Here comes the one and only Eric Mattaxas. Folks, welcome to hour two. Good news. We have John Smirak on the program. John, in hour one, you mentioned someone named LaFanza, who was a character, I believe, from Good Times,
Starting point is 00:00:50 or it was like Walona's cousin, was LaFanza, the lesbian pro-abortion activist? Am I getting that right? Well, all I can say is LaFonza jumps the shark. I've been wanting to say that. A lot of people aren't getting that joke. Fonsi jumped the shark. Sorry, if you're not getting that,
Starting point is 00:01:11 you're not worthy to get that. No, it's an episode of Happy Days where Fonzie jumps the shark. He literally water skis over a shark and everybody thinks that as the time when Happy Days was clearly over and needed to go off the air. Well, I think the Democrats jump the shark
Starting point is 00:01:29 with LaFonza. Picking a senator who lives and has lived for 10 years in another state just because she runs the leading pro-abortion group in America, Emily's list. And just because she checks off the demographic boxes, let's see, she's not a white male, she's a black and a woman and a lesbian and a pro-abortion activist. Oh, my gosh, this is like we've won the Irish sweepstakes. So again, the governor Gavin News of California chose her.
Starting point is 00:02:00 At the same time, the state of California is talking about paying a million dollars each to every black resident for nothing in particular because it never had slavery, it never had Jim Crow laws and never had voter suppression. And yet, it's offering reparations to black citizens. So my theory is it's making, it did its best to abort all the children in the state, but especially the black children. It failed and it's offering reparations. So in my piece at stream.org, I talk about the fact that the Democratic Party as a whole
Starting point is 00:02:30 is the party that's against human beings. It's the Democratic Party and the elites it controls, they think human life is the bad thing. We are an evolutionary byway, a biological mistake. Life is nasty, brutish, and short. Human birth is not a good thing. You shouldn't have children because it damages the climate. Remember when environmentalists used to talk about clean water and clean air and leaving a better planet for your grandchildren?
Starting point is 00:03:01 They don't say that anymore, Eric, because they don't want you to have grandchildren. They don't want you to have children. They think every little foot that you normally would maybe make a bronch. casta, that is a carbon footprint that is killing a polar bear, that is snuffing out of snail dart. The Democrats have adopted it an anti-human, anti-life platform. They are doing everything they can to stop the human species from reproducing. They want abortion up through birth. They want to castrate and sterilize thousands of confused children in school because of this diabolical, demonic transgender lie.
Starting point is 00:03:40 they want to teach them perverse sexual behavior in early school in like eighth and ninth grade. They want pornographic books in the library. And if you complain about it, they want the FBI to investigate you as a domestic terrorist. They want to make energy unaffordable, housing unaffordable. They want to create a chaos by bringing endless numbers of pseudo refugees into the country. So there's no public order. So nobody wants to settle down half of family in this mad max hellscape. they are creating, the Democrats are doing everything they can to render the human species extinct.
Starting point is 00:04:17 And where it failed, wherever it failed, California wants to compensate, at least as black residents, for the crime of their own existence. And so I think anybody who gets born, despite the best efforts of the Democratic Party and the state of California, anybody who gets born from now on in any state of the union should send a bill to the state of California and say, I want reparations because I exist and I didn't ask to exist. And this godless universe you've taught me is a terrible place. And I'm a plague on the planet. So send me a check.
Starting point is 00:04:54 Okay. Now, that's a funny thing you could do. And John's making a point. But you know what? When I hear you talk about this stuff, John, I think to myself, there are tons of people listening to this program right now who agree with what you're saying, with what I'm saying. and they are themselves not really doing anything. And I want to shift folks in my focus more and more and more,
Starting point is 00:05:19 that if you are not doing something, you've become part of the problem. Remember, the best thing they could do is to get you to do nothing to work against them. In other words, you don't have to join them. just do nothing to work against them. So if you agree with what we're talking about here, the question is, what are you doing? I mentioned a couple of things you can do, but it doesn't really matter what you do,
Starting point is 00:05:47 but you got to do something. You can go to metaxis talk.com, and you can support the alliance defending freedom. That is a real thing you can do to fight against a lot of the evil things that we have mentioned. You can go to my store.com or my pillow.com and use the code Eric. That is a real thing you can do.
Starting point is 00:06:10 But there are many people... What's that? I have some more ideas on things you can do. Go ahead. Whoever your pastor is, go up and talk to him. Let him know that you think it's appropriate to talk about life issues, to talk about pro-family issues from the pulpit,
Starting point is 00:06:27 that you don't think the next time there is a hysterical panic about some pandemic that they say exists, monkey pox or lizard weasel pox or whatever the next panic is, you don't want your church closed down. You don't want him promoting vaccines tainted by abortion products, by sided products from abortion. You don't want him collaborating with the government and getting government contracts and therefore turning his church over to the control of the government. You can pray. Pray for your church and its leaders. You can write letters of support to the political prisoners in the
Starting point is 00:07:10 gulag in Washington, D.C. for January 6th. You can follow reliable sources of news like Revolver News, Steve Bannon's War Room, this program, Newsmax, there aren't that many, the Epoch Times. Get a subscription to the Epoch Times, one of the few truthful newspapers still out there. Read Revolver News, which does brown-breaking reportage. Read Julie Kelly. She has a book on the January 6th political prisoners, and she does amazing coverage of it on her substack. Subscribe to Julie Kelly's substrat stack.
Starting point is 00:07:45 Subscribe to Chronicles magazine. Again, one of the few truth-telling magazines. Read me every three times a week at the stream, stream.org, and share it with your friends. Be part of the resistance. Be a bone in the day. devil's throat that chokes him while he tries to swallow America the last best hope for mankind. This is the last major country that believes in man as an image of God, who has
Starting point is 00:08:15 an alienable rights, who is not a fart in Darwin's bathtub, an accidental side-effective biological mutation. Our founding is based on something entirely different. It's based on the biblical view of mankind. And we don't have an official religion written into the Constitution because the founders knew that led to religious persecution, and that was what they were against. They didn't found an atheist, secular, anti-Christian republic like the French Revolution did, as the French Revolution did, and the Russian Revolution and the Nazi Revolution. They founded a fundamentally Christian, non-sectarian Republic. There's a huge, huge, fundamental difference between those things. And my upcoming book,
Starting point is 00:08:58 No Second Amendment, no first, which will be ready before Christmas, is all about how Second Amendment, right of self-defense, flows directly from the gospel, from the image of man as an image of God, with dignity and with rights, not a slave, not a robot, not a termite in a hive, or an ant in a column. If we could get enough people, John, to do something, and again, when I say do something, folks, there's so many things you can do, but I've become increasingly convinced that inertia is the devil's greatest weapon against
Starting point is 00:09:35 the church, against patriots. So if you are guilty of inertia, by the grace of God, today, do something. Go to metaxis talk.com, give to the alliance defending freedom. They need your help desperately. Go to my store.com. Buy my books and use the code, Eric, help Mike Lindell. your local crisis pregnancy center and help impoverished vulnerable women welcome their children into this world. Every child that gets born in this culture of death is a win. Any one of these things, John, God bless you. Thank you. You too. Starting point is 00:12:15 Hey there, folks. Welcome to the show. I'm thrilled to have one of the newer generations of one of my favorite families, the Robertson family. Now, also the Huff family. Sadie Robertson Huff and Christian Huff, welcome with the program. Thank you so much. Good to be on. Now, Sadie, you're going to forgive me.
Starting point is 00:12:44 I still think of you as the young teenager, but obviously, like, I've missed something because I knew you got married, but you guys have two kids seriously? Seriously? No joking. We seriously have two kids. We have a two-year-old and a four-month-old, honey and haven. Oh, my God. Well, congratulations. That is such, that is so terrific. And Christian, welcome in the program. I've had Sadian on a few times, but not you. Now, you guys are in ministry, doing all kinds of stuff. We're going to talk about a book you have called How to Put Love First, a 90-day devotional. But what is the name of your ministry? Do you have individual ministries? Christian, you go first. What is your podcast? You so have a podcast.
Starting point is 00:13:35 I'll say it to ministry because it is a form of a ministry, but it's called 4-8 men podcast, and it's based off of 1 Timothy 4-8, where Paul says that physical trainings of some value, but godliness has value for all things. So really just trying to encourage men my age and really any age to train physically, but more importantly than that, to train themselves spiritually. And I think sometimes we can have physical routines, but we can maybe neglect spiritual routines in our lives. So trying to encourage guys to work out for a bigger meeting than just to look good and for whatever.
Starting point is 00:14:07 But really just how can that implicate your spiritual health as well? So that's kind of the main ministry that I'm doing. And that's called the Four Eight Men podcast. And obviously your last name is Huff. And, Sadie, your last name is also Huff. How long have you guys been married now? Almost four years coming up in November. It's unbelievable.
Starting point is 00:14:29 And what is the name of your name? your show that you do. Yes. So I have a podcast called The Whoa That's Good podcast. It's been good for it. Whoa, that's good like W-H-O-A. W-H-O-A. And, yeah, because there's a lot of wo-that's good advice on the Well, that's good podcast, given.
Starting point is 00:14:49 And so we've been doing it for about four years now under my ministry called Live Original. For short, for short, we call it L-O. So you hear a lot of girls calling it L-O now, and I love that. And, yeah, we do all kinds of things within the ministry. But the Wo That's Good podcast is very exciting. It's been going on every Wednesday, like I said, for about four years. One of my favorite things to do. Well, I just had, Sadie, your mom and dad, Willie and Corey, on the program last week.
Starting point is 00:15:18 I love talking to them. And we were talking about the new film called The Blind about your grandfather, who is one of my favorite people on planet Earth. I love, I love, I love, Phil. But I want to talk to you about your book. So you guys have put out a devotional. Tell me about it. Yeah, we put out a devotional. So it's a 90-day devotional challenge about putting love first in your life.
Starting point is 00:15:43 But it's not just lovey-dovey kind of love. It's really essentially saying how to put God first in your life. You know, the Bible talks about that God is love. And so when we thought about writing a devotional book, or actually, I should say a relationship book, it really intimidated us because we were like, we do not know the half of it when it comes to relationships, how to give the best relationship advice. But what we do know is that when God is first in our life, when love is put first, then all of our relationships are so blessed by that.
Starting point is 00:16:14 I mean, the overflow of your relationship with the Lord blesses every relationship in your life, whether that's with your spouse, with your parents, with your family, with your friends. And so the whole book starts out with 30 days of your relationship with God. Let's focus on that. because before we get to any other relationship, that's got to be right. Then it goes to your relationship with people, and then it's your relationship with your community. And I think, you know, with the last few years being as crazy as they are and us being a little bit more inside and not around people, I think people kind of lost the value of relationships. But yet we're lonely.
Starting point is 00:16:47 We crave love. We need love. And so it's just kind of helping people find that again. Well, obviously God made us for that. He made us for love. He made us for himself. us to have relationships with other people. And you're right, it has been a crazy time.
Starting point is 00:17:01 And a lot of people are lonely and confused. Now, actually, speaking of relationships, I got to ask, how did the two of you meet? Should I tell it? Yeah, yeah. Sadie's a lot more articulate telling the story than I am. So I will let her share. So we actually just met on the beach one day. It was kind of funny.
Starting point is 00:17:20 We were on vacation. His family lives down there. And I knew of him. My sister knew him. Never thought of him. and that way we had never met before. I always thought of her in that way. He did.
Starting point is 00:17:30 He had actually watched Dark Dynasty and told his friend he was going to marry me one day. So, hey, thankfully he didn't tell me that. I was like 13. He did not tell me that until you were about to get married. That is very impressive, being prophetic at age 13. It was prophetic. Accurately prophetic. That's pretty cool.
Starting point is 00:17:46 But I was not following Jesus at really 13. So I didn't know any of this back story. God can speak through Balaam's ass. He can speak through nonbelievers. He can speak through the weather. The Lord, the Lord can speak in a lot of ways. I think that that's, but that's seriously, that's amazing.
Starting point is 00:18:00 That's actually amazing. So he had said that, and I didn't know any of that backstory when I met him on the beach that day. Well, I had just broken up with my boyfriend, so I was single. And when I saw Christian, I was like, oh, wow, he is really cute. And so we all hung out as a group that night, and I followed him on Instagram later that evening. And I had seen that he had DMed me. And I thought, oh, wow, can't believe he'd DM me so soon. Well, actually, I was just really late.
Starting point is 00:18:25 to the party. He had sent me a DM a year and a half before that I never saw that he had seen me preaching somewhere and just said, you know, I love what God's doing in your life. I think it's awesome. And he told me he thought I was really beautiful. So I was like, okay, this is good. And we started DMing and literally have talked every single day since. So he just started our relationship right then. That is, that's kind of amazing, actually. I mean, the idea that you, first of all, the idea, Christian, that you at age 13 said that, and that is true. Now, you know, you said you weren't really walking with God at that time. You, at what point does God become serious in your life, Christian?
Starting point is 00:19:11 Yeah, no, well, it was just funny because when you said just that idea of prophetic, it was more just like, you know, I thought she was cute on the TV show. I don't really know how prophetic it was. God can speak through that stuff. Believe me, that's what's so interesting about God is he can use a, you know, it just, but the fact that you would say those words and then God brings it to pass. But yeah, so what happened in your life or where were you, how old were you, and what happened that suddenly God becomes an issue for you?
Starting point is 00:19:40 Yeah, that's good. So I went to college back in 2017. I was really wanting to enjoy my four years of college, but also be involved with church because growing up it had been all about church and really not necessarily a relationship and had never really kind of had that awakening to the idea of how can I live in daily communion with God. And a few months into college, I was partying, but also being a part of church and just kind of trying to be trying to live that double life and I was just super lukewarm. And one night I was at a party just by myself on a porch, just drinking beers by myself. and really trying to get as drunk as fast as possible. And this guy came up to me and said, I thought you didn't drink.
Starting point is 00:20:24 And it was no, it was not him trying to share his faith. Or it was really, you know, him not really trying to call me out. It was just, hey, you said that you were going to do this and you're doing this. I'm just asking you about that kind of thing. And I really think he really made anything by it. But it was just something clicked in me of just kind of just being hypocritical. I'm saying one thing, but I'm living another way. and something in that moment, just my eyes were open to see just how I needed to turn my life around and change it.
Starting point is 00:20:52 So it wasn't a church service. It wasn't a sermon. It was really just kind of becoming the end of myself of I'm saying one thing, but I'm living another way. Challenged you. Yeah, it challenged me, yeah, because I had been not living my life the way that I had said I wanted to try to live it. And so in college, you turned. Yep. Yeah, a few months into my freshman year.
Starting point is 00:21:14 Yeah, then my cousin and I started. the Bible study at our school, just a few of us in a, one of our buddies's local apartment complexes. Then we ended up having to run out a room in the library because they had grown into a couple hundred guys. So I'd really seen a bunch of cool things throughout college. But yeah, early on was not living that way than throughout college. Or early on in college, the Lord really kind of shaped me then. And then throughout college, I lived a different lifestyle. And so how old are you guys when you did get married?
Starting point is 00:21:46 So you were 21 and I was 22. I'm older than Christian. And yeah, so it was during his senior year of college, it was actually really fun. We got married during Thanksgiving break. And then I got to go back to Auburn, War Eagle, with Christian. And we got to start our marriage there. And of course, 2020 happened right after that. And so COVID hit.
Starting point is 00:22:10 We ended up moving back to Louisiana. And it was interesting because we had dated and we're in, engaged long distance, our whole relationship, then we got married, and then we had quarantine together. So we made up for a lost time, not being around each other. And, yeah, it was a little bit of a crazy start to marriage, as I'm sure everybody's 20-20 story was just crazy. If I were a young man, I would be very scared to Mary Robertson. A lot of pressure from those men, a lot of pressure to grow a beard, you know, never to shave. Just a lot of pressure. Who needs that pressure. I think Christian, you're doing okay. We'll be right back talking to Sadie and Christian
Starting point is 00:22:52 Huff. The book is How to Put Love First, a 90-day devotional. Tell me why Relief Factor is so successful at lowering or eliminating pain. I'm often asked that question just the other night. I was asked that question, well, the owners of Relief Factor tell me they believe our bodies were designed to heal. That's right, designed to heal. And I agree with them. And the doctors who formulated relief for them selected the four best ingredients, yes, 100% drug-free ingredients, and each one of them helps your body deal with inflammation. Each of the four ingredients deals with inflammation from a different metabolic pathway. That's the point. So approaching from four different angles may be why so many people find such wonderful relief. If you've got back pain, shoulder, neck, hip, knee, or

Starting point is 00:25:06 800-9783057. Use promo code Eric or Mypillow.com. Welcome back. I am talking to Christian Huff and Sadie Robertson Huff. You may know Sadie from, I don't know, Duck Dynasty, Dancing with the Stars, Partridge family, a lot of shows. Sadie and Christians, you have a book out called How to Put Love First, a 90-day devotional. But this is not like mushy, romantic love necessarily. Nope.
Starting point is 00:25:42 This is really a book for everyone. We started out by talking about that, literally in the intro, we talk about that. Because I think that some people think that books like this or love like that are reserved for people with a ring on their finger, you know, or the perfect picture of love that you see on Instagram of a cute Instagram couple. And what we're saying is like, that's actually not a picture of true love because you can have all the things that the world tells you equal love and actually not experience what true love is. So what we're really pushing is like this book is for everyone because this, we were all created for love and by love himself by God. And so this book is very practical too and just relationships in general. Christian talks about his road rage and I talk about my fear and anxiety and all the things.
Starting point is 00:26:32 that, you know, keep us from loving people well. And it's very practical. We also actually have a marriage and family counselor, Dr. Josh Kirby, who has written three parts of the book. He kind of bookends each of the three sections of the book. And I love his parts because they're so filled with wisdom. They're so practical. And he just has so much experience with relationships that he can really speak into things in a way that Christian and I can't being as young as we are. And so I think that adds a lot of real meat to the book as well and excited for people to get to those parts. Yeah, and that's the thing too. We hope it is relatable because throughout the book, we definitely expose ourselves in certain situations of, you know, somebody getting our order wrong at the
Starting point is 00:27:16 drive-thru or somebody pulling out in front of, pulling out in front of me when I'm driving and I get angry, then it's an old elderly woman who is just going to drive slow by nature, maybe, and really just reorienting, you know, reactions to certain things. And a lot of the lot of things kind of stem from, you know, where you do find love and where you do find your purpose. And we just hope it's relatable because we don't want people to ever think that we have this whole love thing figured out or relationships all figured out. But we talk about things we struggle with and ways that we've learned from that and how we've kind of kind of kind of kind of help overcome certain things that we've seen our live. And we talk about, you know,
Starting point is 00:27:54 first period of 13 talks about love is patient, love is kind. So if you want to just a practical sense of what does love look like? It looks like, you know, not being envious of other people, not being jealous, not being kind, being patient, being humble, not rejoicing in the wrongdoing of others. And all these certain things, and I think we can lose sense of that, especially as a culture, because love can be fleeting and it's not really centered in anything. So it's trying to just focus on loving God before you love anybody else, because that's when you're going to be the healthiest. It's amazing when you think about what would it be like trying to get through life without knowing Jesus. I mean, I say that because I know many people don't know Jesus.
Starting point is 00:28:37 And I think life is hard. And if I didn't know that I'm supposed to love my enemies, I'm supposed to forgive, I'm supposed to have grace. If I didn't know those things, that I'm not supposed to be envious, those things are so natural. Road rage is the most natural thing for a young man or an older man. All those things are absolutely natural. And if you don't know what God's perspective is, what do you do with that? Where do you go? It's good.
Starting point is 00:29:04 So I know obviously what you put in the book, how to put love first, this devotional. This is biblical stuff, but we need to know it. Because when you walk through life, you know, if you don't know it at that moment, you know, you're going to get it wrong. Yeah, I love that. I tell this story sometimes when I share a message about we were at my friend's wedding. And it was so good. So the groom, she was married. It was his mom was giving the speech at the rehearsal dinner.
Starting point is 00:29:33 And, you know, how parents can be extremely emotional about giving their child away in marriage. And she said this line in her speech that I thought was very profound. She said, you know, although nothing about this feels natural to give you away, it's extremely biblical. And so I rejoice in this day. And I just love that so much that she said, this doesn't feel natural to give you away. In fact, it's really hard. It's really in some way. ways it's sad, but also it's biblical. And so I get to rejoice that you're marrying and this beautiful
Starting point is 00:30:00 woman. And I thought, man, that applies to so many things in our life. Like, it doesn't feel natural to forgive someone 70 times seven, but it's biblical. It doesn't feel natural to turn the other cheek when someone slaps you in the face, but it's biblical. It doesn't feel natural to go the extra mile. But the word of God says, if someone asks you to go a mile, go another with them. And so there are things in life that are not going to be natural to us, but it's biblical. And so because it's biblical, we rejoice in doing it. And I think the cool thing is it's not just a false joy. It's not a mustard up. Like, oh, I'm just going to be happy because the Bible says it when you're truly anchored in love and who God is. And you get, you have the overflow of who he is in your life. You have
Starting point is 00:30:40 his grace upon grace. You have his love to love. You have his joy to give joy. I mean, it really is the best way to live your life. And so I love that you mentioned that. You know, some things aren't going to feel natural first, but it's biblical. And so when you love God and he's first in your life, I think these things that at one time felt unnatural, they begin to become natural because it's the overflow of who he is within you. That's pretty good stuff. That sounds very biblical, Chris. Do you think so? It really is.
Starting point is 00:31:08 No, it's totally true what you just said. And I was going to go there. I was going to say that that's so fascinating is that when you know what's right, when you know what the Bible says and what God's perspective is, it overrides, if you give a permission, to override your feelings. And you say, well, this is what God says. I mean, some people would say like, you know, I feel old. I wish I were younger. And the Lord says, wrong. You are exactly as old as I want you to be right now.
Starting point is 00:31:33 That is my will. And you think, oh, okay, that's different. I wish I had this. I wish I had this. What God says is right. He wants to bless us. But if you don't know him, you're not going to get his perspective. And you're going to spin out of control.
Starting point is 00:31:49 Well, the book is How to Put Love First, a 90-day devotional, Sadie and Christian Huff. Congratulations, and God bless you. Thank you. Thank you so much. We appreciate it. Great to talk to you. When the government used emergency edicts during COVID to restrict the gathering and worship of churches, three pastors facing the risk of imprisonment, unlimited fines, and their own churches being ripped apart, took a courageous stand and reopened their doors and the face of a world. that chose to comply. The Essential Church is a feature-length documentary
Starting point is 00:32:33 that explores the struggle between the church and government throughout history. This fascinating story uncovers those who have sacrificed their lives throughout history for what they truly believe in. We discover why the church is essential and how we prove that this stand remains true from a scientific, legal, and most importantly, biblical perspective. This is not your typical movie. It will change your life.
Starting point is 00:32:58 You need to see this movie with your friends and family. The Essential Church is streaming today exclusively at SalemNow.com. That's Essential Church, streaming at SalemNow.com. Folks, welcome back. You know that when I find the solution to a problem, I get very excited. If you've been listening to this program for a while, you know that I talk about people of faith being active in their community. in how they spend their money, in how they vote in every way. And one of the things that got me really excited when I discovered Robert Netsley, he's
Starting point is 00:33:52 with Inspire Investing, he is helping people do something which I guess we can talk about it is even better than just spending your money in good places and not spending your money in bad places. But where is your money investing? Is it invested in companies that share your values? Is your money invested in companies that are working against your values? And I would say against God's values. And so we bring him on now.
Starting point is 00:34:24 Robert Nestle, welcome back. It's a pleasure to be here, Eric, as always. Thanks for having me. It's, I get excited to time I talk to you just because there's a solution, you know, because this is the kind of thing that I would want to dream up. I would say, can't somebody figure out a way when we talk about all the money that's out there, people of faith in America, what's that? No, I'm, it wasn't saying anything.
Starting point is 00:34:52 Yeah, people, people of faith in America have a lot of money. It's not just they spend a lot of money, but they have a lot of money invested and retirement funds, whatever. And a lot of that, as I've learned in talking to you, is with companies, that are really bad, that are really woke, that are working against everything we believe in. So then the question is, how do I figure that out? How do I get my money out of those places? And you have come up with a solution, and I should tell people, I'll repeat it again and again,
Starting point is 00:35:26 inspireadvisors.com slash Eric. That's the website. Inspireadvisors.com slash Eric. If people go to inspireadvisors.com slash Eric Robert Nessley, what will they find there? How have you solved this problem? Well, yeah, they'll find an offer that our staff has done for, I don't know, how many countless of thousands of investors around the country, around the world, and we're making a special offer here for your listeners is to just helping understand what you own is the first step.
Starting point is 00:36:02 And so my personal story, I was working at one of the big four Wall Street investment bank in their investment department. And long story short, just realized one day, here I am president of our local pro-life pregnancy center, and I own three stocks of companies, manufacturing, abortion drugs. So every time the young lady goes across the street to plant parent and has an abortion, I just made money on that transaction, right? I literally profited from that transaction. And then you go down the laundry list of all sorts of other things that are going on in
Starting point is 00:36:29 the portfolio, LGBT activism, even trafficking, and stuff. et cetera. And I'm investing in these businesses. I'm profiting from these businesses. And likely so are you, right? And I'm not here to be your moral police. That's not my position. But what we want to do is help people understand what it is that they're putting their money into. It's not just a mutual fund ticker symbol with some dollars attached. There are real companies doing real things, some of which are incredibly evil and immoral. And it would turn your stomach if you realized what what the money is that they're putting into your pocket and what you're helping to fund. And basically, so this report will show you exactly down at the nitty gritty of on this date,
Starting point is 00:37:08 this company, you gave this much money to plan parenthood, let's say, or what have you. And so that you can then be informed and then make informed decisions about how you want to invest your money, which we believe is God's money in a way that, you know, honors him, helps society thrive, stops undermining your, you know, deeply held values. The list goes on. So that's, in a nutshell, what we do with Inspire. And this is, I mean, this is God's mandate, is this commandment to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, strength.
Starting point is 00:37:38 And the idea is that if you kind of act like, well, that doesn't matter. Everything matters. And it's only inertia, which is, you know, the devil owns inertia. When you don't do anything, the devil wins and his values win. So here is an opportunity, folks, for you to take your money out of these companies or to even know where your money is invested. What is your money, which you're responsible for? It's God's money. Who's it helping?
Starting point is 00:38:12 What are you invested in? So if you go to inspireadvisors.com slash Eric, I'll say it again, inspireadvisors.com slash Eric, you can get a report. You can learn. This is free, obviously, Robert. This is free. Right. Yeah, complimentary. Totally complimentary.
Starting point is 00:38:31 We're passionate about spreading a movement. There are millions of Christians and others around the world who are moving their money by the billions of dollars out of the, you know, the woke investment firms that are doing everything they can to, you know, frankly, ruin our cherished ways of life, you know, in many ways. And just put it into investments that are, you know, just as equally. wise and financially viable and everything else, they just happen to be in companies that are just doing their job. You know, if they're making shoes, they're making shoes, not sponsoring abortion legislation or what have you. So, yeah, totally free.
Starting point is 00:39:12 And, man, I want to stress the size of the movement, too. There is a movement of people. You're not alone. This is kind of ringing true. Like, oh, my gosh, I wonder what I should do. But by God's grace, we've been one of the fastest growing, investment firms in the nation. In the top three fastest growing investment firms in the nation for the past number of years, we're managing over $2.3 billion. And we're not the only firm
Starting point is 00:39:33 out here, right? There we have colleagues that are working labor alongside. This is a movement. And you get to be a part of that. If you go to aspirebiter.com slash Eric, figure out how easy it is to just be intentional instead of conforming to Wall Street's, you know, Wall Street recommendations for your life, which, you know, might not be in your best interest. So please consider that. Ladies and gentlemen, look, this is game-changing stuff. I want to be really clear. This is game-changing stuff.
Starting point is 00:40:03 If everybody listening to this program would do this and you would take your money out of the funds that are doing evil things, it is a game-changer in America. Because not only are you defunding these companies from doing bad things, but you're giving companies an incentive to do the right thing. You're saying, you know what, we better be careful. We shouldn't give our money to plant parenthood or to whatever evil things are doing because, you know what, there's going to be pushback. We're going to lose people. People aren't going to invest in us. So I'm asking you to go to inspireadvisors.com slash Eric. It is free, folks. It is free. Please do this. Resist the inertia. Inspireadvisors.com slash Eric. Inspireadvisors.com slash Eric. Check it out. Folks, welcome back. I'm talking to Robert Netsley right now, who is with Inspire investing. Robert, I can't help but get excited about what you've created an opportunity for people to find out if their money is funding wicked things. If they have money in a 401k or retirement fund, whatever it is, that is invested in companies that are doing evil things.
Starting point is 00:41:47 That is promoting pornography, promoting abortion, promoting any number of things. or ideologies with your money, folks. So Robert Nestle has created something where you can get a free report that tells you where your money is and they will help you get your money into companies that are doing good things. So you have to go to inspireadvisors.com slash Eric. Inspireadvisors.com slash Eric. You get a free report.
Starting point is 00:42:18 But this is something I, you know, Robert, I guess it just gives me hope that it's possible to turn things around in America. Because when I think of how much money people have invested out there, if they would understand what's going on and shift that money to good stuff, it's just huge. It's just absolutely monstrous. It's enormous. It's enormous.
Starting point is 00:42:37 And we are seeing fruit from that labor. It's remarkable. It doesn't have to even be trillions of dollars to change things. I've been on the phone, you know, in recent weeks, you know, with investor relations and CFOs and whatnot. We regularly engage with companies that we invest in or are like to invest in or kind of just speaking biblical truth, the corporate power. And, you know, one of the things we hear is often that, number one, these people have
Starting point is 00:43:05 never heard, they tell us they've never heard from a faith-based investor before. They've been doing their job for 20, 30 years, you know, executive major organizations never heard from a faith-based investor. So number one, they need to hear our voice. Number two, they're thankful to hear it. Even in some of these sort of, you know, woke businesses, you think, you think. that this don't care, there are people in those businesses of influence that actually do care about what we have to say and oftentimes have enough influence to change things.
Starting point is 00:43:32 So, for instance, Costco stopped giving money to gay pride parades. Chevron stopped giving money to Planned Parenthood. There's a laundry list of other organizations that have changed things. That is unbelievable. Robert Nelson, that is unbelievable. It is so wonderful. I want to tell people, folks, what you do and don't do, you can change the world. If you take an interest in this, when I hear that a company like Costco would stop giving money to something like that or Chevron, these are huge, huge companies.
Starting point is 00:44:01 And you shop there, your money may be invested there. When we get involved in these things, we can change the world. So I want to say the action point is go to invest. I'm sorry, inspireadvisors.com slash Eric. inspireadvisors.com slash Eric. You'll get a free report that will help you figure this out. And I know, Robert, that you guys will help people if they want to transition to invest in companies that believe in their values. But this is a gigantic thing that we have, I mean, it's to me scandalous when we have power and we don't use that power.
Starting point is 00:44:44 It's like when I say, I'm not going to vote. I'm not going to do this. I'm not going to do that. When you don't do those things, people who don't share your values, who share opposite, who have opposite values, they're going to prevail. So I just want to say to you, Robert, thank you for taking this on because it is game-changing. Like you said, it's a movement. The more people that do this, it's an amazing thing when we think of the money that is out there,
Starting point is 00:45:13 that many people of faith with traditional values have invested in woke companies. Ladies and gentlemen, you've got to do something about it. You've just got to do something about it. This is like a mandate that we've got to live our faith out in every sphere and where your money is. That's a big deal. So please go to InspireAdvisors.com slash Eric. This is a free report. inspire advisors.com
Starting point is 00:45:42 slash Eric. Robert Natsley, thank you. Pleasure. Thank you, Eric.
