Starting point is 00:00:09 Welcome to the Eric Mattaxas show. We'll get you from point A to point B. But if you're looking for point C, well, buddy, you're on your own. But if you'll wait right here in just about two minutes, the bus to point C will be coming right by. And now here's your Ralph Cramden of the Airways, Eric Mat, Texas. Folks, welcome to what we like to call Hour 2. We just call it that.
Starting point is 00:00:40 It's not really Hour 2. after hour one. We don't know what else to call it. So we call it hour two. I have as my guest today in both hours, Ivan Rakeland. Ivan, how do you sum yourself up? If somebody says, give me like, you know, the one or two sentences on who you are, because you're a fascinating figure. Your background really has prepared you for this moment. I thought about this. And I think the top line of what people would describe me as is that I spent a quarter of a century in our military apparatus in the intelligence community. And I thought that I was fighting for our constitution and what was right. And when I started to observe the incestuous generational rot and started looking into it further, it activated me.
Starting point is 00:01:27 It's embarrassing. It's like at some point in the last couple years, it was embarrassing to be an American citizen. And so I'm not just going to sit idly by while these corrupt actors continue to destroy my country. Like I have just as much as a vested interest in making sure we're an A plus of a nation as President Trump or anybody else out there. So I'm going to continue to do what I can with the limited influence and reach to go ahead and apply my knowledge, network expertise to expose all of these individuals. that now, thank God, Tulsi Gabbard has started to expose and had the courage and was able to really circumvent the blocking and tackling that was going on with her own agency and within the entire intelligence community that we're trying to block her from releasing this. Well, again, the headline, folks, if you're just tuning in, my guest is Ivan Rakelin. And what we're talking about, again, it's like the boy you cried.
Starting point is 00:02:27 I'm an angry, retired lieutenant colonel, Green Beret lawyer that say, you know what, I've had enough of the corruption. I'm now going after it personally. And, you know, we've had you on the show before. It's quite a while ago, I guess it was last December. But there's nobody like you out there. You also have a close relationship with General Flynn. How did that come about? So, I mean, that was a slow development.
Starting point is 00:02:55 In 2012, I was an intelligence officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency, and a few months later, he was appointed as the director. So, I mean, I didn't work directly for him. He was my boss's, bosses, bosses, bosses, boss type of thing. But as I observed him from kind of a lower echelon, I respected what I saw. It was a hyper performer going into an agency where a lot of these bureaucrats were angry
Starting point is 00:03:23 that he was trying to hold them to a higher standard. And so you saw that friction, and then as things developed, you saw that he was resigned by, at the time, President Obama. I was on the Ukraine crisis team that was at the Pentagon, kind of seeing what was going on where the Russians incurred and then took over Crimea. Meanwhile, we were doing nothing about it.
Starting point is 00:03:45 America wasn't. And the presidency. So amidst that, I saw that he was resigned by President Obama, and I smelled the rat. And so I just started to look into detail and as things developed when he became the National Security Advisor, and he was basically forced, my perspective is he was forced to resign on February,
Starting point is 00:04:07 I believe it was 8th of 2017, by Mike Pence, of all people. And I started to think, you know, what's going on here? So I started to dig and dig. And I started to dig, I attended every single hearing as it relates to his case. And nothing, like everything the media was,
Starting point is 00:04:23 putting out there, it had nothing to do with reality. And so I just couldn't stand for the false allegations and the, I mean, when a respected individual in the military, most respected of our generation is speaking truth to power and he's being punished for it, to me, that's unacceptable. And so what we're seeing, I mean, I want to be clear again, because I was going to frame these things. Ladies and gentlemen, what we're seeing and what Ivan Rakeland is, is talking about seeing in 2017, you begin to see what you hadn't seen before, the depth of the corruption. And when you see it, you're stunned, you're horrified.
Starting point is 00:05:06 You don't want to believe that it could be so filthy. But the evidence comes out because that's just the way it works, right? That you have a figure like General Flynn suddenly doing things the right way. And the dark force is saying, yeah, no, no, we better get rid of this guy. trouble. He's not playing ball. We've got to get rid of him. We've got to smear him. So there are people like, I've been Reiklin my guest who says, I see this. I hadn't seen this before. I hadn't seen the depth of it before. I am not going to stand by while this evil proceeds to destroy not just this hero, but the nation that I love. And that's where we are. And so now this has proceeded
Starting point is 00:05:48 through the years. Here we are in 2025. Tulsi Gabbard, God bless her, has just come out with stuff that is as shocking as anything. And I guess the question is, what is the deep state going to do now? What is President Obama as he sits in his Georgetown mansion, wherever he is today, and Martha's Vineyard? What do you suppose he's thinking? I would say that, I mean, it's not only President Obama. I mean, he's going to leverage those that were, I argue, were from the Republican side that were in on it. We're starting to see some of the breadcrumbs of it. So Rupert Murdoch with Wall Street Journal came out with some fantastical theory that says that President Trump sent over a memo, right, to Jeffrey Epstein. They're trying to muddy the water so that the left and even some of the mainstream
Starting point is 00:06:43 right media can take that and run with it at a time when the biggest source. story by like an order of a trillion magnitude is this treasonous conspiracy that was laid out by Tulsi Gabbard. Meanwhile, they're trying to make it look as though if they had something on President Trump for with the Epstein stuff, I mean, they would have released it. They wanted to release it to pre-bunk this story. You notice how it literally was, I believe, a day or maybe two just before Tulsi came out with this.
Starting point is 00:07:10 And I would suspect that based on the cadence and the momentum of, of, of, D.N.I. Gabbard, what we've seen so far, declassifications of JFK files, declassifications of RFK, this bombshell, we're still, if you look at the organizational document that was publicly released about the director's initiative group, it talked about release of MLK files. I suspect that's coming very soon, maybe even some Malcolm X files that will start to expose the co-entel pro operations of that period of time, again, showing the corrupt nature of our very FBI. And beyond that, I suspect there's going to be more and more the 2020 election steal, the January 6th Fed'surrection. All the same players are going to be involved.
Starting point is 00:07:55 And when you ask me two or three of the key individuals, the number three individual that I would highly recommend for that initial arrest would be, I wouldn't say Clapper even, although he should be up in the top five. It should be the guy's name is Jim Baker, who was the general counsel of the FBI during this period. of the illegal spying operation. And then he later became the deputy general counsel for Twitter 1.0, where he coordinated the entire censorship regime from 2018 forward to include the covering up for the election heist and the ballot, right? All the ballots that were illegal. The COVID con, everything.
Starting point is 00:08:37 That individual, as the general counsel, you usually find that the senior lawyer has their fingerprints and visibility on everything, but their name is never mentioned. So I would say Jim Baker, number four, would be the General Counsel of the U.S. Capitol Police for his role in weaponizing against all January 6ers to include President Trump.
Starting point is 00:08:56 I mean, the list goes on. I created the list. You can start there. It was a 350-person list, and I think at this point, we're at about 1,400 individuals plus. This is real, ladies and gentlemen. Again, I think part of the problem
Starting point is 00:09:11 is we have become inured to this kind, kind of thing. We don't know what to believe. People speak hyperbolicly constantly. And so we don't know what to take seriously. I've been known to do that every once in a while. Well, look, it can happen. But it obviously doesn't help because it really undermines the value of language. So when you use a term, people don't take it seriously. When you say historic or when you say extraordinary or when you say unprecedented, people just, you know, because everything's amazing. So language has. really lost its value. It's one of the reasons I'm so prosnickety on how we speak. And I'm very guilty of this. So when we come back, folks, we will continue conversation with Ivan Rakelin. We've only begun

Use promo code Eric or call 800-978-3057. Welcome back talking to Ivan Reklin about bombshell news. And, you know, in a world where I just was saying people constantly
Starting point is 00:11:24 say breaking news, bombshell news, and it's not bombshell news, but they want to grab your eyeballs. That undermines the meaning of words. When people say breaking news, you know, breaking news, Elizabeth Hurley is, you know, in a hot bikini. Here it is on FoxNews.com. There's just garbage. There's so much garbage news. And I mentioned Fox News for a few reasons. They've been very guilty of this. I've noticed this over the years. This is not. an ideological issue, folks. This is not a left versus right. It's right versus wrong. They sensationalize everything because they want to make money, because they want you to watch breaking news with an amazing graphic. And it's not worthy of that kind of thing. So journalism has really become debased in
Starting point is 00:12:14 America, including Fox News. And when we touch on Fox News, you know, there are great people at Fox News and great people who've been at Fox News. But the head of Fox News, Rupert Murdoch, I don't get the impression that he gives a damn about the values that the people who listen to this program care about. And what he did the other day, I mean, the cynical way he runs Fox News speaks for itself. But what he did the other day, allowing his empire, which includes the Wall Street Journal, to publish this ridiculous thing. I mean, even if it's true, it's ridiculous, even if it's true and it's not true. But it's a fascinating thing because when we look at the job of journalists, how often do we have people, I mean, Leslie Stahl back, I don't know when it was interviewing President Trump and saying, well, we don't have the solid evidence on this, Mr. President. They pretend to have this very, very high bar for what they're going to go with because we need the evidence.
Starting point is 00:13:19 but that's it's simple it's nonsense and so here we have um rupert murdock uh actually i was astonished that on saturday night there was a panel show on fox where they actually discussed what we're discussing i thought that's good news at least they understand this is important enough maybe they can make some money off of talking about this but this concerns the republic ivan so just to get back to the details we're talking about telsie gabard released some information right now and i guess my question is, what do you suppose, I'll ask you again, what do you think President Obama is doing on the phone right now? What are they doing? In other words, if, if, as you say, we have the ability to arrest John Brennan, Clapper, homie, down the line, you mentioned Buckley, Jim Baker,
Starting point is 00:14:09 this is huge. So what do you suppose President Obama is doing? What is the deep state doing to to make sure this doesn't happen. Yeah, so I think that they're probably on Zoom calls or whatever their communications platform of choice is to be able to coordinate the pushback, just like they did the previous years. So right now they're in a defensive posture, which they've never really been up to this point.
Starting point is 00:14:33 And I would say that they're probably, all the Biden holdovers at the senior most levels of the DOJ and the intelligence community are now being tasked and asked to essentially slow, roll and report and leak essentially anything that they can remotely to create content for the left that they can run off of and explain, oh, this is all a hoax, whatever, just like they've done before, and administratively and through their professional positions, block and tackle completely. That's why it is imperative. For Pam Bondi, I mean, I've been probably one of the biggest
Starting point is 00:15:09 critics along with maybe even more so than Laura Lumer, and that's a high bar against Pam Bondi. But what she's done recently by firing Maureen Comey, by, you know, firing individuals, and I think 20 of the individuals that were working on Jack Smith's fake, you know, cover-up, another element of the cover-up scheme. There needs to be massive, not firings. People need to be suspended. They need to still, their clearance is suspended, under investigation that are internally within the DOJ, the FBI, and within the intelligence community that have any fingerprints on the escalatory coverups that I've just kind of described in the previous part of the show. And what that does is because when you fire someone, you kind of lose control,
Starting point is 00:16:00 administrative control over them. If you suspend their clearance, they no longer have access to things and you put them under investigation, you can now kind of put the screws on them, Just like the whistleblowers of the previous administration, whether it's Gerard O'Boyle or some of the other folks, Marcus Allen, Kyle Serafin, the Steve Friends of the world, we need to use that precedent, but we do it righteously, not because of political angst against someone exposing your own corruption. We use that methodology to be able to remove Obama's ability to subvert and continue to circumvent. circumvent the justice system that should be laying squarely on his door. And if I made just one last point to contextualize, we're coming up on 250 years as a republic, okay, as a country. This, we're essentially at a crossroads of 1770s meets 1860s meets 1960s.
Starting point is 00:17:03 But the reason why I think we won't go into that kinetic posture of those. three eras is because we have free speech that allows us to educate those that were duped from not performing violence and kinetic action, but instead coming to the senses of, you know what, I was duped completely by the entire Russia, Russia, Russia, hoaxers. And now those individuals are going to be feeling the same way that I felt in the 2017, 2018, 2018, 2019 period, absolute disgust and embarrassment. that I was duped by an entire system that literally defecated on the backs of families like my own trying to defend the Constitution from enemies foreign and now focused solely on enemies domestic.
Starting point is 00:17:54 Well, that's very well put. I have said many times when the third existential crisis of our history as a country, and we are in this, this is a war. And I think when President Trump won the election, you know, a few months ago, A lot of people thought, well, we won. No, no, no, no, no. Not yet, folks. We are in a war that enabled us simply to keep fighting.
Starting point is 00:18:18 And when you fight, you take hits. People die. You suffer. You're still in a war. But the point is, by God's grace, we will win the war, but we have to keep fighting. And right now, we're in the middle of fighting for the Republic. We have to win because there are dark forces, which we've been talking about, about who earnestly wish to destroy America, the America that given to us by God through the founders
Starting point is 00:18:47 that really believes in these wild ideas of liberty, of people governing themselves, of freedom and justice. That world has been, you know, evil forces through history have wanted anything but that. And we're now at a point where we have globalists, atheists in bed with the Chinese communists and whoever else will help them because they don't like these ideas. Now, we know that that's the height of foolishness, but they've always existed. And they are fighting now for their lives, and we have to do everything we can. We mentioned, we haven't mentioned Ivan, Akash Patel, Dan Bongino. Do you suppose that they're involved in this in any way?
Starting point is 00:19:35 I mean, the FBI, of course, is central to this if we talk about James Comey's participation. So I would say this, that Cash Patel, so remember, Cash Patel served on the Intelligence Committee for Devin Nunes. So I was a very ardent cheerleader of Cash Patel and Dan Ben Juno when they were appointed. Very excited for that. I wasn't quite excited for the Attorney General, Pam Bondi. So we're in this position of, while Cash and Dan are probably the two best individuals that know the historical context of these 10 years that we've laid out and the individuals behind it, the seditious conspiracy, they are unfortunately not in a position to, of their own right, start to go after these individuals and start to prosecute them. They can put forth the evidence and do all of that. But at the end of the day, it comes down to a U.S. attorney.
Starting point is 00:20:34 and what did the deep state do? They removed Ed Martin as the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia. Okay? Who was appointed as the Attorney General? It wasn't Matt Gates, who I was just on a show explaining this,
Starting point is 00:20:48 that he was the singular best individual that would be in the position as the Attorney General. Why? Because he was involved in uncovering and exposing the last 10 years conspiracy more than any other member of Congress or, for that matter, any governmental official, I would argue.
Starting point is 00:21:06 So that would have been the trifecta to really take the deep state to task. Unfortunately, some individuals know why that happened. He was kind of pushed out. So if I were advising whoever wants to listen and has the authority to do so, Matt Gates must be involved at the DOJ in some way, shape, or form as a special prosecutor. Ed Martin must have subpoena power as a special prosecutor. Before we go to the break, I just... John Eastman, before we go to the break here, I just want to reiterate.
Starting point is 00:21:42 Matt Gates stood up loudly in defense of Pam Bondi a week or so ago when she was under attack by people including me. He did, and I debated him on the show. That was very interesting. When we come back, we'll talk about that with Ivan Reiklin. Don't go away. Welcome back. folks, I'm talking to Ivan Rakeland. Ivan, you were just saying as we went to the break that, or I was saying that Matt Gates,
Starting point is 00:22:21 whom you feel strongly is a hero in all of this, he, he, you mentioned that. And then I said, he quite strongly and pointedly spoke up for Pam Bondi a week or so ago when she was, you know, kind of being attacked for obviously mishandling at least the communication of the Epstein stuff. She did that very ineptly and sloppily and really caused the president embarrassment. It was a terrible thing. I think we would all agree on that, yeah. Yeah. So, but the point is that, but he, Matt Gates, seems to think that Pam Bondi is someone that we should trust right now to do the right thing. I mean, I took it as he made the point that she's better than the previous Attorney's General
Starting point is 00:23:11 or acting that President Trump has appointed. And on that note, I actually conceded and said, yes, if the others are, I would give them an F grade, then Pam Bondi is absolutely far better than... Actually, I'm glad you you brought that up. Because that's the point. It's like it's like saying she's better than
Starting point is 00:23:27 Bill Barr, you know, pathetic. A D minus is better than an F. Look, these guys, these guys, but the point is he said that for a reason. In other words, he was trying to say, He wasn't just trying to say, oh, these guys are pathetic bums and she's better. He didn't need to say anything.
Starting point is 00:23:47 So the fact that he came out and spoke up for Pambiani, I thought that was interesting. Why would he do that? Yeah, I think that, again, he has more relationships and sources, obviously, than I do. So he has more context to go off of. But having said that, it's almost as though that, I mean, he even mentioned it in our discussion, which I just learned, it was that there is a. conspiracy case being put together. We learned later after that that there was, you know, criminal referral sent over from the DNI over to the DOJ. And unless we have individuals,
Starting point is 00:24:22 like I said before, unless we have somebody like a Matt Gates, Mike Davis, a Kurt Olson, John Eastman's, those that were weaponized by the entire system, but also know what took place, whether it's the election heist of 2020, whether it's always. of these seditious conspiratorial acts by the intel community and the previous, a couple of White Houses ago, Pam Bondi only knows one component of that entire deep state chicanery, and that is the first impeachment hoax. So I'll give it to her that she is the expert when it comes to that small component of the last 10 years. She, in my estimation, based on what I've seen, heard and read. She doesn't know the rest of the story. The rest of the story can be filled in with full
Starting point is 00:25:10 evidence because Matt Gates and others in the house, they interviewed the Comys, the Brennan's, the Clappers, and others, okay? They had the hearing with the John Durham's. They looked through it and read it. So to leave those individuals out, in essence to me means Pam Bondi is obstructing justice. She's deliberately not having those that are the experts on the subject matter to make this come to fruition with convictions. So if we start to see any indicators, she's not bringing in the experts, then the writing is on the wall. And when I say the writing on the wall... Don't you think President Trump has to be aware of this? I mean, he is not, he's not posting that video of Obama being arrested as somebody who's kind of indifferent or he's focused on other things.
Starting point is 00:26:00 he has been, I would guess, laser focused on this stuff for a long time. And he's just playing poker. He's sitting back. But I have to think that's. Beautiful. I miscalculated and I apologize. But at the end of the day, if the public is not even slightly aware of something going on, we have to come to our own conclusions.
Starting point is 00:26:22 We fill the gaps with analysis, right? And so the analytic, I've been fairly accurate over 10 years with my analytic process. I mean, I used to teach intelligence analysis, so I'm not the worst. I've been pretty decent. So you come to the conclusion, like, if nothing is happening publicly, then nothing is happening, particularly at a time nowadays where technologies everywhere, everyone talks to each other, leaks are everywhere. So, I mean, but I will say this.
Starting point is 00:26:50 When Dan Bongino was announced as the deputy director of the FBI, that was a nice operational security kind of appointment. because no one knew that that was going to take place. Now, granted, it didn't require Senate confirmations, so that was an easy one to do. What I'm getting at here is that the public demands transparency and accountability. Even with this presidency that may be doing some things behind the scenes, there needs to be at least an indication that movement is being made. The easiest thing that I could recommend to Pam Bondi is the following.
Starting point is 00:27:26 How about you at least acknowledge the criminal referral, to you from Tulsi Gabbard. How about you acknowledge the criminal referral sent to you by the coronavirus committee on Andrew Cuomo that was sent in the previous Congress? How about you acknowledge the second one that was sent by James Comer, the chair of the oversight committee, the criminal referral? How about you acknowledge the criminal referral sent over you from Annapolina Luna? Don't say anything other than that.
Starting point is 00:27:52 If you at least acknowledge receipt of that criminal referral, you're not exposing an investigation anything. America sees that some movement is being made just by the virtue of you saying, received with no other word. That requires 10 seconds of your time, Ms. Attorney General. This is big stuff, Ivan. We're at a time with you for today, but we'll have you back to continue this. 10 seconds.
Starting point is 00:28:22 I'm fairly passionate on this subject. What do you think might happen in the next day or two? Just got a couple seconds here. Go ahead. I think we're going to have some more good news, maybe as early as tonight, based on what I'm hearing. I think there's going to be a better counter messaging of the Epstein bogus content. Basically, this administration is trying to shore up the epic fail of Pam Bondi, as you described so eloquently earlier. Okay. All right. All right. We're out of time. Ivan, God bless you, my friend, to be continued. Thank you so much.
Starting point is 00:28:58 Thank you. God bless. Thank you, Eric. Folks, welcome back. I'm just reeling from my conversation with Ivan Rakelin and Keith and Chris. I'm sure you're reeling too. I'm just reeling in general. The news is it is hard to take in folks, and I keep repeating myself, it is hard to overstate the magnitude of what we're talking about. Now, this is all going to come out, so you don't have to take my word for it,
Starting point is 00:29:38 but I'm just telling you from what I know now, the magnitude of what has happened, not just the evil, but now the uncovering of the evil, the proof of the evil, the evidence, and then the next steps. This is as historic as it gets. And I want to be on the record as saying Watergate is nothing. It's not Watergate is ranks number two. Watergate is nothing. This is an order of magnitude at least 10 times or 100 times what Watergate was. Watergate was a lot of puffed up nothing when you really examine it compared to where we are now.
Starting point is 00:30:13 You just can't even compare it. I got a couple things I want to touch on maybe better news, happier news. 56 years ago yesterday, man walked on the moon. In fact, not only did man walk on the moon, men walked on the moon. I had the privilege of meeting one of those men who on July 20th, 1969, walked on the moon. his name is Buzz Aldrin. And I met him. It's got to be close to 20 years ago that we met.
Starting point is 00:30:49 But when I met him, I kind of shocked him by reminding him of something. I've written about this in my book. Everything I always wanted to know about God, but we're afraid to ask. And I think I wrote about it if you hunt around on my website, ericmetaxis.com. But when Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong landed on the moon, July 20th, 1969, this is not much known, which is why I wrote about it and it's amazing. There was a moment of silence.
Starting point is 00:31:16 Not a moment, but there was some time of silence that they were not in radio contact. But Buzz Aldrin reported on this at the time. He wrote about it, I guess, in Guideposts magazine in 1970 or maybe. It was, I don't know, it was not immediately after it happened. But here's the punchline. Buzz Aldrin knew that what he was doing was absolutely historic. And so he asked his pastor at the time in the Baptist Church that he attended near Houston
Starting point is 00:31:47 what to do. And they determined that he should take communion on the moon when they landed on the moon. And so the first food eaten on the surface of the moon 56 years ago yesterday was the body and the blood of Jesus. It was communion. Some of the first words read on the moon. are the words of Jesus from the gospel of John. That happened 56 years ago yesterday. An epical moment in world history. But the idea that Buzz Aldrin knew that this is going to be an epical moment, and I want to do something to commemorate it.
Starting point is 00:32:32 And he decided that he would take communion on the moon. So the bread and the wine were constantly. by his pastor. He took them to the moon at 240,000 miles up. And that's what he did. But because of the pressure from atheists and secularists, Madeline Murray O'Hare was a famous atheist who sued NASA, because a few months earlier, this would have been Apollo 8, when they circled the moon, when they saw the earth in the distance, they read from January. Genesis in the beginning God created the heaven. That's so offended these radical atheists that they sued NASA and NASA being like every organization total cowards. They said, oh, we can't have any of that. So when you take communion on the moon, when you read the words of Jesus from the gospel of John, just keep that to yourself. We won't do that publicly. And so it falls to such as I to tell you the story. And again, you can read about it in my book. Everything always wants to know about God we're afraid to ask. It's on my website someplace. I should. repost it actually when we sent out our newsletter tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:33:44 But maybe somebody can remind me to do that. But it's an amazing thing. And that's 56 years ago today. And I had the privilege of meeting Buzz Aldrin. Anybody who says we didn't land on the moon is insane or just dumb. And you can tell them I said so. I've met another man who walked on the moon. That was Charlie Duke.
Starting point is 00:34:04 He was with Apollo 16, a profound man of Christian faith. also in the news. And Chris and Keith, I don't know if you saw this. President Trump yesterday called for the Washington Redskins to take back the name Redskins
Starting point is 00:34:23 and for the Cleveland Indians to take back the name Indians. And I just thought, this is why so many people love this president because he says out loud what so many of us are thinking. And he even sort of threatened the Washington Redskins.
Starting point is 00:34:40 They want to build a new stadium. He's like, well, I'm not going to make it easy for you unless you change the name back to Redskins. I just find this so delightful. I don't know what to say. I didn't see that, but that's just perfect. That is perfect. You know, we still have the Chicago Blackhawks.
Starting point is 00:34:58 We got the Atlanta Braves. The whole thing is a far. So good for Trump to stick his finger in their eye like this. Oh, man. It's hilarious. It's so hilarious. We've just got a moment left to talk about Stephen Colbert. Actually, maybe we'll talk about that in the next segment.
Starting point is 00:35:13 How hilarious that this was this show on CBS that effectively nobody watched, it was losing millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars for CBS. Why did they prop it up with millions of dollars? Why would they do that? Because they are leftist lunatics and they want a propaganda mouthpiece and they had that in Stephen Colbert. Stephen Colbert was an unhinged anti-Trump is an unhinged anti-Trump lunatic. He just hates Trump for what reasons, you know, we can only surmise. And he spent an hour a night for 10 years, for eight years, nine years,
Starting point is 00:35:52 bashing Trump and the idiots who would vote for him. And I have to say, you know what, that's not really a good choice to make in the landscape in which we live. So the show was bleeding millions of dollars and kind of like the WNBA, it didn't seem to realize like, yeah, you know, if you're losing money, if nobody cares about you, well, you know, that's not a good business model. And so they pulled the plug, CBS pulled the plug. And I think CBS, all of these media organizations, they know that their days are numbered. They have bet on the wrong team and they're bleeding. Hollywood is bleeding, losing millions and millions and millions for their woke agenda. So we've got to go to a break.
Starting point is 00:36:41 Let me remind you. We need your help. Texas needs your help. Please go to metaxistalk.com. When you go there, metaxis talk.com, you see the banner at the top of the page. This is really serious. They keep asking us, this is an emergency disaster relief. Metaxistalk.com.
Starting point is 00:36:59 Thank you. Hey there, folks. So much going on on the news. I never know where to begin, but one of the things that I find interesting, as the news gallops along, we forget stuff. And most of us have already moved way past the nightmare of the floods in Texas. It's horrible, but then something else happens, then something else happens, something else happens, and we forget about it. Well, the folks in Texas are suffering right now, and they need our help. And so they put the word out.
Starting point is 00:37:38 This is an emergency disaster relief situation. And our friends at Food for the Poor asked us to ask you to help. So I just want to say, let's not forget our friends in Texas. You know, do unto others as you would have others do unto you. If you have lost your home or your business and, you know, you're living in a tent someplace with your family right now waiting to get back to, who knows? I mean, this is the stories go on and on and on. I want to thank those of you who've already given, but I know most of you haven't yet been able to do that.
Starting point is 00:38:16 So the relief operations are underway. We're continuing our efforts with food for the poor. They are there rushing emergency relief kits. This is what your money is doing. Rushing emergency relief kits to people throughout the flooded area. Texas Governor Greg Abbott had the privilege to meet him and speak with him. he says that the lives lost in this tragedy are still being tallied. Actually, we've got a clip from him.
Starting point is 00:38:44 Let's play that. The numbers that I have of those who have lost their lives statewide in this flooding episode in the month of July is now 135. Those who have lost their lives in the Currville area because of the floods is now 116. We will continue the search for everybody in every single region that was affected by these devastating floods. All right, that's Texas Governor Greg Abbott. So a gift of $50 rushes an emergency relief kit to a hurting family displaced by these floods. $100 gets a kit packed with supplies to two families. Whatever you can donate will make a powerful impact for the men, women, and children who are suffering right now in central Texas.
Starting point is 00:39:35 So I want to remind you to the top of our website, there's a banner. Metaxistalkystalk.com. There's a banner. The relief kits contain hygiene items, diapers, emergency medical supplies, essentials needed to ease the crisis facing these flooded out residents. And to remind you, food for the poor is working with a trusted partner in San Antonio delivering shipments of emergency relief supplies. So if you can help, this is a big deal. Now, some of you listening, I know, can give a lot. If you can, I don't know, you've heard enough about these floods.
Starting point is 00:40:08 Let me give you a phone number as well. It is 844-863-4673, 844-863-467-3, 844-8663, 8-6-7-3. Or you can simply text metaxus to 51555. Text metaxis to 51555. We really need your help. Before we go today, I want to remind you of our friends at the Herzog Foundation. If anybody listening to this program today is interested in homeschooling or you've thought about it, you don't know whether you can do it.
Starting point is 00:40:44 You're interested in getting your kids out of public schools because you understand that what they're learning there is not what you would want to teach them. Maybe you're interested in Christ-centered K-12 education. Our friends at the Herzog Foundation are there to help you. They're not asking for anything from you. They want to help you. Herzog Foundation.com is their website. Herzog is Hurtzog.
Starting point is 00:41:09 Herzog. Herzog Foundation. com. And I've said this and I will always say it. Education is everything, folks. If these kids, you know, that are getting this Marxist indoctrination in public schools, if they get the truth, this sets them up for life and this is our future. And I keep meeting kids that have been homeschooled.
Starting point is 00:41:31 and I'm amazed at their wisdom, at their knowledge. They are the hope for the future to use a cliche. So go to HerzogFoundation.com, herdsogfoundation.com. And then to remind you, finally, metaxis talk.com, help Texas at the top of the page.
