Eric the Texas! Hey, the first of you. folks, welcome to Tuesday, July 22nd. My goodness, Chris Heims, are you staying on top of the news the way I'm staying on top? I mean, I am so stunned. Last night I had dinner with two friends, and they were totally ignorant. These are good friends who are pretty much up on stuff, but they didn't really get what has happened with Tulsi Gabbard releasing this bombshell stuff. And they kind of thought, eh, is it really real? Are you sure? or you know, and I was just amazed because I guess most people feel so burned by nothing ever happening that they just think, eh, I'll, you know, I don't even want to pay attention anymore.

And so I just want to say, folks, there are things happening right now that are unprecedented. I mean, the news that's coming out, now this is not a guarantee that the good, good things are going to happen, but I would say it looks better than it ever has. And President Trump, I think I mentioned this yesterday, he posted a video that I was shocked. It was an AI video of Obama being arrested. It's kind of real, and it shows Trump in the Oval Office with Obama and Obama being arrested, and it's kind of cold and nasty, and I didn't love it. But I thought Donald Trump would not have posted this. unless he's sending the message, it is game on. They have put his family through hell.

And he's such a good poker player. He's not letting anybody know. He just kind of smiles, you know, with Obama, you know. And he knows what they did to him, to the country, to his family. And he has been plotting quietly to bring these folks to justice. And I think we're here. And so it's just big news. It's huge, huge news.

And we're going to be talking about it to John Zmirak in just a couple of minutes in hour two. We're talking to a new guest, William Wolfe, about Oklahoma Senator Lankford. Senator Lankford, like Mike Pence, like Mike Pompeo, is publicly a Christian and a conservative. But some things Senator Lankford in Oklahoma has done recently would lead us to think that he is not on our team. And everybody needs to know, like, what people like Senator Lankford are doing. And so Senator Lankford has a choice. He can either do the right thing or he will – he'll pay a price politically, and he should pay a price. But we'll talk about that.

And the counselor said that Blakely was encouraging her cabin mates to not be afraid. She was always a leader encouraging others. In my heart, I know it happened fast, and I'm just so grateful the life that she lived was so happy. There are no words, folks. There are no words. I cannot not want to believe in the God of the Bible, because something like this happens, it's completely incomprehensible. The horror of eight-year-old kids drowning.

There are people suffering right now, not just mourning the deaths of their children, but wondering in many cases where those children are, assuming the children are dead. But beyond that, what we can do, there are families that have lost their homes. There are families that have lost their businesses. They've been displaced. It's devastating. My guest, praise the Lord, is John Zmirak. John Zmirak, I love talking to you for many reasons. And today we've got a really shocking subject. I spoke to Ivan Rakeland about it yesterday. This news, rather than my say it, let me give you an opportunity to say it. What is the headline here? You've written about it at the stream. Right.

Tulsi Gabbard is releasing information that proves what you and I and the other conspiracy theorists have been whispering in corridors for the last five years, that there was an attempted coup against the American people by the deep state in 2016, 2017, that Obama did not want to allow a democratic transition of power, that the CIA and the FBI and all our institutions, including the mass media, including most of the hosts on Fox News,

including the leaders of the Republican Party, magazines like National Review, the whole establishment reacted to the surprise election of Donald Trump in 2016, the way the human body's immune system reacts to a bacterium getting into your bloodstream. All the white blood cells converge to try to destroy this intruder. and what looked to be one or two Obama loyalists in the deep state turned out to be an entire system operating to crush dissent. I've used funny metaphors for it. I've used serious metaphors. Let me remind you of the funny one. You know, the Washington generals, they're the team of hapless white guys whose job it is to lose gracefully to the Harlem Globetrotter.

every single game. Well, once in the 70s, they got a wild hair, and they decided to win, and they won. And it almost caused a riot. Like the crowd were furious, the management were furious. They were sternly spoken to, and they never won again. Trump's election in 2016 was like that. It's like the populists, the conservatives, the Christians, the people who want to control America's immigration, the sort of despised,

rejected elements of American society actually reared up on their hind legs and voted for Donald Trump narrowly. Okay, it was a narrow win. And the system went crazy. If you remember those videos, those pictures of liberal tears of like these goblin women howling at the sky. Um, we all laughed about that and that was fun. But behind the scenes, James Comey and Lindsay Graham and John McCain were doing the same thing. The Russia collusion hoax was a campaign document first made up by rhino Republicans, then given to Hillary Clinton. They like handed it to her. The people who lost some of the candidates, I don't know which candidates, had originally started the scan, the lie, that Trump was somehow in bed with Vladimir Putin and the Russian government was going to hack the election.

They handed that to the Hillary Clinton campaign. She hired. a discredited old spy, Steele, to create a dossier. He got a bunch of gossip and Russian disinformation and just garbage, cobbled it together into a so-called dossier that pretended to document Trump's links to Vladimir Putin. And when it came out that Hillary had been illegally using State Department files on an unsecure computer, endangering national security, and she should have been prosecuted, but of course James Comey didn't. They trotted out this fake Russia dossier in an attempt to help Hillary's campaign. Once she lost anyway, Lindsay Graham urged John McCain to give this to the FBI as if it were a real document, a real intelligence product. Lindsey Graham, John McCain handed it to the FBI, which officially triggered the Russia collusion hoax.

And the FBI started leaking it to the media. Obama convened meetings of his senior staff. And again, they're doing this against the incoming president. Imagine if George W. Bush, I know this is ridiculous, but imagine if George W. Bush had been scheming to sabotage Obama after he won the election in 2008. Imagine he'd been creating fake FBI investigations, had been trying to cobble together a case that Obama worked for China. It would have been an outrage. It would have been completely, obviously, transparently political. But because the established wing of the GOP would rather lose to the Democrats than lose control over the GOP,

they colluded with the Democrats to present the ludicrous idea that Donald Trump was a Russian agent. You're telling us what happened. And my question really is to what can we compare this? Because I keep saying there is nothing like it in modern American history. Watergate is a joke. It's nothing compared to what we're talking about. The only comparisons I can think of in American history were in 1860 when James Buchanan was basically trying to let the Confederates secede and let them go before

Lincoln took office. And then if you go further back, Benedict Arnold trying to give West Point to the British. Okay, so exactly. No, no, no. You've proved my point. These are three existential crises in the history of America.

The first is in the revolution. The second is the Civil War. We're living through the third. They're existential crises because if we hadn't won, if the right guys hadn't won, it is the end of America, period, not sort of completely, absolutely wiped out. We're dealing with that right now.

We had deep state actors, evil folks on the left, evil folks in the Republican Party, willing to do something to negate the will of the people. And again, I sometimes feel that people don't understand the gravity of that. I mean, it would be like somebody saying, like, oh, they raped and killed your daughter. Well, you know, bad stuff happens.

You'd say, wait, did you hear what I said? when people want to subvert the will of the American people, that's to put a bullet in the head of Uncle Sam and Lady Liberty. It doesn't get worse than that. That's the end of America. And we now have evidence, as you've been laying out, that President Obama and others orchestrated just that. Am I overstating it?

Using intelligence, they knew was false. They knew the steel dossier was garbage. They knew it was garbage. CIA professionals, FBI professionals, presented with it. They said, this is garbage. You can't, you can't start an investigation. Okay, but John, it's kind of like saying, yeah, they tried to murder the country. Oh, and they also lied. No, no, but no, no, it's important. This is not a trivial point. If they thought Trump really were a Russian agent, then they should have investigated, but they knew he wasn't, okay?

So that's my larger, that's my larger point that they didn't believe on the facts. They knew that they hated him and they were looking for anything they could find. But they knew it was false. That's crucial. They knew they were operating in bad faith. They were lying and they knew they were lying. Everybody knew it was a lie. That's essential.

If you're trying to prove criminal intent, that's essential. They knew it was a lie. But in their defense, John, but in their defense, they actually believed this is Hitler, right? They just thought, we don't need, we don't, we can't be fussy about telling the truth. We will do anything we can to eliminate this threat. Now, what evidence was there that Donald Trump was Hitler? Donald Trump was to the left of Bill Clinton politically. Okay, Bill Clinton in 1996 was to the right of Donald Trump in 2016 because of how we

fundamentally Obama shifted America to the left. Donald Trump had no extremist opinions. Donald Trump, not a racist, very good relations with blacks, with Jews, with Hispanics, absolutely no evidence that Trump was Hitler or an extremist in any way. So what they, again, they were lying and they knew they were lying. They didn't want to lose control. They didn't want to lose power. The Republican establishment didn't want to lose power to Donald Trump within the Republican Party. Democrats didn't want to lose power to the American people. They wanted to keep running America like a Harlem Globetrotters game with the outcome is always fixed.

Well, you just shared about Lindsey Graham being involved in this. I was not aware of that. That's pretty extraordinary. And he's still in power and pretending to be pals with the president and the president just endorsed him. Trump is still endorsing him in primaries. What the heck? What does it take to get into Donald Trump's head? This is your enemy.

This is the enemy of America. Certainly an enemy of South Carolina voters. Please stop endorsing rhinos. I think we're at a time in this segment, but we'll be right back with John Smirak. Welcome back. We're talking to John Smirak. My calendar tells me it's Tuesday. the 22nd of July. So, John, with the news that just came out, I mean, to me, the headline is that

this has come out as it has, because you've known, and I've known, and many people have known, but you kind of think, are we ever going to get anywhere with it? Tulsi Gabbard has shown tremendous courage in getting this stuff and now exposing it. What do you think is going to happen? Now you know why they didn't want her confirmed. Now you know why they called her a Russian asset. They called her a friend to dictators. Now you know why the deep state had federal marshals tailing her every time she got on a plane for the last four years. Because when you're taking flack, it means you're over the target.

If they're not coming after you, you're probably not doing your job. Tulsi Gabbard knew where the bodies were buried and she's digging them up. The next thing we have to see, this is crucial. will there be indictments before the statute of limitations expires? Because James Comey and Clapper and Brennan, their lies to Congress conveniently will go out of the statute of limitations in just a few weeks. So if there are not criminal charges, wait a minute, I've not heard this. I've not heard what you just said.

That's the first I've heard of this. Yes, the statute of limitations on most of the crimes committed by the Russia-Guegeat collusion hoaxers. The statute of limitations is a few weeks from expiration. So there are people in the deep state trying to slow walk this, trying to prevent indictments. Pam Bondi has to file criminal indictments in the next couple of weeks, or all of this is moot. It's ancient history. I would assume President Trump knows this. Yes, but there are people telling, oh, no, no, we have to be careful.

we have. There are people who in, all throughout the all throughout government, who are trying to slow walk this, who are trying to stop this from happening. If Pam Bondi doesn't file criminal charges against Comey and Clapper and Brennan

and maybe Obama, then she's not on our side and needs to go. Well, what do you think why do you think it took so long? In other words, what do you think Tulsi Gabbard has been doing these months.

I mean, I think she's been furiously compiling this and making sure everything's authentic and connecting all the dots. She didn't want to go off half-caught the way Pam Bondi did with those empty dossiers about Jeffrey Epstein. And so what do you think are the next steps? What do you think is going to happen?

Maybe by the time this conversation airs, things will have happened. No, no, I don't think they'll happen. They need to happen in the next two weeks. There need to be criminal charges filed against all these individuals. I don't know whether the talk of, people are talking about treason charges.

I think that'd be great, but that might be aiming too high. Certainly, I think we have to drag Obama before Congress and force him to testify. And we'll say, you have presidential immunity, so you don't get to take the fifth. You have to testify.

And if he refuses, he needs to be imprisoned for refusing to testify. The way Steve Bannon, and Peter Navarro were in prison for refusing a congressional subpoena. It works both ways. Michelle is going to be really angry. This is...

George W. Bush will just hold hands and snuggle the way they did John McCain's funeral, just before they put him inside the pyramid with 100 slays and 100 horses to serve him in the afterlife. Yes. The heck of tomb of horses. Who can forget? Well, John, you know, what we're talking about, again, I want to just give people historical context because there's always scandals and there's nothing like this. This is the existential crisis, the only existential crisis we face as a nation since you were just talking about Buchanan, the 15th president of the United States, you know, effectively offering Jefferson Davis and company.

It's like, you want to have your own country? that'll be fine with me. Lincoln comes in and says, no, we must keep the union together. There's been nothing this big. Watergate is nothing. And in terms of arresting people, top people in our lifetimes, I remember when Haldeman and Ehrlichman and Chuck Colson and others were arrested and went to jail for things that are a homeopet. tincture of what we're talking about here. That's right. Now, I want to point out, this is not just some process violation.

This is not some victimless crime. The Russia collusion hopes poisoned U.S. Russian relations all throughout Trump's term in office. They prevented Trump from from forgeing some kind of deal between Putin and Ukraine. They caused the war in Ukraine. The war in Ukraine, which has a million casualties as of now, is the direct result of the Russia collusion hoax and the election theft of 2020. A million people are dead or wounded, a whole swath of Europe. Hundreds of thousands of European Christians are dead right now because of Joe Biden and Jim Clapper and James Coney and John Brennan.

almost a million people dead are wounded in a totally unnecessary war that has seen trillions of dollars spent, lives ruined, all because these petty, arrogant, power-hungry parasites, these tapeworms in the colon of America refuse to let go of power. We're talking about James Comey. we're talking about Clapper and John Brennan and the whole gang of, I mean, I don't know, again, I feel like words have become debased and we throw around terms and we have to have historical context for what we're talking about. We're talking about people who, and folks, let's not kid ourselves.

Hitler didn't think he was doing evil, okay? He thought he was doing a good thing. So Brennan and Comey and Clapper and Obama, they were convinced they were doing a good thing. Doesn't change the fact that what they were doing was evil. Well, they were convinced that the American people are too stupid to know what's good for them. That what's good for them is to have open borders and be replaced by millions of third-worlders and have socialist health care and same-sex marriage and abortion up through birth. These are the things that are good for people, but that people are too.

stupid to appreciate it. They're too stupid to understand it. So we have to fool them. We'll give them the Rhesus pieces and they will walk along following the trail of Riesis' pieces into the New America we are creating. But don't forget, Barack Obama studied was a Marxist in college. His focus was post-colonial studies, which is Marxism. His mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, was a member of the Communist Party USA. That was his surrogate father. His ghost writer was, who's that weather underground terrorist? Bill Ayers. Bill Ayers was the ghost, one of Obama's ghost writer.

Imagine if Donald Trump's ghost writer was a member of the Aryan nations who'd been holding up banks and shooting FBI agents in order to stop the Zionist occupational government. That's how crackpot and extreme Obama's political associations were. So why are we shocked that when this criminal. crackpot Marxist friend of terrorists gets his hands on power, he doesn't want to let go of power. In 1981, Solidarity won an election against the Polish Communist Party. So what did the establishment do? They threw up every obstacle they could. They used loopholes.

They used illegal dodges. They did to Lequilenza what Obama and his team did to Donald Trump. Well, I think I'm grateful that you mentioned Obama's communist political philosophy. Folks, again, let's be clear. If you actually believe in the political philosophy of radical leftists, you are of course going to be, you're going to sneer at the founder's vision for self-government. You're going to sneer at the idea that people can govern themselves, people can vote for their leaders, can choose their own. leaders and effectively choose themselves, basically say, we want to lead ourselves, so we're going to find people who are going to give us what we want. This is going to work. That was the founder's idea. And it hasn't worked much in history.

And there are many people who don't believe it can ever work. And we're living at a time where we have former president of the United States convinced that he knows better and that he can find people who know better. And, you know, John, as I'm writing my book on the American Revolution, you realize, the people in power in Parliament believed exactly this. They sneered at the idea that farmers and these evangelical Christians in Boston that these people could govern themselves. How can, you know, shoemakers and, you know, tradesmen govern themselves?

We need a class that knows how to govern. And so Parliament, just like now, these were career politicians handed the jobs basically by dint of their pedigree. And they basically had power and they used that power to give themselves more power and more money. This is called corruption. And we had a revolution over this. And we're dealing with this now, right now the same thing. That corruption seeped into the church. If you go back to 2016, Russell Moore and David French were talking about the evils of same-sex marriage and talking about the evil of abortion and the evil of pornography. But their real attachment was to power, was to their membership in cultural elites,

to their friendship with NPR editors and Washington Post editors. Because by 2020, by 2024, they were virtually endorsing Kamala Harris. They were writing furiously on the need to stop Donald Trump because Donald Trump is so extreme because Donald Trump actually represents the ideas. These people were pretending to represent in 2016. And I'm one of the few people back in 2016. was saying Russell Moore is a Democrat operative. He is 100% a shill. And I was working, the people I was working with are saying,

you can't say that. He's too well connected in the Southern Baptist conference. I'm like, well, I'm sorry. He's a traitor in their midst and you're going to see that I'm right. And unfortunately, I hate to be right about stuff because I grew up in New York before Giuliani. So I tend to have a bleak view of things. I tend to expect the worst. On the other hand, that helps me feel better.

anything that's not a kick in the groin feels good. Anything that's not absolute catastrophe, I take as a win. So as imperfect as Trump has been in office and he's made mistakes, I think he's making mistakes right now over Ukraine. I think he's listening to the neocons and the warmongers too much over Ukraine. I hope I'm wrong. But Donald Trump is the first decent politician we've had in America since Ronald Reagan. Everyone else, all the Republicans we've had, were worthless.

They were shadow puppets. They were part of the system. They were just controlled opposition. They were fake. I agree with you. But again, for most of us, not you, but I was oblivious to this. I thought George W. Bush is a good guy. I voted for Mitt Romney, voted for John McCain.

I thought, well, you know, they're way better. than the other guys. And you realize, well, in some ways they were. But basically, when push came to shove, absolutely not. They were not willing to do what it takes. And I guess this gets to the point. We'll have to talk about it in the next segment because we're out of time. But what was it about Donald Trump in 2016 that was such a threat to these establishment Republicans? When we come back, we'll talk about that. that made the establishment become unhinged? Because I have to say he didn't seem to do much initially. What did he say that made them know he is our enemy? What do you think it was? Because I can't, I don't understand. First of all, he was channeling the views of Pat Buchanan, the only decent Republican candidate we've had since Ronald Reagan. Okay, which views? You're talking about the border probably?

About immigration, about free trade, about considering that middle class American jobs are more important than cheap junk from China, saying that we needed to have national borders. We needed to prioritize the well-being of ordinary Americans over the stock increases that are driven by mass immigration. So in 2016, he was talking about that. He was talking about that. But I think the more important thing that really scared them about Trump was that he did not come up through the system.

He did not run for Republican county chairman. He did not, you know, he had not jumped through the requisite hoops. They had not had the opportunity to get in his ear and tell him, listen, you know, we talk about abortion, but, you know, we, you know, we, really want it to be legal. We just, we just have to throw some red meat to the root. We talk about controlling immigration, but in fact, you know, we want cheap nannies, we want cheap gardeners, we want our stocks to go up. So we, we're fooling the American people. We're lying to conservatives when we say we represent them. In fact, we don't. Okay. We're just the,

we're the pro-business wing of the Uniparty. Okay. Trump didn't owe them any favors. Trump didn't know them. They had not had the chance to try to put a bug in his ear. You know, this is all a scam, right? You know, we're just play acting. We're on the same side as Obama, but, you know, we have to fool these stupid voters, these Bible thumping voters. We have to fool them. Trump had not come up through that system. He didn't owe them any favors. So they acted like mafia dons, upset that a whole new ethnic group was showing up and it didn't know any favors to the godfather. It didn't have any relationships with any of the five families.

He's an intruder. He's an interloper. He's an invader. They treated Trump like he was a foreign invader and they talked about it that way. When he won the election, they said, we're going to start a resistance. As if the American people electing a candidate they didn't like was the equivalent of the Germans rolling into Paris in 1940. I mean, I have to say it's fascinating because it's now, you know, almost nine years ago. And I mean, at the time, I was myself baffled by the level of vitriol against him.

I mean, I remember the, you know, the quote unquote women's march. This was the day after the inauguration in 2017 and January. And I thought, what is it about these people? this man done or said that they're treating him this way? I mean, it's one thing when somebody is elected and they do certain things. But Trump, I mean, many people like you and me, we didn't even know if he would be, would he be pro-life? Would he be? We really had no idea. And, you know, but these people seem to know, and I guess I'm fascinated even by, you know, when you mentioned Lindsey Graham and John McCain participating early on in trying to get him out of power,
