Starting point is 00:00:00 Not many men can withstand my punch. Punch. Obviously. Obviously. Oh, for sure. Got a set a hair on them. Black belts and chicken, chicken heads. Uh, I think you'd be surprised.
Starting point is 00:00:14 I think you'd be surprised. Abbott Kenny Fight Club. Fight Club. Um, kids got a piece on them. Peace on them. Couple one, two cutie pies. I still got it, baby. Lift your shield.
Starting point is 00:00:28 And now from the Honest. studios in Pliar, Vista, California. It is the moment you've been waiting for. The fighter and the kid is coming at you live. No, no, we're not live. That doesn't matter. Sounds better when you say, live. We're not live.
Starting point is 00:00:46 Shut up, man. And now it's the fighter and the kid. Live. Shut. This is not live. This is not live. Let's rock and roll, guys. Good to go?
Starting point is 00:00:59 Yep. Lockdown Monday, Lockdown Monday, guys. It's leave Daddy behind Monday. It's leave Daddy behind Monday and lockdown Monday. We fresh from San Antonio slash Austin where I went to look for some property, very happy with what I saw. Could have a ranch.
Starting point is 00:01:17 Now here's the thing. Daddy's not going, I don't think. You're out of your fucking mind. Well, let me see. I think it's going to take your two closest friends leaving and then you're going to be. I got to get the kids and the X to move too. And that's going to know, listen, what happens in California, what happens in all these progressive states, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles and all these progressive things is that I'm all about, you know, I'm against police brutality. But if you want to fucking start, like look at New York City, de Blasio, that fucking socialist is not behind a police department.
Starting point is 00:01:52 You come in hot now. Yeah. Because Austin's pretty liberal. Austin shut down. I know. But murder of shootings are way, way up in fucking New York. and it's going back to what it was in the fucking 80s and 90s, and I remember it very well. So it seems to me that all these super progressive states
Starting point is 00:02:06 can't control their homeless situations, their taxes go way up. I get fuck all for my taxes. Fuck all. But I can save how much in taxes? It's how much cheaper? Yeah. And I get better schools.
Starting point is 00:02:19 Yeah, I'll go there. I'll go there. And more land and my dollar goes twice as far. Why the fuck wouldn't I go to it? We could start a football team and play on my... field. But, but, you know, but I'll let the socialist states do their thing. Yep, for sure, super serious. We could buy bulls. I would like to buy a bull and start riding. We could milk cows. First of all, you start on a baby bowl. Now, you get a baby bowl. A year on the baby. You'll learn.
Starting point is 00:02:45 You got to have, you got to have a groin pad because your balls are going to get crushed. So what I suggest, the way I do it is I take a rope and I tie my, my, my dick and balls straight up onto my belly button. because you can't have them down there because you're going to fall and I got low hanging balls. And you also got to make sure that the bull done hit daddy's lids, his new lids. That's true too, so I'll wear a face mask. Now listen. You'll wear a helmet.
Starting point is 00:03:08 If my ball, let's stick to my balls for a second. If I come off and one of my balls goes over here and then I land back on it, I got a pancake. Now we grow with the baby bull. As he grows, we grow as riders. The next see you know, we're riding Ralphie. There you go. He's a full-blown,
Starting point is 00:03:25 there you go giant long horse now my buddy bob he decided he wanted to do a TV show where he did all kinds of dangerous shit and he learned very quickly the problem with that is you get injured
Starting point is 00:03:36 now he got on he went to a bull riding thing got on a bull and they said let's start you on a horse on a bucking bronco let's not to the horse was whatever well he goes he's a very athletic
Starting point is 00:03:49 strong guy and he goes I got it I've ridden horse he said I can break a horse he says the guy goes you can and he goes sure because he's a macho guy gets on the horse and the horse goes the horse goes oh you're on me I don't like it I'm going to go this way
Starting point is 00:04:06 and then I'm going to go that way with my head and I'm going to knock out all these teeth all these teeth so he came back with a torn groin and no teeth no I'm not talking about riding a buck and bronco home boy we're going to buy a little baby bull he's going to be our friend and we're going to grow with him that's right we're going to grow with him We ride them.
Starting point is 00:04:25 We ride them. I want a bull that's a friend. Problem with bulls is when they got balls, you never know. They're rather unpredictable. Look at that little guy. That guy's cute as shit. Oh, I like the hair. He thinks the baby goats are his.
Starting point is 00:04:39 Aw. He's super cute. He protects them. Dude, how much did you love Hotel Emma? I loved it. I loved it. We just lost lighting, guys. You know what?
Starting point is 00:04:49 I look good. Hey, by the way, this lighting makes me look old. Good thing we got the neon. Got some neon. Oh, hey, Papa, it's not the light. That makes you look old. Because I'm in the same light. What do you mean? It's just life.
Starting point is 00:05:01 You mean 53 years? Does the sun make you look old? I was in the sun today. Went for a bike ride this morning. Oh. Let the wind blow back my hair. Yeah, well, put some sunblock on. You liked Hotel Emma, though, huh?
Starting point is 00:05:13 Papa didn't let you down. So Hotel Emma is one of the more beautiful places I've been. Ever. And I don't know if you know this, but they're going to tear that that brewery down. and put a Walmart distribution center in its place. And some, the guy who runs the whole hotel. And some guy said that a two, an architect and a designer came in and said,
Starting point is 00:05:36 uh-uh, we'll buy this fucking thing. He had a lot of money from his family. Oh, God, you scared me. I know. Oh, no, not now. Oh, well, fuck. No, that was the idea. Oh, God.
Starting point is 00:05:45 It's a jewel. It's a gem. Yeah. It's a fucking gem. Like, they're going to tear it down, turning to Walmart? No, no, no, no. That'd be a crime.
Starting point is 00:05:53 It'd be an, it'd be a, it'd be a, it'd be a, it'd be a, I would chain myself. to the front door. It would be an architectural crime. You know, hippies chain themselves to like oak trees. I would chain myself to the front door of Emma in the row holding their sour coffee. In the 50s, in the 60s, in New York City, they did do that. They tore down all kinds of places like that in favor of big Robert Moses wanted to create what's called flow. And he created all these big impersonal buildings. There was architectural crime after architectural. How great was that
Starting point is 00:06:21 place, though? It's like an old tree. Isn't it cool? It's like an old tree. It's one of a kind. I said it's like shawl shank redemption if it was in Pleasantville has that oldie time vibe. Everybody's like red. Everything is friendly. Everything is considered. Everything is considered. Like every color. The bathroom in there is the best bathroom ever seen.
Starting point is 00:06:40 When I build my house or if I get a house, I'm going to ask them what exactly tiles, everything they use and do the exact same bathroom. It's ridiculous. Yeah. It's incredible. I love that stuff. Look at that. Oh, dude. Dude, my nuts were all up in that robe.
Starting point is 00:06:58 And you know what they did for Papa? They finally put a triple X one in there. Hey, I'm glad you came. I'm glad I included you on my show. What? I'm glad I included you on my show and you got a suite and I got a regular room. That's cool. We know why, right?
Starting point is 00:07:12 Why? Because Hotel Emma, that's my hotel dude. They booked me more famous. I was technically the headliner. Well, but it's, oh no, you're smart than this. LOLL doesn't book your hotel, Bubba. Yeah, but you could have gotten me a fucking sweet too. That's the second time you've done that.
Starting point is 00:07:31 Well, no, they shop on my show. They upgrade me. Huh? They upgrade me. No, you're friends with the owner and you could have said, hey, get my boy in there, but you let me sit on the fourth floor. I can't. I can't.
Starting point is 00:07:44 That's my room. You don't get that room. I get a room too. No, Bapa. Yeah, yeah. So you and your brother get the suites Jay doesn't get a suite He was in a regular room?
Starting point is 00:07:55 Oh, so just you. Yeah, there's only one suite. My hotel. You didn't even know about the hotel until I came along. You're welcome. Where else did we do that at? Houston.
Starting point is 00:08:09 Oh, yeah, Houston. That was a bad hotel anyway, but Houston place. There's nothing worse than bad hotel. I'm not saying hotel. I'm doing Airbnb's unless it's like a hotel. Much better idea. Much better idea.
Starting point is 00:08:21 Um, that's nasty. Oh yeah. The sour coffee. Sour coffee. I talked to, I talked to the owner, uh, this morning. He emailed me like,
Starting point is 00:08:29 how's your stay? Everything up to par, blah. I said, not, you got the best hotel in the world. I love everything about it. I went, you have sour coffee.
Starting point is 00:08:36 Yeah. And he goes, we do get complaints. He goes, people either love it or they hate it. Yeah. I went just off for a dark roast though. Yeah, exactly. Have, have two.
Starting point is 00:08:44 Have two. Light and dark. Everything can't be sour as shit. We can't find a dark. It's a bummer. Yeah, because that one coffee shop that's near is absolutely terrible.
Starting point is 00:08:52 Well, that's where they get their beans from. You're talking about local. It's so bad. I'm sorry, I'll do respect to local. But also do better. I mean, well, I tried that coffee. It was so sour. I had it twice.
Starting point is 00:09:01 I hope they're listening because they should actually do something about it. I tasted it. It was so citrusy. It was so sour. Some people like that, but for the regular drinker like me who loves like a little bit, I want some chocolate. It was an iced tea like lemonade sour mix.
Starting point is 00:09:13 It was, I had to throw it away. I took two sips and I was like, I can't drink this. I'd rather drink fucking who. That's not how to drink. That's not how to drink. That's not how to make coffee. It's not, dude. It's just not.
Starting point is 00:09:22 Whenever I go to shop and have those real light beans. Like, it has more caffeine, though. I don't give a shit. I'm here for flavor, Bobo. Yeah. You can make money sometimes with that because people get addicted to the caffeine rush. Yeah. The hipster movement, I guess.
Starting point is 00:09:37 I don't know. I don't like it. Yeah, he goes, yeah, we get a lot of people who love or hate. I'm like, well, dude, just offer both, cover both bases. Yeah. And also, black rifles in San Antonio. have black rifle I did not know that
Starting point is 00:09:51 I thought they were in Salt Lake No They're in San Antonio Well they're distributions Out of Salt Lake City But their main Like my boy Matt All them
Starting point is 00:10:00 They all live in San Antonio Why didn't they come to the show You know what They probably text me But I forgot I forgot I text back
Starting point is 00:10:06 Oh Hey Matt Best You can text me too Not your friend But you know He's as much my friend As he's your friend
Starting point is 00:10:14 You think I don't know I don't know Did it business in the theater. But he yeah, they're in San Antonio. They're the ones who induce me in Hotel Emma. Because I flew out there to shoot some
Starting point is 00:10:26 content for Black Rifle and they put me up there and I was like, what the fuck? Wow. Oh well. Yeah, but you think Hotel Amma would just connect with them and offer the beans. I would imagine. Hotelama, Black Rifle,
Starting point is 00:10:42 you're next door neighbors. Ditch the local spot and get with the beans, baby. Black rifle is a good name for it too. I like it. Black rifle. It's intense, but you can just call whatever. It's the only thing.
Starting point is 00:10:54 It might be a little intense. Yeah, but you call whatever. Yeah. Yep. Yep. I went on a bike ride this morning. I told you, right? Yep.
Starting point is 00:11:04 Yeah. Cruiser. Where'd you bike ride at, Venice? Down on the beach, and it was very empty. How many bumps did you hit? All of them. I hit all the bombs. Well, I live in Venice now, right?
Starting point is 00:11:14 I know. Do you get by a needle? Well, I've been in Venice for 25 years, as you know, off and on, but almost all on. It's the worst I've seen it. It's just, well, Skid Row, right? And skid row. And, uh, but thank you politicians. And it seems that they really know what they're doing.
Starting point is 00:11:31 But I pay crazy taxes and I live with homeless people just across the street. They shit on your phone. And my kids can hear them screaming and stuff. They shit on your front door. And you can hear and you can smell it. And because it's, the trash is crazy. So, okay. Okay. That's it. And you go to Sacramento and you say stuff and they're like,
Starting point is 00:11:50 nah, sorry. You know what's frustrating? Nancy Pelosi. You know what's frustrating is we're going to leave, right? We're going to leave and we're like, fuck you Newsom. And he's like, see ya. It's almost like their airline, you know, like. No, it's not that though, because I'm going to tell you. Have you seen a lot of the companies that are leaving, though? It's a big problem for California because what happens is your tax base falls. And the people get hurt are the people that don't deserve to get hurt, which are the middle class, poor. Hardworking.
Starting point is 00:12:17 Hardworking people. Because what happens is, as business exodus from California, see this, it's more troubling than you can see this. That was in 2018. More and more businesses are leaving. There you go, Brian.
Starting point is 00:12:27 1,800 companies left California in a year. There you go. Texas, no more destination for companies. Thank you. Now, what does that tell you? How about on stage? I went, I'm moving to Texas.
Starting point is 00:12:37 They all chair. And they went, don't tell anybody, though. It's true. I don't want a lot of California's coming to Texas and voting for liberal policies so that they fucking rule. in that state too. And I'm liberal. I'm a libertarian. I just mean big government taxation and shit.
Starting point is 00:12:53 Fuck you. Is it out? Yeah, you came in hot today. I'm hot. I'm hot. What's going on? My jets are a little hot. Somebody cool my jets, please. What happened, Bubba? I don't know. I'm just, I just, I want to go to Austin. I know. I was just biking and I was just around a bunch of homes. Like my city, my city of Los Angeles, I don't recognize. And maybe I'm just upset about this COVID thing. Well, you're still upset about COVID? I'm just upset about it. COVID to pass. I know. They got another two weeks of crying, well, often, everything's up, but the death rates all the way down the invention.
Starting point is 00:13:23 I'm like, all right, we got nothing. Well, apparently NPR for the first time admitted that it's not as deadly as they've been saying it is. It's all over. Literally, the fair porn has two more weeks. You think so? Oh, there's all these outbreaks, all these outbreaks. But where's the death? Where's all the death? Death is lower than ever.
Starting point is 00:13:40 Every Sunday, when they report, every Sunday, it's lower, lower, lower, lower. But cases here, lower, lower, lower, lower depth. What are you going to do? You have two more weeks up there for. I can't believe, like Gavin Newsom and Garcetti want to crash the economy, right? So I'm sure that they also, I just think there's a lot of pressure to keep it closed because of liability and all that stuff. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:14:01 I don't know. The public health officials are retiring, I mean, are resigning because they're getting death threats and stuff. I mean, it's not easy for them either. But also, that's what you get, you know? Yeah. I don't know. he came in hot today dude why you take down some bums
Starting point is 00:14:17 no I don't want to hurt any bums because they're mentally ill or they're drug addicted and they're I mean you see these people are just they are not they should be in a hospital or they should be in a treatment center not on the fucking street so yeah best always had a little bit of bummy problem
Starting point is 00:14:33 you know I grew up in the summers never like this never like this Venice had rough crime and all that shot I remember it all but damn damn well where you're at chin it's fucking bum central. Yeah, harder downtown. Oh, yeah, you got...
Starting point is 00:14:48 Downtown's still crazy, yeah. Crazy. Everywhere. That's a tent city. Skid Row is just ridiculous. But even just in the regular areas, it's everywhere, they're everywhere. Yeah. And they're violent too. Not like, I don't know how Venice is, but they're violent in L.A. They punch people randomly out of nowhere. Yeah, they're crazy. They're just not all there, man. Of course. Like Stevie Blue Eyes was saying, he's like, you don't realize, because, you know, he lived in L.A. for a while, and then he lives in Vegas. He's on the outskirts. He's like, you don't
Starting point is 00:15:12 realize how bad the homeless problem is. Do you go elsewhere? with you really don't see it man yeah that's one of the things I appreciate about the outskirts of austin where like I'm getting older so suburb living sounds real good to me you know but I don't know yeah I think sometimes your your eyes I used to have this friend who was a designer and he said the most amazing thing he goes I just I this place hurts my eyes because I I'm always fixing things as I drive around. And I think that's what happens when you see all that sort of degraded,
Starting point is 00:15:47 you know, humanity and... You're also in Venice, though, dude. Yeah. You know, like you're in Venice. Yeah. Like, you're in the heart of the body. Tiring. Yeah, it's just like that, but that's Venice.
Starting point is 00:15:58 I want out. That's what they, that's Venice. Yeah. It's still got charm. There's still something to it. Yeah. It would be fine, no matter what. It's just better for my kids, man.
Starting point is 00:16:08 So if, If New York, if Manhattan was the best for my kids, I'd move to Manhattan. I honestly see no downside to moving to Texas, especially when you got kids your age. No, you kidding me? I'm going to have a fucking football field. I'm going to have a football field. We're going to play every Sunday, Brian. You're going to come over.
Starting point is 00:16:25 You're going to be the all-time quarterback, I guess. Jays, we're going to move out there. I want to drop back. Yeah. How did hike? You know I have good drop back? Oh, yeah? Blue 98!
Starting point is 00:16:39 Me! HAD Hike. It reminds me that scene in Longishard. That reminds me the scene in Longish Yard with Nick Totoro. He was, why can I play Croyo? He goes, here, let me see her. He goes, how did it hike? And he like throws the ball crazy.
Starting point is 00:16:58 He goes, there, sit down, shut up. My footwork is stupid. Yeah, dude, we could have freaking Sunday football days. Barbecuing. Oh, dude, barbecue nonstop, son. I got a belly. old belt. That'd be cool. Cowboy hat. Chill in the pool. So I won
Starting point is 00:17:19 cowboy hat the whole time we were in San Antonio, the guy in the front row. Oh, I know. He was cool looking too, huh? Yeah. If you can pull a cowboy hat off, you can pull a cowboy hat off. Luke Luke Rockhold can pull off a cowboy hat. It's hard to pull one off. No, he pulls one off, though. I've seen pictures of him. He did this thing. Really? He's a good looking dude, but it's just not natural to
Starting point is 00:17:35 him. No. You got to be a natural. Oh, look at it. You mean his last Instagram post, Brian? I swear to God, I didn't know. You definitely did. I swear I got it. I swear I'm I definitely did. I don't follow him. I mean, you definitely follow him. Let me see. Luke Rockle, that's your friend. I love him. I will follow him. You don't follow Luke? You have posted videos together. Hold on, hold on, hold on. I swear I didn't see this. I haven't looked at my Instagram. That's so funny. Is that really his first Instagram?
Starting point is 00:18:05 Yeah. There's a snake in my butt. That's what I think. I don't follow Luke. He's a cowboy. I thought I did, but I know. It's really weird. Crazy convenient. Huh. What is that? A pack of cigarettes? I can't tell. It looks like alcohol.
Starting point is 00:18:23 Or cigarettes. You still talk to him, right? We just faith them. Talk to him all the time. Talk to him all the time. He's done fighting. You're following him, Brian. You're following him.
Starting point is 00:18:39 I didn't see that. That's hilarious. I just said that. I was thinking about it. I saw a picture of him, I think, on Polo. I swear to God, I didn't say.
Starting point is 00:18:49 I'm not lying. That's just a crazy coincidence. But he did a polo out or something. Or maybe it was Carlos Condit who did it. He looks good with a cowboy hat out too. No, I swear I really didn't. I don't think I'm following him, dude. No, you are. Am I? Yeah, Kat just confirmed it. How do you find out where? You go to who you're following it says Luke Rockhold. Yep. You're only following 59 people, so. It's pretty easy. It's pretty easy to find. You should go to follow and then go under.
Starting point is 00:19:18 and then you go under Luke and then it's Luke Rockhold. I'm not following him. Here. And if you scroll through, you'll see that you can't see any pictures. If you can find that picture on my... It's possible to follow somebody and not see their pictures, though, right? Yeah, you can mute their notifications.
Starting point is 00:19:41 I've never muted any. Or accidentally moot. I did not unfollow Christily either. That was my... No, you follow Luke right there, see? Followers, Luke Rockolt. Oh. God damn it
Starting point is 00:19:53 Get younger You probably just saw him in a cowboy hat No yeah I saw him once But not this but it's just funny That's his latest fucking thing Yeah Anyway yeah he looks good with the cowboy hat up
Starting point is 00:20:05 Looks good with anything on Huh I'm glad we solved that case They'll let you follow him Good Good intensive work cat Yeah thanks Good work
Starting point is 00:20:14 Good intensive work You want intensive work There's a new doc on HBO About the Golden State killer That dude was so sadistic Do you know what he used to do? They finally caught him, you know that?
Starting point is 00:20:27 I know with DNA But they used to make He'd make a couple He'd make the guy lie there On his back On his back With a T set Stomach down
Starting point is 00:20:38 And he'd put dishes on his back If the dishes fell off You'd kill them He would rape the girl While he raped the girl The husband had to face down Dishes on his back And if they fell off
Starting point is 00:20:48 He'd kill both of them Otherwise, you just stayed calm. Don't let the plates move while your girl get raped. Good guy. I mean, piece of shit, man. That sadistic fuck. And how about our boy?
Starting point is 00:21:02 And he was a cop, by the way. Do you know that? How crazy is that? He was a police officer. I just found that out. Yeah. Well, Patton Oswald, do you know his former wife's the one who solved it and wrote the book? That's right.
Starting point is 00:21:14 Yeah. I love that. He's in the documentary. It's fascinating, man. It's so good. That's crazy. And she died. She died of cancer.
Starting point is 00:21:21 Cancer, huh? Such a... And she didn't even know she solved the case. She passed and then it got solved. Damn. So, you know, Pat and Oswald does the Ford for a book. And then he talks to her in the documentary how they met and, like, how obsessed she was with true crime stuff. It's super fascinating.
Starting point is 00:21:36 She found that fucker. Found him. She was obsessed with the trial. Nuts, man. I mean, like raped over 80 women, murder 10 or 15 people. Nats, dude. After all this time. And then they come from DNA doing like Ancestry.com and shit.
Starting point is 00:21:54 And then he's, they actually, I think it's news today. He's going to, he's going to accept the verdict. He's guilty. Yeah, he admitted to like 70 or I don't know what the fuck. He's just a fucking, that guy got away with it forever, dude. Evil. Evil. Well, this guy's fucking terrible.
Starting point is 00:22:14 You don't hear much about him to, you know, she started talking about it. Because prior to him, it was all about the 13-killed. counts of first degree murder. So he murdered a lot of people too. Oh, yeah. 50 plus rapes, 13 murdered. God, think about it. The Zodiac killer gets all the hype, right?
Starting point is 00:22:31 They made movies about him. Yeah. He didn't kill nowhere near as many people. Is he talking here? Let's see. The thing he's wearing a mask so we can protect his health. Just shoot him in the fucking head. Ah, you let the homies rape him.
Starting point is 00:22:47 Yeah, he's going to be in some trouble. They keep him in life later. I don't know. Yeah. What is this? That's what you got to do. It's beyond meat. I've tried it.
Starting point is 00:23:00 It's not bad. It's not good for you. Young meat's not good for you. I believe that. No. I believe it. Why do you say that? It has all these additives and it's like it's for your body to process.
Starting point is 00:23:10 It's made in a lab. It's made in a lab. Of course that. The charge of murder of Charlene Smith that count currently charges an open-ended murder. through the allegation that you acted willfully, deliberately, and with premeditation, when you unlawfully, and with malice of forethought, murdered.
Starting point is 00:23:29 Charlene Smith, which occurred on or about March 13, 1980, through March 16th, 1980 in the County of Ventura, a violation of Penit, Section 187, Prenti, murder the guilty. It's further alleged as a special circumstance through the murder of Charlene Smith, that that murder was committed in the commission of rape, within the meaning of penal code section
Starting point is 00:23:53 you know he raped teenagers mainly too like 12 year olds 13 year olds 14 year olds do you admit that special circumstance to murder in the first degree uh what's wrong
Starting point is 00:24:07 he's he's fucking a murder of charlene Smith a sport he's a fungus does he talk at all I think he's just saying guilty guilty guilty yeah
Starting point is 00:24:18 was committed in the commission of special circumstances Stance of murder in the first degree. All right, man. Has to count four. Is he drugs? He's probably on drugs. He's probably on...
Starting point is 00:24:30 Dude, think how sick this guy is in the head. But he got away with it. He got away with it. He's living his entire life. Now he's whatever, 80-something. He's going to die any day anyway. So now you catch him. It's like he got away with him.
Starting point is 00:24:44 That's the bummer. That's the bummer about like political leaders like Pol Pot who killed a million people in, in Vietnam. and Cambodia, I'm sorry. And he was just a monster. He created what's called the killing fields. And he died of old age in Thailand in his villa.
Starting point is 00:25:02 And said my conscience is clear. I was trying to start a revolution. But then sociopaths just don't ever think. But then there's like that kid from who created the Silk Road who did the, is the black market drug trading stuff? He created the dark web. The dark, yeah, the dark web essentially. He got two life sensitive. He's 26 years old.
Starting point is 00:25:20 He got two life. sentences. Yeah, Ross Oldbrick. Oh, Brick. Stevie talks to him. Yeah, I know. I was talking Steve about it on the plane. Super fascinating. Yeah. And I looked into it like, holy shit, what a story. Dead pirate Roberts. I guess
Starting point is 00:25:35 they, I guess because there was major drug trafficking and even hits, like assassinations. He ordered like five hits on people. He did? Yeah. He did? Yeah. Well, then you got to go to jail. That's why I said to Steve and Steve's like, well, they can't prove that. I'm like, no, if you ordered, if you ordered, did you
Starting point is 00:25:51 You know how they got it too? You know how they got it too? You know, you didn't know who people were on there, really. So they had an undercover agent pretend he took over somebody's account. So they arrested one guy's account. He got all that information. So undercover cop pretended he was that account. It was like, hey, we got a prom.
Starting point is 00:26:09 He's like, all right, get rid of him. He's like, right, send me 200 grand. I'll take care of your problem, which was the hit. And this supposedly Ross sent that money. Then again, they kept sent him up, this person, this person. so he ordered like five hits for hire well i mean that's that's the problem that's that means you tried to murder five people well he assumed but all for all he knows is those murders were done because all it was all fake the the undercover cops do yeah they're good they're good they're not
Starting point is 00:26:35 dumb it's like so so my my this friend of mine's uh nephew got put in jail he was dealing drugs and he goes he goes yeah but they told me that they they were just wanted to talk to me and my my buddy who you know goes hey dude feds lie sometimes to criminals yeah when they're trying to catch them that's what they do sometimes because you're doing a major crime it's part of police work you fucking idiot so he went to jail yeah i mean they they he was all he was all set up by these guys he went to like a like a cafe in san francisco and they're like you know wait from to along a certain thing because if you don't log into that and close the computer
Starting point is 00:27:21 he's so good with computers that app will shut down like no one can ever access it and he knows this so it's what these feds did they got him there he's talking to the fed but he thinks it's another guy in like Iceland or something and he goes hey I need you jump on this account confirmed so they knew that he was
Starting point is 00:27:37 inside what they need to see they had two fake feds getting the argument behind him and he logged in he heard the argument turned as he turned the feds grabbed his computers because they knew it was open and they kept it open, arrested them and then kept it open the whole time.
Starting point is 00:27:53 And just download all the data. All the data. Genius. And his argument was he's like, well, I sold the company. I'm not part of it. I sold it years ago. I'm not part of it. But then they have fucking text. They text a person. He goes, the guy goes, he's a former owner of something like built
Starting point is 00:28:11 another, something like that. And he goes, does anybody know? He goes, two people. And he goes, well, fuck, that's not good. He goes, don't worry, they think I sold it. Kind of fucked. I mean, kind of fucked, dude. Yeah, but I like talking with Stevie.
Starting point is 00:28:26 So Stevie tells him about the story, I'm like, that's fucked up, dude. Two-year life's, that's awful. Plus 40 years, and what that's worse than El Chapa. So I go, hold on, all around the plane. I'm researching all. Simple background search. No, dude, I, so it was a two, almost three-hour plane ride. I read the report for two hours.
Starting point is 00:28:43 I go, Stevie. He was why you go, do he try Kowling five people? He's to offer his knowledge He thought those people were murdered He kills five people Well, he didn't, but in his mind He was down to do it You're a serial killer
Starting point is 00:28:55 Yeah You know He got the king pin rule If you run a drug Organization you're the king pin You get the fucking books thrown at you They made him like the Poster boy
Starting point is 00:29:06 Yeah And CBOs no he never got charged There was also sex trafficking On the dark web There was no he's not dark web though So his thing wasn't that His Silk Road? Silk Road was drugs
Starting point is 00:29:16 Mainly drugs and weapons. Never people sex trafficking. At the time was just drugs. But I think it was used. So the encrypted technology was used for all that stuff. Eventually. Yeah. There was a weird story about this really gorgeous model in England who was kidnapped by these. She said Romanian or Albanian sex traffickers.
Starting point is 00:29:40 And they were going to, they put an ad on the web to have sex with her. They were going to force her to have sex. she was like, you know, really beautiful and kind of a little bit famous. And then the guy found out she was a mother and he let her go. I remember this. I remember that. But I thought she made it up. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:29:59 Did she make it up? Because it sounds made up. It sounds like if you're bad enough to kidnap a woman and put her up on the dark web for, you know, fucking. I thought it was fake, though. Remember we found it was fake? Yeah. Right?
Starting point is 00:30:12 Abduction of Chloe ailing. Bays, page three mobbed. had traveled to Milan, Italy, for a fake photo shoot. There, she was abducted by two individuals claiming to be members of a criminal organization called the Black Death Group. All right. Hold on, let me see. What else did it say in there?
Starting point is 00:30:30 On the top. Post-National from the United Kingdom was convicted in a Milan court of the kidnapping and sentenced to 16 years and nine months in prison. Wow. And as of June 2019, the trial of a suspected accomplice, his older brother, Michael Harbault, remains in progress. So it is true. Yeah, it was just fishing when we first read it, right?
Starting point is 00:30:48 Yeah. Something was just... Well, it sounds so crazy. Oh, I know. Fuck, man. Publicity, although later became clear from Alice in this way that she was not involved. Wow. So maybe it was just a ransom email.
Starting point is 00:31:01 It was like a kidnapping. Weird, really, weird, really weird, really, really fucking strange, man. Yeah, it was funny with Stevie. He's like, dude, I used to meet him. He used to write back and forth. I'm like, God, that's such a shame, dude. I was like, that's awful. I remember...
Starting point is 00:31:15 Hey, Steve. Try killing five people. He goes, they never proved that. They actually threw those out. I go, yeah, because there he got him for double life sentences, so they're not going to waste taxpayers' money on get them for this. Well, I don't think they were throwing it out.
Starting point is 00:31:28 I mean, I don't know. I mean, if they set it up, though, where he was actually paying the money and correct. Yeah, I mean, to me that's like, $750,000 and hit. Well, that's, that is murder. But you talked to Stevie and you talked to his,
Starting point is 00:31:40 and the kid's mom, they're saying it's all fake. That wasn't him. He was all set up. This woman, other guy was running. They do this all the time. when people want to kill their spouses for insurance money or whatever, and they
Starting point is 00:31:52 get you. The cops will get wind of it and they'll pose as a hit man. And they give you a chance. They always say you're sure you want to go through with this. They give you a chance to back out. When you don't, they close in on you, they arrest you. But sometimes you know what's amazing this one woman had it done? She only did a year
Starting point is 00:32:08 in prison. It's like, how are you doing a year? You should do fucking life to me. He's a good-looking kid, man. All right. I mean, I wouldn't say that. I would. He looks like he looks like the guy from I don't talking about yeah Ross Pattinson Robert Pattinson. Robert Patterson yeah yeah looks like it Robert passing that kind of microwave no what are you talking about here what do you have seen Robert Patterson yeah I've seen him and I'm seeing him and I'm seeing he's the new Batman well I don't agree with that I mean
Starting point is 00:32:46 I don't see that much of a difference, dude. Let's see. That's Batman, dude. They look similar. Of course they do. They look a little similar. Looks like his little brother who became a hacker. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:57 Yeah. His little brother that never leaves the basement. There you think. Good looking kid. Not bad. Not what you expect from a hacker. Right. He's no Batman.
Starting point is 00:33:08 Not a master criminal, I guess, you know. I don't do it. Man, I would say he's a master criminal. No, I'm saying. He doesn't look like a master criminal. Oh, no, no, no. But my thing is, wouldn't he be an ally for our government if he's that smart? Can't we use them for what's going on now?
Starting point is 00:33:24 They use people like that. That's what I'm saying. Instead of, you know, basically ruin this kid's world, his life, can we use him as an ally? They don't need him. They have a lot of really smart hackers, you know what I'm saying? You can't rely on someone like that. Also, if you've murdered, if you've tried to murder five people. The murder's the thing I can't get over.
Starting point is 00:33:45 Now, if you talk conspiracy theory, you're, you know, and like Sam Tripoli and those guys they're gonna tell you that he was all set up and it's not real. Well that's not how the FBI works usually. I would imagine. Wait, why is Jared Letto? I'm trying to open it but it's not a loading
Starting point is 00:34:00 that's what I'm guessing. He's probably going to play him because it is a crazy story. Crazy. It's a crazy story. I just bought the book. There's supposed to be a New York Times bestselling book too. And then you know Stevie because he's friends, the books like, I guess when he's killing people,
Starting point is 00:34:16 he's like, yeah. fucking kill him he's like he didn't talk like that like well they have his tax sir so yeah yeah it'd be interesting to see the real story ross olberg but dude he's never getting out of jail oh dude he can't even there's no there's no he's not even up for parole mama it's two life sentence plus 40 years well you're never getting out of jail do you know it's heartbreak and they thought he was only get 20 years i guess stevie was talking to him he's like dude 20 years can you imagine. And then he goes in and he gives the, you know, the judge this, he gets up and goes, you know, I've, I've, I've, I've, I've, I've done crime and, you know, I'm going to lose my
Starting point is 00:35:00 middle. I'm going to lose my adult life. Don't let me lose my, my, as an old man. Please give me the old man life life that I have. And they're like, yeah, cool story. Two life sentence plus 40 years. He thought he was going in. Was it because they were trying to make an example of him? Yeah, because he's like the first crib. You remember. This is 2008, 2010. That's really loud. Yeah, I got to get this freaking test. But he was the first like cryptocurrency, like.
Starting point is 00:35:26 Oh, right. You know. So they made an example. They made an example. But again, the king pin charge. Because if you had masterminds on there selling drugs without getting caught. But all that. And then also, also what else they're saying is how many people ODs on all the drugs.
Starting point is 00:35:43 I know, but that's not, see, that's, I don't put that on him. No, me neither. I put that on. He created a platform. He chooses to do drugs and all. I don't put that on him. I don't even put on him. If he was this entrepreneurial kid who figured out a way to make money and move drugs,
Starting point is 00:35:57 I think drugs should be legal because I don't believe this war on drugs has been very helpful. But that's not the way. That's true. What I'm saying is that I give you 20 years, give them 20 years. I would be like, those life sentences. But now if you're trying to kill five people, that's tough. Now I got a huge problem. Now I'm like, well, you're fucking.
Starting point is 00:36:16 And you're, you, that's the height of immorality. You're actually murdering. That's the hiccup. You can't murder. You can't try to murder. Not one person, but five people. Did he really kill those people? Because, you know, Stevie told me it's a bunch of malarkey.
Starting point is 00:36:29 And they did throw it out. But I think, see, federal prosecutors alleged that Oberg had paid $730,000 in murder for higher details targeting at least five people. Allegedly. Alleged. Alleged because they threatened. Uh, yeah, they threatened to out him, basically. Prosecures believe no contract killing occurred.
Starting point is 00:36:43 Obrich was not charged in the trial in New York federal court. with any murder for hire. But evidence was introduced at trial supporting the allegations. The evidence that Ulbrook had commissioned murders was considered by the judge in sentencing. Ulbrook to life.
Starting point is 00:37:00 There you go. And was a factor in the second court's decision to affirm the life sentences. A separate incident against Ulbrook in federal court in Maryland on a single murder for hire charge alleging that he contracted to kill one of his employees
Starting point is 00:37:15 a former Silk Road moderator. The mist was prejudiced by prosecutors in July 18, 2018, after his New York conviction and since became final. So I don't think they want to pursue it. Like, what else we got this kid? We already got him. I mean, but that makes sense. If you're the judge and you're going to go, dude,
Starting point is 00:37:32 I mean, for whatever technical reason, we know that you did this because he's looking at evidence. That would be my thing. Isn't it crazy, though? Nuts, man. So he made it first and was, made his own, because he was like, he was in Austin, he was like doing stuff and wasn't successful and had no money and had a girlfriend. And then he came up with this idea and came up with
Starting point is 00:37:59 his own shrooms and sold those. He's like, damn, they sold fast and they can't trace anything to me. So then he opened it up. So but the fear has always been. If someone to do this, he controls everything. So the fair would, and you know, he can't call the feds or the cops like, hey, this guy took money. So the fear is they have all this cryptocurrency. in there, let's say it gets up to 24 million, well, he has access to all of it because any transaction, he'd take 10%. But he was in, you could see all the transactions. So the scare was, if you didn't trust them, I'm sure people have done before, all the money gets in there and then he takes it and runs, which happened after he got charged. Another one came up, you know, like Silk Road 2.0, and then
Starting point is 00:38:39 others came up and then one got up, I think all the way to 18 million. They had 18 million, like, the whole thing, and they just dipped out and they never found him. So everyone lost their money. Fuck. They just cashed out. I know a guy who was a cryptocurrency, one of the few first guys to create cryptocurrency, and he had bodyguards with him all the time.
Starting point is 00:38:55 Because they were afraid that organized crime would kidnap him and then, you know, called him for ransom. Yeah, makes sense. Because the kind of guys that deal in cryptocurrency a lot of times are not, they're not. Why? Because they're only one knowing their moves. I mean, you know.
Starting point is 00:39:10 Yeah, you got some rough dudes. I don't know anything about that world, cryptocurrency or the dark web or Silk Road. Well, because you're not a criminal. I know, but like even if you talk, but again, if you talk to Jay, like, with the dark web and like, you, you have to know so much stuff just to gain access to get on there. Jesus. Just again, just you have to like know all this like lingo, programming lingua. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:32 I never even know some of it. I always forget it exists. There's a dark web. But even just like, we're not even in the fucking realm. But also how would you? If someone's like join the dark web, brand of like, do you have like a pass or is there an app I download? How would you buy? How would you buy stuff on there, too?
Starting point is 00:39:49 If it's like, you want to buy a kilo of cocaine, all right. Crypto. Yeah, you get the money. Then you send it. You can't trace it. Yeah, they send it somewhere. I mean, if I was a cop, I just set those down. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:40:02 I don't fucking know what I do. But they can trace all it because you have to, in order to be part of the club on, I don't know how dark web works. They have no fucking good what I'm talking about. But on Silk Road, you have to submit your driver license. And like five grand just to get in the club. But then you got to know the programming shit and like uploading. I'm my, what?
Starting point is 00:40:19 I'm out, dude. I don't need drugs. I'll go to the fucking Venice to get my drugs. Yeah. I mean, also, I'm not. I'm not looking to buy uranium from a Russian scientist in Siberia. I'm not fucking mega mine trying to take over the world. I don't know what the fuck to do, dude.
Starting point is 00:40:34 But it's just like when I was reading up on it, I'm like, the, the world, there's a whole another world. We're not even part of it. No, we are not part of it. But cyber- I mean, I thought TikTok was confusing. The dark web. Cybercrime is a big fucking thing, man.
Starting point is 00:40:51 But even like trading, like all this shit, it's like... Yeah. I don't even have to navigate forums. I don't... You have to be one smart son of a bitch to even jump into that world. I know. We're just not those guys. I think a lot of the foreign intelligence services probably use it too.
Starting point is 00:41:11 Who knows, man? Oh, for sure, man. Yeah. Like hackers and shit? Sure. Who knows? Mm-hmm. It's a whole goddamn world of danger.
Starting point is 00:41:24 You got to do your thing right now? It's $130. Yeah, she'll be here in five minutes. Okay. What are you doing? Oh, COVID. You'll get a COVID test. I'll get one.
Starting point is 00:41:32 I think they can do it on the spot. They just swab you. I'll do one too. You got to pay for it. I will. Because I'm going to see my parents. You're seeing them this week? This Friday.
Starting point is 00:41:44 That's I want to know. Go pee. Let's do some current events, buddy. what say you sounds good sounds good sounds good sounds good how about that
Starting point is 00:41:57 me and Calon got the COVID test the little nasal swiped up but didn't do well with the nasal swipe no I don't do it I don't like it because when I broke my nose and had it like redone yeah me too they had to pack me
Starting point is 00:42:10 and unpack me and pack me again unpack me pack me again unpack me I had complications it was the worst pain I've ever been in so I'm reminded of that so I'm very squeamish I don't like shit way up my nose I wish we filmed that
Starting point is 00:42:22 You should have seen him I was like I was like Jesus It's not that bad Yeah Oh actress It makes your eyes water like a motherfucker Yeah it does
Starting point is 00:42:32 My eyes where She said it's like Like eating a bunch of wasabi Yeah Oh that's not too bad It's pretty intense I've eaten a lot of wasabi It goes way up your nose
Starting point is 00:42:42 I don't want things up my nose No No I thought it was instant result No The antibodies I did Were the blood Yeah have them. They can tell if you've had it the past week or prior weeks.
Starting point is 00:42:55 How long does the nasal test? 24 to 48 hours. There you go. I got to see my parents Friday. They're 80. So if you have it, you're not going to go, huh? My mother's so funny. My mother's like, look, I'm going to die of something. So, you know, I just come. Take it easy. Yeah. I know. I'm saying your mama. Take it easy. If you're older, you don't want COVID. No, you don't. You got to be very careful. So I'm going to be social distancing for my mom and dad. What's this,
Starting point is 00:43:21 Jim? So this past week, a bunch of voiceover actors came out and stepped down from their roles if they were playing black or biracial roles. So Jenny Slate on the show Big Mouth actually voices a biracial character, and she stepped down saying that it should be played by a black actress instead. Nick Kroll also came out in support of this. And then the guy who voices, his, what's his name?
Starting point is 00:43:47 Cleveland from Family Guy, also stepped down. Oh, wow. I don't agree with any of it. I think you're an actor, and you should be allowed to play anybody you want. I think a black person should be able to play a white person in a cartoon. Can a black person play a white person? Can a black person play an Asian person play a white person?
Starting point is 00:44:05 What are we fucking talking about? If you're an actor and you're good for the actual part, then it should be colorblind. It should be about talent. and humor and the best person for the role. And I don't think color should play a role in it at all. But now since you're playing identity politics on that side, what the fuck are you doing?
Starting point is 00:44:24 But this is Hollywood. This is the horseshit that Hollywood does because they feel helpless and they want to be part of a movement. And they do this with everything. And I happen to know Jenny Slate, and I know Nickroll, and I like those guys a lot. I respect them.
Starting point is 00:44:39 And Jenny's really talented and a great person. And so I'm not criticizing her necessarily. I don't agree with her choice. And I don't even agree with it as a gesture, but that's me. I don't think it makes a difference. Are people going to be upset if they're like, okay, and they rewrite Cleveland as a white guy?
Starting point is 00:44:54 And then that white guy still plays the voice. What about a woman who plays a child? Can a woman play a child? What are we talking about here? What about a large person who plays a dwarf? Is that allowed? Or do you need a dwarf? What are you talking about?
Starting point is 00:45:09 This is the kind of horseshit that doesn't make the world less racist. It doesn't make, That doesn't do any good. It doesn't have any impact. It's just an empty, popular gesture. And this is what happens. Everybody wants to be...
Starting point is 00:45:21 Is that the nurse? Yeah. Sweet. Brennan's now going to get an IV. That looks like a large bag of piss. It does. There's a lot of stuff in there, huh? How many things are in that?
Starting point is 00:45:33 A lot of steroids. B-12, B-complice. Vitamin C, B-12, zinc. Pondylase. Plutthion. Glut-thion. Glut-thion. You're all run down.
Starting point is 00:45:46 down. Now you squeamish about needles? You are right. Not at all. Yeah, no problems. Zero problems than any of it, dude. I like it. No, I don't ever want to sit there for an hour? 45 minutes. I don't ever want to see you get one of those needle swipes again. I look less of you as a friend and a man and I don't want you my foxhole. I was a bit of a baby. She went, Jesus, come on, man. It's not that tough. He's going to sign off. Sign off on a phone. I love them. Now, I can't see any veins. How are you going to find veins on the big man? Oh, there you go. You got some veins. Oh, Papa.
Starting point is 00:46:20 Oh, buddy. Oh, old friend. Since they have the best in the business. No, well, you definitely don't. Every nurse tells me. You definitely know, but you got some veins. Oh, every nurse. I've never seen veins on you until you did that.
Starting point is 00:46:33 You're cute. What is that now? Blood pressure? I just had a triple americone before he came up. No fever. Not a hundred. That's your blood pressure. That's wild. You never seen one, huh?
Starting point is 00:46:49 Hold on. Yeah, no, it's two on 14. They always do the one with the, they still do this one. The pump? Yeah. No. Swear de God. Whoa, when you go to the doctor office?
Starting point is 00:46:58 Really? Yeah. I've only used this one. Really? Do you guys even still have those where you're at? At the hospital we do. Yeah. How's his blood pressure?
Starting point is 00:47:05 Because he's a little nicotine freak. I've had two triple americados this morning. You're good. All right, good. We had a little scare with Brandon. Thought he had high blood pressure. Turns out he doesn't. I just had a lot of nicotine.
Starting point is 00:47:18 in my body yeah whiskey nicotine yeah Brendan going to get a going to get a checkup we's got whiskey nicotine the middle of the day coffee yeah sorry that's my whiskey Bob sorry we drink whiskey you weren't really drinking whiskey in San Antonio didn't do any drinking I don't know I just haven't drinking I haven't even been yeah I don't like to I want to watch this now we're gonna get we're gonna tap ourselves a vein alcohol that up you can't look huh you faint I don't want to flinch I don't want to flinch It's never comfortable to have a needle stuck into your arm
Starting point is 00:47:53 No I don't enjoy it No nobody enjoys that A little prick here I get IVs all the time I once had a nurse to try seven times Really? You have a really big juicy thing right there Yeah I know I do She wasn't a very good day
Starting point is 00:48:08 Well then my son Tiger was like Papa why is it taking her so many times And I think it put her under pressure and then she had to go to the hand. So that's gravity. That's how it works. It just basically shoots down there. Can you feel it going in your body?
Starting point is 00:48:23 Oh, yeah. Hmm. Yeah, a little metallic. No. Really? Yeah. You don't have an IV body? Never had one.
Starting point is 00:48:32 I get them all the time. Interesting. You got them a lot when you were fighting, right? No. No? More now. You weren't a suck. Wait.
Starting point is 00:48:39 More now. I v. IVs are illegal now in the UFC, too. Stupid. Or maybe they're trying to get people Not suck as much weight or something No, they think it masks PDs. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:48:50 Thank you very much. Awesome. You know, I was just thinking about right now One of my biggest breaks One of the biggest things I've done Was a commercial for Rangel, right? For what? For Ringo?
Starting point is 00:49:01 Oh, yeah. The, what do we're? Johnny Debt movie And I did a very country Western white accent And that was my biggest thing. I'm Korean, so how would that look? That's weird.
Starting point is 00:49:11 It doesn't look bad. Well, how about the guy who plays aboo? The guy who does Abu on Simpson does like 40 voices on that. Yeah. Yeah. They have to step down as their boo. It's like, fuck. It's ridiculous. I just think that we're actors, and I think you should be allowed to do that.
Starting point is 00:49:28 I also don't think it's helping. Of course, it's not helping. In the direction that I think everybody wants to do. So, Brendan, you know, yes. So George Floyd, Rayshard Brooks, these two guys were shot. You know, one guy was killed terribly executed. Rayshard Brooks, more controversial. controversial. But can if if these, and I've said this before, I mean, if you really care of these
Starting point is 00:49:49 corporations and Hollywood who take responsibility, if you guys actually really care about this. We'll get her until it's not dripping. I think she'd grant the Lord. It's like on Father's Day weekend in Chicago, Brendan, a hundred black people were shot. I know. Primarily from other black people. Kids too. Eight kids. Well, five kids were killed. Eight kids were shot. So that's on one weekend in Chicago. So if you care and if you're serious, where were you? What are you doing about that?
Starting point is 00:50:18 And where is your outrage? And why is CNN not talking about that? Oh, I see. And why is nobody talking about that? But you're talking about that one guy. And you're not talking about 100 people shot in Chicago? We can go through the list. Is it?
Starting point is 00:50:31 But again, it makes no sense. Mainstream media is, you know. They suck. Is the enemy. They don't tell the truth. Well, look at COVID. Yeah. How has no report on?
Starting point is 00:50:39 They're not responsible people. I don't even think they're good people. I think they're bad people. I think they're political activists. I don't know who they're for. I don't know what they're doing. And I and I and I and I and I, and it's why CNN's ratings suck so badly.
Starting point is 00:50:54 And I don't blame them. It's just, you know, and I got, you know, with what's your take on these toppling of all these monuments? It's like there's a process to do it. Well, how far back are we going to go? Well, yeah. You took down. Theodore Roosevelt, who was the first person,
Starting point is 00:51:07 I think first president to have an African American. and I think Frederick Douglass in the White House, was he racist? Sure, everybody was back then. I mean, there were slavery. Columbus, a bit of piece of shit, you know, but also. Well, but everybody back then, yes, there was European hegemony and there was the idea that we were, you know,
Starting point is 00:51:24 there was all bad, a lot of bad ideas out there. What about the English to the Native American? Yeah, including leaching, including things like leaching, including things like, well, you've got bad spirits in your body. So you can keep going all the way back. King Tut, don't go to King Tut's tomb because he had slaves we can just keep going back and all the way back so it's a slippery road of course it is it it's and also when you desecrate a federal monument it's you're supposed to do 10 years in jail
Starting point is 00:51:51 if you really want to get rid of it there's a process there's a legal process to go through it's like how far you want to go that well that woman uh something something something that woman Hannah like the confederate flags and stuff like that I get that I do too I never like to but you know Nanette that she does that she's a stand-up comic and I watched special on Netflix. And Nanette, she's Hannah, what's her name? And it gets me? Yeah. And she said, She called her name of the, her special was Nanette, I think. Oh, I don't know. So she said, she was calling, telling saying that Picasso was Picasso, he's a Picasso, she was calling him. He's an asshole. And his work should be sort of dismissed was the argument because he was terrible to women and
Starting point is 00:52:32 terrible to be a terrible guy. But no, no, no, he's a great artist. It doesn't mean that his art should be You know, Picasso was a giant of a painter. Now, she was an art historian, but, you know, she studied art history, but you can't just dismiss somebody's work completely. It's not up to you to cancel someone like that. Go fuck yourself. Because you're next. If you're going to have that kind of a world, you will be next. You will be next.
Starting point is 00:53:00 They're coming for you next if you behave that way. It's just not the way to make the world a better place. Look at Jimmy Kimmel. Exactly. Jimmy Kilmo was part of the cancel culture man. Got a lot of people canceled. Then finally...
Starting point is 00:53:15 Jimmy did? He had a lot of stuff going on. And then people went, hold on. Hold up, dude. And they start looking at yours shit. But he's funny and making fun of people. So his job is to be satirical about it.
Starting point is 00:53:24 I don't think he's canceling. People are like, fuck you, no second chances. You know, I mean... You'll look into it, really? Yes.
Starting point is 00:53:29 That makes me so sad. Damn it. We have lost our minds. Yes, I agree. Listen, I don't think you should be canceled. of stuff he did, you know, that old, the Car Malone stuff. And when he was doing a rap song with Snoop Dog and used the N-word, that's not why you cancel him.
Starting point is 00:53:50 No. But I'm saying if you're going to be a proponent of cancel culture, it's going to come back around, dude. It's going to come back around, but also things were different. Everybody's moving in, we're trying to figure this out. You know, I'm old enough to remember when things were so different. When gay marriage was considered outrageous. I'm old enough to remember when the idea that two gay people could raise a kid instead of being in foster care was outrageous.
Starting point is 00:54:18 And I believed that. I was like, no, you can't have that. And then a woman who had two gay parents argued me into like a different point of view. I didn't know. I'd barely met any gay people until I was in theater school. I didn't fucking know. I had stereotypical ideas. I was, and I'm not dumb, but I was young and I was fucking ignorant.
Starting point is 00:54:39 But I've changed my mind. That's possible. You can become a better fucking person. And you should be allowed to become a better person. Like it's just like, you know, with Jimmy Fallon, you're also talking about a different time. When Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kim will do anything, you're talking about a different time. Yeah. Again, how far do you want to go back?
Starting point is 00:55:00 Do you want to get rid of all, you know, John Wayne movies? I know, but corporations are, how far do you want to go back? corporations are are literally getting rid of people and that's what's so scary it's it's it's they're just like saying you can't work anymore what is he supposed to do what the fuck is he supposed to do he did it on your network or whatever it was you know i i just i'm i mean it doesn't make the world a better place this behavior it does not it does not it doesn't you're just full of shit. I'm,
Starting point is 00:55:36 Corolla hits the nail on the head because he's not part of a major network. You know, he says Krola about
Starting point is 00:55:43 the negative of black face on black Americans. They should look at everything in context. What is going on? We're going to have
Starting point is 00:55:50 to start speaking about them between what the intent is. You know it's funny. Like there goes, was there a news hanging
Starting point is 00:55:57 bubble Wallace's garage? Yes, there was. Was it meant for him? No, it wasn't. It was actually
Starting point is 00:56:01 for the race. Right. So let's put it. So you could say there's a, there's a noose there. Yeah. And we freak out and let's cancel NASCAR. Let's cancel this and make bubble Wallace the hero. Yep.
Starting point is 00:56:13 Was there a news? If you just look at the headlines, yes. Was it there as a car garage and they all have ropes? Yeah. Yeah. So again, it's, but it's, but it's context. But of course it's context. It's context and its intention.
Starting point is 00:56:26 What was your context? What was your intention? If you take that away, you're a fucking idiot. And they're coming for you next. And nobody wants to live in a world like that. And I don't, and it has to be fought against, has to be voiced against. It is, it is madness. This is the madness of crowds.
Starting point is 00:56:41 But this is the madness of crowds. But here's, when you say crowds, remember, one in 50 people are on Twitter. You're right, but Bubba, the corporations listen to these fucking people. Corporations like, these big corporations get rid of people because it's about their bottom line and they're not, they're not behaving more or either. Yeah, I will say, in 1950, 1960, 1970, and even in 1980, and maybe beginning in 1990, If you were found out to be gay at your workplace, you could be fired. You would have your life ruined.
Starting point is 00:57:10 You could have. So there are a lot of this stuff is now a push in the opposite direction. But human beings love to be tyrannical and they love to do this. But it used to be that being gay was illegal. It used to be that being gay was dangerous. Dude. It used to be that being gay was a liability. 100%.
Starting point is 00:57:26 Dude, you know when we're going to have to get the fuck out of L.A.? And I hope this does. I hope this. I hope this dude rots in fucking jail. if that cop who kneeled on George Floyd's neck, if they find him innocent, I don't know how they would. The world would be on fire.
Starting point is 00:57:42 I know that some of the other cops could get their jobs back. They well, yeah, because the labor, I mean, yeah. Because they didn't do due process with them. They just fired him off the bat. Anytime they do that, I think nine out of ten cops who that's happened before got their jobs back, that's a different story. If the homeboy who kneeled on his neck,
Starting point is 00:58:01 if he can, you know, somehow, I don't know what they're going to, do. I think he's dead to rights. If they somehow found him innocent, you think the Rodney King stuff was riots? Oh, Bubba. I'm going to get on a boat and she'd go to the middle of the ocean while the world sets on fire.
Starting point is 00:58:18 Yeah. We've got to get out. Yeah, you've got to get out in the middle of the ocean. Oh, dude, we'd have to... Everyone would have to get out. I mean, I gotta get a pirate. Imagine what would happen. I don't see that happen. I don't see, I'm just saying in a weird world
Starting point is 00:58:32 that we live in. That'd be nuts. yeah but the jury has to know come on you know but you know yeah i mean come on you remember after the rodney king verdict and then oj was on trial afterwards and they said they made sure the oj did not get convicted afterwards even though he's guilty they were very very afraid of even though he's guilty as yes yes hmm yeah we'll see there's something else thinking about the other day i'm like what if you know cats sometimes prosecution fucked up You look at his process.
Starting point is 00:59:07 You look at, you know, the guy defending him. They try to find an impartial jury, right? They try to find a jury that doesn't know about the story. They do find them. They'll find people that just like, they'll find some obscure mathematician who's like, I don't read that what. And that's what they want. They want an impartial jury.
Starting point is 00:59:24 You can't have somebody who's from the same community. That's why they tell that's nice. They move trials out of the town because you can't get out of their trial. It's like you with pop culture. You need to like that life of it. If you're a juror and you vote to not convict, you're fucked. Oh, dude. So you got to wear like a fucking, you know, you got to be anonymous.
Starting point is 00:59:39 But a lot of times they'll try to find, you know. No, the entire world would be on fire. If they somehow mess, if the prosecution messes this up and he gets off. You ever said on a jury? No. I did. Tempted murder jury. Was it fun?
Starting point is 00:59:51 No. No. But it was very interesting how things hinged on one little factor. Well, you need everybody. It's on one you turn. Yeah. But these guys were really dangerous. They had shot a, I saw the gun they shot.
Starting point is 01:00:06 It wasn't a pistol. It was a fucking modified AR-15. Are you allowed to talk about the details of the murder? Yeah, I think so. It's all a public record, but they tried to kill this. Yeah, I've never been asked to do it. If I do, I hope it's something really cool. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:23 I mean, it's like this. I was on TV at the time, too. I was on TV and I said, I need a sidebar. I said, Your Honor, I'm an actor, and I don't, these guys are very dangerous gang members. If I convict these guys and he goes, judge goes Listen man
Starting point is 01:00:37 If they're like me I'd never seen you before I was like that That's fair If they're like me I never I never heard of you Oh my shit Still though
Starting point is 01:00:48 I was like Well that was like that hard rock Casino guy Nobody here Nobody around here Nobody around here ever heard you All right All right
Starting point is 01:00:59 Thank you dude All right All right thanks What else you got to So a city in Eastern China is introducing a new system in place where anyone who intends
Starting point is 01:01:10 to get married can go and give their driver's license and then information about their spouse and see if their spouse has any sort of domestic abuse cases against them. That's fair. I feel like everywhere should do that. Do you need to come in? Oh, okay.
Starting point is 01:01:26 That's fair. Just because there's a needle with fluid here. Oh, gotcha. Okay. Okay. More roads. More roads. I'm like bane. Do you have any steroids?
Starting point is 01:01:38 Damn it. I want to get thick. I feel like everywhere should do that for God's sake. China bans domestic abuse. I woke up to my husband's fist. Well, that's not good. God damn. Yeah, that's tough.
Starting point is 01:01:51 People will be allowed to do this twice every year. Is there a lot of domestic violence in China? I feel like guys like during the lockdown. Yeah, that's what they were saying. During the lockdown, there were a lot of instances where domestic abuse went up and then. I want to hit Brian every day. Every day.
Starting point is 01:02:09 Every day. I want to hit them, slap you around a little. Yeah, but I would just, I'd counter it and answer back. Brian. Come back with what I have. Brian blink twice if you need help. Oh, he can't because he's got his legs done. My lips don't work.
Starting point is 01:02:21 You don't move. You can't bank. Goodness and bad news. They look great. Bad news is you can't blink. You'll sleep with your eyes open. Some people sleep with their eyes open. My sister.
Starting point is 01:02:31 Oh, that's so scary. Me and my buddy My buddy came up And we were looking at my sister And she was like sleeping And my buddy goes Kathleen And she's just looking at him
Starting point is 01:02:41 He goes Kathleen And he started walking back downstairs And bump to me He was this creepy man I don't want to be on it How's it happened They just
Starting point is 01:02:49 The retina shuts off While you're dreaming Knowing her She was probably She was probably She was probably had her eyes I was fucking looking at her For no reason
Starting point is 01:02:56 Jesus grace What else you get? Okay So Sasha Baron Cohen Actually crashed a right wing rally. It was the March for Our Lives Three. And what he ended up doing was
Starting point is 01:03:09 he became a sponsor for this rally last minute and he did it under like some sort of disguise. He said that he was someone else. Was it for a show again? Have you seen a show on Showtime? Oh yeah. It's hilarious. It's so stupid
Starting point is 01:03:25 like government. It's so good. I'm not sure if it's going to be for a show or not, but this guy goes, you have to love Sasha Barron He managed to get a bunch of racists, do a racist sing-along. He's so funny. There was a band performing, and he, once the band left, he actually got dressed to look just like the singer from that band.
Starting point is 01:03:46 So he went back on stage. Oh, it has to be for a show. And people thought that it was the band's lead singer coming on to do like an encore. And he started singing about how Hillary Clinton belongs in prison, and the Chinese gave everyone the Wuhan flu. And people started singing. And halfway through... That's not that racist.
Starting point is 01:04:06 He said a couple other things, apparently. I'm sure. But halfway through, people finally started to catch on and they wanted to get him off of the stage. But he hired his own security team that didn't allow anyone to take him off the stage. And he had an ambulance waiting for him in the wings to basically help him leave.
Starting point is 01:04:25 When we come through the W. We're going to inject him with the womb, have flu. Jump up like the Saudis do Okay, let's hear Who wants him to check Who am you? Come up like the sound radio Whon
Starting point is 01:04:48 What we gotta do Chup up like the Saudis do WHO What we got to do Let's hear the ladies Jesus Christ WHO Oh fuck the WHO
Starting point is 01:05:14 But yeah That's what he did over the weekend Yeah, I mean, you know I don't And this is a little update Yesterday night Governor Gavin Newsom Has officially closed down
Starting point is 01:05:28 All bars in the L.A. area Dude, comedy store Not opening time soon. Ah Hmm Well Bad news Again, when do we start looking at deaths
Starting point is 01:05:42 Compared to Of course there's more cases There's gonna be more cases yeah yeah more two more weeks of this I bet how about this cam naten signing with the England Patriots new England Patriots this is huge man fuck yeah it is Jesus really big and what's interesting is now
Starting point is 01:06:00 I'm sure people rooted for him but he was kind of a get you know he made a ton of money he was MVP in 2014 I think 2015 so he's a stud but he's taking more hits than any other quarterback than NFL he has oh yeah so he said like these injuries I didn't know that yeah but um he signed with new England and it's basically it's a one-year deal all off incentives. So if he plays he'll get paid. So I feel like people are going to really
Starting point is 01:06:23 root for him now. It's a smart move. Right. Wow. Wow. It's dope. Is he 31? 31's like basically, I mean, that's your glory years. That's your glory. He could technically play another seven, eight years. No, not with his playing style. But he has a good... Why? Because he just gets... He's had so much injuries.
Starting point is 01:06:39 Really? A good three years for sure. Wow. And I guess Richard Sherman's not happy with how much he's making. You know, no, no. You do one-year deal, pay the veteran quarterback more than one million. He could earn up to seven million incentives. Well, here's the thing. No one wanted to take a risk on him because he had
Starting point is 01:06:56 he had foot surgery, had a knee surgery, and he's been beat up. So the Patriots do what the Patriots do. They sign, you know, like, they've done him for with Randy Moss, Corey Dillon, you know. Well, Belichick, I would imagine Belichick will protect him with his line, his
Starting point is 01:07:13 offensive scheme, right? I mean, they try. Yeah. And then Sherman posted, how many former league MVP's I've signed for the league minimum asking for a friend just ridiculous transcendent talent and less tempted QBs are getting 15 so why did he say
Starting point is 01:07:27 yes to it because he wants to play for the bad well no that's how bad no one's picking him up at all what the fuck I'm amazed because of his injuries because they feel like he's I don't know for whatever it was maybe like his attitude injuries
Starting point is 01:07:42 damn sure it's right but also it shows you how bad Cam Newton wanted to play because I bet you Colin Kaepernick went signed for that deal. That's amazing. I would have thought he'd signed for $150 million or something crazy. Oh, Jesus, no. Jesus.
Starting point is 01:08:00 I imagine he's got a lot of money in the bank as it is. You would hope. Yeah. What else you got? This Egyptian belly dancer has been sentenced to three years in prison because of her social media posts. Wow. God damn.
Starting point is 01:08:13 Yeah. Wow. Wow. Fuck. Egyptian rules are, you know. Hey, we could be living in Egypt. Yeah, yeah. Here I am complaining.
Starting point is 01:08:22 Well, we're headed that way. Tell you what. Yeah, Jesus Christ, she had three years. Three years is something seductive on Instagram? Three years? Those are Instagram. She has three million followers, by the way. Okay.
Starting point is 01:08:34 And I just didn't see anything crazy, but, you know, rules are different there. Whoa. God, every Instagram thought in L.A. would be screwed down. Egypt was rather causing a problem, but they have now, there is this, this sort of Islamic fundamentalist sort of movement that they've become a lot more Jesus, maybe she took him down?
Starting point is 01:08:54 I think it's more serious. Possibly, and then she also said that someone got a hold of her pictures and probably posted him. It wasn't her. I think he was three years in prison? And like a huge fine too.
Starting point is 01:09:04 That's nuts. They even said there was a TikTok user, like a 17-year-old TikTok user that was crying and talking about being gang raped. They sent her to prison. Yeah, because of her talking about it. It's not even more.
Starting point is 01:09:17 price. Probably not moving to... Ignorances. Egypt or Texas? I'll take... You know what I'm going to take Texas? Okay. Take Texas.
Starting point is 01:09:26 Wow. I'm going to take L.A. I'll take anywhere. All right. This other one, he said this guy is a barista over at Starbucks in San Diego.
Starting point is 01:09:37 And then, so one woman kind of just gave a middle finger and then she threw a tantrum because he wouldn't serve her because she wasn't wearing a mask. So then she posted... That's what the...
Starting point is 01:09:47 So she actually posted about it on her Facebook thinking people are going to be on her side. No. Right? Always on your side. And then I'll show you this right now. Rules are rules, dude. That's her. That was her post.
Starting point is 01:10:02 You're fine. Me, Lenin from Starbucks, who refused to serve me because I'm not wearing a mask. Next time I'll wait for cops and bring a medical exemption. Why do you got to put him on blast? The kid's doing his fucking job. Yeah. He doesn't make the rules. That's her too.
Starting point is 01:10:13 She's a jerk. Why are you doing that? So someone made a go-fummy account for the boy, and it's already over 90,000. thousand dollars in that kid the kid's doing his fucking job san diego county people suck and now she wants a portion of the go fund me money let me say she's dealing with let me see what she agreed to take the picture at last check that go fund me page is up more than 22 000 giles says she wants a chunk of that money and is threatening to sue the page creator for defamation
Starting point is 01:10:44 we saw yeah god what a what a what a what a fuck She's terrible. Now she wants the money? Yeah, she wants a portion of the money. I never threatened him. And I... What I sent? She says she's obviously getting threats.
Starting point is 01:11:01 You publicly shamed the barista who's doing his job. Yeah, the kid, listen, if you're gonna be bad at Governor Newsom, be mad at fucking whoever started the coronavirus. Don't be mad for him. I would love to talk to Newsom. I bet, like, if we listen to him, he'd be like, I'm getting 15 different stories
Starting point is 01:11:16 from 15 different people. I don't know. No, it'd be political. it's yeah do you feel better uh yeah there you go there wasn't that long no i've never done it no less than that way less check this couple up there was a protest at central west end at st louis missouri and then i guess some protesters broke into the it's like a private
Starting point is 01:11:40 area right private property there's a private road and then there's a gate you have to get in right's they're right yeah so as soon as they're walking by the the protesters walking by them. Tonight, I'm Lauren Trigger. The guy had a rifle and the girl had a gun and they're just kind of like... I'd be the same way. I'd be the exact same way. Those protests come there.
Starting point is 01:11:57 That's being an American. Oh, you need to pay, Daddy. It's her property. Her property. And if you bunch of protesters come on your property there. Where they burn shit and stuff? Fuck you. Fuck you guys.
Starting point is 01:12:17 That's their property. Yeah. You come near my house. I'd shoot you too. I don't blame them. They're both lawyers, too, by the way. Well, it's their home. Is that their home?
Starting point is 01:12:28 That's their home. And these motherfuckers are coming. It's like a very upscale area. But it's also a gated committee, right? Yeah. So they got into the gated community. They broke into the gated community. Yeah, I mean, I'd be, I'd be right there with my gun.
Starting point is 01:12:38 Come on my property. I'll shoot you in the fucking head. You're talking about a different animal if they start looting personal private homes. It's dangerous. What if you have your kids in there? I don't trust those. And they throw a maltive cocktail or something? No, there's no, there's no talking.
Starting point is 01:12:51 I'm going to have my AR-15. That's right. And you pass my gate. You're getting lit the fuck up. I agree. That's how you have to do it. I agree 100%. What am I going to wait for it to see if you guys are friendly fire? Get the fuck out of here. No, dude. And guess what? I'm pretty cool about things. Imagine if you're doing that in Texas or other areas where people don't give a fuck. Don't give a fuck. Come in my house. Good old Larry the ex-Sniper. Let me know how that goes for you. Try to set fire to my house. See what I do. Mm-hmm. I'm sure Bums are trying with their shit. That's America right there. It's not about being racist
Starting point is 01:13:24 I don't know if that's America there No I'm saying you can't just do that to people That's terrifying You got a bunch of people would But what did they do But I'm sorry why did they go after their house Did the lady do something? The mayor of that town
Starting point is 01:13:35 That the protesters want to reside Or resign She lives in that area So they pass by this person's house Eish Yep Um This one is about NBA
Starting point is 01:13:46 Possibly allowing players To replace their last name On their jersey with the social Just message That's fine If you start NBA NFL back, I don't care if you put Big Dicks across their face.
Starting point is 01:13:58 Just get the... Whatever you guys want to do, I'm with it, man. Yeah. Whatever you want to do. Cool. Just get it back. They could play naked if they want to. I'm sure more people would watch if they did that.
Starting point is 01:14:11 Bronze be old dangling slap it around your face. One of the sponsors of the show, whoop. This is a pro golfer Nick Watney, and apparently he was able to find out that he had COVID because of the watch. Whoa. Damn.
Starting point is 01:14:24 Whoop, shout out to whoop. Because it reported this. Your latest RPN measurement is significantly above your typical range. Oh, wow. It might be a sign of illness. Damn. Wow.
Starting point is 01:14:36 Whoop is no joke. Respiratory rate. Performance 77% hours versus, I gotta get a whoop. I got to get a whoop band. That's pretty wild. It's nuts, right? Yeah.
