Welcome to the Eric Mataxis show. We'll get you from point A to point B. But if you're looking for point C, well, buddy, you're on your own.
But if you'll wait right here in just about the two minutes, the box is the bottom.
to point C will be coming right by.
And now here's your Ralph Cramden of the airways,
Eric Mattaxas.
Welcome back, folks.
Did you call Food for the Poor?
Did you go to Metaxistalk.com?
I hope so.
If not, please do it when we go to a break after this segment.
I'm talking to John Smirak.
John, you think you said at the end of the last hour
that Trump found the perfect issue
with which to neutralize these lunatic judges
that are trying to cripple his presidency.
And that is whether the president is allowed
to send murderous criminal, illegal aliens
back to their home countries.
Not to their deaths, folks.
They're not taking them up and throwing them out of the plane.
No, they're taking them to their home countries
once they came.
Actually, no.
They're actually sending them to prisons in El Salvador.
because these are criminals.
They're sending them to prison.
I thought these were criminals who'd come from El Salvador.
No, they came from Venezuela.
So why are we sending them to El Salvador?
This is why I talked to you, because you can answer these questions.
Because Trump made a deal with the wonderful president of El Salvador to imprison them at a discount
and keep them cheaply outside the jurisdiction of federal judges who will order them to be set free,
given the presidential federal freedom, and put on them.
the Visitors Board of West Point.
And you have trans surgeries, which many of them really, really deserve.
They do.
They do deserve them whether they want them or not.
Trump has defied the judge's order, and this is key.
It is key that the Trump administration defy these judges.
Yes, appeal it to the Supreme Court, but if it gets the Supreme Court and worthless
squishes like John Roberts and Amy Coney-Barritt vote wrong. Trump then has to defy the Supreme Court.
This is the Supreme Court that refused to hear any evidence on the 2020 election fraud.
Remember, the Supreme Court in the past declared prayer is illegal in public schools.
Abortion is in the Constitution. Gay marriage is in the Constitution. The Supreme Court is
a tool of our elites. They just make up whatever they want, and the law professors and the media
all echo it, and it gets shoved down our throats, and it gets normal. But we, John, but here's the
problem. We don't get to, you know, just flout what is the rule. Yes, we do. Yes, yes, yes, yes. This is
my question. Yes, Eric, we do. How do we? Here's how we do it. If the left were to do that,
we would say, ah, you can't do that.
Yeah, but you know what?
That is so 2015 thinking, Eric.
Oh, if we do this, we'll set a precedent.
And then the left will behave violently and lawlessly and tyrannical.
Guess what?
That ship has sailed.
We are so done with that.
There is no danger of, the left don't need precedents to behave lawlessly.
No, no, no, I know that.
I'm talking about the concept of how do we justify it to ourselves.
We just have tied to ourselves by saying they are exceeding their authority.
They are impinging on the legitimate authority of the president.
They are misreading the Constitution.
But I want to talk about how, okay, how?
Because right now what the left is doing is they're trying to cripple Trump for the next
year and a half so that he's helpless and looks like a loser and loses the midterms.
And then they can control the house.
They can effectively cripple Trump.
They will have stolen another election.
They stole his first term with all the impeachment garbage.
They crippled him.
They stole his second term with election fraud.
They want to steal his third term through judicial actives.
Here's what Trump does.
Look at it this way.
When you and I, when we see a judge like Boasburg has egregiously ruled wrongly and has misapplied the Constitution, we hope the Supreme Court will fix it.
But if the Supreme Court doesn't fix it, what is our remedy?
is to impeach the justices of the Supreme Court.
But that's very, very hard.
That's intentionally hard by the terms of the U.S. Constitution.
So ultimately, the Supreme Court, a majority of five, can do whatever they want.
And the only consequence would be if we could get the votes to impeach them.
We don't have the votes so they can do whatever they want.
Turn that around.
Donald Trump, who actually controls the mechanism of the executive branch, he can do
what he sees fit, what he thinks constitutional.
And the remedy is they don't like him to find the Supreme Court.
They can try to impeach him.
If judges can behave with impunity because they're not afraid of impeachment, so can
our God.
Our president can do what he sees necessary with advice, what he believes is in the
Constitution.
There's plenty of precedent for presidents like Andrew Jackson and Abraham Lincoln
when the Supreme Court was interfering with their executive authority.
they didn't always obey the court.
Thank you.
So now we have clarity.
This is why I love you because this is exactly what I'm looking for.
It's clarity.
So impeach me.
Trump should say, go ahead.
What he's saying?
Impeach me again.
I'm going to do Lincoln suspends the writ of habeas corpus.
And he says, come and get me.
I'm doing what I'm doing.
If you got a problem with it, here I am.
What did Jackson do?
I think it was to do with the removal of American Indians.
Okay, so he did, so, so in the past, we have had presidents do things that what, the Supreme Court ruled on, that it was, that they did do things in contravention of the Supreme Court?
Where they said, okay, court, you have overreached your authority. You get to push back and say I've overreached mine. I get to push back and say you've overreached yours.
The three branches of government are co-equal and are.
meant to be checks and balances on each other.
For too long, we've pretended the Supreme Court is the highest authority.
It's like the Pope.
So if it gets to the Pope and the Pope rules, well, then you have no option.
Well, you know what?
Trump might have to be the Martin Luther in this case and say, I'm sorry.
You don't have infallible authority.
You're just five people in robes.
This is crucial.
But John, he's, so if he were to do that, and you're saying that he should,
there is the recourse where the legislative branch could impeach him.
That's right.
And if they don't, if they don't, that he's within his rights.
So just the way of the judge...
They could, you're saying, therefore, there is a way to deal with a rogue president.
That's to...
Yes, there is.
So he's going to do what he does.
And then we, the people through the legislative, can shut that down or not shut it down.
And that's the only way to deal with a rogue judge is to impeach him.
The only way to deal with a rogue president is to impeach him.
The system works.
So Trump has to test the limits of the system because he is fighting back against the global tyrant class that see us all as shelter pets or sad chimpanzees.
Sad chimpanzees, John, that takes the cake, whose brains have gotten too big for our own good.
That's brilliant.
We've got to talk about that more in the future.
All right.
So this is what you're saying Trump ought to do.
And here's the difference between Trump and every other Republican president who's gone before is that he, it seems to me, has the guts to do what you just said.
Because that's the high bar of courage.
They have already tried to impeach him, to bankrupt his family, to imprison him, to shoot.
They let assassins within reach to shoot him, and they went through his wife's underwear drawer.
I think that last thing was the red lodge.
FBI agents were rifling through Melania's clothing and her underwear.
I have to say, this is the beauty of what they put him through such hell that he is not.
exactly, you know, the guy that he was in 2016. He's like, you want to, you want to fight?
I think I've had enough, and I'm going to bring, I'll give you a fight if you want to fight.
That's what's beautiful. We've needed this. He's like Lequolenza after they imprisoned him once.
They thought that would break him. Lequolenza came back out stronger than ever and brought down
communism. Donald Trump is America's Lecholenza. Little rough around the edges. Maybe you don't like
the mustache. Get used to it.
it. This is the man required for the moment.
Unbelievable.
John, I hope people will look you up at stream.org, stream.org, stream.org, stream.org.

A generation of kids in El Salvador are lost to malnutrition,
and the only way to a better future is through a school feeding program.
Join me, Eric Metaxus, in saving lives with food for the poor.
When you click the Feed Their Future banner at metaxus talk.com,
your gift of $100 will provide a child in El Salvador with daily school nutrition for a year.
Call 844-863-4673. Make your most generous contribution, please. The nutrition these kids get in school is often their only meal of the day. Food for the Poor School Nutrition Program effectively addresses malnutrition and increases children's school attendance. Your donation will also support local farmers who produce the nutritional supplements. You are needed to improve children's nutrition in El Salvador. Your gift will allow them to focus on learning rather than worrying about their next meal.
Today you have the power to feed a child or an entire classroom for a year.
Please click the blue banner at metaxis talk.com or call 844-863-4673 with a gift of $100 to feed their future.
Hey there, folks.
As I have mentioned and I am so excited, we are this month, March, 2025, doing our campaign, our annual campaign with our friends at food for the poor.
look, we do this every year, and I say this, why do we do it?
Because we know that there's suffering in the world, and we always want to know where or how
can I help. And one of the ways we can help is to give to an organization that we know
is doing God's will that is going to stretch the money we give dramatically.
That's why every single year, we on the Eric Mattaxas show, partner with our friends,
at Food for the Poor.
And I thought, maybe we can get somebody from Food for the Poor on to help you,
my audience, understand what you are doing when you help.
So Paul Jacobs, welcome to the program.
It's great to be with you, Eric.
Thank you.
Well, you can tell them excited about this because it's, I think so many times people feel like,
you know, their money's being wasted or what's the point?
A lot of people have been stunned at the waste.
I mean, you pay taxes and you think, oh, the American government is doing it.
And you find out, no, it's bloated bureaucracy, it's waste.
And it makes people cynical.
So that's why I get excited about organizations like Food for the Poor because we know the track record.
So what is the need right now?
I know that we're focusing this month on helping hungry children in El Salvador.
Most of us find it hard to believe that they're hungry children, like really hungry,
not just sort of, like really suffering with malnutrition.
what's the focus of food for the poor as people give?
Well, I want to touch on something you just said a moment ago.
You talk about track record.
And for those of you that are just watching and hearing the name,
Food for the very first time, this is new to you,
but it's not new to the four decades that food for the poor has been ministering
to those in need in 15 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Just, you know, Salem Radio News, SRN, has been working with Food for the Poor
for the last 20 plus years.
helping those same families, working with pastors on the ground.
And when you talk about the need, the urgency of why we're here right now,
there is one in four children.
One and four children.
So maybe you're a big family.
You've got about four kids of your own.
Maybe you have a few more.
Look at one and four of those children and just put them aside and say,
and just look at them and think that in El Salvador,
that child is chronically malnourished.
Now that's chronically malnourished.
That's acute malnutrition where children are not getting the food,
not getting the nutrients that they need.
And unfortunately, with something as simple as a common cold,
because they don't have the immune system to build up in their bodies,
to fight back those things, it could cause death.
And the other three, well, the other three are not far behind.
And why you're needed right now is beyond just making sure
that these children get nutrition in the schools,
where it's going to help them get educated and thrive.
But it's also going to make sure that those children and their bodies
and their future is put back on track.
I mean, I have to say, I want to keep speaking the action point.
Folks, we're asking you to go to metaxis talk.com and you'll see the banner at the top of the page.
And we're going to be brutal on this.
I'm going to be brutal throughout this month.
I'm going to bug every single one of you to give something.
We're asking $100 that that's kind of the basic because that's the amount of money,
$100 U.S. dollars, that can help feed a kid for one.
one year. Think about that. Think about how efficient food for the poor is, that they're asking you
for that and saying, oh, for that, no, this doesn't provide a week's worth or a month. This is a year.
How do they do that? Now, I should ask you, Paul, I know the answer. But how does food for the
poor operate that they're able to take 100 U.S. dollars and stretch it this far? Because this is why
I partner with food for the poor, because I know the work they're doing. It is effective.
and efficiency at its finest.
Working with food for the poor means that you're working with a network of pastors and local
ministries, partners that are vetted on the ground in El Salvador that are making sure that
they are doing the work.
And very many of those ministries are doing the work at no additional cost.
There's no taxes, no tariffs, there's no government involvement in El Salvador that is going
to basically get in the way of your compassionate giving and those children that are in need.
And here's the best part of all of this.
and that is, well, it's local farmers.
Local farmers that are being supported.
It's not food being shipped in.
It's food already being grown in the country of El Salvador
through over 500 local farmers
that are growing the products needed for this product
to be able to feed and give nutrition to children in schools.
I mean, I was, I'm reading my notes here.
So think of this, folks.
And again, the action point is go to metaxis talk.com
at the top of the page, you'll see the banner.
You click on that and you can do everything.
But imagine that food for the poor is supporting local farmers and food producers
to strengthen the local food production so families can stay in El Salvador
so they can exist where they have grown up so that they don't think,
to feed my kids, I have to migrate to the United States of America.
I mean, this is basically what Americans should be trying to help.
This is long term.
I should also say there's a phone number, and if anybody wants to text, you can text my last name.
We should get this changed to my first name, so it's easier.
But my last name, Metaxus, M-E-T-A-X-A-S.
You can text Metaxus to 5-1-5-55-5-5.
If you text Metaxus to 5-1-5-5-5, they'll send you a link to this campaign.
I can't believe, I mean, again, I'm reading the notes that kids in El Salvador under five years of age
face hunger and anemia rate of 25%. Can you imagine, folks? And I think that that's the bad news.
The good news is we have it in our power for very little. Maybe you can't give $100. You can give $20.
Maybe you can get your kids involved and say, hey, kids, these are the values we have as a family.
We believe what the Bible says about helping those who are suffering, feeding the poor,
and we've chosen to give as a family this much.
Maybe you can give a little bit out of your allowance and we can pool together.
It's a beautiful opportunity to teach our kids how do you live out your faith?
You don't just talk about it.
How do you live it out?
If there are children that are hungry in El Salvador, that's where we're focusing on,
I mean, it's a lot of Central America and South America, but right now we're,
folks on El Salvador. How can we help them? What can we do? How can we give out of how we've been
blessed to give a little bit? So as I said, every hundred dollars, it's a one-time gift provides
life-altering nutrition for a whole year. So you can text my name Metaxus, M-E-T-A-X-A-S to 5-1-5-55-5.
again, text Metaxus to 5155.5. Or you can go to Metaxus talk.com. You'll see a banner that says
feed their future. Metaxistalkis talk.com. That's my radio website. Or if you prefer to call,
some of you can call right now. You can write this down. I hope you'll do it.
The need is urgent, folks. I don't know how else to put it, when you have little kids that are hungry.
This is as basic as it gets.
Let's live out our faith together.
The phone number is 844-8-4-8-6-3-46-7-3.
8-4-8-6-3-4-6-7-3.
I'll say it again so you can write it down.
844-863-4-4-4-6-3-4-4-4-4-4-6-3-4-4.
six, seven, three. We, we hope that you will be generous. Paul, Jacobs, you have been working with
Food for the Poor. How long have you been with these guys? Like, how do you, how did he even learn about
food for the poor? Wow, this will be my 15th year here at Food for the Poor. It's a funny story,
but I'll make it quick. I was working for another nonprofit organization, working in ministry.
and I used to take this one particular road that passed by our headquarters here in Florida.
And I saw this big, bright blue building, and I saw this sign.
And of course, I saw the Iqvus fish on that sign, the cross in the sign.
And I said, there's something significant there.
And then I come to transition from that position, and I came to Food for the Poor,
and I started doing my research.
One of the thing that struck me was it hit to the core of my Christian
values. The fact that the foundational scripture here at Food for the Poor is Matthew 2540,
whatever you've done into the least of these you've done into me. This is what I've lived since I
gave my life to Christ so many years ago and it only continued in my work. And so I don't work
a day of my life because I truly serve the Lord as unto these generous, wonderful listeners like
yours and the beneficiaries that they're helping right now. And so I, you know, I'm only excited
who share with you that my enthusiasm comes from really my heart for Christ to see Christ just move
in the lives of these schoolchildren, move in the lives of these communities. You think about a $100
gift, goodness gracious. That, you know, this is my anniversary month, right? So I can just think about
those, that $100 being gone in a snap when, you know, with my wife. I want to, I want to hold you
over and keep talking to you. But folks, the action point, right now we're going to a break.

Folks, welcome back. I have the privilege of speaking with Paul Jacobs, who's been working with Food for the Poor for 15 years.
Now, Paul, what you just shared about food for the poor, that their logo is the Icthus Fish.
You wouldn't know this, but that is deeply important to me in my life, in my faith journey with Jesus.
growing up in the Greek Orthodox Church, I remember my dad pointing out on the back of a car.
I wrote about this in one of my books, my book Fish Out of Water.
He points, this is in the late 70s, on the back of a car, there's an Icthys on the back of a car.
And I remember like it was yesterday, where we were getting off the highway.
And he says, you see that, that fish, that is the ancient Christian symbol for
Jesus for Christians. And he explained to me the Greek words, the acronym Iqveth, Jesus Christos
theos, the Son of God, our Savior. And from that moment, that fish symbol meant so much to me,
because it's a Greek word. I'm proud as a Greek of that. And then, I won't tell the story now,
but I've told it before. My conversion in the summer of 1988, the Lord spoke to
me in a dream and he used that fish symbol to completely blow my mind to reveal himself to me.
I know if people go to my website, Eric Mataxis.com, there's a video or two where I talk about that,
but I didn't realize that food for the poor had that symbol. And of course, it's appropriate
for food for the poor because when we see the fish, we think of the loaves and the fishes.
We think of feeding the 5,000. So I'm glad you share that with me. And you see that.
said the headquarters for food for the poor where you live are in south florida yes yeah we're in south
florida we're headquartered here but we operate in 15 countries across latin america and the
caribbean it's interesting i've had the pleasure of traveling to many of the countries in
hadaaidae in elsaac excuse me in honduras and guatemala um it's amazing when we talk about
the work that we do and the pastors and local ministries that we work with what is striking
to me is much like your pastor, those of you who attend a local church and you have your pastor
and your community church, they work around the clock. It's not a nine to five job. It's a working
in the community, with the community, among the people. And we see that here in the community.
And El Salvador is no different. Our partners there working with these communities seven days a week,
working with these farmers. Your gift of $100 is feeding a child in a school system, giving them the
proper nutrition to save their lives. Life altering is working.
what it is. But it's also going to make sure that a community thrive. And as you said, Eric,
earlier in an earlier segment, that it's going to keep these families in their communities because
they're thriving in their communities. And also, it's going to uplift the economy through the
farmers and local markets that are going to be propagated because you're helping provide
those farmers and the means to be able to grow those crops and provide nutrition for children.
Well, right. So this is kind of long-term stuff, folks. So you're not just, you know,
throwing money at a problem.
You're paying money to fix the problem.
And that's, you know, that's the standard thing.
It's a cliche, right?
You give a man fish.
You feed him for a day.
You teach a man to fish.
You change his life.
And that's part of what is happening.
And that's what Food for the Poor is doing.
The action point, folks, we're asking food for the poor is suggesting $100 as a one-time gift.
Can you do that?
some of you can do a lot more than that some of you maybe you can't do that what can you do
whatever you can do would you do it today metaxis talk.com is the website it's my radio website
right at the page top of the page you see a banner it says feed their future metaxis talk dot com this
is the lord's work folks this is the lord's work nobody's making money off of this this is
faithfulness to Jesus to his command in Matthew 2540, whatever you do to the least of these.
That's powerful.
So the website's metaxis talk.com and you'll see the banner at the top of the page.
If you prefer to text, you can text my last name, Metaxas, M-E-T-A-X-A-S.
You got to spell it right.
It's Greek.
Metaxus, M-E-T-A-X-S to 5-1-5-55-5-5-5.
text metaxis to 5155.
Or if you prefer to call, some of you, you can do it right now when we go to the break,
write it down.
844-863-4673.
844-8-6-3-4673.
We need your help.
We do this campaign for a few weeks every year.
this is it. There are kids in El Salvador, families in El Salvador who depend on food for the poor,
which means they depend on you. So we pray, we ask you to be faithful in this and to do one of those things.
I want to ask you, Paul Jacobs, do you know the story of how Food for the Poor came into existence?
I mean, four decades ago? Yes, we just celebrated our 43rd anniversary. And on Founders Day,
we recall the story of Ferdin Mufu, our founder.
And he had an encounter very much like yours in 1988,
where the Lord spoke clearly to him and said,
will you serve me every day for the rest of your life?
And he began to just really solicit the help of his family members
and began with a feeding program at a church in Kingston, Jamaica,
and now it has expanded to 15 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean,
where literally millions are fed on an annual basis.
What is the name of the founder?
Ferdinand Mahfood.
We called him Ferdi.
Ferdinand Mahfood,
Unbelievable.
Folks, the action point,
I'll say it again.
Please do this today.
Please, please do this today.
MetaxusTalk.com.
You'll see the banner at the top of the page.
You click on that and everything is possible.
You can also call the number.
You can do it right now.
Please do.
844-864-863-4673.
844-863-4-6-7-3. Please do it.
Folks, welcome back. We're doing a special campaign for food for the poor. We do this once a year.
We're doing it right now. And when I say we're doing it, you're doing it. If you're not doing it,
it's not happening. So we need you who listen to this program. We know you align with our values.
You believe that feeding the poor and those who are hungry is fundamental. We don't want the government
to do it. The government is ridiculously inefficient in case you didn't know, they stink.
When you give to something like the Clinton Foundation, good luck in figuring out if those dollars
get to where you hope that they got. That's kind of the point. You have to partner as good stewards
with those who are really doing what the Lord wants them to do. It's not some corrupt organization
using, you know, the needs of people to make money horrible even to say that that exists,
but we know it exists.
So that's why we partner with Food for the Poor.
And I just want to ask you, Paul Jacobs, you've been with Food for the Poor for 15 years.
Food for the Poor has existed for 43 years.
What is the on the ground, you know, when people give to Food for the Poor, and we're talking
about feeding kids in El Salvador, how does that work?
In other words, you guys have been an operation for four decades plus.
How does that work in a place, for example, like El Salvador?
That's a great question.
So once your gift comes in, your donation, $100, $300, $750,000, $1,000, whatever you set in your heart to give,
then immediately food for the poor resources our partners in El Salvador.
Then they fund and help make sure that these farmers are getting material and the resources they need to
grow these crops. There are production plants in El Salvador that are taking these raw ingredients,
vitamins, nutrition, nutrients, proteins, soy, all of these items that go into this product that's
going to literally bring nutrition to these children's bellies, their bodies, and their future.
And it's going to make sure that these children are getting it on a regular basis. You said something
in the last segment about it in a long-term process. It is a long-term progress because we can't
just go in and do a quick fix in a school session.
It is a long-term process that we're going to make sure that these children, through our partners on the ground and through the local farmers that are growing these natural.
You talk about farm-to-table.
This is a farm-to-table example in the best way because your gift is funding and making sure that food for the poor can send the resources to our partners.
They can then make sure that these farmers get the resources that they need to grow the food that these children will eventually drink and buy and be able to be healthy.
Now, you said you've been with Food for the Poor for 15 years, which is quite a while.
You're familiar with the culture of the organization that they put Jesus first, that this is real.
I think that there are many people, you know, that they're jaded about this kind of thing.
And that's why I want to say, folks, do not be.
There are organizations like Food for the Poor that you can trust them.
And that's just so important because otherwise, you know, you could be giving to their
There's all kinds of stuff you could be giving to, but you do not know. How big is the bureaucracy?
How much of what you're giving is, you know, actually getting to the kids? When we tell you that
$100 feeds a kid for a year, you understand how amazing this is. We're talking about an organization
that wants to make it as easy as possible for you to help so that when you give a dollar,
you don't have to wonder. There's an efficiency that's there. I'm amazed to hear you
Paul, you know, you say you've been with food for the poor for 15 years, but to talk about the founding 43 years ago, what was it that made Ferdinand, you know, say this is God's calling on my life to feed the hungry?
It was the same as your conversion.
It was an encounter with God.
He was a very successful businessman.
Did not need to stop his life and his family's life and his family who helped prop up food for the poor until it could stand on its own two feet.
but it was an encounter with God that he could not shake. He could not ignore. And so many of you are listening to us right now. And you're having an encounter with the Lord right now. Not Eric, not myself, Paul at Food for the Poor, but God is prompting your heart because you didn't hear this message. You're not watching this by accident. God has positioned you here. And I'm often reminded in times like this of what Paul the Apostle wrote to the Galatians Church, chapter 2, verse 10. He says, all that they asked was that I remember the poor. We remember the poor. The very thing.
I was eager to do all along.
And so that's what started Ferdinem of Food more than 40 years ago, 43 exactly.
And that is why we're asking you right now, because for many of these children, for many
of these communities and these kids that are desperately in need of this nutrition, tomorrow,
maybe too late for them.
I mean, I have to say, you know, folks, we're all required to do something, right?
And to me, the only question is what?
because I think a lot of times we get confused and there's so many options.
That's why, again, we focus on food for the poor because we know that they're reputable.
I know that when you give $100 to food for the poor, they are great stewards of your money.
They care.
And again, I contrasted with, you know, the federal government over the decades.
It's like throwing money into a black hole, which is scandalous because you understand folks that, you know,
when we give to our government, for example, we think that, you know, this is our money going to do the
things that we want it to do. And as we've been seeing, that is not the case. And it's also not the
case with many charities. And, you know, I mentioned at the top of the list, you know, the Clinton
Foundation. There are these places that once you look into it, you just see bureaucracy and
corruption. It's horrifying, frankly. It's horrifying. We need to be good stewards of God's money.
The money you have is God's money. It's not our money.
money, it's God's money, and what we do with it. We pay our bills. We tithe. We give to organizations
like this to God's glory. So I want to exhort you. Food for the Port Comps says every year
because they need our help. They can't do what they do without our help, with your help.
So whatever you can give, the website is my radio website. It's metaxis talk.com.
Metaxis talk.com.

863-4-6-7-3. Paul Jacobs, thank you, and God bless you for what you're doing.
God bless you. Thank you, Eric. Folks, a lot of news to share right now. Okay, real quick. Remember,
I was telling everybody to boycott Target because of what they did. You know the whole story.
I think it's time to reverse engines. Target, you need to reward people when they do the right thing.
Target made a huge decision to blow off their whole DEI thing, which is amazing that on a
corporate level, a company that's been sort of progressive would totally change their tune and say,
we are no longer going to play the DEI game. That is big news. They are being boycotted by all kinds
of radical Marxists. There's some insane leftist megachurch pastor calling for a boycott on Target.
I am here to say we should reward them. When somebody totally changes their tune, we need to reward them.
So I am today going to buy a TV at Target.
Not making that up.
Got to get a TV for my mom.
I'm going to do it at Target today.
We need to reward them.
God bless them for changing what they've done.
By the way, I wanted to talk more about Donald Trump's ultimatum in Israel.
It's just amazing.
The evilness of Hamas.
I can't talk about it because I get so upset.
But I wanted to say that portions of this program are sponsored by the Israeli
ministry of tourism on behalf of the government of Israel. But that's not why I talk about Israel.
I just want to mention that. But I'm asking you specifically to visit goisrael.com for more
info on visiting Israel. Obviously now is not the perfect time to go. But to think about it,
everyone I talk to who's been to Israel, they all say the same thing. It's like funny. They go,
it was life changing. It was life changing because that's where it all went down. That's where it
actually happened. And when you see those.
things. I was just there briefly a number of years ago, I guess it was seven years ago. And even though it
was there briefly, I was moved to tears by realizing that Jesus walked here. And so it's a life-changing
event for everyone I've talked to. So it's important that we stand with Israel and pray that the
horror is going over there and soon. So I look forward to going back there when I can. In the meantime,
visit goisrael.com for more information.
Also wanted to mention that we talk about education a lot on the program and how our nation's
public schools have been taken over by lunatic ideologues.
You know, just like corporate America.
I was saying like Target, well, Target has reversed course.
We need to take back our schools as well, which is why I'm exhorting you to visit our
friends at the Herzog Foundation, herdsog foundation.com. They are the trusted source on American
K-12 private education. They have a remarkable suite of free resources for parents and grandparents
thinking about making the switch from public schools to a Christian education or to homeschooling,
which is the best of the best. They have an online publication, the lion, sorry, you can go to
readlion.com, R-E-A-D-L-L-I-O-N-com.com.
They have a podcast called Making the Leap.
These guys are heroes, folks.
If you've encountered them, you already know they're on the same page as we.
And I want to say that it's important that we're aware of them.
And again, they're there to help.
Herzog Foundation.com.
Before we end our one, I want to mention that we've got a lot of Socrates and the city stuff coming up.

We're doing an event in Lexington, Kentucky, with Hillsdale President Larry Arne.
Very excited about that.
That's April 16th, Palm Beach, March 21st.
I'm going to interview Senator Josh Hawley.
But there's so much stuff at the Socrates and the city website.
