Starting point is 00:00:00 Folks, welcome to the Eric Mattaxas show, sponsored by Legacy Precious Metals. There's never been a better time to invest in precious metals. Visit legacy p.m.investments.com. That's legacy p.m. Investments.com. Taxis show with your host, Eric Mettaxas. Hey there, folks. It's your lucky day. That's what I said. It's your lucky day because I'm talking to Mayor Rudolph Giuliani. You get to listen in. Mayor Giuliani, we're talking about so many things. And we really do have to try to have a sense of humor because it's so extraordinary what we're talking about. It's very hard for people to take this in.
Starting point is 00:00:50 Right. That this level of corruption, you just said that what it would take, and I agree, it would be a kind of a dedication and a courage that the founders had. In other words, to go back to first principles to talk about what it means to be a free people and whether we're willing to die for that. Right. Whether we're willing to say this is really. right and we're going to do what is necessary. And obviously there are a handful of folks who have
Starting point is 00:01:16 that kind of courage and vision and genuine American patriotism. And there are many who don't. But I think as a result of what we're going through, many people are waking up. I hope so. I think you're right. It's a question of the numbers. Is it enough? And are we there yet? But I mean, the reality is as you go through this, increasingly you see how strong, how solidified, how incredibly wealthy. The amounts of money, you know, when I saw the amounts of money from Ukraine, which ranged from 8 to 14 million, that seemed like a lot of money. I mean, I think Agnew's bribe was $10,000 or $20,000 or something like that.
Starting point is 00:01:57 I didn't think we were going to talk about Spiro Agnew, my fellow Greek. But, I mean, that was nothing. That was like a candy store transaction. Here they're talking about $8 million, $10 million, $14 million. But then we move on to China. And there's a $1.5 billion guarantee put into a private equity fund that's run by Hunter Biden, the stepson of John Kerry, so they get VP in state, right? And the nephew of Whitey Bulger. They got a little muscle. I really didn't think Whitey Bulger would be coming up during this conversation.
Starting point is 00:02:32 But why would China? Why would China that's a careful investor? I mean, I've had people at Goldman Sachs and elsewhere say, we have a hard time getting a billion out of them. There's a billion and a half dollars to a totally silly private equity fund. Each one of those guys has like, each one of the guys, not Kerry's son, but they have convictions and investigations, and Biden's son was thrown out of the military for being a drug addict. It's quite clear that he goes to rehabilitation once a year.
Starting point is 00:03:03 You're going to give him $1.5 billion if it isn't for dad. It's pretty obvious. So then the really, as Buckley would say, the question becomes, how is it possible that the New York Times, which used to be the paper of record, would not be looking into this and reporting on this? How is that possible? Because the New York Times, the Washington Post, and we could name a number of media sources in America, have become so overwhelmed by their political prejudice that it results in corruption. They've become entirely corrupt and dishonest. Look, we know that Walter Durante was a stooge for Stalin, working for the New York Times, lying on behalf of the New York Times,
Starting point is 00:03:47 got a Pulitzer Prize. The Pulitzer Prize given to him for his reporting for the New York Times, which was like top-level propaganda for Stalin, for the murder of millions of Ukrainians. We know that those things have happened in the past, but to have an entire organization, to have the New York Times devoted, not just to missing one story or to having one rogue reporter who's a corrupt bum, but that the entire apparatus is determined to push forward an ideology and narrative. I mean, some people call Trump derangement syndrome. It does seem to me that they convinced themselves that Trump was Hitler and we are in a new world.
Starting point is 00:04:32 world, anything goes because Trump is Hitler. Yeah, and they were doing it progressively. Everybody got worse. Remember Bush was treated as extremely stupid, just following what his father failed to do. He got us into war because it was a personal family dispute. He couldn't do anything right. There were even allegations that he had some kind of corrupt relationship with Saudi Arabia. none of this being true.
Starting point is 00:05:04 So we had some of this going on. It built in increments. I mean, they went after Goldwater horribly to start with. Then they went after Jerry Ford, Nixon, obviously, then Jerry Ford. And then Reagan didn't get a great time, but Reagan's charm, Reagan knew how to beat them with this world-class charm
Starting point is 00:05:24 because these people are not very charming people. I mean, you listen to them. This is why, this is why, right wing radio does so much better than left wing radio. You listen to that left wing radio for about three minutes. It's sour. It's like, you listen to Rush Limbaugh, you get three jokes.
Starting point is 00:05:43 You get, it's a lot more human. So the reality is it built up over time. Trump, they couldn't, they knew they couldn't get to Trump because he was a totally different species. They knew they could have owned Rom. they knew they could have gotten their hooks into McCain. McCain was so interested in what the Washington Post,
Starting point is 00:06:09 and it was an innocent sort of thing, but it was his vanity. I mean, he liked to be on those Sunday talk shows, and you get too far out with what they don't agree with. They don't put you on. So that's why I think he brought into campaign finance reform that turned out to be just a complete corrupt boondoggle for Democrats. But John had he been president still? would have done damage to them. And remember how they turned on him. He was their hero until he became
Starting point is 00:06:35 the candidate. The minute he became the candidate, they started questioning his, well, was he mentally damaged by what happened to him? And he has a terrible temper. And he is two right wing. Well, although, I mean, his vote that enabled Obamacare to become the law of the land, you want to talk about a traitorous, horrific move. Like, I just didn't think that that somebody... That was spite. No, but I mean, it's an... We all have weaknesses, and his weakness was he couldn't deal with Trump in a mature way. But I mean, you're making it sound like a foible. You know how many Americans were harmed by his little foible here?
Starting point is 00:07:12 And the president, the president had a thing with him. It was personal. I put them together once for a telephone conversation when they both won the primary in Arizona. And they had a very nice conversation because they agreed with each other. And at the end of the conversation, President Trump says, I really was glad I could win the primary for you with my endorsement. Oh, my God, you don't say that to McCain. Right.
Starting point is 00:07:38 This guy's got an ego that just... Yeah, yeah, yeah. And really, what do you mean? You won the primary? I won the primary. No, I won the primary. No, I won the primary. Wow.
Starting point is 00:07:47 That's the kind of stuff that they would separate on. They were almost too much alike. But each one of these people presented threats to them, and they attacked. Even Romney, they started attacking... The minute you're the candidate and you're a Republican... you're a criminal. They're going to make you a criminal somehow. But they never saw anything like Trump. The minute he went after China, they were talking about the sugar daddy. Now he's talking about the sugar daddy, making them all rich, including some of our Republican friends. Just read Schweikert's book and you get an idea of how much money Russia has invested in American colleges, American hospitals, American doctors.
Starting point is 00:08:28 You mean China? China. Yeah. But what you're talking about, in other words, the difference between, you know, George Bush the First, George W., Romney, McCain, all of them caught this hell from the radical left, but did not go to war with it. They played ball. And none of them threatened the Wizard of Oz. That's the point. He did. He threatened China.
Starting point is 00:08:54 Well, in other words, they, which is to say these players, they, they. They basically were able to get to all of these people I just mentioned. In other words, they were able to get every one of them to play ball, not to say this, not to say that. Trump refused to do that. 100%. Right. And, you know, Trump wasn't in politics for 20 to 30 years,
Starting point is 00:09:17 so we didn't have very fixed, strong political views. You know, somebody like Reagan, you knew when he came into office, he's going to have to communism. His whole life had been devoted to how communism, is immoral. Communism is dangerous. Mutually sure destruction is immoral. You can't, the world can't exist that way. But they didn't pay attention enough to Trump. There were some very strong views he's had. 20 years he's been writing about China taking advantage of us. I was going to say he's been on record talking about this. It's actually fascinating. We'll be right
Starting point is 00:09:49 back. We're talking to Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Don't go away. Why would you? Tell me, Eric, why is relief factors so successful at lowering or eliminating pain? I'm often asked that The owners of Relief Factor tell me they believe our bodies were designed to heal. That's right, designed to heal. And I agree with them. So the doctors who formulated Relief Factor for them selected the four best ingredients, yes, 100% drug-free ingredients, each helps your body deal with inflammation. Each of the four ingredients deals with inflammation from a different metabolic pathway. And that right there, approaching from four different angles, may be why so many people find such wonderful relief. So if you've got back pain, shoulder, neck, hip, knee, or foot pain
Starting point is 00:10:48 from exercise or just getting older, you should order the three-week quick start discounted to only 1995 to see if it will work for you. It works for me. It has for about 70% of the half a million people who've tried it and have ordered more. Go to Relieffactor.com or call 800 for relief to find out about this offer. Feel the difference. Hey folks, if you could make money off of abortion or pornography, would you do it? I hope the answer is no. But I want to tell you, Robert Netsley, the founder of Inspire Insight he was the president of his local pro-life pregnancy center when he discovered that he owned investments in three companies manufacturing abortion drugs. Well, God helped him to see that he was making money from abortion, pornography, LGBT activism, and the list goes on. And that's why he created

Starting point is 00:12:04 That's inspireinsight.com. Go there. We continue our conversation with Mayor Rudy Giuliani. So Trump comes in and he seems to, in this kind of delightfully, almost, most naive way. Yeah, there's a certain, looks around and says, huh, we got some problems here, and I think maybe this is the problem and we can fix this. In other words, he just comes in wanting to do what he sees needs doing, not realizing
Starting point is 00:12:45 that people are losing their hair, even contemplated, a guy like this coming in and basically destroying what we've had going all these decades. And kept secret. and kept saying. From a lot of people. Yeah. And they knew if he kept up his pressure on China, he's eventually going to see the whole thing
Starting point is 00:13:07 because they're going to have to defend China because they've been paid to defend China. Or in Ukraine is a little different. So in Ukraine, Biden was paid to protect Zloshevsky because the Ukrainian government could take Zlosevsky's business from him because he was a crook. He ran away. He needed to protect his business.
Starting point is 00:13:30 So he hired Hunter Biden and Devin Archer, two partners out of three in Rosemonseca, that shares 50% of its income with Joe. And he hired them and they could do a couple of things for him. Like they immediately got him at a Washington PR firm for Burisma that went around trying to convince the State Department that Burisma was an honest company, which the State Department rejected. Second, they did a few other little things maybe worth $500,000.
Starting point is 00:14:06 Instead, they got paid over a period of time between $5 million. And the real reason was if Poroshenko comes after my company, which he will, I need Joe Biden to protect me because he's the most powerful man in Ukraine. And he was the most powerful man in Ukraine
Starting point is 00:14:22 because Obama made him, quote, the point man, close quote, in Ukraine. He decided how much money you got. If he said no, Ukraine goes bankrupt. Boom. Zoshezsche knew that, and he said, I got to get a guy more powerful than Poroshenko. And on the day that Shokin raided the Burisma office,
Starting point is 00:14:51 within two days, Biden is on the phone to Poroshenko. In that month of February, there were four major calls between Biden and Poroshenko, and by the end of the month, Shokin is fired. Now, Shokin is willing to testify because he heard some of those conversations as to his,
Starting point is 00:15:10 Poroshenko was a good friend of his. It was a hard firing for Poroshenko. And so it took about three weeks of Biden pounding and pounding on him. And so we have a version of it from Shokin. FBI is not interested in it. The Justice Department is not interested in it. It's so bad that Vanovich, you know,
Starting point is 00:15:31 exiled him to, you know how I got his version? I have it on tape. First time I did it by Zoom, because I couldn't get into the Ukraine. Second time I got into Ukraine. And nobody, they didn't know I was there. I got in. Legally.
Starting point is 00:15:48 Just, they caught me near the very end, and we got out. We're almost captured by sources of people. I took them to. a place in the country, and I have a videotape, which I'm happy to share with you, of my interview of Shokin. So we have his testimony. I question him like I would have questioned him if I were an assistant U.S. attorney 30 years ago, putting on my first witness in a bribery case. Now, you want to tell me I'm not going to use him because you say he's corrupt? I can't think of a first witness in a bribery case that I put on that wasn't corrupt. Who convicted John Gotti? Sammy the
Starting point is 00:16:22 Bull. Sammy the Bull kill 15 people. I got you. And who's going to know about it? Who's going to know about a bribery scheme like this but a corrupt guy? Right. Then you've got to corroborate him. And he's corroborated a hundred different ways. The second witness, so you get the prosecutor who's fired,
Starting point is 00:16:41 the second witness is the prosecutor took over and fixed the cases. And he'll tell you he fixed the cases. And he'll say the first case he fixed was for Soros. Okay, why are you... Now, why aren't these people questioned? Well, here's my question. Why are you telling me about this, my audience, it seems to me that the Sunday morning shows in a Halcyon era, 50,000 years ago,
Starting point is 00:17:03 when they cared about the truth, they would have had you on to talk about this. They did. And here's the answer to it was. It's been debunked. I said, show me the debunking report. I've seen the entire, I don't see, it hasn't been investigated. And then they would start with, then they would start with, you know, I don't know what they, I didn't know what I was talking about. There were rumors that I used to drink too much, rumors that I was at the end of my career and I was doing this so I could be famous. I mean, I was already more famous than I ever wanted to be or could be. They couldn't possibly accept the fact that I was doing this in good faith.
Starting point is 00:17:45 I was doing it, number one, as a defense lawyer for a client that was unfairly charged and it would help defend him to show that they dug up dirty information on him and Manafort, exactly what they were charging him for. They did. And I never got to how much money was actually spent. It's more than $1.2 million, considerably more. But further investigation would reveal. And obviously, this is just this Ukraine stuff.
Starting point is 00:18:11 I mean, it goes on and on and on. Yeah, I mean, like Steve Bannon will criticize and say, this isn't even the big one. And he's right. China's the big one. Yeah. But this was the one that was in dispute. And it's big enough to put you in jail for 20 years.
Starting point is 00:18:25 I mean, it's a, but the key thing, and I've got to show you the text. You've got the emails printed out. Did we have the text here? Did I leave them with you? Yes. Okay. So you have done a dive into the Hunter Biden laptop stuff, and you have some text. You were sharing this with me yesterday. Yeah, but I want to show you.
Starting point is 00:18:44 It's one thing to say it. To process. Yeah, you're right. It's another thing to see it. So the post revealed pretty much everything. But what I'm showing you now, they never put any emphasis on. And no one ever put any emphasis on it until about three days ago.
Starting point is 00:19:01 The New York Post finally. Yeah. Put some emphasis on. Put this stuff. This should have been back in October of 2020. Right. This should have been on the front page of every newspaper in America and in the world. Because this is a, to me as a, and take my word for it, there are very few people who know Rico better than I do.
Starting point is 00:19:21 This is the core of a racketeering enterprise. This is what you need. You don't convict with this, but this is what you need to bring all the elements together when you have bribery. Like I have a big chart that I should have brought with me. It's the Biden point man RICO case. Every time Obama appoints him as a point man.
Starting point is 00:19:42 Iraq, he's supposed to get a status of forces agreement. Biden fails. As Gates said, he always fails. America loses. They get a third of a $1.5 billion dollar housing contract. for James Biden. They sent him to Ukraine. He's supposed to get them arms and beat the Russians,
Starting point is 00:20:02 and he's supposed to help with corruption. Never gives him a single offensive weapon, and he adds to the corruption. He fails for the U.S. They make $8 to $14 million. They send them to China. He's supposed to get China to back off to Sackland Islands that they were militarizing.
Starting point is 00:20:21 They go ahead and they pick other islands. In fact, the New York Times, criticizes him for what a bad job he did negotiating. But it doesn't publish it at the same time. His son went with him on that trip. And 10 days after the trip, and 10 days after we were sold out, the Biden family got a $1 billion commitment
Starting point is 00:20:39 to the private equity fund that included Whitey Bulger's nephew. This is like when the Corleone sent Fredo to Las Vegas. Yeah. Now, suppose I could put that evidence in and 20 more things. And then I could produce I never had this clear a statement of a RICO conspiracy.
Starting point is 00:20:58 I could put this in. That was hidden. That was hidden. Okay. So now the Post finally covered this a couple days ago. A couple days ago, and it's now, and Brian Kilhout. This is an email from Hunter Biden to what, his sister? To his daughter. His daughter, okay. On the theory that they're going to get more involved in the business.
Starting point is 00:21:17 Okay, and it says, this is Hunter Biden. And this is Christmas Day, if I recall correctly, 2018. I love all of you, but I don't receive any respect, and that's fine, I guess. This sounds like Fredo Corleone. But I don't receive any respect, and that's fine, I guess. Works
Starting point is 00:21:34 for you, apparently. I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years. It's really hard, but don't worry, unlike Pop, I won't make you give me half your salary.
Starting point is 00:21:51 So, if you consider him a co-conspirator. This is an admission. Did I, is this? Yeah, that's what I did too. I saw it on the computer and I said, is this, check, check this one out and make sure it's valid. Okay, so this is on the laptop. We all know it's real. And you're saying as a big time prosecutor of Rico, Rico, Rico, this is the smoking
Starting point is 00:22:19 gun. And you're going to build a case around this. explains all the questions we've been asking. Why would the most crooked man in Ukraine give him $8 to $14 million for Hunter Biden? Well, he didn't. He did it for Joe Biden. Why would Joe Biden get his case dismissed? But don't worry, unlike Pop,
Starting point is 00:22:39 I won't make you give me half your salary. Now, why is Pop entitled to half the salary? This is amazing. We're going to be back with Mayor Giuliani. I know you're not going anywhere because you'd be crazy to go someplace. We'll be right here. In case you haven't been paying attention, the Biden administration has caused a financial crisis,
Starting point is 00:23:12 and they have no clue how to fix it. Oil prices have skyrocketed, and when oil prices go up, the cost of transportation and shipping spikes, leading the prices of goods to rise. And when we're already seeing record inflation, that's the last thing we need. Our economy is in trouble,
Starting point is 00:23:28 and you need to take steps to protect yourself. If all your money is tied up in stocks, bonds, and traditional markets, you are vulnerable. Gold is one of the best ways to protect your retirement. No matter what happens, you own your gold. It is real, it is physical, it's always been valuable since the dawn of time. Legacy precious metals is the company I trust for investing in gold. They can help you roll your retirement account into a gold-backed IRA where you still own the physical gold. They can also ship gold and precious metals safely and securely.
Starting point is 00:24:00 to your house. Call Legacy at 866-528-1903 or visit them online at LegacyPMinvestments.com. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Godfather Four, where we explore. But I don't receive any respect. It's not like they say, like I'm stupid. Rodney DeGisry. I do things. Remember Rodney DeGner? Of course. I never got any respect around here. Listen, this is like we would make it up. You have here. I'd be accused of the 10. a case, the defense lawyer would accuse me of having written this up. Well, right, because it's too perfect. Yeah, 30 years. So for a RICO case, you need an extent of time.
Starting point is 00:24:55 30 years. He gives you that. For a RICO case, you'd need business transactions that went on, well, we got, you know, 12 of them. And then, for a RICO case, you need, you got to scratch your head and say, well, why would they have given the money? None of this money makes any sense, unless it's for Joe and his influence. Obviously. And then you see things that Joe did for that. company, like save them in one case or in the case of China, back off to Sackland Islands.
Starting point is 00:25:22 How about recently Bidengate took us out of the Bagram Air Force Base 400 miles from China? That's a sin. I mean, 400 miles, if you didn't have one, you'd be begging for, if I were president of the United States at any time, and China decided to act militarily, I would curse the hell out of Biden for giving up that base 400 miles from China. But isn't it obvious? In other words, people with common sense,
Starting point is 00:25:54 which is most Americans, okay, with common sense, they look at this and they say, this is so corrupt, Joe Biden made a deal with China. China would help him win the election, but he would have to play ball and give them Afghanistan. because how do you explain what he did in Afghanistan?
Starting point is 00:26:14 No one to my mind has been able to explain what happened in Afghanistan. It makes no human sense. So if you say he gave them Afghanistan, I'm not disagreeing with you. It's hard to prove that. But it isn't hard to prove that he gave up an air base, which had just been modernized 400 miles from our biggest enemy in the world. And he got his phony head of the joint chief of, to say, It wasn't a strategic occasion.
Starting point is 00:26:43 That is asinine. That is crazy. They should have thrown them off. If I were the chairman of the committee, I'd have thrown them out of the room for doing that. Remember the Cuban missile crisis? What was that about? Missiles being 90 miles.
Starting point is 00:26:58 When we're dealing with attacks by air, distance is defense. The longer you have to go, the greater opportunity you have to defend. So I've seen the Israeli system. Bibi allowed me to go see it. I'll tell you why, because I got him to write a letter to Mrs. Reagan before she died, thanking Ronald Reagan for the Dome system. You got Netanyahu to write a letter to Nancy Reagan to thank Ronald Reagan for the dome system. Because Ronald Reagan was humiliated.
Starting point is 00:27:30 Oh, I remember the Star Wars. By the way, it works. A bunch of those Ivy League guy. You're going to show. shoot down missiles. Do you know that also always made sense? If a missile can shoot down an airplane, a missile can shoot down a missile. If it's a faster missile, a better missile, what did Israel just do twice? Ninety-nine percent proficiency with eight minutes to react. Well, listen, not only do I'm old enough to remember how they mocked Reagan over Star Wars,
Starting point is 00:28:00 I'm also old enough to remember how Reagan brilliantly used Star Wars to get Gorbachev. He walked out of Reykavik. At Reykovich, I mean, it's amazing. Because Star Wars frightened the living daylights out of the Russia. Of course. They don't have our technological. Look at the way they're performing in Ukraine. This is not, you know, this is not the Nazi army, which was a world-class army.
Starting point is 00:28:24 This is not a world-class air force. China isn't either. But China's got the money to become that. But with Biden's help, they're trying. Yeah. So you read this and you say to yourself, okay, I got it. This is a bribery scheme.
Starting point is 00:28:41 Hunter is the bag man. They try to cover it up with, he can't give the money directly to daddy. So if they need 30 grand to remodel the house, he does that. He pays for the tuition for his daughter, his sister. What kid pays for the tuition of his sister? I was going to say, clearly they're using him
Starting point is 00:29:00 to sign all the papers and to do everything. It's like Judy Holliday and Broderick Crawford in that film with William Holden. What is it? You know, he just gets, sign the papers here, sign the papers, because I don't want to be liable. So he's having his son do all this dirty work. If I try this case, I would say,
Starting point is 00:29:16 I'd also call a witness who would testify that this is the typical way they do corruption in China. They do it through the family. So when they want to get to you as the head of the party, they get your son and they give them a $2 million job. So this is a deliberate scheme that was the core of the bribery scheme and the RICO scheme.
Starting point is 00:29:37 And off this, you could do about 12 transactions where the Biden's got money ranging from about 12,000 to 1.5 billion. So I'm holding in my hand what's called the smoking gun. So then my question to you on behalf of my audience, what's going to happen with all this? This is not revealed before the election. Well, we know that.
Starting point is 00:29:57 I revealed it. I revealed it. I went on, I went on. This is why they don't put me on Fox anymore. I went on Fox and I held it up. Now, why wouldn't that? want you to do that? I don't, because also then I went on and started talking about the stolen election,
Starting point is 00:30:11 because you're not allowed to say that in America. In our now fascist country, I'm not allowed to have the opinion that the election was stolen. You know, I'm glad you had that opinion because it turns out it was stolen. You know, what I didn't do last night when you were at my apartment, next time you come back, I'm going to take you in my special room. In that special room, I've got a thousand documents showing a stolen election. And when I show these documents to These are the affidavits and things.
Starting point is 00:30:41 It's not me. How do I know there was a stolen election? Because people told me there was a stolen election. We're going to go to a break. Folks, we'll see in a couple seconds. Don't go away. Hey, folks, if you listen to this program, of course, you've heard me talk at infinitum about my pillow

To use the promo code, Eric. Folks, I'm talking to Mayor Rudy Giuliani. We were just talking about the film born yesterday
Starting point is 00:32:26 with Judy Holliday, Bradrick Crawford, right? Yeah, one of the great movies. What? In that film, he gets her to sign all the documents. So he's, okay, that's the role Hunter seems to play. He pays for everything. He does everything so that Biden can have you know, deniability. Yeah, and you have in the hard drive,
Starting point is 00:32:45 you've got evidence of it. You have a number of things, text, a number of things he paid for. Things that would be unusual for a son to pay for. Tuition for the daughter. So generally, you pay for tuition for your children. You don't have
Starting point is 00:33:01 or the children pay for it. The house needs to be repainted. Their house, the Biden house, not his. He pays for that. So wait, Hunter, right, this makes no sense. So why are they doing this? He's just like a run. That's the way of getting the bribe money to Joe
Starting point is 00:33:16 that way you're not going to find it. Number two, there's no tax consequence for it. Joe should have paid taxes on all this. And also, this money, this half of his salary, right? Did Joe pay taxes on that? and this gets delivered through, I am told, through corporations. It's put into corporations. Also, the Ukrainian prosecutor who I trust the most,
Starting point is 00:33:40 because he's been on this for five years, they fired him, hired him back, fired him, hired him back. Zelensky had him for a while. Zelensky's paid some games with this too. This guy will tell you that he has two foreign bank accounts. He knows one of them is the Bidens because they have money going. there from Burisma. They have a woman who they're hiding
Starting point is 00:34:03 because she's been threatened with death. There's no doubt in his mind. Now I'm expressing his mind, not me. This is a witness. He says there's two foreign bank accounts and each time he's gone after them, our Treasury Department blocks it.
Starting point is 00:34:18 Our Treasury Department blocks it. Including the Trump Treasury Department and Steve who once led... Manukin. Who once led to the suggestion that I was dealing with a Russian agent. Steve knows me and I'm going to deal with a Russian
Starting point is 00:34:36 first of all, I know a hell of a lot more about government than he does. Steve Manuchin was in my class at Yale. He's still got milk on his mustache. You jackass? And he's, oh, so there's another text here. He played into that because I dealt, I dealt with a guy who got into
Starting point is 00:34:52 the file and can describe the entire prosecutor's file. The guy's father was in the KGB. So to somebody like Steve, whose knowledge of history is about 10% of yours and mine, his father was with the KGB. His father was with the KGB. The mayor of Kiev, who we all know is a hero, Vitali Klitschko. He's out on the street with his brother. They're both six, seven. They have machine guns. You could kill him like this. I talked to him on the phone because he's my client. And Vitaly says, I'd rather die. He said, look, I can help my country two ways. I can remain
Starting point is 00:35:28 alive and be strong, or I could die and be strong. Even if I die, that'd be a better way to die. If I run away, I hurt my cause. That's a man of tremendous courage. That's genuine courage. His father was in the KGB. So were many of the people in Ukraine.
Starting point is 00:35:44 They're half-Russian, half-Ukrainian. One of the things that Putin has done, he's driven those half-Russian, half-Ukrainian. Right. He's driven them Ukrainian. Right. That's right. I mean, Klitschko was always a Ukrainian. impatriate. Now he's ready
Starting point is 00:36:00 to die for it. Right. And the city of Karekhev, which is the one I built the emergency management set up, was a Russian city. They love Putin. But in 14, Putin came in and started killing him. Because he didn't make the distinction. This is one of my cities. Now, they're
Starting point is 00:36:16 fighting to the death against Putin. This is, you have another text here. I want to get to because we don't have that much time. The other text is disgusting. From the laptop. Has the New York Post printed this text? No. Okay. So now this text raises the same question that this one does. You've got to follow up on this. When you see this, you've got to find out and you've got to question Biden and you've got to have subpoenaed all of the bank records. Right. Should have been done. The minute you see this. Who's working on this now?
Starting point is 00:36:47 Well, but they've been working on a three year and a half. Who are we talking about? We think the U.S. attorney in Delaware. But there's no indication they've subpoenaed any of Joe Biden's bank accounts. there's no indication they've subpoenaed the records for the purchase of the homes. There's no indication they've let up the hold on the foreign bank accounts. They haven't done. Would you imagine somebody's putting pressure on them not to do that? I don't imagine. I know they are.
Starting point is 00:37:13 And none of this has been, none of this is, you know what they're going to say about this? He was just talking. But you could say that about when Sammy the Bull said, John Gotti did eight murders I was just talking Yeah we just talked it was a metaphor Yeah He really meant eight
Starting point is 00:37:31 He really meant seven Should we read this one is it too disgusting The other one also indicates The breakdown of law enforcement Because that memo also says to you We have a corrupt FBI And we have a corrupt Justice Department Because you should have been all over that
Starting point is 00:37:46 This should be over by now The next one The next one The first time The second time you go over you could almost cry This is him to his father So you have two copies. Give me one copies.
Starting point is 00:37:58 This is him to his father. About the same time. So this is Hunter writing to his father. Who is he talking about? He's talking about his niece. Okay, he says, Hunter Biden says, she, his niece, 14 year old.
Starting point is 00:38:10 She told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate with her. And we left the name out. When she says that. I have to amend it. She, she is his sister in law. Okay. The widow of Bobbi. with whom he was having an affair.
Starting point is 00:38:27 Okay. So she told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate with so-and-so. With her daughter. With the daughter, 14-year-old. When she says that I FaceTime naked with her, and the reason I can't have her out to see me is because I'll walk around naked, smoking crack, something Tom girls. Talking Tom girls.
Starting point is 00:38:42 Talking Tom girls on FaceTime. When she was pressed, she said that so-and-so never said anything like that. But the bottom line is that I create and cause a very safe, unsafe environment for the kids. So that's the allegation from his sister-in-law. Allegation from his sister-in-law that the psychiatrist said, that the niece said to her, the therapist, I think it's a woman, her. My uncle is a danger. It's sexually inappropriate.
Starting point is 00:39:14 He walks around nude. He talks to prostitutes on the phone. Now, if you go through the pictures, you're also going to see in that house with minor children, He smokes an excessive amount of crack. You can't possibly be in that. Is there an appropriate amount of crack to smoke? Appropriate, so maybe somebody wouldn't smell it.
Starting point is 00:39:32 Okay. What I'm saying is if you go into a bathroom, you smoke a little and it's a big house. If I showed you these pictures, you can't see him in the room he's in there so much smoke. He also has pictures of prostitutes that he's brought into the house when the minor children are there. With minors in the house. We're going to a break. We'll be right back talking to Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Please go to Eric Mataxis.com.
Starting point is 00:39:57 Sign up for the newsletter. Where else? Folks, you're listening to the Eric Mataxis show. I'm going to let this former federal prosecutor sum up his case to the jury. We have three and a half minutes. Let me analyze this for you because it's very, very, very powerful. There are 100 pictures showing him doing what is described here. Exactly doing.
Starting point is 00:40:42 Showing Hunter Biden doing what's described in the text in front of us. There are 20, 30 pictures of him walking. around naked, talking to prostitutes, being with prostitutes and smoking, so much crack that had to envelop the entire house that the minor children lived in. With minors in the house. How would the psychiatrist have known that? The kid had to have told the psychiatrist. In other words, the psychiatrist just happened to figure out the truth?
Starting point is 00:41:08 This is a patent lie. And finally, even if it's a lie, he tells his father, even if that's not true, I still create a very unsafe environment for the case. kids. Now, under Delaware law, when a law enforcement officer sees danger to a child, you have a mandatory requirement of visiting. Nobody's visited. Nobody's done anything about this. They haven't taken the kid away. They haven't done anything to protect this kid. I mean, this kid like is just collateral damage to Joe's scheme. Just like Hunter is collateral damage, I'll give you my view of Hunter, having spent years now, I mean, the idea that I was trying to affect the election is such
Starting point is 00:41:50 garbage. I got this information in 2017. We could have gotten over with in 2018, long before we ran for president. And I did it as part of my job as a defense lawyer. It just happened to be one of the biggest crimes of the century. So she should have been visited then. There should be a record of her being visited then. And there should be a record of what they did about this. In other words, somebody should see there's a 14-year-old. year old in danger. Yeah. We have an obligation.
Starting point is 00:42:18 And whoever did you do anything should be prosecuted because it's a mandatory requirement. Is this Delaware? Almost every state has it. But is Delaware just 100% corrupt because of the Biden family? I mean, is there anybody willing to go up against the Biden family? When Bernie Carrick and I, we reported it because when I saw this, I brought in the guys I trust from the New York squad that do abuse of children cases who were the best in
Starting point is 00:42:43 the world. They looked at this and they said. I said, what would you do if you saw that? We'd be in that house before the night's out. We'd be in that house. And we'd have a report for you. How much of this is true? We'd visit the psychiatrist.
Starting point is 00:42:59 We'd find out, particularly because he admits it to the end that it was an unsafe environment. We'd want to know what that was. And then the stuff that the psychiatrist reveals looks like she could only have revealed it because it was told her. are by these people because it's true. You can show everything she says.
Starting point is 00:43:20 It isn't like she reveals something that's fantasy. So they said, and also you and Bernie got to be careful. You're not mandatory reporters. But if you were, and you didn't report it, you commit a crime. You and Bernie Carrick, knowing this information, you could be in trouble. Had I been mayor at the time, right? Or he was police commissioner. We could be prosecuted for not turning it.
Starting point is 00:43:42 I said, well, let's consider ourselves that. I get on the phone. I call the police. The police won't see me. I call the union that endorsed Trump. I say, can you get me in to see the police? They say, yeah. I walk in, when I walk in, the commandant to the police.
Starting point is 00:43:58 Where are we talking now? Delaware now. The commandant of the state police. We're going to put you and Mr. Carrick in separate rooms to interrogate you. And do you have a lawyer with you? And I said, wait, wait, wait, wait. And I said, I'm coming here voluntarily. And I'm going to tell you what?
Starting point is 00:44:13 I got a question for you. you saw these two pictures, and I throw him down two pictures of a 14-year-old girl without a clothes on, so when you saw those two pictures, what the hell did you do under your mandatory requirement? That's what I'm here to expose. He left. He walked out, the big, blah, blah, blah, he walked out, never came back. They treated us very respectfully, and then they handed over to the FBI so it could be buried. I wanted to end on a mysterious note, and I have succeeded. Mayor Giuliani. We're going to keep you for tomorrow with Jenna Ellis, but this is outrageous. Thank you for...
Starting point is 00:44:50 If we don't fix this, we can't fix our country.
