Folks, welcome to the Eric Mattaxas show, sponsored by Legacy Precious Metals.
There's never been a better time to invest in precious metals. Visit legacy p.m. Investments.com. That's
legacy p.m. Investments. Ladies and gentlemen, are you ready to listen to a man of grace,
sophistication, integrity, and whimsy? Well, so are we. But until such a man shows up,
please welcome Eric Mattaxas.
Hey there, folks.
Welcome to the program.
It's Tuesday, November 7th.
Don't adjust your TV sets.
I'm in Dallas, Texas.
Chris, I'm in Dallas.
Yeah, you are.
It looks like you're on the set of the show Dallas even.
You know, that was good.
That was good.
Everybody says you're dumb and you're not clever and that's not true.
Both are true.
You're not dumb and you are clever.
I just want to be very clear.
You're right, though, because I'm in this fancy place.
I can't really give it away, but I'm in this very, very nice place here in Dallas because tomorrow, I'm sorry, tonight.
Yeah, Tuesday, tonight.
I'm speaking at a big dinner for the Council for Life.
Tomorrow is their annual event, 1,400 people at this luncheon.
It's the Council for Life.
It's here in Dallas.
I believe it's sold out.
I don't know.
But I'm speaking at that tomorrow.
I fly on Wednesday to Washington, D.C., where, I'm sorry, Wednesday, Thursday?
No, Thursday, I think I fly, because there's an event, Intercessors for America event on Friday.
Actually, it's Thursday and Friday in Washington, D.C., Intercessors for America.
And I'm speaking at that event.
Also at that event, Michelle Bachman is speaking, and Dutch Sheets is speaking.
And I wanted to say, one of the things I wanted to say today is that part of what I've tried to do on this program,
especially over the last number of years, is help people process what's going on in the country.
And I want to be very clear that, did I mention that Pastor Mike Signorelli is coming up in this segment?
I don't know what I did not.
I did not.
Okay.
So today, in a few minutes, sorry, in hour one today, right after I'm done with.
this segment. We have Pastor Mike Signorelli. He's a New York based pastor. And we talked to him in
the past. There's a film coming up. And in hour two, we're talking to our friend Victor Marks.
So I wanted to mention that too. Both of them fall under the category of where I was just going.
It's like, how do we process where we are with the craziness going on right now, with the madness,
with the evil? They're people scared. And I want to give people hope. And when I,
I mentioned Dutch Sheets, I kind of think, like, he's somebody, there's an app that we don't read it every morning, but we read it this morning. It's an app that you can get on your phone. It's give him 15 and him being God, Jesus. And it's a devotion that Dutch Sheets writes every day. Dutch Sheets is in the kind of prophetic stream of the Christian faith, but he's rock solid. I just want to say he's someone that I've had on the program.
I respect him immensely. And if you're kind of confused, I would love to direct you to follow him on Give Him 15. You can find the videos, I'm sure, on YouTube. But he's somebody that gives me hope and clarity in terms of tracking where we are. I believe only by God's grace we're going to get through this. But we may be seeing tough times ahead. Things may happen. But we have to keep our
eyes on God in the midst of everything that is happening. But there are just a number of people,
and I've mentioned them before. Dutch sheets is one, Mike Thompson, who is based in Las Vegas.
I watch him often on, well, and he has a YouTube that he does once or twice a week. He puts out messages.
He has written a book called Third Heaven Authority. But I want people to know that God doesn't
want you to despair. He wants you to have access to him personally and to walk with him in the midst
the craziness because there are a lot of people that they listen to all the news and they think,
oh, this is terrible. What's going to happen? What's going to happen? I'll tell you what's going to
happen. You're going to die of fear unless you put your faith in God and you trust him because we are,
when you look at the circumstances, the circumstances are bleak. The circumstances are bad. But the
circumstances have been very, very bad in the past, and God miraculously has stepped in.
I'm not going to say that, oh, we know that that's going to happen in this case.
But the point is, it is our job to look to God in the midst of things.
There are many scriptures that back that up.
The one that I think of every single day is be anxious for nothing.
But by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving, make your requests known to God.
Whenever you're tempted to be anxious, which every single.
one of us is. I certainly am. In that moment, stop and pray and give your concerns to God.
I'll get a little personal for a minute. My dad was in the hospital the last few days. He's in rehab right now.
I talk to him every day. And it's stressful for me for many reasons. My mom is not what she was and she's
struggling. And so it's all stressful. And so first of all, ask your prayers for my dad in particular.
and my mom. But the idea that when things are not going the way we like them to go, we turn to God
in faith. And it's not something that's necessarily easy to do, but God gives us these scriptures
over and over to remind us that that's his will for us, that we turn to him in the midst of difficulty.
And I think as we're going to be talking to Pastor Mike Signorelli in the next, in this hour,
he is someone who he's living out his faith. I'm excited that we got to talk to him today. So you'll,
you'll be encouraged. Victor Marx is another amazing. I mean, what he, he carries his faith into war zones,
literally. And I really think that God is preparing a church right now, a people that know him in a different
way. They're not just playing church. They're not just going to church to just, you know, to say,
I went to church and I heard an uplifting sermon, but that we would.
live that we would live differently.
Eric, I was just going to say, Eric, is it true that Victor is in your upcoming film?
I wasn't going to say that because I forgot.
But yes, Victor Marx and his wife, Eileen there.
I mean, my goodness, you talk about heroes.
The film is Letter to the American Church.
By the way, thank you, because I didn't write it down.
letter to the American Church.com.
Folks, you can see the trailer,
letter to the American church.com.
This is exciting.
I have now seen the film.
It's amazing.
I saw it too, by the way.
You saw it too.
And I thought, here we go.
It's going to be another terrible Christian film.
And you know what?
It wasn't.
It's actually pretty great.
Listen, the people who made it,
I mean, from the opening credits,
the opening credits are so cool.
and so amazing.
And Chris, I laughed because I realized you and my own wife, Suzanne, are producers on this film.
I saw your names.
I thought, wow, look at this.
Well, you guys have worked so hard on this.
But people should know that the film is, it's the film version of my book, whatever that means.
But we have interviews with Charlie Kirk.
We have interviews with Victor Mark.
and his wife, Eileen Marks, interviews with John Amunuchuku.
That guy is a hero.
Yeah, he's amazing.
Wait till you see.
What I love about the film is it's going to introduce the audience to people.
Some people are going to see this film that they've never heard of John Amichuku.
They don't know about James Lindsay.
He's prominently featured in it.
Our friend, Charlie Kirk.
No, David Englehart, who's the pastor, you know, when I'm in New York on a Sunday,
that's the church I go to, King's Church.
David Englehart is prominently featured in the film and a number of other people that,
but there are interviews with all these different people and it is just, you know,
it's powerful and it's exciting that the website is up.
This will be, we'll have all the details that's going to launch in January.
I think at Freedom Fest, is it called Freedom Fest?
It is.
Phoenix on December 17th, I think we're screening the film there.
That may be the premiere.
We're probably going to do the church premiere at Jack Hibbs's church.
Rob McCoy, Pastor Rob McCoy, is in the film.
And it's as a result of my preaching in his church on the book letter to the American
church that led to this film being made.
So it's just exciting.
But the website is Letter to the American Church.com.
You can watch the trailer.
And I want to say again, please.
Please, folks, share these interviews online.
Please subscribe to the newsletter where we send you all these videos.
You can watch them on Rumble, but we send you all this stuff.
Plus where I'm speaking and all that stuff, go to Eric Mataxis.com.

Hey there, folks. Welcome back.
Right now I get to talk to Pastor Mike Signorelli, who's in New York City.
Mike, you're in New York.
I'm in New York and I'm feeling feisty.
This is going to be an incredible conversation.
And I'm ready.
I'm ready.
It was insane.
Obviously, I'm normally in New York, but today I'm not in New York, as I told my audience.
I'm in Dallas today.
And it kills me that yesterday, our mutual friend Malachi O'Brien is telling me,
hey, I'm in New York, and I was just on a plane flying to Dallas.
So I was sorry to miss what happened yesterday.
So let's get people the headlines.
The film Domino Revival, we've talked about it on this program before.
That's going to be in theater soon.
I want to talk about that.
But what were you doing?
You're a pastor in New York City.
What were you doing yesterday?
What was the Times Square thing yesterday?
Yeah, well, let me just tell you, Eric.
You know, pastors want the results, but they don't want the method.
So for years and years and years I've been doing ministry in such a way that very misunderstood.
We've got to peel back the layers of 21st century Christianity, denomination,
and we've got to get back to like the ministry of Jesus, you know?
So last night was incredibly vindicating.
I'm just going to, you know, keep it 100 with you because thousands of people converged in Times Square.
People were delivered of demons.
Drug addicts were surrendering their drug.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Delivered of demons.
you don't believe that's for today.
I don't believe.
That ended what, you know, John on the Al-Apamos.
Like once he finished Revelation, that was over casting out demons.
Are you sure this happened?
Well, let me just say this.
Not everything's a demon.
And I don't consider myself a deliverance minister,
despite what some people on YouTube say.
The reality is wherever the true Jesus is,
not the white guy named Kevin that your grandma had hanging up on,
you know, that picture of the blonde hair,
blue-eyed version of him, but where the man who walked Galilee, where he is through the
Holy Spirit, it's confrontational to an opposite spirit, and you will see demons manifest.
I always say if you're not in a head-on collision with the devil, it's because you're both walking
the same direction.
Uh-oh.
You know, in my audience knows exactly where I stand on this stuff, and it gives me joy, great
to know that yesterday in Times Square, even though I didn't.
get to be there. You were there. God was there. And you're delivering people by the power of God
of these horrible oppressive things, these demonic spirits. There are people listening to this
program right now. This is a foreign language to them. But gentlemen, this is real. And we need to
understand evil is real. Satanic evil is real. But God has given us the power if we choose to
accept it, the mission, to cast out devils. And I have seen it happen. My friend Ken Fish does have a
deliverance and healing ministry. But you, Pastor Mike Signorelli, were doing this yesterday in Times Square
in New York City. That thrills me, I can't tell you how it throws me to hear this. Yeah. And listen,
you know, it's not the Mike Signorelli show, but where Christ is lifted up, he will draw all men
unto himself. So people have been trying to figure out how do you get thousands of people to show up
in Times Square? People are hungry and deliverances for the desperate. So people are desperate.
You know, we've decriminalized marijuana. The streets of New York City are filled with the aroma
of drug addiction. And guess what? There's a high price for low living. And people are experiencing
this is not helping me. My life is not getting better. I'm medicating, but even that's starting to
wear off. And so this hunger, this palpable hunger, and unfortunately, listen, I love local church pastors. I'm a local
church pastor. But unfortunately, in most churches, that hunger is not being met. And so people are getting
70-minute services. They're coming in. They're leaving the same way. Things are not being confronted.
I mean, we were confronting suicide. And we were saying, hey, it's possible to go to church every Sunday,
sing the songs and listen to the sermon, but be tormented by these thoughts of wanting to end.
your life. Come out of hiding, come out of darkness, and let's deal with it. And so we were canceling
suicides. It was just an amazing display of the love of Jesus, but it's the ministry of Jesus being
extended. So last night was very significant. We had a lot of churches represented, a lot of people
from all over the U.S. who converge, people from Georgia, people from Indiana, people all the way
from California. And they said, we feel like something is transitioning in the body of Christ.
we feel like we're stepping into a new era and we want to be there.
Last night I said, you know, the ball drops in Times Square to signify a new year.
And I believe that prophetically there was a ball dropping that happened, that signifying a new day
in the body of Christ.
And it's so needed.
Well, I guess I want to ask you the logistic.
This is not even that interesting.
But how do you get the word out that this was happening?
I assume through social media.
I assume there were networks because it's pretty delightful to me that this happened,
you know, in my hometown.
Yeah, let me just say I, okay, Jesus did not die for a concert or a conference.
He died for the church to create an ecclesia, right?
The called out ones that gather and assemble together.
The scriptures say as the time of Christ's return draws near and near meet more frequently.
So here's the thing, V1 Church, I'm the founding lead pastor of V1,
church. We do this every seven days. So Times Square for us didn't feel like something new. It felt like
you what every seven days? We, we lead the loss to Christ. We pray for sick people and see medically
verifiable miracles. We're a local church. So really what we did was we just left the building
and transplanted it into Times Square and then invited some of my friends to join us and get the word out.
And I think that's the problem is we we've relegated these kinds of.
of things to conferences and concerts when really the local church needs to start living
sustainable revival, disciples that make disciples that make disciples.
Eric, the guy who is leading sound was a Hindu when I led him to Christ.
And he was afraid to tell his family that he became a Christian.
And I said, Ayush, if you can't tell your mom that you're a Christian, then Jesus is going to
deny you before the father.
And so this is a local church.
And that's, I think, what's breaking people's brains.
This is V1 church with our friends joining us.
It's not, oh, we need a year of marketing.
Matter of fact, New York City didn't even approve the permitting until Friday.
So we had less than 72 hours to market.
But you market when you're corporate America.
When you're the local church, which Christ died for, you're on a mission.
And so we need to replace marketing with mission.
And I know that sounds kind of brutal, but people were asking me, did you farm out the camera team?
You know, did you pay some?
No, this is our camera team that does this every single week.
And when we sing songs like Spirit Breakout, we mean break all the way out.
Break out in the streets of Times Square.
How, what's the website for your church?
If you go to v1.church.
So it's a very simple URL, v1.church.
we have campuses across America.
Number one or the word one?
The number one.
Okay, so V and then the numeral one, V1, church?
Yeah, V1.church instead of dot com.
V1.com.
B1.church, got it.
Yeah, and you guys can find all the information there and check it out.
Okay, so this happened yesterday in Times Square.
Again, it kills me that I couldn't be there, but I know there were friends that were there.
It's wonderful to me.
that you are doing this.
It's wonderful to me that you're doing this in your church every week.
It's even more wonderful that you took it out into Times Square.
Talk for a moment about the Domino Revival.
This is the film we've talked about on the program before.
A lot of people aren't going to remember it or they miss the program.
Talk about the film and where people can see it again.
Yeah, absolutely.
So Christianity is not boring if you're doing it right.
You know, we've got Drag Queen.
reading hour here in New York City. Our kids are being indoctrinated. We've got your teenagers are on
TikTok, hashtag witch talk where there's new age and occult practices that they're watching by the
billions. If you look at those hashtags, I mean, our world is being infiltrated by astrological
signs. Weji boards are coming back. I mean, it's, we're not in an era of atheism. We're in an era of
spiritual but not religious. I remember I used to be a public school teacher. And I remember,
almost 20 years ago now, we had a renowned futurist come to a conference for teachers.
And he was trying to equip us for the future, for our teaching career.
And what he said was, in the 2020s, the most significant need that your students are going
to have is spiritual significance.
And I remember hearing that, and this is a public educational conference, and we were dumbfounded.
How do you give your students spiritual significance and true to that futurist predictions
with the amalgamation of all the information he had.
Here we are in the 2020s.
Our basic necessities, Eric, are provided for.
We have shelter.
We have water.
We have clothing.
And people are doom scrolling on their phone.
And they're saying there has to be more to life.
So the Domino Revival movie was just me saying,
I'm going to travel over the United States.
And I'm going to compete with witches and warlocks.
I'm going to compete with pornography.
I'm going to compete with all this garbage.
It's the prophets of bail versus Elijah.
You call down fire and I'll call down fire and let's see who got whose God is real.
And so I just literally went on tour.
I cashed out my savings and my retirement for like the third time to say like we have to do
something.
There's an urgency.
Like when you read in the book of second Peter, it's like, hey, I don't know when
Jesus is coming back.
I feel like it's soon, you know.
Hang on.
We're going to go to a break.
We'll be right back talking to Pastor Mike Zingarelli.
The film is Domino Revival.
Hang on.
Tell me why Relief Factor is so successful.
at lowering or eliminating pain.
I'm often asked that question just the other night.
I was asked that question.
Well, the owners of Relief Factor tell me they believe our bodies were designed to heal.
That's right, designed to heal.
And I agree with them.
And the doctors who formulated Relief Factor for them selected the four best ingredients,
yes, 100% drug-free ingredients.
And each one of them helps your body deal with inflammation.
Each of the four ingredients deals with inflammation from a different metabolic pathway.
That's the point.
So approaching from four different angles may be why so many people find such wonderful relief.
If you've got back pain, shoulder, neck, hip, knee, or foot pain from exercise.
They're just getting older.
You should order the three-week quick start discounted to only 1995 to see if it'll work for you.
It has worked for about 70% of the half a million people who've tried it and have ordered more.
On one of them, go to Relieffactor.com or call 800 for relief to find out about this offer.
Feel the difference.
Hey, folks, Eric here.
Mike Lindell is always looking for ways.

I use these towels.
They work.
I promise you.
Welcome back, folks.
I am not in New York, but I'm a New York.
I was born there. I live there. I'm talking to New Yorker who's in New York right now. Mike Signorelli,
pastor Mike Signorelli with a V1 church. And we're talking about this film Domino Revival. So before we get into it more,
where can people find the film to see it? Yeah. So it's going to be one night only and it's more than a film.
It's an experience. So if you go to fathomevents.com or if you go to my website, Mike Signorelli.com,
you have to get tickets. Let me tell you why. Fathom gave me an opportunity to do a 25-minute
simulcast service following the last scene of the film. And we already saw, this is insane,
Eric, to even say it out loud. We already saw over 25,000 people make a decision to be
disciples because we have a QR code that comes up that says, take your next steps to be
disciples. We had thousands of testimonies of suicides being canceled, drug addiction. People were
baptizing their friends in bathtubs the night the last time it aired on the 24th of October.
Churches literally had to open up their doors that night and went four, five, six days
continuous in revival all around the United States. So we have one night now, November 13th,
to do it again. And it's not just about the movie. And by the way, I'm not the only character in the
movie. I was very intentional about featuring a wide variety of my friends who have different
theological and doctrinal stances than me, black, white, brown, male, female. And so your friends
and family are going to watch this movie and respond to somebody. Somebody's story is going to touch
them. And November 13th, that's super important to show up and just receive what God has for you.
It's going to be powerful. Well, I'm glad that October 12th.
24th was a success so that you're doing it again.
This is, you know, clearly something new.
God is doing something new.
That sounds like a religious cliche, except it's actually true.
You could see it right now.
The idea that we have this technology where, you know, people can watch you
online.
They can go to v1.org church and watch you online.
This is happening with pastors across America.
something is changing.
The fact that you could do church
in the middle of Times Square yesterday,
the fact that you can use fathom events
to spread the message to get people to see the film.
And then at the end of the film,
to have this live streaming event
where you're ministering.
This wasn't possible technologically.
And I agree with you that there's just no doubt.
I mean, I talk about this wherever I go,
that the old model of the church
it's not that it was old it wasn't even the church it was sort of like you know churchianity we go to this
building we do this stuff it's many times religion and not the church being the church and that is why
we've gotten into the horrible place we are in now in the nation in the world because the church
was playing church and not being the church so this is this is to my mind what you're doing
and domino revival and all this stuff is more.
evidence that God is at work. You probably know my friend, Sean Foyt, has been doing all these
events. This is happening. God is doing things that are different to reach people. And I agree with
you, the hunger, the spiritual hunger, there has never been anything like it in our lifetimes,
never in our lifetimes, because there's so much evil, so much darkness, so much confusion.
People are wondering, where do I turn? And obviously, that's an opportunity to say, well,
Jesus is here waiting for you.
That's what that's, this is what you were born for.
Yeah.
Yeah, absolutely.
And you know, the gospel has not lost its power.
And we need the gospel like never before.
So thank you for using your platform to help people find the light of Christ in times like
this.
I mean, listen, I was sitting in a cafe in Brooklyn recently.
And there were two young girls, young women that were at the table next to me.
And they were discussing gender.
And they were trying to, they were having a conference.
about how they left the they left middle america and they moved to new york city and and how
they're trying to explain to their family their their gender identity and and and i was eavesdropping
on this conversation and the one young woman says to the other one you know it's like it's spiritual
and so it's not scientific and so i think we've been arguing people about gender on the basis of
science but that conversation is shifting and here in brooklyn they're admitting it's spiritual
It's esoteric. It's supernatural. And so the problem is when you serve a supernatural God,
but you're so religious that it's a form of godliness denying the power thereof. You are
ill-equipped to even make a difference. And so my church is filled. We have five men in our New York City
campus that identified, you know, in the LGBTQ plus IA within that spectrum, who have now been
faithfully serving and receive freedom.
Three of them were drag queens who retired their drag queen persona.
And they said, I am a son of the king of all kings.
And I know who I am.
And I know my identity.
And that for them is also spiritual.
And so it's like, I think right now there's a major transition happening where people
need to wake up in the body of Christ and say, either this thing's real or it's not real.
And what do you believe about it?
And so for me, you know, I don't feel like I'm doing anything new.
I feel like I'm doing something really old, but older than the Baptist tradition,
older than Pentecostalism, first century.
I'm doing something 2,000 years old.
And that's the goal.
Yeah, there's no doubt about it that what we're talking about is this is this is God's
will for this hour.
There are a lot of people losing to this program.
And I want to give them hope.
I want to say, folks, this is the answer.
Jesus is the answer.
How you find him, where you find him.
That's up to you.
But I want to give you some options.
This is one.

It's going to be only on November 13th.
That's next Monday.
We'll be right back talking to Pastor Mike Signorelli.

Welcome back talking to New York's pastor, Mike Signorelli.
I born in New York, live in New York, I'm not in New York right now.
I'm in Dallas.
How did that happen?
I don't know how it happened.
All I know is I'm here in Dallas.
But Mike Signorelli, you have a church in New York in Brooklyn.
People can connect through v1.
com.
To find another is if they're in New York and they want to actually go to the service.
Yeah, absolutely.
We have a Long Island campus in Amityville as well.
We have a Miami campus, Bakersfield, California, and Northwest.
Indiana. So, yeah, no matter where they're tuning in from, there's a, you know, something might be
close enough. And Brooklyn. Yeah, Williamsburg, Brooklyn is where we're currently meeting.
Yep. For that location. Williamsburg, Brooklyn, right. But I'm saying, but you're in Brooklyn.
You're not in Miami or Bakersfield. No, I'm, I'm originally from Indiana. So I'm half hillbilly.
So you'll have to forgive me. I was raised in a trailer park. And then I, and then I upgraded and
became a New Yorker.
So I actually, after Hurricane Sandy, I felt the Holy Spirit calling me to start a church in New York City.
So I sold my house and uprooted my family and moved to New York City and no turning back.
Wow.
You said this the last time you're on the program, but I forget everything because I talked to so many people that you came to New York.
So what year was that?
I don't remember what year that was.
2015 was about the time.
So it took me a couple of years to really prepare to get to New York.
and I needed a lot of confirmations.
New York, as you know, it's too expensive and too hard for it to be a good idea.
It's got to be God's idea.
And so I was really wrestling with it.
So from Hurricane Sandy, a couple of years, I was flying back and forth trying to discern it.
Also, I've been out here for about a decade already, and I've seen over 90% of all church plants fail.
I mean, so many people have folded up.
They've come with large budgets and large teams and didn't survive.
So it's the grace in favor of God that we're here.
and, you know, still kicking it.
Well, I mean, it's just great to see the power of God.
This is something that I'm becoming increasingly outspoken on.
I mean, I've always believed this.
You know, when I got born again in 1988,
I just thought, this is normal.
This is normal Christianity.
You've got dreams and visions and God speaks and people can get healed.
And like that, that's normal.
And then I started going to some churches where it was not normative.
And I thought, why would they, are they too?
sophisticated for this or this they're afraid that it's going to scare somebody away or what is the
what is the problem because i think for a lot of people it is that especially new york's like
you know they want to be sophisticated it's like well i get that uh that's not necessarily wrong but it can
go wrong because there is hunger there are people walking around with woundedness uh demonic oppression
they need clarity they need the power of god there need to be places where they can go to be minister
to in that way. And whenever I hear about a church like yours or a pastor like you who is doing this
stuff, I'm just thrilled. You know that. And I want to get a little bit of your story again. You said it
the last time we're on the program. But were you, when did you become a Christian in your life?
Yeah. And you know, Eric, I just want to say I'm deeply theological and we love sound doctrine.
and I think in some ways Pentecostalism went so far extreme into emotionalism.
Some people that were turned off by that.
And so here's the thing.
I would love to submit myself to an IQ test for the audience.
I don't think that low IQ operates in the gifts of the spirit and high IQ, high IQ don't.
I spent years in the reform community, the gospel coalition.
I was known in those circles.
I operate and appreciate those guys.
But here's the reality of it.
You learn a vocabulary.
you're all using the same words to signal to each other that you're in their tribe.
Most of us are within the same bandwidth for IQ.
And so those same people that don't want to be viewed as not being, you know,
you know, like what was the word that you used?
Sophisticated.
Sophisticated.
They become.
Respectable.
Yeah, they become full of baloney.
Well, yeah, until they're four beers deep at the Jets game.
And then they let that unsophistic.
Or you ask them, tell me the party stories when you were in college.
So it's like, you know, you want me to respect you for your college degree, but then you want me to identify with you when you tell your college party stories.
We're all the same.
And so for me, you can't convince me that the apostle Paul was low IQ.
He said, sometimes I come to you with the cunningness of arguments.
And sometimes I come to you with the demonstration of the power of God.
And so we need both.
And so I feel like for me, I've always considered myself an intellectual Pentecostal, a smart Pentecostal.
You asked about my story.
I used to be an atheist.
I actually rededicated my life to Christ.
I think it was the first time I actually was saved was when I was in college.
I went to Indiana University, Bloomington, secularly educated.
And I actually love astrophysics.
So there was this renowned astrophysicist, Dr. Hugh Ross.
He's a Canadian, and he started to look at astrophysics through the lens of the Hebrew
account of creation.
And so for me,
And not only was it Dr. Hugh Ross, but also I was living at the time with an Ivy League educated theologian accidentally, and I'm saying that in air quotes.
I just, I lived in a house with three other guys and I was renting a room.
And one of the guys that was in the house was a theologian.
So in my world, I had this convergence of science and theology.
I'm 21 years old.
And I'm like, whoa, biblical Christianity is true.
And that's my story.
So again, you know, operating in the gifts of the spirit,
yielding to the Holy Spirit doesn't make me dumb.
And I think it's so interesting you say this stuff because this has been,
for me, right, you know, oh, I went to Yale University and I wrote Bonhoeffer.
And, you know, people think like, oh, therefore,
Eric wouldn't like touch this Pentecostal stuff with a 10 foot pole.
And I specifically wrote my book Miracles to disabuse people of that.
I've become increasingly outspoken.
And there are plenty people who, when you go there,
they go like, oh, he's nuts. He's crazy now. We don't know what happened to him. He got some
Trump virus or something. He's insane now. So just ignore him. And I'm here to say, look, folks,
either this is real or it's not. I've always known that it was real. And you know, you mentioned Hugh Ross,
one of the smartest people on the planet. It was reading his books in the 90s that got me
thinking about apologetics. And when I wrote my book, is dead, which is all apologetics, it started
with Hugh Ross. I've had the privilege to read him and have him on the program a bunch of times.
But you want to talk about a genius who brings his genius to bear on the biblical account,
connecting science and the Bible. Before we go to the break, just tell us one more time about the
fathom event that people can see on November 13th. Yeah, it's a documentary. So there are no paid
actors or actresses, which means you're going to be seeing footage from all over America of
medically verifiable miracles. And here's the thing. Drawing.
the conclusion for yourself. What do you believe after you see it? I'm just presenting it.
It's November 13th. So you got one chance to get to theaters. It's a powerful experience,
but you have to go to fathomevents.com to get your tickets. We're going to say more about this
when we come back because there's something after the film in the theaters only, folks. So you can't,
you know, can't do this at home. We'll be right back.
Welcome back talking to Pastor Mike Signorelli with V1 Church.
You can go to v1.org to find him and his tribe.
We're talking about the film Domino Revival, which will be in theaters.
It's a fathom event.
It is this coming, is it Monday?
It's next Monday?
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
It's coming up soon.
Okay, so next Monday.
But the key about going to the theater, say it again,
then Pastor Mike, because this is kind of cool.
Very cool.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Okay.
So for all the believers listening right now, your friends and family probably won't go to church
if you invited them.
You've already played that card.
And, you know, they're like, I'm not going back, but they will go to the movies.
Here's why it's important.
After the last scene of the film, Fathom gave me an opportunity to come up and do a 25-minute
simulcast.
And believe me, I'm here in New York City.
So I'm going to do it with wisdom.
It's not going to be some holy roller.
snake handling, poison drinking craziness.
I'm going to do it tactfully and I'm going to do it with wisdom.
But I'm going to speak into some of these issues like depression and anxiety and suicide
and addiction.
And your friends and family are going to get an opportunity to get free.
And so you've got to get them to the theater because, man, I'm still getting,
I mean, I'm not, this is not hyperbole, hundreds of emails of people saying my, my family's
life was forever changed in that movie theater.
And it's happening again on 13th.
This is the future by the grace of God.
I declare this is the future that God is reaching people in new ways and there's a hunger.
I don't think you need to make much of an argument.
There is a hunger out there.
People, they're reeling from the madness that has been unleashed in the culture.
Recently, the murder, brutal murder of 1400 Jews, the anti-Semitism, just like from the pit of hell
coming out on college campuses. Unbelievable stuff. We're not even, don't even need to mention the
transgender lunacy and an open border with sex trafficking and fentanyl. Everywhere we look,
we see madness. And if you have any brain in your head, you look around and you say,
this is not right. Something is going on. What do I do about this? And the short answer is
Jesus is the answer. That's the short answer. He is there and he will show you. And I always want to
help people understand that. At the end of the day, that's what you need. The details are the
details. Everybody's details are different. But when you really are looking for answers, you're reeling
at the madness. God comes into the picture. And that's why I think that there is revival happening.
The film, of course, is called domino revival. Why is it called domino revival?
Well, because one person's yes becomes another person's yes.
And we're living in Peter's yes.
He could have denied Christ and just sat in it.
You know, Judas killed himself.
But Peter was like, I'm going to stand up and I'm going to say yes.
And then we're living in his yes.
And so the dominoes are dropping.
Eric, I just want to honor you on this broadcast.
I mean, we're living in your yes.
Your voice is so needed.
I believe that I'm not just fluffing you.
Your voice is historically significant.
We need you.
And on behalf of your audience, I want to say thank you because people are living in your yes.
And you know, you're a bridge between two worlds, the intellectualism but also the supernatural.
And bridges are first stepped on by both sides, but then eventually they're celebrated by both sides.
So I celebrate you.
Well, that's so, that's terrific.
That's really kind and gracious.
And I, and you know, I'm living in the yes of my friend Ed Tuttle, who led me to faith.
and he's living in the yes of the we all have a role we all are meant to play a part that's god's
will so all right i want to tell people again this is a fathom event november 13th only folks
in theaters you can go to fathom events uh or you can go to mike signorelli dot com but you got to check
it out mike signorelli god bless you god bless you
