miracle Monday.
every time on this program that we get to do a Miracle Monday story,
I just get happy because I want to encourage you all.
The Metaxus media motto is truth, humor, hope.
And hope, I think we all get hope filled when we hear stories of the reality of God.
Because I think there are a lot of people, we live in a world that's so secular that we kind of forget that God is real, he's alive.
he is doing miracles. Just because you're not experiencing one this second doesn't mean that he's not
doing miracles. I have experienced them in my life. I've talked about that. I wrote a book on miracles.
But on Miracle Monday, we try to have somebody on the program who's experienced the miraculous and we get
them to tell a little bit of their story. So today we have Dan Huber coming to us from Fort Worth,
Texas. Dan, welcome. Thank you, Eric. Really appreciate all the work you do. Great show. Great stuff.
great info, really pleased to be here.
Well, you're really kind, and I'm excited to talk to you because your story, I don't know,
this is, it's so good that you can't sum it up.
Basically, near-death experience, there's an international aspect to it, is that you haven't
written a book, have you?
Not yet, no.
Okay, well, I think you need to, but here's the thing.
You, I mean, how do you describe yourself if somebody says, you know,
what do you do that? I mean, you're a former mortgage company owner.
You're the father, seven. How do you describe yourself these days? Yeah, I'm a serial
entrepreneur or I sometimes make the joke that I'm an entrepreneur. I try to make
crap work. Look for opportunities, very creative, but also problem solving. Had multiple
different businesses in my life. Yeah. So that's
how I describe myself.
You're successful enough to own a coffee maker.
Let's put it that way, because I see one right behind you.
Yeah.
This is our latest venture.
We're actually starting a podcast geared towards kids, so this is our studio behind us.
But yes, I see the lights.
Well, listen, I want to get to your miracle story.
It is astonishing.
Can you give us a quick summation before we get into the details or some of the highlights
before we actually get into it?
Yeah.
So real quick, I was a mortgage banker during the 2008 mortgage banking crisis, father of six at the time with a pregnant wife when that whole thing happened.
It took about three years for us to go broke.
You know, when you're in kind of a crisis mode looking back on it, I thought I could rescue it and continue making it successful.
but we went from, you know, having 15 employees in a big place down to just me and one other guy.
And so it took about three years to go broke.
We lost everything, cars, houses had to sell everything and we moved into a rent house.
And about a year after moving into the rent house, I had gained about 50 pounds,
was having headaches, brain fog, fatigue, nausea.
The kids all had sinus infections all the time.
Two of the kids had asthma.
A bunch of other stuff.
And it took about five years and about 10 different doctors, but we finally figured out it was black mold.
Then that kicked off a whole health journey that was pretty incredible.
Okay, now I want to say that before we get to the end of the story, we're going to be talking about a mummified saint that you were involved in exhuming.
Am I making that up?
Well, I was involved.
I didn't exhume her, but I was involved in a pretty miraculous story.
And it ties in pretty well with the whole mold thing.
But yeah.
Well, it's nice that it ties in since I'm interviewing you.
We want it all to tie in.
Yeah, she's not a thing yet, but she probably will be in the next.
But the first part of the story involves your health.
And this is very dramatic.
So let's keep going.
Yeah.
So I was working out doing kickboxing and jiu-jitsu.
three days a week playing soccer on Sundays with a bunch of 20-year-old kids in my 40s.
Even though you're 50 pounds overweight?
No, before that.
This is before you got sick.
Before I got super fit.
Super fit.
You're making money.
Your business falls apart.
You go broke.
You move into a rental house.
Now you gain 50 pounds.
You have serious brain fog.
Your kids have constant.
I mean, keep going.
Okay.
Yeah.
So it was challenging. The Western medical system kind of dismissed it all as depression or being overworked because the blood work looked fine and finally figured out after going on vacation. I'd shifted into the oil and gas business and got the money side back on track, but the health was still in the toilet. And during that time, so we're Catholic. I call myself a Ford F350 Catholic. We go to the traditional Latin Mass, which is kind of a little different than your.
just regular Catholic.
So during that time, there's a Catholic principle, my grandmother used to say about offering it up.
So every morning I would wake up thinking, okay, God, is this going to be the day that I start
getting healthy?
And I'd lay on my side and lift my arm up, see how long I could hold it.
You know, and after about 30 seconds, I had no strength.
So my prayer for offering it up during that time was, God make this go away, but don't let it go to waste.
And during that time in that house, I could feel this kind of dark energy and dark negative oppression going on.
And I've been saying since then that mold is from the devil.
And fast forward, we figured out it was mold, moved out of the house, implemented all of these alternative health mechanisms, one of them being blocking blue light.
So I started a blue light blocking glasses company called Lucia Eyes because my kids wouldn't wear the blue blocking glasses off of Amazon.
So they had to be fashionable.
But we moved out of the house, got into our dream house, and ended up buying the clinic of the doctor who helped get me healthy, Dr. Hamill.
He just retired in October of last year and we closed the clinic after about five years.
but he was an alternative health doctor focusing on Lyme disease and mold and people with chemical exposures.
So during this time, we're having some family issues, and I went to an event at our church, and this was January 6th of 2023.
And just kind of some family stuff, and a friend of mine was saying, hey, did you make any New Year's resolutions?
and I said no, but the one I'm going to do is I'm saying no to everything because I'm too busy.
So don't ask me to donate time or money or help even put up these chairs.
And then immediately after that, this really beautiful nun gets up to do her presentation,
fundraising presentation.
And before she even started, she said, oh, I need to ask you all for your prayers.
we've got some sisters who are very sick and our convent has black mold in it.
And I literally looked up to the sky.
I was like, oh, okay.
I was getting kind of cocky saying I was going to say no.
And God kind of flicked me in the back of the head with this none.
And I'm like, okay, this makes sense.
This is the not letting this whole suffering for six years of mold exposure and being sick go to waste.
Because now have a medical clinic that actually has.
helps people recover from this. We've got an Airbnb house that's super clean, no chemicals,
no mold. And so after that event, I went to our priest and said, hey, I kind of, I don't mean
to be cocky, but I'm kind of an expert in this. I'd like to talk to Mother Superior about it.
So we go have a meeting. She's extremely excited. And four days later, we had these nuns in Texas from Missouri
in our house and being treated at our medical clinic.
Well, that's pretty nice.
Yeah.
That's kind of a, yeah, wow.
Yeah, so the story goes on to where we're treating these nuns for a few days.
Several of them are having difficulty eating and drinking,
and several of them are having these kind of almost seizures,
but they weren't really seizures.
were some of them were kind of actually going a little bit like comatose.
You couldn't wake them out of it.
Whoa, whoa, hang on a second.
We're going to go to a break.

Folks, welcome back.
It's Miracle Monday on the Eric Metaxas show, and we have a miraculous story.
You haven't heard the miraculous heart quite yet.
but Dan Huber is my guest.
And Dan, so you're, I mean, you're on an odyssey here.
I mean, you went through, you didn't really say much about it.
But what you went through, I have had friends that have suffered like this.
I have suffered for years and years and years with health stuff.
And it is absolutely debilitating, the brain fog, the fatigue.
It is a horror.
It is a horror and you try everything.
So by God's grace, you're led to health.
But now you are helping this group of nuns who, as you just said, have been afflicted with this.
So say this again.
So you bring them from Missouri to your place in Texas.
They're being treated, but they're having all of these bizarre experiences.
Say more about that.
You were just telling us about that.
Yeah, so the debilitating parts about mold when it gets into your system, it basically makes you feel like you're dying every day.
Your body stays in kind of fight or flight because you have this toxin, this invader in your body.
And buying that medical clinic with Dr. Hamill and working with him and several patients, we had a lot of experience on how to deal with it.
And every day you feel like you're dying.
So I was really pleased to be able to have offered up that.
suffering and then come back to be able to help these beautiful nuns who spend their lives
dedicated to praying for us. And so several of them weren't able to eat or drink much water.
And I have a good friend of mine who's a nurse advocate. She started her own nurse advocacy group.
So I called her in to kind of get some extra help on the off hours that the clinic wasn't
open and she came over to our house to interview the nuns and kind of take a look at what was going
on and get a medical assessment to see if there was a way to get this TPN nutrition, the IV
nutrition for some of these girls. And these are young girls. None of them were really over 30.
All very new nuns are within the past 10 years. And so one of these nuns during this time has this,
what I would call an episode.
It wasn't really like what you would call a seizure that lasted 30, 45 seconds or a minute.
It lasted quite a bit longer.
And Priscilla, this nurse that was working with us afterwards kind of came to be wide-eyed like,
this isn't seizures.
This is something different because they were unresponsive having this kind of stiff body experience,
clicking sounds in their jaw, a whole bunch of other things.
So hang on a second.
You had several of these young nuns experiencing this simultaneously.
So when Priscilla was there, it was only the one, but several of the nuns were having this
experience before.
And then when I get to the latter part of the story, several of them started having these
manifestations.
Okay.
So I figured it might have been something pretty natural.
and so I called a good friend of mine
priest here in Dallas
and he referred me to
Father Chad Rippiger
who's probably one of the
most well-known exorcists
in the world. So we got a hold of him
and his group and the
Mother Superior came down
and then for about the next two weeks
there was a whole bunch of
exorcism stuff that was going on.
Now when you say that
the name of the
of the priest who does this, is Father Chad, what?
Chad Ripper.
Ripperer.
Yeah, he's an author of several books on demons and angels and all kinds of stuff.
But he is an exorcist and he has a group.
His charism is to help people with demonic obsession, oppression, or possession.
So one of his priests came down and for the next two weeks was pretty much done.
layperson there helping out.
And I experienced everything that you would think about and see in the movies except for
the head spinning around and the vomit.
But all of that kind of crazy, scary stuff that makes no earthly sense we experienced.
Now, you obviously as a faithful Christian, you already knew this was real, but you had not seen
this before.
This is the first time you've seen this.
So I had had two experiences when we,
were going broke and one time in the moldy house.
And I did some research afterwards.
They call it nocturnal paralysis or they call it being sat on by a witch where you're not awake,
but you're not asleep, but you can't move.
I thought this was typically either an incubus or a succubus, a demon that comes in the night.
Many people have experienced this, and they don't know what it is.
I experienced it.
I think I was 18 years old when I experienced it.
But whatever it's called, it's real.
Go ahead.
Very scary.
So, you know, I had being faithful and believing what I believe, but never experiencing it.
It was very new and very scary.
The several things, I guess the big takeaways for me were, one, we are completely helpless
without God because I literally could do nothing except stand by and help.
You know, hold people, hold the nuns, pray with the priest, but I had no effect until the
priests got there and they did their work.
Number two, these demons are very legalistic.
They follow legitimate authority.
And three, they're really bullies.
they're really just mean bullies and they they kick you kick people when they're down and they
really hate humans they really hate humanity so they're real they're mean they're bullies and
they follow legitimate would it be go too far if we were to say that they're evil yeah no
they're totally evil I mean you understand how pathetic it sounds you're saying they're mean yes yes
they're evil they're evil and but it's it's it's it's
I'm glad you say this in all seriousness because I think there are people, I've talked about this a lot,
who are unfamiliar with the evilness of evil.
They don't understand because you typically don't see evil in the world in which we live.
You don't see much out and out evil, a hatred of God, a hatred of goodness itself, a hatred of truth.
It is beyond belief.
And apart from God, we're dead.
We're lost.
We cannot stand against it.
But in him, the scripture says, in him we can do all things.
He's given us authority.
And so people who are being bullied by demons or whatever or what they think are ghosts or
whatever, they need to understand God wants us to know what it is and to know that he is able
to stand against it.
So the fact that you experience this is obviously amazing.
So keep going.
I mean, this is unbelievable.
So are these nuns, you said, in your home?
Yeah, so we had another Airbnb house that was, we utilized as a clean house for several patients that we had.
Because when people go through mold and toxic exposures, they experience a number of other things like inability to tolerate fragrances or non-native EMF from cell phones or Wi-Fi.
So it was a very clean house.
and we had the nuns staying there.
There were nine of them staying there.
So anyhow, so the two weeks goes by, and I'm there helping the nuns and assisting the priest very minorly, a very small part, basically standing by for whatever he needed.
And then by Easter week, most of this infestation was cleaned out.
and he did his entire process, which involves a whole multitude of things, interviews, history,
geographic locations where they lived, where they grew up, where the convent was,
was it close to anything that was demonic or preternatural, and then went through all of these
exorcisms, which was completely humbling.
and I felt like a very huge gift from God to be a part of that to see his his divine realness and to actually witness the terror of evil.
I was going to say what I think I've said this many times on the program, people, I think we live in a really secular world that pretends like the spiritual is totally subjective.
And you know and I know, and any priests or pastors that operate in this stuff, no, there is a reality to the supernatural world.
And when you experience it, I mean, this is like somebody you're describing this exorcist.
He is a diagnostician.
He is like a doctor trying to get to the root.
So he interviews.
He's looking for what is the pathway in for this evil?
There must be a pathway.
these demons, as you said, follow rules.
They don't have a certain authority, but they have other authority.
If we give them authority through sin, through the sins of our ancestors, open doors.
So all of this stuff is real.
And people are foolish who think of it as subjective.
It is not.
There's an objective reality.
It's invisible.
So it's hard.
But it's, you know, no different than if you're trying to diagnose a patient.
You're kind of looking for clues.
You're looking for things.
You do tests.
When we come back, folks, we're talking to day.
Dan Huber, much more to come. Don't go away. It's Miracle Monday.
Folks, welcome back. It's Miracle Monday, the Air Come to Texas show. I'm talking to Dan
Huber, who is sharing some really, really fascinating stuff. God is real. Evil is real.
Okay, so what happens at this point, Dan?
So, you know, having the exorcist there was really just amazing. And, you know, my thinking before
going in was like, man, we need the
Navy SEALs of
the spiritual warfare and we got them.
And because, you know, you
can't clean this up with a cold
plunge or a TED talk.
You need somebody who really
knows what the hell they're doing.
And so by
that Sunday,
Palm Sunday, most
of this stuff had been cleaned up.
And they had been at my house
for about two months.
and their health had starting getting better.
They were able to eat.
They were able to sleep.
I'll give you one example.
During one of these episodes,
one of the nuns was obsessed or possessed
and was walking down the stairs with Mother Superior,
and I was right behind her.
And at lightning speed, her head flew from the center of the stairs
into the wall and whatever this preternatural entity was controlling her, made her head hit the wall,
and she was knocked out. So we picked her up and brought her back down. And then this is the first
experience I had where the priest started praying. And then this thing came to life. And it was
literally the most scary thing I've ever seen in my life. And that's when I felt completely helpless.
Okay. Now, when you say this thing came to life, what you mean is the
demon manifested itself because demons prefer to hide, but somebody with spiritual authority,
or they have holy water, or they're praying in the name of Jesus, suddenly these demons are
forced, they're flushed. And so what did you see? You don't need to go too much into it,
but I think people are always interested. Did you hear demonic voices?
Yeah, demonic voices, sounds, different languages, pre-internatural strength. I was, you know,
in pretty good shape and this nun was 90 pounds and I was holding her inside control like this
and two other nuns were holding her and she was basically lifting lifting me like I was tissue paper.
Okay. So this is this is not something just in the movies, folks. This is reality. And this is why
in case you don't, you should fear hell. You should fear God. You should take this seriously.
Well, keep going, Dan.
So this goes on for about two weeks, and it gets better and gets better.
And more of these things start coming to light about history, like you mentioned, with generational spirits, with generational curses, all of these things that people maybe have dabbled in, like Ouija boards or even yoga.
A lot of this stuff becomes open doors.
So all of this came to light.
and then the exorcist was able to work his way through and clean this up.
And at that point, after two months, Mother Superior said, okay, it's time for the nuns because
they're cloistered.
They stay in a cloistered monastery.
They don't really have a lot of public image.
And they went back.
That was Easter week of 2023.
And it was very interesting because there was a bunch of family stuff going on before, during,
and after with me that kind of this brought to light the serious nature of this evil oppression
and how it's available at a moment's notice that if you allow this open door for too long,
it can get into your own life. So I had a lot of spiritual stuff I had to clean up in my life,
in my family. I had to recommit to certain prayers and certain rubrics that I wanted to continue.
But then it was this really big letdown. And so we got through.
Easter, very nice holiday.
And then about 10 days later, Mother Superior gives me a call.
And she's like elated, almost screaming at me.
I knew I knew why we came to Texas.
I knew why we had to be there.
This is God's miracle.
So one of the sisters would go into this state, almost like a catatonic state,
and then have these visions, visions of Jesus or of Mary.
But while she was back at the convent,
she had a vision of the Virgin Mary standing
and holding her arm out saying,
it's time for you to dig up your treasure.
And she was pointing to the grave of their foundress.
And serendipitously, they had just finished a side altar
where they were going to exhume her
and allow her to repose in this side altar in their church.
When did she die? When was she buried?
I think it was 2019.
Oh, so the founder is recently dead. This is not ancient. Okay, keep going.
No, but she was not embalmed. She was buried in a pine coffin in the dirt in Missouri.
And they pull her body out and she had not decayed.
And what was really interesting, this full circle was she was covered in mold, like an inch of
across her whole her whole body.
She had not decayed, which is miraculous.
It's inexplicable for years.
Yeah.
But she was also covered with mold.
Yeah.
When they cleaned her off with soap and water, even her veil and her habit, everything cleaned
off with soap and water.
They didn't have to do anything other than just wash her and wash her clothes.
And she's incorruptible.
And that, you know, I get a little bit.
choked up about it, but that is, in the Catholic Church, there are about 200 of what they call
these incorruptible saints. And typically, they, they led exemplary difficult lives and had heroic
virtue, which this founderist did. So she's...
We're going to go to a break, but we've got much more coming up. We're not done with the story,
folks. Don't go away.
Welcome back. It's Miracle Month.
Monday, we're talking about a lot of extraordinary stuff, which is real. So, Dan, tell us more.
This, the nuns you say, they get healed, they get delivered of these evil spirits. They go back
to the nunnery in Missouri. And one of these nuns has a vision where Mary is telling her it's
time to dig up your treasure. And so,
they exhumed the body four years buried of the founder, of their founder.
And her body is incorruptible, has not decayed, but there is a lot of mold.
So keep going.
Yeah.
So she was covered in mold and they cleaned her off with just soap and water.
And her body was found to be incorruptible.
even her habit, which she fought for, why she started this order was during, I guess, the late 70s, early 80s, all of this kind of, like humanism came into the church and, you know, got hijacked by a bunch of leftists and all of these traditional orders were being pushed out.
So she, her order that she was in, and I'm butchering the story, went to kind of the skirts and shirts and no more habits and veils.
comfortable shoes.
And so she started her own order.
And she kept the traditional habit and veil,
which to me,
God witnessed to say,
look, this tradition and this charism needs to stay.
And her entire work
to preserve that in the traditional Latin right
was presented to us in this big miracle.
And so when you see the miracle,
you're talking about the fact that her body
was not corrupted after four years in the ground.
Yeah, you can get online and see videos and pictures of her.
She looks like she's just laying there resting.
And there's...
Where would you...
What is...
Where would we look that up?
Sister Willamina, the Benedictines of Mary.
There was actually a New York Post article about it not too long ago, just I noticed.
A New York Post article.
Wow.
Okay.
Sister Wilhelmina.
Well, Alamina of the Benedictines of Mary.
Benedictines of Mary.org, I think, is the website.
You can see all about it.
And they've had several, several dozen miracles associated with her and her intercession, which is.
But I'm a little confused on the link between the mold and the mold.
Can you help me understand that?
So, again, I'm not an expert, but this is my experience.
It's what I felt and experienced going through the mold process and then having the clinic that help people recover from mold.
Mold to me is a dark entity.
You know, it's pervasive.
It grows in the dark.
It sleeps in the shadows.
It causes all kinds of damage.
The mycotoxins from mold can cross the blood brain barrier and cap out and fatty tissue.
They cause all kinds of darkness.
and it didn't really make me just sick.
It made me spiritually vulnerable because it makes you weak.
It makes your whole system weak.
Your mind is weak.
Your body is weak.
And when you're weak and down, that's when these bullies,
the evil spirits and demons come into attack.
If you're spiritually vulnerable or physically vulnerable,
that's when they want to try and come in and thwart you.
Do you, but in other words,
it's not entirely clear to me why.
her body,
Sister Wilhelmina's body,
was covered with mold.
In other words, you see that as a sign?
Well, for me,
the story from beginning to end
was going broke,
getting sick from mold,
saying this consistent prayer
of offering it up,
you know,
make it go away,
but don't let it go to waste,
and having all of these experiences
and then being open to help other people,
having the clinic and the house,
in the house and going through this experience for five or six years, I had all of this knowledge
that I could help accelerate the recovery process, not only for other people, but for these
nuns. And to have the end parentheses where this incorruptible future saint was literally
covered in an inch of mold told me that the mold just wasn't something that happens naturally,
but that dark demonic forces could use that,
which I felt experience, in my experience,
oppressed by all of this.
It's interesting because I've,
as I mentioned a few moments ago,
I had years of debilitating health issues,
doctors.
I went to million doctors,
you know, Lyme disease, chronic fatigue, brain fog.
I mean, very debilitating.
I still deal with it to some extent.
And it is, it's inexplicable.
And you kind of wonder, because there are so many people in our time who seem to be dealing with inexplicable, insoluble difficulties, health difficulties.
And I never doubted that there are spiritual components, that you have an enemy that hates us, that wants to weaken us, wants to destroy.
us and God will allow it many times to strengthen us.
And obviously that's your experience.
Yeah.
And it was, I want to say it was the worst experience of my life and the best experience
because it's opened up so many different things.
Now we're able to help a bunch of people.
It's kind of kicked off a new chapter in my life where I realized the connection between
what's going on in the world, you know, that.
a lot of these, our focus on our podcast is going to be towards kids.
These kids are like hanging out in space and they're being attacked from all sides.
And there's a lot of stuff good for them out there, but there's a lot of things that are
attacking.
And mold and computers and Wi-Fi and blue light, all of these things to me seem to be linked.
And the enemy will use whatever he can to distract us and detract us from God.
It doesn't matter if it's alcoholism or workaholism or you're addicted to doom scrolling,
that the enemy will take anything he can to try and pull us away.
Did you call, what do you say, doom scrolling?
Yeah, take your phone and you just scroll, scroll, scroll, scroll.
Like these poor kids are stuck in this endless loop of TikTok seven seconds.
Oh, yeah.
And it's designed by the people who design this stuff to make you addicted to it.
Of course. They make money if you stay there.
We're coming up, final segment, talking to Dan Huber.
We've been talking about sister Wilhelmina.
This is just extraordinary stuff.
Folks, the supernatural world is real.
And you need to know that.
God wants you to know that.
We'll be right back.
Hey there, folks.
Miracle Monday on the Erkman, Texas show, talking to Dan Huber, H-U-B-E-R.
Dan, you're in Fort Worth, Texas.
So you are healed.
Your family is healed.
The nuns in Missouri are healed.
And this has also drawn you into the world of dealing with all this kind of stuff.
And so you've got a podcast.
Now, how can people find the podcast?
Well, it's not out yet.
It's going to be called Y-A-L-L-Cast, Y-A-L-L-L-Cast.
and it'll be y'all dashcast.com.
They can find me at lucia eyes.com.
That's my blue light blocking glasses business.
Blue light to me is also closely linked to health.
And I would even venture to say that blue light is from the devil.
Now, can you say a little bit about that?
Because I know nothing about this.
Well, real quick.
So computer screens, telephones, televisions are all built on a blue light scale,
because the blue base is cheaper because it runs cooler.
But when you're out in the sun, you have full spectrum light.
So blue is always linked with red light.
So when you have a spike in the blue light,
blue light depletes dopamine, serotonin, and melatonin.
So you get anxious depressed and you can't sleep.
And if you're on screens for a long time,
you'll get eye strain or headaches and even like the other stuff,
like brain fog and fatigue from blue light.
And then you can't sleep.
And then like you just said,
these things are designed to be addictive.
Blue light is one of the components of the addiction.
Well, so what's the answer to this?
And have there been published reports on this?
I mean, that's pretty dramatic what you just said.
I can send you a thousand reports.
Yeah.
So the answer is if you utilize a program on your computer called flux,
if you change the color settings on your phone to make it more in the amber or red tones.
And if you get blue light blocking glasses either from us or from somebody else,
you'll eliminate the effects of the blue light, if not severely reduce them.
And it sounds like spending time in fresh air and sunlight would be helpful.
Yeah.
Every day outside as much as you can.
See the sunrise every day, barefoot grounded to the earth, five minutes.
So do wonders for your health.
See the sunrise every day?
Why does my body care whether it's the sunrise or the midday sun?
So the frequencies from the sun in your eyes without contact sunglasses or glasses on
basically sets your circadian mechanisms in your body.
It sets your circadian clock.
That's how I got healthy.
The fastest thing that helped me get healthy was blocking blue light and getting up every day
and seeing the sunrise because now you're back.
on a natural circadian rhythm.
And what I compare wearing blue light blocking glasses to is if anybody's ever been camping,
you have dinner, you roast marshmallows, you're sitting around the fire,
and suddenly you're getting really tired, you've been outside in nature all day.
And you're like, oh, my gosh, it must be midnight.
We need to go to bed.
You look at your watch and it's 8.40.
You're back on a natural circadian rhythm and you're ready to go to bed.
So blue light disrupts that.
So if you're awake at 2 o'clock in the morning, you pick up your phone, your phone's
color temperature is the same color as the sun is at noon.
So you just told your brain it's noon and it stops releasing melatonin.
Wow.
This is amazing to me that we can know about this stuff and that you have so few people
talking about it.
So I'm glad you're talking about it.
I assume you have some of this information available at your website, lucia eyes.com.
Yeah.
And I'll get with Chris and I'll get you a couple pairs of glasses so you can try them out.
would love that lucia eyes dot com dan huber um a joy speaking with you all of this stuff folks
