If I vote, they're just going to steal my vote or they're going to, Folks, if you have that attitude, you're part of the problem.

Or if you have the attitude, which I obviously deal with in my book, Letter to the American Church also, the attitude that, you know, it doesn't matter. All I need to care about is souls or something ridiculous like that. Folks, it's not right. You need to care. You need to fight. You need to be in the battle. And you need to fight with joy.

Reagan, they called him the happy warrior. You're fighting against evil. Why do you get to be on the side of good fighting against evil? Why do you get to be the one helping the poor and the suffering and the oppressed by doing whatever it is that you're doing? It's an honor and it's why we're on the planet. So what can you do? I'm going to go down a list. Number one, I have to mention this.

It's not why I'm mentioning it. It's maybe why I'm mentioning it first. But religious liberty and liberty in general is under threat. America. As I explained in the introduction, my guest for this hour, really just thrilled to have him. James Agresti. He's the head of something called JustFacts. James, welcome. Eric, thanks for having me. Now, listen, explain to my audience what is Just Facts because, and by the way, what's the website?

it seems, going to be held accountable for what looked to be, like skyscraping crimes against America, a level of corruption that is out of, you know, the Borgia Popes. This is so corrupt and so sick. And of course, it was oppressed by the media, which is really what makes it so horrible. And let me just say you obviously, even though you're in Houston, where I'm going to see you tomorrow, you are from this neck of the woods. I can tell from your accent, from your voice. I grew up in Northburg, in New Jersey. So yeah, that's where I picked up this accent, which horribly people tell me sounds like Anthony Fauci. Well, can I tell you something?

Coming out of your mouth, it sounds nice. Don't let the turkeys get you down by bringing up Fauci. Okay, so let's talk about justfacts.com. You get into what is happening now, because I haven't talked about it on this program with regard to Hunter Biden and the folks who have been investigating him, it never was clear to me whether folks were investigating him or looking the other way.

Give us the story. I know there was an article in the New York Post, which still does some actual journalism. Yes. So I want to say also this is much broader than Hunter Biden. This goes straight to the big guy. And in investigating this matter, which I agree, the media has not only failed to investigate,

but has actually repressed it. And then when I say the media, that includes the so-called fact-checkers and the social media tycoons, the Facebooks, the Twitters of this world, have actively suppressed this story. And the other people who should be doing this kind of investigation and have not is the FBI.

The FBI has had Hunter Biden's laptop for years. And what I was able to discover, just searching through it and doing some keyword searches, is utterly incriminating. It's enough for the FBI right now to take Joe Biden in handcuffs out of the White House. Okay. Now, what you just said, folks, you know me, you know this program. Imagine what James Agresti just said, who has the documents to back it up. And as you'll get to know James and justfacts.com, you'll realize this is not hyperbole. This is a level of criminality and

corruption that is unknown in our time. It is against everything we believe in as a people, against everything the founders stood for when they risked their lives to make an independent nation. It is against everything we have supposedly stood for for 250 years. And what's the worst part? Is it that these evil people are doing these things or that the media have allowed it that the FBI and other governmental institutions that we rely on to do their job, that they haven't done their job. When the laptop came out, you know, in October of 2020, James, and it was labeled as Russian disinformation, I thought to myself, there are levels of insanity and corruption and horror.

It's one thing to say that, well, I really hate Trump and I love Biden. And I don't think we should pay attention to this nonsense, you know. But when you actually get people to sign papers and saying, no, we're calling this Russian disinformation, it is, it is so brazen as a lie that it's hard for me to process that people. in positions of authority, not only bought that lie, but pushed it out there. We know that's complete nonsense. I mean, I think anybody paying attention at the time knew it was nonsense. But I knew when the media spiked this story, I said, that's how I know we've gone through the looking glass, because you can talk about all kinds of bad stuff, but to take

a story that is as big as it possibly gets. I mean, even comparing it to Watergate is a joke. It's in another universe from Watergate. And to have all of the so-called legacy media ignore this assiduously and tell you to shut up about it, it's just that's when I knew we're no longer in the America that I grew up in. And if we don't fight with everything we have right now, whatever we thought was going on, that's gone. So, you know, you just said something that triggers me.

here, but I mean, I know you have the facts. And again, it's justfacts.com. That's your organization. But talk about some of the things that you discovered independently that you say are enough to take Joe Biden out of the White House. Sure. So back in 2014 when Joe Biden was vice president of the United States, a Ukrainian energy firm, the largest natural gas producer in Ukraine hired Hunter Biden and his business partner to serve on their board of directors paying them each $83,000 a month. So when news of this broke, people ask the obvious question, why? Why would this company be paying this guy, this money, this insane amount of money that most people don't make in a year in a month for sitting on a board, which oftentimes, you know, I'm sure you're on nonprofit boards, that's something you don't even get paid for in many cases.

You serve as the interest of the company or the interest of the organization. So I discovered emails that explain exactly why, because they came from an executive of that company to Hunter Biden and his business partners, and they're explicit. And let me add this to what you're saying, Eric, about our website. This particular store, we have several websites. This one is on our website, justfaxdaily.com. And if you click into this article, you'll see it on a smoking gun emails.

You won't just find the perfunctory hyperlinks and links to say news stories. You will find links to the primary source documents. I'm talking about Hunter Biden's bank records. We've got it all. We've got it all lined up. The exact emails. You can read the whole thing in context. So I'm going to condense these emails, but the key words, the incriminating words I'm using, are direct quotes from the emails.

So the executive of this energy firm wrote to Hunter and his partners, let's remember here what the true purpose and the ultimate purpose of our arrangement is and all of our joint efforts. it is to get high-ranking U.S. officials to pressure leaders in Ukraine to drop all criminal charges against the company's owner, who was a notoriously corrupt oligarch by the name of Nikolai Zolachewski. I'm sure I'm butchering the pronunciation of the last name, but that's, you know, how I read it. So Tucker Carlson revealed this email back in October 2020 when the laptop was still out, and there was all this accusation of Russian disinformation, and Tucker put a big caveat on it. He said, look, he goes, I'm not sure this laptop is authentic. I'm just airing it for the sake of this is what we have right now. Let's roll with it. But be aware it might not be true.

That's no longer the case. It is true. Everybody knows it. It's been authenticated through people who received emails from it. It's been authenticated through computer experts. Even the New York Times recently admitted it, buried something like 14 paragraphs deep in a story, they said, oh, by the way, we verified these emails are accurate. Okay. Now, what I did, when that came out is I started searching for, I want the proof. I wanted to dig, and I started searching for that exact email, which I could not find. I kept digging and digging and digging until finally I got my hands on all the emails and pumped to Biden's laptop. At the end of the last segment, James, you were talking about links to these e-mails. we now know, everyone knows, that there was no Russian disinformation, that we have been living in a world of lies that keeps talking about Russia, that keeps, it'll talk about anything except the facts on the ground, which point to a level of corruption by Hunter Biden and his father that is, it should make us blush as Americans. This is, like capturing Benedict Arnold. You just realize, oh my goodness, it's real. This is earth-shaking information. So now we have this information. We've had it, even when Tucker Carlson says,

well, we're not sure. We knew, but he wanted to be, you know, over-scrupulous in a sense. So now we know. And what happens now? Continue along the lines that you were talking along just a moment ago. So these new emails I've uncovered contain Hunter Biden's and his partners reply to that email from the Ukrainian energy firm. And they're amongst themselves and then back to the energy firm. So they got this email saying, hey, we need you to get your high-ranking U.S. officials to come to the Ukraine and pressure these Ukrainian officials to drop the charges against Hunter's Sugar Daddy because that's who he was. He was giving Hunt. He was giving Hunter and his partner, $166,000 per month.

We need you to do this. So the email comes in and hunters and his partners start exchanging emails amongst themselves. And one of them says, yes, please tell them we are not naming the U.S. officials who are going to apply this pressure to Ukraine to be on the safe and cautious side. Then they said between each other, Hunter, you're the only one who can close this deal, who can make this happen. Then Hunter replies to the group and the Ukrainian energy firm saying, we can deliver on this? We can deliver on this. Think about that. We, me, Hunter Biden, can get U.S. officials to press the Ukrainian officials to drop criminal charges against the company's owner.

and I look forward to getting started on it. I mean, we're now in a position where we are supporting Ukraine in a war against Russia. Folks, do you understand how corrupt this is? This is your billions and billions and billions of your tax dollars, not helping you here, but helping them there. And the corruption is clear. All that's unclear are some of the details. of this. But the idea that you have the man in the White House overseeing this kind of criminal

empire, we now know it. And where are things now? Because I do know that the Post and others, James, have said that it looks like they're going to do something about this. But I mean, you know, most people get it pretty cynical because they haven't done anything about anything. We're waiting and waiting and waiting years and years and years and nobody seems to pay any price. What do you think is possible? So I think it looks like a slap on the wrist at this point. And ultimately, that would cover up Joe Biden's involvement in this. Because one month after Hunter Biden said, I look forward to getting started on this, Joe Biden actually traveled to Ukraine and did exactly what those emails specified. And he did it with our taxpayer money. He told that

the president of that nation and the prime minister, if you do not fire this prosecutor, you are not getting U.S. taxpayer support. It was a billion dollar loan guarantee at the time. And shortly thereafter, that prosecutor who was actively pursuing Hunter's cash cow got fired. And this is Joe Biden's own words. And I have the court documents showing that that prosecutor had actually secured permission to seize the oligarchs, hunters' benefactor, houses, his Rolls Royce, some property. So what Joe Biden did here is he actively facilitated in textbook definitions of bribery and obstruction of justice.

And the worst part of it is not just what an affront that is to all decent, hardworking people and to have a man at the head of the United States who was involved in this, but this makes him vulnerable to extortion and blackmail. You don't think the Chinese don't have this information? You don't think the Russians don't have this information? Our enemies know this. And this guy has been involved in things that compromise him, and now he holds the levers of power to push a nuclear button or give China a trade deal, which he's done, or to open up the pipeline to Russia like he did. And I should clarify something here, Erica. about the situation with Ukraine.

This was a previous administration that was actually hostile to the current one. So you cannot say, based on this evidence, that the current administration was implicit in this. In fact, when the current administration came in, what they did is they fired Joe Biden's prosecutor. Now, why do I call him Joe Biden's prosecutor? Because he also said publicly,

they replaced the guy I wanted fired, with somebody who was solid. He said the guy was solid. Let me tell you what the solid guy did, Joe Biden's guy. He dropped all criminal charges against Hunter's benefactor. He prosecuted no one of note in three years in office. He was the best man of the president at the time. He'd done two stints in jail.

we're going to jail you here for breaking the law. Until and unless you get a Republicans who are principled and own the White House. When I say own it, I mean occupy it as elected representatives. And they're actually carrying out what they promise to do. Nothing can really come up this unless people rise up and the people in politics have to pay an electoral price for basically ripping us off, ripping off the world and sullying our nation. Well, as I say, it's hard to process because Because, again, you know, I always, I want to go back. The founders tried to give us a republic in which we would never have career politicians. It would be like Cincinnati at his plow.

People would serve for a season. But Joe Biden is the ultimate example of somebody for a half a century in power, learning the ropes to profit. And the corruption gets deeper and deeper with every year and every decade until this man, gets the White House by any means necessary. The evil there is astonishing. We don't even to get into that. But this man has a record in power using that power for his own advancement, not for why he's supposed to have the power. He's supposed to be given this power by the American people to represent them, whether as vice president or it.

And there's a deep cynicism here. But it's in both parties. Again, the idea that most Republicans do not have the guts to go after this. Clearly Donald Trump did, and it's why he's enemy number one, because he had the guts. He wanted to drain the swamp. He saw this kind of thing. And they thought, we've got to shut him down. We'll do anything we can.

We will demonize him forever until we make it impossible for him. to do anything about this, which is effectively where we are now. Yeah, they actively defied him. We have proof of that that the general, the Joint Chiefs of Staff General, was basically undermining him, telling his Chinese counterpart, well, something's going to happen. I'll talk to you first. I'll give you warning. You're talking about General Millie.

Yes. Okay. Millie is an unbelievable disgrace. There are many of these folks that they're a disgrace to the uniform, they're a disgrace to the flag, their behavior is despicable and they need to be held accountable. And one of the ways they're held accountable is that on programs like this in a country where we still have pockets of freedom, we get to say that they are traders to the country, that their behavior is deplorable and despicable and evil.

You need to know, folks, that these people rose in the ranks by doing what they were told, by not doing what they were supposed to do. And so somebody like a Millie, who is more animated by his hatred of Donald Trump than by his love of the country. It's obvious that these people are compromised, but we have an entire government riddled with these folks. And so again, the question is whether we, the people, will elect representatives and particularly somebody in the White House who will have the courage to go against this, knowing. really that their lives are on the line. And when you have corruption, misinformation, lies running the day, people get hurt. All of these things are diversions from reality. So back in 2015, the government of China hacked our White House Office of Personnel Management, which contains the FBI background records on every federal employee, every CIA agent, FBI agent, politician. And what these guys did has got access to all the compromise about them. and the Obama Biden administration did absolutely nothing about it. Then you look at their actions and you see how what they do benefits China and harms the United States. And you have to ask the question, what do they get, what do they got on them? So this is plausible, ladies and gentlemen. In fact, it's extremely probable that China, which we need to be clear, they're evil.

The Chinese Communist Party is evil. They suppress their own people grotesquely, horrifically. They murder them. Why do you think they wouldn't do anything they could to gain more power? And if that means blackmailing Americans, getting dirt on Americans, setting Americans up, of course, they've got spies here. We know that Eric Swalwell dated one of them. This is, you know, the definition of an evil empire. and they're going to do anything they can.

And if you have people that are willing to play ball, if you have corrupt people like President Obama and Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton, boy, you are in hog heaven. So we were just talking about the Chinese and how it seems obvious, James, that they had the goods on the Obama administration, that they had leverage and that our officials have been corrupted and that the evil communists in China

were using that leverage. Some of the actions of the Obama administration and the Biden administration are hard to explain in any way. When you look at the trade deals that they negotiated and how they benefited China and harmed our nation, just across the board militarily. And by the way, this goes back to the Clinton administration. Back during his time, there was a giant scandal.

Many people forget it. It's called Chinagate, in which a bunch of Chinese businesses and individuals were donating large sums of cash to the Democratic National Committee. And the worst in all this, talk about the implications of something horrible. There was a company, there is a company called LaRou. It was paying China, Chinese companies. to launch their satellites into space. And what would happen is those, the Chinese rockets at the time were highly unreliable.

So LaRalle gave them the technology to make these rockets reliable. They diagnosed the problem and said, hey, fix this, this, and this, and you're not going to be blowing up our satellites. Well, the problem is those same rockets used, that same technology used to deliver satellites is also used to deliver intercontinental ballistic nuclear missiles. nuclear missiles. So what they did is effectively gave China a massive military edge, and they were under investigation. And Bill Clinton stepped in and basically killed the whole investigation after LaRalle made a donation. I forget the exact amount. I think it was in excess of $600,000 to the Democratic National Committee. So these are not abstract things where we're furious and

That's horrible. It's, it makes me mad. But what does it really matter? This matters. People's lives are on the line. They're they're equipping an evil regime with the technology to kill people. Well, what I don't understand is it's not like we don't have Republicans in Congress who have the ability to do something about this. What do you make of that? Well, I don't want to get conspiratorial here, but let me. me say this, the Chinese office hacker, the Office of Personnel Management in 2015 didn't just get information on the Democrats or the Obama White House. They got information on everyone in government. So I am sure there are people compromised on both sides.

We've seen that. We've seen cases where people are being prosecuted for helping the Chinese in various situations. But also, it's very hard. They are limited in their power. They can't prosecute as a Republican Congress. Only the Department of Justice can do that. And the Department of Justice can't do it unless they get the bureaucrats in there to do their jobs. They resist to Trump every step of the way. Okay, so Bill Barr, when he was in there, you're saying he couldn't do much? I think he was limited by what the bureaucrats would do, the deep state would do in the Department of Justice. There's been stories about them slow walking and... investigations, right? The Biden laptop was retrieved by the FBI, was given to the FBI. I'm trying to remember the time frame. Late in 2019, so this is before the 2020 election. There are emails showing that the Department of Justice, then under the control, I think of Bill Barr, but definitely the Trump administration, decided we're going to wait to investigate this because we don't want to
