Patrick Byrne continues his deep dive into "The Deep Rig," his new book about the recent "world-historic crisis" involving election fraud across six swing states in America.

back. This is Our 2, the Eric Metaxis show. We're talking about whether this election was on the up and up. I'm speaking with Patrick Byrne, former CEO of Overstock.com. So he's a really wealthy guy. He doesn't need to sell books. Nonetheless, the lucky than smart, Eric. Nonetheless, the deep rig is the title of the book, How Election Fraud costs Donald J. Trump the White House by a man who did not vote for him. You didn't vote for Trump. But you're a patriot. Let me ask you, Patrick, because I love to know people's stories. Why is it that you care about your country? There's so many people that would not put themselves out there.

They wouldn't spend their time, their very valuable time in your case, pursuing something like this. Well, that's very generous of you to say and ask. First of all, so I had this interesting thing happened to me in life where just as I got out of college, I turned out to have cancer. And I basically spent my 20s having cancer. a few times and convalescing and having cancer and convalescing. So I did three times and I convalesce three times. And what do you do when you're 20 in your 20s and that's what you're doing in your life? Well, I there's not much. I couldn't have held a job or anything. So I ended up doing a PhD

in philosophy at Stanford as all this was going on. And I was also something called a Marshall scholar to England for a couple years. And I became, I've really spent that time learning the intellectual history of the U.S. Constitution is how I would put it. Political philosophy and up being my field, political philosophy, and jurisprudence. And to me, that's as close as a religion I have. I was raised religion, religious. I kind of wandered off my own. Let me guess with a name like Patrick Byrne, what is that Jewish? Yeah. Yeah. Lonsman, sure. Yeah. When did you grow up, Patrick? What part of the country? I was an altar boy, believe it or not. I was an altar boy. I was all that. I was quite serious. I was at 14 or 15. I was looked at religion like a

handrail that you use to get to a place. But you don't, sometimes I think people get obsessed to start worshipping the handrail instead of remembering it's just a handrail to get somewhere. But I became really- We're only supposed to worship God who invented the handrail and you and me. From your lips to God's. What's that? From your lips to God's. We'll have this conversation another time. What part of the country did you grow up in? I've born in Indiana, grew up around New England. What, come on. I'm from Connecticut. I'm dying to know. You're kidding. I did my, my ages three through 11 were in West Simsbury, Connecticut. I then ended up while I spent a few years in Maryland and then went to Vermont and New Hampshire.

And they really went to my homes for decades. Okay, beautiful. Well, and I have to ask you again, you have kids. Were you ever married? Never married, no kids, never found the woman that wanted me. I must do something wrong, Eric. Yeah, yeah. I must do something wrong. We're going to have to have some side conversations. Now, look, you are suggesting, you're not suggesting. You're saying clearly that this election was fraudulent. I have long suspected this from everything that I know. Yeah, I bet my last dollar of it.

I don't know. I've put it out to whatsoever. Listen, there are a lot of things that keep me up at night. I haven't lost one second asleep about my assertion that this election was rigged. So what do you think about where we are right now, where we have the most mystifying situation I've ever seen? We have somebody who's clearly not behaving like he's leading. the country who seems to be being led by some group of handlers, that itself is unconstitutional, completely unconstitutional. The American people are supposed to know who the president is,

they elected him, so on and so forth. So then we put that to the side and then we have to ask, okay, so if he wasn't actually elected, is he culpable? Did he know this was going on? Did the people around him know this was going on? And what happens to those people if this evidence comes out? Well, yeah, this is, well, the first thing to say is, We have to stay nonviolent. We have to stay nonviolent. And let's remember that until January 6th, I think the bulk of America overwhelmingly was on our side. And by going violent, we're going to lose.

Oh, nobody is going violent. And listen, I don't know anybody on our side who went violent. I have no idea what screwballs, honestly. One screwball came up to me in D.C., some militia guy came up. up to me in D.C. and said, there's thousands of us here and we've come with long guns and we're ready for war and stuff. Yeah, but here's the problem. Not a shot was fired. There are nobody, in other words, no gun charges in the capital I noticed. There's not. The feds have come out and said not a single person involved in the capital. Do they have any evidence? There was any of them

were carrying a weapon. This is my point. So until that happens, this is ridiculous. And every single American I know would denounce it. So this is, it becomes stupid. This is gaslighting and this is the ability of people to demonize their opponents to demonize you and me and anybody who's asking questions as some would be violent insurrectionists. Again, that is despicable that in America people would be demonized for asking the most fundamental questions. It's sickening. So nonetheless, I guess in these sick times, we have to actually say, oh, by the way, we're not advocating violence. Okay, so we've said that because it's obviously true. But the question is, what can happen? If everybody, if 80 million people voted for Donald Trump and they find out that their votes were

kicked to the curb, old people like my mother and father who stood in line to cast their vote, this is fundamentally wrong. What happens when the more this information comes out? I mean, How can we pretend that Biden is the president if we find out he was not elected president? How does that work? Well, this is the first thing to tell folks like your parents or whatever is this is the biggest act of voter suppression since the, you know, probably since the days of Jim Crow or something. Because remember, every fake vote that they led into the system is an act of voter. of suppression against some legitimate voter somewhere. So your parents may see that or somebody may see

this while I know that I voted. Yeah, there's a bunch of this hoo-ha about other stuff. I'm not paying attention. I know I voted. What they need to understand is if to the extent, and we know it was massive, that fake illegitimate votes came into the system, either through any of these mechanisms we're talking about. Any fake vote that comes into the system cancels the vote of one legitimate citizen. So this is really millions and millions and millions of acts of voter suppression. The problem is, or not the problem, but unlike voter suppression as it worked 50 years ago, where some guys with German shepherds would try to scare black people away from coming to the voting, to the precincts, which is very obvious voter suppression. This kind of voter suppression

is different. You let a million fake ballots into the system. You cancel the votes of a million legitimate citizens, but none of them really know it. There's no pictures of guys with German Shepherds. It's all mathematical and electronic and behind the scenes. But people have to remember, every one of these millions of fake votes that came into the system was suppressed, a vote of an actual citizen. So that's one thing to get across. And what could happen from here is, you know, ideally we will get a case to the Supreme Court where they will eventually, well, there's different kinds of cases that could come. What should happen from here is that really the next step and all I'm going to say is all the ballot boxes have to get reopened,

at least in these six counties, preferably in those six states, those boxes should get opened and counted. There should be forensics. People should be looking at the hard drives. People should be looking at the ballots and seeing if anything's counterfeit. And we strongly believe there are lots of count of it ballots in the system. All that should be unraveled. But you're saying, you know, at the end of the day, what's the court going to do? I don't think a court's ever going to say Donald Trump's the president, but a court could conceivably say, you know, it goes back.

Another good remedy would be to send this back to the state legislatures and have them recommit their electoral votes. Let all the investigations get done and then go back to those six states and say, who if, you know, fraud vitiates everything. So a good lawyer tells me that so if if they were able to do these kinds of forensic audits and such and enough. nonsense comes up, which we already know, it's already in what we're doing it already, we already see it. The state legislature could have the opportunity to recommit their electoral votes. That could be one remedy. Who knows? When you get into remedies, you're out past my headlights. I'm just checking you need to talk to constitutional where. Well, we're going to go to another break. Folks, again, I'm just going to say, please help us out, share this message as

I am talking to Patrick Byrne, former CEO of Overstock.com and the author now of a book called The Deep Rig. how election fraud costs Donald J. Trump, the White House. Now, I want to ask you, Patrick,

do you have any sense of what happened with Mike Pence on January 6th? And so many people said, oh, he could have sent it back to the States. I have friends that I respect who said, absolutely not the Constitution is clear. There was nothing he could do. Do you have any sense of that yourself? Sure. It wasn't the Constitution. It's an electoral law from 1880 that might have handcuffed him on that. But I do know what happened. from an insider. Yeah. And what happened,

I'm not talking Mike or Sydney, I'm talking a White House staffer, that on January 5th, so on January 5th, there was a meeting where we had the chance to present a fair bit of evidence

and a number of people, politicians or delegates of politicians came to this meeting. And we presented, and we had some real experts. Wait, who's we, you? Myself and the, Mike Lindel may have been there,

come to think of it, Sydney. And, but I don't want to use names, but the dolphin speakers and the scientists who are the real brains here. You know, when you see guys like me speak, it's been, I'm not really the scientists who's cracked these computers. It's real computer forensic guys and data people. And that information is moving up through people like me and Lundell and lawyers, but the real people underneath, the real heroes are these computer scientists.

And so we had a number of scientists, including this government scientists, present to this set of delegates. One of them was a delegate from Mike Pence. Now, normally, when I have meetings like this, I don't kiss and tell. I don't run around telling the world that I've, however, this is A, so historic and B, there's so much misinformation about it. I want to make sure the truth is out there. Pence, that delegate went back to Pence. And my understanding, he left us at 2 o'clock, mine is at 3.30 on January 5th, Pence was on board. He was convinced. He was convinced the

irregularities were so profound. The argument would be, of course, if he delayed, my counter to your friend would be, okay, maybe delaying for a week is an insult to the Constitution. Jamming down a bad election down the throat of America is a bad, is an insult to the Constitution, which reduces the insult, which insult is. I mean, that's exactly what I have said. I have said that there are times when, you know, when Lincoln, a suspended habeas corpus, whatever, there are times of gigantic national crisis where brave people who know how to lead do what is necessary and then say, I believe history will judge me correctly on this. In the moment, it might look strange. But I think that this rose to that kind of a level. So according to you, just now you said that

that Pence was on board at that point. So then what? Then what happened? That was 3.30. And by the way, if they had followed our advice, I think that all these questions would have been answered in 24 hours, 48, because when they opened those ballot boxes in Maricopa or Atlanta or Las Vegas and found what I know they're going to find when they do the forensics, no one would have been judging Trump for taking such a step. Within 48 hours if he had taken the step. So anyway, so on January 5th at 3.30 p.m., Mike Pence was in agreement, and he saw the logic, and he saw that the right thing to do was to go in on the sixth and say, folks, this is such a crazy situation. We're going to delay this electoral event, where we, the Senate

count and recognize the electoral votes. We're going to delay it a week or 10 days, which will give all the state's time to go back and recommit their electoral votes. I think there were at that time of the six problematic states. As I recall, I think five of them had already indicated the state legislatures that they wanted a chance to look at the information or something. Anyway, Pence could have done that at 6.30, he was talked out of it. 6.30 p.m. on the 5th, he was talked out of it by his chief of staff, who's a guy with an odd name like Eric, I'm blocking on it.

It's like snow, but it isn't snow. Do you happen to remember? Anyway, the chief of staff of Mike Pence at 6.30 p.m. talked him out of it. Mike Pence went in and told the president on the morning of the six. He had left everyone with the impression, you know, I'm on board. I'm not completely on board. I just got to pray on this, but this and that, but I feel him on board. But the truth is at 6.30 p.m. he'd been talked out of it.

went in on the morning of the sixth, and he told Trump, no, all I'm going to do is I'm going to open up the envelopes and read the vote counts. I'm not going to do anything else. Trump and Pence got in quite a tussle, I heard, and that went from the Oval Office to the residents and back and forth and such. And that's why the whole world was waiting there, waiting for Trump to come out. It's because he was in his long argument with Pence. And you can go back and look at Trump's speech that day, and you can see when he talks about Pence, I think you can see what what you see matches the story I just told you. And I have this from a very deep White House insider.

That's not to say that I think Donald Trump didn't make his mistakes. I mean, I think it still all could be one. But that's what actually happened with Mike Pence. Mike Pence thought it was going to ruin, I believe, what he was told was if you do this, it will ruin your chance. If you do this and delay the Senate count, it's going to ruin your chances to be elected president, we, the establishment or something. And what I believe is exactly the opposite is true, that if he had done that, he would have been guaranteed to be elected four years from now.

Does this sound familiar, Eric? Have you ever heard Harry Truman said of an opponent, I could carve a better man out of a banana? Mike Pence, I mean, I could carve a better man out of a banana. That was his moment in history. That was his Mount Rushmore moment. if he had taken that step and done what he should have done on the six, he could end up on Mount Rushmore someday. But I could carve a better man out of the banana than my- Mark Short, I think, is the chief of staff. Yeah. So you, yeah, I don't know, I don't know what to say about Mike Pence. I felt very, very kindly toward him for years. And so did I. I'm very confused, frankly. I can't say because I simply don't know and you're giving me some new information. But He thinks he's going to be president. Look at his decision in the light of he thinks he's going to be president someday. He's already sort of leaked to that he's got an exploratory committee. Well, again, that's in some ways neither here nor there.

I simply think that this was a moment where anything anyone could do, they ought to have done. Because the prospect of going forward with somebody who got 79 million votes, which is completely historic versus 68 million votes, If it were really close, it would be another story. I mean, we know that probably John F. Kennedy was not actually elected, that he, you know, being willing to work with the dark forces in Chicago, that he was able to steal that election. But Nixon, in a statesman-like moment, said, I'm not going to destroy the country over 100,000 votes.

Here we have a case of a level of votes that it's just, it's absolutely still. When you think of 10 million human beings, 11 million human beings voted for Trump over the number that voted for Pence. I mean, if that's true or if that's a third true, it just goes to a level that we've never ever seen anything like it. So I'm just, you know, in awe of what you're saying. Here's what makes it worse. These guys know that they stole the election.

They know it's only going to last four years or maybe even two unless they do something. about it. So what they're going to do is two things. They're going to try to change the rules, and they're going to try to change the electorate. And what they're doing to change the rules is Nancy Pelosi's house HR1, which takes everything awful that just happened, all the integrity, they got stripped out of elections because of, putatively because of COVID. Nancy Pelosi wants to make that federal law now. And then the second way, they're going to change things. They're going to change the rules. They're going to change their electorate. They're going to change the electorate by getting, pardon me, getting themselves 25 million undocumented Democratic voters turned into citizens.

The reason Patrick Byrne, the reason Patrick Byrne didn't continue walking with the Catholic Church is because of fake Catholics like Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden. We've got a country, you know, full of folks like that. And then we've got a country full of people who understand that lying and cheating and killing the unborn. If you want to be Catholic, you don't get to do that. So we're going through some tough. times right now, Patrick. I have to say that when I hear about what they're trying to do with HR1 and these other things, it's really horrible. But I just want to go back. Why do you think the Supreme Court recently refused to hear Sidney's case? I don't really get it.

Well, they're dodging. I mean, they're really, it's... Well, wait a minute, wait a minute. When you say they, we know there is no they. We have nine individuals. So why would so many of them be dodging. I don't really understand. They don't understand that they have an obligation to the Constitution. I don't get it. Well, for one thing, Roberts has convinced them that they need to dodge? I think there are great many people around Washington, D.C., who are compromised. There's a great many being blackmailed. And because I've mentioned it before, a lot of that blackmail material is falling into my hands. So, but we're not going to go there now. But they, I believe, lot of people in Washington, D.C., are being blackmailed.

And sometimes when there's decisions that are made, like John Roberts, it really raised, they're so bad, it raised the question is he, in fact, I must. Right. Okay. How sweet it is. We'll be right back. You know, I need your love. One's doors away. Get back.

is that there's so much, so many different kinds of things. You talked about foreign interference. Why would there be foreign interference on this level? And who would, in our government, would be working with foreign actors? this is treason if this is true. Who would be doing this? How did that work? Well, as I say in my book, my weak hypothesis is that we are living through a coup

organized by the deep state. And this is an authoritarian coup. The stronger, the farther out hypothesis is that they're in some kind of alliance with China, with the CCP. You know, ultimately the vision of the hard left and America and the technocratic left is the same vision of society as the CCP. And it's that a small group of elites get to manage society to make choice for everybody. You don't need to get a PhD in political philosophy to understand that communism, Marxist communism is the enemy of American

self-freedom and whether it takes its form as globalist oppression of elites oppressing the rest of us. We see, most Americans see this happening. And when we get off the phone, I'm going to, when we get off this program, I'll take your address and I'll mail you a book I wrote on this subject, because this is what we're talking about right now. And I think a lot of Americans see it. A lot of Americans see, I mean, you talk about blackmail. Okay. It seems to me that let's say on the Chinese government, I have many billions of dollars to spend to get what I want. So my goodness, if I need to bribe somebody to the tune of a billion dollars or a few million dollars, that is nothing if I get to control the world, if I get trade coming back into my country, you know, many, many multiples of that.

So I just think that, you know, we live in a fallen world and there's a lot of really dark corruption. And Americans are only just waking up to this because we've never had to face this very much. Right. It's kind of odd how what's happening here, which seems so odd and surreal to us, is par for the course in many countries in the world. They just assume elections are rigged and such. But it's our brand and it's our job to fix it. There's an old story that Deng Xiaoping in around 1980 was asked whose revolution was correct, the American Revolution or the French Revolution.

And Deng Xiaoping thought for a moment and said, too early to tell. That's very funny. I mean, on a sick level, on a weird intellectual level, that's very funny. Yeah. They have a very long planning horizon in China. And I think that they've taken the last 30 years and corrupted. And it isn't just the Joe Biden's and Hunter Biden's. It's at the states and below the states and the governors, Georgia. Georgia is very much in bed with China. There's a lot of Chinese activity in Georgia. Who knows what. So I think they've they've corrupted. We're not just talking about the president. We're talking about a lot of congressmen. Pelosi, who for 20 years, was it Pelosi or Feinstein? No, Feinstein, Feinstein. That driver, Swalwell, I think that they have very much infiltrated and compromised people all over the country. And I'm talking from high end to low-level state legislature.

I'm sure, you know, they have an institute that's over there that studies us and see on very carefully. They probably know us better than any political science professor, you know, in a U.S. university. I'm sure they studied, they figured out exactly where the pressure points, and anywhere there's a pressure point, be it Georgia or Detroit or whatever, I'm sure they own people. They've got politicians corrupted or something, but they've got pressure points all along the way. And I think they do with certain judges, too. But you suggested that, I mean, I've heard other people say that they think Justice Roberts is compromised that he's been blackmailed somehow. I would assume this would have to do with Epstein or Seen. something like that. But the idea of this, this is a bullet to the head of Lady Liberty. I mean, you cannot have a functioning free America if those kinds of things are happening at that level. Where, as I recall around inauguration day, 47% of Americans had serious misgivings about the integrity of the election. And from what I hear, it's just growing now. It's just growing. So how you

can't have a functioning republic where, you know, the atomic concept of our liberal, tradition is consent of the government. That's, you know, there's authoritarianism and there's liberalism. Authoritarianism is the government makes all decisions. In our tradition, it's our, the government derives its power from our consent. And that consent is established through elections that are free, fair, and transparent. So it is the most fundamental concept of our tradition, that we have to have free, fair, and transparent elections. I think over the last several decades, there's been all kinds of erosion in our liberties. And we have maybe given ground in ways we shouldn't. But the one way, the one principle on which we can never give ground is we need

elections that are free, fair, and transparent. If we give up on that, we have become an authoritarian country. And it will never come back. It seems to me there's this thing in the zeitgeist now of trying to say, well, you know, we had to do it because of Trump, because Trump, and it was this one-time thing. And it's never going to get fixed. Goons never give up their power. If we, But the funny thing is that isn't that precisely how these things happen? A number of people high-handedly say, you know what, this time I'm going to steal from the cash register. They don't understand that there's a, you know, what? I'll pay it back later.

I'll pay it back later. But this time I'm going to do it. This is something that, again, I think that people lose the sense of the sanctity of freedom and the sanctity. and the sanctity of the vote. But you mean that there are journalists perhaps listening who may be able to write a story about how our election was stolen. Are there any papers in America that will publish this story? Gosh, it is funny how no one, like I say, Fox will not. there's this cone of silence around me ever said what do you make of that well it actually started with them in october when i came out about the hillary bribe stuff this stuff hasn't gotten into the news

yet to you hasn't the but hillary bribe stuff actually that i don't know no no oh yeah i bribe hillary clinton 18 million dollars at the direction of the fbi i'll uh and you know about the rape and murder stuff we'll have to we'll have to do another show eric there's a whole rape and murder thing and we got to come back we have enough minutes for you to let to tell us a little bit of about this because that's so sick that I'm I have to wonder what you're talking about. You don't know about this. Oh. Maybe I do. Go ahead.

I don't want to confuse the issues too much. But there was a there was while I was had I was seeing squiring Maria the first time for in a nine month period. They came to me and said, listen, you got to drop Maria. We got something much more important for you to work on. We need you to set up Hillary Clinton in a bribe. Hillary Clinton has taken a bribe for $20 million. and there's someone else who wants to pay her a bribe and we need you to set them up. And I successfully set her up for an $18 million bribe.

We're going to leave that as a cliffhanger, though. You sound like a madman, but I know I wish you were, but you're not. I don't know my life. This is quite kind of part of the course in my life. I guess the question is, who was doing the bribing? Can you say that? I'm not going to say any more today. And let's leave all that for another show.

But what this is is the continuation of a coup that started in 2015. Look, I can tell you the dates, the people, everything that Hillary Clinton took an $18 million bride, the government, the bag man, the hotel. I know all that stuff. As part, what you're saying as part of what you call a coup? Well, this should all be coming out in the John Durham report. John Durham has all of this. And if John Durham doesn't come out with it, I'm going to come out much more forcefully with the rest. But clearly, wait a second. Whatever happened to John Durham? Is he dead? Is he in a tomb? Is he coming out? I thought the news was a couple of weeks ago that he's not coming out with this.

No, the news a couple weeks ago was he stopped being the Attorney General or U.S. Attorney of Connecticut, but he's still the special prosecutor. I actually leaked some of this on October 6 because I had told the DOJ that I was not going to sit through the election and stay quiet because if I did, that made me part of it all. October 5th, I let them know. I'm now coming forward. And I came forward and told some of this. You don't see, and that's when Fox and everybody shut me off when they found out that there's all this stuff about bribery of Hillary mixed up in this and a rape. Would Fox shut you down if you're trying to share what is true and for you're not, this is not about partisan stuff. This is true. This is about corruption. How can how could Fox have something about Fox around September? I don't know what it is. Something happened in Fox around September, even before this stuff happened with me, something has, I know what it is,

but somebody, you know, it could be for all I know, Murdoch is compromised by China. It could be something like that. All I know is Fox switch sides. And look, I mean, the obvious, the evidence is obvious that Fox at some point stopped being on the side of liberty and, well, let's just say truth. And went into cover up mode, beginning with their premature call of Arizona. Well, no, I remember that. But you, listen, they still employ Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Tucker Carlson, and Janine Piro, and a few others. So obviously, they're hedging their bets. I was told, well, they still employ them and they can't lose them. Their audience is already down 50%. But remember, even those people have handcuffs on. I've been told I am not

allowed on Fox. There's not a person who's allowed to have me on Fox. Now, it's a few months have gone by. Maybe things are different. I've got a best-selling book. Maybe things are different, but I was told a few months ago, no one is allowed to have me on Fox. The orders came down from above. But you're telling me that you've come out with this book. You're not a dumb guy. I don't think this is a bunch of smoke in the book. This is, you know, you're giving us granular information. And you're telling me up till now, no producer at Fox has contacted your people and said, we'd like to have a conversation about this. Well, I don't want to beat up on Fox and especially because just yesterday, someone, someone reached out who told me they think they can arrange a reproach moment with Fox. So, so, and Fox has had me on a hundred times over the years, I think.

Greg Kelly, he's a hero. Greg Kelly at Newsmax. I mean, I would expect that, that he would have you on. Yeah, well, even, but, you know, this goes far beyond the voting stuff. This goes into, uh, this goes into, you know, what this, just to give it to you very, very concisely, very concisely, we're not going to have time to follow up. We agree on that? We'll save it for, very concisely. They had me, I, on direct orders, I was told that James Comey and Barack Obama bribed Hillary Clinton, $18 million, arranged a bribe. Afterwards, I was told, and it was successful, I was told I had to forget it. That was early February 2016. And it turned out because Barack Obama was going to blackmail Hillary Clinton with the information, at which point things got really strange and out of control.

So now this is all out there in the public, but it's just gone dead. I have revealed this story. I know you wrote about this because I think I read about this on your website months and months ago. And so, yeah, and that's where, so I, this kind of, it gets too hairy, but let me tell you, Barack Obama started a soft coup on Hillary Clinton in 2015. late 2015, that he would be able to blackmailer. And that turned, and then, but Trump won in a fluke. And so the Hillary Bra, that all, the Hillary bribe plan turned into the Russian collusion plan.

And I say this as the guy they had bribing Hillary and shagging our friend Maria, well, you know, dating our friend Maria. So, so I know, I know what I'm talking about. This all started. Okay. Well, very interesting conversation. Patrick Byrne, I hope we get to continue this conversation. I hope I'm around to do it. What's going on in these parts of the world? We always talk about what's going on here. Not that it's unimportant what's going on here, but when you realize where things have gone in some other countries and how they're struggling, a few storms can just destroy lives and it's just chaos and anarchy.
