Starting point is 00:00:00 Yes we did, just we back at it again. It's the fighter in the kid. It's the fighter in the kid. It's the fighter in the kid. It's the fighter in the kid. It's the fighter in the kid. This is really the fighter in the kid. Come on man.
Starting point is 00:00:14 I'm 56 and I'm still dressing like I skateboard and I gotta make some changes. I might start showing up. I'm not gonna say something like that. You're never gonna change. You're never gonna change. I was gonna say, I might start showing up in I'm not gonna say this because I'm on. You're never gonna change. I was gonna say, I might start showing up in just cool suits.
Starting point is 00:00:29 You're not, not gonna do it though, I might. Like you're gonna do it. No. You've always thought about changing your outfits. You never, it's just, today's a change, right? You're not wearing black, some bullshit green. Today's a change, right?
Starting point is 00:00:39 Yeah. Green black, right? That's it. Yeah. Although I would say, it's Wednesday, I'm feeling a little frisky. I'm gonna go maroon Right, yeah, that's right. That's what I did. I was like maroon. It's going down feeling I'm feeling dangerous Yeah, put on a maroon sweatshirt. Yeah, it's like man
Starting point is 00:00:58 You know it was raining out did you wake up to the rain? Oh, yeah, man Did you wake up to the rain? Oh yeah, rain hard. Rain on me, rain on me! Who sings that? That would be the who. The who was a great band. Yeah, I don't mind. My ex loved the rain.
Starting point is 00:01:18 She would be like, oh, it's a thunder shower. I like it. It's cozy. Night's cozy at night. I like it fall asleep better in the rain. I like it for multiple days. No. No. But the good news guys is our,
Starting point is 00:01:34 and I want to take about 20 minutes to talk about this, our aquafires are full here in Los Angeles. We don't have the infrastructure that supports the rain to stop the rain. Yeah, apparently all the, we didn't think about that. Right, apparently like the snow melt that comes down, we don't capture that.
Starting point is 00:01:48 Yeah, we, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, are you coming at? I don't think so. I don't know about the cramps. I just know we don't have the infrastructure to support all the rain. Yeah. But also is raining so much it helps out
Starting point is 00:01:58 with all the like the fires around here. Yeah. That's gonna help out. You know what they tell you? It's gonna help out. Yeah. I did Adam Crowley yesterday and I, yeah. And as we're going, you know, he's gonna help out. No matter what they tell you, it's gonna help out. Yeah. I did Adam Crowley yesterday, and as we're going, you know, he's just lightin' California up. I'm lightin' new some up, and we go on break out.
Starting point is 00:02:11 Hey, are we the two grumpy old men now? Yes. Oh, I've been like this. Welcome, welcome, welcome. Yeah. He was, I'm just angry all the time. Yeah, I think about that. I know, is that LA thing?
Starting point is 00:02:21 Yes, absolutely. And we need to get out of here. Yeah. So on the show, I'm like, where are we gonna go? And some guy, you know, they take live calls and some guys like I'm convinced you guys to move to Arkansas I was like hard sell and then I'm so funny goes I'm down I two questions Do you have a pf. Chains you have a top golf and I go too far start laughing I go to that you're a requirement is yes, cuz I love pf PF Changs. They have a top golf, I don't even golf. You have the infrastructure we can support a guy like me.
Starting point is 00:02:49 Is that, that's Adam? Yeah, so smart. That was a cool one. He was in the industry, I go, it doesn't make sense. That's actually true though, because then you have your cool taco place next door, you have different things. That means they're gonna have something going on
Starting point is 00:03:00 where I can live and sustain them. Well, Dave, David off, and I'm making a fortune in real estate. Yeah. Because he was 28, whatever he was 30. I'm going to probably in his 20s. And he, his father passed away. They owned a junkyard. He got a little money, not a lot. But down on the Lower East Side, I thought about places in a brown spill. He's got those places. But I'm talking about back. down on the Lower East Side. I thought about places in Brownsville.
Starting point is 00:03:27 He's got those places, but I'm talking about back, this is when the Lower East Side, no one lived down there, it was dangerous. Yeah, it was the last of them. He saw some gay dudes, he saw some gay artists. That's always good. Gay artists always go to the fringes, right? They go to the Elephant Graveyard, they go out there and they go like it's like Detroit now.
Starting point is 00:03:44 And they make it. That's by a house for $7,000. We can make it really cool, all of a sudden the golf shots show up. So he goes to saw a couple gay guys. Smart. And then I was like, interesting. And then I saw one of the guys open a little muffin shop. And I went, the gay artists are moving in.
Starting point is 00:04:01 They always got the balls, they don't care. And they're dressed cool. You're going to make that cool. That's what I be kidding. I'm getting the same electric Avenue stuff. It's like I'm buying any box of building. It's smart. That's what started. Yeah. It's rich. Shit. Yep. I was telling him I'm like, where are we going to go? So I was like, there's Texas. I was like, you go out, go man. Because he's like me. He's like, you go out. Go. You know that. Well, Adam was like, what's tough because like, he's like, you go out, go man. Because he's like me, he's like, if you go out, go, you know that. Well Adam was like, what's tough? Because like, he's like, like both of us,
Starting point is 00:04:26 we have our networks here, we have our production, all that stuff. And I was like, yeah, you know what I'm saying? He's like, I'll figure that out. He's like, you can figure that out. I can figure it out, it's such a pain in my mind while I'm at the house. I can figure all that out.
Starting point is 00:04:38 If it made sense, dude. He's like, well, make sense, right? As we're going through everything, like, oh, don't say it because if you do it, I'm gonna have I'm gonna do it. I'm looking. I was talking to Rogan this morning. I go, I cannot listen to another podcast of you and anyone you've had at the club, the mother ship, and how fun it is.
Starting point is 00:04:59 I know. It makes me want to jump off a branch because you want to go there and hang out like we used to. Yeah. So you never, nobody really fucking, that was our light, that was our nightlife. That would, that was our nightlife in the parking lot of the comedy store. Gone. Let's go on.
Starting point is 00:05:15 Yeah. And, and, and it's, it's reviving in, in Austin. Well, and then, now you know, Red Band open a club, probably, I don't know, a block down from Rogan. I'll do his club. So in, of course know Red Band open a club probably, I don't know, a block down from Rogan. So in, of course, you'll do his club. So Red Band's an investor, I don't know, but he's a big investor in it. I think it's called Sunset Austin. So that's open up. So listen, so you have the mother ship, right, which is the big boy. You have Red Band's club, who's going to get the runoff of the mothership, which is sold out, so it's a great place.
Starting point is 00:05:45 CapCities told me that because Rogan opened up, their open mics are sold out, because people just don't know how to comedy. So even their open mics on like Sunday's Mondays are sold out, so CapCity, yeah, Mark's great, who owns Helium's. So, but CapCity, think about it, is away from Sixth Street. It's in a different area, but just in that area in Rogan's area You have a Vulcan gas company. You have the mothership. You have sunset Austin and they have a sunset strip Austin and then you also have a Creek in the cave you have four spots on one street damn boom into damn Yeah, I just feel like now I'm thinking.
Starting point is 00:06:35 Tell me. Thinking. Yeah. It's brilliant. I've read band to do that. It's brilliant. Cause the thing about Rogan's Club, it's like 300 and maybe 100. So it's 400 every night. And it's packed. Can't get in there. So you might, well, and then those comics do in Rogan's Club, well, they can walk over the street and do right-backed Club. So you can have, you know what I'm saying? It'd be like if the improv in the comedy store, which they're super close, one's off Melrose, one's off Sunset, close, like mile and a half away or whatever,
Starting point is 00:06:59 but you're not gonna walk there. Imagine if the improv and the comedy store were literally four minutes away from each other. You do a spot there jump over there jump over there. It's brilliant. Bring the fight of the kid out there. Oh Brian, you're tempting me dude. I'm just saying. I know. I mean, I just feel. I have to give up. I can do everything I'd have to give up goal now Chris is never leaving Eric's never leaving Yeah, so I'll have to give up goal now or what you I'm already overworked, but Here's how I feel so be fine kid and then think boy just work out. Yeah, here's how I feel about
Starting point is 00:07:37 California I think and then maybe I'm wrong easy, but I think that easy now that that the politicians in California have made business very difficult. You've got the mansion tax, you've got, you know, high state taxes, you've got everything. You can't property taxes are, I mean, property values are crazy. And California has been skating by because Silicon Valley, the tax windfall from Silicon Valley. Remember, 1%, the 1%, pay all the taxes.
Starting point is 00:08:09 Pay 50% of the taxes. More than that. Well, it's more than that. The .01%, hold on, look that up. But I think it's actually, I think the top 2% pays to 80%. Yes. Okay, so something crazy.
Starting point is 00:08:21 Yes, the wealthy, quote unquote, people who pay the majority of taxes. You know, people at small business owners, people at start businesses and all that, that's who's, you know, whenever people like you and I, but they're leaving. All the way there. So they're all leaving.
Starting point is 00:08:33 And Silicon Valley has been basically with this DEI ESG, this all this sort of like equity movement. New code is not being done, bring your whole self to the workplace it's just crazy so it seems that there isn't the incentive for outlaws remember remember everything that you think about silicon valley podcasting anything you like it was all started by outlaws it was all started by boys networks shan shall be i'm not shan shall be i'm a mma joby cars i was off venez by outlaws. It was all started by boys networks. Sean Shelby. I mean, it's not Sean Shelby.
Starting point is 00:09:05 MMA. MMA. Shelby cars was off Venice. MMA. The Wild West. Well, Tim, I call for you. You see the Wild West. I know. But all of that stuff, even science, what's it say?
Starting point is 00:09:16 Gapod science. Science, science, even science, the great physicists. Gapod science. The people at Gapod science, because that's porn, everything for real. Like all this technology was started by outlaws. Yeah, but also small networks of dudes. But the thing about just entertainment alone,
Starting point is 00:09:30 entertainment has left LA. I know. In Atlanta, Vancouver, Canada, shooting in Texas. Why, you know why? The Texas. It's way cheaper, because they're taxing more. So now, just shoot here. So now with California, there's not gonna be the same tax windfall.
Starting point is 00:09:47 So watch what happens to the infrastructure. So what do we do, what do we do, we go to becas. Dejaxis? We go to becas. Or do we mix it up and go to like Montana, Arkansas, South Carolina? No, we don't. We go to becas because the hub of comedy and people there, I'm liking how you're talking we buy property in those places in Russia economy's boom it we do a one month a year Feitering kid in Russia. Hey guys, what's going on enjoy your vodka? Yeah, I don't know
Starting point is 00:10:16 I see it. I don't know what the movie's I'm I think it's worth thinking about I really do I'm not kidding. Be easier for you, because you could do crowd or still, just be a short flight for you now to Dallas. Yep. Let's take a little break. Let's take a break, B. I'm at the ice house Saturday night.

Let's get back to the program. You're filthy animals. Yeah, I just live between people's well, you guys stay in Austin because you're worried that people think you're gay and do hate crimes on you if you're in Texas. I am gay so. I know I'm just unmoored by it in Texas. They're gonna beat you up. Well I'm not gonna be banging. I mean Sam Tripoli sent me just a video of two Jack Black guys sprinting.
Starting point is 00:12:56 He goes, here you can jerk off to this later. I'm like, damn it Sam. I'm only gonna watch this 10 times. I'm surprised Sam. I'm still here. Well, yeah, you know? Yep He was talking about moving to was he really I love Sam. No, absolutely a door Sam. I can't believe Eddie still here
Starting point is 00:13:15 He has all schools. Yeah, he's got his schools. Yeah, I thought for sure he'd be the first one I said I was talking to Rogan yesterday and I said are you? Do you miss L.A.? I don't not miss LA at all? Not a little bit, not even zero. He also don't have to A, zero, B, the money, save tax wise. See, he's so busy with open that new club. He doesn't have time to think about it. He also, also he's rare. Yeah, he could be in India.
Starting point is 00:13:40 Well, no, it's great out here. So when you're Joe, everything's free and everyone knows you. And he also doesn't, well, it's great out so when your Joe everything's free and everyone knows you and he's also doesn't like You don't know you know cost of things Maybe like how much I carry I don't know I said that to him. I said what you went to his wife for two weeks What it you guys? I don't know is that you know how much cost because I don't know I'm gonna be cool Yeah, I'm not listening to Rogan and Thompson girl on how how great Austin is. That's not going to be our life. I mean, right. Right. Yeah, and they could be in Ukraine right now. I'm like, are there bombs like I'm seeing any right?
Starting point is 00:14:11 Flying you fight you fly commercially. Yeah. Yeah. I don't have anybody who doesn't fly commercially. I'm not going to. Yeah, I'm not going to take your word on. I'm not going to ask P Diddy how great New York is. That's not the selling point for me. Right. Correct. Correct. But I do like that Texas is, you know, it's got a lot of stuff going for it. How do you feel about it?
Starting point is 00:14:35 Texas super liberal though, Bubba. Don't get it to us. It texts more liberal in here. Look, I don't, I like liberal as long as it's about individual rights. My problem with, my problem with liberal is when I hear liberal now, what do I think about? I think about this gender stuff. I think about keeping my children out of school for two years.
Starting point is 00:14:59 I'll never forgive them for that. It pushed me over. You understand? So the issue with being conservative that abortion thing is the tricky thing for me That's the that's the only area. I don't know anybody who fucks with that abortion law But but I'm saying that there are a lot of people but for me it's like overall though overall the Idea behind putting the individual Yeah, it's paramount. That's what I care about
Starting point is 00:15:23 And I don't I just think they're a really bad Marxist ideas and I come out of it. Both sides do it like the right right now with transgender, transphobia, right, you have that mass shooters transgender. So like, look at what you're doing, they're all mentally ill. No, that's not all of them. Yeah, I don't like that. If you're right, just because you're on the right, you're not far right, you're not storming the capital.
Starting point is 00:15:44 So everyone picks the most extreme example, well whoever it is, cops, all cops are bad. No, no, no, you cops are bad. Well Americans have to do that. When you say all cops are bad, that's no different. They say in all transgender mass shooters. No, there's a few outliers who are bat-shake crazy. There's a few cops who are bad people.
Starting point is 00:16:02 The majority of them are great. The majority of transgender people are awesome. Leave them alone. Let them do the thing. And there are a few like this is dude. I blew up the fucking school. Who's a terrible human being. Yes.
Starting point is 00:16:14 I have no problem. I've always said with adults who want to be into transgender. When you start talking about gender affirming care for children, you can go fuck yourself. What you're talking about is you say gender affirming care. It sounds so gentle. It's why I was so pissed at John Stewart for this. It's like, hey, dude, you're talking about the mutilation of kids. You're talking about pure monster. You do John Stewart's, huh? And you don't know. Don't tell me psychologists and doctors and parents understand this new, this thing that's 15 minutes old That you don't know what your child your child's brain is going through a phase
Starting point is 00:16:49 Your child sees this stuff on social media Don't tell me that your child knows What would be the gender it when are people gonna alert like this would be this is what they do so with with anything This is what both sides do it really this what the the left is. So they'll go, oh, you don't support transgender engage like, no, I don't care. Do what they want. Like, okay, cool. They think you push back there. Oh, you don't support transgender's can be in sports like, I can't have an issue with it. Like, alright, it's still not too bad. Oh, you don't support transgender to work in front of your kids and teaching them about transgender when they're in third grade your kids and teaching them about transgender
Starting point is 00:17:25 when they're in third grade, like, whoa. That's not good, and they go, oh, you're transphobic. Yeah. We gotcha. How about it, how about it? That's where the lines are, like, no, no, I said, I was cool. How about Scott?
Starting point is 00:17:35 Scott was the best, and now here in the United States, you got a guy who raped two children, two children. They got him on the phone saying, he's in California, his name is Hannah Tubbs now, his name is Hannah Tubbs. Great name. He's got a beard, he goes, yeah, I'm, I'm, I'm,
Starting point is 00:17:54 you gotta refer to me as a female dad because they don't put trannies, they don't, he calls himself a tranny, he goes, they don't put trannies out, I wanna get in the female jail. Okay? Now in California, you can go and be in a female jail and then hold on. In Scotland, the guy raped two women, okay?
Starting point is 00:18:14 When he was a man, he's in jail. He goes, I'm transitioning. I wanna be transferred to the female jail. So now you got a rapist, now they're looking at it. Now they're like, oh, because the guys like, I'm a female, remember in Scotland, you don't have to do anything. You can just say I identify it. You can have you can feel that way. There is that that's come back. Sweet haircut. So that guy now is saying, I'm a woman and they've caught him on camera.
Starting point is 00:18:40 And yet that's how he feels. So we have to refer to her. It's just get it. Get the fuck out of here. It's just getting too crazy. It is crazy. And I think a lot of trans people who are genuinely trans don't want to identify with this stuff. A lot of people are genuinely trans are going, I don't, this, you guys are hijacking and making us look all the crazy.
Starting point is 00:19:00 Like, it's, I don't want to do that. I just felt like a woman. So I want to do this or whatever. I got you, man. I'll protect you. That is the exception. He's not. I don't want anybody, but you don't start telling me that like you're this 10 year old girl because the psychologist because a psychologist has assessed that this child whose brain is continuing to develop. Yeah, we're coming in hot, dude. All right, we're coming in too hot. Let's change. Let's change. Let's change subject. There's not what people tune in for.
Starting point is 00:19:26 No, shut your mouth. But words are sounding like old men. They say as you get older, your brain starts getting smaller and crumpleier and you get grouchy. When you're like 80. Dude, that's why I take my fish. Well, I told, I told Kerala too. I said, we're talking about cars.
Starting point is 00:19:41 You know, he's a, me and him are both huge Porsche guys. I said, Adam, before we keep talking about cars, if you tell me you're in him or both huge Porsche guys. I said, Adam, before he's keep talking about cars, if you tell me you're in the Teslas, I'm gonna drive my car off the PCH. I said, my three North Star's when it comes to being gear heads, Joe Rogan, full blown Tesla again now. Jay Leno, I see him all the time, talk to him all the time. He's driving his Tesla Plaid now.
Starting point is 00:19:59 He is? Yeah, it's so disappointing. I said, Adam, if I see you in a Tesla, dude, I'm gonna drive my GT2 off the PCH. You're all about and he goes no, no, no, no, he's they're facile Doesn't matter rollercoasters are fast. I'd rather be in a rollercoaster my car, dude I said I said I can cook you a steak in the microwave right put on the grill. Yeah, the proper way That's what you have that cream Porsche you have yeah sweet. Yeah. What's going on with your other cars? You don't drive them.
Starting point is 00:20:26 You just Porsche, I've been in it. You go through phases. No, that that that that porches my daily. I drive that every day. Yeah. And the other ones I still drive the other ones. But the other ones are convertible. And if it's raining out there at night, man.
Starting point is 00:20:36 So in the rain the Porsche is great. Okay, so you keep the other stuff in the garage. Yeah, but I told Adam I said, if I find out you're doing Teslas, do I'm gonna freak the fuck out? He was no, no no never never never never Well the thing about a Tesla is it's just easier It's just too easy. Yes, we're bitches too fast too safe too easy bitches. Don't say that. I mean you drive one cuz you know
Starting point is 00:20:58 My man your bitch. No, I'm a man. Yeah, you suck me. What if I see a Tesla you suck in me No, I don't want to suck if I someone on the highway and Tesla is room man. Yeah, you suck me. What? If I see a Tesla, you suck in me. No, I don't want a Suck. If I saw one on the highway and test every moment, I went, oh, you suck? No. I suck it. Me. You suck?
Starting point is 00:21:12 Yeah. Sure. All right, pull over. And then they think it's your dick and they just pull you. Die, girl, they're a matter of. You suck. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:21:20 Don't ever tell you what I was excited about. I was sad I already, what I was inside of your baby? I was out of your baby, I was 13 years old. And I told you the story. I saw a guy's ass, I saw a guy lift the trunk of a car, and a guy had his ass sticking out of the trunk. Yeah, there he was, he was banging him. Yeah, what about it?
Starting point is 00:21:40 Just wanna put that image in your head. Because I remember seeing his ass. I don't see how it I remember seeing his ass. Nothing I don't see up his ass. I remember seeing his ass and his red, his red balloon knot getting. And then I saw the guy pull his, pull his row, Bob. And my friend Michael said, let's get out of here. Let's get out of here. Yeah. Yeah. Michael's night game, right? And I know let's stay here and watch this. No, I remember looking at it going, that's not attractive to me This is crazy man. Let me watch. Well, we had a guy who was peeing and then he turned and walked towards with his dick out.
Starting point is 00:22:07 It was kind of half hard. Yeah. So what are you guys doing? He said in English, he was saying, I'm going to be a little bit more honest. I'm going to be a little bit more honest. I'm going to be a little bit more honest. I'm going to be a little bit more honest.
Starting point is 00:22:19 I'm going to be a little bit more honest. I'm going to be a little bit more honest. I'm going to be a little bit more honest. I'm going to be a little bit more honest. I'm going to be a little bit honest. I'm going to be a little bit honest. I'm going to be a little bit honest. I'm going to be a little bit honest. I'm going to be a little bit honest. I'm going to be a little bit honest. We had a guy who was peeing and then he turned and walked towards with his dick out. It was kind of half hard. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:27 He said, what are you guys doing? He said in English, he was Arabic. And we ran away. He was trying to piss on you. I was like, I don't want to live here anymore. I don't want to live here. He was trying to piss on you. No, he was trying to, he was moving towards us with a half-final.
Starting point is 00:22:41 Oh, he wanted you to put that mouth on it. Yeah. That's like the rule. Well, that'll get you out of place. San Francisco, you can walk around naked. Yeah, I remember you to put that on. Malph on it. Yeah, that's like the rule. Well, that'll get you out of place. San Francisco, you can walk around naked. Yeah, I really saw it one day. It's hard. Yeah, we saw it one day with that.
Starting point is 00:22:50 No hard on this. Cochrane off. That's, isn't that funny? Oh, that's the delineation. San Francisco, guys, guys, you don't have to wear clothes. I mean, so let's just, nudity is fine. Around children, it's good. If you want to wear a Cochrane, seeing that, that's fine too.
Starting point is 00:23:05 We see that, yeah. You can wear a cock ring. You can't be hard. It's just where we draw the line. It is the way to do there. I think we have to arrest them, right? I mean, or what happens if they lose their heart on? Then we probably give them a warning.
Starting point is 00:23:19 Then we let them lose. Then we let them lose. These are the conversations that place has. That are politicians are having. That's right. So can they work, hockering? Yes. Well, they, do you think they're gonna hire?
Starting point is 00:23:29 All in favor of the cockering? Well, I mean, yeah, I think that's decoration, right? And it's just clothing so you can't delineate. Good. So it's like I have that on Instagram where Tarrick and I are talking and a guy walks by terrible body. We remember when we first started touring together, we were like, hey, I'm just riding on a street and I'm like,
Starting point is 00:23:45 what the fuck, you like, are you having a scene? I'm like, no. I was naked. Not a good body. I mean, you should have business men. Not a good, you can't see the. You can't see the. Yeah, and you said something like,
Starting point is 00:23:53 I sound fit. Yeah, maybe I did. I said sweet dick, so I'm like that. Yeah, it's not big. Nothing was all bunched up. They were older guys. They were made in their 60s. And it wasn't warm out.
Starting point is 00:24:03 Everyone else is like trying to get to their office job and suits and then you see this, just this melted cheese with a cockering walking down. It's so weird man, think about that. Like what the fuck are you doing? Yes, we crazy, yeah. No, they're just, there's that under tapestry in San Francisco.
Starting point is 00:24:23 There's an under tapestry where that's that hardcore ramrod shit. Okay, that's that hardcore ramrod shit. You divvier yourself off, you walk into one of them bars and you with them pecs and them shoulders, you're daddy and that's hard. Daddy, yeah. I'll taste it right there.
Starting point is 00:24:42 You're all man, you're daddy bear. You walk in there. Smash it. Wow. I'm hot, yeah. Daddy bear. You're all man, you're daddy bear. You walk in there. Smash it. Wow. I'm like lady Gaga in that bitch. Wow, let's do it. We should have, we should get a GoPro attached to your chest. You walk into something like that.
Starting point is 00:24:54 You're chumming the waters. Oh, the white swallowers. You need some sweet, sweet sharks swimming around. Looking to chum the waters. Can you taste this big sweet sea? Yup. That'd be fun. Put a GoPro on. You might be micro dosing or something Lookin' to jump the waters, can taste this big sweet sea. Yep. That'd be fun, put a GoPro on. And you might be micro-dosing or something
Starting point is 00:25:08 and you're like, you know what? Whoops, it's fun to find a Brian, but whoops. Fall into this. Yeah, that's not a good thing. No, I don't wanna be that, I don't wanna jump the waters in the gay district, dude. We know how it's gonna go. You know how it's gonna go, brother.
Starting point is 00:25:22 Yeah, brother. Hey, brother, you better think twice before you walk down that street. Oh, dude, how about I'm taking my kid there on spring break. I'm taking him to SeaWorld on Friday. And I was like, there's nothing to do there. They got rid of the fucking whales. They didn't get rid of them.
Starting point is 00:25:37 Cause you know, the documentary black fish fucked them. So they made it legal to in captivity to have killer whales. But because the killer whales were born in the SeaWorld District, they can't just throw them in the ocean, they can get fucking burnt. So they got to still take care of them. But they so now they still have them. So we're still going to see these fucking savages, but the Ted Bundy's of the sea. But they don't do shows anymore. They're just like in the tank. They can't force, because they killed trainers, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:09 They are the wolves of the sea. You know, 60 killer whales have died at Sea World? 60? 60 over the years. I'm never... I like two trainers. This is where... This is where...
Starting point is 00:26:22 Fuck, I was trying to think, I saw something, I saw something where I was like, we've come a long way, like I make fun of woke, I make fun of the left. There's a lot, the left has a lot to, we've come a long way, right? Like the one thing I was about saying about, I'll think of an insect. You're jumping your chest, man.
Starting point is 00:26:42 It's like, like the left tends to look at what's fair and what's cruel, right? And, you know, give me an example. Well, black fish is a good example, right? That's not the left. Well, compassion for animals, compassion for animals. That was the, even the right was like, yeah, we can't kill killer whales.
Starting point is 00:27:02 It's redid, that document. Nobody left, right? What's that doc who was like, you know, let's see the memory. kill killer whales. That document nobody left right. Why is that doc? It was like, you know, let's see the memory. Remember, remember, Ace Ventura, when they find out that Cording Cox used to be a man and everybody starts throwing up. Yeah, great thing.
Starting point is 00:27:17 Yeah, but you can imagine if you were transgender, what that would make you feel like, right? So it's like, don't go to comedy movie. I'm just saying that nowadays we go, ooh, you know, well, it used to be, so they're getting better examples. You got it, you better. It used to be so acceptable to make fun of gay people.
Starting point is 00:27:35 Just like acceptable across the board to just the F word, all of it. I mean, I'm old enough to remember. Well, you should be old enough to know that it's still going on. Go on, go on YouTube. Way less is what I'm talking about. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:27:47 Of course YouTube comments, no. Or if you're on Twitch, it's not been saying that the younger generation is still wrong. But as a kid, you don't have to deal with that overt homophobia, right? The overt ostracization, you know, in school, it's a huge difference.
Starting point is 00:27:59 Yeah. And it used to be completely different. No, everywhere, you'd get the shit being out of you back in the day. Yeah. Just for being gay, right? If you had, now you'd be publicly ostracized in any school. It's like, whoa, you know, these things happen fairly quickly.
Starting point is 00:28:13 So I'm, it's, but I'm trying to think of something I saw where I looked away. I looked at my, that's a good example. Gay rights is a huge example. No, it's not all right. It's gotten better. No, no, no, excuse me. It's gotten, it's night and day, dude.
Starting point is 00:28:27 But that wasn't, but in school, it still happens. Like, there's a reason. Very, very though. There's a reason, no, there's a reason kids don't come out of the closet. They still don't feel safe. Which, is it right? But it's still better.
Starting point is 00:28:37 It's so much better. It's definitely better. But, but like, there's a reason why NBA players, NFL players, UFC guys, like, that kid who came out, not out not on his own yeah you know the abuse he's getting online destroyed of course absolutely destroyed yeah well that's what we still have a way to go that's where you see it is like should tell you to get all kinds of racist comments yeah which I was like damn I know crazy racist but that's where people get there behind their keyboard right they get to be their bad side comes out. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:05 Even if they don't even believe it, some people want to just be cruel. You know, but how about this? We've made a lot of progress worldwide. Now, how do they know that? When you, this is Stephen Picker, when you Google. So you can see who Google's racist jokes. You can look at the metadata. Mm-hmm. It can look at the metadata.
Starting point is 00:29:27 From 15 years ago, literally down like 90%. You know that's Google. I miss you. Duck duck go and those other. The N word, another word, what used, you can look at the data. Use literally so far. No, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:29:42 Listen, the first of all, Google's a huge metric. Huge metric. Huge, it's a search engine. Worldwide. So things like prejudice jokes, things like the N word, all of those things, there are ways to measure these things. What people search for, what words people use and stuff like that, way down, night and day, literally.
Starting point is 00:30:04 I think it's too far. I think it's too far. I think it's definitely down. There's also different ways to go about it. There's ways where it's not gonna show up in that data. I think the idea of people like this, all that shit, there's forms. Now there's the dark web. But that can go those places where you can't find them.
Starting point is 00:30:17 That's more the fear. There's not gonna be data there. But that's more the fear of like this centralized bureaucracy that's gonna take over everything. That's more when it is. Mind control, technology. It's also like minded people where they're, you're not going to get out it. Like maybe some of these people have real jobs, so they're not going to Google and search
Starting point is 00:30:35 for this bullshit. But then I can go to a public forum. What I'm saying is that people- Because they're taking you down now. People get worried when you start attacking institutions. When you start, like if you're, if you don't have sanctity for, you know, the things that we hold as sacred in our country. Just Disney, some of the stories.
Starting point is 00:30:54 And all of a sudden with Disney, you want to have the same sex kind of like kids making out. People go, whoa, hold on, hold on, hold on guys. Can we not make the sex? Yeah, fuck them. You know what I mean? That's where you run into some issues. But for the most part, we are way more tolerant,
Starting point is 00:31:13 mainstream tolerant than we ever have. Yeah, way more acceptance. Yeah. So Gen Z is growing up with a lot less prejudice, certainly at least overt, prejudiced, ostensible, prejudiced in your face prejudice than our generation, my generation for sure. But suicides never been higher?
Starting point is 00:31:27 Well, well now, now that's a whole different thing. How social media working out, suicide amongst trans, gender, and gays has never been higher than right now. And young girls who are in serious trouble, serious mental trouble. So technology has a dark side, everybody. But people also have access to it, too, you know. Huh?
Starting point is 00:31:53 People have access. So bullying, when you're in school, in the 50s, right? So there was like, you would get bullied at school, go home, you'll have to deal with it. Now they can bully it, all sorts of... Well, China has a problem with this now. China has a major problem because they're very collectivist kind of thing. So public shaming is
Starting point is 00:32:09 crazy. They just come after you. You got purple hair. Oh, that's horror. But that's why a lot of those like Kpop and stuff like that commit suicide because they get so much shit online. That's right. When there, there's one recently, right, Janet, commit suicide. I mean, I don't know recently, but I mean, in the last year, the last year, the last year, the last year. Live by the sword, die by the sword, Brendan, as we always say. Live by the sword, die by the sword. Yeah, I don't know how we got to that. Oh, you're thinking the lives made it killer whales, say, yeah, um, no, that's a fact. No, I don't
Starting point is 00:32:41 think it's liberals did that. I once everybody became aware once the information got out everybody across the board went hold the fuck up yeah you've killed sixty killer whales yeah put on shows and then it not just liberal stop buying tickets to see world everyone stop buying tickets yeah so liberal it becomes harder when you see cruelty that we got a kid did you know see a world who's doing that?
Starting point is 00:33:07 I had no clue. No, it's like in Iran, when you see someone get assassinated, who's in the street, who's a woman, and she's just protesting and she gets shot. And you watch her die. What you see it is the same. You go, oh, wait a minute, those people die. Everybody dies exactly the way we do.
Starting point is 00:33:20 But you know people at Disneyland, Disneyland World Diet, all the time, they died. Like there was a guy who committed suicide jumping off the parking structure. You don't hear about that. Disney make sure you, if you look at records, you look not like Disney. If you look at the records, it's all washed. They control everything. Yeah, but hotels have, you know, hotels, the big secret with hotels, my friend used to
Starting point is 00:33:39 manage big hotels, said that suicide's a huge thing. So people die in the rooms all the time Depending on the hotel for sure now you can't Coordinate room off forever. You just got it. There's a whole protocol for fuck. We got somebody who comes that mass shooter at Manley Bay You can't go to that room. Can't have that room. That room is done. Yeah, you can't you can't nothing That's a that's a hallowed ground. Yeah that out of there that's a that's a hallowed ground that out of there. Yeah, man, did well anyway, we got in way to into politics here.
Starting point is 00:34:10 Yeah, point is I'm going to see a world show. I'm not going to see a killer whale show, but you can see some swim around. Kids will freak out. You can feed the sea lions, that's still safe. I'm a runner. I feed the dolphins. They're want to do something with that sea world. And he goes he was like I mean, as long as they they stop if they're as long as they stop endorsing slavery. I'm good. Yeah
Starting point is 00:34:35 Yeah, I mean if you got that slavery if you're gonna keep up well that's smart and there it's slavery Fucked up super fucked up. What do you got, Chin? Oh, real quick with that Rogan thing though. I remember he is also against, you know, zoos having animals trapped them and stuff, but he also realizes that having his kids see wild animals. It's kind of cool. So it's kind of like it's a weird balance.
Starting point is 00:34:59 Well, there's also a way to have like, like you know how you drive through like great adventure. You know what I mean? Like, so so in San Diego, it's hard though, you need the land for it, but. You need all the land. Yeah, zoos are educational. They actually make kids like kind of,
Starting point is 00:35:13 zoos are super-especially- Especially if they saved, like, say there's like an animal dying in the wild and, or, you know, about to die and they bring it to the zoo and then, you know, also conservatively, like the white rhinos they take in and then they have babies and they put them out there You know, so it's a tough one. Yeah, especially that kid but Rogan's also against like the the mining for the that ship
Starting point is 00:35:32 That's cobalt cobalt. You know, but then he uses a we all do you need it. Yeah, he's he's an iPhone You don't need it. You like it. You don't need it. I need my phone. That's so proud We all need our phone. No, you know Yeah, I do No, you don't need an iPhone. We could go with that iPhone You can't make cell phones really without cobalt's really hard. They don't work cobalt's really neat Well, no, it's not even a cobalt thing But you know the number one destroyer of cobalt is electric cars
Starting point is 00:36:01 So you drive Tesla you have an iPhone Yeah, so it's like go to to see WorldBitch, shut up. You know, I'm against slavery. Unless it's for my Tesla. That's the same thing the slave owner said. I'm against it. And last I need my crisis. In that funny. That's how I mean, but with, but there's a, there's a, we're all hypocrites. They could do it in Idaho though. There's a, there's a we're all hypercrackers. they could do it in Idaho though. there's a there's a
Starting point is 00:36:25 cobalt farm in Idaho. well they they've just found i think some a big uh reserve in iran in Idaho though. fuck iran fucking forget all that. it's in Idaho be. look that up i don't think this is enough in Idaho. it is really?
Starting point is 00:36:38 yeah. i'll show you're against that. you could do it for north america. now the rest of the world you can kick rocks but if you want to do it in north america you could do it. I'm a scobal. I don't know how much you need not enough putting Yeah Not enough I need more than that but I heard the Rogan podcast deal like there is enough there's enough
Starting point is 00:37:03 Yeah, especially just soft ones here. I don't know guys tough though I need my I need my cobalt. Well, you can but no you can still have cobalt But you just need it from China. What I think you do is you you you have Apple and the companies and Tesla and everybody go you guys You absolutely will get our cobalt from Congo 100% Now I need medical clinics. I need human working conditions. I need all those things. You can bring in employment. No, that's unrealistic. Why? Why would they do that? Why? Because there's money. But why? Well, why would they do it? Because there's money in it. What money
Starting point is 00:37:38 they'll be? They're already making more money than God. No, no, no, no, hold on. They did this in China. So, Apple, Apple, Nike, they've all done this. When you see that people are behaving badly and these cobalt minds are controlled by essentially warlords, you know, different factions, you say, guys, you're not gonna make any money here. You're not gonna make any money here, by the way, China process 80% of the world's cobalt.
Starting point is 00:38:00 So you say you do an international treaty and you say, you've got to have transparency. You've got to have what you'd call humanely sourced cobalt like everything else. It's good for business. Apple does it. You shame these companies. It's like line caught tuna. Same idea. You know all that. There's a way to do that. Shame on companies. What world are you living in? Apple hasn't changed at all. Yes, they have. What do you talk about? In China? Yes. No, not there. Yes, they have. What do you talk about? In China?
Starting point is 00:38:25 Yes, they have. They're factories? Yes. They've increased pay. China, even with like Apple. No, no, no, no. Apple, so what they were doing at the Apple factories was they were waking them up whenever they had an order at all hours of the day.
Starting point is 00:38:39 So they started killing themselves, literally jumping out of wind. 400%. Then they put nets down. Yes. Then that became news. And Apple went, that's not happening. You guys cannot do this. They need breaks. They need this.
Starting point is 00:38:53 They need that. They need this. And that's what happened. Okay. You can absolutely and we do. And there's a lot of laws. Nike still does slavery, but for fact. No, no, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:39:02 Nike's been so much better about it, because Nike got exposed. You use the marketplace. People will not buy if you educate them. That's what you do. So you're saying with the iPhones, you just think people don't know where of it. They were not aware of it. Now they are. And now, yes, yes, it will change 100% will change it I guarantee it already is changing because you cannot you know Once this shit is out people go, uh-oh and I'm telling you right now in boardrooms They're going hey guys. What are we gonna do about this shit? Just like with tobacco just work with all these things. I don't think so be well
Starting point is 00:39:39 It's already happening and it has happened Nike tuna. There are so many examples. You're just off on this You're off on the bridge bring up Nike no because that that was the thing with with Nike and it has happened Nike tuna. There are so many examples, you're just all funness. You're all funness. Bring up Nike, no, because that was the thing with Nike. That's why the NBA players sat out. Because they're like, you're gonna use Nike. I understand, but they're not using child labor like that. You know, a child labor included a shocking photo,
Starting point is 00:39:59 12 year old Pucks, nine boy song, Nike has shrunk the night these claims, suggesting the company has little control over the sub contracted factories. but they got involved in it and they're very and now they're very very uh... very adamant about making sure this doesn't happen that's news to me with not
Starting point is 00:40:16 and i don't like so that's another example when when we get our wood from say indonesia there are so many uh... regulations on whether or not that's old growth, wood or anything. I'm telling you, you wanted to business with the United States, that's what goes on. The marketplace, what's going on?
Starting point is 00:40:34 That's not what goes on, it is. What goes on, you're off. I don't think so. And the cobalt plants. What about the cobalt plants? The difference between the 90s and 90s, Nike sweatshops in the 90s, and now is night and day, is what I'm trying to say.
Starting point is 00:40:46 Night and day. Colbert, is it not today? Here's the thing, night and day doesn't mean it's still not slave labor. It might have gotten better. It's gotten way better. It's still not good. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:40:56 It is better. No, I agree, it's better. It's not good though. It is, so China, so China. Okay, because of this. Bring up Nike, so factories in China, Jim. Yeah, because of this bring up Nike so factories in China Yeah, because this is why they may held out because in China last year in China for example the the standard of living has grown the standard living has grown exponentially and
Starting point is 00:41:20 It's now become actually more expensive to do work in China because of all the stipulations. Okay? Which is why they move to Cambodia, why they move to other countries. But even there, the marketplace goes, hey, what's going on? And with cobalt, I'm telling you right now in five years we'll be having a very different conversation. This article that I saw from Discourse Magazine. Yeah, so here you go. So what happens is Nike calls the government goes, we can't do this.
Starting point is 00:41:50 I'm not saying they don't get around these things, but you have a corporation like Nike, it is bad for business when you read this stuff. And what happens? The NBA does what? They sit out. Well, but that's a thing that was sitting out over Black Lives Matter.
Starting point is 00:42:05 And people are like, wait, you're cool with that. But then Nike, who gets billings at all from the China, Nike, you're cool with that labor. Right. And this is last year. I understand. And you're thinking in a year, it's all good now. I'm saying it's better. It's not better. It's not good. It's way better. Across the world, it used to be awful. And so what I'm trying to say is that if you, if you allow transparency, and you have these big corporations that are American or European, you put pressure on those corporations and say, I'm not going to buy your product on the, so now with Tesla, watch this. Now with iPhones, iPhones are tough. cell phones are tough because we're so addicted but
Starting point is 00:42:50 But if you don't think that those cobalt minds if there's pressure already and conversations going on about how to make those cobalt minds More humane you're crazy because it's bad. Yeah, I don't think they've been down to it. Oh, they will oh They will and they will because Everybody knows it's wrong, But who's doing anything? We all know Trump. Those companies, they're having conversations right now. But in the public, they prime-
Starting point is 00:43:12 And one person, Brian, you know who's like, did you see the rogue on the co-bot? I'm not using iPhone anymore. So every co-every, I'm telling you right now, Nike is going like this. Hey guys, forget being humane. There are people in there going, this is wrong, what do we do about that? Like with tobacco, 100%. This is going to be a lot of pressure from
Starting point is 00:43:29 from the buying public, from Europeans, from the European Union, from different government agencies. So you were the places of Nike when that stuff came out, did not go down in a minute. Secondly, Nike's gotten way better, but you're just off. I'm saying you're off when you think the public's going gonna demand a change They do all the time. Now he did not change me. Yes, they did the people did not stop buying their stock went up It doesn't matter the public relations tonight. No, the public relations nightmare from Consumers was way too much. They nipped that shit in the bud right away. It was a huge groundswell I'm sorry. It was the same thing with line caught tuna. It was the same thing with so many products. We can go down the list
Starting point is 00:44:11 We can go on the list now now with this Right now Apple I guarantee here's what there you have the humane side and then you have the business side and they go hey guys Now how do we create? Cruelty phone free and they go, hey guys, now how do we create cruelty phone free, cobalt, you know, cobalt. How do we negotiate with the carton, the Congo? That's a whole different story. But that's who runs it.
Starting point is 00:44:33 But you do, so you do. So you go, hey mother fuckers, you wanna make money with us? You gotta do this. And you just put a dollar bill on it. Then I'm care about human beings, but when a dollar bills attached, you do it. You only care about his money. Yeah. So you just, you work within that condo's confines, which companies do? But I,
Starting point is 00:44:50 I believe that that's going to be a conversation. We're already having this conversation about this. This is already my phone. It has some cruelty in it, right? And have you thought about changing phones? There's no such thing. You cannot get a phone without a cobalt. They have one, it's like that thick, it doesn't work, so we're not there yet. We need a break through a material science. Would you change your, would you leave your Tesla? Yes, well you know what I didn't know about my Tesla?
Starting point is 00:45:17 What? Is that when I bought it, that's a three series, it's a little one. When I bought it, here's a three series. It's a little one. Yeah. When I bought it, here's what's great. So I can be in the high occupancy lane. I get certain parts of Santa Monica. I don't have to pay a toll because you know, it's zero emissions. My Tesla, according to what I read, by the time I get into it when it's brand new, it's already created 55,000 miles of pollution. Right. The equivalent of which a four and a half 150 does. Right. Because it's already created 55,000 miles of pollution. Correct. The equivalent of which a Ford F150 does. Correct.
Starting point is 00:45:47 Because it's made on a cold grid in China. Would you change it in? Well, did you do anything? I think about it. And do nothing. No, that's not true. I would do something. But you know this.
Starting point is 00:45:59 Well, I didn't know when I bought it. Yeah, but you found out how long after? A year after when I've been driving. I mean, it might be your lease. Yes, yeah. You've done nothing. Just like everybody else be. Well, nobody's gonna do shit as my point.
Starting point is 00:46:13 No, the companies. Tesla sells more cars than ever. This information's out there. I understand. And we're like, this has to change. Well, also. Well, so, so, you guys need to change it so I can feel good about driving.
Starting point is 00:46:24 Well, no, no, the problem is that we don't, the funny thing about the green movement is that is like your, your, the green movement is not possible without an increase in fossil fuels. It makes no sense, right? Right. You have the increase. You have the correct, the, the, the. So part of this is like, we got to lift. I don't know what else to do.
Starting point is 00:46:40 I don't know what to do. I need a cell phone, right? You don't need a Tesla though. Well, I, I need a Tesla, but right? You don't need a Tesla though. Well, I need a Tesla, but I could go through all the cruelty-free stuff that goes in any car. I mean, all the cruelty that goes in any car. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:53 The pollution. You know, you can shit. Just like everybody else, no one's gonna do anything. That's my point, though, B. The companies, well, the cobalt minds are hard. You think eventually they come easy on you. Yeah, but here's my point, B. You and the rest of the people out there that know all this information aren't gonna do anything.
Starting point is 00:47:08 You're not. You know about, you know the infrasion. You're not gonna do it. You're not gonna stop buying Tesla. You're not gonna stop buying iPhones. You're hoping that the higher ups make the change. So then it's okay to drive. No, what I'm gonna say is this.
Starting point is 00:47:21 Because you not driving the Tesla, it would take all the people to stop driving before they make a real change, right? But in general in general in America just like back in the 70s 80s when you said information is key You have the information, but unless you see it you're like a terrible. So so global warming. Global warming is not my Passion I'm not as worried about it as a lot of people. Yeah. Right. So the Tesla is different for me. Now, Tesla has a lot of cobalt in it. All the cobalt. Yeah. And cell phones have a lot of cobalt. What I do think is a fix is to go, if you look at the cobalt minds and you have 12 year olds or 10 year olds working, the cobalt minds are you just have these pregnant moms. Yeah. You make it five cents an hour. You go, hey, hey, there is a way to get make that better.
Starting point is 00:48:07 They're, I don't care what, there's a way to make that. You want a mask. Yes. Not the people that buy the cars. Yeah. That's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying. Like it's gonna, they're gonna have to want to change. Yes. And the US government, the people aren't gonna, we're not gonna, there's a lot of pressure from a lot of different places.
Starting point is 00:48:23 I'm not able to do it. There's a lot of pressure in a lot of different places. I'm not able to do it. There's a lot of pressure in a lot of different places that will do that, that momentum is there. Yes, so I wonder if that's what the cell phones are doing. Like, God, this is terrible, but we all know it's like, meaning to give up my iPhone, it's not gonna make the change. They have to hope that the owner. Well, it's like oil.
Starting point is 00:48:38 The owner. It's so adorable. It's so adorable that you see who was talking to Biden said, you know, we got to be off oil in about 10 years, or like, you know, the cool. And everybody started laughing. Yeah. Because if you know the difference, like that's, do you know that everything, everything, like all the plastic, everything we use, everything we use around us, this, everything is used with the troy. It's just. And we're not going to run out of oil. That's also a conspiracy. No, we're not. No. We're definitely not going to allow. That's the movement. Now, nuclear energy is a good idea, but you can thank the greenies for killing that.
Starting point is 00:49:09 Nuclear is a great idea. Very clean. There's a way to make it safe, but that was killed. That was kai-boshed. We have the technology. Oh, yeah. Now. We're not going to shit.
Starting point is 00:49:20 Yeah. But the green, talking to Peter Zahn, I didn't know any of this until I talked to Peter Zahn on my podcast and watched his things. The course tough, I looked up. The minute't know any of this until I talk to Peter's eye on my podcast and watch this thing the car stuff I looked up the minute this start being a movement I started up and that's why can't stand them yes see I didn't know so all I'm so over to about Prius and the only thing I thought was oh they have to get the nickel from China to here yeah and I that's what I thought I didn't know anything about lithium or cobalt on about that shit and I was like oh, they have to they have to send it over with bunker fuel See I didn't know about the cobalt and the slavery of the cobalt factories
Starting point is 00:49:50 I knew that this wasn't doing anything to improve the environment. I knew that yeah But then I read my dad my Prius. Yeah, had a bigger footprint than a Hummer and I was like Huh nuts. Yeah Yeah, and then people talk about speed that a Hummer and I was like, huh? Nuts. Yeah. Yeah. And then people talk about speed. It's like, you don't think it's insane? Like, let's say, finway turn 16 was like,
Starting point is 00:50:11 that I want this car. I want a used Tesla Plaid Edition. It goes 0.61 whatever is 1.8 seconds. Never different a car. Don't have to have any special license. You can go get them that car. They're heaviest fuck. They're fastest shit.
Starting point is 00:50:24 He can buy that car. Like, this can't be good man right this can't be safe right you do the same thing you go by that new dodge health it's a dodge demons the special one it's 0.6 in 1.6 seconds you could go by that right now it's crazy it one point say and that's gas big gas power gas gas this dodge demon i love dodge this why fucks with dodge i love dodge kids so american because everybody else is like we're gonna do maybe a hybrid power car we're gonna do electric in their fast dodge went fuck that check this out fourteen or two horsepower six miles a gallon zero six and one point six three that bad boy out, suck our American colleagues.
Starting point is 00:51:05 So stupid. Oh, dude, and this, yeah, stupid. And unless you're, I will be telling me, oh, I want that. I all I want that. That's it. There's a video. By the way, they're even bothered changing the chassis
Starting point is 00:51:16 that much, right? It's just like, it's a dog. Dude, they bring it in and a helicopter. It touches down, just goes, reeeaay. Are you serious? It's faster than it's one point what? 1.6 seconds which is... 170? I'll just do 20.
Starting point is 00:51:31 No, it's a special kind of Dodge Demon. Oh yeah, it's a Dodge Demon 170 because it's the 170. There's a video... So go to that Dodge Demon 171st run. So we can't play this obviously but... So it gets... it gets broadening on a hellcloth, though. Little unnecessary, but whatever. It's awesome. That's America right there.
Starting point is 00:51:51 Yeah. More power. The fans are like, yeah. America. You're crazy. It's half that audience didn't store that. It's like monster energy drink. It's just like out of control.
Starting point is 00:52:04 Monster little morning control. Yeah, it's just drink. It's just like out of control. Monster little more in control than that. Yeah, it's just like, let's just have colors. Shut up. It's not a very subtle, not a subtle car. No. Probably doesn't handle very well, right? No, not awful. Right?
Starting point is 00:52:16 No, no. It's just good for straight away. You just want to go straight. Yeah, it's just like that's the guy who can deadlift all the way. Yeah, yeah. So intense. You want one, Chin?
Starting point is 00:52:25 Wow. Yeah, I would. I would. You want to buy me one? You're sick. Come back. Here's the thing. You can't really get them.
Starting point is 00:52:31 I think they're going over. I think it goes for like one, 10. We can't get a hold of them. You have to be allocated one. So you probably give them for around 200k, but it was like eight something seconds, right? I remember there's a quarter. Yeah, the quarter mile.
Starting point is 00:52:43 So when I went racing before, we went to a place called a Battle of the Imports, and there was a Honda Hatchback that did nine seconds. Which is insane for an import car with a small engine. Civic, probably SI, I'll see. That's what happened. That's nine seconds.
Starting point is 00:52:59 Nine seconds. Nine seconds, that's the slow. No, no, no, no. No, no, no, quarter mile. Which is far, yeah, like tens are solid. Damn. High nines is nuts. Damn. second no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no Anyway, you're a 16 year old son, if you had the money, you could track that car down, buying that car. How there's not like a special license for certain cars? Right. No, I would never do that with a 16 year old.
Starting point is 00:53:31 All right, we got you. You know we's gonna crash it. He's gonna crash it. The thing about the plan test, same shit. So real quick, the more dangerous than that. Yeah, so real quick, you guys, I just wanna bring this back up real quick because it just popped up in memory,
Starting point is 00:53:47 which Jappelle got racist stuff on his Instagram or whatever. I remember, since I've been here for a while, of course I had some racist stuff as well, cause an Asian, but it was so little, but when we started talking about the whole that trend on the news about Asian hate, remember, and I was like, I looked into all the articles and I'm like,
Starting point is 00:54:04 hold on, what's going on here? It looks like homeless people just hitting up random people. But they made it. It came a thing, yeah. They made it like an Asian. Exactly. Wait, what was it?
Starting point is 00:54:14 What did it say? There was a huge Asian hate. Remember, there was this huge thing they're saying Asian can be not. It's not made up. Sure, there was a... Dude, I've had Asian hate before when I was younger, growing up, but the thing they did on the news. There are a couple black people who hit Asian made up. Sure, there was a, dude, I've had Asian head before when I was younger, growing up, but the thing they did on the news. There are a couple of black people
Starting point is 00:54:26 who hit Asian people in the face, and there was like, but there's white people getting their heads or black people getting their eyes on. But if you look into it, with Jordan, we're just homeless, you know, mentally out of ill people, and then, so I asked my friends that lived in that area, in the Bay Area.
Starting point is 00:54:40 I'm like, did your grandma, your aunts, or uncles, anyone, they're like, no, I've never heard of anyone getting attacked for ages. I love it. It's the news. It's the news coming up with ways. You defended that. So I, yeah, as soon as I said that,
Starting point is 00:54:51 I was like, it's mostly homeless people, whatever. And then the people I look up to that are famous Asian people. They wouldn't be like, stop the hate, stop the hate. And I'm like, what? And then I would, the most hate I got from Asian hate was from Asian people. Yes. How crazy is from Asian people. Yes. How crazy is that?
Starting point is 00:55:06 Yeah. Yeah. I've not done along with the agenda. Like everyone wants to. Well, you were just looking at the evidence. You were like, wait a minute. This is the most like six, seven years. So I can figure out now the details.
Starting point is 00:55:17 Oh, is it really true or is it just a headline? Yeah. Yeah. So that's the most hate I got was from Asians. That's hilarious. That's hilarious. And also the, the, the San Francisco dick thing. Well, my friend was a Native American.
Starting point is 00:55:28 She did a movie and she got like all these, this one idiot in Native Americans. Like you're not from that tribe. It's like listen motherfucker, you can't prove what tribe anyone's from. So get out of here. You know, you get out of here. You get any group has their radical. But what are you saying, chin on the dick thing?
Starting point is 00:55:48 Yes, like people in San Francisco, you know, they can have their dicks out. Whatever. I just have this memory of Lake Havasu. I don't know if you guys know Lake Havasu. There's like parties on boats. Yeah. And then, you know, girls are showing their tits for beads and all of stuff.
Starting point is 00:56:00 I remember a boat coming by one time. It's a small boat. And there's three Mexican guys. Hell yeah. And then two Mexican guys were like doing this, yeah. And one Mexican guy with this giant dick. I'm not even joking like this big. And he's just like, re-backing off of like doing this.
Starting point is 00:56:15 Hell yeah. Is this short? Chubby or Mexican? Yeah, big chero. And they're just like, yeah. And it was like, we're like, we're all big chero. Just chero, just chero. Just jerking off.
Starting point is 00:56:23 Just, this friends are like, look, check this out. Check this out. Dude, check his big dickd. Just jerking off. Just jerking off. Just, this friends are like, check this out, check this out. Dude, Jack is big dick out. Just a big dick out. Just a big dick out. Just, you know, that's hilarious. That's even a little hard for me. That would make me laugh. No, I would laugh my ass.
Starting point is 00:56:33 My friend just jerking off. I mean, I gotta take some stuff back. I'm like, hey, check it out, man. We're getting more hard. They're so proud of their friend. Cause they had a huge dick. And then everyone was just like throwing beads. I heard a story of them. They were like, these beads on his dick. And then everyone was just like throwing beads. I heard a story when I told these dudes,
Starting point is 00:56:46 where these Navy seals were, they're instructor, they were freezing on a rock and the waves are crashing over them. And then I, ooh, like that. And then the instructor goes, first guy who can get a heart on. The first guy can get a heart on. They're stressed. We go home.
Starting point is 00:56:59 These guys are all like, fuck man, I can't. Ah, they're freezing. Dude, I've put everything up popped up. And maybe on world starts, this competition, I can't. I'm free. Dude, I, for whatever reason, I popped up, and maybe on World Starts, this competition, I think Korea Chan, and it's these guys, and there's a table, and there's a sheet over the table, there's a hot girl jacking them off, as they're trying to see Karaoke.
Starting point is 00:57:19 Yeah. So, like, just a hot girl. Yeah, and they gotta finish the song without bustin' in that in that and the girl super hot. She's like talking to his there Then you throw it down. Yeah, that's a video go ahead and bring that up. Yeah, I'm fine right? He's like just a He's trying to get through it. She's just Obviously we can't show this is this it. Yeah, that's that's him If this is on TV really this on TV. She's really pretty.
Starting point is 00:57:45 This on TV. She's so pretty. Yeah, take it easy. Look, then she talks to him. Start singing, bitch. This dude is trying to get a hand job. And the winner is whoever doesn't bust. I can't believe they can do this.
Starting point is 00:57:56 They get a just jack. She's so pretty. He keeps saying that, dude. What is this show? They have some crazy fucking games. Show's in Japan look? He's about to bust. She's really stroking. Oh my god. It's guys doing the damn thing though. It's good Oh
Starting point is 00:58:16 Oh Christ dude that is 90 seconds 74 You're like, you're like, you're lasted 90 seconds. 74, let's go. All right, well, there you go ladies and gentlemen. He's ashamed of himself. Well, how much better is that than game shows that we get? That's gonna be on the internet forever, ladies and gentlemen.
Starting point is 00:58:33 Okay, is that. All right, let's see what else. All right, so this was a, we didn't get to this current event last week. So, Larza Pippen was on a show who's now dating michael jordan's son yeah uh... she said that
Starting point is 00:58:48 for the time that she was married to scottie people they had four sex or four times sex four times a night for twenty three years of course is bullshit right i wonder what she does is bullshit attention for attention uh... i'll play real quick i have to
Starting point is 00:59:03 four times a night every night. I never had a day off for twenty-three days. I got what? What? What? You're poor, Virginia. Look at the plastic surgeon.
Starting point is 00:59:13 I know, dude. Now, I wonder how to grade question. She's like, so you've always on the road. You went with him everywhere? She's like, yes, every night. I know, I'm just called bullshit. Yeah. It's got to get the immediately.
Starting point is 00:59:22 It's a baby. Come on, that's adorable. I was just full of shit. Yeah, even those other bitches didn't believe that their faces are alive. It's not what you look like. Yeah, so this one also was from before, but this is in Colorado. Why? A guy and his wife are in a cabin. And I guess there's a hot tub outside of the cabin near the wooded area, where they're at. So him and his wife went out there, and then I guess he was just kind of like
Starting point is 00:59:50 moving his head like this, right? And there was a mountain line that saw it and thought it was prey. So it just immediately jumped on it and grabbed it and started trying to eat him. A pole mouth of a hot dog. Yeah, because he didn't realize, yeah. Did he live?
Starting point is 01:00:04 He lived. He was like minor injuries. Yeah, I didn't't realize. Yeah, did he live? He lived. He was like my injuries. Yeah, I didn't fight him. I don't fight him. I'm a hot dog man. Damn, every night, my son, but I always have my gut out on the table. Good. Big coyotes everywhere.
Starting point is 01:00:13 So you never know. And they're getting too comfortable with humans. Well, and they don't even know, you know, the hot dogs usually hire up, so they can only see like a shadow. They might think it's a square or something. They can bite through your skull I can mount like and coyote Oh, which is a big line down. No problem. Yeah, mountain line be a fucking size that mountain line Derek wolf
Starting point is 01:00:33 Is that his name played for a minute? The Broncos Broncos giant guy did Rogan. Yeah, he that's the craziest shit He killed his mountain line look at it. It's about's 300 pounds, right? Yeah, dirt well see. Oh, I remember this picture then. It's size that far. Long time ago. Mountain lion dude. It's kind of bummer to kill that big.
Starting point is 01:00:51 I agree with that. But I think that's super imposed. I don't think it was that big. There's no way. We can look at more. Something about that. The picture is. Oh man.
Starting point is 01:01:01 I mean, that seems like the one. I mean, that's like a mountain lion. That's like a lion Africa. It is. And they are like. That thing's cool, man. Yeah, I mean that seems like the one. That's like a line and that's like a line in Africa. It is. And they are like, I think it's cool man. Yeah, I don't like it. Go, go.
Starting point is 01:01:11 It's there. He's not us. He's not. Yeah. That was you, was that podcast? It was really nice. No. He had a tough childhood.
Starting point is 01:01:20 Yeah. And free Catholic, super free. Free. I had to Lauren Lando was his trainer on the Bronx. I said, he's the super freak super freak. I'd Lauren land was his trainer on the brunt because I said He's the biggest freak on team goes by far not even close Derek. Well, I went blind many us dude Kid is a fucking savage. Just the way he moves and everything he was doing Everybody for a while. Yeah, he was a wrestler. Yeah, and and I think Trevor Whitman was like you should do this Yeah, I don't want to do this. Yeah
Starting point is 01:01:45 Football where do you kill that mountain line at probably Idaho or something? Is that Colorado that's a big giant cat? Yeah, Colorado. Oh, thank you. Yeah foreign Getting a lot of time. So I'm so sure they killed a huge mountain. Let me see that. Yeah, that'll get you some attention. Yeah I wanted to see something. Oh with the boat. Is this me see that. Yeah, that'll get you some attention. Yeah. I want to just see something. Oh, with the boat. Is this ain't Colorado? Yeah. Yeah. The massive cooler was looks just about a size that's so crazy. Go down please. Mm-hmm. Keep going. Keep going. Um, what's the
Starting point is 01:02:18 thing about? Hunting guide he knew had been told the line was attacking family dogs and hiding under a deck and grant. they have to do that as well. I think Colorado Yeah, but what did it weigh? That's a giant animal. Oh, fuck. He's that's a biggest but he's cool But if it's killing people's dogs and stuff and it's getting close to people there's no dog that's gonna stand stand up to that. Oh god No, I don't want to be a very big cat's no dog that's gonna stand up to that. Oh God no. Horns that 173. Oh my God. Yeah, that's a very big cat.
Starting point is 01:02:50 Wow. Dressed at 173. What does that mean? Oh, they said something like what, after it was gutted, it weighed 173 something like that. Damn! So in my, my way like somewhere on the floor. Oh, way more.
Starting point is 01:03:00 Oh, that was a 250 pound. Oh, wow. Damn. Well, there was Dressed at 173. Well, there's a mountain pound. Oh, wow. Damn. Well, there was dressed at 173. Well, there's a mountain line showing up on my ring app around, like to paying it all around my area. And he was 140 pounds. And he was,
Starting point is 01:03:16 yeah. Huge animals. So big. Go up for a second. Wait, the image? Yeah, no, keep going up. That's the only thing. Go up like, so I can read, there's something else that goes uh got it got it he was 174 that's so crazy
Starting point is 01:03:30 I would say click on that's a huge animal that's a huge yeah this guy who I don't know they got that big but that's crazy big it is a bomber to kill it though isn't it what I'm a gesture it's just tough because he was near I'm guessing I have to be 200 plus pounds. Wow I'm saying I can't weigh him up here on the mountain. So I'm guessing I have to be 200 plus. He was 8 and a half feet long. What the fuck? 8 and a half feet long. Oh my god. They weigh an average of 150 pounds. Okay, so 140 pound one was in that crazy, but he was jacked. Well the males weigh about 150. That's a big mountain life. That's big, dude.
Starting point is 01:04:07 Think about that thing up there. That thing gets a whole evening. If you saw that thing, you would shit. Oh my god, that's a huge animal. That's insane. He caught him. But yeah, once getting close to homes, killing people's dogs, that means kids are next.
Starting point is 01:04:21 You gotta get rid of them unfortunately. He was talking about his injuries. Bruce's spinal cord had the laborum, his laborum torn off the bone on both sides, both hips. Like, that's crazy. He's so big and explosive too. I'm sure his shit, when it breaks down, it breaks down. What else you got, Jen?
Starting point is 01:04:38 This one right here. Fiking. So I guess last week it was the CEO of TikTok was at a congressional here in the US and apparently the people that were grilling him they didn't know much about like how the internet works and why find all stuff. Yeah, so that's why it says this is so funny. There's a bunch of them here. Let me just go from, okay, this guy, Richard Hudson. Mr. Tuk Tuk, access the home Wi-Fi network. Only if the user turns on the Wi-Fi, I'm sorry, I may not understand that.
Starting point is 01:05:15 So if I have a Tuk Tuk app on my phone, and my phone is on my home Wi-Fi network, does Tuk Tuk access that network? It will have to access the network to get connections to the internet if that's the question. Is it possible then that it could access other devices on that home Wi-Fi network? Cougars, Ben, we do not do anything
Starting point is 01:05:34 that is beyond any industry norms. I believe the answer to your question is no. It could be technical. Let me get back to you. So basically these guys, you like so do I need my fight to get on your goddamn app? This one's great too.
Starting point is 01:05:48 I want to talk specifically. Can you tell me right now? Can you say with 100% certainty that TikTok does not use the phone's camera to determine whether the content that elicits a pupil dilation should be amplified by the algorithm. Can you tell me that? We do not collect body, face, or voice data to identify our users. We do not.
Starting point is 01:06:14 The only face data that you get that we collect. You tell me right now? Say sunglasses on your face, we need no way of eyes out. Why do you need to know what the eyes are? If you're not, see it's their dial. And that data is stored on your local device and deleted after use, if you use it for facial. Again, we do not collect body, face, or voice data
Starting point is 01:06:35 to identify with users. I find that hard to believe. This is our understanding that they're looking at the eyes. And how do you turn on what age they are then? This is the crazy one. We rely on age dating, as a CHRH dating, which is when you ask the user what age they are, we have also developed some tools
Starting point is 01:06:54 where we look at their public profile to go through the videos that they post, to see whether that's creepy, tell me more about that. It is public, so if you post a video that you choose whether to go public, that's how you get people to see your video. We look at those to see if you imagine something each that you talked about.
Starting point is 01:07:12 So basically, you're obviously put your agent, but they look at your public photos against you. Some of these conversations. All of you said, well, that's creepy going and explaining more about that. You see it on the public page. We see what you're looking at, so we know what to read. You see that guy asking the public. It's like you're a video to put out. They want to make sure that you see that you see that on the popular page we see what you're looking at so we know what to do you see that guy's that that it's like we're really just put out they want to make sure that you look like
Starting point is 01:07:29 exactly the age of your saying the old dummies in congress did you look at that did you see that guy who said mba rnfl like any red offs of stats uh... uh... eighty eighty seven eighty seven have been arrested for drunk driving this year mba nfl members of congress is actually members neither was members of Congress like assault 70 can't get a credit card because of bad credit in all Congress that Chinese fellow he's actually that's another thing to happen to you
Starting point is 01:07:57 They they they're asking about like you know Chinese government is like I'm Singaporean the CEO's Singaporean guy So being Singaporean I bet you you just back to the hotel, like, oh, fucking stupid, are these people? It made the Congress look bad, but the one thing that you kept saying, like the data privacy, all that stuff, they're like, yeah, we have a third party person that watches over everything.
Starting point is 01:08:17 We don't collect any actual data, but in America, you guys collect all kinds of data, which is, we've been shown, right? Yeah, so they're like, Google does, he's like, this is you guys collect all kinds of data which is we've been shown right yeah, so they're like you Google does He's like this is you guys yeah Yeah, so it was not good for take talks hilarious. It's it's no like YouTube reals and Instagram reals is no different well Shulti had a good idea the conspiracy is is because TikTok because the Chinese figured out how to do
Starting point is 01:08:43 Social media better than us. Now we're putting all these sanctions on them because we didn't come up with it. We came up with Facebook, right? So because they're out doing this, we're like, they're stealing your information. You have a source Facebook, clearly. So is Instagram.
Starting point is 01:08:57 It's, you know, all the crap shit. So the conspiracy is that's our government of America going, no, no, no, no, you guys taking this too far because they're out doing all our shit. Chinese firewear. Chinese firewear. Chinese firewear, it's like, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:09:10 You're making China the bad guys, but we're the ones addicted to it, right? It's like Mexico, you're cocaine. We're the ones doing it motherfucker. Stop doing the blow. What else you got, Jen? Yeah. I wonder what they can do with it.
Starting point is 01:09:23 This one's from, because they're trying to ban TikTok, right? That's what I, I'm only listening to Rogan's podcast, so that's why I listen to that. Was it the two people they were on Rogan, the two political ones, left ones, right? A Sager and yeah, breaking points. They're talking about, they said the larbring thing is
Starting point is 01:09:44 in the government when they bring up the TikTok stuff in the amendment, they don't mention TikTok. So it's like an overall mass thing they wanna pass. You gotta be wary, because the other using TikTok is the, kind of the horse has the spearhead thing, but they won't list TikTok.
Starting point is 01:10:02 So if that gets passed, they're gonna go search them for other things. So you'd be careful yeah and they're making like go chatty's collecting your data but we don't know that right right real quick on that too uh uh that guy I think it was his name is saygar on uh and your shultza show flagrant and then he had like these teeth teeth look amazing right now and then they looked at an old picture of them before. His teeth were kind of like jagged and kind of, what up in years. But so, show us, I think you do, you, you, you had your teeth done. He's like, no, this is just like a diet and whatever something to happen with orthodontist. And I'm like, you, if you look at his teeth,
Starting point is 01:10:39 it's so a day. So I'm like, why would you, me? He's like, I want you to know. I know especially if you're a news guy that talks about that. He's a guy that's very embarrassed. But yeah, we won't show that one. Oh, no, he's in a beer spot though. Yeah, he probably said anybody wanted to talk about it and he said something. I'll tell you what he's all doing. He's like, he's a writer, and I go, no, not. You know what I mean? We know. You know what I'm saying? Wait, let's see this. This is from Georgia. He can describe this better than I can. So, Javelle McGee, he was just enjoying a basketball game and someone making a, like, troll video just is walking up to him, filming him in public. So, he just pulls out his phone and explains the situation and who is Javelle McGee?
Starting point is 01:11:20 He was a... He's played for the nuggets. He's played for the nuggets. He was a good basketball player. Biggest tall. It's shit In his face I don't think he's trying to say it. So, don't play. We didn't have real, we didn't have real understand tools. And we really had to put down, we don't fit. I wish she'd been able to grab that guy by his hair. I wish she'd throw him really far. There's nothing on me on something.
Starting point is 01:12:01 So we all see it, So we all see it. He's no, God, what a fucking scream. I'm not a kid. But the guy trying to throw him is just taking a video of him because he's got the game. The kid shit. But I mean, like in your face, that's terrible.
Starting point is 01:12:13 Yeah, that's terrible. You get his ass kicked. That's what I was hoping to see in the back. The guy looks like the Boston bomber, too, doesn't he? Yeah. Scrapping by that hair or something. But he's a kid and there's not a kid. He's not a kid.
Starting point is 01:12:23 He's a grown man. He's a piece of shit. But you can't attack him from having the man. He's a piece of shit. He can't attack him from having the phone. Yeah, you can, bro. It sucks, dude. Come on, right, guys. I'm with you.
Starting point is 01:12:31 I would like to, too, but you can't do it. Like that comment goes, when do we normalize hitting people again for bothering us in this way? Which name did those dude, what was that about? Just waiting for them. They stupid. Oh, bro. So go like the TikTok government people. Name 10 books, where are you on name 10 books? out. Just waiting for them. They stupid. Um, so going to take
Starting point is 01:12:45 talk government people, name 10 books, where you are named 10 books? I mean, no, 10 key stupid. Oh, about you all. Yeah. So I don't know how much you guys want to talk about this again, but the shooter, the natural shooter, yeah, identified as transgender, I guess one of her friends from back in the day, she said she contacted the authorities beforehand, because she had messages with that transgender person saying, yeah, I wanna die today.
Starting point is 01:13:09 I'm just letting you know you're the most beautiful person I'm just gonna die today, this is what it is. And then she was on about do something terrible. You'll probably see it on the news, exactly. And then she saw her friend, I mean, acquaintance or whatever, she contacted local authorities apparently, but since she contacted the authorities, it the since see when she contacted the authorities
Starting point is 01:13:26 It was 13 minutes before the shooting started beginning. Yeah, anyways. This is more about the heroes So these two guys Dude is it's up like 14 minutes by time the alarm went off the school till they shot Him dead and you saw the video I can't footage the refuse to use the product You don't you don't do they were bad. She was a girl right? No, no man. No she was a woman.
Starting point is 01:13:49 She was born a woman. From what I hear from what I recall. No, it's a girl, but she identified as transgender. So I don't know what the fuck that is. So she was born a female and then was transitioning the male. Or she just considered herself. I'm gonna call her a female. But then yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 01:14:02 You don't deserve the whatever pronouns you want to be called after you kill I'm not a crazy person, but but then also her thing is like they said it's confusing because on social media and stuff that you'd refer her her himself as a Dean or whatever so it's like confusing on the pronouns You know the National Medical Association I think that's what it is, and the Piatrics
Starting point is 01:14:27 Association doesn't put your sex on a birth certificate because we don't know it. You can write it in yourself. Audrey Hale. Loving. Was it a woman? Yeah. So she was born a woman? Yeah. So I think I don't think there's any like surgery or I don't know for a fact, but I think.
Starting point is 01:14:58 She was a go up, go up, go up, go up, go up, go up, go up. Higher? Yep. Hale was assigned female at birth, assigned. Female at birth. And used male pronouns on social media. up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up up Mass shooter I think right there's been five I think really wow you know this yeah, but what do you cross fires? Mass like is it was it a shoot out? What is it? No, it's more than like Yeah, we're tight that engine female mass shooters. How many? Yeah, she's that that girl's pushing the, the gender the wrong way for a transverse.
Starting point is 01:15:48 Six. It's been six. Yeah. Now, type in how many transgender mass shooters, like lately there's been, like, go to a mount. That's going to happen. So the Colorado Spring Shooter, these are all recent too. A death fight is non-binary.
Starting point is 01:16:15 The Denver Shooter, death fight is trans. Again, this is like this new movement is you're going to have people who are very lost and they're going to be, they they're gonna latch on to any community That they can they're gonna do whatever they can right it's like they didn't even know what trans was probably Clearly mentally ill right. Yeah, there's like zero Transgender thing. It's the these people are fucking mentally ill. They're fucked up and have for sure They could be whatever they whatever you the fuck you want to call them. They're clearly mentally ill Well, the here's my here's my question all the gun people also just kill yourself
Starting point is 01:16:48 what take out nine year olds well so so it i don't get that either so here's my thing about that um it is is this if you you know you have a mental health problem in this country i do think there's a way to make sure that those people don't get guns you have a mental health problem in this country. I do think there's a way to make sure those people don't get guns. You have to register to vote, so you should probably have to register to have a handgun. I had to.
Starting point is 01:17:11 Well, she was on some... There are too many loopholes. She was on this list too, for being mentally ill and still able to legally get in that, that's crazy. That's fucking crazy. That's a huge issue. So that calling on the war,
Starting point is 01:17:23 he mentioned how she got everything legally. Yeah. And there was like a salt reference and also handguns. Two air 15s. So what are we doing? I have a problem with that. I get it. I don't want.
Starting point is 01:17:34 You know how there's a no fly list. There should be a no buy gun list. Well, certain medications should just make you automatically care. But these are people that disagree and that's what drives me into this. Well, that's just. There are plenty of politicians that are in the pockets of the NRI and the gun companies that go
Starting point is 01:17:49 There shouldn't you shouldn't have to register for a firearm anybody should be able to buy that's like guys hold on You have to register you have to get a license for a car you have to register to vote the leading killer of children now As far arms let let's they're I'm a gun owner. I believe in the Second Amendment. I also believe in keeping guns out of crazy. Well, also the Second Amendment's not black and white. There's some gray where if you have certain medications, it's a well-regulated militia. It's nuts.
Starting point is 01:18:15 That's a well-regulated militia. So we do have regulation in the Constitution. Nuts. Obviously, there are a lot of gun laws already on the books. Not enough. See, every time I get into this, I get people who really understand gun laws and guns, who are second amendment nuts who will educate me, but, and I always look forward to that. There are a lot of loopholes.
Starting point is 01:18:36 Do you see that politician from Nashville? Literally, he's at the shooting, you know, what do we need to do? Morgan. He goes, what are we going to do? Loosen gun restrictions. No, no, no. He goes, we're going to do nothing. This is going to keep happening. what are we going to do? He goes, loosen gun restrictions. No, no, no. He goes, we're going to do nothing. This can keep happening.
Starting point is 01:18:47 We're not going to do anything. Nothing's going to change. Yeah. Because there's nothing we're going to do. That's right. He was that right. There's no laws we're going to change. Nobody's going to do anything.
Starting point is 01:18:55 This thing keeps happening. Wow. And then it just walks off. He'll hold it. Well, so then now they say, create hard targets in schools, right? That's insane. So you've got to have like a man, a man, a man, a man, you have to have two doors. But, but here's something to talk about. I
Starting point is 01:19:07 want to want to get more. The doors she just shut up. I want to get your take on this because you would know more about this than most people. So they're talking about arm and teachers, okay? Have a gun. Now you trained, you trained in fighting. You know, I'm sure that you were nervous as fuck when you stepped into that octagon and you trained for it. Yeah. Now, if you have to fight for your life, now you're trained. If you had fight for your life, somebody came in here, you know, I'd say you'd react.
Starting point is 01:19:35 You'd be scared of shit. 100%. You're my freeze for a second. You know, who knows? I don't know. I've been in high-pressure situations, so I feel like I do better than most people. Okay. Now why? Because you've been in high-pressure situations. Right I feel like I do better than most people. Okay, now why? Why? Because you've been in high-pressure situation.
Starting point is 01:19:46 Right, I got it. You take a teacher who's never been. Teachers like Earth's sides, the air of 15. And if you've never seen how loud a gun is inside, you go deaf. Yeah. So, to me, it's like, if you really think that you're going to create... I think that's real. I don't think it's real.
Starting point is 01:20:00 There has to be a better answer. You're not going to ask certain teachers who are great at teaching with small children to also be commandos. No, no. That's not an actual realistic solution to our problem. I don't have the answer. Well, the answer is a couple of things to me. Oh, you have the answer.
Starting point is 01:20:18 Create some hard targets. So you do have wherever you can, you have people who are trained to respond quickly, who are there already. So at every school. I guess this is what we do with every airport, right? I know, I know, but just hear me out. Have a door and another door so you, you, you it's like a man trapped thing. So I guess make no windows.
Starting point is 01:20:39 Okay, so there you go. You make it steal or bulletproof class. Yeah, there's a lot of money. Yeah. But it's me all the money. So, so just follow me on how much money do we put into jails and prisons already and all that other shit. There you go. So we have unfortunately now I'm talking this way. You create hard targets for schools. Solution number one. But that's a good solution, baby. Before you go on to get solution because notice these schools, these shooters, they go about the schools. The reason she picked that school, she wanted to do another school, but their security was better. So she went
Starting point is 01:21:10 to this school. So in my friends, my friends children go to a school, they have an armed guard who's trained, who trains in the front and in the back. So you have, you have armed response right there. Okay. They are also in a position where they can't be ambushed. They're I think they're in the they're in the second behind the second door. Okay. That's the second thing you can do. The third thing you can do is there have to be ways to figure out there's got to be a way to it. Make people register. There are certain things you can do. If you own a gun, there are certain things you can
Starting point is 01:21:44 do where you're the only one who can operate that gun. You know, that makes it so there- Two paces out of the- Yeah, yeah, yeah. You can go back and do that with guns. That's probably true, but this person bought these guns legally. So you've got to be able to keep people who are that mentally disturbed.
Starting point is 01:21:59 Now here's what I know they're gonna say. The needle, let me see your medication. Yes, the fine mental illness. Well, you got a defile mental illness. So if you have PTSD and you're a soldier, they're gonna go, no Let me see. Let me see. Yeah. Well, you got to defy mental illness. So if you have PTSD and you're a soldier, they're going to go, no, you can have a gun. The red flag laws get get murky. It's murky.
Starting point is 01:22:11 But there's got to be a solution. You can't say you can't do anything. No, we can't. Start with the hard target. We can't start with armed guards. And then let's keep, let's figure out a way to come together and keep these fucking guns out of people out of crazy, crazy people's hands. That's reasonable. That's not anti-second amendment. That's fucking reasonable.
Starting point is 01:22:28 But also, in regards to school security, that's just a money thing. I think about schools, public schools, and Los Angeles teachers just had it wear on strike for three weeks because they want more money. Right. So the NRA and a lot of like Republican congressmen and so we'll say the answer is loosen gun restrictions get more guns in the hands of people. I think that my problem is I don't think those people have ever really trained necessarily. I don't think they even like it's getting in a gun fight now just get in a street fight and see how scared you are. With the problem with the NRA is when this mass shooting happened,
Starting point is 01:23:05 they tweeted out, the problem's not the AR-15, the problem is the person that I've heard. Yeah, and I've heard that a lot. I understand. And they put end of tweet, you all fuck. I understand, guys. I'm a little compassionate. Yeah, I mean, the guns don't kill people,
Starting point is 01:23:17 people kill people, I get it. I get it, but I'm gonna be honest with you. To mess with the problem, I get it. But let me ask you, how's it going for us? Right. It's not working. How is it going? It's not working. No, so you can't's it going for us? Right. It's not working. How is it going? It's not working.
Starting point is 01:23:26 No, so you can't just keep saying the same thing. The God's not the problem. It's like, you might be right. You're probably right. You have 100% of that person's crazy. But we can't keep doing this. Well, there's gotta be, there are loopholes where anybody, here's a bottom line,
Starting point is 01:23:39 anyone can get a gun. And if you're second amendment and stuff like that, we know this. We know not everybody gets to have a machine gun not everybody gets to have a cannon or bazooka or a drive a fucking fight tank watch yeah because because you know we we there are limits there are reasonable limits yes that's all so I don't know or we have to figure it out what we are I wish we did this has been this has been the political podcast
Starting point is 01:24:03 everybody remember when you guys were in school, when you were kids, when you're younger, like when you would see police officers, they would be like heroes. I would like want to say hi to pictures. I still feel like if you had one, at least one arm security guard or something like that, just they're not going to be afraid. They look up to these people. So, well, you know, with the Black Lives Matter movement, they were getting cops out of schools. I don't know if you're right. Which is so stupid, but yeah, some say, like, just have at least one person that's trained at the schools. That's the, I would say that's the first step, just to know, why would
Starting point is 01:24:33 that that shooter come in if they knew there was an arm get hurt? Well, that's why she didn't go to school. Exactly. Yeah, exactly. That's why these other shoes, they go to different schools. Elon Musk, let me see this one. So this is about AI. So Elon Musk and Steve Wozniak got the Apple dude. They're saying that they want AI, because you know like chat, GBT, all these other AI things are happening so fast. They don't know what the results will be.
Starting point is 01:24:54 So they're saying like for all the people that are creating it, the heads of them, pause for six months, so we can study what happens to Apple. We have too much money for those people to create them. Of course, yeah. They were gonna fuck about the future. That's the problem.
Starting point is 01:25:06 Yeah. Yeah, it's scary. So yeah, you know, my musk and Steve was near for saying like, are hoping they'd they stop that for a second. Yeah, it's scary. Those people aren't gonna stop. No, they're not. This is crazy.
Starting point is 01:25:20 This is, yeah, this whole podcast is crazy. Here's a more Relax one. So I don't know if you guys have been following so Gordon Ryan Yeah, and this guy Nicky Rod I guess they've been having these back and forth before they've had grappling competitions before and then Gordon Ryan accuses Nicky Rod of also being on you know, performance enhancing drugs and greasing. So then, I guess Derek for more plates more dates, just hit him up right away and Nicky Rods. So if you want to do this, I'm going to send a guy over literally the next day.
Starting point is 01:25:55 So you can't like, you can't like, you do that. Yeah, your tests. Send a guy over and then Nicky Rods, I do it. I'll do it. He did the blood test. Good for Nicky Rod. Apparently, according to Derek, for more fitness system. He was like a natural, high-test guy.
Starting point is 01:26:07 Not expected, game of days notice. Yeah, just literally on the spot. So let me see more pictures of Nicky Rod. Is he just jacked? Yay. I want to see if he can see him right there. Here, Sortin, is that with any reasonable time for him, the guy's not you sh-
Starting point is 01:26:21 I would say there's like a certainly pretty good chance that the guy's been natural for a while if not years. Like it's kind of, it's pretty night and day when you see guys who have no holds barred access to using gear to compete at a high level. And then what happens to their physique later after if they pull it out entirely? Like there's a dramatic difference, but I would say that at this time he is nanny and he has been for a decent period of time. But what we can't.
Starting point is 01:26:44 And then Gordon. Gordon said was off cycle. The random testing contract is being drawn up though. Hopefully he doesn't have a heart attack first though. What does that mean? I don't know. Meaning like you don't think he was very random. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:26:58 Um, I was thinking to write back Gordon is not shy. He's savage. Yeah, well, let's see. let's see I want that guy for passing the test yeah and even going to the test not like making an excuse like oh give me like a day or two or whatever he just did it literally just be a really jack dude like Gordon's jack too he looks he could be natural in a sense. Yeah, I mean he I believe is not what he does look pretty jack sometimes too. Oh That's it could just be diet and exercise
Starting point is 01:27:33 There's some people are just genetic people that are genetic Freaks for sure black fella up there That fella is that guy's just I know I know immediately he'd want to meet who just on to the black I'm just saying dude yeah man But there's some freaks yeah, I mean yeah, but he doesn't go on their both freaks man There's a reason why they're outliers. Yeah, I think he looks natural there I really do I don't think that's that doesn't look great. I totally believe is natural good for him
Starting point is 01:28:02 really do. I don't think that's that doesn't look great. I don't totally believe his natural. Good for him. Yep. Yeah. Anyway, those guys just looked honestly, they just they don't look like they're running out. They do not at all. They just look like they're in fucking great shape.
Starting point is 01:28:16 Since we're on more plates, more dates, Derek just posted this what, 30 minutes ago, about the D.A. having a rule change on, on you know a lot of people do telemedicine TRT which is like clinics like concerts. Yeah, you don't have to go on person. Yeah, so now I guess the DA wants to change it for whatever reason and make it really really difficult like they want you to go to your health like a PCP and have the clinic on of the same phone call the same time and they want it, they want you to go multiple times. Why? Why do they give a flying phone? Because I'm sure just like,
Starting point is 01:28:48 money, create them, just like with anything that messes with prescription or whatever, they want, yeah, it's about money. Yeah, they wanna be able to capitalize on TRT because so many people are on it. Yeah, some like that.
Starting point is 01:28:59 Yeah, that's insane, dude. So there's a proposal. What do they want to do? Like, so can I see this? Yeah, I see. Yeah, but this is such a long want to do? So can I see this? Let's see. This is such a long clip though. Yeah, this is, this is going to be born for us and the family.
Starting point is 01:29:09 Watch this on you on time, right? So all he's saying those, they want to tax, basically, and govern TRT because you can't do anything. You can't just get in there and they're male. Well, yeah, you just get a doctor. You still have to talk to a doctor. You have to talk to a doctor if you're a zoom. But they're like, no, no, no, we're gonna regulate this.
Starting point is 01:29:26 Now you gotta have this person person, you gotta be in person, the TRT doctors in person. They make money on this. That's cause they're making money. That's all this is. That's what a surprise. It's a fucking bummer. All this can do is push people to go dark
Starting point is 01:29:38 and just start buying steroids like it's the 90s. They're fucking more. Yep, so you got a more place for dates. There's a lot of thoughts on steroids. Fuck, so you got a more place for dates. What would you say? You can do it. There's a little more difficult. Trust better, but you can't chop your dick off of you zoom. Yeah, I think they chop it off or turn it inside out. Doesn't matter, either way.
Starting point is 01:29:58 That itch in. That's it. Alright, kids, I'm at the ice house Saturday.
