Starting point is 00:00:00 This is really the fighter in the kid Start to show with that. Yeah, I don't think you realize what you deal with All pro yeah, we got we got to get you out to the show man One of these I would love to man once the next one July 22nd in San Diego. Oh damn. It's in San Diego I'm in town. Yeah, I was when you had your show I was down there meeting with two casinos with Paul and it's a Quan and so I was gonna try to make your show, but I think you'll come in on as I was leaving town. Oh dope You look you look like a skinny actor. I swear to God. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:00:48 Dude, that's the best compliment. I know it is. You look like Jared Leto. Oh my God, dude. And it's talking to him. And I fell in love with him. He loves it. He always, he always be skinny.
Starting point is 00:00:57 We'll be at parties and he's like this. He goes, I'm enormous. He's insecure about being huge. And then I see you. Well, the thing is, especially when you get on an entertainment side, a lot of people you work with are smaller. Like, I remember when I retired, I was at NFL Network. So I'm standing next, Willem McGinnis and all these other big fucking people.
Starting point is 00:01:14 And then I started to do stuff on E and shit like that and these guys are smart. Fuck guys like me. So I'm looking like fucking a giant. You look like Shrek on camera because I'm just so much bigger than the rest of these guys. Look at the rock. You went and came to Hollywood because you know, he was jacked in the WWE. He got so skinned.
Starting point is 00:01:31 I think down to like two 15. When he showed that two, that was the very two fairy. So she was like, well, that wasn't even before that. He got soaked in and then he said some agent told him to do that. And he's like, man, I just gotta be myself and that's when he blew up. Yeah. Well, what I think is funny is it depends.
Starting point is 00:01:45 I'm like, I feel like you with very little effort to get a rock Hollywood skin. Yeah, right? Yeah. What's your workout routine? I'm still hit to weight, you know, like four or five days a week. But then when I'll leave and go to like extreme gutter and I'll spar.
Starting point is 00:02:00 And then you're practicing MMA as well. Yeah. See, look at the rock, real quick, look at the rock real quick little rock there when you first got the Wood lost you got off all the sauce Just did it still have some own and all some Owens weight 300 pounds, but they look like He got pretty you got pretty skinny He's like stupid. What do you wear right now? 268, but you played at 260 right? I mean I
Starting point is 00:02:23 Look like you such a big free. Yeah, I mean I'm just gonna say, I'm gonna say, you're playing right now. Big free, I mean, free, free, free. Right now, football, I mean, I know, yeah, I know, I know. Because the charge team you're on, they're regarded, I was watching the NFL network, like during the season, it was the best teams ever. And your charges were like two or three on there?
Starting point is 00:02:39 Yeah, a lot of it in number one. Because his team was so stacked. We were so stacked. Yeah. The Daniel Thomas, the defense. The Daniel Thomas was considered. I think it was who, a group and said he was the best,
Starting point is 00:02:51 best running back he'd ever seen in person. Do he, I mean, look, I played against AP, I played against Klan, like Klan and Portis. I played against, I mean, we were played against some guys. What was it like to hit Adrian Peterson? Well, he broke the damn Russian record.
Starting point is 00:03:05 Or else, like in 2007. I've never seen anybody run this angry before in my life. In fact, it runs high too. It runs high. And so you would think that somebody that runs it high, you could take a shot at him, but you never can get a clear shot at him. So I asked him, we were doing Tim Teebo's charity event
Starting point is 00:03:21 in Jacksonville, Jiu-Jitsu golf tournament. I did it a bunch of times. Yeah. And so we bunch of times. Yeah. And so we won the bus. It is my first time hanging out, actually hanging out with AP, right? I said, after the fact, I said, bro, be honest. I said, what the fuck got into you that day?
Starting point is 00:03:36 I said, who says something? Does somebody say something to your mom? Or your family? Who hurts you? Who hurts you? I said, who pissed you off? Cause I never saw anybody run like this before my life a person I might have been the album on his back to it. No, no that didn't happen yet. So I figured I was like, you know
Starting point is 00:03:52 I was a port of some shit. I like somebody to issue off He said he said showing to be honest. I just wanted to show L. T. Up. Oh He said L. T. was on the office of silent. I wanted to show L. T. Up Wow, and I went back after the golf tournament. I seen LT at a charges event. I said thanks, dude appreciate it You said what I see you piss L you piss AP off Crazy, but we played against Adrian Pearson the big 12 championship I'm really hand the ball at like the 10 yard line ran for 90 yards But the but the guys are trying to tackle them just bouncing off. I sure and seem going like
Starting point is 00:04:25 Hey, we don't have a chance to win this game. B, I'm never playing the other way. I was like, oh, look at him go. Brandon, when I see a guy like you, like, well, people like me come on, and they'll be like, well, I was an athlete, and Brandon goes, oh, what are you talking about? Be careful with the word athlete now.
Starting point is 00:04:42 You know, I play football, I ran a four six, and my friend goes, I ran a four six in high school. Brandon goes, no, you didn't. No, you didn't. No, I did. He goes, look at me. You didn't, right? And he goes, well, I mean, it was a stopwatch
Starting point is 00:04:54 because let's get serious now. And I said, I'm not saying you're lying, but you're Jim coaches. But then I said to him, I go, you're fucking huge. But then I see you stand next to him. And I go, okay, well, there are all these levels to this game and that's NFL Bro, you ever seen Eddie George?
Starting point is 00:05:07 Like crazy. It's he's like him. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. It's not tall Six four dude, he's your legit six four. No, I'm telling you he's every bit of six four. They might have six three on there He could be more handsome by the way. He's also like Yeah, and he was he's still look good. Yeah, but back then you know, it also good. Why just saw who looks damn good? And it's just everybody's jacked. I'm mr. Shannon Sharp. Oh, yeah, yeah, Shannon Shannon still hits it though Yeah, he's still hit it pretty hard. Oh, what are you you you watch your diet really carefully? You're vain. You're good Oh, I'm good this way. I got I got, the thing is, I'm not a big eater though. So, I eat like three times max, sometimes twice a day.
Starting point is 00:05:49 And so, if I- Do you ain't never had any problem keeping weight on it? Right. Yeah. So, if I do bullshit and like eat some, like I eat pizza last night, right? Yeah. But then again, I will eat like twice a day.
Starting point is 00:06:00 Yes, I should, my size, I should be like, it's awesome. Yeah, it's not great genetics though. Yeah, because there's a freak. Yeah, there's a freak So he's a freak out Maryland and then they do that fall in Vernon Davis right in Vernon, so for the year for the Arizona so so so for Broncos you start a bitch in their 49ers. Yeah, so so Vernon in Vernon Davis and and Tony recommended to their freakish athletes that play with really? to a two to a freakish athlete that played with. Really?
Starting point is 00:06:22 Yeah, come on. Come on, you know. Now he's got 13 kids, I don't know if you know that, but I think 12. You know that? You know he's got 13 kids, yeah. A baby longs. Good fight.
Starting point is 00:06:30 But he was begging the judge, he was like, look, I can't, but he's afraid, come on, come on, come on, he's afraid. Yeah, he's 63, 220 pound corner, you know. Corner, what that kind of speed. What that kind of speed. But Vernon Davis, when he, when he kids, come by numbers, you've never seen somebody.
Starting point is 00:06:43 So I used to have to cut, cut me and Vernon will go out and fight every day in practice. So when he got there, he only played two years of high school football, so he wasn't that good. He was just an athlete. So I used to take him one-on-one pass, try to block my withdraws ass all around and just do everything to him.
Starting point is 00:06:56 The following year, he came back and he was fucking so strong. Like his whole everything. Where's body just changed? He got strong. he started understanding football. And so I had all the records because they got this thing at Maryland where you're the iron turp, right? So I had my max bits at the time
Starting point is 00:07:12 with like 45 or 40 90 or some shit out of 690 squad. I had a 375 power hand cl- you know, I had crazy numbers. And so he got up there, he took all my shit off the wall. My vertical, the only thing I kept was my vertical was like 41 and a half. You got a vertical of 41 and a half. I jumped at the con by a 41 and a half.
Starting point is 00:07:32 I'm freaking freak, but I also, but tell me if this is true, I heard this, it was during the draft, I always watched the draft. And they're saying one of the biggest kind of like stories, especially your draft years, is the cowboys we're gonna take you early. Cowboys were supposed to pick him early. So before the draft, you go out and you meet the teams
Starting point is 00:07:49 that want you, right? This, this, so I met with four teams before the draft. I want to tell you how you meet with all the front-offs. Right, right. So if you're somewhere like the top 15, 20 pick, they'll have you to come out. So I came out to Dallas and I sat down with Jerry. 20 guys are downstairs, 20 guys they were looking into the first round.
Starting point is 00:08:07 They flew us all in. And so they sent somebody downstairs to grab me and they said, Hey, you know, Jerry Jones and Bill Parcells want to see your six. Big names. So I at the first, at first, I'm thinking, I'm like, shit, what did I do? Right? Like, who ball royal? Yeah. So I'm like, oh, shit, what did I do? You know, there's somebody, you know, I piss somebody off, right? So they call me upstairs. We sitting in the office and office half the size bill par cells is behind his desk and Jerry Jones is sitting on the table table next next to us and they said look we got the number 11 pick we don't
Starting point is 00:08:35 think that you want to be there by the 11th we don't think you go somewhere on the top five top seven right but if you are we're gonna draft you bill par cell said this to me and this is what like I don't want to come here right he said soon as you come in we're gonna work you. Bill Parcell said this to me, and this is what like, I don't wanna come here, right? He said, soon as you come in, we're gonna work the shit out of you. If he was known, that's him. Oh, I know, all defense. I've actually read a lot about Bill Parcell's
Starting point is 00:08:53 because winning to him was, like if he lost his wife, like his wife was like, I can't, she could never be around him because he took it so seriously. He, he, he, he, when he said that, and you know, at first of all, I'm 20 years old, right? So when I got drafted, I was gonna get so serious. He, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, room, this attention. And I'm like, shit, I don't know what to do.
Starting point is 00:09:25 And they said, we want you to let me pick, but we don't think you're gonna be here. Bill Parsch, they'll say, yeah, when we get you soon, the first day you get here, we're gonna work this shit out of your ass. And I was like, I was like, my head, I'm gonna come in, my head, my head, I'm gonna come in.
Starting point is 00:09:37 I don't wanna come in, man. And then what we made it just as worse is that the charges had the next pick, which was Marty Shottonheim. Marty wasn't no punk either. Marty ain't played it. Yes. You know, Marty ain't played it.
Starting point is 00:09:50 Why do you think Shottonheimer, when he would get people to the playoffs, or he'd get you right there, right there, over the hump? He couldn't get over the hump. And a lot of people thought maybe it was because he couldn't improvise on the spot. He couldn't like change, like he'd see something, and he'd be like, if it wasn't planned beforehand, and he had to do it by the speed of his pants, he couldn't like change, like he'd see something and he'd be like, if it wasn't planned beforehand
Starting point is 00:10:05 and he had to do it by the speed of his pants, he would almost like panic. And he did with the cheese, did it with the charger, and you guys had the most talent. Well, the thing is, well Marty's attitude, I'll tell you the truth. For one, we had to go through
Starting point is 00:10:16 paid man in Tom Brady to get the bin Rob's burger. By the way, by the way, but prime, Rothless burger. You're the best ever to. Prime bin, prime Tom, prime patent. So you know, you're prime, prime, prime, prime, prime, patent. So you know, you're excused everything. You're actually excused everything. Yeah. So, so you, you got to get there first.
Starting point is 00:10:30 And then what happens is to get there, see, what made the Patriots so good is they made all these adjustments all the time. All they, they adjusted every, some, most teams of just halftime come out and do game plan. They adjusted on the spot. And so with Marty, Marty had his attitude like, we're gonna run the ball. We're gonna do it. The fuck we want to do. And they got to stop it. And that, that kind of bit is in the ass a little bit because remember when you're playing against somebody as good as the Patriots who always make these adjustments. You're not adjusting. You get behind that's the problem.
Starting point is 00:10:58 Control the bar. I don't know a lot about football, but I remember seeing that in real time. I remember I know exactly the game you're talking about. Yeah. So I was like, something's going on. And to be honest, we were so stacked that year, we were more fortunate to, nobody should have beat us. No, that's a, and I felt no grower saying as far as on paper, the most talented team of all time, assisting. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:17 Cause we think about it. It's Antonio Gates in his prime. Yep. Stupid. Lorenzo Niel. Lorenzo Niel. And Phillip Rivers. You have Vincent Jackson and Wyre.
Starting point is 00:11:25 By the way, I love Philip Rivers. And he had the weirdest throwing thing. It looked like he would throw from here. It looked like he'd like that. But you know why? So he was a kid, his dad was a coach. And so he used to throw a bigger football than he was. So in his hand, the ball was too big.
Starting point is 00:11:42 So he started to push the ball out. That became his point. Interesting. You ever see him, he was like, he was a waiter and he threw a... He pushed his ball out. I always loved that motherfucker, because he looked like a guy who would fight you right now. He was...
Starting point is 00:11:52 He was... Am I right? So he went to the NC State, and I went to Maryland, and back when he went to ACC. And I hate it feel so much, because when you're watching football film, you don't get the commentary, you just sound it. Yeah. And't get the commentaries, you get silent. And you get the coaches field, you get the side angle and then back from the back,
Starting point is 00:12:10 the long angle. And so you would see Phillip all the time, to players, even I think I'd hit, or sat. He was talking the whole time. And you like, man, I can't wait to play these. I'm gonna fuck him up, right? Cause you just talk so much. And then we, I hit him, his last year, because he never beat me when he was at NC State.
Starting point is 00:12:30 He lost all three years. Right. And so I hit him at the end of the game, back it in zone, and I get up and I push off of his chest. He goes and grabs my ankles and gets, he's talking to twisted. He grabbed, I pushed off him, he grabs my ankle. And so I was like, what the, I got up, you know, you don't expect that from a court of mind.
Starting point is 00:12:48 Do he got a small court about your mind? Not a small court about it. We got a picture, one of the most iconic pictures of it. Me and him, I got my visor on. We're in the back of the end zone and we're this close. And we're about to scrap. And in my head, I'm like, this motherfucker is crazy. He's down.
Starting point is 00:13:03 Yeah, he was down. I said, I went from hate them, so I respect. That's right. And then when I got drafted and went there, this is a second or third of the year, I forgot what you year was when I came there. You got around him, he's the most competitive player I've ever been around play with in my life.
Starting point is 00:13:19 Jordan's down. Yeah, cause he, I love players like that. He would, it is stopping to feel, he would challenge you in a locker room He would challenge you and get in in a car game exhaustive. He would challenge you You'll be you'll be benching this shit right and said we're playing Seattle. We're playing a Seahawks And I'm on a bench and I got you know 160s ones
Starting point is 00:13:38 He's a you know you got walked to Jones as we you know those 160s like he like, he didn't curse, right? So he, everything he sent to the religious. No, look at that, look at that. That one, that one right there. Yeah. And so me and him, as we're in a back area. By the way, he's got his hands full, like he's tough, but he's got his hands full with him. Oh, I was going to destroy him.
Starting point is 00:13:57 Yeah, he doesn't care. But he didn't care. That's the thing we're in. He didn't care. He didn't care. And from that day, man, I, you know, and just mean him and be around him. And he was a guy that normally in Menna Phil,
Starting point is 00:14:09 you got the linebackers with a linebackers, a D-line with the D-line, old line, Phillip will come in a D-line table, a linebacker table, and sit with us and talk shit to everybody, right? Talk shit to you guys. And just go back and forth, he was just that man. And he was the most competitive player that ever played with. We take a little rope, man. How fun, Sean, man. He's great, man. he was the most competitive player that ever played with. We take a little break man.
Starting point is 00:14:26 How fun is Sean man? It's great man. He's a good time. Listen I'll tell you what's good time. Tonight my Denver Nuggets are going to win the NBA finals. Starting point is 00:18:09 and winning, it's Grunkowski's the best and I'm probably second and then you have Kelsey there. And then, What was talking about? Skip Baylor's Shant Sharp. And Skip Baylor's goes, well, where would you put Antonio Gates? And Shant Sharp goes, he's not in the top five,
Starting point is 00:18:22 not even top 10, because he can't block. Everybody on the list can block. Antonio Gates, and he said the reason they didn't win the Super Bowl is because he was a liability. He couldn't block with shit. And he was, he played basketball. Well, Shannon for one, they don't, they always had a discrepancy like their whole time, right?
Starting point is 00:18:38 Play the same conference. Yeah, play the same conference. To me person, I'm not saying this because I play with him, you know, Gates is in the top three for sure. Right? Even though he can't block. Even though, well, the thing is with him
Starting point is 00:18:50 and how we were built in the first place, you're not asking him to block. No, he was a different maker. Yeah. If you threw the ball to Antony Gates, he was catching the ball. And he was so much bigger than everybody else. But if you look at him and if you watch him run his route because he played basketball, when he didn't end out of his cut,
Starting point is 00:19:07 it's almost like he was dribbling the ball. And his first step out of that cut, you can do nothing about it. Nothing. Even if you knew what he was doing, he would give you just enough shake to get old. How long you been in the M&A? How long you been training M&A?
Starting point is 00:19:20 2006. Is that long? How long? So did you get two boxing? Yeah, so I met you, you were starting to do it. Yeah, yeah So I grew up in Prinsale just kind of the Maryland watching at that DMV area, right? So we had a championship box I had uncle's ever professional boxer so we grew up just naturally boxing around
Starting point is 00:19:36 They put the cookouts and if we had a problem and a cookout family cut the gloves are coming out Wow, right that was it and so I grew up boxing. And everybody in your family, you get your athleticism both sides. Yeah. Yeah, my dad ran a track in my mom's play. You had some beasts in that family trace. Yeah, yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:19:54 And so I grew up boxing and then so one day I'm with J. Glaser and we're in a gym and I'm boxing. I'm sparring a guy. He noticed I can, I can box a little bit. So he said, man, I think you should try out MMA and I think MMA will help you with your football hand, you know, using your hands being outside lineback and patch Russia So I said shit if it'll help me a football. I'll try it out So he's texting me in address and next day I show up just right here off of the bread is when Randy good tour had his gym Oh extreme
Starting point is 00:20:19 Good boys up there. Oh, you know here right off the bridge legends legends and so I walk in a gym and then Jake lasers on my left Randy Gator is on my right and so I'm looking at Jay like I'm not about to fight Randy Gator today You crazy like you know, I don't know what is my first day. Yeah, I'm like. I don't know what he said No, but I'm like I'm not fighting Randy Gator today I'm you know like hell no and Randy by the way was was fighting That's so active you're right and so he said nothing No, you're gonna pumble
Starting point is 00:20:45 and you're gonna do some stuff, you're gonna show you, like just work. And this is when I knew that MMA was different, because at the time I'm 260 plus, I'm probably 40, 50 pounds heavy, damn Randy. Stronger than a fast, but we were pumbling, and he was fucking throwing me around. Yeah, he's not hearing the pee patty.
Starting point is 00:21:01 He was throwing me around, and I couldn't understand, I couldn't get it, I was so frustrated on how he was just being able to do these things and I couldn't do anything about it. And so every day I started to work with Randy and then there was some other former, there was some of the athletes transition over like I had Clay Matthews were popping there some days.
Starting point is 00:21:20 Oh, from the Rams? Yeah. Yeah, from Pax. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. But all of it, like that hand fighting is all good Um, from from the Rams. Yeah, yeah, from from the packers. I'm sorry, but all of it, like that hand fighting is all good, because people don't realize like, O line D line outside linebackers, when they're rushing, it's all hand fighting. Right.
Starting point is 00:21:35 So all the movements, it's so good for a lot of guys incorporating it. And so it's Crosby who's, yes, probably number one, number two, Russia in the NFL, big time guy. Wow, big time. I told told I told Max the other day I was talking to him at the Fanatics event the Super Bowl and what I was I said dude We should go because we we're supposed to go train You know it a string with touring Vegas and I said do one of these days man
Starting point is 00:21:59 I he got to consider like looking at you know He's made a lot of money. He's just got a new contract So he's not gonna actually fight but guys like him are the ones that could transition over and actually have some success in MMA. Let me ask you this show, because when you look at the successful guys, you'll play football, one of the UFC, you have Brock Lesnar,
Starting point is 00:22:15 Mitreone, myself, and then Greg Hardy. Yeah. I think the biggest one is Greg Hardy, because he had the best NFL career out of all of us, right? I had a cappuccino with Buffalo Bills. Mitreone played six years. Wasn't really like a starter. He got some play.
Starting point is 00:22:29 Brock Lesnar just went to training camps. You mean Brock or similar training camp? Greg Hardy was all pro. Yeah. I think all pro one year, he was a, yeah, all pro. Yeah, stud, you know, on the pro ball. It's just, it's such a hard transition, because if you've seen lately, Greg Hardy,
Starting point is 00:22:46 like, knock, I think, three, four, not got to roll. He started off hot, but you get to a certain level where if you're not doing it a lot, there's not a few hours in the day to make up for it, because then you get with those vets, and they've seen athletic guy with a right hand. I would love to see a guy of his athleticism
Starting point is 00:23:02 who started really young. Well, what's the, how you got him? The money's not into it. So when I when I would just shot me or man's dad, you're not gonna be like, hey, what do you think of the UFC? Or how about you get doing all the money signing bonus and play fucking for so so whenever when I retired, um, and I was and I was still actually actually I picked up on my training more and I was talking to Bellator. So with Skycoker and the whole crew.
Starting point is 00:23:26 So you got good enough at that point? Oh yeah, yeah. So we were putting together a deal and they never came forward with the money I was looking for because they didn't see it at the time, right? And so now, and it was like a half million bucks, right? Because I really just wanted to fight and I was telling Scott and everybody on the team, I said, dude, I can, you have to know your buck,
Starting point is 00:23:46 that should be nothing for you guys, because you get somebody else, another former athlete, and I think they call them like freak shows or circus fights or whatever it is. Give me a guide in a WWE or former WWE or former athlete, and let's fucking scrap and make this a big deal, right? And they just never came to the table with the money I was looking for and that was it.
Starting point is 00:24:05 But at the time I was gonna do it, it was just a timing of it. Like now you can get paid. Now you can get paid. But also you can get paid for fighters. Pay for it at your level in NFL or pay that Grekk Hardy's level when he was all pro or these other boys, it's tough man.
Starting point is 00:24:21 Because they look at your what? Right. This is jump change. And I get a train for this bulls. And at the time I was at NFL Network, boys, it's tough man. Yeah. Because they look at your what? Right. This is jump change. Right. And I get a train for this bulls. Right. And at the time, I was, so I was at NFL Network. Um, you know, I was making six figures there.
Starting point is 00:24:31 And I just was working with the WWE. Right. Because the WWE had launched the, uh, the network. And so I was doing stuff. I hosted WrestleMania. The ones in New Orleans. I would, the Monday night Raw as a SmackDown. I was working with them on the side.
Starting point is 00:24:43 But I also was training down at the performance center. And so what happened was, we were, I was gonna spend half the time doing my show NFL Network, and I was gonna spend other half down there. And then a fight came up, so I said, look, you know what I'm gonna stop doing anything I'm doing, it has to be a certain amount of money in order for me to consider it.
Starting point is 00:24:59 And they just never really came back to the table. Is it true you think that NFL players play with 100% pain, everybody on the team is pain in pain in some way. Yeah, 100%. And the fact is when you, the first day of training camp, look, the first day of training camp, you have a finger, a wrist, a back, a hand-training. Look at your broken fingers.
Starting point is 00:25:17 Yeah, dummy, I broke this shit so many times. I just let it go, right? It's like Ronnie Lot, cut it off. Yeah, yeah. And so it's a brutal sport, but the difference is it's a different kind of You know when you eat if you got some injuries in football you can't play football as much anymore, right? Like Matt Mitchell, right? He was a subpar athlete on the field like he was a decent athlete, but in a MMA side he Freak freak. He's a freak.
Starting point is 00:25:45 Well, there's no doubt that the athletic pool in the NBA, and even I would even argue MLB. I mean, any of these major league where all the money is, the freaks like you go there, it would just make sense. You got the thing, some of the biggest, if the money was there back then, you got somebody's got linebackers
Starting point is 00:26:04 and strong safety from Alabama and Ohio State. I would say you know, well Romero is a is a is a guy who's I've seen run spread Yeah, it's just it's also different skill sets. That's why I don't like it. I don't like that I don't like that. You want to see an inner civil vertical jump completely in? It's a like the There are some exceptions about terms. There's not, there's this evening close. The best athlete of all time in the UFC too.
Starting point is 00:26:29 I would say, I would say, yeah, most people are late. Pure athleticism, you're all a marrow probably. It was never a champion, but most people would say GSP. I would say GSP. GSP is always labeled the great athlete, great gate gamer, great no,
Starting point is 00:26:42 great athlete. Most people say, look at GSP even now, fucking handstands is crazy, it's like, yeah, yeah. We have four and nine in the 40. John Jones, you go, right? You go, 100%. You're on a five one in the 40, bruh.
Starting point is 00:26:56 Yeah, he's not his brother. Nate is, Nate's. What do you think they run in the 40? Well, again, this is where we get into fighting. It's just different, it's something to something. I hate when people do it, if you could get, you know, John Jones, then I felt like, oh, he wouldn't make it. He wouldn't get through high school football.
Starting point is 00:27:09 Yeah. It's a difference at a skill. Yes. Wrestling. Oh, I bet Michael Feltz, we have phenomenal title. Fight it. Excuse me. The guy that swims.
Starting point is 00:27:17 Right. So that's what you say. It's no different than that. I think your own, your own Romero, though, would be an example of a world champion wrestler. I think being a high level wrestler is not to do with both let us is no But you have to be crazy athletic to be a world champion those guys aren't a they couldn't sniff You know it started you know it's crazy. So the reason why you know this big you can you can say that and the reason why I know what he's talking about is because I got
Starting point is 00:27:41 A chance to be and train with some of the best guys in MMA, right? Even as barring and stuff, like I've been in there with some of the best to do it. And so I can hang with anybody on the athletic front. But you know, like sometimes I'll touch them around with Tito and it's just different. Different level, man, it's a different skill. You mean he's just got my drinks.
Starting point is 00:28:02 Yeah, but you know, standing up, you know, I can cause a problem for anybody. Yes, but you got you got somebody like him or somebody even when I would came in so Tyrone Wittley was just Coming on in the mid 2000s. Yeah, and I was training with him and at the time he was terrible standing up Yeah, for when he first started and I'm looking at him like this and I'm like this dude gonna fight MMA and boy And I see him take somebody to the ground and do shit to him in it, and I got to the game. This is different, you know? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:27 Cause he's just a different skill set. No, I think I do think that if you take, if like the guy who won the gold medal is 21 years old, in the heavyweight division in wrestling, that guy's a crazy athlete. If you took him from an early age, he's got the kind of athleticism, I think, to be anything, you know, just depends.
Starting point is 00:28:45 But that's the maximum. I don't think it works. Why? They've done it. It's a different, you just. I think wrestling requires so much, you know, flexibility, strength, physical strength, power. I think wrestling just as much as anything, anything.
Starting point is 00:28:57 Well, if they're so like, like, if you look at the wrestlers, who wrestle in college or high school, and then they're playing NFL, like Ray Lewis, they're like, if some of these guys If you look at the wrestlers who wrestle in college or high school and then they play in NFL, like Ray Lewis, thing Brian there, like some of these guys who are great wrestlers and then they transition into the field, right? Like they, it will tackle in everything else.
Starting point is 00:29:14 It's very few things you can do and they've even made us go in transition into on the football field. Yeah, it's gonna take a lot. Like, well, here's a, there's a, there was a wrestler, he was a world national champion wrestler, think's a world national champion wrestler. Think out of,
Starting point is 00:29:27 God forget where he's out of. Maybe Minnesota I forget, but he didn't play a down-of-foot ball, but he was like 6'8", you'd be Brock Lesnar twice. The Patriots' Draftome, he came one of the best tackles to ever do. Well, the thing is football, my thing is it depends on the position, right?
Starting point is 00:29:43 So if you're a wide receiver, you're a great athlete. But what it requires of you, which is to run routes, catch balls, and keep running, you could make the argument that that skill citizen has diverse as, for example, MMA, right? So learning how to kick, punch, wrestle, all those things is not as diverse as the stupidity you're so off me. Yeah, because you got a thing too, also in that position and whatever, see what they're doing everything for it. To me, the most athletic position on the field
Starting point is 00:30:11 is cornerback and then a guy who can rush the pass because you're required to do a whole lot more. If you're a cornerback, you're running backwards and there may be running a 4-3 or 4-3 or 4-3. And those worries go, yes, yes. But you could say that's speed, right? You could say he's got crazy explosive speed and there that's a specific lane. And you think there's a lot of that. Hold on, you think there's a wrestler that is born in America
Starting point is 00:30:33 that could play cornerback in the NFL. Well, I don't know. I don't answer that. No, but but but but I think there are very athletic people in the wrestling game, but but it's a different sport. And it may be that the really athletic guys who are very fast and powerful go into football because that's where the money is. Of course they do. They're crazy athletes in wrestling, but I think that it's a really interesting thing because I actually think the hardest position sports is cornerback. I mean, quarterback.
Starting point is 00:31:00 Quarterback is to me. It is more of a different issue. Well, like Tom Brady is probably the worst athlete on the field So that's what I'm saying though, that's a mental thing. It's such a athletic. It would be corn to his point be climb back her Outside lineback rush like yeah back to you You get answers you get rush you give me you give me a young Khalil Mac, right? You give me a young Khalil Mac 15 years ago and you give me a chance to train him in MMA.
Starting point is 00:31:27 Khalil Mack will kill somebody. I got it, you'll kill somebody. Well, that's what I'm saying. I think I've seen a guy of your level in MMA, from zero to, from the day, from, yeah. Like if you took Sean and you, he was 15 years old, and you're like, you're a trained. Can you imagine what he, I mean, is there any doubt
Starting point is 00:31:41 he'd probably be, he'd be, you know, who's gonna fucking hang with a guy like that at that level? But if you have a kid, let's say you're doing a thing. Look at the kid on that. You want to use your buffalo, by the way. But let's say your kid was really athletic, be. Right. Are you gonna say, hey,
Starting point is 00:31:55 no, you're gonna fly it? No, you're gonna fly it. Or a football. Look at him. There's no comparison. I've always said, the biggest freaks in the world are in the NFL. What's going on?
Starting point is 00:32:04 I'm gonna take a transition. in the NFL. What's going to tell? What's going to, I'm going to take a transition. I'm going to take what's going on in the transition from these guys. So you got, as you say, you played a little bit in NFL and a lot of these guys are not going to have a eight and nine template year career. You're going to get your linebacker from Alabama, Florida State, or your strong safety, it only played three or four years in NFL, just going to transition MMA. I'm talking to four guys right now to have them come over the light side extreme fight No, no reason why they didn't sign yet because they was with with the XFL and they got called up Oh, they got called up, but they were ready to sign with light side extreme fighting
Starting point is 00:32:35 Well, the guy who fought on side night you have that you're doing that you're up. Yeah, yeah, you have to see two 89 Anders Eric Anders was the lineback Alabama. He's a lineback Alabama. But in my mind, you though, so the reason why Greg Hardy didn't have the long, like he had a stint, he has, he has, you fight some championship fighters. He's so late to the game. He was late to the game. He's older, he's older, late to the game. But the fact
Starting point is 00:33:01 that you can have a long career in football and make that transition. That says a lot. And be able to fight. I forgot who he fought along. He had five rounds of guy who actually was up for belt at one point. Look, Herschel Walker at 50. Yes. Pretty damn good.
Starting point is 00:33:16 Yeah. Really? With the other point, look at Brock Lesnar. Yeah. Didn't sniff the NFL. Yeah. That's also about it. Because again, football is those intangible skills that take a long time to develop so
Starting point is 00:33:26 He was new like I don't think he played in college right he played in high school who rock, but he's a wrestler called He's a wrestler. Yeah, so you know He's playing against guys and there's just those details that make all the same. He's athletic Sniff the NFL goes the UFC champion in three fights Yes, but you know the idea is if Brock had started football if played for upon college could you have been in the NFL probably you know it's hard to say probably why do there's so many Brock Lesnar is it is not a freaking the NFL not even close you don't think he's a freaking the no you got it you got it you got it to be I'm telling you about it do look at
Starting point is 00:33:59 you know you don't dime a dozen you know what's the same size and he's a world champion you see yes a fell couldn't Smith he's lucky got a fucking jersey There's there's a hundred buckledgers in camp right now that will be working at Starbucks come on And the fact he wore 69 You know the guy you know the guys again to shitty never you like that. I don't do a K-Bit he was yeah, but I saw him in a preseason where I said, he's out of the, yeah, he gets up. You know, he was big, yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:26 And that is so crazy because there are a lot of block Brock Lesnar's aren't there. There are a lot of guys like that who are just as strong. You're not old. Everywhere. What's that now? Get a, you know, you're an aerodonaut, right? And he's a little shorter or what not.
Starting point is 00:34:39 But if aerodonaut had another entry to one of him, he's about 297 pounds. Free. Free. I don't know how he's that heavy and that fucking short because he's six feet tall It's so weird no one playing that I fell. Yeah, look at that number one What the fuck is going on with that guy if you took him and When you when you when you shut when you
Starting point is 00:34:58 Do you get a little competitive because you're not now? You're not hearing a peep out of him when you were playing though not now, but you're not when you were playing you're in I'm just saying when you're playing and he starts punking you you're not now you're not hearing a peep out of him when you were playing though not now But you're not when you were playing you're in I'm just saying when you're playing and he starts punking you You're not backing out, but he's a he's on defense. No, I know No, so to answer your question Quick Sean was as dumb as he was for about three years. Yeah, yeah That's what I said the first what happened is the further you get away from the game, like, that's why I can never coach or be around again, because my mentality was still to be a player, right? To challenge everybody.
Starting point is 00:35:31 But every couple of years, you get away from the stadium, like, okay, you kind of let that go. But the problem is that I'm still training with a lot of these guys for a long time in MMA. No, I'm looking at your body. You've not let it go. Don't act like you're like, ah, no, mentally. You're a mentally, mentally, not physically.
Starting point is 00:35:46 Do you have kids? Yeah, I got a son. Do you play football? Yeah, please quarterback. It's tough, right? Yeah. Like my kids in football now, you're like, okay, well, you know, it's just tough, not in the coaching.
Starting point is 00:35:55 Like, can you just maybe switch some shit up? You know what I'm saying? It's like, what are you doing? Does your son have your athleticism? He does. He does trouble. He doesn't have my like, like when I played, I wanted to hit every fucking body, right?
Starting point is 00:36:08 I didn't care about the football, I didn't care about anything. I wanted to hit and just kill everything, right? He has more of like a athletic, you know, approach to a freakish athlete, plays quarterback, yeah, freakish athlete, please. He doesn't drive you nuts, he doesn't have like that, like it drives me nuts, it might sound seven,
Starting point is 00:36:23 so I'm maybe it'll come. But I was obsessed,'ll come but I was Obsessed is all I thought about and with him I like you don't you want like for the football around me like I know I want to play you know whatever It's a different time because to you know you played a you Whether you played one year or ten years you got an opportunity to play this you don't have mentality Yes, and so which would you try to stay away from first of all your song? My name is kid on the football so I try to take the back seat to everything even even as coaches when I come to the games and shit
Starting point is 00:36:48 They they wanted to they wanted to be more involved than I do like the last thing I want to do is put more pressure 13. Yeah, it's also like you be careful. Yes for right, you know what they say about this They don't a lot of studies on on parents that burn their kids out Build resentment in their kids are parents who are really good at stuff. So much of what you can do as a parent is just say I love watching you play. Right. And we'll literally decide.
Starting point is 00:37:11 I tell my son, especially guys like you, who have, especially Sean, like a legend, like that's a huge treat for him. I just tell my son, have fun. In the back I'm like, that's me. That's me. Have fun.
Starting point is 00:37:22 I think last basketball, you missed two free throws and we in the car and he's just fine. I'm like, do you say anything? Because I can see it quite. I can't quite. And then I'm like, be a cool man. It's a critical moment in this little dude's life. I just turn around and I'm like, I just turn around
Starting point is 00:37:38 all slow and go, do you have fun? You know, see for sure. For sure. For you guys, you expect that. That's all about fun. Yeah, my kid's not going to be a D1 athlete so it's five for me I'm like I have a fun as a good time you guys pump cuz we know Behind the curtain like I'm like, oh dude you you need to have that killer mentality. Yeah, that's what I need out of you
Starting point is 00:37:55 Dude, well as they as they get oh, I will say this as they get older cuz when they're younger They don't understand what they can't do yet correct right? They don't get it So my son is getting to the point where he knows he's strong, he knows he's fast, he knows he's, so now he's starting to do it. He's an outlier. Like I feel like one thing, no they have a special skill set.
Starting point is 00:38:11 Yeah. That's why I'm like, okay, and I'm gonna tension doing this? Okay, I'm gonna do it. Yeah. Like do you see that, they call him baby grunk? Have you seen this baby grunk thing? Yeah, seeing it.
Starting point is 00:38:21 So this kid is dad's like, he's the best, whatever, nine, ten year old on the planet has offers from University of Arizona, which I don't think really does. So he kid is dad's like, he's the best whatever nine, 10 year old on the planet has offers from University of Arizona, which I don't think really does. So he's reached out to our boys that bustin' with the bros, bustin' with the boys. He's tryin' to get them all this attention.
Starting point is 00:38:34 So this little kid, you know, and I have a buddy who his son's on his team. That's mom. No, that seems like a college. That's the most famous person in college sport. She's the highest N person in college sports. She's the highest NIL deal. She's gymnast for LSU, right?
Starting point is 00:38:48 Not his mom, dude. She's, she's, she's, get younger. She's perfect. I want to get in time machine and go back as an athlete and marry her. Yeah, not about her though. So get the girl off screen otherwise we're not going to get through this trend. Sorry. So little gronson, his dad is like, he's like, he's only rice and salmon.
Starting point is 00:39:04 Good way to, good way, good way, good way. He's going in a fell. Oh, it's a disaster. So we, I talked to him sometime on IG and I talked to him. And I talked to him. Oh, you've talked to him? Yeah. Is that crazy?
Starting point is 00:39:14 No, it's cool. He's cool, but I think that the exposure he's getting right now, no matter what, whether he goes in place or not, is fine with him. You give him what I'm saying? Like, they just wrote, they had a big place or not, it's fine with them. You give it up, saying like, like they just wrote, they had a big article like a couple days ago in New York Times. Yeah, I'm page. I post it and was like, this can't end well for this.
Starting point is 00:39:30 Yeah, you're set, you're set. Like this kid's gonna end up paying him football. Also, he looks like such an asshole. Yeah, right? He's probably not, he's seven. He just looks like an asshole. How old is he? Big seven, maybe he's only seven or eight.
Starting point is 00:39:40 Maybe so. His highlights, I mean, he's ballin' on these kids. First of all, he can go. He's probably the thing to say, that he looks like 10. He's 10, he's ballin' on these kids. He can go. He can go. He looks like, he's 10. He's too young to be with all this energy. Let's just let him. It feels like his dad,
Starting point is 00:39:50 the reason his dad's getting so much hate because it feels like the dad's pushing him. He's forcing him. Yeah. I think you have to tag, you can call him ass, so I think that's it. I think that's it.
Starting point is 00:39:59 Well, he's fed anyway, he's not, I talked to him and I talked to his dad. And then we talked to you for one reason. Well, we follow each other, and I saw him follow me, he shot not, you know, I talked to him and I talked to his dad and they reached out to you for one reason. We, well, we follow each other and I saw him follow me. He, he shot me at DM and said, he was a fan and stuff like that and I kind of responded back, but we've been communicating since. And I just think that the, the tension that they're getting now, they're taking
Starting point is 00:40:17 advantage of it, whether he goes or not. When you were 10, did they, well, at 10 years old, did they know you were something special? When you were 10, did they, at 10 years old did they know you were something special? It was like my freshman, like yeah, going into my freshman year. 14 years old? Yeah, 13, 14. Where you were just bigger and stronger? No, so when I got my nickname lights out, right, I got that when I was 16.
Starting point is 00:40:39 But I started to just get size and stuff with me. I always had the mentality, but I didn't have the size. And so like my freshman sophomore, yeah, I started putting on a little size, I lifted weights, and I still kept my speed and everything else. So that's why I started blowing people up. That's why I got the nickname. So that's one of the chatter of like my first ESPN,
Starting point is 00:40:55 like the high school rankings came out. I was like top 50, top 25, whatever it was in the country. And my first article of the first report that came up to me, they said, you know, I was ranked. They said, Hey, man, why did you, you know, why did you play football? Why do you, why do you, how, you got your passionate? You go out and you do a, I said, be honest, man,
Starting point is 00:41:14 I can do anything I want to anybody and I go to jail. I didn't have an immediate training, right? So I didn't, so he was like, that's absolutely it. Okay, how would you do it? That's great answer. That's what he did. That's a great answer. Okay, how would you say that's great answer. That's what he did. That's a great answer.
Starting point is 00:41:26 So I got, now you know what's great about that answer? It was kind of true. As far as you were concerned, you were just like a warrior that needed today's world. And out today's world, they take him to jail, right? And then he falls to the fourth round. Right, but you know, you took the issues and you had to make a problem all the sudden.
Starting point is 00:41:44 Right, but it was like, it was genuine because that's how I felt about the game. I said that I can literally do anything. First of all, back then when you knock somebody out of the big head, you get a plot before it, right? Now it's CTE concussions. You just can't do it, just spend it. But then when you did it, like every time I knocked
Starting point is 00:42:02 somebody out or had a big head, I looked over to my coaches, my coaches, like, you got to stick around your helmet. Like, literally, it's thicker. And so they do that. So you get applauded for it. So I literally started to play the game because I can do anything I want to you and not go to jail.
Starting point is 00:42:17 That was my mentality. But I didn't think twice to say that, because the guy, they had little tape recorders back there. They used to say, oh, you're passionate. Why do you play it? I said, I can do anything I want to do about it. And record is back there. And they said, oh, you're passionate. Why do you play it? I can do anything I want to do about it. And I go to jail. I'm 16 years old, right?
Starting point is 00:42:29 And he did that. He's like, oh, oh my. Excuse me. I said, yeah, I can do anything I want to you. And not go to jail. With a smile on my face, I was so happy about it, right? And you thought it was all great. I thought it was great.
Starting point is 00:42:41 I thought it was great to bring that job. I was like, it was great. It's a good answer. But he, I'm for sure. When he stopped at a table quarter, like 20 seconds later, I'm sure he walked off. I said, this guy's going to jail one day. Because he just can't be.
Starting point is 00:42:53 He's got for football, because maybe true. Right. Or you would have been a fighter. Oh, that, yeah. What about CD, man? You obviously don't suffer from any, it looks like you don't have any injuries or anything. And, you know, I think it's just probably genetic.
Starting point is 00:43:07 It's a question of all kinds of stuff. I'm saying this about CT before you go in on it. There was an article on, oh, it was BJ Penn. He put, how many people do you know CT? How many people do you know that, you know that, how many you know that actually have CT goes, it's fake like the disease. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:28 I'm not saying it's fake, but I am saying is the exception. When we see the outliers, junior sale, you see, you know, some of these guys that have really bad CT, and it's not a reason that parents shouldn't let their kid play football. How many people do you know that played football since you were a kid till now that are completely fine? The majority, the majority, but that movie concussion came out and it becomes
Starting point is 00:43:49 a big spectacle. It doesn't mean that that CT doesn't exist, like you said, it's like, it's a thing, but I think if you took the mean aggregate, if you took like the millions of people that play football over here, and if it was like 90% getting CT, oh shit, right? Right shouldn't be playing football. I think it's real. But I also think that there's a combination of what somebody else already have going on, depression, or anxiety, or other stuff of shit.
Starting point is 00:44:16 And if they don't have the mental capacity because they've had to venture to their brain, they can't control it. So I think there's a combination of both. I don't believe, because if, this is for example, like Antonio Brown, I was doing stupid shit, saying stupid stuff, and instead of just calling this guy as whole, what he is, right, or jerk,
Starting point is 00:44:36 they blame him on CTE. It did, a lot of that behavior did seem to happen after he had that, what about the guy having a possible drug problem? What if he's depressed from not playing football? He's always had issues. He's always been a diva. He's always been like this wild boy.
Starting point is 00:44:51 So people, that's my thing too. It's like, he might just be an asshole. And we'd say no, it's easy. I would say we don't know. I do think though that he took such a bad hit and his behavior, we know that like a brain injury, like a concussion can cause certain kinds of behaviors. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:11 And so I'm saying before that hit, yeah, before talk to teammates, complete nightmare, complete nightmare, all before that personality. That's what we're saying. Like he's also like, it's like even like in Hernandez, right? Yeah. He does horrible shit, murder's like, it's like even like Aaron Hernandez, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:25 He does horrible shit murder's people. But think about some gay shit. He was doing, he was doing Aaron Hernandez with doing shit like that in high school and college. Correct. So you telling me, I'm not saying that CTE is not real. I know it's real. 100% of the theory.
Starting point is 00:45:36 But you telling me you had CTE in high school and college already, I mean, how many years of football do you have to play in order to have that? I think that somebody's personality and attention are already a certain way. And if they are a certain way, then having CTE doesn't combat it. I think the CTE made Aaron Hernandez gay. I'll take. Wasn't that his, he had a boy, there was a talk about it.
Starting point is 00:45:59 Yeah, he was like bisexual. Yeah, I'd bless him. I like him more now. But people will say that like the, like, you can blame it on CTE. Yeah, fuck bless him. I like him more now. But people will say that like, like, you can blame it on CT. Yeah, fuck guys, but I play football, man. I was fucking 11. I thought he had tits, no, but the thing is, is within Hernandez,
Starting point is 00:46:14 so what it commits suicide, then they check his brain, like some of the worst CT we've ever seen, we think it's the big reason why he's doing all this, like, no, no, go back to even his middle school, this kid was a problem from day from the beginning, huh? We also don't know, correct me from wrong. We don't know that much about,
Starting point is 00:46:28 even when you look at the brain, right? It's all the know. They can only invest in it when you're doing it. When you pass away. They just know the way to check. Yeah. Yeah, and then you don't even know, even if you do FCT, it may not manifest itself
Starting point is 00:46:38 as behavioral issues. It may be something that you just don't know. You know, so it's funny when that concussion will be came out, they actually wanted me to be a consultant. Yeah, I don't know. They actually, and I said no immediately. For one, when you do stuff like that, it's Hollywood, right? So you're gonna make it whatever the situation is.
Starting point is 00:46:54 It's dramatic. It's dramatic and everything else. So I said, one, no, because two, I was still working with NFL, and then three, I don't believe, like, if you have one percent of guys that have some problems, right? Not do, I know guys that, like, if you have one percent of guys that have some problems, right? Not do, I'd know guys that got problems.
Starting point is 00:47:07 Me too, yeah. And so that's how I know it's real. But if you take it at one percent and you're making this scene like there's 50 percent of guys like that, then I don't want to be a part of that because that's not true. That's right. It also hurts the narrative. It also then parents, no other kids to play. Like right, we've been seeing the decline now because of all that, it's still going
Starting point is 00:47:24 on. It's not good. Yeah. How about you with football? Do you think about that with your son? Because we've had football players where I got... Well, no, not really, but I did talk to him about the dangers of certain things, right? You're going to get hit, you're going to,
Starting point is 00:47:38 like I've never had a concussion when I missed any time, like anything serious. But I have had big hits where you see the little dots or little white spots, your bell-run game, by the time you get back to the hotel, you're fine. So I was explaining to him that, hey, you know, and what my son is like me, he took offense.
Starting point is 00:47:54 He was like, thinking I was calling him soft. I said, no, no, no, I'm not, you know, I'm not calling you soft. I'm just telling you that it's a violent game and you don't have to be like this. I feel like you're the concussion giver. Like there are certain dudes that are built a certain Right when your muscles when your muscles are also getting them. Yeah, yeah, you're being a lot. I just I called a charity
Starting point is 00:48:10 Right I called a charity because I was giving a lot of concussions out Bill for football and be Sean Maryman You know, I mean it's so and I also because was, my intention was to go in and cause like physical harm to somebody, right? Yes. And I think a lot of, I think a lot of concussions happen when you don't know that it's come like
Starting point is 00:48:31 crack back blocks, like I'm glad they got rid of that. You got rid of that? Like, Hines Ward, dude, I've seen him rock people in the field where you watch these old army movies and the fucking bomb just explodes my whole shit. Right? And so Hines, I used to see him hit somebody and I'm running pot of ball and I just see a body blow up.
Starting point is 00:48:50 Boom! Really? And Hines, you know what the wide receiver, Hines? Oh, yeah, this thing. Really? You know, he's trying to read and black. What a combo, you know what? Yeah, and, but not big, thick. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:01 Not big, but short, big, thick. Yeah, fight steel. Yeah, fight steel. He was known for those crack, like Pac- like Pac-Man Jones that guy was like corner back Packers one of my favorite people in the world. Do we sound with the same we sound the same agent coming out of college Gary We're short and me Gary me Pac-Man Durance bros Travis Johnson. We all signed we were living together Yeah, and so I used to hear and I was wild already right like I Did my thing? I was out like lights out and I don't fucking blew up Mohawk,
Starting point is 00:49:26 and I was, you know, don't shit. And I was like, I came across somebody who was like me, but worse, right? Like, back in the year, wow, boy. And so, and I'm saying worse than not a way, but so much that he was like, he had, Puck used to have a, a big, when he called those buses, the tour buses, right?
Starting point is 00:49:44 Well, like his face is shit on the side. Like his own tour bus with his own crew. And I was like, yo, let's do this. Wow, that's a nice one. I look like he's running it hard. Still to his day, Pag is one of my favorite people in the world because he's never changed. How's he doing?
Starting point is 00:49:58 He's great, man. He bought a dini box recently. Yeah, he just, he just fought. He really looked that great. Yeah, he looked great. But the one before he did. Yeah. He didn't train for this. How tall is he? 5-11. Yeah, he just he just fought it looked that great. Yeah, I look right but the for the one before he did Yeah, one before he looked pretty good trained for us. How tossy five eleven? Yeah Only beat up that dude their port. Yeah, we got awesome. Yeah, just fine. I got started it He's a wild boy, but pack was there pack was um when we first because he went six big to Tennessee
Starting point is 00:50:19 I went 12 so when you get drafted that way you get a line of credit from the agents, right? So he got like a million dollars or a line of credit I had like a half million seven million. We got you a lot of credit And so we all live in LA for the first time never been to the West Coast and Pac would He went to bought a ten thousand dollar mink, right? That's what he got so he had a hack. He had a iced out. He had iced out Pac man chain. This is a best No, don't buy a fucking mink. No, no, he bought a man. Good luck, tell me.
Starting point is 00:50:45 And no, no, and then not only that, he takes shit and cut their sleeves off. And then have a no shirt on the way in the club. I'll talk about one of my... That's a great thing. I've never heard of my life. One of my favorite people in the world, still to this day, man.
Starting point is 00:50:58 So I love Pac. That's the best. He's the best. He's the best dude. I'm gonna buy a $10,000 man and cut the fucking sleeves off. No shirt under. I'm surprised you and him having done the thing, like, you know, the NBA has all the smoke.
Starting point is 00:51:10 Yeah. Like those what Matt Barnes, you know, Jackson, those are my boys. Yeah. I'm surprised you and like, Pac don't do something like that. He goes out there like Brandon Marshall, but he's a little different than you.
Starting point is 00:51:18 Yeah. He's a little more experienced and he sounds like he's hard to rope down. Who, Pac? Yeah. No, no, he's great dude. Yeah literally he You know how somebody like because they've been in so much shape. You got just perceived like thing of him Yeah, and you spent 15 minutes when he like do this. No, he's not like that. Yeah, nothing like that at all
Starting point is 00:51:34 You know, I always loved did you ever get snow randy moss? Yeah, that that dude I loved because he just didn't give a fuck. He was quiet. He was such a freak. Yeah, country boy But we we were yeah, I work with Randy at Fox before he went to the SP and so I was such a freak. Yeah, but we we were yeah I work with Randy at Fox before he went to the SP and so I was spending a lot of time with him Hey, he's another one like you see him. You know you so you see all the clips like growing up right? Straight cash home in all this other shit. Yeah, and you like you want to sell Randy Moss like this fucking cool And then he's again one of the one of the best behavior like this and I wasn't there But he I was doing the shoot that he was part of and
Starting point is 00:52:02 One of the best behavior like this and I wasn't there But he I was doing the shoot that he was part of and a guy goes I wanted to meet him You know, you know, he's not he wasn't there. I was damn He's real bristly though, and I go why he goes I don't know man God came up to him and he goes hey, can you sign my ball and and man? Yeah, yeah, it really goes man He was sitting just like that to he's like this. He goes he goes why do you want me to sign your ball? And he goes, you know, I just want you to sign my ball. He goes, so you can sell it on eBay, right?
Starting point is 00:52:28 And the guy goes, no, and he looks at me and goes, yeah, though. And guys, I was like, come on, and he goes, well, you know, and he goes, I'm not signing your ball. It was great. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:39 Like, you know, he was a prickly dude, but he was fucking, as good, who do you think is, if you had your choice of two receivers, I'm gonna give you, I always love asking this, like quarterback,
Starting point is 00:52:51 like pick your dream team, you know, this is your best shot. I give you quarterback, I give you two receivers, I give you two linebackers excluding yourself. I know, go. So believe it or not, I think the best quarterback I've played against was paid manning. Tom, I mean, in the grand scheme, I would believe that. In the grand scheme of things, everybody would say Tom Brady could be seen.
Starting point is 00:53:10 Did he call his own place? Dude, it was unreal. Yeah. Paid manning would line up and he would look at this cornerback to that cornerback and everybody in between, this fucking call out what y'all are doing. Stunned, mineback is so smart. Hike the ball fat. Like he would, that's what they call it in the general, right?
Starting point is 00:53:26 He was out, he called his own plays, ran his own ship. I'm taking, I'm taking Peyton, you know, linebacker, I'm taking Ray. Really? Yeah. Over, how about LT? Inside, inside linebacker. Yeah, inside linebacker, Ray, outside LT, you know,
Starting point is 00:53:44 detack on taking Aaron Donald over anybody Who's the stud on your guys team now savage? Jamal Williams. Oh Jamal we ever seen him run down the like Would Hawk running backs down at 300 plus pounds 350 pounds and lie to me I forget how freaky do Fred Jamal use a coming to Jim when no warm up We had a to clap for guys Jamal Williams. We had a to clap workouts type in detackle and Jamal Williams will walk in the gym no warm up no nothing and put four play four five
Starting point is 00:54:14 Vanilla at 15 times bitch and walk out and leave swear to God. What the fuck does he was next level next to you level? Yeah Yeah, he he does he just got inducted into the charges ring of honor. I think he deserves to be in Hall of Fame. 100% he deserves to be in Hall of Fame. And you know what, in fact, in fact, if it wasn't, if it wasn't, I played with him and he go, remember the big Russian Igor Chansky? Yes.
Starting point is 00:54:38 Big him and big, big Igor kept people off of me. So I was one on one, I mean, people had to figure out where, how to block me because they were so good on the inside that I didn't have any problems. I look at his belly though, come on. And 350 and run your ass down. Oh no, the charges post a clip because he's in the ring of fame.
Starting point is 00:54:56 They post a clip of him hawking this dude down and he lights home way up so about this running back. It's bad. I'm sending it to Chargers Twitter, kid. Look at this size, Am. Yeah. He was missing no meals. He just shows up.
Starting point is 00:55:09 Look at like a giant fucking guard. Yeah, go to charge. So I use to fuck with everybody on the team, right? Cause I just, I did. Yes. So we had one day and I ended up taking his shells, not a shoulder pass, cause on certain days, we take the shoulder pass off,
Starting point is 00:55:23 we put on these like light shells. Yeah. And so I take and I put icy hot, right? All in his shells, not his shoulder pads, because on certain days, we take the shoulder pads off, we put on these like light shells. And so I take, and I put icy hot, right, all in his shells. I mean, I fuck right on his shoulders. It's hot outside, like 85 degrees. So he puts on his helmet, puts on his shirt, he's at practice, and I'm walking by him, I smell this icy hot. His shoulders, I mean, his chest back, shoulders, I was on fire. And so he looked at me when he said,
Starting point is 00:55:45 I mean, he was on fire. And dude, I took off. I said, you know what, I know me, I know me, I know me, that's what everybody on the team. But I said, you get, you get, you get big mall pistol. You know, John's Twitter. Yeah, he posted it.
Starting point is 00:55:56 Yeah, you get, you get, you get big mall, man. I got out of Dodge. Dude, I was like, man, don't erase why he didn't, don't erase why he didn't come back and do anything to me, it's because he was on fire. He had to go he left practice He took his his shells off and his show he's black his shoulders of blood shot red Blood shot red damn bro
Starting point is 00:56:15 Keep going Because didn't the the receiver of the team Jackson he passed away. Yeah, yeah, he's a car you play at University of Northern Colorado Yeah, so he was he was just that was that was him You just there is boom Jesus see man. He's a D tackle. He's 350. Why is he all the way down there? Boom God God dude. You're running straight and you get turned that way. Not crazy Dude you're running straight and you get turned that way. Isn't that crazy?
Starting point is 00:56:43 For a detox? I'm gonna hunt you down. Dip his head for a second. Yeah, he was insane. Freak. Oh my god. Yeah, Jackson had murdered? No, he was a suicide.
Starting point is 00:56:54 Yeah, suicide. And what's crazy about that is, is that, nobody really knows, right? From what I hear, he's my age, like 39. Vincent Jackson? Yeah. And so, I don't know the details, but I would talk so a couple of times, he went to Tampa Bay. That's where he finished his career.
Starting point is 00:57:11 So I would talk to him a couple of times, I would reach out to him every birthday. I think his birthday is in April or something, so I would reach out to him, and I used to call him a sweetie pie, right? One day he cracked black, he cracked, back blocked me and cracked. It lit me up, right? Doing regular day in practice and he sat me down. I got up and I was so pissed off. Because you know, the team's like,
Starting point is 00:57:31 ooh, and I think, okay. Other man, you saw, if you sweep. I'm gonna start calling you sweety pie. So I call them sweety pie. Face whole time, that's sweety pie. And so every birthday, I would reach out to him and text him or whatever. I said, every birthday, swe would reach out to him and text him or whatever. I'd say, I'd be birthday, sweetie pie, right?
Starting point is 00:57:46 And he was respond back all the time and like the last time he didn't respond. And then that's when I found out about it. Isn't that terrible? He was drinking a lot of juice. You know, the jacks that had a damaged to his heart, liver, kidneys that was consistent with chronic alcohol problems. Yeah, I get a problem. News comes days after his family said, jacks, I was diagnosed by brain researchers as having
Starting point is 00:58:04 stage two CT. Have as long as career as he had, you know, how long do you play Sean? Eight. Eight years. So, and you was six? He was, hold on, he was six five. Pride two, 22, 30, ran a four, four in the 40.
Starting point is 00:58:20 But you were saying Northern Colorado, pretty tough to make the NFL from there. It's free, for Colorado boys, we love them. He was such a fucking freak. But then it's tough, right? So stage two, CT, that gets the news. Plain as long as he did, like, is it CT that caused this or was it the alcohol?
Starting point is 00:58:37 You know what I'm saying? We go back to what we said, right? It's a combination of other things you may have gone on that CT is, it doesn't help if you do have it. Correct. What you have all those shit. It's like dying from COVID,
Starting point is 00:58:49 we find out you had three underlying health conditions. Right. You had diabetes, your OB. Like COVID did, like, COVID was a problem for sure. Yeah. It didn't help. Let's put it that way.
Starting point is 00:58:59 Oh, that's tragic. Vincent Jackson's tragic. I'm gonna go pee at him, I need a shake. I'll be right back. Let's take a break. So tell us about your lights out extreme fighting. Yeah. First of all, you know this,
Starting point is 00:59:09 before you dipped your toe into this fight game, I mean, it's a tough business, right? Like so many people come in, they get out, they learn that's harder than you think. But you just want to start your own league and... Yeah, so you know, so what happened was, I was, yeah, been around the shift for like 17 years, right? And so just being around a sport in general, I love that that's out of it.
Starting point is 00:59:29 But understanding like TV like I've built TV shows and series for so many different networks and stuff and just putting together all this stuff so I'm just a production. And so I launched Light Side Extreme Fighting in 2019. We're on we just had our our fight on Fubo, May 6th, and we broke into Fubo Sports just top five most watched all time. But you're right, dude, like this, this business is competitive. It's a lot of, it's a lot of shit out there. And there's a lot of, a lot of eagles and shit, man. Like it's, it's kind of, it's kind of weird for me because, um, like, nothing against
Starting point is 01:00:02 Bella to a skycooka because I work with them for a time, I think Sky's the best, and then the people over the Bellator is the best. But when I start seeing Bellator and PFL, all these people trying to go against UFC and fight, I don't understand that, I don't get that part of it. UFC is the UFC, they are who they are. Our last four fights we had, we had at least one,
Starting point is 01:00:23 if not two guys, all lead and go to the UFC. So we're fine. We're okay with that. Yeah, that's a good thing. It's a good thing. And so for us, we're climbing, we just broken into all these viewership records and all that. But one thing we are trying not to be is the UFC, we don't care.
Starting point is 01:00:37 That's the key. You know, it's the guys try to look at them like competition. It's like, no, they're good. That's like the rock you started as a football. NFL is not your competition. No, you don't want to try to compete with it. You're not going to win. We have so much tech and innovation and stuff coming. We're about to, you know, have a, we're going to make a big announcement where we're rolling out the states that people can bet on us and stuff like that throughout. You know, we got a whole committee. You got to go through it.
Starting point is 01:01:02 It's a lot. But what we're not trying to be is a UFC. So when I see PFL in Don Davis and P. Don, the great guy, I like them too. I think they're really good, but they spend a lot of money. A lot of it. All the money. And so we're just, we're not built like that. Like we want to be incubator for AI tech. All this new shit is coming in every like three to six months. We're going to be introducing new tech. We're incubator for these other tech companies is coming the fights are gonna be the fights Right, and we normally have anywhere between 12 and 16 fights on any in the given month Right our next one is july 22nd of being San Diego my first time actually going back to San Diego So it's I played like having something there. So it's it's a big deal for us
Starting point is 01:01:41 back to San Diego since I played there. That's like having something there. So it's a big deal for us. But what we're not trying to be is a USC man. And I think that it just makes everybody look weak when you're trying to compare. I agree. Like, Scott Man is a fucking, he's a legend man, like in this business.
Starting point is 01:01:56 What the best ever do? And so when I see him saying, Hey, I think the Bellator should fight the USC, like, why? You know, you like, Well, he might have the cash for it and the market share for it, right? And more, no.
Starting point is 01:02:07 They're selling to PFL. They are. Yeah. Or in the process of doing it, trying to. The rumor is, they'd Bellator start slipping in the ratings or what was going on.
Starting point is 01:02:16 Well, the problem, so when I was working with Bellator, I think Bellator's biggest problem was as they was innovative. The days are just trying to have great fights and be big is over because UFC got that market. You're not gonna ever do that. These are Coca-Cola.
Starting point is 01:02:29 Like there's a ton of soda out there, but there's only one Coca-Cola. Yeah. So if you're trying to compete with Coca-Cola, nah, that's done. That's right. If you're just gonna do the same soda, but different packaging and not as tasty,
Starting point is 01:02:41 you don't have the same fighters, but one championship is a player, like in terms of... Now, but worldwide, globally. They're bigger worldwide, but then also, one championship has the bank role to compete with it. And the other key to any Lee, and you know this, it's also the roster, like the one championship has depth. Right.
Starting point is 01:02:59 These other leagues don't have depth. Also, one championship has stars, massive stars. Yes, really. Worldwide massive. Oh yeah, globally, globally outside of the USC, nobody even comes close to one championship is when it comes to name recognition. What?
Starting point is 01:03:13 Massive. Cause you got even somebody a female fighter. Stamp your text? Yes, bro. Massive. Who the pop? Yes, a problem. But the pop is like, when I went to the one championship
Starting point is 01:03:23 fight in Denver, they flew me out there to attend it. Bro, I was like, I bet the crowd just they want to see fights. She walked out. It was the biggest I was. She she knows what's going that Mikey who got on here. Yeah, insane. She's so she's so entertaining. That's right.
Starting point is 01:03:37 She's super in a tank and she dances. She got a great like like thing about her. She's when she can throw down. She can go to. Oh, bro. But I think that one thing that one championship has done differently is, went after a different market and they grew their market,
Starting point is 01:03:50 then they got big, now they're coming up. Now they come in here. See, that's the, if you're gonna do it, I think Bella Toe's biggest problem was they were trying to get all the former UFC guys that's gonna fight a couple fights and be done. That's what was called. Right?
Starting point is 01:04:02 You paid them big money for one or two fights, you got this big boom, you go away. There's no longevity. There's no longevity. You want to grow and build your stars. And like for us, we like, what we're going to announce with fan engagement taking seven next couple months. It's going to turn a lot of people here as the industry. That doesn't mean we're trying to compete with the US because we don't care. Right. We're not trying to go out and raise 200 million dollars. Right. That's different. Like PFL raised almost $300 million. For what? You know, like I think, right, it's different. Like, PFL raised almost $300 million for what?
Starting point is 01:04:25 You know, like, I think that they have something good already that they grew at a organic level that they'll be fine for the long term. I don't know if they can be fine for the long term. Because of, with the money they're paying the deal they did with Francis, I feel like the pressure's all on PFL now. You see that, man?
Starting point is 01:04:40 I don't see how you get your return. Don Davis in them, one thing he's great at doing, raising money and don't like, he's great at that. Peter's great and then George Greenberg went there on their production side who I'm known for a very long time, they got some great people there. I just don't understand the long term philosophy
Starting point is 01:04:55 and what they're trying to build. What is your exit look like when you raised 300 plus million dollars? And you raised it more. You're one. PFL. PFL. To try who's on his peer. right so they and they sign Jake Paul Right, it's the Jake Paul right he might fight in there and then the same Francis outside that
Starting point is 01:05:11 Felt sorry for my ignorance. It's not one championship. No complete two different leagues one professional fight league Which is a tournament style so they have tournaments? Okay, the winner gets a million dollars So you have to get enough points to enter the tournament. God, yeah. It's like a playoff system. It's a different, yeah. It's like a playoff system. Which all that stuff is cool. And I think it's different, which is cool. And if you're going to compete with the UFC, which nobody will, but if you are going to
Starting point is 01:05:36 compete with them, you have to be creative, innovative, and different. There's no other way. And so we wanted to start doing like when I came in, like we'll have a fight every four to six weeks Right for it from this until the point on our viewership is growing with football where that we we're in a top five behind Watch boat behind the international soccer behind all the other programs they have there So if you're gonna grow organically you're gonna do that and then start adding different verticals to making cool and fun for people to get involved Yep, you're not going to and that's one thing that I don't understand with PFL is great,
Starting point is 01:06:07 is the people they have working in is like, what is your end game because you know who the monster is in this business. Yeah, and it's weird too, because they're on the same platform. They're both on the SPN. Yeah. It's a weird, who knows, I'm sure they have a game plan, but I don't see it. And they also don't have stars. They don't have stars. Like, I, Kyla, here's And they also don't have stars. They don't have stars.
Starting point is 01:06:25 Like, I, Kyle, here's someone who's the biggest star lost. Yep, it's tough man. I went to there to their fight. I was there, Don and those guys in the Rey, they invited me to, when they had to fight in Vegas.
Starting point is 01:06:35 Yeah. Not at the heart, but the Virgin. The Virgin hotel, and I went there to production's great. Everything looks great. The problem is is that when you're spinning the money in the level of the UFC
Starting point is 01:06:45 And you're not getting to UFC numbers. What is your end game with that? I don't understand that so for us we're not even attempting to compete with anybody We want to because a lot of people is at the company now of former tech guys that I'm with former People are in like finance and stuff. So we're doing some really cool shit and then we just wanna keep growing organically. We don't care about like people, I swear I do, like some of these offers that I get
Starting point is 01:07:12 honestly to a people come in and sell equity and all, like I own 100% of the company. We have in-house production, we have in-house operations, everything is done in-house. I have shows coming, I'm doing some stuff with Trilleth, I don't know if you heard of Trilleth
Starting point is 01:07:24 and I have the studio's in Atlanta. So shows coming, I'm doing some stuff with Trilleth. I don't know if you heard of Trilleth and I've been through Trilleth and Atlanta. So I got, we're doing creative stuff, content partnerships and keep growing with Fubo. Fubo is a sleeper. Like people sleep on Fubo because Fubo's a tech platform and people don't really understand what that would come from.
Starting point is 01:07:38 You could be on Brings TV. With John Brinkett. Yeah, that's my book. So I've been John Todd once a week. It's a talker, yes, right. Yeah, so we taught once a week. And so, which Brinkett has one of the most interactive platforms it's out there.
Starting point is 01:07:51 But what Fubo does for us is allow us to try different things out than nobody else can because they're a tech platform. So when I come up with these ideas, I'll call David Gamla or Pam Duckworth or somebody at the, and Networks say, I got this idea, this tech, I want to see if we can implement this. And they'll come to me and say okay, this is what we can do right so every fight We're starting to implement little predictive stuff fantasy stuff. Yeah, you know all these all these different things That's that for me. That's what it's about because you can grow your your your your knit your fan base with what you're doing
Starting point is 01:08:22 But it's a lot of pride and it's a lot of pride, and it's a lot of dumb pride. And, you know, I got a proposal, probably six months ago, from a company who's trying to calm him. We're gonna be bigger than the UFC, and they sent me all this, I said, dude, get lost. I like get lost, like you're not. You're just not.
Starting point is 01:08:39 That's your attitude coming in, like, it's not gonna happen. It's just not gonna happen. I mean, 30 years we'll talk about, yeah. Right. And so what's that, for you, what's the end game with it? Well, we wanna see it. We wanna be incubator, right?
Starting point is 01:08:49 We want verticals of a lot of tech because what's happening now is, and I'll tell you, like, Amazon spent a billion dollars for NFO, for the Thursday night football games. Right, for the rights to it. Because they understand the stuff that's included in the live sports. There's so much data you can get in live sports.
Starting point is 01:09:06 That you can't get anywhere else. Fan engagement shit. Matter of fact, Amazon, that, when they had that Thursday night game and gets a charges and a cheese. In those three days, they had the most sales they've ever had in Amazon history. Really?
Starting point is 01:09:21 Ever. Ever. They had 17 million people watching. Damn. Yeah. So, but see, are on the ground. Ever. They have 17 million people watching. Damn. Yeah. So, but see, that's the power of it. So what they're basically telling you is, and then commercial, you're right.
Starting point is 01:09:31 The commercials. And so what, what does that size mean? I bring in, so I did a deal with football to partnership. I bring in all of our sponsorship. I do all of our venue deals with casinos. Everything comes to me. I do all of it. And I have a great team and stuff like that, but I have been around the ship for 17 years, so I navigate a little
Starting point is 01:09:48 bit different than everybody else. So you can't necessarily get into this industry saying that you're going to be big on the UFC. Literally, I told a guy to send me that proposal to fuck off. I said, do you out of your mind? Yeah. Yeah. It's not the way to go. The energy is dissipated there. Yeah. It doesn't make sense. That's cool, man. I gotta assume too, remember, UFC's not staying the same. They said their biggest, I mean, combat sports history, boxing, MMA, they're the biggest year ever. The UFC's leveling up too.
Starting point is 01:10:15 So if the gap was this, every year it's going like this. If they just signed with the WWE too. Well, you have to combine. UFC is sort of like also kind of becoming in the past. It's yeah. What UFC is doing now, there's separate, if you look at the stuff that they're doing now, they're separating themselves more now than they have
Starting point is 01:10:34 in the past. Like, I think between 2013 and 2016, Bellator actually had a real shot over to the UFC. They've real had a real, but they just stayed the same. What UFC is doing now, and now with endeavor, like Mark Shapiro and R.A.S. They had, they ever had a road, but they just stayed the same. Well, U.S. is doing now, and now with Endeavor, like Mark Shapiro and R.E. and all those guys, Emmanuel is doing this shit over in Endeavor. Nobody would never come close to him
Starting point is 01:10:52 because now they're crossing two fields. People don't understand it. People are getting involved. I remember when they bought it for $4 billion people, I go, oh my God, you'll never be able to get that. Dude, they did. 21 billion. What combined now?
Starting point is 01:11:04 Combined. Because now they combined with the new. No, I'm saying, but when they bought it. I know, I'm that side. 21 billion now. Well combined now. Combined. Because to make it even crazier now, people understand how big the WWE is. The WWE on YouTube, I think, has a bigger following in all the sports team combined. What? On YouTube. And so what's happening now is you started to see Connor start to talk about the WWE you have, Heyman, Paul Heyman is coming in and talking. There's about some stuff about it happen to UFC. The crossover that's going to separate them so much that nobody can even think about
Starting point is 01:11:53 being close to them. My argument there, Sean, is I don't know if that's good for the sport of MMA. When you start blaring those lines where you got... Because MMA is tough, like the fan base. It's tough, but then also it's like, you're blurring the lines where the casual fans like, hold up, undertaker, why is it that you have to see? Like, he's a real fighter, is Congress fight real? Like, is this real?
Starting point is 01:12:11 So you're blurring the lines a little bit. Well, I think what the story lines that build up and the branding is what they're gonna put on 10, right? Because they've always been good at these, that's what, with the contender series and all this stuff, they've been very, tellin' the story. Tellin and all this stuff. They've been very telling the story. Telling the story. They've been the best at doing it.
Starting point is 01:12:26 That's why they separate themselves from everybody else. But what's about to happen now, and I know a lot of the WWE guys, and I know they're all talking to writers at this and that the build up is about to happen with the UFC and WWE. And I'm not, they're about to go, I mean, the UFC I think will probably end up being a 30 to 40 billion dollar company damn At some point I got to start fighting bro Or investing your investing. Yeah
Starting point is 01:12:55 Fight guys like to get some current events first 10 sure so but next event for you's July 27 July 20 second. I said a go. Yeah, and you gotta do a lot of it on Native land like reservations. Diego, yeah. And you gotta do a lot of it on native land, like reservations, and at the Sinos. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. What's that pen that you're wearing? I like that. What's this? Oh, it's Niktus, the lights out.
Starting point is 01:13:13 Oh, the lights out, yeah, logos. This one says, fuck off, it's my daily reminder. Yeah. You know what I like about Sean? He's that big and he's got, he's like got the energy of a smaller Napoleon. He's got that Napoleon complex like, he's a giant but just as intense as a little dude
Starting point is 01:13:31 who never made the team. I fucking love that. Still got that hungry. That's me, that's me, that's me too. I'll fuck you. Because you know what, I wasn't always big too, so you had been scrapping and shit, and then you get some size,
Starting point is 01:13:40 it's like, oh shit, no big trouble. But that's a big thing, like that's like, you still work like you're broke, you're just, yeah, yeah, I love it, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, Has it all? Oh man. Did you guys watch the fight with Floyd Mayweather and John Gunn? I don't get it. I watch it. I don't get why Floyd's doing this. He has to have some exhibition fights, so money. So it doesn't count on his record.
Starting point is 01:14:13 I guess money, but I heard nobody's, like he did one, I think in England doing one to buy it in the stands are empty. There has to be a reason why he's doing it, financially, I think back to the point of the ego, because I think he can't give your point of the ego, because I think you can't give up the chase, the juice of being in the limelight. And these are easy fights for him.
Starting point is 01:14:30 Well, this is, well, for one, it was on the Zeus network. Zeus is, you know, you can say what you want about the kind of content that's on there. I don't know what's on there. But they're all ratchet shit. Sounds like it's for me. Yeah. I like that. Yeah, me and I watch it too. I won't go there, but I watch it.
Starting point is 01:14:47 And so, but Zeus is great. Zeus is a, and so I think that Floyd, I think he has some part, either ownership, business or it's business. And so, but think about this, when people say that all the time, like when you're a doctor or your lawyer, you can practice for 50 years, right?
Starting point is 01:15:03 You can always make money. Florida's making between five and 10 million dollars for these exhibitions. And so when people say to it like, oh, he's doing it because he's broken, I'm like, no, it's very few many things. He fought a couple rounds and if he made five million dollars in six minutes, and he doesn't get hit, he does get hit. He's fighting Goddy and then which is a complete shit show. That whole thing was insane.
Starting point is 01:15:24 It's not always very true. The half time show. He does get his knees fighting, and then which is a complete shit show that that whole thing was insane It was the half time show this so real good to know be before you read that to give you context So he fought John Gotti's nephew, so you know, it's a rough family, right? So then yeah, so they they they get in the fight the ref stops fight because talking to each other and John Gotti I mean the Gotti kid keeps grabbing like the ref rest like this is warmed them so they break the fight up Like they call the fight Gotty tries to fight Floyd after the bell storm punches on that so the squats come in Floyd's team got it's 20 20 a Floyd's guys jumped out this there's spills out outside of the ring. Yeah goes on in the back
Starting point is 01:16:00 Floyd's team tries messing up Goddys team guys Goddys team was giving them all they could handle. It's, you know, the Goddys, the punk. That's tough though, that's right. But then, Italian. But then the one of Goddys team, I think it's the aunt of him or the mom, but this is not me.
Starting point is 01:16:17 This is very racial. Boy, man, your daughter was ran through by an animal with 12 different baby mamas. You little circus animal, she meant you. You're all a pack of zoo animals, that's not racist at all. I swear on my kids, I'm coming for your daughter. It may be two years, three years from now, but I'm coming, I think it was CT, which would be cunt.
Starting point is 01:16:39 Yeah, but that's the sister, I think, of a... Is Floyd's daughter doing how old is Floyd's daughter? Yeah, but that by the way, that's the sister I think of is is fluids Floids daughter doing how old is Floyd's daughter? She's young. She's very well She got it she's pregnant and she's not she's old enough to you know where she's like answer there It's not like she's like eight. She's got a cable to wrap it. Yeah, well it has a bunch of kids. Yeah, okay When chins says young we'll give some content. Yeah, yeah 21 21 so that's very young Yeah, but not young enough. We can't got these pains. I made six. Yeah, yeah, she had a baby Subway this rapper. That's why she's saying that got it
Starting point is 01:17:17 What you know it look I know she went on private after that. Oh, I bad old school mafia stuff But nobody's in the mafia. But you got a family anymore. Right. But why did you do this fight? What were you always about? We can't be racists about. No, I agree.
Starting point is 01:17:32 What are you doing? Hold on. Hold on. This is gonna be surprising, ready? You got your seatbelt on? Yeah. The Goddies, they're racists. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:17:40 Hey, do you think the N word is ever used in that household? I can promise you. It's been used. It's been used. Since, be since well yeah back in the day 1800 the other talent Yeah, the Italian to that part of our beats 2023 Yes, but but that there's some some traditions die hard. Yeah, especially when there's well in this in this climate The God is used to be obviously very very very powerful, right? And very, very feared by everybody. We are telling people, now in this climate, when you do that, it doesn't matter who you are,
Starting point is 01:18:10 you're gonna have a problem with your hands because now, you got random people. Yeah. See, the thing is back in the day when it wasn't social media, you're talking like this, you may be walking on the streets in New York and a random black person might knock your ass out
Starting point is 01:18:21 because they see what you said. Randomly. And so it's a different time where, hey, they're not worried about the Goddies anymore. No. That's the, that doesn't, nobody cares. No. And so she has to, she got to, she got to go missing for a little bit and stay behind closed doors because you might want to lay low for that.
Starting point is 01:18:38 You got it, you got to chill because that type of shit is walking in the street nowadays without crazy people are in New York in New York It's just it's just not it's just also unnecessary that kind of language. That's that's some fuck Also, you think Floyd's worried about it's this in the early 90s maybe it's this isn't good fellow I talked to Sam Samy the book recently about that. I was talking to my said you guys could never do anything He goes he goes you couldn't do it. He goes I'd be trying to make a hit in 12 grandmothers and have their phones. I just said that.
Starting point is 01:19:06 He goes, you couldn't get away with the thing. You're on camera all the time. You're not doing shit. But how did that fight go? Did anybody see it? It was over in the round of two, right? Yeah. He just kept rustling with it.
Starting point is 01:19:17 Well, he just, I think it got you to a point where it just an article, what in fighting it is. There's a shit show, right? It's a shit show. There's a weird like show with a blue face where his name is. It was it was it was it was more fights. In the
Starting point is 01:19:32 outside of the fight. Then it was in the complete. Shit. Wow. The production. Why do you do it? What is this? Well, like you said, he's probably on his ownership in that deal. But he's like, I'm he who's a man. We fight her.
Starting point is 01:19:44 Yeah, we we live in a time now where the crazy shit gets views right yeah that when that happened it was on every social media site in the world yeah like look at it right now everybody from complex to ESPN I believe in it was everywhere yeah one for the wrong reasons but there's such a thing is wrong reasons now. Really? Really? You know, so like for now a day is like, you know, controversy, yes, I'm willing to might say you went by
Starting point is 01:20:13 for the wrong reasons. Right? Well, yeah, that's it. You know, you pay $170,000 a month and rent. Yeah. Poor guy. That's a young man. He has too much money.
Starting point is 01:20:22 I mean, through his stuff like, bro. Listen, I just more disappointed him. That he continued a texture after she already put him on black. She's that poster and he kept, why would you? He's like, please take those down. No, once it's posted, it's out. That's it.
Starting point is 01:20:38 That continues like, please take it. The best you know for me at that point is a voice note. I ain't putting nothing else, right? Because I already know you put me on black. Yes, like Tiger Woods. When did you, don't you, can you please raise? First of all, don't use your name.
Starting point is 01:20:49 Uh, it's like Tiger, this is just gonna get, this is gonna make it to you. And then Zion's PR team was like, we gotta do something here and then there's the picture of Zion like, oh, you don't, you don't have to do a charity stuff. Help these kids out.
Starting point is 01:20:58 You're like, hey, no, no, no, no, that's not enough. No, no, no, no. Hey, don't do that now. You know what I would do? Do it when I posted by Resign for real. I'm like, I just watched this do that now. You know what I would do? Do you know what I posted by resign for real? I take this watch as I go. I'm this to me, my picture. Like, how old is he?
Starting point is 01:21:13 Was he 21? I'm like, I put a picture in like this. 21, $300 million rookie contract, Nike deal. My bad. Dude, I've seen, I saw my bad. If anybody's ever seen what pro athletes. 66280. Deal with, like, you know, you're, you know,
Starting point is 01:21:29 it's not, women are not hard to come by. You could make that argument. I've been, when you see like people who are known to be athletes, it's so out of control. Like I've been in Vegas where Derek Cheter was just sitting down at the club and I've never seen I've known it was a long time. Yeah Yeah, but you got you got to understand too Because of the times of change was with a lot of this shit, right? This night. It's always happened
Starting point is 01:21:59 But like now there was no says thing is viral when I play you know, I mean like so what no viral story It was not a story like Jordan No stores right you'd be a different I think that we'd view them differently if there was social Fund up. Yeah, but for Zion. Yeah, yeah, don't know the thing is I can do the fix the situation is drop 30 pounds and average 30 on court Huh and stay healthy. That's it. That's all we give a fuck about that's it. Hey He's also not mine. He was a young man. He's been getting a little crazy, you know, with point. We're all getting crazy. Who gives a fuck? I agree. Just play basketball. He changed the name. If he has an MVP season, nobody gives a
Starting point is 01:22:33 this is. We're not all so can you pull out please? You're 21. If we pull out, it would be crazy. Like it's just as one baby. She's just pregnant now. Yeah, but give it time. It's like, hey, fucking, anyway. You're a hater. I'm an old man, I'm an old man, though. I'm an old man. Have you heard the rumors about police and Bill Murray? I love this.
Starting point is 01:22:55 The greatest thing about time is- Police is so body-dove, is it real? I thought it was like a A.I. thing. It's a rumor, it's a rumor. It's a rumor, okay. No, no, no, it's real. No, so it's a rumor, but someone actually posted a rst, made a comment on her Instagram, I think,
Starting point is 01:23:05 and then she didn't respond in a way that was convincing. She says I don't wanna talk about that. Bill Murray was having a fun time. I didn't have to go back to that. Oh, dude, she's gorgeous. But I mean, she has like three kids, I think, too. I'm not buying. No, but not.
Starting point is 01:23:18 Oh, one by not. Yeah, they were together. Oh, damn. Nope, she's bringing Bill Murray to the table. I'm not buying it. Why not? I don't know. I don't know. I see. Oh damn. Nope. Shakespeare and Bill Murray to the table. I'm not buying it. Why not? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:23:28 Bill Murray, you're Brian County, a 30-year-old. Bill Murray. He's 77. Look at Al Pacino. I got skeptic. You were defending Al Pacino. I mean, I got skeptical hippo. Oh, not me.
Starting point is 01:23:40 But she's not denying it, though. So this is a comment you're saying. Hey, some women like old men. This is what I don't understand is like how it got to be a story, right? Like if nobody's seen them, they get somebody see them again. You know what it is? I don't know. You don't expect a black female rapper to be into an old white man.
Starting point is 01:23:58 She's a singer. She's a singer. She's a rapper. But you know what I'm saying? You see, they were first like, let's raise this for a minute. No, are you a John Gott saying? Like, you see it, they were first. Like, let's raise this for him. No, are you a John Gotti? No, we never miss that.
Starting point is 01:24:07 I think, right now. He's like, it's very alarming to see an older white man with a black. Ha, ha, ha. Is this, you're just gonna let this go, Sean? Sean, I'm just saying. No, I'm saying, you don't see it. You see it, you see it.
Starting point is 01:24:20 And you know what, I should have had a little bit of undertone. I'm not talking about it. That I think about it. Brian's like, it's very alarming see a black You know you like when you think a beautiful curvy black singer Who's you go you would date? I don't know somebody else not a not Bill Murray who I think he's probably a great Tongue that's that's so fun. I think that's the key if it feels just like a older white guy wouldn't be a story
Starting point is 01:24:45 But it's fucking Bill Murray right that's why I'm saying right you right such a good time. Yeah, and he got she's 40 It's for three three of the which is kids kids. She's a foreground. We're probably done fucked around with all the fuck boys Shrubin's to the bullshit. She's still calling. I'm still calling bullshit. I'm sure that'd be awesome I'm still saying I don't think she's banging Bill Murray 72 no wrong in my book He bill murdered the main thing is I just don't see Bill Murray banging anybody. Why not dude? I know I just seems like an old guy. You were cool with Al Pacino last week. You're a little bit different. Why? He's close to the ground bro. He's five foot six and he's Al Pacino. He's 80. Can you imagine that? How old is he 83 with a kid Al Pacino? And if you've seen his fucking girl, she's 29. That's out of control
Starting point is 01:25:24 She's way hotter than Al Pacino's girl. Way hotter than Al Pacino's girl. Kalees is way hotter. I'm sorry, sir. 83. Al Pacino's girl's got some stuff. I just didn't know how the figure was possible for them to have a kid.
Starting point is 01:25:34 Yeah, I didn't do. I can't believe it. We know where. If you're Al Pacino. She's 29. Al Pacino's way. You're crazy. You think that girl's harder than Al Pacino's.
Starting point is 01:25:41 You're crazy. If you think she's hotter than Kalees. Good looking woman. She's got a great body too. Okay, she's white. Okay, I called? Well, she's family. You're crazy if you think she's haughty and pleased. Good looking woman, just got a great body too. Okay, she's white. Okay, I see, oh, that's fine. What do you mean white? He's Italian, he's Italian. No, his girl.
Starting point is 01:25:51 He's not that, she's not, she's Arab. You know what, but I just tell us how you really feel, man. Seriously. She's Arab. I love that he's like, I don't believe it, man. There's no way the black rappers come with a white hand. I mean, okay, listen, listen, I'm just saying she looks like she
Starting point is 01:26:08 Dave Nas, not Bill Murray, that's all. Bill Murray doesn't seem like her type, but there are no men though. There are women that like older men. And famous superfamous. And I'm very the one. Bill Murray's so famous. Fames and talented, super talented, right?
Starting point is 01:26:20 You're right. What else you got? What else you got? Brad Drey says that's fine. Uh, damn you. No. You. What else you got? I'm standing correct. Brian Trace is that's fine. Try to imagine. No. You got girl, you got a girl. No.
Starting point is 01:26:30 No, no, no, no. Watch for it. Why? This thing keeps the lights out. Yeah. Right? One of these days, I'm not against it. It's just that it's just too much shit going,
Starting point is 01:26:40 like it's the rate of divorce and all this stuff. Yeah, 53%. I'm impressed though, because I'm sure you had a lot of like pressure from various I'm playing Buffalo for a couple of years so if I was going to settle down I'd been you know what did Buffalo is a town did you get attached to the town it honestly I was kicking a scream and going there yeah and then you loved it and I loved it yeah that's why it's hard for them to get free agents for a long time because it's you know what they say once you're there and you see the community
Starting point is 01:27:06 that's- So buddy Nick's, who's a, he was a assistant general manager and the charges. He was actually the one that drafted me with the charges. And he was a, he was a GM and, um, and Buffalo. He called me when, when I was getting waived or released and traded, whatever. He says, Sean, we're bringing y'all,
Starting point is 01:27:21 I have like, buddy, I love you to death, but I'm not coming. I said, I'm not coming. I said, you guys are on seven. You know, I'll come and see you after the season but I want to go to a team that I can play. So I'm not coming there. He said, Sean, I mean, I hear you love you to death and put me in your contract and then I said,
Starting point is 01:27:35 I don't give shit, what'd you do? I'm not coming. And he called me back 20 minutes later with the owner Ralph Wilson on the phone. I said, Mr. Wilson, buddy, I love you guys. I'm not fucking coming. It's cool to shit up there. That's my small market.
Starting point is 01:27:48 So it was no TV games. They're all seven, not going to play off. They're back. So that's what he did. He said, look Sean, I'd you be a great leader in the team, great leader in the locker room, we want you here. I said, I don't give a shit. I don't give a shit.
Starting point is 01:28:01 I'm not coming. He said, well, you know, come is, we're going to find you 15,000 dollars a day. I said, what time he's sending the jet? And that was it. They15,000 a day. I said, well, time you send him the jet. And that was it. They sent me the plane like three days later. They didn't even, you don't regret it. But you like it, but you like it.
Starting point is 01:28:10 But it was, it was the best thing that happened for me in my career because in San Diego, it was great playing, but we won a lot of games. We had stars, so it was, you had a reason to come to the game. Yeah. To have that genuine kind of love, it was in Buffalo.
Starting point is 01:28:21 Everybody, like everybody to play sports in the Dixby. You're in the mayor, Buffalo, Buffalo, Buffalo, Buffalo, I mean, Buffalo. Everybody, like everybody to play sports in the Dixie Balloon. You're the man, Buffalo, I'm off the mayor. Buffalo, I mean, they donate, like that, that month, they raise money for, you know, teams that have nothing to do with them. It's the best fan base in the world. What is the, what is the weird question?
Starting point is 01:28:35 What's the coldest building in there? You are, you're so far. What's the, what's the, the old seven AFC championship game in New England. It was like 11 degrees. Oh, and it, oh, you play with him for here. You want to go? No, I never wore a sleaze.
Starting point is 01:28:48 You never wore a sleaze? No, I never wore a sleaze. No, I never wore a sleaze. But it was a one game. Was that a mental thing for the other team? Well, that, plus I was just a psycho too, right? But it was, I've never had this before. So we had the heaters on the side.
Starting point is 01:29:02 I got the big fan blowing a shit, right? And we're coming off, and between, you know, off and so on the side, I got the big fan blowing in shit, right? And we're coming off, and I between, off and center field, defense off. And so I come in front of the fan, and our kicker, Nick Cating, was hogging up the fan. And I'm freezing cold, you can't feel your fingers, your fingers hit the helmet, it's the worst feeling in the world. Your fingers hit the helmet, it's something like it's bleeding.
Starting point is 01:29:20 How about your feet? Every toe is at all that shit, right? It's all cold, right? So. Brian's like, what do he like? So I'm such a person. The kicker, he's hogging up the damn heater. And I literally picked him up and threw his ass out the way.
Starting point is 01:29:33 I said, dude, it's freezing out here. You know, I'm a kicker. Yeah, I'm like, you and Nate, I like, Nate, I love you, dude, but you're doing good. Get your ass out the way. I need to warm up. Yeah, it was the first time where I got to the end of the game. I was like, I don't get, when to lose. I think I'm gonna get the fuck off. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:29:47 Like that was the first time ever that was I was in pain because I somebody just stepped on my hand from the pile and my hand. I just wanted to cut my hand off. Yeah. I'm almost not a heart-sell anymore. They're ballin' now. Yeah. Cause we've jaw-shown. New stadium come. Yeah. New stadium. Yeah. I would have put I would have had heater peating pads over my body. Cause you know where a couple you wear a couple layers, right? No, I don't let, you're a fucking maniac. I don't let the video. What else you got, Jim?
Starting point is 01:30:12 All right, here, Georgie. I had a weird question, but I see him, I was like, this is a little loophole Nick can and found in the system. Brilliant business man. Don't have to pay child support after 10 kids, apparently. I can't do that. The new poll?
Starting point is 01:30:27 I don't know if that's true. Oh, no sound. Well, what happens, I think the- Text commodity. I think the thing is, it's a set of mouth. Right, like no kid can get more than another kid. It's certain states. So there's a cap.
Starting point is 01:30:41 There's a cap? Is there a bill in it? So certain states, there's a cap. Like, I think Texas has a cap, like a couple a cap there's a cap. No, if you're a bill in it. So certain states there's a cap Like I think Texas has a cap like couple of the states have a cap. That's like $1,500 or $3,000 or something crazy a month. I don't know the exact number but it's pretty low. What's it? Play this, Jim Yeah, what's with Nick Cannon and all these kids? Just wants to spread a scene, man. Well, he has a loopess, right?
Starting point is 01:31:10 Is it a loopess? He does. He has, yeah. I think he's passed that gene long. I think that a lot more people are not talking about that. Like, he has a timetable on how long he's gonna live. They've already given him a timetable. I think it's his kidneys or something.
Starting point is 01:31:24 He has a talented has a something you know Towson dude time one of the most and from San Diego. Yeah, that's right San Diego and so we people are people are they're talking more about the kids They're not talking about like his reason for going through like he they gave him a time limit Yeah, yeah After 10 kids you don't have to pay child support. He's got a loop is okay. So, loop is can be fatal, man.
Starting point is 01:31:50 It can be fatal. Well, they told him he's not going to live a long life. They told him that it was. That's not true. So, he's kind of trying to spread his seed so he can live on. Look at that. This is absolutely not true. There's no cap on child support based on the number of children. So, to that Nick can't Nick can and can have babies. He owes child support for those baby
Starting point is 01:32:09 How for you law? Well, California is the worst in California. Yeah, you don't want to get divorced here, but Strange that's why Shaq Lee Ford on a kid's oh, yeah, type of how do you father 10 kids from 10 different families? That's that's what I have a problem with It's like how do you have time for all this? And he's busy, dude. He's in it. He's all over the place.
Starting point is 01:32:30 That's like, to me, I don't respect that. He depend, yeah, I don't know. If you manage it, I don't know how he can. But he just wants to come inside them, which is like, if you're a bachelor, don't come inside. Well, I mean, this more, well, I think that's how he's trying to... He's like Philip Rivers.
Starting point is 01:32:46 Yes, Phil has a lot of kids. He has like nine, right? Like nine, yeah. But he's a religious thing though, right? Yeah, so he's been with the same person. He's like, he's a beast of a dad. He's known for being a... He's like a big kid himself.
Starting point is 01:33:01 I bet. You know, he's like a big kid himself. And so, people always big. Nine. Yeah, nine. Seven girls, two boys. From three to 20. That's hilarious.
Starting point is 01:33:11 He's a beast. He's got to be what? 40 now? Yeah, he's a couple. 51. 41? Yeah, 41. So, but he's a great dad.
Starting point is 01:33:19 He's still, he coaches all his kids. And like, oh man, he's, he's, he's next level. Amazing. Good for him. Connor Rivers. Great name. Yeah, Connor Haley. I saw it in the coffin of our own funeral.
Starting point is 01:33:38 So here's the, before we, so the headline for those lists that says dead woman wakes in coffin at our own funeral. You know, this used to be such a prom back in the day. I did. George Washington had a thing where, if he was dead, they'd to leave the body for a week before they put him in the ground. Because back in the day, it used to be a prom where they thought people were dead, they're barren.
Starting point is 01:33:53 And they would open the casket and see fingernails because people would wake up. Like back in there was a real, like it was a real problem. But people were traumatized. So they even had a thing where people would die back in the day that they would have tubes in the coffin that go up to the ground so you could hear just in case. Just in case.
Starting point is 01:34:11 That's not a big problem with back in the day. Why, I know this could not tell you. That's from pretty crazy shit to no matter what. Yeah, I have no idea. That'd be real bad. We got from a coma and be like, huh? That'd be the worst. Turn on the lights.
Starting point is 01:34:23 Oh my god. So this dead one wakes up in a coffin, our the worst. You turn on the lights. Oh my God. So this dead one wakes up in a coffin, our own funeral. This is an Ecuadoria. So the medical examiner declared her dead for ours prior. I don't know why they put her in a coffin four hours after, but either way. So they declared her dead and then she started knocking
Starting point is 01:34:39 on the coffin. At the, at the visual? Yeah, during the ceremony, whatever. And she's still alive right now. Holy shit. She's still kicking. Yeah, because I figured she'd wake up, knock, and then die again. No, she said I'm fine. You ask. She's still being placed in the same hospital that declared dead, which is kind of you think I would ever go back there.
Starting point is 01:34:58 I know exactly. But says my mother is an oxygen. Her heart is stable now. The doctor squeezed her hand. She reacted. They told me it's a good sign because it means she's reacting a little by little. Not only that, my mother tells them proves owner of a lot of, Jesus Christ.
Starting point is 01:35:11 Mom's like, remember when you buried me some of a bit? Yeah, that's kind of crazy. Yeah, could there be a worst death? Being stuck on the ground? Yeah, yeah. I guess you run out of oxygen right here. I'm very, very quick, horrific.
Starting point is 01:35:23 Well, that's why they had those twos back in the day, like George Washington days. So you could still get it here just in case. Did you see that guy who got eaten by that? Yeah, I saw that. That's what you know what, so I get Russian feller. Yeah, I am terrified of the ocean. That's one thing I won't do.
Starting point is 01:35:36 I got plenty of friends that surf and shit like that, like I won't go. These guys are seal. Those twos I love it. Yeah, I won't. I was afraid of that. You know, my thing, way out there. This is my thing, I think sharks are the least of our worries out there.
Starting point is 01:35:48 I think there's so much, we don't have a shit about it. Yeah, I think there's so much. They say we know more about space than the ocean. I'm like, why is that? Dude, look at that. Go back for a second. Have you seen the video? Yeah, we're just talking video, right?
Starting point is 01:35:58 There's a straight up video of someone's filming like, oh my god, he's yelling and the shark sharks eat some alive, they start watching the blood. And then, yeah, I see the blood like a Jaws movie. And then the guys out there, this isn't Egypt, by the way. This is Egypt. This is Ratside Egypt. Look at him, just getting annihilated by the tiger shark.
Starting point is 01:36:16 I thought we saw this a long time ago though. No, this happened like a few days ago, Chen. And it was done they could do. No, what are you gonna do? We definitely can't show this on. Then they get on a boat and they catch the shark and beat his ass. How you gonna kill the shark?
Starting point is 01:36:29 Shark doing shark shit. This is his father, why so old? Oh my gosh, did that. Oh my gosh, did that. Terrific. You've been better if it was a great white because the tiger shark don't give up. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 01:36:42 See, somebody in the ocean will only know that because I wouldn't know that. You want to great white's going to bite leave the tiger sharks. That shark was eating it. Yeah. Oh, no, right. Just look at that. He just disappeared. Now the boat comes. He's gone. They started to real bleeding. See all that blood. Fuck, dude. That's where it was. It was it was one time that I almost went. So, uh, so junior, junior say, oh, he would surf and, and uh, wakeboard. So I grew up every so, so Junior, Junior say, I'll, he would surf and wakeboard. So, The oceans I grew up,
Starting point is 01:37:05 every, Surfing on his top. Every day, right? All the time. Good too. And so, they, him and I can,
Starting point is 01:37:11 a group almost finally convinced me to go. And, the week before I was about to go, there was a doctor in Oceanside or somewhere and they got eaten by a shark. It's almost, not even a mile,
Starting point is 01:37:23 a mile and a half from where we were supposed to go. Check please. And I said, that's it. No, no, I'm done. I would never get into water. No, not with great whites that bite in half. No thanks.
Starting point is 01:37:33 You've got a great white in that tiger shark. That tiger shark's a great place. Those guys can't get it. I should say bite you and let you go. And leave. That thing was eating him. That thing ate him. Yeah, kept coming back.
Starting point is 01:37:42 My buddy who's a scuba diver, professional diver said, you hear about people disappearing all the time. You never know it's a shark, but that's what goes on. I think no shit, you know. Yeah, shark just comes along. So at the, my first pro bow, when I went as a rookie,
Starting point is 01:37:56 and when it was still back in Hawaii. Those were the good days. That's a bullsh- Not playing like flack at ball. Yeah. Dodge ball. Yes, weird. And so ESPN was, they were doing this piece
Starting point is 01:38:07 and they wanted me to get in a cage, like a shark diving. Oh, that's it. So like a piece of, you know, probo special, you know, I say, look, no. You like, like you got like, find somebody else, whatever. So they offer like $10,000, $15,000 to the pain. Like it's great money. Just we need like two hours of your time. You only got to be somebody else or whatever. So they offer like $10,000 to $10,000 to the payment. It's like it's great money.
Starting point is 01:38:26 Just we need like, two hours of your time, you only got to be down in 10 minutes. I say, you guys now understand what I'm saying. I said no, I'm not, because I would be the one person that will go and that's something that happened with the court. The cage opens up. It would happen to me, right?
Starting point is 01:38:41 So they said, all right, well, how about $20,000? I said, you didn't hear me the first time because it's still no, I'm not me, right? So they said, all right, well, how about 20,000? I said, you got, you didn't hit me the first time because it's still no, I'm not going, right? So they got all the way up to like almost $30,000 for me to shoot this, this episode for ESPN on the Shark Davin' Day. And I said, no, I'll pass. And somebody else did it.
Starting point is 01:38:59 And I said, good for them because I would never, I said, I would never do that. I went to South Africa and you'd dive with great whites. So we're going to go on a great white dish. I was like, I'll get in the cage so I can say I did it. So you get out there, water's beautiful. And here's what's funny about animals. The cages are already there.
Starting point is 01:39:18 The boat pulls up. Now, the sharks have been trained when they hear the boat. They know they're going to get trained. They're just feeding so long. So all of a sudden, you just stop there and they all show boat. They know they're going to get trained. So all of a sudden, you just stop there and they all show up. The problem was there were no gray whites, there were bronze whalers and lots of other sharks. For a refund. Well, because the gray whites, the woman said to me,
Starting point is 01:39:35 quietly, she goes, well, there were two brother orcas that came into the van. I'll scare them away. And we found four 20-foot gray whites with only their liver bitten out of their body. The white's a little shabby every great white that it was like we're out of here Sorry guys no show today you know you're a bad mother. I went all the great whites are like The show has been postponed hadn't seen a great wife for a year because those two brothers Yeah gangsters came in there like but that's what they're so we would know in that what makes people want to get into water still I don't know I agree with you now Not now killer whales are fucking boats up. Did you see that so it was it was right
Starting point is 01:40:10 It was some guy I saw it just last week. It was a guy. It was like a small bow and there's nothing out in the kayak Yeah, man on a kayak and a middle of ocean and the damn Well came up and swallowed him and they got out He spit him out giant well you sperm well some swell well, well came up and swallowed him and they got out. Well, he's been in the house. He's been in the house. Giant whale. Are you sperm whale or some swam? Well, uh, they, these, uh, killer whales that are attacking sailboats and stuff in yachts. That's great. They think the female got injured and then her, the her pod just does what she says.
Starting point is 01:40:39 So did you see what they did in Gibraltar? They finally got there at night as the boat was sinking. But those motherfuckers literally, you can, did you see the video of them hitting for them? Get for them, see it? And it tore a huge hole in the hole. Yeah, man. Get for them. Yeah, that's one.
Starting point is 01:40:57 No one can never get me in the ocean. That's just not going to happen. And I could swim. Killer whales ain't something to fuck with either. I don't know why people want to fuck with these things. You got to see worldly, look at those those things like what are we doing here? I don't know what's the percentage that we've seen in the ocean like 90% not but what I mean we have insane 90% of it Yeah, but again, they say we know more about space than our own ocean. Yeah, because we can't get to the depths
Starting point is 01:41:19 So who knows what the fuck's down there. Yeah I love the ocean. Oh my god. I love the ocean. Which semi-jjorgine? I was a very guy. When I first went to LA, I served all the time. I remember doing the countdown on me when I was fighting somebody, no gear or something like that, a pro cop.
Starting point is 01:41:35 And I just came to LA, like you serve, right? Like, can we film you serving? Like, hell yeah. I get out there, like, oh, you paddle board? I'm like, does my board. So I get out there, but I wasn't very good. I kept following and they're trying to film it. And they couldn't get the footage.
Starting point is 01:41:47 And they're out there for two hours. And the guy goes, so, are you gonna like surf or are you just kind of like boogie board on your? Oh my God. I couldn't get up. I kept following, kept following. And the waves are really big. Yeah, I can do it.
Starting point is 01:42:00 Ah, two hours. So you've never been in there and something hit your leg. So you're like, no. If I think about him, I'm like, I'm the fuck out of it. But I'll switch. Brian's been with me. I'll switch him deep, man. I go, like, how far up?
Starting point is 01:42:12 Gray pasting in the lifeguard. But get back there. I love it. And he's like, I look like a seal. He's like, with his arms like this. Yeah, I go like this. I'm like, bro, you are bringing it. And you look like a seal.
Starting point is 01:42:21 You're just a giant scrum hand. Yeah. The thing is, the juvenile great whites that are out there eat fish. When they get to be about 12 feet, they switch to marine mammals. They think great whites don't eat human beings or when they bite them, they let go
Starting point is 01:42:34 because they don't have enough fat on them. And so you don't have the kind of fat content that the seal does. And I guess they need that for fuel. So it's almost like, oh, I have to put it in. The problem is is that when they taste a part of your body, they take a harm or a leg. So it's almost like I don't know what the problem is is that when they take when they taste a part of your body They take a harm or leg so it's not like a little bang. That's not like a little bite Also, although all the experts say that really with shark told you that yeah, that's right
Starting point is 01:42:54 I'm proud bullshit because my target shark friend there that Russian learn Oh, he was a snap that is look at a mouth on that motherfucker, too Tiger shark Like you're getting, you're getting pieces point pull out of your body. Fuck you. I tell my girl if I pass away in a car act out whatever it is, tell my kids
Starting point is 01:43:10 they had e-bike, great white. Come up some cool shit. She's getting bit right here. Be fun to lose your hip. Just gonna take a piece of your ass and your hip. At that woman, she's swimming with, in Hawaii, a bull shark comes along and goes, I'm gonna eat half your ass and just took
Starting point is 01:43:24 one of her cheek on you. She said jokes on on you cuz it's fake just bitter ass right off. Well, so I was in this another reason why don't get in cuz I actually seen some shit happen so when I was living there on the offseason in Miami and my place is on the 22nd floor. Boy you were living daddy. Oh yeah. Yeah, I know. I send it to you to Miami. Yeah, so I had bought a place. I'll tell you. You damn right. You did. I had bought a place here at the W Hotel. You damn right. You did. You did.
Starting point is 01:43:48 You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did.
Starting point is 01:43:56 You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. You did.
Starting point is 01:44:04 You did. You did. You did. You did. You did. And so Dordi Aussie now we're going in and train what Pete Barmarito who's in Shit, he's he all of mine the guys went down and like CP and Fred Taylor all these guys went down and trained so I would train with them to the Aussies and I'm up there on the 22nd floor So I can see down to see everything and so I seen about it was a guy There was there was swimming out there laying his back in a tiger shark. There was about 45 to 50 feet away Beelining right to him and people are screaming at the top of their lungs to yell and so the guy It got about 10 to 15 feet away from him and some some here whatever reason He turned he was glue you had no clue Bull sharks and tire sharks will cause more problems in a great way
Starting point is 01:44:44 It's all disaster now crocodile Bull sharks and tire sharks will cause more problems in a great way It's all a disaster now crocodile sure All disaster. It's all just what else you get you all right Bridget a fan sent this video in of a snake breaking through there. I saw this I would see this This is different than that one in like Jakarta some watch them swing off. How about CTE? There's different? There's no watch out. Oh, he's oh God man he got fucked up Poison He's getting so messed up. I was poison
Starting point is 01:45:23 That's got to hurt. Snakes can be cursed as shit. That's got to hurt. That's got to hurt. The snake is a holy shit. I can't buy right now. I don't have a lot of fears in life, but it sharks the snakes are my top two. Snakes talk about it.
Starting point is 01:45:37 Sharks scare the fuck out of me. Snakes in the wild about, well I see snakes not so much anymore all the time when I just around my bike. I've been around my bike home and they come out now because I live right back here in the mountains. So I ride my bike all the time. And during the pandemic, when nobody's on the roads, I would send Brian pictures in videos I post all the time, rattlesnake,
Starting point is 01:45:54 because I saw rattlesnake side of anaconda, just, I'd see all these dope snakes. And Rogan's like, I need to get you, you want me to wear those shin pads or to invite me on the legs. I'm like, I'm not wearing those, I think my chances. Those were dope. Then my son, he's really into reptiles and snakes,
Starting point is 01:46:10 so we have all these fucking fish tanks, my house like Jumanji. So we're there, and the guy goes, we got named snakes, and I go, who I don't want to snake. My son goes, Dad, can I hold him? Like, wow, let me talk to you. I go, snakes bite, dude.
Starting point is 01:46:20 He's like, no, it's not a big deal. I'm like, all right. The guy's like, no, the snake doesn't do anything. My son goes, hold it. Bikes his fucking hand. Yeah. The son goes, oh shit. And slikes his hand.
Starting point is 01:46:30 Slikes his hand. No, it's a little like ball snake. It's a ball shit. There's a baby, but still, bit the shit I was thinking. And I'm like, you still want a snake? See, I don't get in water because of the sharks. Not that I can, I love swimming. And then the snakes, you can't see them.
Starting point is 01:46:43 I had a, when I lived in San Diego, I lived on a, on a cane and I had two dogs. And so one night I heard my, I heard my dog just barking crazy and I got up in middle of the night and I, when I was outside and there was a mountain lion that you can see his eyes, it was hover around the fence. Nice, don't scare me. I had to guess what you have.
Starting point is 01:47:00 Connie Corsa, two pit bulls. Two pit bulls. Now they were grown, they probably would have told they were probably would hold their own Yeah, people are here to keep people out of the problem the problem is the end of jump But I defense I chased the mountain lion out out the back. I See now I seen a garden snake when I was in a pool one time and I ran I took off run Yeah, I can't just something it's just something about snakes that I can't did you like living in San Diego? It's the best place in the country. That's where I want to move man. San Diego's keep telling me
Starting point is 01:47:28 Move the opera San Diego. Don't don't tempt me. You love that hold me. I love it down there. Jin look KG wants to go. I'd go down there. I live in a scripted ranching in Poway like a lot of the baseball players lived in Poway where I lived at it's great out there man too. Yeah, and so I had a place I had a place downtown in case I like went out of the street I great out there, man, too. And so I had a place downtown, in case I went out of the room, should I even wanna go all the way back? So I had a place downtown in downtown, the gas lamp.
Starting point is 01:47:50 And I had, so I bought into the Stingery. I wonder if you were in the nightclub in Stainley back in the days. There was the biggest nightclub in San Diego, like the landmark, it was there for 11, 12 years. And then we got bought out by a Hawker song group after like 10 years.
Starting point is 01:48:05 But it was a first like three level rooftop. Big boy. Big boy in San Diego. And so I had a place right across the street at the heart, I bought a place to heart rock and I had my house. I'm not mad at that. And you were in Levin, then.
Starting point is 01:48:17 Yeah, man. And so. All pro. Yeah. Sanford Bridge. What are we doing, Sean? Sean. Yeah. He goes, yeah yeah Hey, when the camera stock
Starting point is 01:48:26 I'm gonna need you over. I'm gonna need some details. Yeah, I'm gonna need some I mean, you ask anybody about Stinger Rebacked. Stinger Re was the landmark of San Diego. It was like if you came to, I don't care where in the country you were, and in fact, doing that time, I think the Stinger Re might have been the best club in the country.
Starting point is 01:48:44 Damn. Am I a pain in it? You know. Okay, what are we doing? What are we doing? Hey, Sean, you talking about a couple of 12 steppers over here and you just keep talking about this. I'm sitting there.
Starting point is 01:48:55 I said no, I need this. Tell me more about it. Where's my bio? I would demand why I walk in the club if my nickname's lights out. We shut the live out. He and I are going to turn back to this. We're gonna walk in the rock. What do if my nicknames lights out we shut the life. Hey, he and I are going Sean Taylor on track after this we're gonna we're gonna walk What do you got is that itching? Oh, just one more thing. Um hold on Sean Mariam. Okay, so
Starting point is 01:49:13 So Billy, I wish you know, she usually covers up her body all the time I need more vans you know empowered and I'm not mad at it. So there's a release the sweater puppies Boom daddy. Yeah, anybody have a problem with that She's a talented gal. She can sing. That's a good way to put it. Yeah, talented gal. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:49:31 She's singing out on her IG. She's 21. Let me see. But she usually, yeah, typically hides her body, but she's showing her. She's using hides of sweater puppies. Yeah, any more, man. Let me see you go down.
Starting point is 01:49:41 Feeling empowered. Where? Where? Let me see you in different things. Beautiful. There? Where is he? Let me see different things. Like, beautiful. There's that. There's this. But see, that's where she normally goes.
Starting point is 01:49:48 Yes, usually dresses really baggy like them. People like, you're changing. She's like, fuck off. Why, just because she's so curvy. That's her again. Yeah, because you still always hide it. She wanted to be known for a talent not her giant.
Starting point is 01:49:58 Yeah, I don't blame her. Yeah, but also release them, right? Also have a voice, but also release them heavy. Yeah. At least the heavies as Shultz says I don't see tits I just see talent. Yeah, there she is America baby is that it that's it? And then so Sean's fight promotion. Yeah, July 22nd Lightotic stream fighting fight promotion. Yeah, it's a July 22nd San Diego.
Starting point is 01:50:23 Lights out extreme fighting. July 22nd San Diego will be live on Fubo TV, Fubo Sports. And you know the cool thing about this one, so we normally have about 12 fights. We got 16 lined up. We're putting more amateurs in the car. Wow, that's cool. Because you know this, like I said,
Starting point is 01:50:37 there's really good promotions out there, whatever. But there's so many amateurs is trying to get a shot. So I'm telling out there. And what's cool about it is I worked with Fullbow that a lot of these amateur fights make broadcast. So that's what look different. We'll have a four hour live event. And by the way, we talk about the business being tough.
Starting point is 01:50:55 I mean, it produced four hours of live content. When you got TV trucks, I like trucks, all this shit going on. We're commentators. Yeah. They're great, man. We got some great pop-blo and bulletproof true. We're commentators. Yeah. They're great. We got some great pop, Pablo and Bulletproof true. They're really good.
Starting point is 01:51:08 But yeah, big, big fight. First time coming to San Diego, July 22nd. I'm there. If I'm in town. No, you got this one. This one's going to be, this one, this one will be our biggest one. And also we got like three guys this card that took one more fight before they sound to UFC.
Starting point is 01:51:20 They already got, I've seen the contracts already. That's cool. And so, you know, I'm almost thinking like I want to drive These guys to the facility because I live in Vegas. Yeah, uh, and drop them off. That'd be cool. You know like no meant Yeah, yeah, yeah, I think it's I think it's fun. I'm free. I love you know, give these guys a shot We have a lot of these up and coming guys to July 22nd San Diego live I need a reason get to San Diego. Yeah, I love it down there. I'll be in that. Mr. Man. Well, you don't Missouri's a lot, you know stop. I was gonna say the same as San Diego guys In the Missouri area you come but if you, but if you're in San Diego area, you go see that fight.
