Hey, folks. This is that time when we get to talk about our friends. We get to talk with our friends at Americans for Prosperity. Today, we're speaking to Megan Novak, who's in Wisconsin with Americans for Prosperity. Megan, welcome. Thank you so much for having me, Eric. What is going on in Wisconsin with the Wisconsin Supreme Court? I get the impression that everybody in America should care about what's going on with the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

They absolutely should. We have an election for Supreme Court coming up on April 1st. And what's at stake? It doesn't just impact Wisconsin. We have a progressive liberal candidate who's running for this seat who is participating in fundraising calls who are talking about gerrymandering two congressional seats in the state of Wisconsin to give them to Democrats to end the Republican majority. in the U.S. House of Representatives. Okay, so gerrymandering, I'll let you explain what that is. Right. They want the court to redraw the congressional maps in Wisconsin and wiggle those lines around a little bit more so that they can ensure Democrats win two more House seats that are currently held by Republicans in Wisconsin. Okay. And so who is Susan Crawford? Where does she figure into Wisconsin politics? Susan Crawford is the liberal progressive candidate running for a Supreme.

Supreme Court. She's a current Dane County judge. She was the former legal counsel for Democrat Governor Jim Doyle and General Counsel for Planned Parenthood in Wisconsin before that. Okay. So this kind of thing could happen all over the country, which is why Americans for Prosperity is focused in on what's happening in Wisconsin because this is the threat around the country. It's just happening right now in Wisconsin. Absolutely. And the one thing that we know, is such a threat around the country is the lawfare that's happening that we're seeing pop up in other states. And I like to tell people, because it's true that lawfare was perfected in Wisconsin. Progressives have been unable to win in the legislature here in Wisconsin for over a decade.

And because of that, they have moved to the ballot box through the Supreme Court to try and institute their agenda, their progressive agenda through lawfare instead of through the legislature. because they just can't win there. And that's what they're going to be doing across the country. We're seeing it already out in Washington, D.C., and it's coming to a state near you if we can't stop it in Wisconsin. Okay, so the opponent of this leftist, Susan Crawford, is Brad Schimel? Is that pronounced correctly?

Yes, Brad Schimel. And what is he? I mean, this is, I guess, when is the election? April 1st. Okay, so this is coming up pretty soon here. and how does it seem right now? I mean, does he stand a chance? Because this is, this is pretty wicked stuff we're talking about. Yeah, he absolutely does. Brad Schimmel is the trustworthy candidate in this race. When we're out talking to voters on the doors, they remember him as

attorney general standing up and fighting for our constitutional rights. They remember him as a district attorney and a prosecutor who stood up for victims and put their, the criminals in jail. He is the guy that families, especially in parents, trust to keep their communities safe. And we're hearing that repeated all across the state. Well, so this is happening, obviously, in a few weeks, this election, but this could throw the balance of Congress in the hands of the Democrats. That's, I guess that's why this is so unbelievably urgent. I wish it were not, but it is. Yep. And it's, It's kind of wild to think about the fact that a Supreme Court race in Wisconsin in April could be the decider of the House majority for the entire country.

It shouldn't be that way. And it sounds like progressive lunatics around the country, activists are pouring a lot of money into this Wisconsin Supreme Court race. They are. They've got billionaires coming in from George Soros to Illinois governor, J.B. Pritzker, Reid Hoffman, we know exactly why they're supporting this Susan Crawford. They know that she will use the bench and the Supreme Court to turn Wisconsin into California and Illinois and Minnesota.

And as a Wisconsinite, I've lived here almost my entire life. I simply don't want it. We can't afford it. It's just unconscionable to think about what she would do to our state if she got the chance to on the Supreme Court. I'm looking in my notes here. I just want to make sure that people can visit AFP. Okay, AFP, of course, stands for Americans for Prosperity.

AFP Wisconsin.com. AFP Wisconsin.com. AFP Wisconsin. Yeah, so this is very, very serious. Can people outside Wisconsin weigh in on this, or is this just something that Wisconsin's have to vote on? or can people, you know, send money? What can people around the country do?

You know, one of the biggest things people around the country can do is, first of all, if they have family and friends in Wisconsin, they need to make sure that those family and friends are coming out to vote on April 1st for Brad Schimmel, then they can get loud on social media. One of the biggest things we can do to fight the progressive left is make sure that we have a united front against them, supporting the rule of law, supporting constitutional rights. Megan, I'm, you know, probably twice as old as you are. I had never seen anything like this until recent years. And it did really shock me. The lawfare, the liberal judges, this kind of, I mean, it's corruption, but they're gaming

the system, basically. And, you know, because there's legitimate gaming the system. I mean, gerrymandering, you know, you can do it politically. But people have to wake up because what can happen is really antithetical to what most Americans care about and believe in. And, you know, I'm just, I'm thrilled that you're coming on here to talk about this specific case because so many times people feel helpless. Tell us a little bit more about Brad Schimel because I know that that's who you want people to vote for. Absolutely. Brad Schimel, like I mentioned, former Attorney General for the state of Wisconsin, he really took the fight

to the federal government as Attorney General was constantly engaging in lawsuits to shut down some of those bad laws and regulations coming from the Obama administration. He's been 20 years as a prosecutor, bringing justice for victims in Waukesha County, which is in southeast Wisconsin. He's in a rock cover band. He plays bass guitar for a rock cover band. He's a dad. He's just the normal Wisconsin guy who wants a better future for his kids,

and he's going to fight tooth and nail to protect our rights because he knows it's at stake for his family and families like mine as well. So talk a little bit about how national Democrat donors like George Soros and the Pritzkers are doing this. Because again, this is something that's pretty new. It's very devious. They've kind of figured it out. And it's why we need to counter them. But I mean, when did that start?

Because it just, it's, you know, it's fairly recent. They figured out a couple years ago here in Wisconsin that they can pretty much put unlimited money into the Democrat Party of Wisconsin and then transfer that money directly to candidates. And so we have right now, J.B. Pritzker, George Soros, and the likes, really doing that because they think that they can buy Wisconsin voters through engaging in this capacity. Fortunately, fortunately for us, unfortunately for those donors, Wisconsin voters are a lot smarter than that. And they know that they want the authentic Wisconsin candidate who is going to fight for them. And that has not been a single Democrat that they've backed in recent years. It's definitely not Susan Crawford. This is why I'm so grateful for Americans for Prosperity.

His first book is Third Heaven Authority. And the brand new book just out is called The Lions Army, Discover the Ways of the Spirit for the Last Days. Pastor Mike Thompson, welcome back. I want to ask you. So when you say Discover the Ways of the Spirit for the last days, what has God said to you? In other words, is it that, you know, he wants to raise up what you call the Lions Army for now? I'm just, I'm not clear on the impetus for you in writing the book.

Well, I think that part of the reason I wrote the book is that I wanted, I felt impressed by the Holy Spirit. that he wanted his people to understand how important it was to walk in the spirit. Okay, and in order to walk in the spirit, those that live in the spirit must walk in the spirit. You know, as believers, we're created not only as human beings and birthed by our earthly parents, but we're also created by God in with the spirit. and that human spirit is when we accept Jesus, our Lord and Savior, becomes a new creation in Christ Jesus with a spiritual new birth on the inside. So we live in the natural realm and we live in the spiritual realm simultaneously.

We coexist. And because of that, it's important for us to learn how to walk in the spirit. We all know how to walk in the natural. Let's walk in the spirit. and it takes more than just reading the word. I don't want to minimize. I mean, the word is everything. It's a grid of God's revelation, logic, and everything.

We have to know the word. We have to do the word. But it's the word and the spirit. There's a Holy Spirit that is on the inside of us and that he is the one who is revealing things to us and we walk in the spirit. Now, that's what I call the Word. ways, the ways of the Spirit. What does it mean? The ways. The word ways, particularly in the Hebrew,

but even if you get into the New Testament, is talking about a path. Ways mean how the Holy Spirit thinks, plans, and then moves in our lives. What's he like? How do we hear the voice of God? How do we hear the voice of God? How do we get the impressions on the inside? What are the ways that he leads? If we're going to walk in the spirit, you know, one step by step following him, then we have to know where he's at. Where are those steps? All those things.

Those are the ways of the spirit. And I love, you know, in the Psalm 254, it says, show me your ways, oh Lord. David said, teach me your paths, show me your ways. Now, what's interesting is that also in the 103rd Psalm, it says that God made known his ways to Moses, but his acts to the children of Israel. Now, everybody wants the acts of God. The children of Israel wanted to see the acts of God. They had just been led out of bondage in Egypt. They were going to the promised land. They wanted to follow him. They wanted to know him, but they wanted that sense of his power in their lives.

And so his acts were there as he led them. There was the pillar of fire by night. There was a cloud by day. There was the manna. All these different acts of God as he led them. But it says that he revealed his ways to Moses. The ways produced the acts. So what I'm telling people is I'm describing this that walking in the spirit is learning the ways of the spirit. We can become so sensitive to the Holy Spirit's presence on the inside of us that his ways produce the acts of destiny in our lives, assignment in our lives. It's like all the things that I'm doing right now, all the things that you're doing, Eric, I mean, you know, five years ago, we probably wouldn't have even imagined. We have been led by the ways of the spirit into these

positions where they're unfolding before our lives. That destiny is important. In order to be successful spiritual warriors, it's an imperative that we learn those ways. Does that make much sense? well it certainly does we you know it's interesting i was thinking um part of what's interesting to me i i know i've spoken about this at other other points on the program but i think we have to reiterate that god is a god of history and so people kind of act like well god's the same yes god's the same but he works in history and you think you know there was a point in history where there was no jesus and then god appoints a time, Jesus comes into the world. He leaves and then sends his Holy Spirit. There are these markings, these markers, you know, then you have Constantine, and then suddenly the Roman Empire, it's all

Christian. And then you have, you know, there are these moments in history, obviously the Reformation, Luther comes in. Everything changes. You get the United States of America, which would not exist without godly principles and all this stuff comes out in history. God has timing. We could talk about Azusa Street. We could talk about the first great awakening, the second great awakening. We talk about Asusa Street. There are these moments. And it seems to me that we are in a particular moment right now. Even I was thinking that just the internet, the idea that, you know, you're talking about God wants a lion's army, the title of your book, to pray and to be part of something that he's doing now. But I was thinking if it weren't for the internet, which, you know,

didn't exist 25 years ago, basically the way it does now, I wouldn't know about you. I know about you because my wife was, you know, looking for people on YouTube and we found you. And so now you're a spiritual mentor, elder brother to me and to others. And the Lord is using the internet. We're at a season right now where all kinds of people around the country, around the world are being fed spiritually in a way that was unthinkable. I mean, in some ways, even five years ago, it was unthinkable. I mean, something happened with COVID. People started looking online like, you know, I can't go to my church. Who can I follow?

So something is happening in history right now. That's different. And I think we have to say that. We have to say, the Lord is doing something. And it's always exciting if God is doing anything. It's exciting. But this seems to me to be an opportunity for the people of God to step into what God is doing and to be a part of what God is doing. That's what the Lions Army is about.

It's why the Lord gave you these visions and deputized you to speak this and to write the book to call God's people together to be a part of what the Lord is doing right now. So I just, I think that's important to say, you know, that this is not just, it's not business as usual. This is what God is saying now. And it's important that we understand that God doesn't change, but sometimes he speaks a word or sometimes he says now. And that's up to him. Yes, totally. Excuse me.

You know, the Lions Army is in the spiritual realm, is so impacting. it is the greatest, most powerful, spiritual force on the planet. And unfortunately, a lot of believers don't know that. And that's why we're telling them, you know, when you got into the thing about the Internet, I guess where I was going with that, Eric, is that it allows us through social media to reach out

and to touch so many different people's lives and train them up. That's never happened before. You know, it was interesting. My wife, C.K. came to me. It's been probably about a month ago. And she said, Mike, she said, do you think that 20 years from now they're going to call this the Internet revival that we're living in now? And I went, wow, I never thought of that. But I bet that's exactly what's going to happen.

Excuse me. Yeah, I mean, and this is the kind of thing, the secular news media is certain is. certainly not reporting on it. And most of the Christian news media doesn't, doesn't get this either. No. It seems to me that God is doing a new thing. And part of it was, you know, through the COVID nightmare, to get a lot of people who were maybe going to, you know, dead churches to suddenly say, well, oh, here's something interesting. And suddenly you've got all these people, they're on a new page in their spiritual lives. And that's the Lord's will for right now. That's what God is doing in history. Has the Lord spoken to anything in the last month or so that you can share with us? Yes, he has. What he's really been dealing with me on to encourage people, first of all, to stand strong to realize that we are in a major shift.

And the things that worked for them in the old may not work exactly that way for them in the old. new, that they need to have a paradigm shift. They need to start thinking about old ways, particularly since coming out of the last four years of darkness, there's been an oppression that's come upon the nation, upon the world, in fact, upon believers. And even if we are solid believers, and, you know, we know the word and we're warriors, still it has had an effect. And so what's important for us now is to break that effect. allow God to change that. In fact, I believe that he's really, he's healing the body of Christ from PTSD from the last four years. That's interesting. I think that's right. Keep going. Yeah.

So it's important for us now to look. What I tell people is that we're coming out, we've, we've come out of the old, now we're going into the new. Okay. And in doing that, what we have to do is shake off the old that the Holy Spirit heal us, and the spiritual warfare, since we're talking about the Lions Army and spiritual warfare, has changed. In the last four years, actually it's been about eight years, that we have been warring to keep the enemy from stealing what is rightfully ours, spiritually as believers, and as body of Christ, but also our nation and our world. And so now it's shifting because that's broke. Now we are shifting into warring to our destiny, to take back what was stolen before, go on,

and now we are going forward into what the Lord has given unto us. And so we have great days ahead. We have four years to build our spiritual and our financial life, that also would include relationships and everything else, and to build the foundation and the structure of all of them to carry us past 2029. The Lord has told me that we are going to have some really good days. There's still going to be spiritual warfare.

Remember, the kingdom of God has to be taken by force. And so we still have to protect. We still have to go forward and take what's rightfully ours, but there's going to be wonderful days, good days. Be wise. Make sure we have oil in our lamps. Make sure that we build everything in a way that it'll keep us in good stead. So you have a sense, I mean, and I'm not fishing if you haven't, if the Lord hasn't

spoken to you about this, but I'm just curious, you know, because you say four years, do you have a sense that things are going to get dark later? Because it's hard for me to believe that the Lord would set us up in this way, only to have it snatched away in a couple of years. It seems like something beautiful is happening right now. And I actually believe that what's happening, it's not just for a new birth of freedom in America, but it's for the whole world,

that there are people in Europe in particular that are so hungry for what we have here. They see it and they think, why can't we have that? why can't we have transparency in government? Why can't we have self-government where we get to choose the policies, not the cultural elites, the figures who are the bureaucrats leading the EU, these cultural elites leading the European Union? Why can't we have, you know, determine our future the way they can in America? And I just have a sense, I don't know, that that's part of what God is doing. I don't, I mean, that's certainly what I would want. I can't say the Lord has spoken that to me. Well, I think he has.

Even though you wouldn't say it, I would say that because I do agree. I feel the exact same way. So there is a confirmation there in the spirit. And I'm glad that you brought that up, Eric, because I don't want people to misunderstand me and think that just because the Lord said four years that all of a sudden now it's going to change and get bad again. No, it's going to continue. There are many good things. But what the Lord has said is that if we're going to take advantage of what is false,

following after that, all the good things, everything that's happening in the earth, in the natural realm and in the spiritual realm, we have to lay the proper foundations. And one of the things is we have to be on guard because the enemy wants to steal it. Okay, the enemy is going to try to steal it out of our hearts. He's going to apply pressures, tribulations, temptations, and problems for each and every one of us as believers. but also when we look at things right now, even in Washington, D.C., there's opposition. And you know, the opposition that's coming against the Trump administration right now is not going to work. It's kind of like in my book on the Lions Army is that when I was talking about the vision that's in the first chapter and how we did warfare and how that the warfare, when the Lions Army,

was speaking against the attacks of the enemy, that fire would come out of their mouths at one point, light would come out of their mouths at another point. Wind, talking about the power of God, using the power of God, then using the truth of God, the light, and then using the Holy Spirit, which is the wind of God. I'm talking about just being skilled in those things, of God coming against them, that what's happening is that it's going to transform all of the things,

all of the ways that we do warfare in the future for our benefit. And the world, the world, you know what? This is strange, but I'm going to do it. I'm going to obey the Lord right now. I just, the reason. One second. Hang on. Hang on one second.

Okay. folks welcome back i'm talking to pastor mike thompson mike you just said that as we're talking the lord spoke something to you and i want you of course to feel free to share anything yeah it just it just came on me and he spoke to me and it actually was the holy spirit and the holy spirit i just feel that prophetic voice i hear it in the spiritual realm it says the days that are coming are going to be glorious for those who know the lord jesus christ is their Savior. There will be dark times for those who don't, because the enemy is seeking whom he may

devour. He is going as a roaring lion, and he is attempting to deceive and to devour those who have not put their trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. But Jesus is the lion that roars louder and stronger. the lion of the tribe of Judah, and he has the power to put the enemy to flight. You will find that Jesus is going to roar louder and louder over these coming years. People will be flocking to him. People will be saved by the millions.

There will be great times in the earth. earth before the end can come. The end is not yet. You must flow with the spirit of God. I'm having trouble talking, and I apologize if people don't understand that. It's just the way the Lord moves on me right now. But I see millions of people. I want to just speak to the people. Is it okay, Eric? if you don't know the Lord Jesus Christ is your Savior, it's so easy for you to just accept him and just say, Lord Jesus, come into my life. Forgive me of my sin. Come into my life and save me. If you already know the Lord Jesus, God has more for you. This power, I pray, walking in the spirit,

would come into your life and I pray for your destiny. Whatever it is that the Lord has assigned into your life, you are a very important part of his kingdom and of what he is bringing into the earth. And so I just pray that the Spirit of God would release that into your heart today and that from this day forward it's going to be new for you. and you'll be part of everything that God is doing on planet Earth. Well, Mike, that's one of the reasons I feel so privileged that the Lord has introduced you to me and to Suzanne. You're the real deal and the Lord is using you. The Lord has used you to encourage us profoundly so that we in turn can encourage others. A lot of times people wonder, you know, Eric, where are you getting that from? Well, I'm getting some of it from Mike Thompson, who got it from the Holy Spirit. This is not, these are not opinions. God forbid that these are just opinions. What we're trying to do is be faithful to what the Lord is saying.

And all along knowing, I knew that what the Lord's will was in the election recently and so forth. And a lot of that is because the Lord has spoken through you. And I think that that's a, it's a challenge for a lot of people. A lot of people are very cynical, and they don't trust anybody or they're just cynical. And I think we have to be really judicious to know whom are we listening to. What voices are we listening to? There's a lot of folks, you know, on the Internet prophetic voices that are solid and there are a lot that are not. And so you have to have wisdom.

You really have you have to have wisdom. And I just thank God for raising you up and for your boldness in speech. as you've been speaking, because I just know there's so many people, you know, many, I hope, who listened to this program, to this video, who they're called into the destiny that God has for them. What a wonderful thing. What a beautiful, beautiful thing. We've just got a few minutes left. So the book is The Lions Army, but anything that's on your heart, Mike. well i really feel like there's so many people searching right now and i really feel that the spirit of god knows them and knows where they're at and i really wanted to encourage the people that you know the lord

jesus christ loves you we've got this situation where eric that the authority of the father and the power of the Lord Jesus Christ and the presence of the Spirit of God and making themselves known in a greater degree in the earth. And I believe that that's returning, that there's going to be another installment of that kind of

It's just on the inside of me right now to let people know how much that God loves them and he cares for their lives. And he will fulfill their destiny. I'm overcome by the Spirit, Eric. I just, the anointing is so strong. I just want to bless the people. Hallelujah. Yeah, anything, anything God puts on your heart, Mike.

the Spirit of God is moving on me in a way that is very deep and profound for me. And what I just keep feeling that the Holy Spirit is saying is, people, we've been brought out of the darkness. And as we've been brought out of the darkness, it's into the kingdom of God's dear son and his love. He has a bright future for us. These next four years are going to be very good for you. Now, I speak that generally, and I know that there are some people,

different people are going to have different struggles. And that's okay, because God knows you and he knows where you're at. But it's going to be a time of victory for you. We have fought hard for where we're at right now. And God is faithful. And he's going to make sure that he keeps his promises unto you, that he keeps his word, that he is moving and he is restoring America. That is absolutely an imperative.

Donald Trump is back in office and he's doing what the hand of the Lord is upon him to do. And that's important. And we need to pray for him. And we need to continue in supporting him. But at the same time, in the spiritual, realm. It's important for us to lock a hold of what it is that God has for us. Some of you are called to be evangelist. Some of you are called to be in politics. Some of you are called to be teachers and plumbers and doctors and different aspects of life. And what God is doing is that he is

permeating our society again with people who know how to walk in the spirit. And as he does that, he's lifting the whole of society up. And there is a spiritual awakening because the Bible says that the city rejoices when the righteous are in charge. And that's what's happening in America right now. I see in the spiritual realm, I see that there is a strong light that. that is hitting America. The White House is being purged by the sunlight, S-O-N-L-I-G-H-T of God.

And America is coming back to the Lord and back to a place of Constitution and Word of God dependency. It's important, Kou-P-P-P-Satai. Thank you, Lord. God. Thank you, Lord God. Eric, I don't know if I can go any further. Just the spirit of God is on me. We're just about out of time. It's just a joy to have you, Pastor Mike Thompson.
