Here comes Eric Metaxus.
Welcome back, folks.
I'm talking to Chris Ruddy, CEO of Newsmax.
So, Chris, you were just talking about Ukraine.
What fascinates me is how all of these lying monsters who pretended that Trump is in Putin's back pocket.
I mean, the lunacy of that, they're seeing him in real time deal with a situation,
tough talk against Putin, and we know we can trust Trump on this, that he is navigating this
in real time.
With regard to the Russia collusion hoax, do you think we will get not just clarity, because I think
we have clarity, but will, do you think that the folks who did this will be brought to
justice. The scope of what was done to the American people, the level of lying, is so monumental
and so evil on so many levels. Adam Schiff and others, Hillary Clinton, it's so huge. Do you think
there will be a reckoning, I guess, is my question. Well, I'm not sure. I don't know. I haven't really
studied it that much. I know President Trump would like some resolution to it.
It's gone on for a long time.
I think to the degree any government agency worked to facilitate these lies and spread them,
or they lied about their involvement.
You know, there's some indications.
Maybe the FBI actually pushed this.
It all started with the supposed memo, the confidential document that had allegations by a British investigator named Christopher Steele.
Turned out most of those allegations were false, if not all of them.
some of them just made out of whole cloth, just complete fabrications.
And so you wonder, like, why was nobody?
I think there were legal actions related to that.
Nothing really has come of it.
It's a dark chapter in our history because it looks like people were trying to overthrow the sitting president using false claims.
And there was so much, you know, the Robert Mueller investigation, the special counsel,
took about two years to look into this.
He did 500 witness interviews.
which is like really unusual.
Tremendous investigation,
everybody's email, cell phones.
They found nothing.
They found nothing.
And there was no evidence
that Trump's people
had ever colluded or coordinated with the Russians.
It was just made up.
To this day,
you talk to Democrats that watch MSNBC.
They believe that Trump is a Russian agent
who was secretly working.
That's how bad the big lie is.
that if you say something big enough, bad enough, and you keep repeating it, that somehow it's going to resonate.
It has with the Democratic Party.
So, you know, I tend to be a person that looks forward, unless there's some smoking gone.
I do think Congress could take a review of this matter, now that the Republicans control Congress,
take a look and see if that's something that we should be investigating or not.
and they could put stuff out into the public area.
And if there was something criminal, make criminal referrals.
That's usually how it works.
Well, the level of corruption is what staggers me,
because it undermines our ability to govern ourselves.
I mean, if you have people in power doing things like this,
it undermines the public trust in our government institutions,
so it'll be interesting.
What else is going on on the news that you'd like to talk?
Well, the tariffs, of course, are a very big issue.
We've been covering that very carefully.
Tariffs, you know, President Trump just issued a tweet saying that if tariff revenues start
coming in, he may be able to abolish the whole tax, IRS, tax income tax.
That's like the biggest news of the century.
I mean, he actually said this.
He did.
What do you make of that?
Because even any mitigation of the tax burden on Americans would be stunning, absolutely stunning.
Generally, I think the view is tariffs are not great, right?
They're barriers to trade.
They give you a short-term fix because it protects your industries, but it doesn't make you competitive.
Just look at Argentina, which did massive tariffs, and they're in one of the basket cases economically.
Malay, who's there now, is trying to change.
that. But there are countries in President Trump's point, and I've spoken to him several times,
for those of you that don't know me, I've known President Trump for almost 30 years, and we talk a lot.
And he says, look, he's not interested in tariffs just for the sake of tariffs. He's using tariffs
as a weapon to get free trade deals, fair trade deals. If China has had a 30% tariff,
we can't sell our goods and services there
but they come into the U.S.
and they have not had a tariff
up until Trump put a 10% tariff
in the first term
and now he's increased it even more
and now we're in a little trade war over this
but I think the pain of this
is worth it
and Trump is trying to unravel
40 years of sellouts
on trade deals from Washington
and it goes back to what you said on Ukraine
give him more time, give him some time to work it out.
He is a very clever negotiator.
He's on the right track.
Give him a little time.
And I think the public wants it.
I think Wall Street doesn't want it.
But, you know, they didn't support him in the first place.
Yeah, I have to say that, you know, Wall Street oftentimes, and it's a little bit depressing,
you realize that sometimes they don't have American people.
is best interest at heart. If they can make money going global, with China, whatever, to them,
money is money. And you think, well, okay, I get that. But America, you know, is the last best hope of
earth. There is no other America waiting in the wings. And we do have to take seriously our national
health, our national economic health. And so the fact that he sees that, he's seen that for 40 years.
That's what's, I mean, everybody by now has watched these interviews of him 40 years ago, in some cases, talking about this issue.
His eye has been on this issue forever.
He's been concerned about foreign influence and domination for a long time, and he has a tremendous grasp of world facts and events and policies.
And I think that he doesn't want us to, he wants America to be first.
And you're not first if you're giving away the store.
A lot of corporations benefit by these policies where they can move jobs and revenues and industries outside the United States.
But the American people lose.
So we need to think something that makes Wall Street happy businesses profitable.
And I think he's got a good sensibility about it.
But it's going to take time.
They're using this for a quick hit in the polls.
I don't think it's really working.
I think the public sees through it.
There are other factors.
The Fed has kept very high.
So Trump has several prongs to his economic policy.
Tax cuts, they haven't hit yet.
So they're going to be very good.
Lower oil prices.
Oil's down 20% since Trump became president.
That's already a good thing.
It'll go down more.
Deregulation is going to open up a lot of cash in the economy.
And then lower interest rates, coupled with the tariffs,
should bring in a lot more cash.
cash into the country, lower the deficits with lower interest. That hasn't happened yet. So there's a lot
of pieces that haven't yet happened, give it time. It's going to take about a year because he,
as President Trump recently said, he inherited a mess from Joe Biden.
I mean, that's the understatement of the century itself. I mean, did we ever think there could be a
greater mess? Stunning. Chris, we're out of time. Congratulations on what's happening.

And many of the things President Trump is doing this week.
Thank you, Chris Ruddy. There's been a national focus on eating only the healthiest of foods,
and that's great news for balance of nature. Their method of producing a vibrant nutritional
supplement is second to none. While so many others use chemicals and additives, balance of
nature is made solely from whole food ingredients, while other methods sacrifice nutritional quality
for the sake of profits and volume. Bounce of nature's advanced vacuum cold process involves
freeze drying the fruits and veggies into a fine powder, helping to retain as much nutritional value
as possible compared to other inferior methods, which cut corners at your expense.
Bounce of nature packs a nutritional punch, and that's the whole reason for taking balance

Allen, who's written a book with a title that I would not have thought of it. The title is
what to do with your whirly, swirly thoughts.
Jenny, Alan, welcome the program.
Thanks for having me, Eric.
Yeah, well, to note, it is a kid's book.
So that helps.
It is based on a book that I wrote called Get Out of Your Head
that just came out after COVID and just took off.
And I think it felt need that we all had,
which was we get stuck in our heads
and we don't know what to do about it.
Well, right away after this book came out,
I began to work on a kid's book
because I thought,
this is an issue I keep hearing over and over again.
I've seen in my own kids as well that there's a lot of anxiety.
Anxiety has plagued this generation.
And it's just heartbreaking.
At a younger and younger age,
you see kids that are hurting themselves.
You see kids that have suicidal ideation.
And so I just,
I wanted to go in with a really simple,
resource that combated these internal narratives that are building such toxic spirals in kids.
Well, that's, I mean, this is obviously, it's very serious. So it's a fun title, but it's a very
serious subject. Tell us again the title of the book, the adult book. The adult book is called
Get Out of Your Head, what to do with your spiraling thoughts. And so when you think about all of the
negative, you know, we are literally bombarded every minute of every day with negative news.
Most generations have heard of things via horseback, you know, maybe in a letter.
You know, we're getting it right in our faces, images and videos that are coming at us all day,
every day of what is happening in the world.
And just super candidly, it's hard for us to lift up and to be positive.
but I'm a believer in Jesus.
And when I read the Bible, there's a verse that says, take every thought captive.
And, you know, I looked at the science and I looked at the Bible.
And actually, the Bible backed up the science.
The science backed up the Bible that we have a lot of power over our thoughts, that we don't
have to be held captive to what we think about.
And so that really resonated with people.
I think they were really encouraged and empowered by that to take initiative more to stop.
spirals that are negative and to retrain them and to reposition them.
And it's it works.
I mean, like right now, I have a, I have a broken ankle.
And I, you know, I was like, dang it, that is not the best way to spend the next six to
eight weeks of my life on crutches and in a boot.
But I got in the car last night with a friend to go out to dinner.
And she was like, you're really having a good attitude about this.
And I thought about it.
I was like, you know what?
It really doesn't matter whether I have a good attitude or a bad attitude.
It's still going to be difficult.
But it will help if I am thinking more positive thoughts.
And so I've seen that even in the last 24 hours of my life be a service to me.
Well, when you say, I mean, there's a number of things here.
First of all, you say that we're literally bombarded by negative information.
I know you didn't mean literally bombarded.
You're just trying to underscore how bombarded we are.
But I got to say, this has been increasing in our lifetimes.
Every day, it gets more preposterous.
There's more information, more access.
It's now in our phones.
20 years ago, wasn't in the phones.
But it's everywhere, everywhere, everywhere.
Do you talk about practical tips?
Because I think that it is, I agree with you, of course.
It's profoundly unhealthy to pretend that we're somehow responsible for all the information
in the universe, but we have access to it.
And so we kind of get tricked and I need to know, I need to know.
No, you don't.
No, you don't need to know.
And like you were saying, you know, if I'm writing a book on the American Revolution
and I keep thinking that the news was delivered on a horseback, literally, okay?
So if it's going at the speed of a horse, you're not going to hear about stuff.
It's not instant.
In order for information to get from England to the colonies, from the colonies of England,
it's by ship. It would take six weeks. And most of the world has been more like that than we are now.
So this is really unprecedented in human history. And so I guess practically speaking, do you talk about that in
either of these books about practically how we deal with it? Absolutely. In fact, in the kids book,
it's so great. We worked with counselors and psychiatrists to say, okay, what would it look like
to give kids really simple handles? And so the things they said was when your kids'
spiraling, they need to move their body. They need to say out loud what they're afraid of.
They need to share and confide that with somebody. They also need to not be afraid of it.
Like, they don't need to fear being anxious. They need to know that that's a normal part of life.
And so, yes, there are several really simple, you know, things written straight to kids.
I'm such a big believer in the way Mr. Rogers spoke to children. I think we've got to speak.
I mean, the world is speaking to them very directly and very plainly about.
what to think and who to be and all of the difficult things in the world.
We need to be just as direct.
We need to have really frank conversations.
And my hope is that this book will, I think it will bless adults that read it.
I think most of us don't know what to do when we feel anxiety.
And so I think it's going to bless adults as they're reading it with their kids.
But I also think that we need to be having these conversations.
And I hope that this is a tool for parents to begin difficult conversations with their kids of,
do you worry a lot? What do you worry about? You know, it just, it gives you handles and conversations
around these difficult subjects that sometimes as parents, we don't really know how to start
the conversation in a way that they will want to talk about it. And obviously, as parents,
we have responsibility to protect our children from this, from nonsense. I mean, the idea that
we would just let them, you know, take in information. Our job is to protect them from information
that's inappropriate. I remember around 9-11, so it's,
many years ago now, but these friends, their kid, kind of knew what was going on, that these,
you know, terrorists. And I thought, your child is like three years old. What world do you live in
that you want to put this idea in your kid's head? It's crazy. But I think parents need to hear this.
Adults need to hear that. Right. You have a possibility to protect your children. They are not any more
ready for this than they're ready for a sexual conversation at age four. And, you know,
We're kind of, we've forgotten that in our culture, that there's, there are times when something is simply
fundamentally inappropriate. It was the one thing I think we did really well as parents was we had very
strict technology rules. We were not strict about everything. Our kids, we let them go, you know,
do things on their own like, want my son in eighth grade, went to a concert by him, you know,
with some friends. And I felt like, I don't know if that's okay. But, but with technology,
we clamp down. They were the last ones to get phones. They were the last ones to get social
media and I do not regret that for one minute. I think as parents, we have to be afraid,
not unafraid to go against the current. We've got to go against the current. And if that means
that your kid is the only one, I'm going to tell you this, my kids are grown. I have a 25-year-old
and a 23-year-old and an 18-year-old. All three of them have thanked me now for what we did to protect
them from technology. My son, he's a fly fisherman, and he teaches camps. My daughter is a
photographer and she learned a skill from a young age. My other daughter,
is brilliant and social and creates parties and all this fun.
All of them learn that while their friends were scrolling.
So do not be afraid to limit your kids access to the world.
This is our, it is our responsibility.
And it's hard.
I won't act like it isn't because they were not invited to everything because of it.
They were made fun of because of it.
But they all three have thanked me since.
That's amazing.
God bless you for that.
And it is hard.
I mean, and that's one of the reasons I was excited to talk to you because we need to talk more about this.
We've got secularists talking about this. Christians should be leading the charge in this.
You have Jonathan Haidt has put out, I want to have him on the program, but I mean, he is aware of the dangers of technology for kids.
And he's not coming from a biblical worldview.
So where have the Christians been in sounding the alarm?
It's, you know, it's kind of amazing.
And as you said, there's science.
and then the Bible, of course, backs it up.
What are some scripture verses that we can think of?
You just mentioned one.
Yeah, that whole passage in 2 Corinthians,
that we are not subject to the world we live in,
that we've been given spiritual weapons that destroy strongholds.
And that's where the verse, so we take every thought captive, comes from,
that there's this warfare language.
And you just mentioned as Christians,
we need to be those that rise up and aren't afraid to be,
strong against the culture that is coming for our kids.
And I would say also, you know, I want to speak to the science a little bit.
One of the things that really shook me that I read as I prepared to write, get out of your
head, was that what we observe from a young age, it doesn't go into a different part of our
brain, whether we are playing a video game killing someone or whether we are on a combat
field killing someone.
the part of our brain that's receiving the information is the exact same.
And so, again, I'm not acting like other parts of our brain can't digest, that this is not real.
But from a young age, it is very difficult to separate what is real and what isn't.
And I think that's why we see so much mental health issue is we have, they have experienced, you know, difficult things from the time they were, like you said, three years old, two years old.
They're watching it with us.
And so it does, it shapes them.
And it does cause a lot of anxiety.
And I think there's a lot of reasons for the anxiety, but certainly watching all of that is one.
Folks, we'll be right back talking to Jenny Allen, the new book, What to Do With Your Wurly Swirly Thoughts.
Welcome back, folks, talking to Jenny Allen, who wrote a book called For Kids, What to Do With Your Worly Swirly Thoughts.
And then for adults, get out of your head.
you were just talking about how what we see and here affects us.
And one of my favorite scriptures is in Philippians where it says whatsoever things are good,
what sort of things are true, what sort of things are noble.
We're supposed to think about that.
And I think a lot of Christians, they don't understand how serious that is that this is the Word of God commanding us.
Right.
To think about positive things, about beautiful things.
things about true things, really to look at God, basically.
Because when you look at God, it changes your perspective.
And there are a lot of people that don't get that.
And they dwell on the negative, not understanding.
It's like taking poison.
God tells us not to do that.
It doesn't mean we're supposed to be ignorant of the realities around us.
We have a responsibility.
But there's a way to do that.
Absolutely.
And let me separate a couple things.
One is let's separate emotions from thoughts.
because when you are feeling sad, Eric, and I say to you, stop feeling sad, that doesn't work very well.
So that's not what I'm talking about.
We're talking about our thought life.
These are a little bit more black and white, a little bit more concrete.
But our thoughts often lead to our emotions.
Sometimes our emotions can lead to our thoughts.
And so when you're talking about interrupting things, you're really not talking about interrupting a feeling.
That's a very difficult thing to interrupt.
But you can, scripture is clear, and so is the science, that you can interrupt a thought pattern.
Most of us think about the same things every single day.
In fact, the research says that we're thinking about 90% negative thoughts, 80-something percent is repetitive from the day before.
So most of our thoughts are the same thoughts we thought yesterday and the day before that and the day before that.
And most of them are negative.
So this is something that is plaguing us.
So when I said literally bombard, I would just say pretty much.
I mean, we've been bombarded in every way, in our mind and our emotions.
And it's just, it's a takeover.
And so we as Christians have to fight back.
It's why I love that second Corinthians passage that Paul wrote so much because he really says this is warfare.
Like we're not going to be people that just lay down and take this.
We're going to be people that rise up and we fight back.
And certainly these tools, my hope is that they're helpful in that pursuit.
Oh, and it is spiritual warfare. There's no doubt about it. And so in that sense, we are being literally bombarded because we have an enemy who wants to affect, who wants to harm us. And we have to be on guard. So we have a spiritual responsibility, as you're saying, it's ultimately a spiritual responsibility. I just want to ask you, Jenny, what got you interested in this? I mean, because this is something that it's so important, but you don't hear a lot of people.
people talking about this. Yeah, well, obviously, I have had my share of struggles. Our family,
my husband walked through a pretty deep and dark season of depression. And I mean,
certainly I have struggled with anxiety over the years at times. But specifically, I walked through
about 18 months where I had a lot of doubt about God. And I wasn't sure if he was real. And it was,
it hit me. I know now it was spiritual warfare. Unfortunately, I did not share enough about it at
the time so I couldn't have that perspective. But 18 months of my thought spiraling around the,
you know, is this true? Is this real? I don't know. And I really grew afraid of death.
And I look back at that 18 months and I just feel like I just laid down and took it. So those verses
of a second Corinthians meant so much to me because when I realized, wait, I don't have to sit here
and dwell on this. Like I actually can build faith. I actually can share what is going on inside of me
and not let it condemn me and not let it entangle me.
And so when I did that, when I began to share and confess out loud that this is what I'm
struggling with, almost immediately the lights came on.
And I no longer felt that doubt.
And it taught me that there are so many people in bondage that don't have to be.
And I am not suggesting that mental health issues can always be fixed with the prayer or
repositioning of your thoughts.
That's not what I'm saying.
I do believe I've seen the blessing.
of counseling and medicine when needed.
But I can say that this helps, whether you also need more help because you've been in a
stronghold for so long or, you know, this is, this is all you need.
I think this is something that every human needs to learn to do.
And the younger, the better, which is why I was so passionate to write a story for kids
that we can control our thoughts.
And for 18 months, I forgot that.
And I let the enemy beat me up and say whatever the heck you wanted to.
and it was usually in the middle of the night, you know.
Isn't that amazing?
I, you know, I have spoken publicly about my own trials with depression and this kind of thing.
This is very real.
And people experience it on a number of levels.
And, you know, unless you know the details, you can't really say, you should do this.
But what you're talking about is true for everybody.
It's true for everybody.
And it's something I think children.
in particular are not aware, as you're saying, that they can control their thoughts,
that they have, because it just feels like it's just, it is what it is.
Well, no, we have the ability to be self-aware.
And letting little kids think about that.
That's just kind of an amazing concept that we can teach our kids that.
We've just got seconds left.
The book for adults, folks, I'm talking to Jenny Allen.
The book is Get Out of Your Head.
And then the children's book, a brand new children's book,
what to do with your whirly, swirly thoughts.
And Jenny is there a website?
Yes, you can go to jennie allen.com, j-en-n-n-I-E-A-L-N-E-A-L-N-O-N-N-E.
J-E-N-N-I-E, that's key.
J-E-N-N-N-I-E-Gny-E-E-L-L-L-E-N-com is the website.
And the book, The Kids Book, What to Do with your Worley Swirly Thoughts.
Alan, thank you so much. You bet. Thanks for having me, Eric. Welcome back. I'm talking to Colin Plum,
who's a CEO founder of Noble Gold, and we're having fun, at least it's fun for me talking about
these kinds of things. There's something just undeniably fascinating about gold. I mean,
there's a reason that, you know, people want gold. It has this value that it has. There's so much to
say about it. But we've been talking about how much gold we have at Fort Knox and how this
becomes a question and government transparency. And it's just, it's so fascinating to me that we're at a
point where we have a president daring to ask questions like, hey, we like to know if how much
is there and what it's worth. Now, I guess the question, Colin, is it, are they suggesting maybe
you said that some of it had been sold, but we don't have a full accounting of how much?
Well, we know that when they did the audit in 1941, we had over 20,000 tons.
And then they did an audit again in 1974, and we had 8,144.
That's the last time we didn't do a full audit, but a partial audit.
So there was about 12,000 tons that were sold or leased or something happened.
There's no record of what happened there.
But we know that there was gold that was no longer available to us in our audit.
So I think what's happening is that this new administration is looking at all the assets they have.
They're obviously selling or they're trying to sell a lot of the real estate that they don't need.
I don't know how well that's going to do.
And, you know, there's a lot of empty real estate in the country.
So I don't know if it's the greatest time, but that's something they're trying to move.
They're trying to get that out, get it into private hands because we have too much office and
too much real estate that's not profitable for the government.
And then the other question is, like, what other assets do we own as a government that are valuable?
And that's why gold has become a very hot topic is that they want to know how much gold we have
and put it on our balance sheet is something that we has as a positive.
if you look at them valuing gold in 1974 at $44,
and then today, let's say valuing at, you know, three, four thousand,
you go from, you know, a few hundred million to almost a, almost a trillion dollars in value
that we add to the balance sheet, which I think would be a good thing for our government to show that.
So gold has really become something in the forefront.
And I think a big reason is obviously gold last year to today has outperformed the S&P and the NASDAQ
and all the big exchanges. Gold is up 46% from January last year to today. So it's skyrocketed.
But I think the people know now that with inflation sitting around 3%, that's kind of the new
norm. Two percent's really gone. I don't think we're going to get back there anytime soon,
that we're in a position where if inflation is 3, 4%, what assets can you hold that do well
as your dollar is losing value? And that's why I think a lot of people are talking about gold is because
it's a good asset. It's a limited supply asset. And so that's why not only the government's talking
about it, but just overall the world is talking about gold. And I want to be clear with my audience.
If they have questions about this, they can go to Ericmetaxis gold.com. Correct. Or they can,
I'll give the number, folks, because I know people are listening to this and they're kind of wondering about
what they want to do. The number, if you're interested, is 877.
646 5347, 877, 646, 5347, 877, 646, 5347.
Because what you're saying, Colin, and you've said it before, and it's true, this is,
it's a hedge against inflation.
This is something that you and I recommend.
It's kind of a basic thing.
And realistically, I mean, if somebody says, okay, I want to put some of my money into gold,
you guys can hold it or you can send it to people you i get you get people yeah we can do so a lot of people
with us they do it we we really cut our teeth in the market through the gold IRA silver IRA space so that's
we if you have an IRA an old 401k a TSP you can actually put that in physical gold you know these these items
we do all the paperwork we make it really easy for you so yes we can do it that way in an IRA and a lot of people
they have multiple IRAs so it makes sense because maybe
you have one in the stock market and then you got one that you want to diversify.
That's why a lot of people do this with us, which is kind of what you were mentioning, Eric,
is like this is like a hedge, right?
So if you're a little concerned about the stock market, and, you know, even President
Trump said this could be a bumpy year for the stock market.
You know, obviously he's, you know, with tariffs, he's doing a lot of house cleaning
and we're having to get out from what we did from the last administration.
So it could be a bumpy year or two.
So if you're looking to diversify, we can do that IRA, silver, gold, platinum, plating,
or if you just have some cash and you're not happy with return and you want to get into something
else, we can just ship it directly to your doorstep. And we're shipping right now less than a
week in a nondescript package, you know, shows up at your doorstep. And, and so we ship-
contains gold, please steal. No, it's, yeah, no, it's, it's, it's, what we do is the box
looks like anything. We send you the tracking number. You have to sign for it. You know, it's, it's,
and we've had really good, we've shipped to Eric, just, it's hard to, it's, it's hard
believe, but in eight years, we've shipped $1.3 billion in gold to people's doorsteps.
So we've done it a lot. And I can tell you on one hand, how many times we've had a problem
and in all that shipment that we've done. So it's a pretty good. We only had silver shipped to us
because I'm a humble writer. But I got to tell you, there's something very exciting about
getting this package and opening it up. And there is silver. It's just, it's beautiful. And
there's something just fascinating about it.
I mean, you know this, but just to look at it, to hold it,
I think because we live in a world that's increasingly ethereal, digital,
to actually hold something.
And you say this has a certain value.
There's just something beautiful about it and kind of grounding.
Like, it's real.
But so the website is Eric Mataxisgold.com.

If I can hold you on for a few more minutes, Colin, I want to talk to you about your book,
Silver is the new oil.
Yes, absolutely.
When did that come out?
It came out in December of last year, and it was a project for, I mean, you write a lot,
so you know how hard it is.
It took about two years to formulate.
And what I wanted the book to do, really during the pandemic, you know, I realized that,
that part of the idea behind silver was that I think it's got this potential like what oil was 120 years ago.
I'm not saying it's going to replace oil.
I'm saying that I think the profit potential and the amount of usage is similar to what oil was in the late 1800s and the 1900s, where it's starting to address a lot of energy sources, solar panels, electric vehicles, obviously technology.
It's in everything.
and people don't realize how many things we use that have silver.
So I wanted to paint that story.
And then also I give tips about alternative ways to create wealth, which I want to hold you over
because I want to talk more about this.
Folks, if you want to know more about this, if you want to get gold, you want to get silver,
or if you have questions, go to Eric Mataxisgold.com.

Folks, welcome back talking to Colin Plume with Noble Gold.
And Colin, you know, you're sharing some stuff.
I've shared on the program before about when you talk about something like silver,
I tend not to think about this kind of thing because I think about, you know, silver coins.
You know, Suzanne has a package in the mail of these beautiful silver coins that Noble Gold.
sent us and I look at it and I think of it that way. But obviously, maybe not so obvious,
silver is used in all kinds of applications. And so you're saying that because of that,
it's going to increase in value. It's a good investment. And in your book,
silver is the new oil. You talk about some of that. You were just mentioning some of those.
Keep going on that. What is it? Industrial demand 10 years ago to today,
They have double the amount of industrial uses for silver than from 10 years ago.
So there's just so many industries that are gobbling up silver that need it,
including the government, including defense.
The government actually last year bought $400 million in silver and about $100 million in gold.
It was a four to one ratio.
So they bought more silver than gold because they used silver, drones, warheads, all of these things.
They actually, I tried to find it in my book, but I couldn't find anybody that would tell me.
how much silver they use because they don't want the public to know, right?
They kept it under wraps.
But that's just one of the areas and the government continue.
And every year they're buying silver, people don't realize that silver has doubled over the last
five years, yet it's still half the price of where it was in 1983 when the Hunt brothers
try to corner the market.
So even though it's doubled in the last five years, it's still got a lot of room to run.
So I really like where silver is sitting today.
I like the price of it.
But it has to do with the underlying value and why people continue to use it.
If you just look at solar panel usage alone, that's 17% of the usage.
It continues to grow as people add this to their homes.
That's not going anywhere.
So they're used between 10 and 25 grams of silver and every solar panel.
And then a little known fact that's just kind of a silly thing,
but it kind of adds to the value is that most refrigerators today have one to two ounces of silver.
And it's unlikely that someone's going to go to a place where the refrigerators, the old ones are, and pull that silver out, right?
Because it's worth 60 bucks.
If it was gold, they would do it.
They'd rip that refrigerator open.
So what I'm saying is that they only recycle between 4% and 5% of the industrial uses.
So as much as they're trying to find it in Mexico and in the U.S.,
They're not recycling a huge amount of it either, which means that they have to continue to find more and mining gets more expensive.
And obviously, everybody knows what labor, inflation is doing to everything.
So the price, the underlying price has to go up because it just costs a lot of money to pull it out of the ground.
Well, your book is silver is the new oil.
Yes.
You can find out much more about it.
But, you know, folks are basic recommendation here.
You understand that, you know, the economy is always volatile.
But the next year or two, it's probably going to be tough in any circumstances, but especially now, gold and silver are the safest bet.
It's even safe.
It's better than safe.
So if you're interested in doing that, getting some gold, getting some silver in various ways, you can go to Eric Mataxis Gold.com.
Eric Mattaxasgold.
