Starting point is 00:00:25 It's the fight on the kids. Back at it again. It's the fight on the kids. The fight on the kids. Back at it again. It's the fight on the kids. The fight on the kids. It's the fight on the kids.
Starting point is 00:00:43 This is really the fight on the kid. In your 20s and now? Yeah. I skipped a few grades because I had a learning disability and for a long time they thought that I was really stupid but what they found out was I was just regular stupid. But I'm 22. Yeah. I don't want to have to talk about my age on here.
Starting point is 00:01:05 No, we don't have to talk about it. But make sure the camera's are going. So the thing is like ages, you can just clap us in any time. Yeah, you were talking about age and you are. I said you're 22. Yes. 22 years old. I'm a two years old because I've known you, I feel like I've known you
Starting point is 00:01:23 almost 10 years. I was 12. It doesn't matter. I mean, I don't care. I don't care about that shit. No, known you almost 10 years. I was 12. It doesn't matter. I mean, I don't care. Like, I don't care about that shit. Like, I'll be able to rent a car when I need to. When I knew you were six foot, right? Six one, and now you're six three.
Starting point is 00:01:33 No, I was always, I was six years into Met you. Like, I had bad posture. That's what it was. You kind of, you walked into the room with an apology as my acting teacher used to say, you'd walk in with an apology, now you walk in with a fuck you, right? Because that's what you're acting. Did you do you act in quotes? Called it. My acting teacher would see you. He would watch you walk into the
Starting point is 00:01:52 on the scene. He goes, he'd go, why are you apologize? Now does your acting coach teach you how to be an MMA announcer? We'll be right back afterwards the camera You're so zen and we're back that was Marshall rug gallery very excited You're I like your sweater man. Are we are we going we're going we're always going Rassuz you walked in live we started running live no, you're fine You're fine. I like the kicks to rain. Thank you Rick Glassman And you you're not committing to the mustache, but you I'll tell you Yes, because there's an outline to it and I and you either make up your mind or don't right? Yeah, I made up my mind Because you look like you're in the middle of the road. Yeah, so tell me. There's a, there's a, an old saying,
Starting point is 00:02:49 I think it was Heather Locklear that said, it's about the journey and not the destination. And if my destination is to have flawless facial hair like Heather, then sure, you guys are right and I'm wrong. Right. But Henry Cavill, you guys know who that is. That's super mad. You're the wonderful actor English.
Starting point is 00:03:08 Amazing, yeah. Yeah, from the Isles. So in the mission of possible movies, he has a great mustache with a five o'clock shadow, a 10 o'clock shadow, but there's no saying for that. I want that, but I, when I find when you trim your beard, it looks like you trimmed it. Yes.
Starting point is 00:03:24 The only way to really get it is to grow it. So what I have found is get a mustache for six days. Yeah. Start the five to clock shadow over. And in like three or four more days, I'll have a couple of days of, I'm gonna look like Henry Cavill. You're in a sweet, your arms are juicy.
Starting point is 00:03:41 He trains. Nice. He's built, he's built to enforce things, enforce things like Henry Cavill and the last follow me up Have you seen when he reloads? No, oh could you pull up a Henry Cavill reloading where he and Tom Cruise has Yeah, yeah, it's really cool. We pull that up It's not pull this up. I don't know if he punches that way, but I serious. No, it's a reload. It's not a punch It's like you know some people will do this Yes, this is the English way of doing it. Oh, okay. I like the way I like the shoulders. You're not a you're not a bad athlete
Starting point is 00:04:12 You're rather coordinated. Oh my god. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you you you're gonna cut your a clip I'll send you this in post. I'll send you the I'll send you the arm reload arm reload. Yeah, watch this He's a handsome guy. He's a handsome cat. Oh He's dead. He keeps doing it. Oh, that's this thing. Yeah, you see that's the mustache. Did you see it? The thing going mustache beard. Yes. Yeah Now you think you can grow that figure with mustache you have good. Yeah, I don't want to go that much though I'm not I don't know why because again, you're on the fence, right? With your mustache. Well, no, just what you see, he's, he's transitioning. He's like
Starting point is 00:04:49 a butterfly. And that's just nothing wrong with that. No, not at all. No, no, I understand that. So he's saying that there's a problem with transition. Yeah. What are you saying? Brian, where are you going with this? No, I was right. What are you saying? I need to, you're telling me how I need a transition. No, I was expecting his, when you cock your head like that, it makes me a little angry because you don No, I was expecting his brother. When you cock your head like that, makes me a little angry because you don't take cock to me. Okay, but well, because you look like you're trying to be an intellectual and you're a little confident.
Starting point is 00:05:12 Oh, are you man-splaining to me when I'm trying to do, Brian? That's interesting. You're gonna tell me how to transition and how you're going to man-splain to me. I'm not trying to do it. You're tapping. First of all, you said to me,
Starting point is 00:05:24 and I hadn't seen you in a long time, you went, you're funny. And you hit me. Why are you so insecure about it? You hit me twice right here on my rib. You went, you're funny, and you went, like that on my rib. I just think it sucks how insecure you are about your comedy. You make me laugh, and you don't have to be on, like, what are you about?
Starting point is 00:05:39 I'm not insecure until you came in, and you went. I really did that. Yeah, he went, you know what he did, he went, you're funny. Like, I had to ask him if I was funny sure or I was looking for you think brains funny of course We move on let's leave some comments if you think right just say Brian you're funny comment saying you're funny in the comments it Rick now did you invoice Dalia for your performance at his wedding?
Starting point is 00:06:04 Do what are you saying? You were very funny. Thank you. You were the centerpiece. There's a lot of... No, that's just because we were at the same table. There's a lot of funny people at a table, I'm sure. I'm just, you know, I was doing my thing.
Starting point is 00:06:17 It was my pleasure. I didn't give him a gift. I think they asked to donate to charity. And I know that they wouldn't know if I donate to charity. I'm not going to donate to charity. But I will be funny at the dinner table. Still the show. Why are you doing that?
Starting point is 00:06:28 Why are you doing that? Oh, sorry. I just don't know. As an intellectual and sometimes I... It reminds me to be present. You ever notice that like to be grounded, just feel where you are. Like Heather Locklear says it's about the journey. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:39 So I'm just like feeling like feeling my fingers. Yeah. What was this like? Smelling the air. And now are you reading a lot of books or just meditation? Oh my gosh, there's this book. I forgot who wrote Don't Burn This Country. It's about which trials David Rubin. Yes. It's about which trials and the Peshrami sandwich. I don't know if that's true. It's the Rubin. And it was actually Dave Rubin. So I think here
Starting point is 00:07:03 the Rubin sandwich and then there's Dave Rubin Yeah, friend of ours, friend of the shows. Maybe he read a different book. Okay, maybe Oh, there it is. Don't burn this country. Don't burn this country. The art of witch trials and the Rubin. No, that's the Rubin sandwich I think you're misreading that We're not gonna read on the show, right? Can we do the whole thing? So your show? Yeah, listen you guys. I'm happy I'm happy that you wanted me here. Um, I. I think that this show is, you know, out and, and why don't we get started? Hit the theme music. Rick, you were a little cautious during COVID and and you've since backed off on your interview voice not Rick you are a little cautious tell us yeah put my
Starting point is 00:07:46 Invisalign him sure that buzzer out when he does why You know today. I got four more trays He's been doing for two years fuck off right speaking of four trays. Can we pull up? Rick glass into I'm phenomenal so you could see my jump shot. Thank you. Oh, yeah, Rick can play He looks like a bad boy. He looks like an athlete. Yeah. Well, I'll send you some clips. If you said you played tennis on a high level, where you played D to basketball, I wouldn't be surprised. Just a basketball one. Yeah, I don't think I
Starting point is 00:08:19 have phenomenal. Yeah, I don't know if now is the time really to play it. It might be. We have to see this. We missed it. The top one, it's right there. Somebody hit me with the fact that you can legit freestyle rap. Well, I mean, one skill out of time here. I mean, where are we gonna just watch the whole thing now? I think that would be great.
Starting point is 00:08:39 How long is it? 15 minutes? That might be a little long. Yeah, it'll get flagged, I'm sure. Yeah, why don't we skip a little bit then? You grew up playing basketball. Did you play in high school? I don't want it. I don't need to talk about my accolades. Okay. Okay guys If you want to learn a different language, I don't know if you guys know this but I speak French
Starting point is 00:08:59 Je bafonsais et guajamo And that is because I Well, actually I practice my French on an app that I have on my phone right now. It's called Babel, B-A-B-B-E-L. I think, and I've done a bunch of language learning apps and programs. I think that Babel is by far the best for a lot of reasons. You can listen to podcasts in the language.
Starting point is 00:09:21 You can then have them translated. You can actually take live lessons. You only need 10 minutes to complete a lesson. So you can start having real life conversations in a language in as little as three weeks. Because believe it or not, it's not the way they set this up. They teach you the essentials first. And that's kind of how you do it. They have AI for lesson plans.
Starting point is 00:09:41 And they were created, and so the battle lessons were created by over 150 language experts. There's a science to it, and voiced by real native speakers, not computers. That's the other thing. So you get the accent, you get the tone, you get the tempo. The teaching method has been scientifically proven to be effective, and with Babel, you can choose from 14 different languages, including French, Spanish, Italian, and German, plus Babel has speech recognition technology, which helps you improve your pronunciation and accents. That's very important.
Starting point is 00:10:12 You can listen to podcasts like I said, games, video stories, even live classes, plus it comes to the 20-day money back guarantee, which I promise you you will not need. So start learning your new language journey today. Babel, right now you get 55% off. I wish I knew this because I paid full price. So you can get up to 55% off your subscription. When you go to Babel, BABBL.com slash fighter, that's BABBL.com slash fighter for up to 55% off your subscription. Babble. Language for
Starting point is 00:10:49 life do not pay full price like I did. So our longest sponsor, our longest standing sponsor is on it. I remember when Joe Rogan was creating his own alpha brain. He got obsessed with nitropics. I remember when he would put the ingredients up on his website. I remember when he formed on it and he was selling alpha brain with Aubrey Marcus and he would always say, if you don't like it, you get all your money back. You get 100% of your money back. No questions asked. And that is still the case. Now, I remember when I was talking to Arby Marcus when they were our first-star sponsor, and I said, what do you want us to say about your company? And Arby said, just be honest.
Starting point is 00:11:33 Just let the products that you use do their own advertising. Do you believe in it or do you not? And one of the things about on it that I love is I know the kind of science and care they put into making sure that their supplements, their protein powders, their amino acid profiles, whatever it is that they're selling, including their natropic and their flagship alpha brain, they make sure that everything is the best it possibly can be. It's stuff that the founders themselves use every day to this day to my knowledge.
Starting point is 00:12:04 I've seen them take it like before, a podcast and everything else. It's stuff that the founders themselves use every day to this day to my knowledge. I've seen them take it like before, a podcast and everything else. So that's why I believe in this company so much. I think the world of supplements is a very shady world, but on it has always been on the up and up. I trust them implicitly. So go to onit.com slash FATK.
Starting point is 00:12:25 So go to onit.com slash FATK. If you want the best supplements on planet earth, I don't care if it's protein powder, I don't care if it's minerals, I don't care if it's creatine, but especially alpha brain. Alpha brain is something that done a lot of research on. It doesn't make you jittery, it's caffeine-free, increases the alpha waves of your brain, helps with focus, memory, cognition. So, say, 10% on your order, go to onit.com slash T-fat or FATK, FATK. And there it is. I just want to talk about a comedy. I want to talk about being woke. I want to talk about Kanye West.
Starting point is 00:13:10 Let's talk about all this stuff. I want to talk about, you know, what do you like about woke culture? What do you not like about? Yes, like what do you think about what's going on? And like, being a comedian now, is it harder now than ever after, you know what happened to Chris?
Starting point is 00:13:24 No. Chris, oh, getting hit. I than ever after, you know, what happened at Chris? Oh, Chris was getting hit. I don't think so. No, his brother. His Tony Rock being a better comedian. Oh, I don't know who's better. I'm just saying brother. I don't know who's great.
Starting point is 00:13:34 I don't know. I don't know. I'm saying like everyone has their own realities. Comedy, I think, when it's harder to make funny, that's our job to go harder. Our job is to say fuck off and here's the chance. I didn been doing comedy since I was 12. And one of the things that I've started to like really appreciate is our job as people who have a voice to speak up against, you know. You know.
Starting point is 00:14:06 Dolan? No, it's... We gotta give it long pause. Still long. Sometimes you need a long pause. But I got what you're saying. You know what I mean? You can pause. And a lot of times there's a lot of meaning in a pause.
Starting point is 00:14:17 And people, and you're one of those people, has always given a lot of breathing room and a lot of power to the pause. And I want to... And I think that comes from your musicality because I got so much from that pause, I filled in a lot of the space. And I'm getting lost in your eyes right now.
Starting point is 00:14:32 So, and what's amazing is you don't blink. I watch the show. I've seen every episode. And the sincerity that you're offering right now, Brian, Brian. It's Brian Calon. Brian, you tell me, is actually really sweet. And I think something that we should lean into more on this show.
Starting point is 00:14:49 It's authentic. Yeah, because seeing you like this, I just am trying to be here. Okay, I'm trying to be present. Seeing you like this is actually attractive. It's like, because everyone, at least in the comedy world knows that if you want funny, you get Brian Callett. He does the thing where he slaps his quads and talks about horses.
Starting point is 00:15:07 And pretends he's a bird. Yeah, he's been doing that for a while. Rick. And no, it's very funny. I know, I do more than that. That's sure. That's a little bit shitty. Okay, do a minute.
Starting point is 00:15:16 Let me hear a minute of your stand up. Now? Yeah, let's see what you do. What do you guys think? There's nobody there, Rick. What do you guys think? You want to see, yeah. Rick, this is it. Yeah. Rick. Brian. No, ladies and gentlemen there Rick. What do you guys think you want to yeah Rick this?
Starting point is 00:15:28 Rick Brian no ladies and gentlemen It is my pleasure to introduce one of these stars of one of my favorite podcasts and never miss an episode the Fighter in the kid Brian Callin fuck all right fine. Hey guys. I got a lot of horse fantasies Hey guys, I got a lot of horse fantasies. I just want to do the penguin. I got a lot of horse fantasies. I just want, I wish I had a horse where I can go. And my horse shows up and I just fucking eat slides in on a stomach. I get on them and it just takes me and I ride with no hands.
Starting point is 00:15:56 Right, but that's the horse stuff. You said you have more than horse stuff. I do. Don't you do something that's not a horse joke. Do the penguin. No, I can't remember the penguin. Um, you want something besides the horse thing? I Mean what do you guys think Yeah, we're gonna yeah, everyone. I want to be a Scotsman. I want to ride up on my steed
Starting point is 00:16:16 I have a me If it's war you want it's what you'll get if it's what you want it's what you want, it's war you'll get. If it's war you want, it's war you'll get. It's a Russian. Could you do it? No. No, I'm afraid. If it's war you want, it's war you're gonna get. Okay, you're not.
Starting point is 00:16:33 That's great. That's better. I'm not, I'm really bad. I'm not gonna get it. Relax your mouth. If it's war you want. If it's war you want. It's war you're gonna get.
Starting point is 00:16:43 No, no, no, no. If it's war you'll get. It's what you're gonna get No, it's what you're Get If it's what is your push it relax your mouth. It's relax your mouth It's what you want not that much if it's what you want hold on Let me think for a second because scoyish is So is it like a fish? Bear bit more like a bro
Starting point is 00:17:01 Really good? Let's hear the take part to that It's what you what if should take part in that. It's worried, if it's worried, they want, if it's worried, they want, it's worried, they're going to gain. Okay, I'll say, they're gonna have to do this. Watch this, watch this. Watch this, watch this, watch this.
Starting point is 00:17:17 It is worried, they want, it's worried. I'll get. Very scattered. See that, yeah. Very melkypsyness. That's right. R Scottish. Very Mel Gibson. That's right. Rats, I love you.
Starting point is 00:17:27 They were here before us. Have you ever considered leading them, I'm being serious by the way, leading a film and having somebody write it because I don't think you would. And leading a film where you, you're playing that kind of like Scott's Monroe. The intention would be satirical and ironic,
Starting point is 00:17:48 but like the tone of the movie, it's not a comedy. Like you treat it like. That's it. Yeah, the whole tone of the film and all the casting, your wig, and playing it sincerely. Yes. Because I think that where America loses you, is they don't get it. Okay, wow. Yes. Because I think that where America loses you is they don't get it. Okay. Wow. Wow. I've been fusing. Okay. I know your compa. See, I got to tell you. And I,
Starting point is 00:18:11 because I was with him. I feel like, yeah, you've been, you've been compiling me, but then you're cutting my fucking. I got a question. I got a question. Yeah. Both of you answer this. It is backwards. Same. Do people get you? Yes, I do. No. I do well at comedy. They laugh at me. No, no, no, you're funny.
Starting point is 00:18:30 I mean, you're funny. You're funny. You're funny. I know that. And you're making me insecure now because you keep saying you're funny. Like, I'm questioning it. I think that your comedy is because you're uncomfortable
Starting point is 00:18:41 in sincerity. You don't know comedy. And I think you'd be a great dramatic actor. Thank you. I can do a lot of, I mean, don't challenge me on that from the outside. I mean, I saw, was it AP Bio? Was that your show?
Starting point is 00:18:54 No, it wasn't. What was the show where you were a gym teacher? Because you were very serious and were funny in that. It was the old school. And, no, not the old school. No, the Goldberg school. The school, the school. Yeah, spin off school.
Starting point is 00:19:03 Yeah, I played, you know, I'm a very, I'm a good actor. I mean, if you want me to do something dramatic, I can't. Maybe, maybe give Rick a little taste just so he sees your range of the Italian. Now, why didn't I play Pro Basketball? He gets like a virtue identical. Yeah. Oh, that's fun to work with him.
Starting point is 00:19:21 Was he awesome? Wonderful guy. Charles Barkley for the audio only. The best. Crash of it. Charles Barkley. Was he awesome? Wonderful guy. Charles Barkley for the audio only. The best. The crash of it. Charles Barkley. Was he making you laugh? Yes. He's just great and also a pro, but also just guys like that who played basketball
Starting point is 00:19:34 and football have to have a lot of social intelligence because they're team players. And then they're in the limelight. So they know everything. They've been there a thousand times. That's right. Yes. Do you feel as a wrestler, a solo sport? Is that why you
Starting point is 00:19:45 Maybe lack those abilities? No, because I came from football, right? Did you? Yeah, you are quarterback? Titan too big for quarterback, Rick, and you know that so you're big for quarter. What are you talking about? No, pull up a picture of Donovan and Ann please. No, not these days. I've sat next to Donovan. I'm not very thick, but not a big dominant McName. No, not these days. I've sat next to God. Would you put it? Not very thick, but not as big as this. Oh, don't, don't, don't make me dance with you. No, no, but I sat next to God. Oh, don't make me dance with you.
Starting point is 00:20:09 Look at, oh, is he too big to be a quarterback? Kick guy, but I'm gonna tell you this. He very thick first. Bring up, bend, rock, six, one. Bring up, bend, rock, six, one. Bring up, bend, rock, ruffles, brook. Now that's a big boy. Right.
Starting point is 00:20:19 Bend's a big boy. Peyton Manning. You. Football, there's nothing better to me than. Patrick's a short. Sunday afternoon, a crack open of course. Oh, a nice cold one. Yeah, maybe a course, maybe a Heineken.
Starting point is 00:20:32 And I sit back in my favorite lazy boy. And I just watch all the different football games, the Cowboys, the Browns, the Ravens, the Vikings. Who's your team? Oh, dude, I love all of them. I just love the sport so much. Did you watch the World Cup at all? Oh my God, I love sports.
Starting point is 00:20:56 Yeah, I did too. I didn't get enough of the World Cup. If you could be, I know, if you could be an athlete. I'm an athlete. I know, if you could be an athlete, I'm an athlete you might I know if you could be an athlete a high level athlete in one sport well I am I am in basketball so I don't you can't do it okay okay I just don't care about the other ones okay I'm but do you mind indulging me if you could be the best soccer ask me dramatically
Starting point is 00:21:20 it's got a schematic if you could be a great athlete, I mean a grand breaking. I take you more seriously. I like this. Would it be soccer? No you'd say football. No you'd say football. You'd say football. No you'd say football.
Starting point is 00:21:33 I'm not. You're a pin football. You say football. You wouldn't say European if you were in Scotland. Yeah football. American football. But also when you say American football, there should be a little distaste because they would not like it. They're a pin football. And also when you say football make it like football like talk about real football. What did they start over?
Starting point is 00:21:51 You could be an athlete a great one any spark What it be Football yeah American football Tennis American football Dennis Soccer I said that I said that I said that Star over Dennis Ruggbie star over but be more distain for me more distain for American football
Starting point is 00:22:14 August Reinhardt Ar war But would you want to be the best that? Football American football no position Want to be the best at football? American football. No. Position. Yeah, I'll raise my foot like a football. Good choice. Premier League football. Good choice.
Starting point is 00:22:31 Yeah, because. Yes, the best. Because they're the most, they're the best looking. Yeah. They have the biggest audience. Biggest big, biggest cut. Which makes the biggest. Which makes the biggest cake.
Starting point is 00:22:42 Correct. And also, you don't really, it's not that, you don't get hurt at the same. Yeah. And also you get to act. Like when you get hit, you get to do what everyone is flopping. Yes.
Starting point is 00:22:56 Acting. Yeah, sure. I think football players, proper football, soccer. Yeah. They get a bad rap for all the flopping because they call it flopping, but we don't understand as they are, as an athlete, I'm an entertainer, right? And I'm there to entertain you.
Starting point is 00:23:11 Yes, I'm competitive and yes, I want to win and yes, I do win. But I'm entertaining you and the reason why we get paid as much as we do is because people, wait, wait. I chose to get it as comedy. Can you not? Well, I had a 10 day contract with the cats I had a 10-day contract with the cats. I had a 10-day contract with the cats. I don't count that.
Starting point is 00:23:28 Absolutely did. Never played, but practiced with them and got paid. Technically, I was paid as a professional basketball player. Are you that good at basketball? Yes. He's very good at basketball. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:23:37 Hold on. No, he is. Stop everything. The calves paid you to play basketball. Yes. Did you play D1 ball? I played basketball played basketball at Kent State and you were very good Let's do one. Yes, you played all four years. I played all four years. I Didn't know any of this. Yeah, well technically I
Starting point is 00:23:56 Started a little late and it was It was in a mural but okay, so what so this is I won I won No, I know Rick and I walked and I tried out and then and then No, and then I got to because for practice with the team at Kent They they liked the way I how physical and aggressive I was and they liked me as a practice player and the coach went over It was at Cleveland and had me come with them and technically I said I want a contract and see we can give you ten day contract And it was $50,000. It was very much money. But... You made $50,000 to play basketball.
Starting point is 00:24:29 It's an NBA player. Okay, now... I'm insane. Where are you looking? What is that? That's the truth. And so, that hurt your eyes a little bit, didn't it, the truth? Because we had that truth meter, and it comes with a light, right?
Starting point is 00:24:44 So, why are you looking? Yeah, there's another one. So you try to fucking hide. And we have a lot of that stuff. We were doing a show together at the ice house and we're in the green room, it's like Derek, all the comics and stuff. He's back there and we're talking.
Starting point is 00:24:55 Charles and Derek Potsen, by the way, we'll put his Instagram handle up here. Derek posted. And Derek was, we played basketball there. At the time I didn't know how to get used to that basketball. Yeah. And we, you know, we're bullshit and I go, you know, I get a basketball court and he was,
Starting point is 00:25:08 yeah, it's outdoor though, because you have to mind of indoor court. Well, this was before COVID though. You probably have the money for it now. You have nine podcasts since then. True. Now, you look so exhausted. Now, you look so exhausted.
Starting point is 00:25:18 You look so exhausted. Can I be in a hard week? Your face is super swollen, like you look like you slept three hours. Well, I had to take night to, okay. You're funny and you sleep, I'm at least, yeah, no, hey, I'm not, no, I'm not,
Starting point is 00:25:32 I can sleep at this. No, I took night will last night because I need to sleep, I haven't been sleeping. That's so small. Why haven't you been sleeping? Do you think you worked too hard? Yes, I worked too much. Why do you do it?
Starting point is 00:25:43 Do you need the money to make it? Can't stop, won't stop. I'm like a shark, a shark. Stop moving. I'll die. You know, also, you know, sharks have a body chemistry to regenerate themselves and don't need this type of sleep that humans need. Yeah. That's what I heard. Well, half their brain sleeps the other half as a wake. You know, is it true that if you're like a shark, the only way to get you to stop working is to punch in the nose. Yeah, or turn me upside down. But Rick, I tried punching underwater and you know I can punch. You know in the air, in the ether, I can punch.
Starting point is 00:26:11 You step to me, my hands are viper quick and it's gonna be a problem. I see that I do this on here. I don't think you know, I really actually don't think you know, I know a few people, my friends do, but I trained for eight years and I know you Brazilian did so and I would let them. What the fuck, dude? What are you talking about I would let those chroma girl what the fuck dude Wait, what are you talking about? Rick take what the fuck here Rick your hands are crazy Rick
Starting point is 00:26:31 Jesus Christ your fastest shit. I think that chroma girl shit. I can't even come on. No, I huge Jesus Christ you're working my body so fast. I couldn't even do it. Whatever. You're gonna be kind of sending be kind of sending No, I wasn't kind of sending but I like the way you're working my body so fast I couldn't even do anything. Whatever, you're gonna be kind of sending me kind of sending. No, I wasn't kind of sending, but I liked the way you're in and you went low. Oh, no, I'm just, would you like to get those hands on Kanye West? Honestly, I was being silly before because everybody's talking about, I don't want to, it's, I don't, we don't need to talk about that. It's a little crazy, right? I don't talk about other people.
Starting point is 00:26:58 I like that, but you just struck me three times. You're here. You're here. I know, but you literally, I thought that you would be able to handle yourself because you can so well. Thank you. I know, but you literally I thought that you would be able to handle yourself because you can so well. I know I panicked a little bit because your hand, you're long and you were doing this and that was rather, I've never, I didn't know what the fuck was going on.
Starting point is 00:27:14 So I kind of, and then you went, no we saw it. You went here and you went low. No we saw it. Yeah. But back to sharks, the problem is underground, like I can hit hard unless I'm fighting you, but sharks aren't underground. No, I mean underwater, I back to sharks. The problem is underground, like I can hit hard unless I'm fighting you, but- But sharks aren't underground.
Starting point is 00:27:26 No, I mean underwater, I punch that hard. And my fist goes out of water. Attacking your body. But they don't announce that they're coming. You know, there's a song about this. I don't know if you'll get flagged by singing in the right key. No, please sing it.
Starting point is 00:27:41 But- I wanna go where the people are. I want to see, I want to see them dancing, walking around on there. What's the call again? Feet hold for the whole properly. Sorry. You do what my mom does when you pause for the song and she comes in. I can't keep the pop. You've got to learn pop.
Starting point is 00:28:00 You've got to learn pause. I'm not. What, what, what is they called again? Feet up where they walk up where they run up. I started a little high. I could supply you Play on day in the Sun. I want to be yellow pitch you there right watch Why would it be? Water that's what I wanted to get to water Bet you on land they'd understand that they can Reprimine their daughters bright young women sick of swimming ready to haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Well, you do comedy on a high level and you can sing. What's up with that? And I fight. And you're six, three, and you fight.
Starting point is 00:29:05 And you play for the gas. You just struck him. You struck me. Both of us. Oh, I also speaking of strikes, I'm a very good bowler. I could, if I say new some clips, you're gonna put them in. Rick, you just struck him. You know, I almost bowed the perfect game.
Starting point is 00:29:18 Did you? Yeah. 10 strikes in a row, two away. See, now. And boy was my arm tired. For room, I said he clips. I said he clips. No. And boy was my arm tired. For room. Okay.
Starting point is 00:29:26 That's a eclipse. I'm eclipse. 288. Okay, so I'm having trouble with all of this right now. Hey, hey, don't be mocking him. I'm behind his back. Dude, you're being so disrespectful and childish, frankly. Can we just do a podcast, dude?
Starting point is 00:29:40 I don't know. He's, every time you turn your back, he thinks it's funny to make fun of you. It's not funny. Do it right now Remember I risked my life and came over you didn't risk your life because I gave you proper will put up a picture I gave you proper proper protection what happened What it was it was the week before we went into lockdown, but I knew it was coming you did I had N95 masks for years Yeah, you you you were we were all afraid of it at first. I was gonna stand. He, no, I did the interview in the suit sweating my ass.
Starting point is 00:30:12 You had to put a hazmat suit on? Yes. Yeah. And take my shoes off. And then I had to take the suit off outside. Did you ever catch COVID? I caught everything that was thrown at me. But unfortunately, COVID, I mean, fortunately, for that matter, COVID that was thrown at me, but unfortunately, I mean fortunately for that matter
Starting point is 00:30:26 COVID is only thrown at me one so far and you and you caught it yeah Well, that's why I didn't throw a punch at you because I know you can catch my shit. Oh, you throw a punch at me Punch me Take Like Christ dude, he's like stop. I can't even see what the fuck you're doing You're like a giant is the Jewish busy stop and call me here. Are these 60 frames a second? Can we slow that down? Yeah, slow that down I was I
Starting point is 00:30:57 That's not so you you knocked my hand down like that that quickly Do you do you have enough money between the two of you to fund if I write a Do you have enough money between the two of you to fund if I write a Scottish period piece for him to be in a million dollars? Honestly, I know you know a million dollars is in a lot for a movie, but think about it. You could put on YouTube and People would love it. Would you direct it? I want to direct it. You know, I directed. I am phenomenal. We'll put a clip. Will you play will you play a character? I'm, you know, I'm not great at voice. I'll obviously do something. Like I'll play love interest or something. You'll definitely coordinate the combat stuff
Starting point is 00:31:29 because I don't know. No, you know combat. No, no, no, no. You sing in it? Yeah, yeah. I mean, I would do, I'm in. I would help arrange the music. I want it to be good.
Starting point is 00:31:36 And that's not honestly like I'm more Broadway, but I think, and also hip-hop, but I think that you. You're two genres. Very good. No. I know, dude, but you're Man, I feel like you're using this platform to tell everybody how great you are at a lot of different things And I don't even have a fucking fact checker. So I'm And then I will say I will say you're playfully claps. No, I know you can play basketball I will say this your hands are this... You did sing for us, baby. His hands are stupid if you beat you up.
Starting point is 00:32:06 His hands are stupid fast, and I realize right away that there's not a goddamn thing. Right, I'm not stupid, I have a learning disability, and I just think it's not that big of a deal, and I know you're intention, but it's worth bringing it up because silence and complicity is part of the problem. Yeah. And I don't want to stigmatize people
Starting point is 00:32:23 who are seen as stupid or other, just because they don't fit in in a typical place the way that you do with your fighting and your podcast You're manly style. So I'm not it's just so you know like we're all great and some of us are different. Yeah, and just relax I'm here's a feature. I got I'm a little bit blown away by how Expressive long and powerful your fingers. I'm a piano player too. Well that's what I was gonna ask you. If you don't play piano, it's a sin. Are you gonna remember to ask me what clips you need or what I just have to send to you?
Starting point is 00:32:50 We'll read the most in the best in the best. I don't know how you do it. I'll send you some piano stuff. Do you still do your pot out of your house? Put your hand up against Brennan's right now. I think you have a bigger hand than Brennan. It was Haynes Maths. Go ahead and put your hand up there.
Starting point is 00:33:04 I'll do the same. Hey, I should date. Hands a little thicker. Why don't you do stuff like that? You're funny, man. I see, I agree. You're so fucking insecure. I got you on that.
Starting point is 00:33:13 You're insecure. No. You're dumb. What? But you're so, you're like, sometimes you make us laugh. And I think it's just like don't, don't, don't be bothered by missing a lot. We could edit your shit out.
Starting point is 00:33:25 I'm not dude. This isn't live. I'm not. Honestly dude, it's so fun to do this podcast. I watch this every week. Every time I turn on my computer, I'm like, first thing I gotta do. We're in your face.
Starting point is 00:33:40 What are the fighter and the kid talking about this week? Yes. And I'll listen, you guys usually talk about the best stuff, but like being here. Yeah. It's different. It's real, huh? We're a metric.
Starting point is 00:33:50 Feels like you're on like back in the day, like Johnny Garcin. No, it doesn't feel like a high status thing. Oh. But this is vintage old school shit, bro. It just feels nice. It feels nice to play with the boys. Yeah. I think you guys are some of the people that do podcasts.
Starting point is 00:34:06 And it's so nice. That's a very general. I don't really have to do that. Now there is a lot of people in the podcast, but more than the originals, right? So you're well. By original, you mean like you have been doing it maybe longer than some of the other people.
Starting point is 00:34:18 Not original, as in like your takes are original or special. No, I mean, still doing that later. No, that's sure I got canceled a long time ago. I don't know, I don't follow. I don't know if you know this, but I'm a dramatic actor now. I didn't. Award winning.
Starting point is 00:34:33 What? Yeah. What did you do? If you want to pull up as we see it awards. Bring that up please. Yeah. I'm getting mad. This guy's a nonstop.
Starting point is 00:34:42 Well, he's, and I'm complaining on top. As we see it, was he in that? Oh, yeah. For, first on the call sheet, my friend. I don't see a name there. Where's your name? Spotlight. There it is. Spotlight Award winner, Rick Glassman.
Starting point is 00:34:58 What the fuck is going on? You beat out a su-in. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, another one of our co-stars. Okay, is that, uh, but let's, I'm room for you though, you know? No, let's, that's the thing. I say no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no I'm a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little That's a personal question. No, we talked about it in the show. Well, we are no longer together, but still have in the context. Long distance to get you. She's fantastic.
Starting point is 00:35:49 Yeah. You're probably a great lover. Thank you. Just what? You know, that song was for her. I knew it. I want to go where the people are. I want to see them dancing.
Starting point is 00:36:04 Do you know any Disney that you can see them dancing? Yeah, so what I do is I pull the Hey, so Dancing you're cutting it so dancing. Oh, you want the runs? Well, that's what I do. That's it if I'm directing you know You know, there's a song that a lot of my fans No, and love and it's and it's similar to what we're speaking about before. It's about appreciating the journey because sometimes as we're going, we hit these bumps or these obstacles.
Starting point is 00:36:32 Roadblocks. Yeah. And there's a song. Roadblocks. I would love if you guys don't mind. Do you mind? No, I'm not allowed to hear you. I'm gonna maybe make a couple pitch mistakes here and there
Starting point is 00:36:42 just so you guys don't get flagged by YouTube. Well, we'll fix an impulse. And I don't bother people like you all. I want to say one thing before you do this. Yes. Look at me. Go for it, right? Of course. Well, let's not go halfway like the mustache, right?
Starting point is 00:36:57 Let's go full mustache on. You don't know. You don't know. Don't man explain to me how I'm transitioning my facial hair. Okay. But is it fair to say go full mustache here It's fair to ask it, but I don't need a man to tell me what to do. You also explain them earlier what you're doing Yeah, well he was well. He is a man. So I don't think he listened. Yes, but I'm trying to become oh yes
Starting point is 00:37:17 But is that the way you learn how to improvise? No, I'm trying to be more sensitive man I'm having sex now. I'm not wearing my back with my knees pulled. Cut to a clip. Cut to a clip. Do you have that clip, Jen? But will you listen to the words for real? Because I've sung this before to people,
Starting point is 00:37:34 and I think a lot of people are like, oh, Rick is just showing off how good he is. It's singing again, but I'm telling you a story. Yeah. No, I do a show there, Griffin. So he likes to show off he can sing too. Oh, Eric, yeah, he has a beautiful. He has a beautiful Got together and saying yeah, we love music. We love each other. I would do a dick bandit's big dick bandit's big dick bandit's yeah
Starting point is 00:37:55 So that would be that's more that I wrote We wrote together came up with it. Yeah, were you listen to the words? Yes, and then you can ask me any questions But what stuff means when let me finish? I'm gonna you first. I'll over big dick band. Okay. Okay. Every long long stream. Let me to where you are. Others who broke your heart. They were like northern stars leading me on my way.
Starting point is 00:38:25 In your love in North. this much I know is true. That God blessed the broken road that led me straight to you. Notice the Picasso and the broken road led me to you. That's the only way. That led me to you. That led me straight to you. Yeah, that led me straight to you. Isn't that beautiful? Bo. That made to you. They made it straight to you.
Starting point is 00:38:45 Yeah. Isn't that beautiful? Boop, boop, boop, my nose. There's all these obstacles. Now, I'm not sure if you two have ever experienced these, but sometimes people have obstacles in their lives. And you think, oh, but it brings you to where you need to be. So I'm gonna say this right now.
Starting point is 00:38:58 I can't believe that girl broke up with you and you can sing like that. Well, she didn't break up with me. It was a, it was a... Mutual. I don't even need to, I don't need to give any information, but the thing is, um, predominantly, it's none of your business. Okay. Do you know what I'm saying? But I'm just saying, I can't believe it didn't work out and you can sing like that. But you're assuming it didn't work out because
Starting point is 00:39:17 I'm not skillful or have unbelievable communication skills. Your insecurity is coming out now. Now, you know, like, Brian, you know, I will acknowledge, they're absolutely, you're right, there is some defensiveness. I'm a fan of you. And I think I would like to understand that I know what that is. I don't feel extremely comfortable speaking on that kind of stuff, especially when she isn't here. Don't bring a Kanye, don't bring up a squirrel. Yes. And I'll tell you this, that's the best song I've ever heard in person. I said it. I don't care. I like when he sings.
Starting point is 00:39:45 Isn't it beautiful? You know, you're not doing anything. You can sing in there. Who else could sing? Oh yeah, that is right. Big time. Do you know that song? Can I hear you sing your version of it?
Starting point is 00:39:53 He's a professional. I kind of was Rick would bring his voice to our... Sure. Maybe lock them doors and turn the lights down low. Get the music on the softened slow. There you go. Baby we are. That's what you got no way to check out.
Starting point is 00:40:09 Oh, oh, oh. Oh, oh. I've heard it only bring up this. Bring it up. Hey Rick, we want to go down. We want to go up. We bring it down. I like that.
Starting point is 00:40:19 Yeah. Because you didn't say no. So what's happening? Are you going to pull something up instead of just doing the live? I'm running. Run away. I'm going to pull it like instant. No, no, no, no, no what's happening? Are you gonna pull something up instead of just doing a lot? I'll run and run away and pull it like instantaneously. No, no, no, no, no, no, this isn't for them. This is for us, and I'm part of us.
Starting point is 00:40:30 I wanna see it. I'm trying to think of a choice. Do you have something beautiful, like something beautiful, a ballad? I can't see it. Kiss from a rose? I never seen steel stuff. Oh, I knew that about you.
Starting point is 00:40:41 Cheers, bad skin. No, because just that's what you said. He told me that back in the day. Believe that. No, that's what he said back to. He told me that back. Believe that. No, that's what he said back in the day. What's something beautiful you could say? I could try to think something and then get back to you. I can't really think on the spot with a song.
Starting point is 00:40:51 Okay, well, go like this. Do this. Ooh, ooh, ooh. And then it's gonna make you think of something. Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh. Ooh, ooh, ooh. National anthem. Oh, it's a tough one.
Starting point is 00:41:04 I don't know, lyrics don't like that. Doesn't it's a tough one. I don't know lyrics. No, that doesn't matter make him up Oh Say again you see I'm just gonna laugh the entire time. Well, he does he likes he loves Tim McGraw. I do love country though. Yeah Maybe lock them Put some music on it soft and slow Baby we ain't got no place to go I hope you understand It's a musical fire in the kitchen
Starting point is 00:41:33 Nah, it's a musical fire in the kitchen Have you ever done a musical episode? I have On this show? Well, we've done that. We've had some singing We had Caribbean Tiger back in the day big-dependent It's it's with Will Sassos. We had some songs for a while. We all tried singing silent night one time That was a very difficult
Starting point is 00:41:53 Discilet night if you take it seriously. How does that song start? I can't do it. I could probably do it Silent night. Holy night. Is this you taking it seriously? Yes, you have to take it seriously. Yes, you have to take it seriously. I can't sing. That's... So, okay.

I'm gonna get up the lyrics. Yeah,. Yeah, I'm gonna bring. Okay, my voice is gonna be beautiful. Hold on. Let me just tell you. Did you take singing lessons, Rick? I taught him. I'm a kid.
Starting point is 00:43:29 But no. You're fucking making me mad, dude. I gotta be honest. No, no, I'm a piano player and I have relatively perfect pitch, so I'm able to sing fine. But my time, not a singer. Sure. You know, I could do scratch for a kid.
Starting point is 00:43:40 Yeah, I'm gonna sing the first, the stands go. Ready? Let's get the lyrics. Hi. Oh. Is this just the instrumental? All the songs are going away. All the songs are just started away.

And when we're able to tap into the spirituality of understanding that we are both important and significant, well, at the same time, insignificant by relativity, even more important than the other person. I'm not saying that, you're not saying it, dude.
Starting point is 00:47:37 Fuck, you're saying nothing, dude. Like listen, bro, that favorite singer. Oh, you're gonna laugh at me. I'm not gonna say it. I wanna know. Right Charles? That's not a bad. That's not a bad.
Starting point is 00:47:49 Well, great. Why would I laugh at that? I'm not gonna argue with that. You told me that you don't really, I don't care for. I don't know what the word is black musician. I have never said that. And that is. And that's not like your preference.
Starting point is 00:48:01 What's your favorite musician? First bread and rumors about me. Watch this. First favorite three musicians. Oh, fucking my favorite view. You're from three? Yeah. Bono, Elvis, and the white guy. Yeah, so you're all white.
Starting point is 00:48:12 I'm fucking mean that. I meant spring. I meant spring. I meant spring. Fuck. Dude, see, you're funny, man. You just need somebody to tee you up. You know what? You don't know how to write.
Starting point is 00:48:20 What? Like, if somebody sets you up, you know how to, you have a funny energy. Dude, I think you're funny. I have a horse pants. I'm gonna be honest, I came in here, I'm having coffee, I'm having fun. You guys are a couple of alpha males,
Starting point is 00:48:33 and I'm like leaning in and I'm playing in that competitive vibe, but I just wanna take a second to be serious and say, this is so nice and I'm having a nice time, and I don't do other people's podcasts too much. I always do mine and Your podcast called what it's called take your shoes off. Can I do your podcast? You know, wow I sent I sent you both messages back in 2019. Yeah, you came on
Starting point is 00:48:58 You you told me You know, yeah, get back to me or I'm busy or whatever No, and now that my podcast is now one of the it's the biggest one of the biggest number one You know, yeah, get back to me or I'm busy or whatever. And now that my podcast is now one of the biggest, one of the biggest comedian podcast. I know, I haven't followed those two. No, it goes to Shuseoft and Rogan. No, in Los Angeles.
Starting point is 00:49:15 Oh, gotcha. That is guests that doesn't also have, look, out of all the comedy podcasts in Los Angeles that is a guest podcast, not like a... Guest driven. Guest driven, not including people that have Podcasts that are guest driven but also another podcast that is like the same team finds the biggest Okay, and now you're like, oh, I want to do your podcast. Not you couldn't do it then. I was busy
Starting point is 00:49:37 Probably doing stuff. I take I have family. I have oh you don't have a family anymore. I have my fighting I have a family. Oh, yeah I made it also a whole bunch of podcasts Yeah, and you had to come over family anymore. I have my fighting stuff. I have a family, dude. Oh yeah, I made it. I also a whole bunch of podcasts. And you had to come over here to put on the hazmat suit. You were very respectful. I don't remember you offering to come on. Yeah, let's pull up your DMs. I don't think you had a podcast.
Starting point is 00:49:54 Pull up your DMs now. No, well, so I had to change my account. You want me to pull them up? I'll tell you what, he big time you. Do a minute of stand up for real without any horses. Okay horses and make both of us laugh and you could come on. In 10 minutes, okay. So set a timer, we'll do it in 10 minutes. Jim, can we set a time for 10 minutes, and I appreciate and respect you.
Starting point is 00:50:29 Sarah's a woman, and it's nice to let them know. Do you change the voice though? Why? They're saying, if you want to say it. I don't mind a woman telling me what you're saying. Rick, I just realized I know very little about your background. Where'd you grow up? Oh, smart, interviewing me, showing me that you're pro. I grew up in Cleveland, and boy, you're my age.
Starting point is 00:50:43 I'm sorry about the browns, huh? Well, although we almost had Baker Mayfield on the fight companion and you know Baker was drafted first round by the Cleveland Browns, now they went zero on 16, I believe. No, that's a tough one. No, they did when he was in, I think, in 2016. No, before him.
Starting point is 00:51:00 He was in the orange. He was in the orange. Okay. Would you pull up up would you YouTube search? Grandma Glassman Browns Man, you're make you keep doing that with your fingers, dude, and I find it You know his pop zones the top rug store and we already threw a commercial in your dad does his dad does Your father sir your father's a rugged here in Cleveland
Starting point is 00:51:25 the all the rugs and thick one so your dad's the rugs are of Cleveland so you grew up with all that I don't know enough about the the the history and the origins of the words are and I don't want to appropriate that term but maybe this is your grandma yeah your mom my grandma is a huge Browns fan and gets very angry at my own goal by By the way, here where you click that she takes care of herself. Oh, yeah, face 114. I don't know if I can last the whole game. Watch I'm a banker. Oh Mother fucker. You know what's got it? An almost an interceptor. Oh, they have to run the ball for the middle for two years. Shut up, Robert
Starting point is 00:52:00 This is gonna be a long day for me. No, we get press balls. We don't need to watch much more But it's way she is a fucking spitfire. Now, we can press pause. We don't need to watch much more, but... She is a fucking spitfire. Yeah, I'd love to get her on your pod. And she says, I'd love it. She says, my mom's a... Yeah, I'm Brian. What's that?
Starting point is 00:52:13 The Booker, DM Brian. Oh, does my grandma need to have a super successful podcast before you would work with her? No, I'm real. Unreal. That's not at all what it was. Our Booker, Tom McCrong, said, Rick Glassman, I said, get him on.
Starting point is 00:52:25 Well, now. Not now. Now that I've won awards for a dramatic actor and I have my third TV show on an ABC in February, and I know that I'm killing it with a podcast game. Wait a minute, are you gonna be on a TV show on ABC? Yeah? Okay, I was on two shows on ABC.
Starting point is 00:52:41 Yeah. That's something about that. Yeah, now that you're not on them anymore, now you wanna bring me on and try and milk me for what I'm worth. Rick, don't know. No, that's something about that. Yeah, now that you're not on them anymore now You want to bring me on trying to milk milk me for one of more? Look at you this is it. Yeah, well you want to watch our trailer. Oh my god Yeah, I do actually, but this is so you won't be able to because it's got me this is kind of exciting Is this a dramatic show? Oh, yeah very dramatic very serious. Oh, dude look at you like a serious am I was 21 I'm really feeling that you look like you're 21 there. I played 25. What do you who do you play there? Who are you in this in this? It's it's
Starting point is 00:53:14 No, I'm eight and eight number. Okay, I thought that was a timer. I got nermia bill. No, not yet You have another certain amount of time. Okay It's about three young adults in the autism spectrum looking to find independence, relationships, and friendships together while living independently. Well, great. Sounds amazing. Let's go figure out your eyes.
Starting point is 00:53:41 You're not feeling it. No, I mean, it sounds good, I wanna watch that. Okay, well, let's pull up the pilot. Okay, well, we'll move on to that. If you wanna, I mean, a lot of times, like if you type in as we see it run tomatoes, you'll see like, you know, a lot of times, these serious shows get critical acclaim
Starting point is 00:53:57 to the audience scores and good. It's not annoying. Yeah. I have a theory on all this shit. On the audience scores, so. I think all of us, I think all of us for all of us, I think all of us in this business, whether you do a TV show or whatever.
Starting point is 00:54:09 Wait a minute, the audience, the run, oh my God, that's incredible. I see what you did. I think you fresh it. I think that the audience scores even higher for a serious dramatic show. You know only nerdy stuff like that. I think 97% audience and 90%
Starting point is 00:54:22 Last time I saw that high, I saw a shank redemption. I don't, I funny movie. You look like you're fake surprise and I feel what you're saying, I saw a shank redemption. I don't like funny movies. You look like you're fake surprise and I feel like you've already looked that up and you set that up because I don't believe that your surprise is real. No, I was doing comedy surprise,
Starting point is 00:54:34 but very grounded, serious, the way you would. It's pretty impressive. Now, my question is, do people, a lot of people, continue without the savings of people could save you? Don't watch stuff like this. A lot of people on what? Well, I just feel like don't watch stuff like this a lot of people on what well I just feel like we're living in a time where everybody has no attention span and it's worse than ever because of
Starting point is 00:54:54 That's why you got to do that, but that was almost me People say that be but they're you know like that Dom or series, which is a eight part series long over a billion views Well murder Wednesday show Wednesday, I'm a billion views. Well, murder. Wednesday, show, or Wednesday. I'm watching Wednesday now. I'm ready to show. What is it called? Wednesday, really?
Starting point is 00:55:10 Tim Burton. Tim Burton directed it. You know what's interesting? What's interesting about it, I think it's doing so well. You know, she in the first 10 days of it coming out get 10 million Instagram followers, new ones from it. And I think it connects with so many people because it's Tim Burton, it's dark, it's an IP
Starting point is 00:55:26 that we recognize and love. But also it's kind of like a young Nancy Drew mystery. It also appears appeals to the younger demographic and it's great to have television that your whole family could sit in. And not like, oh, I'll watch this with my kids or oh, my kids are allowed to watch us with the adults. But just good at home fun.
Starting point is 00:55:43 I've even seen a show like this and as we see it out on Amazon Prime right now, fantastic show. And it's interesting because it's so great being able to be educated while being entertained. I would argue being entertained first, but we are learning about, we are learning about something that I think is important.
Starting point is 00:55:59 And it's just, what is important? What is important? What is important? Because I feel like you're being super general again and that whole thing was a fucking plug for your show. What is important because I feel like you're being super general again and that whole thing was a fucking plug for your show. What is important? Oh yeah, I don't mean to dance around anything.
Starting point is 00:56:10 I absolutely am plugging the show. I'm so proud of it. It's important to understand, you see, a lot of shows and movies about autism, they kind of are on one end of the spectrum. They're either so unable and they need all these help with all these obstacles or there's these savants that are good at counting toothpicks, or they're amazing doctors. And the reality is, there's a lot more in between of just, we're all people, a lot of people say this is an autism show,
Starting point is 00:56:30 but it's really just a show in some of the characters of autism. Anybody could relate to difficulties in relationships, talking to girls or boys or thaves or thins or hers or she's or whatever. You could be general as fuck right now. Now do the kids on that show actually have autism? Yes. Well, okay, you don't have to be this sincere. We get it.
Starting point is 00:56:48 Don't whisper yes, like it. It's not a moment of silence, okay? You're not that noble for being on the show. You got cast. No, I'm blessed to be able to be a small part in telling somebody's story. And if I didn't do it to somebody else would, but it's not about me being in it
Starting point is 00:57:01 and being great and winning awards. What it's about is the show being important. And most importantly, and I hate to say it's superficial, it's downright entertaining, you're gonna laugh, you're gonna cry, you're gonna feel, you're gonna feel good after. Oh, you don't wanna feel good? You don't have to watch it.
Starting point is 00:57:14 Fucking Rick, everybody wants to feel good. I mean, 97% of people wanna feel sure. You're returning this into a whole fuck. Have you seen Love on the spectrum? Oh, love. So good. You guys, this is so fun. I hope I'm not coming across too aggressive.
Starting point is 00:57:28 No, no, no, no. Because I really look up to, look up to, you know. Brendan. Oh, well, you know, like I just look up sometimes and I see like the studio that you have. Then I'm like, wow, you guys are doing well. Yeah, because nobody, no, few people go play their ceilings What the fuck what the fuck?
Starting point is 00:57:55 Don't so alpha dude you just fucking smack the shit out of me on my own show So inappropriate that's so inappropriate that you just smack the shit out of me. I just don't like you mansplaining to me. You hit me three times on my own show. That's I landed more than three. Yeah. No shit. You just hit me in the stomach and the face and then it's a good thing I know how to cover up and make myself smaller and keep my eyes open. You know I have to something you're good at. It's it's it's it's it's hiding and making yourself look small. Well no I know how to roll shots. If you notice, I was rolling shots.
Starting point is 00:58:26 Yes, so you're hit crazy. Yes, hiding, looking small, drinking shots. No, I'm not as tall as you are, but that's right. Insecure, small, short. I have a short femur bone. Yep, complaints about his bones. I can't say that I have a short femur bone. That's a big...
Starting point is 00:58:40 Did we go to some current events? Sure, if you guys want. Oh, that's it. We're done with the... Thanks for keeping it on track, Brennan. Thanks for keeping it on track, Brennan. Yeah, I'm if you guys want. Oh, that's it. We're done with the, oh, no. No, we're just starting with. Thanks for keeping it on track, Brennan. Yeah, I'm gonna show you. Oh, that was a fucking dude.
Starting point is 00:58:49 You just attacked me. Yeah, he did. It's my timer. Oh, we're talking, John. Yeah, we got another minute 30. Rick, you know what you do when you come up? You do this, you hunched over and then you went, blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 00:59:02 Yeah, well, I give you a smaller target. Is that what it was? Yeah. Because I had no openings. You know, I'm a, you know, blah, blah, blah. Yeah, well, I gave you a smaller target. Is that what it was? Yeah. Because I had no openings. You know, I'm a, you know, I'm a fencer. Well, I'm not a fencer now, but I used to fencer all the time. And, and I got into fencing
Starting point is 00:59:13 because I asked so many questions. I was always confused. Why are the hands behind their back? And why are they not facing the way where they could jab the fencing? And, and being to the side makes you the smallest. Yes. And that's why I got into fighting
Starting point is 00:59:24 because I learned, and, you know, a lot of and a lot of people, they will have their jab hand be their weaker hand. Yes. I was young and I got very defensive when I first started training and I didn't like anybody referring to thinking I have a weak hand. This is why I'm so good, I could drive left
Starting point is 00:59:38 just as strong as right. So I actually learned to fight wrong and I would lead with my right and it actually made my left stronger. Can I show you? Yeah, please do. So fuck here we go. Let me show you. Now what are you going to do?
Starting point is 00:59:51 You can leave the glasses on for this one. Well, he hasn't been able. I can't. There's no openings. Now Rick, I'll tell you what I'm happy. This is for real. I'm very happy. We don't live in a time when men settled their disputes. Oh my gosh. With swords.
Starting point is 01:00:05 Right do. Because swords are unforgiving. I insist you think that I feel like sword is one of the more forgiving. Oh my God. Because with sword fighting, I'm not the weapon itself, but in proper melee combat. There is an honor, there is a sport respect and a proper melee combat. A proper melee with sword. I'll tell you more about it after you make Brennan and I laugh with a minute of stand-up.
Starting point is 01:00:32 All right, practically a cold one. Let's start. Are you sober? I'm not sober, but I don't really drink. I find drinking messes with my faculties and I shine the brightest when I allow myself to be the most true to who I am We're gonna start a stopwatch Ladies and gentlemen Brian hey Brian. I know you want to sing seriously, but you joke around here's your time to really Get on the take your shoes off podcast, which by the way, have you seen the editing on it?
Starting point is 01:00:59 I mean the visuals it is fantastic. It's a beautiful one of the maze It is one of the kind. I mean, why is it that you wanna go on it so much? And it seems so much. Popular, right? It's just that I wanna, I wanna up my profile a little bit. Well, I'll take a ton of rock, here's your chance.
Starting point is 01:01:14 Oh wow. In 15, 14, I get to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, we're gonna be quiet on two. Five, you could keep doing it. Four, three. Hey, how are we doing out there? Everybody.
Starting point is 01:01:34 Hey, how come we don't see, can you imagine if it's animals were celebrities? This is Arnold Schwarzenegger as a bunny rabbit. Yes. I like this. Katas. Katas, I'm living the whole... After it's Katas, oh dog, I'm hopp-they-hopp-I have to go into my hole. It's really Christopher Walken.
Starting point is 01:02:01 I'm glad you brought up Christopher Walken. This is Christopher Walken as a pigeon pigeon this Christopher walkin' as a pigeon cool cool bread bread on the mind sourdough give me some bread or fly up
Starting point is 01:02:22 pack your eye you cock sucka a small bird tiny Skinny legs big chassis cool one All right, and it's wrong so I because I didn't have it much time. I don't do you go to current events So is he not making show? I want that I'll do a time to. Hey, I got you, I've been the business a little, who look at schedule?
Starting point is 01:02:50 He's booked to the, I don't like what people do that to me. You know, when I was first starting out, a lot of people would give me the run around, like Brian, and they would say yes, but, no follow through. Yeah, and I never had a problem with people saying no to me. It's, no, and just tell me the truth,
Starting point is 01:03:04 I'm not, I'm not big enough, I'm not cool enough, I'm not hot enough, I haven't wanna need drama or awards yet. But like at least now I know. Yeah. So out of respect, when people say, can I come on your podcast or do you wanna come on mine? If I don't want to, I'll be honest. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:03:17 So, Brian, ask him right now. Be honest, completely honest, Rick. Do it, I think that's, I know but do it, be. And tell me, also tell me why. Tell me why my podcast, who cares? It's just another fucking podcast. Or is there something fun about mine that you wanna really go into dance and play?
Starting point is 01:03:33 It just looks like I'd love to come on your podcast because it gives a chance to spend time together, ask him a little small detail about your show. Let's see if he has a channel. Tell me something about my podcast that you like. I, A, B, when he does this, what happens? Well, so first of all, I love that podcast because a lot of it is just his fast paced.
Starting point is 01:03:50 That podcast, what's it called? Dicker shoes off, it's fast paced and it's funny as shit and it's like unpredictable and you never know what's gonna come out. Fuck, see that's an example of that. Yeah, I'll have you on. I gotta figure it out. I gotta figure it out.
Starting point is 01:04:03 You gotta figure it out. I gotta figure it out. I'll have you on. What do you mean I have to figure it out? I'll figure it out. I got to figure it out. I got to figure it out. You got to figure it out. I got to figure it out. I'll be honest. What do you mean I have to figure it out? I'll figure it out. I want to put you, like I don't want to have you, I want to find a time where like I don't have advertisers. Does that make sense?
Starting point is 01:04:15 Yeah, you want to slot me in. Yeah, like a week that I could have taken off. Do you feel that there's not going to be big numbers or something? Honestly. God damn it. I don't know. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm really funny and people are sharing it.
Starting point is 01:04:30 But yeah, I'll have you on. Don't even worry about it. I think you're funny. Maybe give us some space between this. You wanna come on over right after this and do it? Today is the only time in the next few months I have time. Could you do it today?
Starting point is 01:04:41 Today though, because I have, you wanna do it. I have one of my three kids I have to do it. I do wanna do it. I do wanna do it. If you could come over today, I mean, I mean, I'm in the valley. Come over today, we'll do it. What time?
Starting point is 01:04:52 Right after this. I have my kung fu class. Okay, well, you could fight, you could fight, you could fight for your youth, holding onto it for that matter, or you could fight for your play. You're career. And yeah, your career. You your fucking being insulting right now to

Starting point is 01:05:35 Hit it, Chin. Oh, Victor Boot. Yeah, well, it's starting off with this, but you guys know about the trade, Bertine Griner, for this guy, Victor Bout. Let's not, let's bleep his name and not say his name to not, that's why he, that's why, that's what he wants. They want, he wants us to say his name.
Starting point is 01:05:52 That's why he did all this stuff with the arms. He's a big fella, you know. Big fella. And he, looks like a quarterback. He spent a lot of time. Not the best trade, but at least we got American out of the game. Is that him right now? Yeah, it's him right there.
Starting point is 01:06:04 He's my age, Doesn't look bad. 55 years old. Doesn't look bad. Mm-hmm. Well, now a lot of Americans were upset because they thought, how could we not get that veteran out of there, too, who's been in there, I think, four years serving a 25-year sentence in Russia?
Starting point is 01:06:19 Yeah. They tried to get him first. Now, this is what the White House says, who take over the grand assault. So they said, we try to get him. now. This one the white house says to take you with the grand assault So they said we try to get him and the rest was like absolutely not Mm-hmm. They'll like give us I forget who they want some big Profile guy and we wouldn't do it so he's off the table right so it's Brittany for this Merchant of armed death arms or whatever you said it right. Thank you
Starting point is 01:06:39 Merchant, yeah, he he supplied weapons in Congo Liberia Sierra Le Sierra Leone. If you know anything about that, it was the worst fucking conflict. They did the worst things you can imagine. Child soldiers all kinds of shit and he supplied both sides. Look, we know this. Not a great guy. He downer. Yeah, he brought the mood down to me. Sometimes sometimes you sometimes you know Sometimes you get real
Starting point is 01:07:06 I'm a very intense guy. I like his mustache and you should grow a mustache like that And I don't know why you won't it's amazing to hear oh You know I'll send you a picture of me with a with a mustache. I get we'll put it up. I mean that's a good mustache Will you mark that remind me what assets you need grow a Victor boot mustache That's a good mustache. Well, do you mark that, remind me what assets you need. Grow a Victor Boot mustache. Now does he just go back to work? Yes, he's going back to Russia,
Starting point is 01:07:29 Putin and he are very close and he's going to be living the life of Riley. Now does this encourage Russians to steal more Americans? That's the problem. The problem is if you start making it profitable to take hostages, so the cartel does. That's what happens.
Starting point is 01:07:45 So you got one of us? Okay, we'll just kidnap one of yours. Now they're gonna win the hard way if they get the right WNBA player. You steal someone else less famous, but I get a trade. But I get the trade. That's true. So if they took Brian.
Starting point is 01:07:57 No trade. Isn't that interesting? They wouldn't. If they took you. You think that they don't want more fighter than the kid. I think that you think if they took you or they took Rogan They Rogan would be in that process for 30 seconds. He would probably eat his way out. He wouldn't even need America
Starting point is 01:08:15 I would say that they're depending on the administration if it was a very it was the What do you mean? They would keep they would keep boot Rogan in jail now. What was that slip of booting who is booting? Because that means something to you that confused me as well. Yeah, boody Well, I was thinking about Biden boot and I was thinking about Biden and There's a lot of there's a not to get conspiratorial, but there's a lot of Chatter that they might be the same person six syllables Now you're saying if Biden if today's world by and inoff I think of Joe Rogan
Starting point is 01:08:48 I think if Joe Rogan's in jail a little bit. I think so if he's in jail I my feeling is there's a good chance if he said he's out and if he wins a jail in Russia What do you think it would be that would they would have gotten him for weed More harpsett it just goes to show you you shouldn't we shouldn't be um... don't go to rush out yeah we're doing we're there well don't bring drugs to another country you know it's tough when you're so when anything drugs swearing
Starting point is 01:09:16 um... showing your face having sex with somebody who you're not married to like there are these things that we do that we don't think about us doing anything yes and then you go to another culture and that's not what they do Mary too, like there are these things that we do that we don't think about us doing anything. Yes. And then you go to another culture and that's not what they do there. And it's scary and it just goes to show you how much research you need to do.
Starting point is 01:09:30 For example, when you want to do something and you want to go somewhere, you do research, right? Yeah. You agree. So tell me what you like about my podcast. I think it's fast-paced, it's unpredictable. Tell me, so fun. You mean example?
Starting point is 01:09:42 Give me an example, something you see. There's so much of where you're like, you'll be like, you know, you'll come up with a topic and then you fucking boom I beat true false has he had Mark man of course he's had Mark man. No true or false The world's fucked But the problem isn't new man Fuck man for real social media isn't fucking everybody up. You know what's fucking everybody up? Fucking access.
Starting point is 01:10:10 We weren't built for all this information. We can't really even understand it. And oh, oh, I'm addicted to cocaine or for heroin. So I have a problem. But this, this is harmless. Bullshit! It's not harmless. Bullshit! I agree. It's not harmless.
Starting point is 01:10:25 That's why I don't even have a phone. I agree. This is just for work and pleasure. That's a problem. So what's important to know is, where am I giving myself away? Right? And when we recognize that we are flawed,
Starting point is 01:10:38 we understand that, oh, there is something we could do. We could do this. We could connect. Oh, man, you're not connect you're not You're not saying He's making me mad how much more General's that must as his five more days fucking dead chin get me to the next fucking current event Before I drown in generalities Besides I do think that I do think that we had the rise of the new Puritans and at the end of the day none of us can really do much
Starting point is 01:11:05 Chris back think that we had the rise of the new Puritans and at the end of the day none of us can really do much. Hold on. Chris Beck, former Navy SEAL who transitioned, former finally-kid alumni. Oh, Brian, are you gonna have a problem with this too? No, we know him. We had him on the podcast. Well, okay. Wait, he heard. Tired Navy SEAL who SEAL Team 6, Chris Beck, who came out as trans announces de-transition
Starting point is 01:11:22 destroyed my life. De-transition, what does that mean? Yeah, going back to being a man. I believe that's what you're saying. I think you're she did that recently? Yes. Now, that's kind of like Brian not committing to his bits, correct? This is interesting.
Starting point is 01:11:33 So, there's everything you see on CNN with my face. Do not even believe a word of it. Chris Beck, formerly known as Kristen Beck. She came on the show as Kristen Beck. Told conservative influencer, Robbie Starbuck, and an interview, everything that happened to me for the last 10 years destroyed my life. I destroyed my life. I'm not a victim.
Starting point is 01:11:50 I did this to myself, but I had help. I take full responsibility. I went on CNN and everything else. That's why I'm here right now. She didn't scrolled away from me. We're doing what? What was the thing that ruined? He was a steel team, six guy.
Starting point is 01:12:03 He was just a real badass tip of the spear soldier. And he wrote a book, I read it. He always had this idea that I'm a woman, I'm a woman, I'm a woman. He transitioned. And now he's saying, to wrap that up, because I was used as very naive, I was thinking, I know the buzz you're rick. I was very naive, I was really bad way. I got taken advantage of.
Starting point is 01:12:24 I got used to badly by a lot of people Who had knowledge the way beyond me they knew what they were doing. I didn't so is he saying that he transitioned from the pressure? No, no, he's saying that the the news is making it look like something like it's a positive thing for young people Like guys or whatever women to transition and they use her face. Yes. One of the proof, you know, one of the proof of what? Look, look, here's the thing. Why is this our business?
Starting point is 01:12:50 I'm not even making, I was joking before. Why is this our business? We're not a book called Warrior Princess. And in the book, if you read the book, what you come away with is, and this is a guy who doesn't really, who has a big problem with getting children on puberty blockers, I'm very against all that. We'll let a child develop, let an adult make that decision. But I read the book and I interviewed him.
Starting point is 01:13:12 We had him on the podcast and then we had lunch with them afterwards or her at that point. So here's the bottom line. When you read that book, this person does a very good job of convincing people that there are some people who have they're born in the wrong body. Like there's no doubt when you read that book, you go this guy was from a very early age was trying on a sister's clothing, he never felt right.
Starting point is 01:13:36 The reason he did the 50 missions or whatever he did, 13 missions was because a lot of tech, according to him and his friends, it was like a suicide mission. He hated being in his own body. So he was trying to do these, and he was a badass. He won all these awards because he was taken. He was doing these crazy. He wraps up here. He wraps up his, there are thousands of thousands. It's not that big. I don't want to make it about this. I just want to like make the connection. I've also won a lot of awards. I'm just saying,
Starting point is 01:14:02 you're making this about you now. I'm not making about the show. I don't know if you want a lot, but the point is, there are a thousand of gender clinics being put up all over America. As soon as a kid goes in, it says, I'm a tomboy, or this makes me feel comfortable,
Starting point is 01:14:15 then the psychologist says, oh, you're transgender. Oh shit. And the next day you're on hormones, and this is her journey. No, there's no way. The same hormones, they are using for medical
Starting point is 01:14:24 castration for pedophiles. Pedophiles. Now they're giving this to a healthy 13-year-old. When you're on a race. And he there's no way. The same hormones they are using for medical, castration for pedophiles. Now they're giving this to a healthy 13-year-old. When you're out of ages. And he says, do this seem right? This is why I'm trying to tell America to wake up. Keep that before you go on. I'd like to acknowledge this for a second. Keep that for one second.
Starting point is 01:14:35 That's his journey. I understand, but he's not saying this is my journey. What he's saying is there are thousands of these people where a kid goes in and it's thousands of clinics that have set up. Yes. Not thousands of these people where a kid goes in and thousands of clinics. Yes. Not thousands of kids. Well that means there's even more because each clinic has at least one kid going to it. Maybe. What I'm saying, what this person is saying is, and it's hyperbole, and I think some people might know that, and some people might not. But as soon as a kid goes in and says, I'm a tomboy, they're going to say,
Starting point is 01:15:06 all right, fucking, here's the hormones. That's that's that's that's there's no due diligence done there. And it's and and and I don't I don't have a strong stance on this either way. I like you do. I have a strong stance on people having a strong stance on something that they're not part of. And I'm being very part of it though. I'm not this is about. I'm not. this isn't about, this isn't about this person. That's an oversimplification. It's a oversimplification.
Starting point is 01:15:28 It's a mom kid. It's an oversimplification. It's a grandiose oversimplification. Where now there's conversations happening by three people that have interviewed people, but we've never gone to these clinics. We have gone to these clinics. So here's a fuck that.
Starting point is 01:15:40 I agree. And that's not fair. I'm not, for the sake of that. Here's a very interesting statistic, guys. So there's a gender that that's not fair i'm not do for the good i think here's a very interesting statistic guys so the there's a gender clinic the most popular one i think in the u.k. and they are fielding that there's over a thousand lawsuits to what happens kids are told your transgender watch this they turn to be eighteen nineteen they grow out of that phase course now they go oh i'm suing you mother
Starting point is 01:16:03 fuckers because you guys actually interfered with my, now I'm, now I don't even know what I am because you gave me these very strong drugs, you shut my testicles down or whatever. And now I want to be, now I realize I was just confused as a kid and these psychiatrists and psychologists were all, were all affirming my gender that I felt when my brain wasn't developed. Now they're like, hey guys, you guys were wrong. I was young and impressionable. What a surprise.
Starting point is 01:16:31 And now these clinics have been hit with over a thousand lawsuits. I'm going to tell you what's going to happen with all this shit. You start transitioning children. You start these gender extremists coming. And they go, oh, there's no, the gender's a construct, they're all fucking, there's so much money in it. They're, I have a huge problem with all of them. And frankly, I think a lot of them are not interested
Starting point is 01:16:53 in children, I think they're interested in money. And I think this is new science. And I think these psychiatrists, by the way, in California up until very recently, if a child said I feel feel like a boy and she was a girl, for you to say, for the psychiatrist to say, hold on now, you might be confused. To say that was considered conversion therapy. And it wasn't allowed by California law. So to question. Yes. So you have, you have this ideology. Maybe by these gender,
Starting point is 01:17:27 gender Nazis. Okay. Like anything else, you have these extremists who are getting in the way of this stuff. So, so I do think that there was an extremist element that got into this business, and it is a business. And what's going to happen and what is happening is these people, these psychiatrists, these doctors and these clinics that are all making a fortune are going to get fucking slammed with every lawsuit and frankly I think it's appropriate. So again, this is the American experiment. This is the American experiment. You make a good point by saying that shit's oversimplified and I agree with you. It is oversimplified. I just think when the conversation happens, it's, there's these strong points of view on what's wrong
Starting point is 01:18:12 and not talking about what's happening. And I just, not about this topic in general, just about in things. I just get very, I'm very sensitive to people telling people what's right and what's wrong as opposed to, I get very sensitive to people telling people what's right and what's wrong, as opposed to without acknowledging the bias. And I get what you're saying. I would say that transitioning,
Starting point is 01:18:35 people who are truly trans trans is so slim to vanishing. It's a very rare thing, and it's almost one person. And it's almost way less. It's almost always man to woman for whatever reason That would be the literature would say the literature says that Yeah, it's going on with you. Just give what way less dude. I'm just to emphasize you know what honestly as a color person
Starting point is 01:18:59 like Like a you know call a commentary. Oh God Like a, you know, a color commentary. Oh! God, just kidding. Imagine it's a clip of the treasure as a colored person. No, as a color person. Like, if somebody who's like mediating almost, sometimes. It's a good device on you.
Starting point is 01:19:17 Thank you. Yeah. You know, when you're like, well, Brian, well, Rick, I like that. Yeah, he would. I get why you're in the middle. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:23 He's like Switzerland about this. Switzerland, I think that. Yeah, he would. I get why you're in the middle. Yeah. Yeah. He's like Switzerland about this. Switzerland, I think you're saying is neutral. Well, he's more like, he's more like far right? No, no, maybe I don't know. Oh, no, no, no, no. But more like the kid at school, they're like, yeah, yeah, get him. Yeah, it's like it's fun.
Starting point is 01:19:41 It's fun. Yeah, I add his staining. We call him kindling. We call him kindling. We call him kindling. I call it stoke. He throws kindling on fire. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. He's the stoker. But you do it in a way that is like, how long have you been far left? What would you define far left? So before I,
Starting point is 01:19:58 before I agree that I'm there, the communist, it doesn't believe in categories. Categories. Sorry. Define categories. What do you mean? Sorry. I'm a centrist, man I watch Bill Mar, dude. Okay, me too. I know you are. I love Bill Mar, by the way, the Bill Mar show. Not that I do or don't like Bill Mar. I like Bill Mar. But Bill Mar new rules in particular. He's great. He's great. The writers are great.
Starting point is 01:20:16 I get fucking amped about stuff that I truly know nothing about. Me too. I know nothing. But like, when people pretend that they know stuff, I'm like, I'm like, I'm not going to be a real man. I get fucking amped about stuff that I truly know nothing about. Me too. I know nothing. But like, when people pretend that they know stuff,
Starting point is 01:20:29 I'm like, I'm so much smarter than you and I don't know anything. Well, I had an argument with somebody and they were giving me an argument. And I, something I followed super closely. And my buddy, finally the guy I'm arguing with goes, well, he's very smart, I was, I haven't followed him very closely.
Starting point is 01:20:43 And I go, well, I I have I have followed it super closely so you just fucking like that yeah I go you wasted 20 minutes of my fucking time having a argument with you and I realized you're not even up on any of the facts right was so much of an argument no god damn it but the point is I won that argument I went all arguments whoa next current back yeah I get I'm sorry I'm riled up so be me up you beat me up and slap the round in his Dude, slap me around on my own fucking stuff happened before
Starting point is 01:21:11 So first god your eyes are fucking dead right now. There's zero humanity in your eyes I'm just thinking about something funny. Funny. I did earlier. Oh He got you. It was on my podcast I'd love to I'd love to look look at, is that a Jewish woman? I like seeing that on Google. That's a very Jewish woman, isn't it? It is a, oh, there you go. Hungarian American biophysic, 100% Jewish, guaranteed. She's a guaranteed Jewish. Look it up. Live the 95. I say that because she's from Hungary, she's a physicist. She's a woman, you know, especially back then,
Starting point is 01:21:45 but even if you weren't Jewish, if you were Eastern European, there was a lot of similarities. Yes. If she's not Jewish, I'll be very surprised. If she's Jewish, you can't come on my podcast. If she's Jewish, you can't. I'm from what?
Starting point is 01:21:57 Deal? Yeah, I'm Jewish. I mean, I could be. Doesn't say anything about Jewish. Good. I don't think we needed to find people by their sexual orientation or religion anymore I grinded up I agree. I'm a centrist dude. I'm not a remanor woman. I'm right in the middle
Starting point is 01:22:11 Let's get you this one right here If it loads basically a sheep dog Was able to kill oh I saw this now I have been keeping up on this I like this one and then it ran into the woods to hide or to heal. And you know what, actually, can I take a second? Maybe even a few minutes? Yes.
Starting point is 01:22:29 10, 15 minutes? Yes, that's a lot. The difference between hiding and healing is all based on the perception. This is one of the few things that reality is based on the perception of the outsider. Because we, hiding and healing aren't mutually exclusive. But if you look at this dog that saves this family
Starting point is 01:22:45 and was attacked by all these coyotes, and then it goes into the woods because it's hurt, and it comes back, we're like, oh, it needed its time to heal. But if it ran away without saving them and got hurt a little bit, we would say, oh, what a little bitch. And it's judgment.
Starting point is 01:22:59 And the truth is, we need to recognize that everybody has their own, needs their own time. We read the thing, to thing to hide killed 11 of the holon it killed 8 of the 11 that's fucking Pretty frisky, man, dude. He killed eight Killed eight kiosk sauce. Hey till if you were killed tell the truth I mean I want at one time with a night? Or with anything at one time, or night scope? Seek something.
Starting point is 01:23:28 Yeah, I mean, in one sitting. So with Ninja training, we used to have to, we used to have to sneak up on them with throwing stars and the most I ever killed, and I know I'm gonna get a lot of shit for this, but 111. It's all wrecked. Anybody used to knock up on them? They weren't doing anything wrong.
Starting point is 01:23:45 So one of the things with Ninja training is you have to build a walk without breaking a twig under your feet and even on dead leaves. And so even on dead leaves, what does it even on dead leaves mean? So my master used to always make a name. You're Rikosaki? Did you work with Yurikosaki? How did you know? I trained with Yurikosaki. That's you know? I trained with Yerukasaki.
Starting point is 01:24:05 That's why your hands are... That's why I was training. That's why I'd be training. Do we have a quarter? I want to show you guys how quick my hands are. I just saw it, but I mean I didn't see it. I know anyone has changed. Get a quarter somebody.
Starting point is 01:24:16 This will show. Oh, now I have the record... What's the record show that this is a dime way smaller than a quarter? Yeah. Now I'm going to grab this from your hand. I have the record show that this is a dime way smaller than a core. Yeah Now I'm gonna grab this from your hand. Okay Fuck trying to have me not do it. Okay for real. Yeah And just like that I put it behind his ear. What the fuck man? It just disappeared though. Where'd it go?
Starting point is 01:24:45 That's the thing. When we're focused on where things go, we don't appreciate where we are. Now, this dog killed a lot of sheep. That's great, but you know what the headline should say? Or with coyotes. But instead of saying dog kills coyotes and we glorify murder, we should say dog saves. Yes.
Starting point is 01:25:02 And that's the point. That's the problem. Things aren't what we say they are instead of what they really are. You know who writes the history books? The conquers. Winners, yeah. Man, he's right though.
Starting point is 01:25:16 I know, but you know, can we get back? He's right. Let's just come back to the guy whoop this. I'm getting so mad about everything else. Just, they've thrown us all around. Right, you're a boner right now. Oh wow. You're a boner right now. Oh wow.
Starting point is 01:25:25 You're a boner right now. What happens with endorphins when I get excited about somebody's handspeed? I get, I get, I get super hard. I get super hard. Giant erected. I apologize. That was a great, great, great.
Starting point is 01:25:36 Irene, here in the, here in these. I had a bonus and she sat down. What? This one's a crazy story. Okay. If it loads, it's a guy that basically fell one's a crazy story. Okay. If it loads. It's a guy that basically fell off of a cruise ship.
Starting point is 01:25:48 All right. I thought we'd talk about this guy. No, Eric Griffin talked about it. He probably watches Griffin with Griffin. Or he brought it up on the goal now. I just showed there. Oh, every Tuesday at night. Oh, that's probably it.
Starting point is 01:25:57 So, but he was found 20 hours ago. Bless you. Bless you. I know you hate germs. Oh, this guy's such a badass. Let me see this one. Let me tell you. He fell me see this one, Dell. He fell off a cruise ship, so it's kind of like,
Starting point is 01:26:06 how did he fall off a cruise ship? He says it doesn't remember, but he said there was some drinking going on. It was a family party. I'm probably taking a selfie. This motherfucker, and they didn't find him until when? 20 hours later. And they, but they knew he fell off of him.
Starting point is 01:26:18 Yeah, they reported him missing. And then luckily just one of those, you know, what do you call them? The boats. They carry all this. They carry all the stuff. No, the giant, the life. Did they find them by aircraft or did they?
Starting point is 01:26:29 Nope, from a boat. They spotted them and then they called in the coast. No, I've always said I don't do cruises. Dude, I'm so afraid. You have said that a lot. I'm so afraid of this. Now did he, where the sharks involved? Hold on.
Starting point is 01:26:41 He said luckily, he only felt one fined creature come by and then he just had to offend off jellyfish It's been a macro and then he well he saw like things floating by like bamboo and he would eat it for energy if he helps really yeah, he ate bamboo Yep And he has a very country accent too I play a little bit for you We probably don't play a stick come floating the stick come floating by. It looked like bamboo. So I started eating on it.
Starting point is 01:27:07 I think I got them bamboo. Oh, I started eating on it. Oh, look, Trevor, no, we should pull up my clip on the Daily Show. You were talking about the show as we see it. I would love to do your podcast. You know, actually, there's a great one if you pull up my Instagram.
Starting point is 01:27:22 It's probably safer. Rick Glassman. Is that you right there? It's Chin and Nick Davis, who's the producer goal-nower fighting in Chin one. Dude, you guys were actually fighting all the time. Chin Blasem in the face.
Starting point is 01:27:39 Get ready. You guys were really hitting each other? Yeah. Well, Nick hit me, so I had to hit him back. Chin, good punching. You know what? I'll tell you something as great as you are music, musically. I'm actually surprised at how good of a chin music you know how to sweep. Scroll on down a little bit. Actually if you go to reels that'll maybe help. Okay. Man. All right. This is important. I know. This is important.
Starting point is 01:28:00 Scroll down. As we see it, keep going. going tell me when it's coming up Keep going there it is Hey, the show thanks for having me when people tell you about a show and they go this show is going to be about These people you you immediately think a few things doesn't matter who the people are so they go like this is going to be a Black show this is gonna be a show about autism You go like oh is going to be a black show. This is going to be a show about autism. You go like oh, what does that mean? And then you watch the show and you go like, the people in the show just happen to be dealing with autism. It's a show, it's a story.
Starting point is 01:28:31 Incidentally, I thought our show was going to be a black show until it came out. And it's funny that you bring that up as an example. But there's a friend of mine who is the next girlfriend. Okay. You're here. We're okay, we have time for this. Yeah, go, go, go, go, go.
Starting point is 01:28:45 If we don't have time, I'll just cut it out. You'll leave it. Um, Sierra take charge, it doesn't matter. Daily show, this show, a Friday charge. He's the great alpha. That's my alpha.

No. I'm a collector. And what I've learned about the collecting community is as much as a lot of people are trying to make money and
Starting point is 01:35:32 wanting to make money and flip a profit, the reason why it's so loved and the reason why I love it so much is because I enjoy the art of collecting. And why are we not allowing people to get in because they can't afford it or this is more expensive. No. Things are only valuable because the community is so large. Let's get the community big. So when you leave here, Mike, the head of Thickboy is the ultimate collector. Gonders office cards everywhere. But this guy's really good. Sports cards are... What is it? He collects it all, right?
