And we're hearing this story now of how these wicked folks, wicked, wicked anti-American monsters decided to use all their power to crush the story, which we now know is true. because, well, we always knew it was true, but now we have proof that it's true. So Emma Joe, keep going. Right. So where I left off was basically the security state decided, and they have their own interests, as I outlined in the previous segment, that aren't necessarily always in alignment with

the interests of the American people or of the voters. You're putting it very kindly. They're working for the devil, but we don't have time to get into that. Please continue. Yeah, so I'll leave that to you. But, yeah, so fast forward now to this week or last week. And Hunter Biden is on trial for a gun charge, which, by the way, is the most frivolous and ridiculous thing when you're thinking about what this person has been up to and what we know he's been up to.

Well, it's like, it's like charging, you know, Charles Manson for jaywalking or something. We got him. We got him. Exactly. I always use that analogy. It's like if I broke into a house and murdered everybody inside and then I got charged for trespassing. Right. That's exactly what this is.

So in any event, he's on trial for this gun charge. And the charge that they're like the allegation is that he bought a gun while he was addicted to crack, which is illegal. And then lied on the form about it. Also illegal, obviously. And by the way, people who are addicted to crack sometimes lie. As it turns out. Yeah. Stop the presses.

But anyway, so part of the way that the prosecution is building their case that he was addicted to crack and that he knowingly lied on a gun form about it is through the documentation that's on his laptop, which shows him doing drugs every day. And so they cart out the laptop in the, in the courtroom. And they have an FBI agent come on the stand and say, yes, this is Hunter Biden's laptop that he left at the computer bear shop in Delaware and that we have authenticated through his iCloud and serial number. So did the 51, did the 50s? 51 traders to the United States of America who said that this laptop was Russian disinformation. Did these traders recant?

Did they apologize? Did any of them, General Millie and all the other bums, did they have anything to say once this came out? Yeah, not only did they not recant, but actually Fox News called them up each individually last week or the beginning of this week. Fox News called them up each individually and their lawyers. and not only do they not recant, but they totally stand by it. And one of the lawyers who's representing like five of them called it patriotic.

Okay? Yeah. It's the biggest middle finger, you know, these people are shameless. And it's going to take, I'm so sorry to say it, because I hate being in this place as a country, but it's going to take the next president

to do a total audit. You have to strip down these agencies, go through every single employee who works there, and see what is under that hood, because it's not good. And these people, need to all have security clearances taken away. They're seen as authorities because of those security clearances. They need to lose that label of credibility, which they have so abused. And really,

what this is, Eric, if you want to know what this is, is they ran an intelligence operation on the American people domestically. It's so illegal. It's so revolting. Well, again, this is why we're talking about it, because this is that the whole nation is at stake. This thing that we call America is at stake. And the more time passes, the more we see how we've all been fooled. We kind of thought things are basically working the way they're supposed to work. I mean, of course, there's some, I guess there's some abuses, but then we find out that it's all abuses, all the way back to the murder of JFK, to the murder of RFK. By the way, I'll say it again. if it weren't for these meddling kids. you know, meddling kids like Emma Joe Morris and others who are actually doing journalism. And then, of course, Donald Trump, the ultimate meddling kid, he decides, oh, I think I'd like to be president, having no idea, let's be honest, as canny as he is, having no idea of what he's walking into, thinking I can play ball with people who don't agree with me. We're going to have, you know, we're going to be president for all the American people. and the deep state comes after him like crazy. Tomorrow I'm going to air my interview with General Michael Flynn. Utterly wicked, they come after him. But in doing this, they open the door to exposing themselves. And they have exposed themselves and more and more and more comes out, including what just happened with, you know, the FBI admitting, oh, yeah, the laptop is real. So every day new information is coming out.

There was a ruling. I just spoke to John Zmirak before you came on, Emma Jo. But John Zmirich just wrote about the fact that in California, they said, oh, yes, it turns out that the COVID vaccines are not vaccines. They do not actually prevent the spread of disease, like they said. And now there's every day more and more information is coming out, which gives me hope for the nation. Yeah, well, that's it. I mean, if there's anything that's happened, like, it's crazy because when I set out to write this story, you know, I thought I was writing about Joe Biden and his son and their corruption or whatever. And what it turned out to be was a story that showed a corrupt conspiracy at the highest levels of every single institution that we have, be it social media, be it, you know, the security state, the deep state, be it, you know, just just the media in general.

I mean, every single, every single hive of power was ensnared in this and exposed for the corrupt rot that it is. It's just been fascinating, devastating, sad, but fascinating. Well, I mean, again, it is interesting. In other words, you just are handed this story and like a real journalist, you report on it, having no idea the ramifications that you're going to report on. this and it's going to reveal the collusion of the media establishment, the collusion of big tech, the collusion of the FBI and the intelligence agencies against we, the people. You just think, well, I'm just putting out a story.

It looks like it's true. No idea what you're up against. It's absolutely fascinating. Now, we have to say, so yesterday's ruling that Hunter Biden is guilty of these gun charges, what a joke. I mean, what he's guilty of is working with his father to sell out the United States of America to China, to Ukraine. It's a level of wickedness and corruption.

It seems to me that this idea that he's prosecuted for this gun charge, it's almost like they want to say, well, okay, so the system works. so that they don't have to go after this bigger stuff, or so they can claim some moral equivalence with Trump's 34 counts. Well, yeah, that's exactly right. And I have a column up at brightbart.com that I published yesterday that says exactly this. Like, I think what this is is, you know, if you turn on MSNBC yesterday after this bird comes down, which is painful, but you got to do it.

And you see what the establishment is going with on this. And what you see is they're basically trying to say, the hunter's situation. is all tied up now. He's been held accountable. Blah, blah, blah. He was in a dark time in his life. Now, you know, it's a hero's journey and there's kind of closure on the whole Hunter thing. And justice is applied evenly in this country and go away. And that's very convenient because this is on the one case that allows them to say that justice has been applied evenly on Hunter while Joe Biden gets. goes off completely unscathed.

Well, I just have to say, I believe God is a judge. And even if you're not judged in this world, to have to live with yourself in this world and eternity, it's staggering what we're talking about. Now you get to see him right here in the studio, Scott Labato, all the way. Holy cow, from Staten Island. Welcome. Yeah, probably took me here. It took me a longer quicker to get to Washington, Staten Island traffic.

Of course, of course. Well, thank you for coming into the studio. I love it. You know, when we have New Yorkers, it's like, come on, you got to get in the studio. Now, Staten Island, is that part of New York? Yes, it is one of the five boroughs. Get out. When did that happen?

Let me finish, because I always start with this when people don't understand Staten Island. Staten Island is one of the five boroughs of the biggest liberal city. But if you know Staten Island, it is like a little town in the Midwest. It's working people. Civil servants, patriots, veterans, flag waivers. cool people, creative people, but tough people. It's an amazing thing. I mean, of course, I'm joking because I've always known that Staten Island is one of the five boroughs.

But it is interesting how it is so dramatically different from, you know, let's say, Manhattan or Brooklyn in terms of the demographics. All right, look, we just saw the trailer. I want to talk about the film, The Relentless Patriot. what is your story how did you become the guy that you are i mean what what did you when did you know that you wanted to be this guy this patriotic activist artist it um i've been an artist since childhood i was always creative as a young child and i did all sorts of artwork fantastical stuff and macarb stuff horror movie i was into horror movie surrealism and i went to find myself in the big New York and Manhattan art scene

in the 90s, early 90s, like, where's my niche? Where do I fit in? And my friend, I was blown away by, again, Staten Island, Patriot. Grandpa was in World War II. The flag was in Grandma's yard, and it still is today at my cousin, who owns the house. That flag was always there.

And you don't realize it when you're young, and then you finally grow into it, and you realize this is what it is. So here I am, this artist going in to Manhattan to find my calling and all of these creatives, the galleries, the artists, were desecrating the flag. The flag is taboo. It's oppressive.

Our military are baby killers. This government is oppressive. America is the, and I'm like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. We creatives have more rights than anybody in this effing country. we should be worshipping more than anybody else, the reason we have that. And it blew my mind. And I said, no, no, no, no, no. I don't want any part of this.

I mean, you've been on the program before, not in the studio. But I said a similar thing happened to me. I grew up in a working class home. I grew up in Queens and Danbury, Connecticut. And when I went to Yale University, same thing. I suddenly bumped into this cultural elites that, you know, grew up in Park Avenue or whatever, and they had this view of America that was dramatically different than the view that I had, because my mother and father came from countries that had

real oppression to come to this great country, passed the Statue of Liberty in the boat in the 50s, and I thought, what is going on here? And it took me some time to realize that this is the way the quote-unquote cultural elites think, especially in the arts, especially in entertainment. And you and I have had similar past. We had this wake-up moment. and you have been an activist painting the flag. And talk about what you did with the pizza the other day. Because when I realized that was you, I was like, talk about this for a second. You know, art comes in all forms.

People, you know, it's not just a painting on the wall. This is performance art. It's performance art. And I've done, and again, the movie is based mostly on, you know, my, not just, you know, my patriotic paintings across America. I've done flags, murals. what I do for the veterans and the cops and everything with my art. But there's, you know, people don't have an outlet,

especially now because of their expressions are being so oppressed by this government. If you're a conservative, you know, these poor cops and firemen, they love me because they can't say what they want to say, and I say it for them or I do it for them. Same thing with school teachers and, you know, people with jobs. Because all of a sudden, you know, I mean, you could be a school teacher, you can be a teacher and teach a six-year-old kid that he could change his gender. but if a cop says, you know, oh, I like Donald Trump, he loses his job.

So, you know, this whole thing with the pizza, which was an epic one, I used pizza as my art, as my medium instead of paint. Because this city, once again, the regulations, the over-the-top woke regulations, destroying mom-and-pop businesses in the city that are leaving in droves. You know, we're putting regulations on brick-upin pizza because it's killing the baby seals. So Mayor Eric Adams, who he's not the worst mayor because de Blasio is the worst mayor. But Eric Adams goes along with this stuff. And so he actually, I mean, it's staggering. I mean, imagine you think about New York pizza that they're so stupid. But listen, de Blasio ate his pizza with a knife and fork.

In Staten Island. I mean, it's actually, it's like comedy. Like they couldn't possibly be more offensive and dopey. And so you decide to protest because, again, you do art, but you also do activism and protests against this lunacy. And so what did you do with pizzas at City Hall? Was it at City Hall or was it at City Hall or was it the mayor's mansion? I don't know. City Hall.

You know, he, again, he threatened this regulation, this shutdown mom and pop brick oven pizzas or regulate them and put $50 to $100,000 to get new systems in and stuff because it was, again, killing the baby squirrels. Do we have any idea, like, what the problem with pizza ovens is? Like, why would they... Emissions. It's like, since we don't have any crime in New York, let's focus on a different kind of problem. Pizza ovens. Yeah.

So what do I do? Because the people in my community, the Italian, Staten Island, we live on pizza. You know, it's pizza. And everybody's in an uproar. What do we do? Scott, do we rally? Do we fight? I'm just, let me go do my thing.

And I bought a couple of pizzas. And I went there, and I just, you know, in Boston, they had the Boston tea part. party. And, you know, I had the New York pizza party, and I just started hurling throwing pizzas over the gates of City Hall. This is a beautiful thing, ladies and gentlemen. Do you understand what we're talking about? We're talking about a maniac. That's my highest compliment, by the way, if you're a maniac. I'll take it. Absolutely fantastic. Now, I want to talk about your art. You paint American flags. People who see the film,

the Relentless Patriot, they're going to see your story. But what got you into just painting American flags. You know, going back to the 90s when this, you know, hatred, you know, I remember walking into a gallery and you had to wipe your feet on an actual American flag to walk into the gallery. You're kidding. Yeah, no, I'm not kidding. See, when I hear this, my blood boils.

You'll be your blood boils. You know, as an artist and a patriot, I was like, and I said, no way. And it was like, there's my calling. There it is. Artists wait their lifetime for a calling. And I didn't know my calling, and it punched me so hard in the stomach. And I said, this is it. I'm going to bring this flag back to life through the unusual suspect, the artist.

Scott, you know, the idea that Josh Masiello made this film about you to tell the story. How did that I mean, excuse me, I want to say to people in case you're just tuning in, June 14th is Flag Day. because when I was in fifth grade, my teacher took us out to the flag. My trumpet teacher, he played taps. And it was this moment of loving America and appreciating Flag Day. And after spending three hours with me in my studio, I had him laughing, I had him crying, I had him pissed off, and he said, no, this is movie, I'm making a movie about you. This has to be told at this time in history. And we worked so hard six years, he worked hard, putting together the footage, going out, filming me and we're doing more stuff. And we were just going to sell CDs on the street or just try to get it on streaming.

And then this guy, Frank Torture, these are creative conservatives now, and we're going to get to that point. Okay. And he introduced us to Josh Machielo of Global Ascension Studios, who saw the movie. who saw the movie, the trailer, and he said, we're in. He said, I've been needing an excuse to get the hell away from Hollywood and to come out as the first conservative American-valued movie studio. So to have all of these creative conservatives now come aligned to back up the biggest creative conservative, Scott Labato, the Relateless Patriot, it all fell together.

And we didn't think we would get it in movies. How do you get a documentary in movies? It's going to be in theaters across the country. And let me just explain this. The 13th is important because we know, you know, how it is in the industry. And the powers that be do not want this movie staying in the theaters for obvious reasons, okay? Because it's not the woke, you know, typical movies that nobody goes to see anymore. So this movie is to be seen on the 13th because that is going to prove that people go buy tickets to the 13.

even if you can't make it, buy it for somebody else. Because do you understand, that's going to prove to them that this movie is going to be in the theaters, and it'll stay in the theaters. except if you're a Republican NASCAR fan from Staten Island, who doesn't pronounce yours properly, you can't be an artist. Well, that's bull. They're out there, and this is going to bring, this movie is going to bring artists, not only back artists that are physical artists, but directors, movies, TV. Look, it's happening. We all know that Hollywood has gone insane to the point.

And look, we've seen it on the left in the Democratic Party. They can't help themselves. They're in a death spiral of woke lunacy. They can't get out of it. In other words, they can't stop themselves from doing stupid self-destructuring. of things. And if you were really, really smart, you would, you would just pull back a little bit, but they can't help themselves. They got, you know, pride month. It's so offensive at this point to your average American that you're thinking, you know, I was kind of like live and

let live, but whatever's going on right now, it just like revolts. It disgusts me. What is this? They've got, they have gone insane. That's just one way they've gone insane. But what we're talking about, Hollywood, the arts, they can't help themselves. And so we're going to go to a break. Folks, real clear, you have an action point. You got to see the Relentless Patriot. And I am not here to make friends and I give tough love. I am actually happy that we are in this moment in our history. We went through World War I, World War I, World War II, the Bay of Pigs, you know, Cuban Missile Crisis, COVID,

We had our tests. This, I am telling you, this is the last and final test in this country. I'm telling you, it's 11.30 and 12 o'clock, that clock hits 12 o'clock, we lose every effing thing we ever had. We have not. We have not. We have not compared notes, and you are saying exactly what I say, every opportunity. I go around the country saying it. I say it on this program.

Folks, it's true. And if you are not a part of the solution, let me break it to you. You're part of the problem. If you are not part of fixing this and fighting against this lunacy that we're seeing, this tyranny that we're seeing, you are part of the problem. I want to be real clear. God is a judge. And, you know, God is gracious. But it's very important that we be part of the solution.

And there are a lot of people that are like, you know what, I don't care. I'm just going to take a pass. I don't want to be like, you know, Scott or Eric or what I, you know, I'm just kind of, I'm a peaceful person. you could be part of the problem. And I want to be real clear that, you know, it's the good news, as you know, is that the horror of where we are now, there are people finally waking up. Yeah. And people don't have to throw pizza or do what I do paint giant flags or do what you do.

It's very simple. Everybody has a calling here in this. And if you know that we're in a problem, all you have to do is use your voice. Amendment 1 is the sexiest beast we have. We don't need Amendment 2 yet. Amendment 1, folks, that's called Freedom of. speech, did you get it? Use it. You go to that school's face.

You own that effing school. And you say, excuse me, you're not teaching my kid that. You use your voice. And this movie teaches people to do that. To wake up at this last minute. This is it. Five months from now, it's all over, or we go back to the way we're supposed to be. I'm confident.

I'm confident. And what I always say is, like, we have to win this election. But that's really the starting line. In other words, we have been. mostly had our eye off the ball for so long that we got a lot of work to do to bring this country back to where it needs to be. So step one, we have to win this election. We have to avert the nightmare of another Biden, quote-unquote, presidency. Yes.

And, you know, I've always blamed the radical left. Look, this is America. We're always up and down. In the 70s, we were liberal. And then in the 80s, we were a little more conservative. But we're always up and down, and we always meet somewhere in the middle. a couple of decades ago, the radical left took it to the moon, way outside the atmosphere, took it to the moon.

But I stopped blaming them. I blame us. That's right. Because we were complacent. We suck up this milk and honey, as we should, that was given to us by these men and women who make that sacrifice. But you suck up that, you're going to grocery store, and it's 18 different variations at churials, and not knowing that it's going to be taken away from you, not

from without, not from the end of me without, your next door neighbor. So people are now finally seeing that. Sadly, it took this long, but they're here and I'm confident that everybody's going to get involved. And what's interesting to me, too, is that working class men and women of every color are really the ones who are waking up because we've had, you know, this season where a lot of people are like, oh, you know, I'm a firefighter and we got the union and, you know, I vote Democrat. That day is done. Like we are now in a new day where we realize the Democratic Party, which has taken the votes

of, you know, union people, working class people, minorities, whatever. For granted forever has basically destroyed the world that they live in. Finally now, working class people are waking up on a level that, I mean, this has to scare the Democrats at this point. What is that? That rally in the South Bronx recently. Oh, my gosh. That says it right there.

It's not just the middle class. It's the lower class who are finally, whether it's the illegal aliens taking their stuff. Yep. You look, the liberal media could not zoom in at that Bronx rally and get, they were looking for that bus slaughter white rednecks that came up with MAGA hats. They could not. Every shot was colorful. And as an artist, I see color.

And there was every single color in every single corner of that Bronx rally. That says it all. I mean, if you, if you live in New York and you're living in some minority community, and you see illegal immigrants coming out of nowhere into your community being put up in hotels, given groceries, you think, what in the world? If this money existed, why weren't they helping me? What in the world could be happening? So, again, things have to get to spend.

This is why I was talking about the left being in a death spiral, because you would think that they would have the wisdom not to do that, because the opposite. are so bad, that you're losing the people whose votes you always could count on. Yeah, it's kind of surreal. And, you know, it's, I get called a racist. They get called everything, and I'm fine because I know who I am. Because I call out the black community. Again, tough love.

For how long, 70 years you're voting for the same woke white liberals. Malcolm X said it the best. What was it? 73, his speech or 63? The white liberal is the fox. Not the wolf. He's the fox. He is not your friend.
