show. But first, two very important questions. Have you ever tried to stack marbles while
wearing boxing gloves? Also, did you know that marigolds and geraniums hate each other?
Absolutely. And now your host, Eric Mataxis. Folks, welcome. Boy, do we have a few things,
very important things to share. We have Charlie Kirk coming up in 10 minutes. After that,
we have Jenna Ellis coming on. And after that, we have the person I spoke to yesterday, who
personally witnessed voter fraud and shenanigans in Michigan. He's with the John James
campaign. Wait till you hear from him. But the most important news, I want to talk about last
night's prayer meeting. I've got a lot to say, but the most important news, it's Albin's
birthday. Albin, happy birthday to you, my friend. Happy birthday. Thank you. Hello, and Chris is here,
two. I want to wish my twin identical twin brother a happy birthday as well. Happy birthday, Anthony.
I love you. Look at that guy. Oh, he's handsome. That guy is so handsome. He's the mirror image of
you. If I have to, if I have to say. America's a sweetheart. Is Chris Himes in a like in a bouncy
castle, Chris? I think. He's on Mars, I think. I think he's like inside a dryer.
Chris, you there? You okay? Chris, Chris, I know you just came on to wish Albin a half.
Happy birthday, and Albin appreciates that.
I did wish him happy birthday. It's true.
Right? That's why we're here.
Well, listen, we've only got a couple of minutes, so I've got some exciting things to share.
First of all, I want to mention last night's prayer meeting.
First of all, it was kind of out there.
I think some people may have tuned in and said, what's this?
I didn't know what it would be.
By the way, I thought it was spectacular.
But for people who aren't comfortable with Pentecostal expressions of faith or charismatic stuff or the prophetic, they got a snootful.
It was actually so, there were some elements.
It went on for two and a half hours.
And it was really powerful.
And we're going to have a lot more.
Michelle Bachman prayed.
If anybody wants to know if that woman is a woman of faith, oh my gosh.
Her prayer was on fire.
It was extraordinary.
I spoke and prayed, but there were just a ton of people.
Jim Garlo set the whole thing up.
And I can't forget the, I forget the name of the guy who said it really, really set it up.
but just wonderful, but kind of out there for some types.
So if you like go to Redeemer Presbyterian and you tuned in,
you might have been freaked out.
And we'll have much more sedate prayer meetings in the future.
We are actually going to have another one tomorrow at 4 o'clock.
I'll post all this on my social media.
This is why you have to be on my email list.
There was no other way to get this information out last night.
You have to go subscribe to ericmetaxis.com where it says subscribe to Eric Mattaxas.com.
Please subscribe because I don't.
don't know if Twitter's going to shut me down. For the first time today, Twitter posted something
about something that I posted that this was questionable or something like that. That's where we are,
folks. But I want to say, again, I have no doubt, none, zero doubt, that Trump will be the next president,
mark my words, and that voter fraud and corruption will be exposed. And,
And that is part of the blessing of this ugly time, this chaotic time.
We're going to see corruption exposed.
And I think it's important for the American people to know what's going on.
And clearly the mainstream media is not helping.
They're gaslighting the American public.
And to some extent, Fox News seems to be playing along with that narrative on some of its programming.
And I don't get that.
Brett Baer yesterday asked Kaylee McEnany something about, is it true that Trump didn't want to make that last trip to Arizona because he had jet lag or something?
The New York Times reported this thing.
And I thought, wow, wow.
What an amazing thing.
In other words, the New York Times says that Trump is lazy and that's why he lost Arizona.
And by the way, I don't believe Trump will lose Arizona.
But the idea that Fox News would ask a question like that, that they wouldn't be, I don't, I didn't want to go into it.
But I have to say that they keep reporting that Biden has 264 electoral votes.
That's nonsense.
That's nonsense.
When this is over, I'm sure he will not have that many electoral votes.
In any event, I think ultimately, and I said this yesterday, I think this is all about revival in America.
Now, if you're a person of faith and you talk about, you know, people.
worshiping Trump. No folks. Those of us who are Christians worship Jesus, we worship the God of the
Old and New Testaments. And I do believe that nonetheless, this country has a special place in history
that God has ordained it that way, which gives us special responsibilities toward the rest of the world.
It gives us the responsibility to keep the Republic to be free, to remain free and free of
corruption to the best of our abilities and that what is going to come out of this ultimately
is going to be revival in the United States and around the world.
That sounds dramatic, but that's what I think is ultimately going to happen.
And I think there's a lot of spiritual warfare involved.
If you don't believe in spiritual warfare, hey, listen to this.
Bevelin Beatty, who was on this program, went down to what they're now calling Black Lives Matter
Plaza in D.C., which is actually just this big area in front of the White House,
she went down there and was stabbed three times, stabbed by Antifa BLM protesters.
Do protesters stab?
That was a mostly peaceful stabbing.
It was mostly peaceful except for the stabbing part.
But this is an amazing woman.
Obviously, if you've watched this program, you know, she's a black American woman,
fiery faith.
I think there's a spiritual war going on.
And I think that God, to repeat what I said yesterday,
is allowing this time to expose corruption
and to cause his people to get serious.
When the other side loses, they take to the streets.
When our side loses, we get on our knees and we pray.
If you're not a person of prayer,
I would say to you, maybe this chaos is time for you to investigate what is real.
I've written a number of books.
Obviously, I think that would be a good place for you to start.
I wrote a book on miracles.
But I really think that many people will discover that that is the beating heart at the center of this republic is faith.
And I want to exhort people to think about that.
if you are a person of faith, I want to ask you to do what it says in Second Chronicle 714,
humble ourselves and pray and turn from their wicked ways.
If there's anything in your life that you suspect God might not approve of or that you're saying no to and he's saying yes to,
maybe now would be his way of saying, I want you to address this.
I think that there's all kinds of stuff going on.
at the heart of things, it is a spiritual battle.
Okay, in hour two, we have Mario Marullo Vessels of Fire as his book.
We recorded that a couple of weeks ago.
It's spectacular.
I also want to mention, by the way, people are having trouble getting my drain the swamp books.
Go to MyPillow.com and it takes you to MyStore.com.
They've got plenty books and the prices are insane.
insane. I'm sure that I'm losing money on every book that is being sold.
By the way, on my birthday, can you buy Hamster Holmes? Box of Mysteries?
Hamster homes.
Thank you.
And how about if you sell your beard hair, now that we hit the ADF numbers, you just sell
your beard hair. You could just make money off of it and forget about religious liberty,
right?
I don't know. Well, maybe.
You've got the beard hair.
I think Donald trains the swamp, which is behind me, if you're watching this,
It's a prophetic statement because I believe between now and the inauguration, you're going to see the swamp drained because a lot of voter corruption fraud will be exposed.
That is key.
It needs to happen.
You can't have a republic with voter fraud and that kind of malfeasance from either party, although it seems to have come from the Democrats over the years.
JFK stole the election from Nixon in 1960.
We know that.
We can't have that.
But I think the swamp is going to be drained because Trump will be reelected.
And we're going to see him do what he was not allowed to do in his first term.
And it is going to be breathtaking, important.
And for those who hate corruption, it's going to be bad news.
Some people may be looking at jail time.
All right.
When we come back, I am talking to Charlie Kirk.
And after Charlie Kirk, we have Jenna Ellis.
And after Jenna Ellis, my new friend Drew Weird out talking about voter fraud in Michigan.
And then Mario Marillo, Vessels of Fire.
Don't go away.
Hey, folks, as promised, our friend with the Falkirk Center at Liberty University
and, of course, with Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk.
Charlie, what's going on?
If I look exhausted, I am.
But I'll tell you what, we were up until 2 a.m. last evening here in Battleground State, Arizona.
We actually might win Arizona by anywhere between 30 to 1,000 votes, 20 to 30,000 votes.
20 to 30,000 votes.
I have never seen a group of people that we entrusted with communication and with telling us the truth be so incredibly reckless and irresponsible on election night.
And we might win Arizona after the AP, after all these networks called it.
And if that ends up happening, Eric, that will be, people will have to be fired because they're that, they called Virginia.
As soon as polls closed, despite Trump doing very well in Virginia.
Yet they did not call Florida.
They did not call.
They still haven't called Georgia.
They're just found another 30,000 ballots in Georgia.
They still haven't called North Carolina.
And yet they called Arizona against Trump.
And so when you say they, when you say they, I brought this up in my previous segment.
What happened to Fox News?
Did something happen to Fox News?
I'm conflicted here because they've been really good to me.
And a lot of friends that work there.
And I just, I'm exactly in the same boat.
Yeah.
But I saw things and heard things that I said, this is not making sense to me.
What is happening?
Look, all I can say is this is that I think they have some guy running the decision desk there that is not one of us.
And he was very quick to try.
And here's what I think what happened to Arizona and Fox.
And again, I say this as someone who goes on Fox and I'm not anti Fox.
That's not my position.
But I think that they were, they jumped the gun on the ballots that came out in Arizona.
They blended it with exit polling.
with previous polling.
And I think they double down,
which is the worst thing to do once you make a mistake.
When you make a mistake in life,
you should never double down on it.
And I think that they're now in a wishful thinking mode
where they hope that Trump loses Arizona
so that they get to be proven correct with their prediction.
Well, I got news for them.
We were up until 2 a.m.
at the county recorder's office last night in Arizona.
We have people all across Arizona.
We are going to have thousands of people tomorrow
at the county recorder's office.
We've been going through all the numbers.
President Trump is on pace to win Arizona by 15 to 20,000 votes.
Question.
How many electoral votes is Arizona?
11, which then let's just go through the math.
So if President Trump wins Arizona, they don't find another 600,000 ballots in Georgia.
I mean, they're finding ballots.
I mean, last night they said no new ballot, Secretary of State.
They're going to certify by the morning.
This morning, they said they found another 35,000 ballots.
And so Trump's lead is 23,000.
So I don't know how that's all going to material.
I don't know how that's all going to play out.
But if Trump holds on to Georgia and Pennsylvania, he becomes the president.
It's that simple.
At this point, it's like, are we going to let them steal this from us?
Well, we know that because Trump is president, the answer to that is no.
In 1960, Nixon graciously allowed JFK to steal the election.
People don't really know about that.
He did it for the sake of the country.
This time, the president,
for the sake of the country is going to do the opposite.
And I believe that the corruption that's going to be exposed in the next weeks and months
is going to solidify Trump's legitimacy with the American voters, many of whom did not
vote for him.
But I got to ask you about Michigan.
I have a friend who's coming on the show later today who personally witnessed voter fraud.
He is a top figure in the John James campaign.
He saw with his own eyes multiple.
examples of disturbing things. He was supposed to be a poll watcher and they would not allow him to do his
job. Why is Michigan being conceded? I don't really quite get that. Why is John James's seat being
conceded? Well, I don't think the Trump campaign or the James campaign has conceded. I think the
Associated Press has called it and some of the mainstream networks have called it. Here's why. So let's just
go a step before this. All the modelers and the experts, these are activists, Eric, and it makes me
sad to say this, but they're actually not calling balls and strikes right now.
They're in the game.
We don't have an umpire class.
We don't have a referee class.
We have people that are in the actual game that's happening.
And so instead of actually looking at Michigan and saying, wait a second, why is it that people are showing up late at night with, you know, ridiculous amounts of suitcases of ballots?
They're putting things on windows so people can't see through.
I mean, there's a lot of questions about what's happening in Michigan.
I mean, that was unbelievable.
And this person that I'm going to talk to saw that.
And, you know, it's mind-blowing.
Someone who's 116 voted in Michigan.
Someone who's 120 voted in Michigan.
Now, there might be someone who's 120 in Michigan.
If that's true, I would love to meet him.
But according to the voter file, he died in 1984, but he voted to be absentee.
Is that wrong?
Is that corruption?
I want to ask you a question.
Maybe he hasn't voted since Reagan ran for re-election.
Yeah, he probably, right.
I wonder who he voted for.
Okay, look, that's funny.
He voted for Mondale.
We know that.
I got to ask you, Charlie.
It didn't help.
What we call the mainstream media and to some extent, Fox, is playing the game that Trump probably lost.
I am convinced for sure that he didn't lose.
But what scandalizes me, although we saw it coming, was that the day.
was that the Democratic Party had a plan for a long time to play this game, to game the system.
And I don't even believe they're through.
I think Antifa has not yet begun to fight.
When it looks clearer that Trump will win, which is which they cannot bear, I think that's when the ugly stuff starts.
I also think that when you look at what the Democrats have been saying the last couple months,
when your opposition tells you what they're going to do, maybe you should believe them.
I mean, why we didn't have platoons of people in downtown Detroit and Milwaukee waiting for these
criminals, for what they've been doing, just what the con job that has happened with all of a sudden,
we're winning by hundreds of thousands of ballots. They told us, they said it was going to be a red mirage.
And then all of these mail-in ballots are going to come through. Well, what about cross-referencing with voter registration,
cross-referencing it with whether or not these people are alive or not.
And so let me just take a step back, though, Eric.
And I want to just say one thing that's very positive.
And I mean this with no sarcasm.
Republicans did really well.
I mean, with all the nonsense that's happening,
with the virus, the lockdowns, impeachment, the coup,
all the misinformation, the disinformation, all this.
We won Florida by three points.
That was not supposed to happen.
Right. We are going to win North Carolina. We won Ohio convincingly. We won Iowa convincingly. And the Democrats spent a combined $410 million on failed races in the Senate. Republicans are poised to get eight to 10 seats in the House, despite being outspent 12 to 1, Eric, 12 to 1. And insiders in the Republican House said they thought they were going to lose 10 seats. The D-Triple C has come out and they said it is a dumpster fire. They can.
can't believe what's happened. We might flip seats in Illinois. We might flip two seats in Orange
County. And we might have one of the strongest minorities Republicans have had in 30 years and almost
guarantee that we'll take back the House in 2022. The Senate is in Republican hands. What's the
significance of that? The dream, the wish list of the left, Green New Deal, Medicare for all,
DC and Puerto Rico states, court packing, reparations. All of it is done. Mitch McConnell won't
tolerate any of it.
Co-gate Mitch, one big.
And yeah, but here's the interesting thing, though, is that they had a plan.
And right now, we're going through plan B.
And it's messy.
It's corrupt.
It's dark.
But their plan A was Joe Biden comes out to a bunch of honking cars at 930 and says,
I'm president, Elizabeth Warren, his treasury secretary.
If you oppose me, you're all getting audited.
Mark Zuckerberg is going to be the czar of social media censorship.
Thank you so much.
I can't wait to be your next senator and he gets off stage.
And so that's great.
That was supposed to be their plan.
Right.
This all of a sudden, we lost Florida by three points.
Pennsylvania is looking good for Trump.
Arizona all of a sudden, we're rallying.
And I think we're going to win Arizona.
And so what I'm actually excited about though, Eric, and it's going to be a fight.
That's why my voice is hoarse.
And I'm tired, though, they do not want any of this.
They thought this was a unthinkable scenario.
area for that one week ago. Unthinkable. That's right. Damon Linker, not exactly one of us,
wrote an article saying that he thought that the left got crushed. It is obvious to folks like you and me
that we live in a certain world, but we know that the people who don't live in our world
were sure that Biden was going to win big time and on and on and on. So this is clearly a nightmare
for them. And the thing, Charlie, this is a fact. The nightmare has not yet begun. When Trump is
clearly officially said to be the next president of the United States, which will happen,
it's going to be too much for some people to bear. I promise you, we have not seen anything
from the left in Antifa and BLM. One of my guests, Bevelin Beatty, was stabbed three to
on Black Lives Matter Plaza in D.C.
She's fine now, but this is, I have no problem saying it.
There are demonic forces at work, violent, evil demonic forces.
And hey, that's what they're there for.
We'll be right back.
Patriots, I want to make sure you're prepared to vote on November 3rd.
The radical Democrats are doing everything in their power to stop Republicans from winning.
And we want to make sure patriots like you are heard.
This is the election of our lifetime.
Make sure your vote is counted.

Folks, I got some embarrassing news to share with you, but you know what?
This is just the kind of a show where I don't care. I'm willing to lay my heart, you know, on the line.
Here's the issue. Mike Lindell with my pillow, you may notice that,
I have a bobble hell of him near me.

Okay.
Now, there are a lot of people who haven't done that,

And Chris Heim's Ann Albin pointed out to me

You, yourself.
I mean, that's humiliating for me.
that even though your name is Eric,
you're still not willing to use the code Eric.
I mean, if you don't want to use it because it's my name,

It's okay, Mike.
It's going to be okay.
Go to mypillar.com.
Use the code Eric.
You're going to get whopping savings
and really high-quality products.
Did I mention that?
Thank you.
Hey, folks.
Not a big news day.
So I thought I would,
to dig up an old friend.
Charlie Kirk came in, what's going on?
Yeah, I thought we were going to discuss
the three different versions of social contract theory,
Locke, Hobbs, and Rousseau.
I thought that's why I came on today.
I'd like to do that,
or maybe just talk about what's going on
in the media, any good movies out lately.
Okay, this, what is happening right now?
This is not the physiology of spirit by Hegel.
We aren't going to the Hegelian dialectic today.
Not today.
And I love it when people who don't
go to college, show off what they know. That's exactly as it should be. I'm not showing off.
That's exactly as it should be tough guy. Now listen, what we're going through now is a movie.
We are living in something that is, it's unprecedented, genuinely unprecedented. And I think because
this president is a fighter and because he has millions of people praying, we will not go down
the path. We're supposed to go down. But I know there's a lot of
actual work involved. Praying is one thing and then there are people who have to do litigation and
stuff. So where does that all stand? What do you see? I actually think that the president should
fight for every vote, not just fight for enough votes to win. Like if you, you know, you hit a walk
off home run, in my opinion, this time we play till we have three outs, not till you win, but until
we know what is the exact score in nine innings. And if there are, if there's voter corruption,
just because he wins the electoral college
and his next president, that's not enough.
We want to know every vote that he got
and every vote that he didn't got.
I didn't got, didn't get.
How does that work out?
Well, look, it's going to go state by state.
I encourage every secretary of state
across the country to demand a full-hand recount
of every single election across the country
because we have never seen so many instances
of voter fraud.
We are seeing massive amounts of reporting
about what's happening on the ground in real time.
But here's the amazing thing is that
the path for Trump
is very clear.
Figure out Arizona as the numbers continue to come in.
Hang on to Georgia, despite the best effort to Stacey Abrams and win Pennsylvania.
And then North Carolina is done.
We do that.
We win.
Well, as I say, it's important to win, but I would like to know about every vote in Michigan, for example.
Yeah, but I think we have to have a hierarchy.
I agree with that.
Look, here's the problem with Michigan, is that you got Democrat Secretary of State,
you've got a Democrat governor, you got a Democrat mayor.
The feds just can't come in and demand a recount.
And here's why is the Constitution says that states will administer elections.
These are state-run federal elections.
And there's a reason for that.
It's because the states created the federal government,
and they send their representatives to D.C., not vice versa.
And so in instances like this, it's very frustrating,
unless the feds have seen enough to,
and I think the feds should have enough instances to get involved in the voter fraud prosecution,
the actual counting of the votes is left solely to the states.
See, that's why I want to have you on this program because that's exactly what I didn't know, and I'm sure most of my audience didn't know. And it's important for us to understand because when people concede or at least seem to concede that, yeah, John James is not going to be the next senator from Michigan. My attitude is, well, wait a minute, why? If we saw voter fraud and if we have examples of voter fraud, why wouldn't that work out? And you're seeing the states have that much power.
Well, a couple things.
The DO, here's what can happen.
Is this, yeah, states do have a lot.
They have almost all the power, but the federal government's not just an innocent bystander.
The DOJ can come in and prosecute voter fraud, and they should.
The DOJ Civil Rights Division can come and investigate whether or not there was widespread
shenanigans.
And remember, state officials can be investigated as well.
Here's the thing is that these county recorders have gone to jail before.
Vote counters go to jail.
It's not above, you know, the DOJ can go do that.
And so that's what I don't you think that they will and had better do that?
for the sake of the nation?
I don't know what Bill Barr is doing, Eric, okay?
I don't know where the Durham report is.
I don't know where the indictments are.
I don't know why Antifa.
People aren't being arrested.
And I don't know why the DOJ is not going into these states.
And at least saying, we have eyes on you, okay?
I don't know what, because I'm going to tell you right now, the Michigan, you know,
election security division is not going to prosecute any of that.
So here's what can happen, though.
If the DOJ starts to open up a lot of these cases, it makes it a lot easier for the Trump campaign
to then file a lawsuit with a certain.
court judge or a federal judge outside of the DOJ to then the judge can get involved in exactly
what can happen. Now, judges have almost unilateral power in these elections, okay? The judges
are the final voice. Now, if the Democrats in Michigan don't like it, they can appeal to the
Supreme Court, they might just kick it back down to the federal court. For example, if the DOJ starts to
make a case in Michigan that there's a lot of voter fraud and voter cheating, the Trump campaign's
already filed a lawsuit in Michigan. And so if the judge grants then a certain order saying,
no, we have to have a full recount in Michigan because this is insane, well, then the Trump campaign
will benefit from that. But right now, as much as I'd like to focus on Michigan, all of our eyes and
our attention to be in Phoenix, Atlanta, and Philadelphia, because there's a big, they're going to,
they're trying to try a con job in Atlanta and Philadelphia. Here's why, Eric, is that Michigan and Wisconsin
will be nice. We don't need those right now to win the White House. We are in striking distance of the three
we need, the three. And North Carolina's done. I don't know why they haven't called it yet.
They took the day off yesterday. I'm not kidding. They took the afternoon off. We have now decided
to enter the third world where it takes an entire month to decide a leader. And I just want to
say this other thing. We are so much better than this. And people say, well, vote counting is hard.
I say, hold on a second. Vote counting is hard. We are able to, we are able to do the most
incredibly difficult statistical things in our country. I don't know, like circumnavigate the entire
planet, put a man on the moon, do open heart surgery, open brain surgery. We are able to put
limbs on people and we can't count a couple million votes within 24 hours so we can know what the
people think about their leaders. You know, Charlie, once again, you've got nothing to say,
I don't know why I have you as a guest on this program. It makes me say, Alvin, I want you to
shut off his microphone and make a note never to have him back. Charlie, you discussed me. And you know
what, everything you just said,
that's why I love you, I didn't know most
of this. You have clarified
a lot for me today.
And that's why I wanted to have you on at the front of the program
because we need to understand how this works
and what is happening.
God bless you, my friend.
We will be in touch.
Thanks.
Bye.
Hey there, folks.
Welcome back.
I just spoke to the brain dead Charlie Kirk.
He's got nothing to say.
Not that much going on upstairs.
thought, who can we get who might have something to say? Maybe a college graduate this time.
What about Jenna Ellis? Jenna, welcome the program. Thanks so much, Eric. Listen, you are right in the
thick of this. I watched you on Tucker Carlson last night. Most people who listen to this program
are convinced that there's been voter fraud, the kind of stuff that we're not supposed to see
in the United States of America.
Nightmare stuff.
That's not supposed to happen.
But we're seeing stranger things in this last year, in the last four years,
than we've ever seen in our lives.
What is your take on where we are right now?
Yeah, well, no doubt.
There are a lot of irregularities,
which is kind of the nice PC word for fraud.
And so there are areas that the Trump campaign is challenging,
and we filed multiple lawsuits in states.
And let me be clear, Eric,
that the purpose of this is not simply to just fight because we can fight or because we want to fight.
It's because we are fighting for the rule of law.
We're fighting to preserve the Constitution to make sure that our system functions without elements of fraud.
And so we are making sure, unlike what Joe Biden said in his press conference yesterday,
where he said, let every vote count.
Well, does he mean all of the votes that, you know, we saw going out, the ballots going out,
to cats and dogs and dead Democrats and, you know, people who've voted multiple times.
So, I mean, when you say let every vote count, what he's saying is let the fraud happen.
And that's what we're fighting against.
And so we're- Well, look, look, I'm sorry to interrupt, but his, his, like, little speech yesterday,
I just thought it was so despicable.
It was such gaslighting of the American people.
I mean, it was such a scripted load of nonsense.
And I was offended, frankly, because it's their game plan.
And I, look, they, it seems to me, planned to cheat, are trying to cheat.
They won't get away with it, but they knew that they couldn't win legitimately with an absurd husk of a candidate like Joe Biden.
And so that they're pulling out all the stops.
They're desperate.
Of course.
And that's what the president has been saying for months and months with their whole universal vote-by-mail scheme, which is to send out all of these millions and millions.
of unrequested ballots so that then there's an opportunity to suddenly find a lot of ballots that
suddenly go 100% to Joe Biden, right? Not one for Trump. And now the margins are a lot thinner.
And look at why some of these precincts like Michigan, where we filed, for example, that they're not
allowing the Trump campaign or any of our certified poll watchers to actually watch the count happen.
And so, and why would you do that? Why would they not allow for transparent?
and open honesty unless there was something to hide. And so that's why we're fighting to make sure
to preserve election integrity. Because Eric, if we lose free and fair elections in this country and the
election is rigged or it's stolen outside the constitutional process, then our country has become a
nation of rulers and the elite class instead of a free and fair constitutional republic. And so that's
why we're also fighting, for example, in Pennsylvania, where the Constitution provides that only the
state legislature can change the election law and how we appoint electors, because the electoral
college matters. And so when you have the governor, when you have the county clerks, when you have
people who are changing the process in the election law, that is unconstitutional. I mean, I didn't
know that that was happening. That happened in Pennsylvania? Yes, the state legislature in Pennsylvania has
not changed their election law for COVID, for anything else. It was a, it was initially an executive
order from the governor and then how they're counting the ballots, all of the voter intimidation,
the processes. None of this has come from the state legislature. It's all come from the executive
branch. That's fully unconstitutional. It's amazing. I was thinking, wouldn't it be great to get a
constitutional legal scholar on the program in, voila, here comes Jenna Ellis. Jenna, let me ask you again,
because this is the sort of thing most average people like me would just never know.
When you say, you know, we're bringing lawsuits and so and so forth, I mean, I'm going to have on later in the program as somebody who, as I think I mentioned to you earlier, was there in Michigan watching voter fraud, watching shenanigans go on.
He was called a racist when he questioned something.
He was supposed to be doing the duty of a citizen, which is to,
watch to make sure that everything's done fairly.
How long does something like this go on?
I mean, it seems to me like this can go on for a long time.
When do you think we will know officially who is the next president?
Yeah, well, hopefully sooner rather than later, but this isn't unprecedented.
And for everybody who's telling the president, oh, you know, you're just being a sore loser.
They're assuming that he's a sore winner.
He's a sore winner.
When you win and they tell you, you didn't.
when you have permission to get sore.
Well, and also we want to make sure that the process is protected.
And so if you're someone who's sitting there saying, you know, against these lawsuits,
are you okay with fraud happening in the United States in our election?
That's such a bad precedent, no matter who the winner is.
No, people who hate Trump are fine with anything because they really, they don't understand
what is going on.
all they know is that that he's he's a fascist dictator and they want him to lose.
They don't, they don't have any sense.
If they had any sense of what fascism is or what democracy is, they would not have the view
they do, but they clearly don't understand this.
Yeah, and it reminds me of the people who are all for, you know, freedom of speech only for
them.
And they're fine with, for example, you know, when Colorado wanted to force Jack Phillips,
the cake baker to participate in same-sex weddings against his sincerely held
religious beliefs. The left was fully for that. What they didn't understand about that case was what
happens when the government forces you to go and participate in speech that you disagree with? What if the
government was forcing you to go out and hold a Trump sign and, you know, that says make America
great again. You would be up in arms about that. You would want that. And so what we're fighting for
is the principle because whoever is the victor, if it's a legitimate process, that's the American way.
And so the Trump campaign and the president, I have to be so clear about this, is fighting for
the rule of law and to make sure that the precedent is protected because this isn't unprecedented
either. I mean, we remember in 2000 when Bush v. Gore happened. That was a number of weeks where
we had to go through the process of making sure that the Supreme Court could ultimately weigh in.
That's why we have a judicial grant. That's non-political. It's impartial. And it's to go back
like the umpire in baseball, to have the instant replay and say,
we have to make sure to fairly call balls and strikes.
They never should say, you know what, a little too little.
I don't want to offend, you know, the fans on one side of the park versus the other.
No, that's what we need to understand.
And the fact that some Americans don't understand that is why we are where we are.
We'll be right back with Jenna Ellis.
I'm talking to Jenna Ellis.
Jenna, you're with the campaign.
So continue with what you think we can expect in the next few weeks.
I think that this process, by the way, is ultimately a blessing.
to America to expose voter fraud malfeasance. We need to do this. The time has come.
We need to, this is the teaching opportunity for the United States. Yeah. And you know what else
that's exposing, Eric, is the mainstream media and how incredibly biased pollsters are and the networks.
It doesn't matter what what Fox News or ABC or CNN projects and what their stat is for the
electoral count right now that has no bearing legally on the outcome of the election.
So what people need to understand is that states have two weeks from Election Day to certify their
results. That's why the campaign is filing suits. That's why in Pennsylvania, the judge just
this morning handed down a decision saying, yes, we can, we as the Trump campaign, can go and
watch these ballots counted. We have a number of lawsuits that are going on. So the certification
of the results happens generally within two weeks, but the electoral college actually meets
and votes on December 14th.
And so that's really the date that hopefully all of this will be completed.
Did you say November 14th?
December 14th.
So we still have.
Yeah, so we still have some time.
And so people think that this happens, you know, because we should know on election night.
We should.
And if this were a fair and legitimate process without a lot of fraud, I have no doubt that
the president would be reelected.
That's why we're challenging to make sure that only the legal votes count.
But we have some time that's built in.
And the Constitution even provides that if there's no clear victor on December 14th, the president's next term, and whoever is sworn in as president, that doesn't happen constitutionally until January 20th of 2021.
So we do have some time.
We need to be concerned first and foremost about legitimacy.
So don't believe in the mainstream media.
You have to look at the certifications, the legal, and to make sure that this is all done,
fairly and legitimately.
Well, that's so fascinating to me that people do look to the media.
They do look to Fox News.
They do look to whatever for kind of the official answer.
And we've come to a weird place, Jenna, where we can't do that anymore.
People have to either listen to this program or find sources on the internet.
But the idea that you can't get balls and strikes on those places, just the basics.
And when they put up, as I said, Fox News has 264 electoral votes for Biden.
And I thought, who are they to put that up?
Are they doing this for ratings to get their people to tune in more?
I mean, I don't know what goes on in the minds of, you know, cynical producers.
But I'm just amazed because most people think that's official.
You are saying, and I'm saying it's not official.
It's not.
That's their projection right now.
But whatever number they put up, that very well.
It can and it very well is likely that it will change.
And so, you know, you saw that Arizona was called very early for Joe Biden.
And that's being rolled back now.
We're very confident, actually, that will be called.
And I think even ABC and a couple of other networks are now calling it for President Trump.
And so, you know, you can see that the networks just go back and forth based on what they're hearing.
But what about Michigan?
I mean, Michigan looked like it was going for Trump and for Senator, I'm sorry, for John James.
And then it just reversed.
they stopped counting or something weird.
You know, I just.
That's why we have to be on the ground.
And we are with Trump victory,
with our lawyers for Trump coalition.
We have people on the ground.
And so does the Biden campaign, by the way.
And that's perfectly acceptable.
We want to make sure everybody has access.
This is fully transparent so that we know that only the legal,
legitimate votes are counted.
Not the illegal ones, not the fraudulent ones,
not the duplicative ones,
not the ones for my dog or my cat.
We have to make sure that only legal votes count.
Jenna, we're out of time.
God bless you.
You are an optimistic voice and a voice of reason.
We're just really grateful to you, folks.
When we come back, I'll continue the conversation on these things.
Be of good cheer.
God is still on his throne.
And I'm sure Trump will be the next president.
it's that simple. We just have to pray, pray, and don't forget to pray. Thanks.
