Folks, welcome back. As I think I warned you, my guest in this hour is somebody I like to call Patrick Byrne. Coincidentally, that's his real name. Patrick Byrne, welcome back to this program. Eric, it's good to be on. And it's good. It's nice to know that my name comes with a warning label as well as it should. Well, listen, your story, you know, corroborates the big story, the big narrative of the nightmare that we have been living in in this country where freedom has been hanging by a thread. It's an amazing story, just so my audience understands. I mean, I've had you on this program a few times, but there is now a film out.

that tells your story. Ladies and gentlemen, it's insane. It's insane and it's true. General Flynn, one of the great heroes of America, is behind getting this story told, getting this film made. But Patrick Byrne, for folks who don't know anything about you, and there's a lot of people listening right now who don't know anything about you, Let me just start by saying, ostensibly, you were the CEO of overstock.com. You're a billionaire. You're a genius. And then some people in the government contacted you and said, hey, you're a smart guy.

We'd like you to help us. And you said, oh, yeah, I'd love to help my country. Okay. Then what happened? Okay. Well, first, close, but not quite. The truth is you have the order backwards. I was first in touch with Uncle Sam's as I was.

was 20. When I was a college student, I was a student over in China. Something happened there that put me, and this is all explained in the movie, something happened that put me in touch with Uncle Sam. And since then, we had kind of a strange relationship. I'm told it's a pretty unique relationship. And I'm not a spook. I'm not a spy. I've never worked for the CIA. It's mostly been an academic relationship and used in opportunities for peace. And this is all explained in the book and in this movie. So that from, and it was the honor of my life, and I thought I would, I would go to my grave, never talking about this.

These are desperate times. And so it's, it's all got to come out. So that's the background. And I was used mostly internationally in things that had to do with peace until, and also crime fighting, crime fighting domestically around Wall Street. And until 2015, I got pulled in. to setting up Hillary Clinton for a bribe. And they told me that James Comey,

with the authority of the president behind him, were asking me to set up a sting on Hillary Clinton and bribe Hillary Clinton. Okay, so let's, just to be clear. So it's 2015. The cognizanty were saying that she will be the next president because a clown like Trump, he could never be. That's just a joke.

So they think Obama, whose president, thinks that Hillary is going to be the next president, and he wants, I guess what, he wants some kind of power over her. Is that what we're talking about here? So he sets you up to bribe Hillary Clinton. Explain that. There was a government, and I actually have told this, there's really four chapters of the story, and I'm telling you chapter two. I'll tell you, we'll go back and I'll tell you chapter one in a minute if you want, or I'll just continue telling you chapter two. they told me that Azerbaijan wanted to bribe Hillary Clinton. Actually, I had something to do with learning that information as well.

So they decided that there was enough predicate information that to justify setting up a sting. And my job was to find the bag man from Azerbaijan. And as my handler told me, Patrick, somewhere in the world, there's going to be a room. And the bag man walks into that room and Hillary Clinton walks into that room. They spend 10 minutes alone together, then they leave. You pull that situation around any way you want. You got two months to make it happen. And I said, well, I can make it happen.

I'll be bribbing people and stuff. And they said, that's fine. And I said, well, who sign off on this? And the actual dialogue is in the movie where I said, I think I need to see a piece of paper for this. Everything we always do has been on a handshake, folks. But you're asking me to get involved in federal election and bribe a presidential candidate. And I'd like a piece of paper.

And they said, we've been told to tell you you can't be given a piece of paper. But if you'll go to D.C., the director says you can be shown a piece of paper. So I said, oh, so this is coming from Director Comey. And two federal agents leaned in and said, and I said, Director Comey and President Obama. And two federal agents said, and I said, well. People listening on the radio, because not everybody, he's going to watch the video. So you are pointing upwards. So above Comey, they're saying,

but they can't say it with words, but they want you to know where it's coming from. So go ahead. But just so it could never be denied later, I responded, well, you can tell President Comey and Director Comey and President Obama that from them is good enough for me, consider Hillary bribed. And seven weeks later, at a hotel in Washington, D.C., Hillary Clinton took the brawl. This is still difficult to explain. Hillary Clinton walked, knowingly had a meeting. She was on the eighth floor of hotel. Her assistant was on the fifth floor.

She had a limousine at 9 o'clock in the morning. The bag man from Azerbaijan, and I always leave out of the story, how one goes to a place like Azerbaijan and shows them you're the kind of man who can and will do things like this. You can use your imagination. But seven weeks after that request, January 14th, 2016, the following events happened. She had her limousine at 9 a.m.

At 8.30, the bag man came into the hotel, went up to the fifth floor, and went to the assistance room. At 847, Hillary left her room, takes the elevator like she's going to the ground floor and her limousine, maybe a little bit early. She gets off on the fifth floor, goes into her assistance room.

The assistant steps outside the door, guards the door, and Hillary spent 10 minutes with that bagman. Then she comes out. she's down the elevator out in her limousine she's 9-02 she's gone so it was not in her official schedule but it happened on the morning of january 14th 2016 2016 so when 11 months before the election but here's that's not the main event wait you said January 2016 January 2016 so 10 months before yeah yeah yeah yeah but it gets worse what happened was I was then told to forget it.

And I said, I don't understand. And after Heminghawing, and actually I agreed one meeting, then we got together, we got together with my handlers two weeks, three weeks later, in the first week of February, 2016. And eventually it was explained to me, Patrick, what's really going on is this, and this is word for word. At this point, Patrick, President Obama has his people

across the federal bureaucracy, but especially the Department of Justice. the information about this bribe you know about is going to be think of there's being within the DOJ a bunsen burner remember your chemistry a bunsen burner high school chemistry think of there's being a bunsen burner and the information about the broad is going to sit on the bunsen burner the hand is going to be one of Barack Obama's people if he'll lose a good girl and defends Obamacare the flame stays low if she's a bad girl and thinks for herself it gets turned up that way Barack Obama is going to to manage Hillary Clinton for the eight years she's president. And then she steps down and Michelle is

going to run. And Patrick, that's the plan. And I later found out this plan was called Operation Snow Globe. They wanted Hillary in a snow globe that Obama Brennan could pick up any time and shake up anytime they wanted. My bribe was simply the bait to lure her to step into her snow globe. So their plan was she's going to be in there for eight years and do what they want. and then Michelle is going to run. Which effectively means 24 years of Obama. Well, of course. Of course.

So, but let me just ask you, this is really not related, but the bribe. What's the bribe? Why does Azerbaijan want to give money to Hillary Clinton? And why is this seen as a bribe? What's the issue here? Well, it was given as a private, not to a foundation, but deposited into a numbered bank account in Azerbaijan. And the bribe had something to do with, I don't actually remember the precise issue, but it was something pretty straightforward like either Azerbaijan has a border conflict with Armenia

and a take their side of the conflict or there was pending a deal to sell 500 tanks to Azerbaijan and she'll sign off on that sale or it was something very straightforward like that, a real quick pro quo. You know, it's interesting because Azerbaijan, has viciously persecuted the Christians in Armenia. You probably know about this. There's such evil in the world. And when you think that they're federal officials,

people like Hillary Clinton taking bribes to maybe look the other way or whatever, it's so evil. It is so sick. Erdemeanor. Why did you, why were you willing to go along with this? Were you pro-Obama at that time? No, I never voted for Obama. Well, I didn't understand when I did this.

I didn't understand, as I set all this up, I thought that we were going to, that they were going to be prosecuting her. And I was just doing my job. They kept me in the dark. And then when they were done, they said, now, when we tell you've got to erase every moment of this from that memory of yours, Patrick, we mean it. It's really a matter of life. That's how the guy said it. He didn't say the word death. He just kind of let you life work.

So keep going, Patrick. This is amazing. Well, let me skip back and tell you the chapter one was, because in July of 2015, I met Maria Butina. You remember who Maria Butina is? I have had meals with Maria Butina. We, I think I'd talk to you about this. You might have forgotten because I know your memory is not too good. But I, I've had meals with Maria Bettina and a mutual friend.

My wife and I have. So we know Maria. I haven't talked to her in a while, but go ahead. I met her the day she landed in America. And I reported her that day. She was asked me, she had a message for me from Russia. She was asked me to go to Russia, speak at the Central Bank. The famous scene where she got up in Las Vegas and asked Donald Trump a question,

I met her three days before that. I was the opening keynote of that conference. He was the closing keynote. So I met her that day. She asked me to come to Russia, speak at the Central Bank, et cetera, et cetera. She also told me she was going to, and she told me her plans. I reported her that night to the authorities. I had a top, I had a very high, I had a T-S-S-CI clearance related to the kind of work I did

related to peace. So I'd had this lifelong relationship, but usually on things to do with peace. And, but in order to receive the briefings to take the tasks that took me to different parts of the world and tried to nudge the ball of peace along, I had this top secret clearance. So based on just that and this encounter, I had a duty to reporter as well as the invitation of Russia as well as what she told me she was going to be doing was living with her boyfriend in D.C. and but doing being a grad student graduate student but she was going to build back channel

connections into the Hillary Cruz, Rubio or Trump campaign. So whoever won, Russia would have a back channel. I reported all this that night and it was I learned later a flare going up over Washington. Everybody, that all the necessary parties heard about it in Washington, which means that when she got up and asked Trump a question three days later, the feds were already all over her. I was, I didn't know, I wasn't. But this makes the Russia collusion stuff sound real, and I think we know that it's not real. No, it's more, what they did was they used her to smudge up the Republican Party. They knew all about her from the day she landed. They then had me, I had an affair with her. She was living with this Republican guy, but I was given a green light to get to know her better, which is what she wanted. So I got to know her better

and took about five seconds for us to become an item. And I proposed her, why don't we just have this relationship where whenever you get, as you get sick, whenever you get sick of your Republican boyfriend, give me a call. I'll send you a ticket. We'll meet in some other city in America. We'll have a trist together for the weekend, which A, let me get to know her better. And she's a wonderful, intellectual, fine girl. B, let me keep an eye on her and find out what she was doing. If she was my daughter, I would put a bullet in your head, but please continue. Well, I know that you're good. I'm single, bachelor, never been married.

I mean, no children. We'll table this conversation, this part of the portion of the conversation. I was also trying to give her what she wanted. What she wanted was to have doors opened, and I could have opened doors, but before I opened the doors, I needed the men in black to understand and give me a green light about opening the doors. we had this wonderful affair and lovely gal, wonderful gal. And I realized by about five months later, by November 2015, I realized they're having,

using this girl to smudge up the Republican Party. For example, Chris Christie asked to meet me. He was running for president and he was in New Hampshire and people associate me with New Hampshire. He asked to meet me. I was told bring Maria to the meeting and she'll report it in Moscow. It'll make your stock go up. So I brought her to this meeting.

I mean, I kept her outside, but for the last five minutes, I brought her in, and she got to meet Chris Christie and talk for five minutes. They used that to get a FISA warrant on Chris Christie. Every meeting she had in Washington, they knew about beforehand from me. They had me opening doors and smoothing. So they were using her to smudge up the Republican Party, and I figured this out by, let's say Thanksgiving 2015, which is when they came to me and said,

we got something more important for you to work on, you're going to help us set up Hillary Clinton and a sting. That leads to the chapter two I just gave you. But I knew by November 2015, the whole Russia, that they were setting up some kind of Russian, I used to think of it as a cano scandal. They were building a cano scandal that they were going to at some point take off the shelf, shake up, crack open, and spray on the Republican Party. I could have told you that Thanksgiving 2015. According to the Durham reports, this all started in July 2016. The Durham reports, it's really like the second volume of a two-volume report and the first one they buried. Because what it tells is the truth from July 2016 forward is the truth. What they have covered up

is there was a whole activity that went on for a year before that where Maria was used to set up the Republican Party. And I figured that out by Thanksgiving, which is when they came to me and had me do the Hillary Clinton bride. It's a little confusing, but I think I'm getting it. It's just so dark. It's so dark and so awful. And we're going to go to another break here. But it gets worse. It gets much worse. I'll wait. Yeah, no, no, I know. But I just, just the idea that we're dealing with this, that we've been dealing with this. And by the grace of God, we are, we're going to drain this. swamp and the kind of people who do this will be held to account. But it's, it's just,

And what came back, a federal agent came back after getting briefed on my whole career for two or three days, came back and said, every word of Patrick's story is true. Every word of this is true. So we get to chapter three of four. The first one was the Russian collusion set up. the second was the Hillary Sting set up.

The third was, unbeknownst to Barack Obama, James Comey, John Brennan, I'd been sent to investigate them. Now, who sends he to investigate the president? In 2006, the Senate Judiciary Committee became aware of this weird set of weird relationship I had with Uncle Sam across a lot of departments and notes and crannies. And so they asked me, I've worked for them for a year spying on the U.S. government, spying into different, telling, letting them tell me where to go, because they told me their, their ultimate job is to protect the corruption or investigate corruption. They're the ultimate

bulwark of the Constitution and their mandate to investigate corruption transcends every other power within government, Patrick. And so they used me to investigate the federal government. And then after about a year of that, now, by the way, that sounds like a good thing on the surface. After about a year of that, and this is where it just gets really hard to believe. After a year of that, they brought me in and showed me a letter. And they said, you're never going to see anything like this again in your life. But here's this letter. And I couldn't even touch it. I had to bend over. There were seven senators in a room. And they were, an Arlen Specter, who was a Democrat, turned Republican, turned Democrat. And there were a couple of Democrats and a couple few Republicans involved in

And the first paragraph of the letter addressed, they said, we're going to be with the president tomorrow night. We're going to show him this letter, but a copy is going to be sitting in a safe the rest of your life. And we get that you're a horse of a different color, Patrick, but we're going to ask you to do something. And the first paragraph said, addressed their concern of systemic corruption,

infiltrating the federal institutions of our nation's government. That's a direct quote. I remember the line. And the second paragraph said the Senate Judiciary Committee requests that Patrick Byrne be shown extraordinary latitude under the laws of the United States of America to investigate and disrupt corruption within the government or something.

What month is this? Number 06. So this is a- Sorry, say it again. 06. So this is a 10-year flashback. This is way, way, way back. And so are we to understand that the Senate Judiciary Committee,

obviously Bush's president, that they were good guys, that they cared about, going after the deep state. I just want to track with you. And that's just what happened. Eric, you're smart. They're cared about the deep state and they told me to penetrate and blow up the deep state. They even said, we don't know how you're going to do this. We may not be senators. But this is the kind of news. I mean, I have to say, it's encouraging news that there were senators like that then who seemed to be on to this and who seemed to care about this.

For both parties. Yes, I'm kind of surprised to hear that. that. Grassley. Patrick Leahy was part of this. The name Ted Kennedy was used, but I'm not sure they were saying he's part of this and can't be in this meeting, or they were saying he almost took part of it. I know. Grassley. Anyway, so now fast forward 10 years. I'm with three federal agents who have just explained to me for whom over the previous six months I had set up a Russian collusion scandal on the Republican Party unwittingly and whom had had me bribe Hillary Clinton and then revealed to me that it was all to be used to blackmail Hillary. And then they'd threaten my life if I open my mouth. Does that count as systemic corruption infiltrating the federal institutions

of our nation's government in your mind? No. No. No. Well, then I'm screwed because someday I'll be in front of 12 jurors telling this story. And I got it's, we're all going to, I hope I can convince them. But to me that was. So anyway, I decided to use, take extraordinary latitude under the laws of the United States. I decided to screw up their program the moment I got a kill shot. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I, of course I misunderstood you.

I'm getting, I'm starting to get it. Keep going. So when they did, when in 2016, they've, I have figured out they're setting up a Russian collusion hoax on the Republicans. They've had their, I've learned, they have now told me that we've just set up Hillary Clinton not to be prosecuted, but so that Barack Obama can owner. And they've threatened my life if I open my mouth. And I'm saying that, that triggers to me the language of the letter.

So under the power granted me by the Senate Judiciary Committee of. of 06, I decided I was going to take them down. I didn't know how, but I was going to screw up their program. Five months later, they came back. They'd had me break up with Maria. Five months later, they came back July of 2016 early. When it was clear Trump was going to be the nominee, but before he won, they came back and said, boy, did we make a mistake having you break up with Maria? We need you to get back to rekindle that relationship, Patrick. And we want you to know, United States never does this. We've never seen this in our career. But we want you to seduce her, get back in her head, find out what's going on, anything Russian. And we're going to be leaving

meetings with you and go directly to, on video conference, reported directly to Comey and Brennan, and this is all being done at the personal request of President Obama. And I said, what thought crossed my mind internally, Eric? flipping them the bird? I don't really know. There's my kill shot. I'm going to set my chain of command up on rape and murder. And how I'm going to do that is I'm going to say yes to this, but I'm not going to lay a finger on Maria. I'm going to treat her like she's the niece of Tsar Nicholas II, like she's a Romanov princess. And what, but, well, I'll tell you what I did. I got her. It took a couple more.

months to get her to even talk to me again because I'd been a jerk when I broke up. She eventually came out to Utah. I told her, this time we're going to do old-fashioned European courtship, Maria. When you visit, you're going to sleep in the guest room. After six months, if you want to be, we will get married, and only then will we sleep together. She thought this was very romantic. Meanwhile, when I reported to my handlers was that while she'd been there, I had gotten her inebrated, introduced her to weed, got it, gave her an especially powerful joint, got her completely zawed. Now, none of this is true.

That's a lot to admit to in the United States. Our boys don't do things like this.

They're Eagle Scouts, which was a disadvantage. But they wrote it down. They bit their lips. They didn't say anything. They went reported to Comey and Brennan. Next time I saw them, they were all good. So then I let them know that I didn't just come out and said,

I gave them more clothes because they said one where you were physical with her. And I scattered these clues so that when I left that second meeting, when they fit the clues together, what they would come to understand was or come to believe was, in that meeting that I had made the lobster linguine, and I'd taken her for a drive, got her drunk to a gun range, then I'd drive, got her to drink, that I got Lapsia Linguine,

introduced her to weed, zonked her out, questioned her, and then had sex with her. So you're confessing to them date, right? Even though you didn't do that, but that's what you're saying.

Yes. And Maria shows up at the end of the movie and confirms everything that I, you know, confirms that she appears at the end of the movie. So I wanted to see how that my point in doing that

was to see how do they react once they put the clues together. I came back where I saw them again a couple weeks later. They hated me. There was hatred in their eyes, but they said nothing, which tells me, Comey and Brennan heard the story, and they said, we don't give a damn if Byrne, drugged and raped Maria Butina. We got something important going on here. We got this Russian hoax to set up. You don't ask Byrne a question about it. So we kept going. And they said nothing, but they hated me from that point on. I felt bad for them. I liked the guys very much, and they were good men. But they thought they were dealing with. rapists. So then another meeting or two, I propose that I murder her. I said, if you need me to, I'll cut this chick's head off, barrier in the Utah desert. No one's going to know a thing.

They jumped out of their chairs. One pulled a gun or a gun clicked out of his holster. He said, Byrne, let's be perfectly clear. We don't care what orders come from D.C. If you harm a hair in Maria's head, we're going to kill you ourselves. You got me? I said, yes, sir, yes, sir, no murdering Maria. I got you. And I got it. But they reported that, and I'll jump to the conclusion, President Obama, they refute, what I found out in the summer of 2020 was, so I went in and told all this to the DOJ in April of 2019. They, that 10 days later, they launched the Durham investigation. In the summer of 2020, they came and showed me bank records. Hillary got an $18 million bribe and a number to count in Azerbaijan the very week I told them they would find it.

And secondly, they told me, President Obama signed a presidential finance. the agents refused to continue, but he signed a presidential fighting, telling them to ignore their belief that I had drugged and raped Maria Boutina so that we could continue this soft espionage, this soft coup. And that the biggest secret in the U.S. government is how to spin this when it comes out. And that happened the same month. Trump got in trouble for October 2016 as the month he got in trouble for the Access Hollywood locker room talk. That same month, Barack Obama signed. signed off on the rape and murder of Maria Butina.

And the DOJ told me, we're going to question Maria in prison. If she doesn't confirm this, you're in a lot of trouble. They went to Maria. Maria said, oh, after most perfect gentleman I ever met, I didn't. The first period we dated was physical. That second period, he wouldn't let your finger on me. Right, right. And then they still flew me around.
