Most of us know that there are these establishment Republicans, that they're bums. They have know, you know, if you see the film, Mr. Smith goes to Washington, you know, you can see this is what we're dealing with. There are always going to be people that they will sell their souls for power. But when you mention that Mike Pence went along with this, this is grievous to a lot of people because I think, you know, it's one thing to disagree with somebody.

But when we realize that the fix was in, that these people had put their people, around Trump in order to get rid of you so that they could get rid of him. It's very, very ugly. So obviously what happened with you was this lie. This starts this whole Russia collusion, this whole hoax that, oh, here's the narrative we're going to go with. Donald Trump's team is working with Russia. I mean, it's so stupid that it would be comedy, except they pushed this harder than anyone has ever pushed anything in our nation, this lie, and they pushed it for years. And your utterly innocent conversation with the Russian ambassador was Exhibit A for them to push the lie. Yeah. And in the movie, we actually show the actual transcripts of the conversations that I had with the Russian ambassador so people can go there.

One of the other things, too, and I'll bring it up here, because we did talk about this. and in other parts of our filming when we filmed this movie. This piece didn't make it in, but I'll bring it up on your show. The agent, the lead agent for Crossfire Hurricane, which was the name of the entire Russia Gate thing, right? His name was Barnett. And Barnett, B-A-R-N-E-T-T. And people can go look up, Barnett, FBI agent, 302,

and it's online. You can go find it. in September of 2020, so I'm jumping a little bit ahead in terms of a timeline. But Agent Barnett in a nine, it's roughly a nine page 302, a nine page deposition, he actually talks about the idea of get Flynn to get Trump in that, in September of 2020, is when he brings that up. Now, this is a guy that was picking me up every single day as the lead agent for Crossfire hurricane when I was, quote, unquote, cooperating with the government, you know, to figure something

out, right? I mean, because I said, I'll cooperate, right? I mean, I don't know what I was cooperating on because they, you know, because I did decide to plead guilty because I did it in order to protect my son, period. So the egregiousness of what we're talking about and the, and the lies that were perpetrated against the American people, you know, and, and now what we see is what we see happening to President Trump. I mean, this is a continuation of that meeting on the 5th of January, 2017

that was led by Barack Obama. This is a continuation of this. You can call it a revolution, a color revolution. I don't care what you call it. It is a coup against the United States of America, against the people of the United States of America by the Obama administration and by President

Obama himself, with his vice president at the time, Joe Biden, who is now the president, against against the Trump administration and to keep Trump from being able to stay in power or to come back into power as president of the United States. And it's all designed to continue to control the levers of power within our government.

This is, it's so bad. And, and I know, so I could have gone away from all this. I could have walked away from this, Eric, and to your great audience. You know, I could have walked away from all this. I could have retired out of the military, but I felt so compelled because I, I saw, you know, I'm a guy who studies a lot of things, and I saw what was happening.

I just didn't realize the depth of corruption in our government. I frankly did not. I did not know it was going to be this bad when I walked into the White House. And I find out when I walk into the White House, oh, my God. And then, of course, everything unravels for me. And I find myself in this situation. And I had to fight tooth and nail to get out of it. where my case was eventually dismissed, and then a judge grabs a hold of me.

And all this, we talk about in the film itself. But what I want people, and I want your audience to understand, is that we have a responsibility as senior military leaders in this country to tell the truth, period. You don't go and tell a political narrative, because if you do, it's going to cost the lives of the great men and women who serve our country. And I'm one of a student of history as well, so I've studied our wars. I know what the sacrifices have been, you know, for many, many years in our country's storied history of people who have given the ultimate measure of devotion in the cause of freedom. And here we are, and we're now fighting to retain that freedom. We are fighting for this freedom back.

I mean, it's undeniable what it is that we're facing. And frankly, sadly, you know, in, you know, in. in a, you know, a guy like me who never thought that I was going to be at the fulcrum of history, you know, because of having a great military career and growing up, you know, growing up as a kid in a, in a, in really a poor Irish family, and I got to the level I got to. And then all of a sudden I find myself in this position. I'm like, you know, so my bottom line is that this is, this is evil.

We are facing evil. And one thing about the long arc of history is that good, always prevails. But it takes, it takes champions, it takes leadership, it takes, you know, a grit that only the American people have. And in order for us to continue to have this beautiful experiment in democracy called the Constitutional Republic, the United States of America, we're going to have to get ourselves, you know, out of bed a little bit earlier every morning now as we go into this final, whatever it is, 150 days or so to November 5th. And we're going to have to be involved at every single level in order to win this country back. And once we win this country

back, then even more work is cut out. The work then begins again. Well, you and I were talking about this when we were together in Georgia, that Trump has to win. And the left will do literally anything. They would really love to put a bullet in his head, but they're not going to be able to do that. But they might try. They'll do anything. They'll start World War III. They will do anything because they do not care whether people die, whether the country goes under. They just want power. That's all they care about. And so you know and I know they can and will do anything to prevent him getting back in. But if he does get back in by the grace of God, that's the starting line. We have a lot of work to do. Do you have a sense, because we've just got a minute or so left,

Do you have a sense that Trump, if he gets in, knows what is at stake and will put the right people in place to gut this deep state? Yes, I do have a sense, and I do believe that he has learned an awful lot, I mean, an awful lot. And I know that he realizes that the people that he brings into his inner circle going back into the White House have to be really dedicated patriots who have. not only his objectives and what he wants to accomplish, but are also people who are prepared and ready to do the necessary functions of government and to hold people accountable. I mean, we have to have one standard of justice in this country, and people are going to need to be held accountable, and we're going to have to run this government and the functions of government, so to get us back up to being that true North Star, that beacon of light for

the rest of the world and frankly for the American people to see as as hope and and to be inspired by it. That's what we need right now because, you know, the way the way the country is going, I mean, people feel, and it's undeniable what is happening to our country. So yeah, Trump realizes it. He knows what he's got to do and he's fully prepared to do it. And the question is, ladies and gentlemen, in this audience, what are you going to do? and I will fight for the fucking death for this country. Okay, welcome back. Well, you saw him in the trailer. Now you get to see him right here in the studio, Scott Labato, all the way. Holy cow, from Staten Island. Welcome. Yeah, probably it took me a longer quicker to get to Washington, Staten Island traffic.

Of course, of course. Well, thank you for coming into the studio. I love it. You know, when we have New Yorkers, we say, come on, you got to get in the studio. Now, Staten Island, is that part of New York? Yes, it is one of the five boroughs. Get out. When did that happen?

Let me finish, because I always start with this, when people don't understand Staten Island. Staten Island is one of the five boroughs of the biggest liberal city, but if you know Staten Island, it is like a little town in the Midwest. It's working people. Civil servants, patriots, veterans, flag waivers,

cool people, creative people, but tough people. It's an amazing thing. I mean, of course, I'm joking because I've always known that Staten Island is one of the five boroughs, but it is interesting how it is so dramatically different from, you know, let's say, Manhattan or Brooklyn in terms of the demographics.

All right, look, we just saw the trailer. I want to talk about the film, The Relentless Patriot. What is your story? How did you become the guy that you are? I mean, what did you, when did you know that you wanted to be this guy, this patriotic activist, artist? I've been an artist since childhood. I was always creative as a young child, and I did all sorts of artwork, fantastical stuff, and macarb stuff, horror movie.

I was into horror movie, surrealism. And I went to find myself in the big New York and Manhattan art scene in the 90s, early 90s. Like, where's my niche? Where do I fit in? And my friend, I was blown away by, again, Staten Island, Patriot. Grandpa was in World War II. The flag was in Grandma's yard, and it still is today. at my cousin who owns the house.

That flag was always there. And you don't realize it when you're young, and then you finally grow into it, and you realize this is what it is. So here I am, this artist, going into Manhattan to find my calling, and all of these creatives, the galleries, the artists,

were desecrating the flag. The flag is taboo. It's oppressive. Our military are baby killers. This government is oppressive. America is the... And I'm like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. We creatives have more rights than anybody in this effing country.

We should be worshipping more than anybody else, the reason we have that. And it blew my mind. And I said, no, no, no, no, no. I don't want any part of this. It's so, I mean, you've been on the program before, not in the studio. But I said a similar thing happened to me. Yeah, I grew up in a working class home. I grew up in Queens and Danbury, Connecticut.

And when I went to Yale University, same thing. I suddenly bumped into this cultural elites that grew up in Park Avenue or whatever. And they had this view of America that was dramatically different than the view that I had because my mother and father came from countries that had real oppression to come to this great country, passed the Statue of Liberty in the boat in the 50s. And I thought, what is going on here? And it took me some time to realize that, This is the way the quote unquote cultural elites think, especially in the arts, especially in entertainment.

And so you and I have had similar paths. We had this wake-up moment. And you have been an activist painting the flag. And talk about what you did with the pizza the other day. Because when I realized that was you, I was like, talk about this for a second. You know, art comes in all forms. People, you know, it's not just a painting on the wall. This is performance.

It's performance art, and I've done, and again, the movie is based mostly on, you know, my, not just, you know, my patriotic paintings across America. I've done flags, murals, and what I do for the veterans and the cops and everything with my art. But there's, you know, people don't have an outlet, especially now because of their expressions are being so oppressed by this government. If you're a conservative, you know, these poor cops and firemen, they love me because they can't say what they want to say, and I say it for them, or I do it for them. Same thing with school teachers and, you know, people with jobs. Because all of a sudden, you know, I mean, you could be a school teacher. You could be a teacher and teach a six-year-old kid that he could change his gender. But if a cop says, you know, oh, I like Donald Trump, I lose he loses a job.

So, you know, this whole thing with the pizza, which was an epic one, I used pizza as my art, as my medium instead of paint. Because this city, once again, the regulations, the over-the-top woke regulations, drawing mom and pop businesses in the city that are leaving them droves. You know, putting regulations on brick oven pizza because it's killing the baby seals. So, Mayor Eric Adams, who he's not the worst mayor because DeBlasio is the worst mayor. But Eric Adams goes along with this stuff. And so he actually, I mean, it's staggering. I mean, imagine you think about New York pizza.

It's absurd. That they're so stupid. But listen, de Blasio ate his pizza with a knife and fork. In Staten Island. I mean, it's actually, it's like comedy. Like they couldn't possibly be more offensive and dopey. And so you decide to protest because, again, you do art, but you also do activism and protests against this lunacy.

And so what did you do with pizzas at City Hall? Was it at City Hall or was it the mayor's mansion? I don't know. City Hall. You know, he, again, he threatened this regulation, the shutdown mom and pop brick oven pizzas, or regulate them and put $50 to $100,000 to get new systems in and stuff because it was, again, killing the baby squirrels.

I mean, do we have any idea, like, what the problem with pizza ovens is? Like, why would they... Emissions. It's like, since we don't have any crime in New York, let's focus on a different kind of problem. Pizza ovens. Yeah. So what do I do?

Because the people in my community, the Italian, Staten Island, we live on pizza. You know, it's pizza. And everybody's in an uproar. What do we do? Scott, do we rally? Do we fight? So just let me go do my thing. And I bought a couple of pizzas, and I went there, and I just, you know, in Boston, they had the Boston Tea Party.

And, you know, I had the New York pizza party. And I just started hurling pizzas over the gates of the city hall. This is a beautiful thing, ladies and gentlemen. Do you understand what we're talking about? We're talking about a maniac. That's my highest compliment, by the way, if you're a maniac. I'll take it. Absolutely fantastic.

Now, I want to talk about your art. you paint American flags. People who see the film, The Relentless Patriot, they're going to see your story. But what got you into just painting American flags? You know, going back to the 90s when this, you know, hatred, you know, I remember walking into a gallery, and you had to wipe your feet on an actual American flag

to walk into the gallery. You're kidding. Yeah, no, I'm not kidding. See, when I hear this, my blood boils. Your blood boils. You know, as an artist and a patriot, I was like, and I said, no way. And it was like, there's my,

calling. There it is. Artists wait their lifetime for a calling. And I didn't know my calling, and it punched me so hard in the stomach, and I said, this is it. I'm going to bring this flag back to life through the unusual suspect, the artist. This is, it's unbelievable.

It is about a guy from Staten Island named Scott Labato. Holy cow, here he is. Scott, you know, the idea that Josh Masiello made this film about you to tell the story.

How did that, I mean, excuse me, I want to say to people in case you're just tuning in, June 14th is Flag Day. Okay? It also happens to be Donald Trump's birthday. Flag Day, I've celebrated Flag Day my whole life because when I was in fifth grade, my teacher took us out to the flag. My trumpet teacher, he played taps. And it was this moment of like loving America and appreciating Flag Day.

And it changed my, it's in my book, if you can keep it. By the way, I recommend my books if you can keep it. It's, you know, it's my understanding. of how I came to love this country. But I'll never forget discovering Flag Day. And most Americans aren't aware of Flag Day. And so on Flag Day this year, June 14th, your film, The Relentless Patriot, is coming out. And after spending three hours with me in my studio, I had him laughing, I had him crying, I had him pissed off. And he said, no, this is movie. I'm making a movie about you. This has to be told at this time in history. And we worked so hard six years. He worked hard putting together the footage, going out, filming me, and we're doing more stuff.

And we were just going to sell CDs on the street or just try to get it on streaming. And then this guy, Frank Torture, these are creative conservatives now. And we're going to get to that point. Okay. And he introduced us to Josh Machielo of Global Ascension Studios

who saw the most of the most people. movie, the trailer, and he said, we're in. I've been needing, he said, I have been needing an excuse to get the hell away from Hollywood and come out as the first conservative American valued movie studio. So to have all of these creative conservatives now come aligned to back up the biggest creative conservative, Scott Labato, the Relatless Patriot, it all fell together. And we didn't think we would get it in movies. How do you get a documentary in movies? It's going to be in theaters across the country. And let me, let me, let me just explain this. The 13th is important because we know, you know, how it is in the industry. And the powers that be do not want this movie staying in

the theaters for obvious reasons, okay, because it's not the woke, you know, typical movies that nobody goes to see anymore. So this movie is to be seen on the 13th because that is going to prove it. People go buy tickets to the 13th. Even if you can't make it, buy it for somebody else. Because do you understand, that's going to prove to them that this movie is going to be in the theaters and it'll stay in the theaters? Okay, folks, are you listening? June 13th, that's coming up. The rappers, you know, musicians, they're coming out. We don't, I don't want the art world to be conservative. I just want our fair share for those people who are conservative because these art work were open-minded, intolerant, except if you're a Republican NASCAR fan from Staten Island who doesn't pronounce your Oz properly, you can't be an artist. Well, that's bull. They're out there. And this is going to bring, this movie is going to bring artists, not only back artists that are physical artists, but directors, movies. Oh, listen.

Look, it's happening. We all know that Hollywood has gone insane to the point. And look, we've seen it on the left in the Democratic Party. They can't help themselves. They're in a death spiral of woke lunacy. They can't get out of it. In other words, they can't stop themselves from doing stupid, self-destructive things. And if you were really, really smart, you would just pull back a little bit.

But they can't help themselves. They got, you know, pride month. It's so offensive at this point to your average American that you're thinking, you know, I was kind of like live and let live. But whatever's going on right now, it just like revolts. It disgust me. What is this? They have gone insane.

That's just one way they've gone insane. But what we're talking about, Hollywood, the arts, they can't help themselves. And so we're going to go to a break. I'm showing you people, you know, in a very weird way with my artwork, activism, getting arrested. Look at Scott getting arrested again. He's silly. No, I'm telling you something here without verbalizing it. You know, eloquently.

I'm using, you know, primitive tools to tell you, and here we are. We are, everyone's late to the game, but they're at the game right now. And I am not here to make friends, and I give tough love. I am actually happy that we are in this moment in our history. We went through World War I, World War I, World War II, the Bay of Pigs, you know, Cuban Missile Crisis, COVID. We had our tests. This, I am telling you, this is the last and final test in this country. I'm telling you, it's 11.30 and 12 o'clock, that clock hits 12 o'clock. We lose every

thing we ever had. Or we have not. We get it back. We have not compared notes. And you are saying exactly what I say every opportunity. I go around the country saying it. I say it on this program. Folks, it's true. And if you are not a part of the solution, let me break it to you. You're part of the problem. If you are not part of fixing this and fighting against this lunacy that we're seeing, this tyranny, that we're seeing, you are part of the problem. I want to be real clear. God is a judge. And, you know, God is gracious.

But it's very important that we be part of the solution. And there are a lot of people that are like, you know what, I don't care. I'm just going to take a pass. I don't want to be like, you know, Scott or Eric or what I, you know, I'm just kind of I'm a peaceful person. You could be part of the problem. And I want to be real clear that, you know, it's the good news, as you know, is that the horror of where we are now, there are people finally waking up. Yeah, and people don't have to

throw pizza or do what I do paint giant flags or do what you do. It's very simple. Everybody has a calling here in this. And if you know that we're in a problem, all you have to do is use your voice. Amendment 1 is the sexiest beast we have. We don't need Amendment 2 yet. Amendment 1, folks, that's called Freedom of Speech. Did you get it? Use it. You go to that school's face. You own that eff in school and you say, excuse me, you're not teaching my kid that. You use your voice. And this movie teaches people to do that, to wake up at this last minute. This is it. Five months from now, it's all over or we go back to the way we're supposed to be. I'm confident. I'm confident. And what I always say is like, we have to win this election, but that's really the starting line.

In other words, we have been mostly had our eye off the ball for so long that we got a lot of work to do to bring this country back to where it needs to be. So step one, we have to win this election. We have to avert the nightmare of another Biden, quote-unquote, presidency. Yes, and, you know, I've always blamed the radical left. Look, this is America. We're always up and down. In the 70s, we were liberal.

And then in the 80s, we were a little more conservative. But we're always up and down, and we always meet somewhere in the middle. But a couple of decades ago, the radical left took it to the moon, way outside the outside. atmosphere, took it to the moon. But I stopped blaming them. I blame us. That's right. Because we were complacent. We suck up this

milk and honey as we should that was given to us by these men and women who make that sacrifice. But you suck up that. You're going to grocery store and there's 18 different variations at churri-y-olds and you're not knowing that it's coming to get, it's going to be taken away from you. Not from without.

Not from the end of me without. You're next-door neighbor. So people are now finally seeing that. Sadly, it took this long, but they're here, and I'm confident that everybody's going to get involved. And what's interesting to me, too, is that working class men and women of every color are really the ones who are waking up. Because we've had, you know, this season where a lot of people are like, oh, you know, I'm a firefighter and we got the union and, you know, I vote Democrat. That day is done. Like we are now in a new day where we realize the Democratic Party.

which has taken the votes of, you know, union people, working class people, minorities, whatever, for granted forever, has basically destroyed the world that they live in. Finally now, working class people are waking up on a level that, I mean, this has to scare the Democrats at this point. What is that? That rally in the South Bronx recently. Oh, my gosh. That says it right there. It's not just the middle class. It's the lower class who are finally, whether it's the illegal alien.

taking their stuff. Yep. You look, the liberal media could not zoom in at that Bronx rally and get, they were looking for that bus slaughter of white rednecks that came up with MAGA hats. They could not. Every shot was colorful. And as an artist, I see color. And there was every single color in every single corner of that Bronx rally.

That says it all. It's happening. I mean, if you live in New York and you're living in some minority community, and you see illegal immigrants, coming out of nowhere into your community being put up in hotels, given a grocery, you think, what in the world? If this money existed, why weren't they helping me? What in the world could be happening?

So, again, things have to get this bad. This is what I was talking about, the left being in the death spiral, because you would think that they would have the wisdom not to do that because the optics are so bad, that you're losing the people whose votes you always could count on. Yeah, it's kind of surreal. You know, it's, it's, I get called a racist. They get called everything, and I'm fine because I know who I am. Because I call out the black community.

Again, tough love. For how long, 70 years you're voting for the same woke white liberals. Malcolm X said it the best. What was it? 73, his speech or 63? The white liberal is the fox, not the wolf. He's the fox. He is not your friend.

He's the fox in the hen house. It's 70 years you're in the same, you know, not all, I mean, just in these pockets. It had to get this bad for people to wake up.
