Starting point is 00:00:00 Not many men can withstand my punch. Obviously. Obviously. For sure. Got a set of, got a set of here on them. Black belts and chicknets. Uh, I think you'd be surprised. I think you'd be surprised.
Starting point is 00:00:16 Abbot Kenny Fight Club. Fight Club. Fight Club. Mmm, kids got a piece on them. Piece on them. Boppa one, two cutie pies. I still got it, baby. Lift your shield. And now from the Honored Studios in Playa,
Starting point is 00:00:31 Vista, California, it is the moment you've been waiting for. The fighter and the kid is coming at you live. No, no, we're not live. That doesn't matter, it sounds better when you say live. But we're not live. We doesn't matter. Sounds better when you say live. We're not live. We don't do live. Shut up, man. And now it's the fighter and the kid.
Starting point is 00:00:52 Live. Not live. This is not live. This is not live. Here we are, buddy. What's up, pal? What's up, pal? Talk about.
Starting point is 00:01:00 Talk about same cow and some sandals, though. Yeah, I got my toe holds on right now. These are my samurai edition. I like them. I like the way they feel on my feet. Yeah, they're all samurai, right? How was your weekend? My weekend was good.
Starting point is 00:01:10 I spent a lot of time with my baby. I did a podcast with two AI people who spent a year. Oh no, it's not, you can do that all you want, but actually it's they they went and found out so so the The National Security apparatus of our country was being snowed by the AI labs and the I was like nothing to see here No, this is perfect and some of the AI people were like no we're making Brains that we have no control over and there's a chance
Starting point is 00:01:46 already that either we've reached general artificial intelligence or that we have put into place something that could be catastrophic. And so the national security people were just, they're just government people. But these two guys, Ed and Jeremy Harris, two brothers who were physicists who had their own AI startup, basically started talking to all their friends in these labs. And their friends in the labs were like, dude, I can't tell you, but you need to, you need to expose this. So I did the first podcast with them. I was just talking to Rogan about it. And Time Magazine today ran the article about how the AI labs are not nearly as safe as they said,
Starting point is 00:02:30 because the safety teams cannot keep up with the engineers, because the engineers want to make a dollar and everybody's competing. And then engineers don't care about what happens, right? Right, because they all want to make money and they have to outdo the other... Little do they know if he keeps going, forget about money. Both these guys, and I've heard everybody say this. They said, people always exaggerate what a threat is. He said, this is exponential. This is becoming exponential, where AI is becoming super human.
Starting point is 00:02:54 And within 10 years, we will have computers that can do everything a human can, but then beyond because that computer is going to make something strong. Yeah. And then the computers are like, why do we need these humans? The biggest problem is AI, these brains take shortcuts. You give, if you tell it to give a task, it doesn't, it, it, it'll go, I can get to that task differently. I don't need to do all these things.
Starting point is 00:03:15 Let me just go smarter than this. Like you think it's no, the route, I'm going to do this route way quicker. Yes. Here's the other problem. These are open source systems. So other people can hijack them and use them for very bad things. So if you could tap into a nuclear weapon, this is the big problem. So I had these guys on and dude, they're in my house and I'm looking at these two, their
Starting point is 00:03:34 brothers, one's a PhD in physics, the other got stopped. I'd hope so. Yeah. I assume all that. And I'm watching these guys and I'm just like, and then I had a couple of government people actually over here. They were, they were from the national security. I bet you guys had a blast. Well, it was just wild talking because I'm like sitting there going, this is crazy.
Starting point is 00:03:55 So at one point he was in the lab and they were just, they were just kind of talking and an engineer goes as the, the executive left the engineer gave him his phone and he goes like this he goes here put your number on my phone i have things to tell you like that and that was that when they were like what's going on here so right now time magazine just ran this thing open ai remember when sam alman got fired and then came back hell yeah oh the sam alman's got created chat gpt oh yeah, yeah, the guys. Yeah Do you don't follow this AI stuff at all? Nope. Okay It's one of those things that we were talking about everybody thinks they can ignore it's gonna. I don't think ignore it
Starting point is 00:04:34 There's nothing can do. Well, there's nothing like you and me. Yeah. Oh, no, you there's nothing You're well what I'm doing is like had him on the podcast sure now. I'm talking to Rogan sure yeah, that's something sure Yeah, you know that's that's that's what you do. Yeah, you can expose it But as far as AI and get in the wrong hands like there's nothing I can do like we're open up It doesn't mean we're open up the Pandora's box No specifically what this threat is so you can be aware of it It's important as a voter and as somebody who's going to see this come up So now government's going this is going to be a policy.
Starting point is 00:05:06 Sure. And it might be the, it might be the, like, as one of the guys in, in the administration said, this might be one of the watershed moments in US history. Of course it is. It's a big deal, but it's, you know, hope there's smarter minds focusing on. They are. They are. They are. The good news is that there are people in these labs who are like, Hey, hey, hey, what the fuck are we doing here? Hopefully. But then there are other people in the labs who are like, eh, there. The good news is that there are people in these labs who are like, hey, hey, hey, what the fuck are we doing here? Hopefully.
Starting point is 00:05:26 But then there are other people in the labs who are like, eh, whatever. I bet, did you watch the UFC fights with these guys? I did not watch the UFC fights. Let's talk about that, but. Let's talk about it. You didn't watch it with these scientists? I did not.
Starting point is 00:05:36 I did not. They weren't into it? I watched these fights. I watched the Francis and G- Which one do you want to get into first? Should we get into the Francis and Gano? Dude, I watched Francis and Gano and Joshua from Casey's phone at the racetrack.
Starting point is 00:05:50 Dude, we were waiting, I told everyone, don't tell me, don't tell me, Brian Group Text. Man, that knew this was gonna happen. Joshua flatlined him like, wow. Yeah. But you wouldn't know, how would you know? Yeah, but I should check, because I hate that. No, but how would you know?
Starting point is 00:06:03 I figured you were for sure watching, but then you were not so yeah, I was right. Yeah, but also yeah But but also yeah, but also also not surprising and nobody should be surprised and correct me if I'm wrong But you know this fight would never have been sanctioned in the United States when you have somebody with that kind of experience Fighting somebody who's fought one other time. No, they sanctioned, I mean, they sanctioned Converse Floyd, which is even bigger difference. That makes sense. You can sanction it when they're both professionals.
Starting point is 00:06:34 That's not the takeaway. But typically. The takeaway would be boxing can go back to normal. Yeah. Like this is exactly how it should have went. Yes. Fury versus Francis is exactly how they should have went. Yes fury verse Francis is exactly how this should have went Correct
Starting point is 00:06:47 There's not enough hours in the day for Francis to make up in his lack of technique and experience against guys like fury Of course, Joshua now vice versa of Joshua fury came over to MMA. It'd be the exact same thing but opposite of course So yeah, also no shit and This might take away on the job show good sure this might take away the shop show Francis is one He made more money Get knocked out by Joshua then every fighter combined on UFC 299 Every fighter combined he made more money in two rounds you win. He won you win fumbled the bag
Starting point is 00:07:21 He okay, cool. It's prize fighting. He made more money You win. Fumbled the bag. He, okay, cool. It's prize fighting. He made more money, get knocked out and then fight in fury more than anybody combined on that single card. So he's won. But I think it was a surprise to him to realize that he would, he had no business being in
Starting point is 00:07:36 there. He just, he was there with Tyson and there are probably a lot of reasons why Tyson, you know, he wasn't, I think it shows like that. Like Tyson didn't take it serious didn't train. And that's why I kept saying cats out of the bag. If Tyson fought him again and wanted to do what he wanted to, he could, he could do the same thing. Yeah. Cause even though Joshua dismantled them in two rounds, we see a round, right?
Starting point is 00:08:00 He knocked it on three times, but. Jot, neither one's a good matchup. French should be a minus 10,000 against or plus 10,000 against either of them. Correct. But stylistically, Joshua would be a better matchup if I had to pick as who will exchange that have a little harder than exclusive. He doesn't, but it doesn't have an excuse like he doesn't have the, he's not very that his footwork is not great compared to Tyson fury
Starting point is 00:08:26 So I think there is defense is way better than Joshua's neither one's a good matchup But if I had to pick and it's like chances of Francis laying the right hand raw take Joshua Chance what happened not good if I had to pick. Yeah, so yeah if they fight that this is how it should go You see how big Joshua is you see the kind of shape he's in it's like when God made man You see how big Joshua is you see the kind of shape he's in it's like when God made man That was the mold. You know Francis is bigger though, right? Francis is bigger 20 pounds bigger. That's so weird It's so weird, but I think what was Joshua to came in 240 255 I believe by the way though by the way like hard to see but Francis is head looking at But you know Joshua and how Francis, never knocked down nothing.
Starting point is 00:09:06 Has a granite chin, no one acknowledges it, has a granite chin. But not even that guy. Now, with that knockout shot, that's straight right. You just gonna eat a right hand from Anthony Joshua, two time gold medalist. Yeah, good luck.
Starting point is 00:09:20 Right, has been boxing since he was what, 17, 16? Oh, younger than that. Yeah, younger than that. So, just a whole lot. That's how it goes. That's how it goes. It's how it goes. Nobody should be surprised.
Starting point is 00:09:30 No, I don't think anybody is. What's next for Francis? Wilder fight. I think he stays in boxing. You do think he stays in boxing. Go to MMA, fight a Brazilian who never heard of him in PFL, make a fraction of the money I you don't have many fights left. So it's all about prize fighting. So wilder. You'd make millions Do that again and then retire But while you're not you're not getting the fury rematch again. That's not happening
Starting point is 00:09:56 There's no upside for fury in that but I think this makes the fury Joshua fight even bigger We've always wanted to see that that makes this fight even bigger. We've always wanted to see that that makes this fight even bigger I can't wait. Oh look I starched the guy that you struggled with cool Yeah, and then what's your take on that fight if you had to put money on it because I would depends what version of Tyson We get yes Tyson ready to go all day all day night Miffra Joshua really yeah, why he's just he's that good He's that guy But again what version we get a Tyson. Yeah. Let's see Tyson versus Usick. That's a, you know, Usick beat Joshua twice. Correct.
Starting point is 00:10:29 Wasn't, wasn't close. That's how good. It wasn't, best boxer. It wasn't in terms of technique. I had it. That's a good Usick kiss. It wasn't much of a fight. I saw a breakdown of that fight, like just the traps he was setting
Starting point is 00:10:42 and stuff like he was just like, what the fuck is going on? He's the best boxer on the planet. He's the best boxer. If you're gonna have to fight him, him traps he was setting and stuff like you just like what the fuck is the best boxer on the planet He's the best. He has fight him him he Terrence Crawford and That guy in you a those are the three Yeah, who seeks the man Loman Chanko too by the way you got to put him Not right now. He's older, but yeah, you're right on the first time God is three God, but fear you see to the fight I that's a motherfucker wait. Hi. That is happening. Yes. Yeah. It was supposed to happen Then fear got hurt with the cut. Oh wait when they say that's happening June and he calls him sausage sausage
Starting point is 00:11:18 It's not right sausage Me oh wow that's a pretty soon. I'm not too bad's pretty close. I thought it was more Jew. Oh, yeah, 18th. I'm excited about that That's a hell of a file Tired no no exciting so for me the UFC fights the main card of some of the best fights Dude, I was what let's talk about the Curtis Blades fight first and Alameda. Alameda is a beast. I don't understand, explain to me as a heavyweight.
Starting point is 00:11:53 He went in, grabbed that single, stayed on his knees and just stayed there. Was he trying to, did he think he could pull him out like he'd been doing? No, he has no striking. What else he can do? No, I'm saying why did he stay there? Why did he stay there, his hands locked around and got hammer fist sometimes that
Starting point is 00:12:06 works. Hmm. Sometimes it works for him, but now he's fighting that upper echelon guys. He was dragging him around the mat for the first. I was surprised. Yeah. Because the curse plays no pun. I know.
Starting point is 00:12:15 National champ. I know. And he was dragging him around. I was like, Oh, curse might be in trouble here. And then he realized that I made a can only grapple. Can't you strike? You're screwed. That's his ceiling.
Starting point is 00:12:26 That's how this goes. You'll always be fun to watch. You're never touching the gold. Oh, you can't strike. It's 2024. It's not going to work. No, hang around. Hang around.
Starting point is 00:12:40 You're not going to shoot double. You'll choke out some guys 10 through 15 or higher. You choke them out. When it gets to the nitty gritty, you get knocked out. Now you're going to rip off about three wins and choke some guys out. They're like, all right, let's see how he does against. Insert name who can strike and grapple.
Starting point is 00:12:56 You're fucked. You're fucked. All good. Right. Did you dollar goes long way in Brazil? It's all good. All good. Yeah. Looks good. All good. Yeah. Looks good. He shorts. Sure. Shorts. Great looking man. Sure. But when you
Starting point is 00:13:10 can't strike, oh, you're fucked. You just fucked at the highest level. You're fucked. Yeah. Yep. Yep. Um, all right. I like the whole card. Yeah. Well, so did you like Mike, a venom page? Yeah, let's get to Peter, Jan and song. Yadong. I was very happy to see Peter young win that little has done the first round. Yep. Had PTSD from Marab, just ragged on them 50 times.
Starting point is 00:13:37 Good though. Glad to get the win. And then JDM looked fantastic. Huge win for JDM over Gilbert Burns. That man, that guy. Now, now he's great. He's, he's, he's in a very stacked division of it's going to be Leon Edwards. He tries that.
Starting point is 00:13:51 It's going to be very different. Try what? Uh, JDM. Oh, his boxing so much better than Leon Edwards. He's got to deal with the kicking and everything else. You think he beats Leon Edwards? Great fight. This ain't one of those things where it's like, oh, good luck.
Starting point is 00:14:04 I mean, that'd be a tough night He can box he keeps boxes ass off. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No, he's a huge prospect He was even a little small no fuck no He was even he was on like the in Gary wave where they everyone's like he's the next guy There's his last two fights weren't great Yeah, knock the door knock the doors off anything But he want they still won right and then they give him Gilbert Burns and boom now he's back Does it's like Ian Gary?
Starting point is 00:14:30 Sean Brady shop cut what happens with him and in Gary great fight. I don't know great fucking fight I don't think they're gonna kill off the two young lines. I would do Ian Gary versus Mike event and page Let's take a break. Can we take a break for you just yapping my air off about artificial intelligence? I've got a lot of stuff going on, but you know, sometimes you have too much stuff going on and you want a little buzz. You want to, you want to take things down a little bit. Oh dude, after dude, after racing that mint 400, my adrenaline was through the roof.
Starting point is 00:15:01 I said, I need to wind down. Have you tried the five daily Buzz Gummies? Dude, I brought my five daily Buzz Gummies. Okay, because they carry, they contain two to five milligrams of THC. That's just enough for you to feel it. I don't know if you know. Legal in all 50 states.
Starting point is 00:15:14 Oh, it's not. Made in the USA? I slept like a fricking dragon, a tired little dragon. Yep, tired little dragon. Well, fivecbd.com slash fighter. You can get a $40 bottle for free. All you gotta do is pay shipping and handling. How about that?
Starting point is 00:15:27 Okay. Wow. That's how confident they are. You guys are gonna love the five daily buzz gummies. We're just giving them away. That's fivecbd.com slash fighter. F-I-V-E-C-B-D.com forward slash fighter. Now listen, I don't like pumping all the time.
Starting point is 00:15:43 My legs get super tired and I got quads. But I want a little help. And I'm wondering, because my lady, she's got, she's, she's looking to do some biking, but she wants an electric bike. She wants a little help. Now you know me, I hate electric, but when it comes to bikes, I like electric bikes. I have one myself. Yep.
Starting point is 00:16:02 And there's- We have one in the office. Dude, electric's that one to the office. I put it together. I said, this thing was pretty sweet. Didn they- We have one in the office. Dude, electric set one to the office. I put it together. I said, this thing was pretty sweet. Didn't you drive it home in the rain? It was raining hard the other day. I was like, I don't wanna drive my demon in this.
Starting point is 00:16:12 I'm gonna take the bike home. That thing got me home with the quickness. I think you can finance those bikes. Yep, just for 49 bucks a month. Cause if you look at, try to buy, I've been down this road. I wish I'd known this before cause I bought up electric bike
Starting point is 00:16:26 It cost me a lot of money all the thousands of dollars electric bikes are just 799 bucks. All right. Whoa go to L E C T R I C E bikes calm the durability It's comfortable this are the one they send us as he's big like monster truck tires on it It is bad ass. I love that man. You can save on gas parking maintenance all of that. Oh dude, I run up to air one and that thing. I run up to the gas station. I get DCs with that thing. It has up to 150 miles on one charge, 150 miles. And you can choose to pedal or just coast like a motorcycle, electric motorcycle. Explore 2024 with electric bikes, e-bikes. Yep. And it's not electric.
Starting point is 00:17:05 We're talking electric. Yes. L E C T R I C E bikes. Dot com. Electric e-bikes.com. And make sure you mention fire. The kids set you in the post checkout survey. That's L E C T R I C E bikes.com.
Starting point is 00:17:19 Fuck. Fuck. That's a. Oof. Take my money. Oof. I think you're getting my money. Oof. I think he knocked him out.
Starting point is 00:17:28 You do? Because Venom pays his hands are down, he comes in. No, no, no, no, no. I mean, you see how low his hands are? He's never been knocked out. Yes, that style, when you're that fast and that athletic, that'll work. I think if you lose just a step,
Starting point is 00:17:43 you're gonna yourself in trouble. You're dancing on that edge. He also has, I don't know, 300 fights with his hands down. Never been knocked down. He's phenomenal. He's only lost, I think, once at Douglas Lima, right? Twice. Anytime he's faced like a grappler,
Starting point is 00:17:55 that's why the UFC has to be careful who they match him up with. He's a fun character. Can he be champ? It's tough, cause those guys at the top, like if they want him to fight Ian Gary, let's say beats in Gary and then go straight to Leon Edwards. Okay. He could be, he could, if they want him to, he could be champ, but he has to,
Starting point is 00:18:12 he has to leapfrog the grapplers. You have to forget about the Koby Covetins, the Shavcotts, the Sean Brady nightmare for him. Nightmare. Didn't he call out Shavcot? Was he, did he call him out? Uh, JDM did. JDM.
Starting point is 00:18:25 Big difference. that's right. Big difference. No, Michael Venom Page was... Yeah. He doesn't want that Russian wrestling. No, if you hear any wrestling, you gotta get off this Russian nuts act. American wrestling dominates. So if you mention wrestling against Michael Venom Page, he goes really it's just not for him. Hey, I mean all those years he doesn't he's got to be good on the
Starting point is 00:18:48 in the clinch on the ground. Not enough hours in the day? Really? What are you gonna do? Can't make up that time? Against the Lee grapplers and you can't grapple? You can't grapple. No. And the UFC just wants to keep him exciting. Well look at Alex Pira. It's like they made the right choices to give him to the title shot. Yeah. And now he's running with it. And then they gave him yawn, right?
Starting point is 00:19:11 You got past that. Right. Right. Right. So don't give those. If they want to, they can finagle it so he can get to the title. There's a way you can get to the title shot. It's just if the UFC likes you enough.
Starting point is 00:19:20 If not, oh, dude, if he has one bad outing, they're like, cool. Here's Sean Brady. He's gonna choke him unconscious. Yeah, really? He's a character. He's one of my faves too. He's just such a character. But the UFC just has to be very careful who they match him with.
Starting point is 00:19:36 He's fought a lot of, didn't he fight a lot of wrestlers and Bellator? No? No, dude. I mean, a lot of Jiu-Jitsu guys. No, dude. Douglas Lima. Douglas Lima's a complete fighter. Now he beat him, but he lost.
Starting point is 00:19:54 A, Douglas beat him. Yeah, but he also lost. And B, Douglas Lima's thing is striking. It is striking. He can grapple, but his thing is kickboxing. So they kept him, they kept him in Bellator very safe. And anytime, but anytime they gave him like, and in Bellator very safe and anytime But anytime they gave him like and also Bellator grappling committee of sea it I mean what are we doing here? I mean, it's not
Starting point is 00:20:12 saples oranges So In Gary that's the fight. That's the fight. I think that's gonna is that oh, I'm that's what I would do And I'm the I haven't heard any rumblings of that. I'm just if I was in the war room. That's what fight. You think that's gonna, is that? Oh, that's what I would do. I haven't heard any rumblings of that. If I was in the war room, that's what I would do. Yeah, man. UFC has their plans, but that's a great fight.
Starting point is 00:20:33 MVP's a massive name. Inge, he needs one more win before he's in the top three. Yeah. Mike Venpe, you'll see where they rank him, but stylistically, it's a great fight. Hard to just get, it's hard to fucking touch the guy's face. I bet you, Inge, it can touch his face you do yep really Why?
Starting point is 00:20:51 We'll see just that is that long similar body All right fight though. All right Michael Venom page But never never gonna be UFC champion. He could. Again, you got to pick his opponents. You got to cherry pick them. You got to avoid the grapplers. Well, what about Michael Venom Page? By the way, Leon Edwards and Michael Venom Page.
Starting point is 00:21:18 That's an interesting fight. Yeah, man, I just said that. If he gets past the end there, you could could like again You can leapfrog those grapplers and get them there if you want like ask Pierre We could do that experience a game plan where we just bounce around avoid the grapple and get them there Be a great fight to bridge avoid the boy the grappler. You if he's done it before yeah Yeah, you could do it But he'd really have to rattle off something like you would in order from the do that You'd need to knock out Kevin Holland. He'd need to knock out Ian Gary then they're like all right let's get him to the title yeah if you just getting decisions no no no no like
Starting point is 00:21:50 if you be if you be in there via decision next one's a grappler you got it you gotta have like you know big-time knockouts in order because the axe beer was starching people yeah starching and they're like right this the guy okay so the dust and pouring is so good I can't believe it. Dustin Poirier, BSD. I wish I'd fight every weekend. Oh my God. It was so fucking nuts. But I was watching Ben Watson, Anthony,
Starting point is 00:22:14 and I watched his, I went down a little bit of the rabbit hole, watched some of his old fights. And as bad as he is, I noticed one thing you can't do against Dustin Poirier, and that is swing wide like that, with that power. You can't sit in front of him. You cannot, you can't do against Dustin Poirier, and that is swing wide like that with that power. Can't sit in front of him. You cannot, you can't do this because I was like, Dustin is gonna fire right now. He wasn't doing that in the first round.
Starting point is 00:22:32 Molly Wapping like, oh shit, Dustin screwed. And then St. Denise was like, oh, forget grappa, I'm just gonna sit in the pocket and exchange, it's like, oh, now you're playing the diamonds game. Now you're playing the diamonds game and that perfect hook, that like picture perfect, just, oh. I was like, you're so good.
Starting point is 00:22:49 He's so fucking good. That was one of the best fights of the year. But also Dustin, Dustin's ability to get out of impossible grappling situations. Like impossible shit. He's a black belt. You know what I'm saying? Biggest sleep on Dustin.
Starting point is 00:23:01 He's a black belt. But Benoit also had been, I think, training in Hungary or where was he in No Bulgaria with all those Russian Bulgarian Just training wrestling all the time doesn't matter, but he's a wrestler too He's I guess he's just as much a wrestler as he has a striker. He's grappling. Yeah, he's a grappler. Yeah But doesn't praise been doing a hot second now man. He's been doing it and he's at ATT So St. Denise might be in Bulgaria.
Starting point is 00:23:25 It ain't ATT. American top teams where it's at. They got savages in there. Savages. Um, just a monster, dude. Look at this. Competed in BJJ at 194. So that's how what he does walking around.
Starting point is 00:23:42 Large, large, big, a big 55er big 55er Jesus that fight was so good. It was so good. It was so good. The French had a rough weekend Francis knocked unconscious St. Denise knocked unconscious and then their boy boy in PFL lost due to like a... Who is this? Who is that? What's his name? Chin?
Starting point is 00:24:10 He's like the biggest prospect coming out of France in, I don't know, 100 years. Jesus. Let me just do the news and see. Oh, gets knocked out and cold. Oh, this one was... No no no look look for this was stupid front so pfl French fighter But just go to the yeah, that's what The guy who fought last weekend Oh said you know don't be sad don't be because it's his foot, his toe. His toe got messed up. Don't Bay is like the biggest prospect in forever.
Starting point is 00:24:49 So he lost, Francis lost, St. Denis lost, so it's tough. Yeah. There's Hardy saying the biggest prospect fight in all of MMA's, Don't Bay. Yeah, but that was a, but he did, he literally said like enough. And then he was like, no, I want to go on. What do you mean prospect fight in MMA?
Starting point is 00:25:09 The biggest prospect. Prospect. Prospect. Like, like he, he's, he's He was like a killer kickboxer guy. Monster. He was going to start from the, he got to chose UFC or PFL.
Starting point is 00:25:18 I went with PFL. Wow. More money. Pretty much probably. His level probably easier fights. You're eating alive in the FC. Because of wrestling. Yep.
Starting point is 00:25:32 So the Sugar Sean Cheeto Vera. What'd you think? I just think Sugar Sean is in a class by himself. I think he's greatness. I don't think he's good. I think he's greatness. Yep, he proved it. Yeah, and I...
Starting point is 00:25:43 So those rounds, I agree with the ref 50 44 Yeah, there's a 10-8 round there. Yeah that knee when Rogan said sound like a bat in a watermelon Yeah, he's dead on I mean dead on whack and how tough is cheeto to take all that shit? I mean just an answer one of the best gins of all time. Oh my god of all time back his face He looked like the mask really give the mask. I that they think my fractures are a little orbital bone that's what sugar said he thought he felt something crunch oh man that's tough to watch it was tough to watch then sugar lands that great body shot with like 10 seconds left wow that's that's that's mom and so here's the question be what he do next with sugar now he asked for a topiri in Spain in Spain or do you do?
Starting point is 00:26:26 Do you do that or do you do Marabh? So now hold on before you answer Oh, no before you answer right now. You're the UFC in the war room, right? I just posted this and that's my question for chin and Casey and you're sitting down like right. What's next for sugar? Yeah Marabh he's an underdog and we know what that fight's gonna be about What's next for Shilka? Yeah. Morab, he's an underdog and we know what that fight's
Starting point is 00:26:44 gonna be about. Shilka's an underdog. Yes. Shilka being underdog in that fight and the Topiria fight, but the Morab fights his weight class, he'd be an underdog. Morab deserves it. Just cause Morab's ragdoll wrestling,
Starting point is 00:26:54 just his ability to keep coming, keep coming, keep coming. Nightmare. Not the striker that Sean is. No, but big different. Well, wrestling dictates where the fight goes. Yeah. So Shilka's an underdog in that.
Starting point is 00:27:04 Not the biggest fight, but still title fight. Yeah. Or Topiria, who's top five biggest stars. You can go over there and fight in Spain, sugar, Topiria. Now I'm not saying what's right. The right thing to do is Marab. Clearly he deserves it. But if you're in the money, just as a business man, I'm the fan.
Starting point is 00:27:23 I believe in only the money game when it comes to price fight Okay, I don't believe in anything else. That's my point. So you're doing sugar versus topier and then also this is why you do sugar versus topier Yeah So Marab is Stylist I'm not Sean can beat him sure you can beat him. He can be a marab. He can be Marab He can figure out a way with the game plan his coach the inferior way beat him Regardless that he's still an underdog. So chancesen winning aren't great, but he can beat him. So you have your top three,
Starting point is 00:27:49 maybe your biggest star in the UFC, the Marab fight tonight, man. If we're gonna extend the life of Suga, you would have him fight Topuria, even if he loses that one, again, he'd be an underdog. If he loses that one, it's all gets on his weight class, he can come back and fight Maram. Yes.
Starting point is 00:28:05 So you extend the shelf life of Shogun. I hear you. Here's what I always worry about with a guy like Sugar, who's been, he's really escaped for the most part injury. Like, I mean, damage, damage to his head. He really has for the most part in his entire career. When you go up a weight class and you decide to fight somebody who is as rugged and hard-hitting as Toperia, who is a champion, what you risk doing is taking the kind of damage just because of how powerful he is and how
Starting point is 00:28:44 good he is. You risk taking damage from somebody bigger than you that can really mess with you in a lot of ways. Right. Now here's the question. Now what's the safe route and pussy route? We're here to make money and it's fighting and you're talking about guys getting in the head, right? So fuck you, right?
Starting point is 00:29:03 Because of course we know they you're in the head. I'm just saying. Who gives a flying fuck about that? I'm saying we not go all the way out. CT does not exist in the UFC office. I shouldn't bring in this up. We don't give a fuck about that. What the fuck are you talking about? We're looking for views and money, you fuck.
Starting point is 00:29:18 We want to find. Guys, I'm just bringing this up. I just... Could you be less entertaining during this conversation? Right, but if you were getting hit in the head by a bigger man. I'm saying I don't want to see, you know- I'm not asking what Brian wants. I'm saying as a business owner, as a UFC advisor.
Starting point is 00:29:39 No, no, no, as a UFC owner. Oh, that's different. I'm saying as sugar's advisor. You're not his advisor. You're part, you're- Let me be his advisor. You're the UFC matchmaker. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no other words, protect them, give him a Rob. So, so that's what I'm saying. Like, well, he takes less damage if he fights Marab, but, but, it doesn't matter. Yeah. But protect. He would, Marab's a nightmare.
Starting point is 00:30:12 So you're not protecting him. Marab's a nightmare. Marab's wrestling is a nightmare, but there are ways to deal with that. Right. Sean's got to stand and bang with Taparia. No, he doesn't. He can stay on the outside, use his distance. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:30 He's longer. Yeah. A lot longer. Very smart. His IQ, I think it showed that. High IQ. High IQ. You think he's gonna sit there and strike with Tobias?
Starting point is 00:30:39 Well, yeah. He's gonna stay on the outside, be smart, use his length. Yeah. Let's take a little break, cause listen, we're both getting older, man. Are you finding it a little harder to build muscle as you get to the back nine alive? Yes, I am buddy.

Starting point is 00:34:01 It's tough. It's tough. It's tough. If you want to get the most out of sugar You're gonna send this you saw what you saw what to period did to in many ways One of the best records to ever step into the octagon at 45 Volkanovsky just put his hands on you know, but what nice you smaller guy He played the game exchange with him against the fence same thing sugar's gonna entertain that no no
Starting point is 00:34:22 Hey, what was I got sugar against the fence on there? Yeah, Peter yonkin and? No. No. And he's also a young man. Yeah. Peter, you're going to do it? No. No. Yeah. Be very interesting. Very interesting. I mean, certainly the money is in that fight going up to 45. That's the only reason we're doing this. And this is, do you think the USC got in his ear or he made that choice?
Starting point is 00:34:42 He made that choice. He made that choice. Let me go on. USC really doesn't like when guys bounce around. Right, but how cool. But if it's there, it's there. Imagine if he takes that 45 pound belt, Jesus. But here's my thing, even if he doesn't, all good.
Starting point is 00:34:54 Guys do it all, Izzy did it at 205. All right, back down. Yeah, Al Kvokhnazimakchev. No one gives a shit. You lose, all right, bigger guy won, big deal. You're still the champ, come down. Now you gotta win when you come back down. Yeah. otherwise, then it gets one more up wait in his pink suit Yes, Rob's waiting this pink suit. Now. I'm not the right thing to do is Marab sugar
Starting point is 00:35:12 That's the fight. I mean if we're talking about legit sport here. It's Marab. Yeah I'm here to make money. Yeah and extend the shelf life of sugar Now I like it. I like it. I'm, uh, you know, 45 is a different game, different game. Cause Tobir is in a tough spot too. I guess you do Brian or Tega in Spain. No. And Brian or Tega doesn't want to appear yet. The same thing could, I know, happen to him with Volkanovsky could very well happen to him with Tob pray what could happen anyone be that's not what you want to fight for fuck
Starting point is 00:35:48 He would be the one to fight who else is no max hallways the next contestant, but he's fighting 300 They they blew their rod. Hold on. They did do a max person gachee. There's nobody else. Nobody else nobody else at 45 Nobody else. That's why I think sugar has a chance to get in this fight Nobody else at 45. Nobody else. That's why I think Sugar has a chance to get in this fight. Okay, hold on. Volcanossi needs a rest, not happening. Max Hallway, of course, but they wasted and blew it on 300
Starting point is 00:36:10 for no reason to fight Justin Gaethje for the BMF title. Brian Ortega coming off a big win. Yeah, I read, Regas just lost. Okay. Mosarov, nobody's ever heard of, so he can't do that. All Island can't do that. Josh Emmett can't do that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:26 Wow. Now what you I didn't know Brian was ranked number three. Yeah, I did not know Now what you could do right is if Aljo were to starch Calvin Cater to Aljo Tauperia in Spain That's UFC 300 interesting Peria in Spain. That's UFC 300. Interesting. Former champ versus the champ. Yeah, would sell. Yep. UFC doesn't like Aljo though, so I doubt that happens. Why don't they like him?
Starting point is 00:36:55 Too much to get into, man. I don't really, I don't have time. Really? I don't have time. Really? I don't have time to educate you. Really? You're gonna have to read the forms. Okay, sorry. I didn't have time to educate you You're gonna have to read the forms Okay, I'm sorry I didn't mean it I don't have time I didn't have I don't I'm sorry about that No, it's alright. No, cuz I was just wondering you're casual. What's that? You're casual So it gets so too much now now can we go back to 35? Corey Sanhagen? He's gonna fight. Is he gonna fight?
Starting point is 00:37:22 That's a 35, Corey Sandhagen. He's gonna fight, is he gonna fight? Who's he fighting? Umar, I think he's fighting Umar. That's a tough fight, but that's what he wants to do. You could make the argument that the guy who's Marabh with striking is Umar and Umar Gomerov. You can make that argument. He's ranked 10, Brian.
Starting point is 00:37:42 Doesn't matter. So he's not in this party. Nobody wants to fight him. No, no, no, nobody knows who he is That's right in the line. We're in the business of making fucking money. Yes, but umar you're worried about head trauma and Unranked fire. Umar Nurmagomedov is a very exciting fighter He could deliver pizza to this fucking office right now. You're gonna single person would ask him for a famous last name That's the problem. Hold to say it. Hold on. It until he beats someone like Marabh or someone.
Starting point is 00:38:10 He's you know, he's he's two, three fights away from this conversation. If he beats Corey Sandhagan, we're all going to be going. Hey, what's going on here? He would have to be Corey and one more. Hey, listen, look at me. I'm going to say this on this podcast. Remember his name. No, we all know he's good, Brian. That's not where you're missing the point here. Remember that
Starting point is 00:38:32 name. We're in the business of making money. Right. You can't sell. But I'm in the business, but, but Humar is once they see how exciting he is there. They're there. My point, it takes a time is he gonna get there it's gonna take sure it's gonna take two thousand twenty five come talk to me yeah he's gonna be ready to go yes we're talking about now bitch talking right now talking about right now you gotta make money now you got TV right still coming up yeah you know my umar not gonna murder off you're talking about you can't sell that to Netflix stupid fuck you can't sell it no dude
Starting point is 00:39:03 what are we gonna do? Look, man, be cool, all right? Just be cool, all right? Look, if you want Sean E. Lea to appear, I'll give it to you. That's why. Is that what you want? Dude, that's gonna piss so many people off. I recommended that.
Starting point is 00:39:16 Yeah, dude, people are gonna be pissed. What do you mean? Because Marab, I mean, it's Marab's fight. Because what do you do with Marab? But are they gonna let him fight Toperia in Spain? That's exciting as shit. Right? Sugar? Yeah. They're definitely considered especially than Sean asked for it. So what do you do with Marab? You'd have Marab fight Corey Sanahigan? You let Marab sit in the wings. He has to stay active. You can't sit out of here. So let him fight Corey. Yeah, that's what I do.
Starting point is 00:39:41 It's so fucked up. It's it ain't right. It's the same way below. Muhammad deserves a towel shot. Yeah. And they're just not doing it. Yeah. It's so fucked up. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But again, in, in, if it's a sport, then it should be Marabh Suga, below Leon. If it's the WWE TKO money making business, which is exactly what they are. It is. Ain't none of those guys fight. It's so fucked up.
Starting point is 00:40:07 Your wrestling counts against you. Your wrestling can actually. But Marab's up to his profile. He's funny online. He's great. He was talking to fucking, he was talking to the, You got that?
Starting point is 00:40:18 Zuck. Yeah, as he's been with that. Like literally the whole time, like winking at him. Yeah, I know. Kissing him. Zuck, Rockhard, yeah. I was like, what is going on here with this guy? Wow.
Starting point is 00:40:28 There's nuts. We'll see what they do, though. It's interesting, right? It's it's interesting. And I think you're going to see to Porya. Well, Mali, that's the fight. Topuria came out and said, though, he goes, you got to get through more up first for you to me.
Starting point is 00:40:41 That's not to Porya's. Oh, that's what I did. The chin brought up in his mom was like, that's right Yeah, yeah through more up. Oh you guys think you have an opinion that counts. Yeah, you're oh, no You're gonna fight whoever the fuck we tell you to I mean you have you've had the belt for 15 seconds Yeah, man, it does not work out The UFC says here sugar and here's why and here's your payday, they're gonna go, we'll fight him. Correct. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:06 I, is there, do you think Islam Makhachef goes up to 70? Naturally. I don't know, man. What do you ask? I think you'll see that soon. Uh, he has some work to do. I mean, they did offer him the fight against Leon at 300. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:31 Which turned Ramadan. Yeah. It must be exhausting being a UFC matchmaker. The worst. So, she wanted to do the undercard. Good. God, damn it. Good God. Beast. Beast damn it. Good God.
Starting point is 00:41:45 Beast. Beast of it. Mick Maynard is just salt of the earth. Is he? And Sean Shelby? Yeah, I love Sean Shelby. Just a bitch of a job. Well, there it is.
Starting point is 00:41:55 There it is. Such exciting fights. Oh, they were good fights. I live for those days. Damn. I flew home early just so I could watch from the prelimbs to the main event. Incredible. I don't miss them.
Starting point is 00:42:06 Oh, well, really, I didn't see the only prelimb I saw was the curse place fight. Were there anything else that I have to see? Gamrat destroyed RDA. Macy Barber look fantastic. Kyler Phillips, Pedro Munoz is a big one. Again, you have to do this research on your own. Don't have time to get into it. I don't have time. What else you got, Jen?
Starting point is 00:42:33 I was telling you, Brandon, I tell, I tell, Brandon, when I was at that place that I usually go to, it's called Beer Garden in K-Town, LA. When Trump was walking out. K-Town meaning Kreatown? Kreatown, yeah, Kreatown, LA. Trump got a lot of a lot of when Trump came out not just on screen, but everyone at the place just started going crazy I'm like what the heck yeah, it's so crazy. Yeah, it was such a sure that's wild man They go crazy from it's not wild our country's in a fucking disarray cuz the Biden's dumbass It's not crazy. Just happens. Trump's the only other option.
Starting point is 00:43:06 So you're going to root for that guy, even though if you don't like him against Biden, yeah, that's all it is. You're in against Biden. It could be anybody. Yeah. Yeah. Ooh, there was a truck of the med 400 on the side of it. It said Trump 2024.
Starting point is 00:43:20 The back said, go Brandon. Huh? Yeah. The entire paint job was fucked Trump was fucked Biden. Yeah. All right, giant American flag. That's trucks, baby. Truck culture. All right. Okay guys.
Starting point is 00:43:40 So a 70 million year old giant dinosaur, Skeleton was found like full things skull tail Got an amateur Archaeologists and his dog are just walking around and they look on the side of the hill and they see something weird They go look into it a little more and it's a full-blown dinosaur. What kind dinosaur though for you too excited tight Tannosaur. Oh, so we're gonna to is that also? Would that be one with teeth or is this one that eats plants? Because if it's not dangerous cool, I don't give a fuck
Starting point is 00:44:11 No, no, no, it has to be dangerous. It's a cock dinosaur that you're not a bitch dinosaur Go back go back to this picture That guy's interesting. Which one? both of them. Anyway, they found that. Look at that. But I hate when they say they found it completely. Well, I guess they did. They did say what kind of a T-Tac source?
Starting point is 00:44:33 Titanis? It says Titanis. Amazing though. Right there. Family of long neck herbivores. Oh, okay. We lost Brett. Come out. Come on. If herbivores. Oh, okay. We lost Brett. Come out.
Starting point is 00:44:45 Come on. If you can't kill me. Please do. Also, but did they find feathers or anything? It's a herbivore. Remember they're saying they have feathers on them? Yeah, but I don't know if those do. Not all of them have feathers.
Starting point is 00:44:56 Just the T-Rex. I think so, but just be cool, bro. No, those are stupid. Where did they find it at? France. Yeah. It's a French dinosaur, dude. It'd be like 40 million years from now,
Starting point is 00:45:06 finding a... No, cow? Yeah. Finding a cow and then being like, check it out. Oh, cool. Come on, it's a French dinosaur. Be cool, dude.
Starting point is 00:45:18 Oh, God, that means you can't fight. Those guys couldn't be more French. They have scarves on while looking for dinosaurs The French are always all the dust bro. All the French have scarves. It's all the dust Let's just take a break for a second because I gotta I gotta get some auto parts Oh, yeah, you have some problems shield wiper blades. Starting point is 00:48:16 It just depresses me. All right. OK. But, you know, that's like my friend was doing a play on Broadway. And there was somebody making a ton of noise. And he's like, he stopped and said, can you stop making all that noise, please? No.
Starting point is 00:48:35 And the dude was in a lung. He was in a... Oh. You know, one of those things, and he was like... No. Oh, God. Anyway, back to my scene. You're good.
Starting point is 00:48:44 Fuck. Back're good. Back in character. Yeah. So bad. Oh, we didn't talk about the mint 400 race. Totally forgot. Four hours. Four hours should have been 12 hours, but our car broke down on the second lap.
Starting point is 00:49:01 A ball bearing fell off. It was the coolest thing I've ever done. Also one of the hardest things I've ever done. Yeah, you're driving four and a half hours. And I hear you were on a ledge. Oh, up a mountain. You know how when you look out in the mountains and there's like no path? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:15 They're like, there's a trail. I'm like, where? And if we fall off, I die. Die, yeah. There was a few times during those four hours where I was like, what am I doing? Yeah. I'm driving the stick Volkswagen bug. That's not good. Wow.
Starting point is 00:49:31 A stick of Volkswagen, not known for their not. This thing's built for off-roading. It's when I say Volkswagen bugs, just the shell. But still, I was supposed to drive a class one car, like, you know, 1000 horsepower, big wheels tires I did the Volkswagen bug which probably going typically I average 25 miles an hour And but that I know you're like Jesus like anybody can do that now But on there's no there's you gotta realize you're crawling up this this really know what yeah
Starting point is 00:50:00 There's no no so on the straightaway the real only reason it's 25 is sometimes you go on 80 to 90 miles an hour Sometimes you're going 10 right over these crazy boulders and it was the a one of the most dangerous things I've done, but be also one of the best things I've done. Yeah, I was so dehydrated I bet you had to piss the guy goes just go I'm like, but you're just go. I'm like, but you're. I'm like, what do you mean? But before, thank God for Donald Sironi. I wasn't prepared in any facet.
Starting point is 00:50:32 Me and Donald link up. My truck's not ready to go. I had engine problems. They wait till the day of the race to tell me that's cool. So Donald goes, dude, I got you. I brought my bug. I'm sorry. What'd you say? He was, I brought my Volkswagen bug. People do, what'd you say? Here's I brought my Volkswagen bug.
Starting point is 00:50:46 People do it, it's gonna be rough though, dude. It's gonna be really rough and stick. I'm like, all right, whatever. So I just wanted to drive and compete. So I'm like, I'll do it. So the night before it's midnight, we're out there testing it, it's so dark. I'm like, Jesus Christ, me and my brother are in there.
Starting point is 00:51:00 Next day, Don goes, you have the neck protector thing? I'm like, wait a time, I goes, bro, you can't race if you don't have the neck protector. It's the Dale Earnhardt thing, you goes, uh, you have the neck protector thing. I'm like, we're talking about, he goes, bro, you can't race. We don't have the neck protector. What do you, it's the Dale Earnhardt thing. You know, Dale crash with his neck. You have to wear that in order to race. Yeah. So I had to get one of those.
Starting point is 00:51:13 He gives me one of those. And then he goes, um, and you got your catheter, right? I'm like, I'm sorry. He's like, dude, you're going to be in here for like 12 hours. You're just going to hold your piss. I was like, I didn't think about it. I was like, no didn't think about it. No, Deena Cather.
Starting point is 00:51:25 So it's a long tube that goes down your pants and sticks out the side and you connect it to your dick. And I'm looking at Mike. I didn't want to seem like I didn't know what I was doing but I didn't know what I was doing. I go, Cal, let me talk to you. In case it's all in family, let me talk to you real quick. How do you put this on?
Starting point is 00:51:42 Cause I just thought you put in your pee hole. Oh my God. Yeah, and he's like, no dude. There's an end. And he's like, it's gonna be better if you chub up a little bit. And then you roll it on and it'll stay on. And then you just, you're driving, just piss.
Starting point is 00:51:53 You put it out the side of your lane, just piss. So I'm like, no doubt. Dude, it's the day of the race. It's cold. I'm in Cowboys RV. I'm like trying to get it on. It's trying to get a limp dick into a girl. It's just not happening. I'm like trying to wake him up. It's not happening. So I was like, fuck it. I'm like trying to get it on it's trying to get a limp dick into a girl. It's just not happening
Starting point is 00:52:05 I'm like trying to wake them up. It's not happens. I was like fucking I'll just slide down So I stretch it out like this like you know like fucking slinky. Yeah, I put it on like that should stay. It's pretty sticky Soon as I go to lift one leg up to get in the buggy pop. I can feel pop off I'm like I'm going to drive four hours and you know me I piss every 30 seconds. I was like, I'll be all right. And so we're going and I have to pee so bad. It hurts so bad. And my co-driver, Greg, the best guy ever, he's like the master of all bugs.
Starting point is 00:52:35 And he goes, man, usually a chatty cat, he haven't talked to me like 45 minutes. I went, I have to pee so bad, I can't focus on anything else. He goes, oh, I know how that goes. He goes, just go. I mean, what do you mean? He goes, just go. I'm like, just piss my pants. He goes on how it goes. He goes just go And what do you mean? He goes just go. I'm like just piss my pants. He goes guys do it all the time
Starting point is 00:52:48 He was the problem is you're we have three and a half hours to go You're probably take my take out this is like yeah, so he goes Can you hold on to the wheel and on zip it? I'm like I think so so he's like try and do that So I'm like shift it, you know I'm going he like, let's wait till we get to a smoother part, which smoother, there's no smooth. So we're still like this the whole time. We're like this. And he goes, okay, I'm gonna get the wheels,
Starting point is 00:53:12 leave in second gear. So he goes, get your dick out. And I just zipped it and then just. You just pissed everyone. Yeah, you gotta do it. But it felt so good. Yeah. You pissed right in the, in right. On the you gotta. But it felt so good. Yeah. You pissed right in the, in, right.
Starting point is 00:53:26 On the bottom of the, and then I took water and cause there's a hole in the bottom. There's a hole pissed right there. But those guys just wear a Catherine, just piss. I've had to pee like in traffic where he's, you know, he just used a kit tennis can or anything. Yeah, that should, that, that, that shit is so wild dude. That truck driving.
Starting point is 00:53:44 It's so wild. And it, all it is is like race crash fix Race crash fit the amount of money you have to have to compete in that is wild really wild millionaires those those trophy trucks are like Minimum million bucks then you have to have a whole team that fixes it Repairs it you have RVs the trailers the trucks like it's a whole rich man sport the richest man sport the richest it was so fun though it was wild it didn't hit me till I got back on Sunday I was a coach because you're so focused in it I was so sure right I'm the out so yeah I was so my
Starting point is 00:54:22 lips my lips were my lips were white You had water though. They have a thing where you can hook it to the Because you're locked in they like strapped in right oh, so you're like just you're like straps So you you can't really move for four hours. You're not pulling over to piss now You got to win the race So it's just like mmm and then it's all about, especially the mid 400 one of the toughest tracks in the world, it's all about finishing. So they told me out the gate, like there's gonna be
Starting point is 00:54:49 a lot of egos involved, there's big jumps, we're not here to do that. We just gotta finish and we're gonna place. Like most cars are gonna break down, you're gonna see. Soon enough, a mile in cars are breaking down. The track is so rough. Most 90% of people broke down. God. Because like we couldn't finish
Starting point is 00:55:06 because one of the ball bearings just ripped off. It's like there's a part of it where I was like, what the fuck are we doing? I was like, how can this bug get over this rock? What are we gonna do? He said, get a do it, just put in first gear. And you're like, your instincts like, no dude, go around, but you gotta go up and over.
Starting point is 00:55:22 It was so wild. I learned so much. Oh yeah. That's so cool. It was so dope watch Cowboys a badass. He's a bad. He's an American badass. Ian Rogan used to call him the American. He's such a badass He's a fucking he's good man. He's fucking good. He's a hell of an athlete You know what it is you got to have that and he had it in fighting I didn't you have to have that no fucks given like just go I like one of the guys Got a adrenaline junkie kind of thing. I'm not drilling junk. Yeah, I like the race. I like the trucks
Starting point is 00:55:49 I love all that stuff, but also I'm a little hesitant where it's like I don't get hurt here Because there was guys before that rolled broke their back like the major. I mean you're talking about The heavy trucks crazy course and you're in the middle of nowhere. You were in Prim, Nevada in the middle of nowhere Prim there's so much fun though. It was dope fucking a Dictative if you do it or not. Yeah, it's so much fun Oh, Jimmy kill it came on mox down on trumpet Oscars. Let's go Trump tweeted on truth Talk shit about Jimmy Kimmel. I watched the Oscars It made me watch Oppenheimer finally because they won all the awards so the last night I was like, let me check it out. It's good.
Starting point is 00:56:27 Look at Donald. Yeah. Yeah. Trump put out a pretty nasty tweet and Jimmy clapped back. He read the tweet live on the Oscars. Really? Yes. Has there ever been a worse host than Jimmy Kimmel at the Oscars? His opening was that of less than average person trying hard to be something which he has not and never can be. Get rid of Kimmel and perhaps replace him with another washed up but cheap ABC talent, George Stephanopoulos. Slope Anopoulos. He would make everybody on stage look bigger,
Starting point is 00:56:55 stronger and more glamorous. Also a really bad politically correct show tonight. And for years, disjointed, boring and very unfair. Why don't they just give the Oscars to those that deserve it? Hate Line. And for years, disjointed, boring, and very unfair. Why don't they just give the Oscars to those that deserve it? Hate Line. Maybe that way their audience and TV ratings hate line from the depths make America great again. Hate Line. And then Jimmy came out and said,
Starting point is 00:57:13 see if you can guess which former president just posted this on Truth Social. No, his biggest he goes, isn't it past your prison time? Jail time, yeah. That's funny. Oh boy. I thought Jimmy did good Jimmy does Jimmy. Mm-hmm. It's the Oscars
Starting point is 00:57:29 It's a tough gig. You see Sina came out like naked kind of who's jacked jacked. Yeah, I always watch the Oscars it's There's no maker and I don't cuz that bullshit or whatever So Rudy gobert This is this is kind of a silly to me so he plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves. He's a pretty good player he defense had a Gesture which was like a money sign gesture at the refs after he got Foul something and the NBA find him a hundred
Starting point is 00:58:02 Grant now is he saying the refs are paid? So yeah, this ref actually is the same, one of the same refs that was involved way back in the like ref betting scandal that there was. Yikes. So he was like doing that to him saying like you're rigging the game. Yeah, NBA is not gonna act kindly.
Starting point is 00:58:22 But a hundred grand? You can't have that. Can't have it. As much as these guys make two, a hundred grand ain't shit to Rudy Gopar. I can't show up on play for them. Is that it? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:32 Oh, that's... I don't know. I wouldn't... I don't know if I'd call that a foul. Yeah, that seems a little bit excessive. A hundred grand just for doing this. Like, you don't know what he was doing there. But he was, he was, you know... know signaling like they're paid rigging the game
Starting point is 00:58:47 You can't have and then be can have it just try to make a point out of him He has the money who gives a fuck he was defense play the year what twice. He's a stud Came from the jazz Did still a lot of money All right, so I follow this YouTube channel called Outdoor Boys. I bet you do. It's like a dad who used to be he's probably still an attorney, but he's an attorney. Anyways, this is their Instagram handle, but check this out.
Starting point is 00:59:14 This is a moose chasing a brown bear. Tight move by the bear. Is it seeing the water, bitch? Oh, no. Tight move by the bear. Is it seeing the water, bitch? Oh, no. Look at that. Damn. That just looked pretty good. Who would win in that fight?
Starting point is 00:59:35 I think... Probably the moose, because he's older. Well, it looks like Mama Moose. It's not a hell moose. It looks like my Mama Moose, and that bear got too close to her cubs. Oh. So, I mean, her babies.
Starting point is 00:59:44 Potentially. And Brendan hates EVs, but this guy got these sparks. Dude, I passed one of those rigid trucks, the electric rigid trucks in the Volkswagen Bug. You talking about the Tesla one? No, the rigid is a Rivian. Rivian, yeah, the Rivian. I passed the Rivian on the course.
Starting point is 01:00:00 I was going, fuck yeah, fuck you. My co-driver was like, Jesus, dude, relax. I'm like, oh, I hate electric electric but check out I'm not charged it oh but you're not bad ass this is it's a cyber truck they call it cyber tracks for the snow we cool to rust out in the snow as you know what's look for you got to charge it 200 miles as a mechanical engineer my goal is to make sure EVs are just a fad. I promise they are not the future. They just have brainwashed people into thinking that EVs are better than they are.
Starting point is 01:00:30 Birdman.177. That's also my burner account. That's your boy. I love that guy. It looks really Vin Diesel-y. Yeah, it's pretty badass. They had one at the, they had one. Oh, they had one for a show at the mint 400 VIP. Yeah So this is an old video of many pack ya like I think this might be his acting debut and there's nothing to it just watch it
Starting point is 01:01:01 She bout to get hit. Don't you believe in the Pagaya, but don't you know this is the new thing. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh,
Starting point is 01:01:20 oh, oh, oh, oh, Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Yeah. You don't dig it as much as I do. He's actually pretty funny, man. It is, right? He's like, he's good enough to not act. Like, he's like, I got him.
Starting point is 01:01:33 He's totally stone-faced. Oh, this is crazy. Dude, I saw this. I was thinking about this. So when people talk about meteors hitting the Earth, like how big of a deal could it be? When you see this, it's not a small boulder. It's not big. Now, think of it the size of the United States flying at the earth
Starting point is 01:01:48 Not that's not a good situation. I mean look at watch this dude It looks like a fucking so the atomic bomb went off Peru and Thankfully everyone no way they survived this. Yeah, I thought everyone was dead. No watch this Where's the volume at? No one watch this? Oh My god keep watching I thought everyone was dead. No. Watch this. Where's the volume at? No one. Watch this. Oh! Boom! Oh! Oh my god! Keep watching. Oh my god.
Starting point is 01:02:14 What's that? What's that? What's that? So I think the people in this car OK, the one in the first one, probably gone. No, they said that, thankfully, the boulders hit the back end of all the vehicles. Holy shit. But that first one looked gone. No, they said that, thankfully the boulders hit the back end of all the vehicles. Holy.
Starting point is 01:02:28 But that first one looked insane, right? It looked like a fucking missile. Dude, what? Now think of it, one the size of the United States hit me. Let me see that one more time. Yeah, that's insane. It comes out of nowhere.
Starting point is 01:02:41 Watch. Oh, boom! Oh! Ah! Nowhere watch Look what it did to the road oh For Christ's sake that hit that Is that hitting the car? And the roads just donzo's Yeah, but I mean from the reports already that said everyone survived. No, there's no deceased reports. I guess I know that
Starting point is 01:03:12 Guys, it didn't hit the cabin. I might just hit the body of the truck, but she's like what the fuck Imagine I mean Fucking there's those boulder slides all about Malibu to paying you came in do you so fuck I'm always There's a trail down here to go to the PCH, right? From here to PCH? That one little, is it Topanga Canyon? Yep, that's Topanga Canyon. I ride my bike on there.
Starting point is 01:03:32 I would see like little rocks kind of falling down. Malibu Canyon same thing. Malibu Canyon is the same thing. It's over. That thing hit you? Game over. There's one where it was fatal, where you see the thing just crush. Oh man, a man for Liberia got two hundred.
Starting point is 01:03:45 No, I think we shouldn't talk about that because I don't want to get us. Why? Let me see what happens. Seven eyes? Let me see what happens. Did you grow a tail? A man in Liberia got 217 COVID shots. Here's what happened.
Starting point is 01:03:54 Oh my God. Six year old from Monberg, Liberia got 217 COVID-19 vaccine shots in the span of 29 months. So that means like basically once every four days. Yeah. He'd do COVID shots. And they said that his immunity didn't change that much, I guess. He still got COVID.
Starting point is 01:04:12 Yeah. Yeah. They said he still got COVID. He was all in any adverse health. Any warm ask. All right, well. The mask and COVID shots are cute. That's pretty well.
Starting point is 01:04:25 I mean, all right, that's good enough for now. Wait, what was the other one? There's one that's a Chinese EV that actually looks pretty badass to me. And it can shake off snow, like, you know, like a dog. Like a dog. That's what it says. I'll just show you real quick. I don't get one of those. There's music that I can't play in the background.
Starting point is 01:04:40 So if you leave it outside in the winter, where is that necessary in China? Maybe if you live in New York, you music that I can't play in the background so. I guess if you leave it outside in the winter. Where is that necessary? In China, maybe. If you live in parts of Colorado. He's up. Yeah. Yeah, nothing too impressive.
Starting point is 01:04:54 It's not going to help the winch you. But I think the car alone actually looks pretty badass. Yeah. It's kind of like a Genesis Tesla. That's it right there? It's just okay. It's gay. Looks like a Mazda RX7 or whatever it is.
Starting point is 01:05:06 You just hate EVs. Nah, but that thing, that was gas powered. You wouldn't even shake a badnight to it. Right. But we gotta pretend these new EVs are cool. Yeah. That's you. I'm allergic to...
Starting point is 01:05:17 Trying to use EVs, I guess. Yes, good. And this one we can't show on air because it's a nature. It's like a National Geographic. But it's such a badass video. Sixty year old grandmother, Orca kills great white and probably rare moment. So we might have to watch ads beforehand. So let's see.
Starting point is 01:05:37 Let me refresh. But it's a dope ass piece of footage. Damn. Once it loads up. Anyway, while we're waiting for these nine minutes for this download, do you see Jake Paul and Tyson Friday? I did. What do you think?
Starting point is 01:05:54 You know, Tyson's my age. Yeah, he's always, 59. 57. Is he 57? Yeah, and he can still hit. I think he's 58, but still same. I, my question is, what does he do about, um, speed, quickness? Oh, he's fits.
Starting point is 01:06:12 So, no, no endurance. Like, like, you know, if the fight goes six rounds, you know, that's a lot to fight. My only question is what, like, what are the parameters? Like, what are the, is it a glorified sparring match? Like Roy Jones where they can't really hit the head hard. Is that what they say though? No, no, I'm asking questions. We have nothing. No, I'm saying could they even do that?
Starting point is 01:06:32 Of course, they did it before. Yeah. Yeah, what does it mean when they call it an exhibition? That, they call it an exhibition? Yeah, it's called an exhibition. Oh, then it's not gonna be legit. Oh. Yeah. Huh. So like Roy Jones and Mike Tyson,
Starting point is 01:06:46 they just did body shots, no head shots of the head. That you can do that. Yeah. But it's a Trojan horse. It's good for combat sports. If Jake Paul and Tyson get lives fighting into the Netflix, Netflix the biggest in the world, great. Because UFC will be right behind it.
Starting point is 01:07:02 So you want this to do well. No matter if you like Jake Paul or not so you want this to do well no matter if you like Jake Paul or not you want this to do well yeah all right forget about my computer what do you think about that do you think I need to know the rules is that real that's what that that's what just oh man last flash did you see that go back go back watch this watch this damn it great white just hanging out bam to. It's Maxim. Boom. Wow. Did that kill him?
Starting point is 01:07:29 He ended up killing him. Hell yeah. And it's a grandmother. First he banged him. Hell yeah. She just hit him. That was crazy. Wild.
Starting point is 01:07:37 Yeah. And then what else goes on? How big is that great white? You know, size of the great white, dude. Could be 10 feet, could be 20. Sure. Well, that's could be 20. Sure. That's it kids. Is that it though? That's it. Oh yeah. Shows. Fighting the Kid Live. We're back in Austin March 29th Friday night. One show only

Sometime in the early 80s, R.E.O.'s Speedwagon's airplane made an unannounced middle-of-the-night landing. This is my friend Kyle McLaughlin, the star of Twin Peaks.
Starting point is 01:09:18 And he's telling me about how he discovered a real-life Twin Peaks in rural North Carolina, not far from where he filmed Blue Velvet. What was on the plane was copious amounts of drugs coming in from South America. Supposedly Pablo Escobar went looking for other spots quiet, out of the way places to bring in his cocaine. My name is Joshua Davis, and I'm an investigative reporter. Kyle and I talk all the time about the strange things we come across, but nothing was quite
Starting point is 01:09:46 as strange as what we found in Varnum Town, North Carolina.
