Jack Maxey has Hunter Biden's laptop and continues to tell the saga of getting the contents into the hands of the main stream media -- why are they lax in covering the biggest story in decades?

to the Eric McTaxis show with your host, Eric Mettaxas. Hey there, folks. We've got a very exciting, particularly exciting show today. I'm talking again to Jack Maxie. You may remember him from a couple of months ago. We spoke about his having all of the contents of the Hunter Biden laptop. He felt that his life was in danger. He's been going through it for the last year.

This is very, very important, principally, because the mainstream media or the media in general have refused to look into what, in my estimation, is one of the most important things of our time. This is the son, the adult son of the man currently in the White House, not that he's the president, but let's just call him Uncle. hair plugs for those who like me are unwilling to call him president. But there's nothing more significant than the adult son of Joe Biden doing the things he's purported to have done and then to have the media not be willing even to investigate this as the election was going on in the fall of 2020. Jack Maxey, welcome the program. Thank you very much for having me, Eric, I really appreciate you've been quite brave in covering this unlike most of the media. And it is something very important for the American.

Why do you suppose even conservative media have been shy about this? I mean, for example, has Fox News covered this? Fox News has covered it when the Daily Mail has covered it first. But I think that they're reluctant to take possession of the hard drive. in fact, every media outlet in the United States has been reluctant to take the copy of the hard drive. It was the first I heard that actually the New York Post actually had a copy of the hard drive was in their... Why do you suppose that Fox News? What about Newsmax before we get into this?

You know, I think that Newsmax is probably reluctant, too. I mean, all these people know that I have a copy of the hard drive. I've offered it directly to USA Today, People magazine, or at least. least a reporter purporting to be from USA today. I now hear she may be from the New York Times, but everybody has been in total denial of this. And I think that I have to give a shout out to the Daily Mail. I flew out to Los Angeles, I think shortly after our first interview. And I gave them a copy of it. And they hired the former forensic head of the FBI computer labs to do a survey of it. and it's been proven 100% true.

This is, they took over a month to do this. They were very thorough. They confirmed that everything on it is real, that there is no evidence of any manipulation at all. All metadata matches up. So in terms of custody of the computer and all this, I think we can sort of put to bed in the conversation whether or not this is real.

But remember, in October 19th of 12th, 2020 or 2019. No, excuse me, I'm getting my case confused. Last fall, 2020, James Clapper, Hayden, Brennan, Panetta, another head of the CIA. So Brennan and Panetta, two heads of CIA. You have Clapper, former DNI,

and you have Hayden, former head of NSA, and 46 other purported experts in, counter espionage, intelligence, etc. Sign a letter declaring that Hunter Biden's laptop is a complete fabrication of Russian intelligence. This is two weeks before the election. Forget the minute. We've fallen through the rabbit hole.

This is lunacy. The fact that you have to listen to this program to hear an open conversation about what has to be one of the most important things in our lifetimes. It is so huge, it touches upon so many things I have to ask you, Jack, when you say that Fox and Newsmax are reluctant to get into this, how can that possibly be?

What do you make of this? Well, I think one thing that we have to remember is that all of these places are operating businesses, right? And to me, it's an indication of what kind of a country that we live in when the Fort of the State all the way across the board from the New York Times, the Washington Post, the cable networks, you name it, are basically afraid to cover this. And I think that shows to you, to the American people, it should show you what a kind of frightening paradigm we're living in right now, where even the fourth estate fears our intelligence services, fears some sort of backlash. You remember early in Trump's administration when Chuck Schumer said, hey, you attack the CIA and FBI.

They're going to ruin you. maybe that's the common belief. And in fact, remember, Eric, we can't deny that during the latter half of the Obama administration, we know that various journalists were surveilled under FISA warrants, et cetera. So to me, it almost feels like we're living in a country that has two parallel governments. One, this pretend constitutional republic that we all think governs our daily lives. And then there's another parallel government that actually, actually picks winners and losers.

Well, look, to begin with, nobody believes that Uncle Hairplugs is running the nation. There are people around him that seem to be running the nation. We don't believe that he or they were elected. But what confuses me, Jack, is that ostensible Republicans or conservatives don't seem to have the courage to go after this. think that they don't really appreciate how important it is? Because you and I both understand

it doesn't really get more important than this. This is gigantically important. And you're left to come on the Eric Mattaxas show to talk about it. How can this possibly be? I don't get it. Well, you know, as I said to a dear friend of mine who actually was questioning why I was still alive two weeks ago, I said, if I don't make it, the Republic survives there, a statue of me next to Nathan Hale of the same sentiments underneath. I actually am shocked that people are afraid to do this. You have to remember during the 700-plus hours I did on Steve Bannon's show, I interviewed half the leadership in the Senate and the House.

They all know how to reach me. I got caught up in the Kavanaugh hearing. So every one of those senators has my number. Every single reporter in the New York Times has my number. None of them have called me. None. When did you graduate Yale? 88. Okay, you graduated 88. I graduated 84.

Louis Free, whom we're going to come to now, he graduated from Yale. When did he graduate? I have no idea, but I think Louis is what, about 71 years old. So let's say Louis graduated 73, something like that. All right. Well, I just find it so strange that we're living at a time when, And, you know, we're obviously being serious. We're not playing games.

This is important. The idea that people aren't talking about this, I find it astonishing and just outrageous. I cannot get over the fact that something this important by now. It's one thing for the mainstream media to avoid it in October, which was horrific. But let's just get into the meat of it. I want to interrupt one thing. It's a whole other thing for former. heads of the CIA, the Director of National Intelligence, the head of NSA, you know, the guys who

should be the experts on any electronic communication to come out and declare it a fabrication. You can still do Google searches on Hunter Biden's laptop, and you'll have reporters all over the world. But until Brennan, Clapper, Hayden, and Panetta tell me it's real, I'm still, I'm going by what they said. It's a fabrication. This is still out there. Well, it's not just a fabrication. It's not just a fabrication. They said, which is so, stupid. I mean, look, we know it's not a fabrication. It's preposterous, but they went even farther. They said it's Russian disinformation, as though the Russian hoax had not been thoroughly disproved. I just, I think many Americans, I think scores of millions of Americans are disgusted.

And that's why I do this program to give them a voice. It is astonishing to me that they can't even tune in to Fox News or to Newsmax and have you talking about this. It doesn't make any sense to me. long time. He's been on Wall Street. He's been in the American military. Jack Maxey, where were you in government? Well, in government, I guess you could always say I've been a behind scenes player. Obviously, I ran a surrogacy program for Steve in the 2018 campaign. I sort of as head of research through all of that. And then coming into 2020 and 2021, I was part of the war room impeachment thing, the whole process there. And that was quite a, quite a thing. And then we ran war room pandemic for over a year. What about previously, in other words, when you were in the military, am I getting that right? I went into the Navy right out of college. And then after that,

I did not have any distinguished career in the Navy. And then I went to Spain and I lived there for a while. And then I went to Wall Street. I worked there for a while. What did you do in Spain? I don't know if it's relevant, but it sounds interesting. You know, I worked at an ad agency. I drank a lot of beer and I had a great time. Cerva. But then I was a trader at Merrill Lynch. I was right at the heart of the Orange County scandal.

I mean, that should have been my first wake-up that you can't trust any of these people. All right. Well, look, let's get into this here. You came into the possession of the Hunter Biden laptop. We don't mean literally the laptop, but what was on the laptop has come into your possession. you've shared it around. So if people want to destroy it, killing you won't solve the problem

because people all over the country have downloaded it. What do we need to talk about? What was this article recently, The Daily Mail, that we should talk about? Well, I've been working with these guys over at the Daily Mail,

and again, I give them a lot of credit for doing the hard legwork to prove this true. And they were working on a story about Jackie Bao, and I think we covered her in the last interview, the sort of Chinese secretary that ran Hunter's Hudson West in New York. And as I'm looking for something on her,

because I'm kind of a human librarian for them, because I've just spent so many hundreds of hours on this, I find this reference to Louis Free in a kind of screenshot of a WhatsApp conversation that I had saved. So when I'm going through this air-gapped computer, and I have to, when I say air-gap, because he has, a iCloud account, whatever. The only way I can look at this computer safely without losing contents or whatever is to have

no Wi-Fi, no nothing. And so I'll take a picture with my camera of the contents of the screen. And obviously I'd taken this picture of this WhatsApp conversation months ago. And when I came back across it on my camera roll, I thought, well, I got to go look into that. And I start typing in the names. And we found this true conspiracy, criminal conspiracy. I may as well tell it like a story. So springtime of 2016, Hunter has a corrupt oligarch business partner, peer, friend, client,

whatever you want to call him in Bucharest, Romania. He has been prosecuted for corruption and for defrauding the government on some real estate deals. He's looking at several years in jail. And this is a bad situation because. Hunter is in Romania, and Tony Bogolinsky can prove this. I sent you that document where they mentioned Tony and Romania and Hunter, and great job over there, guys. The Chinese are in Romania because they want to buy the plowestate oil fields.

Any of you, your listeners who have grandfathers who fought in the war, particularly in the Army Air Corps, will know Ploeste. It's probably more Army Air Corps died over the oil fields of Romania than even Berlin. And so here we are 75 years later, and the Chinese hook hunter up with these oligarchs around the world so that he's the middleman, right? This is the way the Chinese bribe people. But they're in Romania to buy those oil fields. Well, this guy's going to jail. Their hook for Romania is now going to go to jail prosecuted by a female prosecutor who is reputed to be very honest, free, fair trial, et cetera.

I only know this because former FBI director. Louis Free puts all of this in writing. And Hunter's got to get him out of jail, so they call Louis Free. And Louis Free tailors a plan to dogpile this female prosecutor. He's going to put to work FBI agents who are working in the diplomatic security portion of the State Department. In those countries, he's going to put to work current FBI agents who are working in the Bucharest, Romanian, anti-corruption academy that our FBI agents are supposed to be teaching them about anti-corruption. He flies over to Bucharest himself, I think one or more times, along with three of his partners.

And if you look at who the partners are of Free Solomon, and they've changed very quickly recently. But last time, when I looked, when I found this, three of the partners were former prosecutors from the Southern District of New York. Let's just, I just want to go back to clarify what we're talking about. So Louis Free, what was his job title when this is going on? Retired head of the FBI, retired federal judge, running a fixed corporation that is both a law firm and an investigative firm. Okay. But he's using his contacts who are currently still in government to affect the situation in Romania on behalf of whom? Eric, his name is Gabriel Pavlovichu.

Okay, but just so people are tracking why they should care about this. What is the headline here that Hunter Biden is using his direction? The headline is that a former head of the FBI can enlist former assets of federal law enforcement attached to the State Department, attached to an anti-corruption academy in Bucharest, to try and affect the outcome of a free and fair trial on behalf of a crooked friend of Hunter Biden. Now, let's remember something. This former head of the FBI, I am told, still gets national security briefings as part of his package. You're talking about Louis Free?

Louis Free. Okay, so hang on, though, but you're saying that this comes directly from Hunter Biden, that the Bidens and Hunter Biden wanted to affect the. outcome of this Romanian oligarition in the trial. So this is pure corruption. He was already convicted. They were trying to get his conviction overturned. Now, we understand from Romanians, my understanding is that the U.S. embassy may have even gotten

involved, including the U.S. ambassador, all right? Now, in the midst of all of these communications in the spring of that year, and all of these communications are shared with Louis Free's peers. Nobody once says in his organization, hey, as a former federal prosecutor, is this not ethical? You've said the prosecutor is a very straightforward woman and the trial was fair. Is there something ethical, you know, question about this? No. The only question it comes up is, are we going to get paid? And Louis Free assures his partners, these former federal prosecutors, federal judge, one of whom was a former U.S. appointee head of Interpol. We're definitely going to get paid guys because my guys check this guy out. He's worth

half a billion just in Bucharest. That's all they care about. So the oligarch, who's a friend of Hunter Biden's, has been convicted. And he's using his money to use American assets to turn over his conviction. And the former head of the FBI and a lot of people who were in U.S. government service, or some of them still are or no? Well, I mean, no, but is this a proper use of retirement time for former federal judges, former heads of the FBI, former heads of Interpol? Well, look, we know there's something dirty here. The question is, what's the most important part of it? Is that Hunter Biden, under the authority. But I just want to get this clear.

In other words, you're saying that Hunter Biden is directly involved in this. 100%. The emails are back and forth between Hunter, Hunter's attorneys, Hunter's handlers. There's half a dozen or more people outside of Louis Free, Free Sullivan, and Hunter, who are power players in Washington

who know all about this arrangement. I have all of the emails. Some of the emails were sent to Hunter because obviously Hunter was questioning, what is Free Sullivan doing on behalf of my crooked client? And Hunter gets privileged communication from inside Free Sullivan, which I'm not a lawyer, but I think once you forward it, that privilege is gone. And it's Hunter, under no circumstances, show this communication to any other human being. And it's outlining Louis Free's plan to take down the Romanian prosecutor.

We're going to get to her. We are going to get to this woman. Really? Remember, this is occurring in the spring of 2016 when Joe Biden, an ambassador, Voinovich and you know state department employee Kent and the insufferable English woman and Vice President Biden were all over in Ukraine getting rid of crooked prosecutors actually in their own writing they're in Romania trying to take down who is a woman who is considered to be an incorruptible excellent best prosecutor in the history of the headline is that Biden is vice

President of the United States. He's using his muscle, his authority to give his son freedom to do dark things with the former head of the FBI. Nobody's investigating it. I haven't even got started. Folks, I'm talking to Jack Maxi. We're talking about the Hunter Biden laptop and we're talking about what looks like horrific levels of corruption under vice versa. President Biden, and nobody seems to want to write about this except the Daily Mail, which is an English newspaper. So in the midst of all these conversations about how he's going to get his friend out of jail, Louis Free sends Hunter, and I've always speculated about their friendship because Hunter brags about his friendship with Louis Free and lots of other communications, but I just didn't find this until literally two and a half weeks ago. So he sends Hunter an email.

hey, we're working hard. I just got back from Romania, you know, working on your friend. But my accountant is telling me that that $100,000 I sent to the grandkids last year, I'm not allowed to do that through the Free Family Foundation. Apparently the IRS doesn't allow that you to do it that way. So if you can get Haley to turn that $100,000 around, I'll send another $100,000. Further in the midst of all these emails, there are correspondence between Hunter and Louis Free, where Louis Free is explaining how he wants to start doing business with Joe Biden and Hunter.

He's very obsequious to Hunter, how a former head of the FBI who has to know, even in the best case scenario, just an old friend of the Biden's from Wilmington, has to know Hunter was kicked out of the Navy for cocaine two years prior to him even coming to Uncle Louis to get his friend out of jail. I mean, could you imagine calling one of your dad's friends after he noticed you've been kicked out of the Navy for cocaine and be like, hey Uncle Joe, I got a friend who's in jail. Can you help me? He would dress you down. He would call your father.

He never wanted anything to do with you. And yet the former head of the FBI is wanting to exert the full power of the federal government on behalf of Farners criminal friend. And why do you say that is? Why do you think that is? Well, this is where the story gets kind of interesting. I say this to two people, one, a household name. The first word out of his mouth, I don't even show him the whole thing. I just show him like three documents.

The three documents I sent you, which are just a little titty, titty, titty, itty-bitty taste of this because I wanted him in possession of the laptop to know where to find it.

And he says, wow, you know, Louis Free used to be really tight to that jerk. He used a different term. Peter Strach. And I'm thinking,

wow, that's interesting. And I've just gotten off the phone with the Daily Mail. I'm just now called this as my second phone call. I said, if you could find that,

I'll find proof. Give it to mail. Give it to the Daily Mail. He, of course, can't find proof, but he just says, listen, I just remember those two people being fricking frack back in the 90s. So then I call another guy. He's been a confidential informant, somebody who has tied a lot of things together, particularly with China, particularly with their energy aims, particularly with Udora Global and all these things in the Midwest. And I don't even necessarily share the documents with them. I just sort of say, hey, you're not going believe what I just found. Louis Free helping Hunter's crooked friend get out of jail, Romania. You're not going to believe this. And the guy says to me, I've ever told you that Louis Free and Pete Strach used to be very tight, right?

Okay. Now, I'm like, okay, we've been talking for eight months and you're just now telling me that Louis Free was friends with Peter Strach. And he says, it never, you know, I never had any reason to tell you. Louis Free never came up. So I said, okay. I said, what was their connection? And as I say, this is an unnamed person, but he has been true on everything. And you could take this for what it is, what he told me. He said, Pete Strach used to be part of these spy. They had a couple of spy catcher teams. This is how he described it, spy catcher team.

It worked directly for the director of the FBI back in the 90s. They had a couple of success. particularly a team that Pete Strach was associated with. And this is capturing Russians after the fall of the wall. And Louis Free, kind of like the colonel who found a second lieutenant who was his favorite, takes Strach underneath his wing. Now it gets worse. This guy says, look, I'm 90% sure of my memory serves me.

And this wasn't necessarily a guy right on the inside, but it was a guy sitting at the edge of the room. you know, kind of no one remembers. He said, my memory was that James Comey was the executive officer between those spy catcher teams and Louis Free. All right, now let's go forward three years. You have this very troubled young man, not young man, he's 50 years old. I can't believe I call me young man, I guess, because he's such a punk. You have this Hunter Biden son of Louis,

free's close friend. And 2016, he's willing to help Hunter's close friend get out of jail free in Romania and exert the full power of the federal government to do it. Now we go forward to 2019.

If you lose a laptop and you're team Biden and you're trying to figure out how are we going to stop this from coming out? How are we going to create a narrative if it does? How are we going to make sure if it ever turns up, it disappears? I'm Louis Free and what my informant told me is true, I'm calling Pete Strach.

And I'm getting, putting the word out to all the FBI agents out there who have the counterespionage secret handshake that if this thing turns up, it's national security. And it actually kind of, there's a sort of a proof in that remember, the regular FBI agents in New York wouldn't take Hunter Biden's laptop just two weeks ago from Rudy Giuliani three weeks ago. They refused to take it. And it also kind of goes back to the point of why did the guy who came and retrieved that laptop from Mac Isaac's office or his computer store? Why was it an FBI agent from northern New Jersey in the kind of no-name glass tower office in Jersey City? Why wasn't it a guy from Philly or Chester or Wilmington or Baltimore or, you know, half a dozen more agents? agencies, offices that are closer. We're going to have to go to a heart.

We've got a hard break here. We'll let you complete those thoughts. And we're going to wrap this up talking to Jack Maxie. Folks, don't go away. Folks, I'm talking to Jack Maxie about the Hunter Biden laptop and other horrible things. Jack, you were just making a point about the narrative that people, like Louis Free and others feared that Hunter Biden's laptop might appear and that they had to put out a false narrative that it was tied to national security or something like that. So keep going with that. I think that the FBI was very afraid of the laptop coming out because it would show their collusion, if nothing else, just with former director free.

and if my narrative story that I have heard that I cannot confirm, but it all seems to fit that Stroke was part of some spycatcher teams in the 90s close to free. And if Comey really was the executive officer close to free at the same time, it ties all three of those guys together as close. I'm still not understanding, though, if they're so afraid about this laptop. The laptop is disappeared. Hunter can't find it, right?

Wait, wait, wait, wait, hold on. But if this is national security, they couldn't have traced it to where, Did he ever drop it off any place, Hunter? I mean, they literally had no idea. And then I thought that the laptop had been turned over by the Baltimore guy to the FBI or somebody. It was turned over to the FBI, but remember, it was turned over on December 9th of 2019. And he'd been trying to get the FBI to take it for nearly two months before this guy from Northern Jersey shows up. Now, that means that the FBI was in possession of Hunter Biden's laptop all the way through the first impeachment.

it means that they were in possession of Hunter Biden's laptop and watched Joe Biden go through the Democratic primaries, keeping great people like Tulsi Gabbard and others from getting the nomination and perhaps having a real debate in this country about the future. This was absolute interference, and particularly because much of the evidence concerning Ukraine that's all over this computer was exculpatory for President Trump in the first impeachment. So if my contention is correct, that Louis Free was the first call of the Bidens in 2019, I bet his second call was to Pete Strach, and I bet Pete Strach put it out that anybody finds this laptop, somebody called up with the laptop, that this is part of national security, this goes to the counter-espionized group, and therefore straight down the black hole, never to be seen nor heard of again.

And it explains the threat of the FBI agent against Mac Isaacs when he's, Mac Isaac says, I'm really glad you guys finally showed up. I've been afraid of my life with all the information on here. And the guy says, in my experience, people who don't effing talk, have nothing to worry about. I think the FBI walked out of their thinking they had the only copy. I think they should all be sweating right now. And it's not just the FBI. It's a multitude of other Washington insiders who are all tied in on all these emails.

Everybody knows what's going on. It's so dirty. It's so disgusting. to anybody who loves this country who loves freedom, who loves Nathan Hale and George Washington and the heroes that have fought and died, it is so foul. I guess I have to ask you, since this is the last,

we're going to be talking to you today. We'll keep talking and we'll hear it tomorrow. But where do you think this could go from here, Jack, In other words, what is your hope that will happen? Well, my hope is that the media starts taking their responsibility as the defenders of our democracy, i.e. keeping the voters informed, begin to take their jobs seriously and begin to report on this. It's all in the documents. I have everything. And there's so much more. This is just a little fraction of the criminal behavior that these people are engaged in all over the world.

and in every case, I want your listeners to understand this, the communist Chinese are pulling the strings every single time. Is there nobody, are there no heroes in the Senate who are willing to take this on? I mean, it seems to me that there are a few good guys that are still with us. None of them have contacted me. And if there's any senator who would like me to come up there and give a presentation, I'd be happy to do it. And as I said, they tried to drag me into the Kavanaugh here.

So they all have my number. And I interviewed half of them. I don't, what is your theory on why a Rand Paul or a Ted Cruz or a Tom Cotton or somebody who we know these are good guys, why they would not want to pursue this? Or do you think that there is that the case? I don't know. I can't speak for them. But I have to tell you, I have seen more mouth. bravery in the last year than I thought was humanly possible. I thought clearly this would be a

rallying cry and what I find everywhere from the mainstream media to even wealthy individuals who, who, you know, I think are supportive, they're afraid because there's a general consensus out there that the government can pick winners and losers. They can audit you. They can decide just as Barry has said to Stalin, you show me the man and I'll find you with a crime. this is the country that we're living in. And clearly our judiciary and our intelligence services are at work hand and glove. And we still have not seen anybody go out and interview those 50 intelligence experts and say, what evidence did you have to declare this fake?

No one's asked that question. It's astonishing. It's absolutely astonishing. But I still, I really don't understand. Are there no people? in conservative news outlets that would be willing to do this. I mean, it's a little strange. Well, there's people like Todd Wood,

and there's various radio personalities who are willing to touch upon this stuff. But what I find so horrifying is it's actually, I'm willing to give them a whole copy of the hard drive. Now, the two big media outlets who I convinced to take this, one was the Daily Mail, and they've done a great job and I hope they keep going. But even they get pushback.

And the other one, and I gave it to them in mid-January, was the national broadcaster of Sweden because there were multiple crimes that would have been newsworthy in Sweden. And I gave it to them thinking, hey, the Swedes, like they're not afraid of anything, you know, great liberal democracy. Sweden has done nothing. They called me a half a dozen times,

did a snarky interview with me and have done. absolutely nothing. Where can people go to read more about this? I would say continue to follow the Daily Mail. I hope that they're going to continue to publish. The reason I'm sort of am supporting them

is they're a tremendously large publication. They did the hard work to prove that all of this was real. I'm on Gab now because Twitter took me down because posting these documents was fake news. I think this is just what happens. Parents just get wacky when kids are around, and they, like, I invent characters. Yeah. I don't know how many characters I invented. and one of them was a guy named Dead Arm Jack. Okay. I don't know if I want to go into this. It's really bleak.

It's really sad. Actually, I can't go into it. I don't have the guts to go into it right now. Oh, you don't? No, right? No. His name was Dead Arm Jack. Okay.
