Starting point is 00:00:03 This is really the fighter and the kid. Come on, baby. Ready, chenster. A little catch-up beforehand. I know. You've been in Florida? I was in Florida, Brendan. Gator country.
Starting point is 00:00:16 Okay? That's Florida. Florida. And I was at a wonderful resort with my wife's extended family. But don't you guys have a house down there? We do. But you decided to stay in a resort.
Starting point is 00:00:29 We met closer to her grandmother's place down in West Palm. on a lake, a lot of alligators on the lake. There's a beach, a lot of alligators. I got little ones. No swimming. So my little ones are not swimming in that water. I was like, no, no, no, we're not doing that. I don't trust the gator water.
Starting point is 00:00:43 I'm not trusting any dinosaurs. Any body of water. And literally they said sometimes the gators are on the beach, so you got to wait. And before you swim, you got to, I went, no, no, I'm not going to wait. No, no, no one's swimming or going near that water line. That's what happens with a two-year-old. Not even a two-year-old, a four-year-old. That's food.
Starting point is 00:01:01 Yeah. So it's not happening. I never. So it was a little vacation. It was vacation. In Australia, they'll literally say to you, so if there are saltwater crocodiles anywhere in the area, are you going in the water?
Starting point is 00:01:17 The answer is absolutely not. In fucking Australia, they'll be like, well, make sure that you don't swim at the certain times. No, no, no, no. I'll never swim ever, never, ever, ever. if there've ever been any saltwater crocodiles in the area like what are you talking now it does say 0.36 deaths per year so about one every three year very very rare uh-huh uh-huh so there's been 31 fatalities i got i figured more but they're probably really jotted up though that's it
Starting point is 00:01:48 what that's crazy 23 well they run away from you right away wow but look at the attacks there's a lot of attacks well 23 that's not a lot of attacks in just florida for one year yeah but florida's a huge place all right so your your chances are very very rare they run away from you be a terrible way to go but we always talk about alligator attacks like anybody who gets bit dies man you you got a pretty good chance to survive and also pretty cool story did you hear the story the nightmare story about the guy who got grabbed by a nile crocodile and the pressure of the crocodile uh made him pass out and then he brought him under water but the thing is it they'll hold you so you rot and so he's he's being held and the the crocodile takes him under the water and puts him under to rot there was an air
Starting point is 00:02:44 bubble under it he came to hold on oh my god it gets better he came too sir and guess what what he was around a bunch of rotting wildebeest carcasses so he had to make his way out from under the bubble, go under the water, move all the carcasses out. But is there a bunch of crocodiles just hanging? Like, what the fuck is either? They sure are. Well, I would have taken that carcass of the water buffalo and put it up. You guys go for this.
Starting point is 00:03:15 The things will be so heavy. So that's not happening, isn't it? No, it's not. And if it was, I'd use him as bait. Yeah, you're also injured. You're also all fucked up. That's true. So Homeboy goes, let's see.
Starting point is 00:03:26 I've got a now. Either way. Because it's coming back for me. Yeah, yeah. It's coming back. It's coming back, yeah. It's like the serial killer ran out to 7-Eleven real quick. Now's your time to go, Bubba.
Starting point is 00:03:35 That's right. Yeah. That's fucking right. Now's your time to go. Now, I'm in pitch black in an air bubble, and he goes, I think I'm either in heaven, hell, or I might still be alive. So that'd be hell. That'd be hell.
Starting point is 00:03:48 Yeah. Heaven's not all black with floating carcasses. It's not all black. From what I'm told. From what I'm told. Figure it out. I don't see any cherubs with wings flying around. No babies with wings.
Starting point is 00:03:58 So what I'm going to do is, Now, he's got to do this. He's got to go, I got to get under the water and then I got to swim in the pitch dark. And find my way back to La La Land. It's the pitch dark too? No, it was it was daytime. Okay. Yeah. Not terrible. The thing is that when you break the surface to the water, Mr. Crocodillo goes, hey, I feel something. Oh, hell no. Hell no. Is that a human? He's alive. So you got to swim under the water and try to figure out a way to be, try to figure out a way to be, what's the word, you know, try to figure out a way to float.
Starting point is 00:04:37 But you're playing with house money. You should be dead. You're playing with house money. You're playing with house money. Just take the wrist. Either way, you're dead. If you don't go, he made it. He made it.
Starting point is 00:04:45 He made it. He made it. When Anthony Bourdain, it was nighttime. And Anthony Bordane was on the boat on the Congo River. Now the Congo River is full of what's called giant Nile Crocodiles. And they're everywhere. And hippos. and the, thank you.
Starting point is 00:05:00 And the boat comes and they say to the African guy, you know, you've got to tie the boat. So he had to jump off the boat and get into water. And Anthony goes, is he afraid of crocodiles? And the guy goes, yeah, that's why he was hesitating. And he goes, well, I would be too. Is there a better way to do this? He goes, no, we have to. So he had to jump off the water and get in that wastey water.
Starting point is 00:05:25 Not paying enough. Like at night, black pitchball, not paying enough. Now all this talk about alligators, sir, did you see one alligator in Florida? I saw an alligator out of the water running away from my car. Did we? He was crossing the street. Did we? I heard that there was an alligator across the street.
Starting point is 00:05:47 And no, I actually did see an alligator, not a big one. And he was walking. And when he saw the car, he ran. I tried to get my kid to see it. Was a smaller one? Smaller. seen some big ones yeah i've seen one cost of rican really a huge one oh forget it those are those are american crocodillo yeah but they're also on night quill and shit so they're not that aggressive
Starting point is 00:06:08 fully fed until the homeless guy jumped in there yeah said i want to swim with them and they went oh this is adorable you're in the water now with it they went well this is you you can't push us that's too easy right we're chill but we're not that got to eat you got to eat you ate them are there crocodiles in dominican republic there are crocodiles in the dominican i'm headed there on Thursday, Bubba. They're American. Just don't swim in the lagoons. I'm headed to the DR.
Starting point is 00:06:32 Look that up. Are you? Yeah, head of the DR. Doing commentating for Gamebred FC. That's great. Heavyweight fight. Tell Mosvidal I say hi. I love that guy.
Starting point is 00:06:40 Mazvedal will be there. I'm definitely going to grill him on if he's fighting Conn McGregor on the International Fight week. That would be a very good fight actually. I would enjoy that fight. Right? At 170? They both have a little long layout.
Starting point is 00:06:51 Yeah. Yeah, this is bare knuckle MMMA. Uh-huh. So typically at the UFC, there's about two ambulances. in the back. At Bear Knuckle Gamebred FC, there's probably about six ambulances in the back. Because those guys get pretty
Starting point is 00:07:05 cut. They get down. They get cut. Yeah. So there's a lot of blood. Well, Yuel Romero said to John Jones, he was saying, look, bare knuckle is way better than knees and elbows. And I was like, I don't know. I don't know about that.
Starting point is 00:07:22 What do you want me to look up, Brian? Are there crocodiles in the Dominican Republic? Also, what kind of food? is there in the DR? Yeah. What you would think? Rice and cheese and chicken, you know, rice and beans, chicken. I can get down.
Starting point is 00:07:35 Yes. Yeah. American crocodiles there. Yeah. Yep. Yep. Wow. Lago Enriqueuio is the largest saltwater lake in the Caribbean home.
Starting point is 00:07:51 Yeah, I won't be swimming in any bodies of water unless the resort has a pool. And even that, I'm suspect of it. Mm-hmm. Interesting. Oh, wow. Only 43 adult alligators. It's not a lot. Nah, I'll be all right. Wow. I leave on Thursday, come back.
Starting point is 00:08:11 Wanted to come back Saturday, but Wifey's not having it. You got to come back Sunday. Fights are on Friday. Yeah. I want to get back Saturday for the big UFC and Tigers baseball games. Wifey wants to stay another day. Yes, she does. You'll be there for how long?
Starting point is 00:08:26 I get there Thursday, late afternoon. I leave Sunday morning early, super early. And that's all you can tolerate? That would be two days? Well, well, the first two days I'm working. Oh,
Starting point is 00:08:38 right. Saturday's a free day. Got it. I'll be watching the FC in the hotel room at night, and I leave early as fuck Sunday. Why? I'm glad I make Tiger's game. Tiger's game Saturday Sunday.
Starting point is 00:08:49 So you're bringing Tiger with you, obviously. No, I wish. He has a game Saturday. Oh, so he's staying? He's staying with Grandma and Grandpa. They'll take him to his game. So you and your lady are gone? Yep.
Starting point is 00:08:57 A little romantic getaway. I guess. Papa has to work. Yeah. Okay. You're staying in a nice part of Dominican Republic? That's what I'm told. Ponte cana, where is it?
Starting point is 00:09:09 I just looked it up and said Ovalo de la Feria Canada. Okay. All right. What if I'd say killers on there? They're probably playing. Oh, the band. Oh, thank God. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:24 Well, if the killers are there, it's pretty safe. Yeah, I've spent a lot of time there. It's always tough when you stay on a resort to get authentic food, though, so usually you've got to leave the resort. Like, we can go to Mexico. It's just fucking American food in a nice hotel. There's a bunch of restaurants. Oh, thank you, Chen. You're welcome.
Starting point is 00:09:46 I assume that. Yeah, we'll see how it goes. Out of four and a half. Four and a half stars. Nice catch-up baseball game. It's got some good baseball players in the Dominican. Yeah. I'd like to pick up some things that bring back to the kids here.
Starting point is 00:10:16 Should be nice. Yeah, it should be fun. Heavyweight tournament. You got your boy Anthony Smith, the Lionheart fighting, Chase Sherman, main event. Wow. Diego Santos fighting the co-main event. Yeah, Anthony's been plagued by injuries for a long time. You've just been doing it for a long time.
Starting point is 00:10:33 Yeah, tough. I think he has over 60 fights? Amazing. 60 freaking fights. Oh, you know who I'll be doing the play-by-play with is Jimmy Smith. He's great. You know, Jimmy. No.
Starting point is 00:10:44 You do if you see him. Bellator. Let me see. Bring him up. You know Jimmy Smith. I, B, let's take a little break here because starting something new isn't just hard. It's terrifying. So much work goes into the thing that you're not entirely sure will work out.
Starting point is 00:10:58 It can be hard to make that leap of faith. I think I know what you're talking about. Yeah, dude, trust me. Talking about Shopify. Yeah. Yeah, you're talking about Shopify. And when we started this podcast, dude, we weren't sure what we were doing. We're still really not.

Starting point is 00:13:07 He does, doesn't he? Yeah, he knows. of shit. Yeah, he was I guess started as a wrestler. He was great, and the UFC, the one that brought him on the UFC, and for whatever reason, they let him go. I don't know why. Smart guy. Very smart.
Starting point is 00:13:23 Yeah, one of the best doing it. That's great, dude. Yeah, should be good. Sturdy looking fella. Sturdy looking fella. Jimmy Smith. Should be good. What a, what a thing, man. I was watching the
Starting point is 00:13:40 fights this weekend you watch the fights at all yeah the apex yeah mccona look good yeah he's entertaining Tyson Fier's back this weekend he's fighting um on netflix a russian guy yeah he's a huge favorite huge favorite which it's just like a tune-up fight that's what boxing does right big boy though well they're heavyweights though jesus yeah he's big how big that guy fucking tyson six nine that guy's not much shorter yeesh also another dude from you know somewhere in the mountain caucuses 6-5-2-60 that's a good time that must be fun with the guy knows how to throw it throw his hands he'll have his hands full though with fury man he will won he yeah yeah probably get beat up that looks AI right that's
Starting point is 00:14:37 he looks pretty big a long fella it's on netflixus i don't mind that i've been watching that new season of love on the spectrum. You ever watch that be? I've not. I've not. You know why? It makes me sad. Oh,
Starting point is 00:14:54 it shouldn't though, because it highlights them. Yeah. Really? No. But I feel like you fall in love with them. Do they fall? Do they find love? Oh yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:00 They do. Big time. It's all they want. It's all that like one girl. But they kind of like figure it out together? Yeah. Like you'll see them like their first kiss ever or their first date. Really?
Starting point is 00:15:09 They go on the first date. And the parents will start crying because it's like. Yeah. They didn't think their kid was going to find love. It's interesting. It's not making. fun of them. Some of the stuff they do is hilarious. But what, what, what, what, what, what, what, what, what, um, how autistic are they?
Starting point is 00:15:23 Like, give me an example of what? Oh, there, there's a range of, like, there's some guys who are and gals who are really, like, bad, bad. Like, in what sense? Oh, man. And then there's some who, who, not as bad. Right. There's definitely a range. Like, you see that, see that, see that guy in the middle smiling? Yes, I see that guy. He's the, dude, I wish we had his energy and enthusiasm and positivity. Yeah. He's so positive. He's so positive. He's coming across even this still picture as a lot. Yeah. Then that guy in the right, but he knows his shit.
Starting point is 00:15:55 See, like at the bottom with the long hair. Yeah. His is bad. He's bad? Bad meaning his autism, you know, it's pretty tough. Like so, they're funny, they look normal, but they're just completely socially awkward or what, what is it that that's weird for him? It's just the way he speak. Like, he'll just talk over her for, I mean, she can't get a word out.
Starting point is 00:16:17 And the dad would be like, dude, calm. You can tell the dad's like, calm down, dude. It's excited. Calm down. Yeah. And then they'll be into certain things. Like his thing, they're looking for a house. He's into LED lights.
Starting point is 00:16:29 So if he doesn't have LED lights, he's like, let's get the fuck out of it. Like it's just like LED lights, like medieval. That's his stit, you know? Yeah. And then see that, if you click on the one on the right chin next to that one, her, she just wants to have sex. So she broke up with her boyfriend because he was like, no. like he was super like no i'm not comfortable with this she broke over them she's dating a cop
Starting point is 00:16:53 who's just not autistic what she's just into sex yeah that's her autism yeah i guess so we all she likes to just yeah she was trying to press a little too much that's her yeah huh yeah and are they paired up no no no no no no no i can see him being um Yeah, I can see, I can see him being, it's interesting. He's into medieval stuff. Big time. That makes sense. I can see it with his hair.
Starting point is 00:17:29 There's something about him. Oh, super. And then if you go on the thing level of spectrum there, Chen. This one? That one, yeah, shows him. The guy in the far left, he goes, interesting. He keeps saying, interesting. And then the guy in the middle who looks like the, I'm the captain now guy from that movie,
Starting point is 00:17:49 he has a bad. You mean Captain Phillips? Yeah, he has it bad. But he pulls a pretty, he pulls by far the hottest. Does he? Hotest what? Yeah, but then the season finale that I did decide just be friends. She's not having it.
Starting point is 00:18:04 Because the one on the right is cute. She's kind of cute. She has it pretty bad. A fan, her name's Madeline. Yeah. And, you know, she's been on, I think, all four seasons. So she's shooting something. And a fan goes, Maddie, we love you.
Starting point is 00:18:16 And she gets pissed. She says it's triggering. and fans call her Maddie. Like that set her off. Oh. Like there's certain things that set them off. Is she, now are most of them a little bit overweight or are they, no, it doesn't look like it?
Starting point is 00:18:31 No, not all of them. She's very pretty. Yeah, she's pretty. Yeah. And she has it bad or? Yeah? You can't work with it? No, no, hard for me.
Starting point is 00:18:41 Her boyfriend has, like her boyfriend's on the right. He has it really, really bad. Then the guy on the left, not as bad, you know? It's so interesting. Again, it's a spectrum. It's so interesting. It's a spectrum. What's interesting is how, and I don't know what it is.
Starting point is 00:18:55 I'm sure, you know, some people jump to conclusions with stuff. But it's crazy. Like when I was kid, I looked it up. It was like one in 50 kids with autism. In California now it's one in 20. One in 50 when I was a kid. Now in California it's one in 12. Wow.
Starting point is 00:19:11 Are you sure about that? Pretty sure. Is it that heavy? Bring it up, Jen. Yeah. Because it's a spectrum, I guess. It used to be, I remember, I remember there was a guy I knew as a kid and he goes, nah, my uncle goes,
Starting point is 00:19:23 he's just slow. So, CEC reported 131 U.S. 8-year-old children identified autism, a nearly 300% increase over the last 20 years. Wow. Up from 136. Damn. Why is that? But improved screening better diagnostic criteria
Starting point is 00:19:44 and increased awareness among girls and minority groups. That is one reason too, though, yeah. Yeah, 300%. I have skeptical hippo-wise. Like, that's a big jump. Yeah, that's... I don't think that's screening, because you would know.
Starting point is 00:19:56 We would have been talking about it. We would have been like... It's very strange. Huh. This is, yeah, that's what people are saying... Like, yeah, we just detect it better now. Okay.
Starting point is 00:20:09 So maybe better detection, or maybe we just didn't call them autistic. We used to call them slow. There was always that... They're not slow, right? They're not slow, though. Yeah. They're not slow.
Starting point is 00:20:17 Right. I'm smart as fuck. Yeah. Also, there's a, you know, there's a, there's a spectrum for a reason because some don't have it as bad or so, but like,
Starting point is 00:20:27 some of them are wicked. It's a superpower almost. Yeah. Yeah, the number's just raising because you have better recognition. How to, okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:39 I don't know. These days you never know. I, I, I don't, I'm sure it's fucking not going to figure it out, but something's up. Is there,
Starting point is 00:20:50 is there a chance that parents are having kids later and that increases it. Because parents now... They're old. They're waiting. You had a kid the minute you were out of fucking high school.
Starting point is 00:21:02 When you're your 20s, yeah. And that's when you're supposed to. Now people get married later, having kids later. Yeah, and there's an increased risk of that. And that makes sense. That would make a lot of sense just because...
Starting point is 00:21:14 Let's see. Yes, having children at older age, there's a higher life of being... Yep. That's what I think a lot of it is. It's like you can't... When you're having a baby at 40, that's not good.
Starting point is 00:21:24 That's not good. That's not normal. Even in your late 30s for a woman and a man. Like the older a man is, the more of a risk you have the child being autistic. I figure it'd be the mom. No, so it's both.
Starting point is 00:21:38 It's both. But, yeah. Because back then, you know, back in the day, the average now is the average age is 27. Back in the 70 is 21.
Starting point is 00:21:50 Yeah. Fucking A. Wait, the average age of all mothers given birth is now basically 30. Yeah. For father's first time dad around 31, 32. Wow. That's me.
Starting point is 00:22:02 Dude, I'm a doctor. My favorite meme, I keep going back to it is a guy. A guy, you know, is there and he's just on his laptop and he goes, honey, come back here. I just found something all the top doctors and scientists missed. That's so funny. Do you see that post idea of that guy? He's actually, he's studying physics, I think. If you go to my Instagram chin, he posted it on Diet Coke and Aspartine.
Starting point is 00:22:26 Oh. You see he's like, I'm bringing it down. I have CT breaking down for people with CT. I love it. That's my last post, Jim. This guy's good. There he is. That's great, hon.
Starting point is 00:22:40 Ain't bad. Aspartame caused cancer in rat. Aspartame 2B carcinogen. Scary. Other 2B carcinogen. Alavera, smartphone, pickle vegetable. Safe limit, 50 milligram per kilogram per day. 190 milligram, 130 milligram.
Starting point is 00:23:04 Me weigh 100 kilogram. Need 38 Diet Coke. Real danger need 100 times more. Real danger need 3,800 can diet Coke. Not possible. 38 can, aspiratam, no problem. 38 can caffeine water problem. problem. Danger. No danger. Danger.
Starting point is 00:23:30 Danger. Crazy. Want more? Follow. He's great, right? He's also a stud football player. He is? Yeah. He's great. I love that guy. He's a linebacker. What the fuck. Western you? Oh, he's awesome. That guy's a stud. Look at him. Yeah. He's a stud. What the fuck. Got a piece on him too. Bring up that piece right there. Congratulations on the piece. Yes, weaners hanging out there. You know what I'm saying? I'm loving. this guy playoffs plus master degree oh come on you gotta love this guy gilliam gilliam gilliam i'm following that guy i love this guy gilliam fitness oh he's hilarious it's funny huh i want to congratulate him on everything his look his peace his humor is dead that is great dude and is
Starting point is 00:24:15 what is that team western new i don't know uh it doesn't matter he's d1 in my mind he doesn't he's a d1 player he's an all-star who cares go up to it in what team does he play for western you That's great, though. He's fine. He's fine. He's from Ontario. Oh, nice. He's from Canada.
Starting point is 00:24:35 All right. Or California. Who cares? Let's find out what the... Click on that. Yeah, there we go, Jen. Eight time. I've never heard of them.
Starting point is 00:24:50 I would assume that's Canadian football? Yeah. Yeah. Is it? I don't know. Yeah. Yeah, base in Canada. Either way.
Starting point is 00:25:05 Still a stud. Yep. Hilarious, man. Guinness Masters. Hilarious. Not possible. Bad. Good.
Starting point is 00:25:15 Well, my thing about all of it... You see Mike Perry comment on it? Because thanks for breaking this down, dude. Thanks for posting this. My thing about all of it is whenever all of us talk about most things, including me, whether it's politics, but certainly anything, science or, you know, I don't know anything. And I have a feeling that people that make it their life, they go like this when they hear people like me talk on a podcast or anybody about whether it's anything, you know, vaccines
Starting point is 00:25:41 or supplements or peptides. And the people that really understand the mechanisms of the body, they're all doing this. You know? I bet. And I would do that too. Like, you know, if you hear people talk about fighting, you go, fuck, man. But they've really done, they've, they watch a lot of stuff. Yeah. You know, it's the same thing. Because I told my new vice is Diet Cherry Coke. Oh, I fucking love Dieterico. He put, appreciate, he brought nothing better
Starting point is 00:26:09 than the science back cherry flavored fridge sake. Yeah, I do fucking love him, dude. I love him. That's great, man.
Starting point is 00:26:18 He's great. You're like, when I was getting my hair cut, I was going to the same barber, and they go, oh, you want anything to drink? And I go, oh, you have any Diet Coke's?
Starting point is 00:26:27 And I goes, all the aspartate in that? I just went, oh, oh, yeah, yeah, I guess it's a problem. I said,
Starting point is 00:26:35 I drink them. all the time and I feel fantastic. She goes, huh, wonder what your insides look like in it. Fine. You're not a doctor. You should do this. You just go like this. Do you know what aspirin is?
Starting point is 00:26:49 What is it? Yeah, I know. They'll go, it's an artificial sweetener. I know. Yeah, I know, I know. What does it do? What is it? Now, I'm just going to show him this video.
Starting point is 00:26:57 I'd have to drink, what do you say? 2,900? Explaining aspirin. He was not possible. Who is both of us? Me and him. Oh, that's what he said. saying oh that's well not well you just sit posing for everybody i just posted it oh okay i got you
Starting point is 00:27:11 oh i'm sorry that's your thing yeah it's so funny he's so funny but we both have ct so good yeah no there's no science behind it people want to run with that yep they see some people in comments see how much you die coke paying you to post this look the biggest thing it's just science the biggest thing we dealt with was three mile island when the meltdown happened and we're like that that literally was jane fonda and all those people said no more nuclear energy. Okay? Well, the fact that we don't have nuclear power plants, which could contribute to so many of our energy needs without having to burn fossil fuels, et cetera. And it's got no runoff. No attention. And we're like, no, and we still haven't gotten over it. It's like, what if we
Starting point is 00:27:53 have a meltdown? Well, three mile island, the guy got on like three days later and said, let me explain to you why this wasn't going to melt down. Let me explain to you all the safety, but nobody wants to see that stuff. Well, but it's also our attention span. Again, I keep bringing it up because there's been no justice. They had Nancy Guthrie that just went missing. And there's not, like on CNN and Fox, it was literally 24-hour news, 20 nonstop. I couldn't get enough of it.
Starting point is 00:28:19 And then it's just like, okay, there's no update. I'll do you one better. Remember the whole USAID with all the waste? Remember all that? Yeah. Oh, they're paying this waste and Doge is going to get in there. We're going to find it all. Okay.
Starting point is 00:28:33 Now watch. We're going to find all the fraud. Okay. Most of the cases they were citing, like for example, that there was a trans play or something. That was a State Department program. It wasn't USAID. My friend works for USAID. She makes no money.
Starting point is 00:28:47 She's been a civil servant for 20 years, just trying to make the world a better place. She and her friends work at USAID. None of them make money. They dedicate their lives to just trying to make the world a better place in so many different ways. So when they gutted USAID looking for all that fraud, and in Elon, was like, oops, and just left, where's all the fraud? What it did do, the Lancet Journal, which is the most respected medical journal. They definitely got some fraud.
Starting point is 00:29:13 Came out and said tiny bit, tiny bit, but it was already being investigated, blah. And at the end of the day, there was like, oh, wait, they just stopped all that. And the Lancets came out and said, when you guys gutted this thing, it could lead to 14 million premature deaths. Because there's so much that USAID did. Again, people on the ground who don't make any money, risk their lives, die doing it. and they're just trying to make the world a better place. And there are so many things that they were trying to do that actually affect Americans.
Starting point is 00:29:41 But you'd have to get into it. But this is what happens when all of us have an opinion, we jump to something. And it catches fire. It's a problem. There's no update on this, Jen? No. I love how all your search history is the Cyberbeast truck now.
Starting point is 00:29:53 Just offered you parts of a shot. Yeah, that's what happens. That's mine. And it's tempting, man. They know your algorithm. Yeah. See those wheels on that Cyberbeast there, too? I'd like something like that on yours.
Starting point is 00:30:07 This right here? Yeah. That's like, that's the only aftermarket rule. Like, there's not many really available right now. But, yeah, they're saying cryptocurrency is their closest thing, but that's. It's on trackable. No, it is like the, every transaction is somewhat trackable, but I don't know how else. You can do it.
Starting point is 00:30:27 How old is this article? This is the newest one I saw six hours ago. Yeah, there's still nothing. April 4th, so a couple days ago. And then something would come out and people were like, all right. What was it? You know? They give you an update and people are like, what?
Starting point is 00:30:44 It made no sense why it became a humongous thing and then just disappeared. So I do believe there's something weird. I told you. It was like a distraction Trojan horse from all the shit going on. Yeah. And I guess they've just, there's no. That's the end of that. She's just gone.
Starting point is 00:30:59 Gone. This guy just took her and that's it. Who knows? Multiple guys. We don't know. They probably took her to Mexico or something. they're saying it could be a problem because if illegals did it and then we're going through all this shit midterms they don't want that coming out so they're doing everything you can't define her but Jesus
Starting point is 00:31:21 I mean I don't know what to say about that so Savannah went back on TV that's a nightmare man she's back on TV yeah but that's got to be the weird part right going back on TV after that yeah the whole thing is so weird so weird but a lot of stuff has happened since this happened right what i mean the iran still oh you're the war yeah steen files no i mean americans don't have uh americans don't have an attention span and nobody does but but also but the thing is too what do you want americans to do it's like yeah it's terrible how many people are dying over well we don't know what to do about anything well because there's also nothing we can do yeah that's what
Starting point is 00:32:07 like you assume the fbi i's going to figure out like what there's okay well if they can't figure out we assume they're doing their job and there's nothing leaned to it, we move on that there's just bigger, unfortunately, if it's not your family, there's bigger fish to fry. Wait, what's going on Palestine? What's going on in Ukraine? What's going on Iran? That's what they do. They go, I know you guys hate us right now, but like what's going on in Gaza? It's like the people, the far right, like Ben-Gavir and Smotrich and those guys who basically want to clean out Gaza and build it into a Jewish, you know, an Israeli part of the country. They know, they know. They know, that most people will lose their attention.
Starting point is 00:32:44 They'll lose interest. They'll forget. And they just wait it out. Well, because then also, people also have their own lives. Like getting their kids to school or kids have an issue in school or sports. It's like, that's how my life is. You got to get going. I can't stop and be sad about the current war we're in.
Starting point is 00:33:03 I got too much shit going on. I got bills. You got your own shit. Literally. Now, if you were in Palestine or you're in Iran, it's obviously a different situation. different situations. But for Americans, just like, oh, man, we should even be in this. And then we're back, oh, I get, get my kid here. I get, I was thinking about how different the reality is. Like, so if I say how you doing, you're like, ah, it's tough, you know, because thing that, but like, there are parts
Starting point is 00:33:25 the world where I go, how are you doing? And you go, how am I doing? My whole family was killed by a bomb. How are you doing? Yeah. Or, or. Then you go, are you doing less terrible today? Is that, is that a possibility? Or they like, oh, we're just trying to get through today. We're trying to find bread to feed my three kids. Literally. Literally. Literally. really bread. We're just taking it today. I can't get water. I can't get clean water. Yeah, but I mean, I'm trying to get to the relief center, but they're shooting at us or whatever. That's the reality of a lot of people in the world. Yeah, man. I was thinking about that. It's like, yeah, but it's just, if you're on the business side of the American military,
Starting point is 00:34:03 like for us, when we see the jets, we're like, woo-hoo, look at us bad. If you were on the receiving side of that, you'd be like, holy fucking shit, I got to, I guess I'll start praying. I guess I'll start praying. That's literally what you have to do. You have to be like and then we're like, hey, they're fanatics. It's like, well, what do you want them to do? I'd be on my knees too. Fuck. Do you do anything for Easter, Chin? Just worked on the truck. Yeah. Like I told you a little, you know, just installing little little things. You love it in your truck, dude. What do you think, Brian? I mean, it's the best, right? I love it. Yeah, yeah. Dude, he went from a Prius to that beat. Because he had to give me a ride,
Starting point is 00:34:39 I dropped my truck off for some work this morning. So I asked Chin to pick me up. He picked me up. it. I said, God, what a come up from his Prius to this. Did you give it a little drive-y-drive? No. I know. We should do that eventually. See you can check it out. Yeah. Because he's got some kick to it, right? Yeah. But then mine's like set like normal, but you can do, there's a setting where it goes even faster. Chairman. Also got the Cyber Beast. No, no, I got the, I got the premium Cyre Beast is the upper upper upper-oh. Oh, got you. Yeah. Premium cyber. And reasonable price, right? Right now. I mean, I got it luckily at like a bunch of different sales stuff, but... Did you get a secondhand or did you get it? No, no, it's brand new. Wow. Yeah. But for 10 days,
Starting point is 00:35:16 they were selling a cyber truck base for 59,000. Wow. But it was only for 10 days and people, yeah, snatch that up. Let me take a piss real quick. Snatch that bad boy up. Now, Brennan, I'm going to tell you a couple things. I got two quality products from true work. I got a pair of pants. I got a jacket. I love those pants. When I put them on, they're good pants, right? I wore the pants on stage at the Vulcan. When I did the Goldenauer. Yeah, I love them. They're great.
Starting point is 00:35:44 They're great. Everything about this company and the quality is top notch. It's just top notch. And I can't say enough about it. And they basically came along and said, look, most outdoor stuff is like burlap cotton. It gets super heavy when it's wet. This is performance materials that's super comfortable, but also very durable. Yeah, I think we got the T2 work pant.
Starting point is 00:36:07 That's what we have. I love it. I love it. Yeah, the khaki ones. It's truly. a great company if you work outside, you know, and work doesn't stop just because the weather changes, right? You upgrade to the T2 Work pants, which is what we're talking about, stay comfortable,
Starting point is 00:36:22 no matter what the day brings, get 15% off your first order at True Work, and that's true work as in W-E-R-K as in T-R-K as in T-W-E-R-K as in T-R-K-R-K-K-com, code fighter. It's great clothing. True work. Built like it matters because it does. Did you look up the Hummerton? I did.
Starting point is 00:36:48 It's still crazy? It's still crazy. I know there was a while there where they were, look at the use. These are used and it's still 72,000. Wow. It's so expensive. 24,000 miles.
Starting point is 00:36:59 But look at 72. How much do you pay for yours? Oh, that's a hammer. Your brand news, what? No, it's 79, but then all the taxes and everything else. I don't know. It comes out to like, it comes out to a lot. Well, that's 72.
Starting point is 00:37:10 I mean, it's $9.25. basically brand nine thousand miles yes it's no uh this one's a h one no you don't want that no i don't that's my style but chin wouldn't want that and this one's he used are those electric 120 000 okay yeah but that one's like a souped up one that's a so flow those are those are i mean paying like 70 something thousand for something used to me is just already like that's just too much they're they look pretty badass though yeah they're cool yeah this one does look freaking dope that's so flow so they they add a all that extra stuff.
Starting point is 00:37:44 Damn. That's nice. That looks badass. Yeah, it's 120 fucking grand. Damn. Used. It has a slant back like mine. Shane,
Starting point is 00:37:51 if you got that and we put our side by side. Oh, dude, if I could, I would totally get this, but that's just too much. I mean, if you would have got one, I'd probably could get your parts. That's a beautiful truck. No, too much.
Starting point is 00:38:04 Damn. They're cool. They look good, huh? Those are the electric. Why wouldn't they offer that with a gas engine or diesel engine? I don't know. Do you hate it?
Starting point is 00:38:13 Do you hate money, Chevy? Do you hate money, GMC? It's a great look. Why not make the option? God. Give people an option. Agreed. This is fucking sick, man.
Starting point is 00:38:22 That's basically an update version of mine. That's a badass truck. Yeah. All right. What do you got to? The Strike Force edition. That's a cool name too. Well, I'm a strike force kind of guy.
Starting point is 00:38:33 Yeah. That could be you, B. I think so, buddy. Oh, about fucking Kanye West. Two sold out shows, 80,000. They said he made, what, 13 million dollars per show? I bet.
Starting point is 00:38:46 33 mil. Come back kid. Well, there's no doubt that he's crazy but talented as it gets. Yeah, but remember everyone's like, oh, he's canceled, all this stuff and the Nazi stuff. You don't remember, most people,
Starting point is 00:39:00 if you're a Kanye fan, they're like, yeah,'s crazy, we don't take that serious, we just want the music. Okay, but here's the thing. Sponsors, Pepsi, the big corporations go, we're out. No.
Starting point is 00:39:12 And that can be an issue. Nope. No, they did. That said they're out. Coke went, we're in. Coca-Cola. Hold on. Let me see.
Starting point is 00:39:19 I'll send you this article, Chin. I think that's not so. Well, Pepsi did pull out, they said. Sponsors pull out a festival headlined by Yeh on the heels of sold out SoFi Stadium. Major sponsors have pulled out of a music festival in England said to be a headline. That's not his shows, B. Okay. That's a, you're talking about a festival.
Starting point is 00:39:41 Well, he's headlined. And that's in the UK, but that's not his shows. Yeah. His shows at SoFi, he made $33 million. Yeah. No, he's in ticket sales. Yes. Yes.
Starting point is 00:39:55 But I think a lot of those companies are like, we've got to get out of here. But who cares? Well, it is money. I think the real money is in the sponsors. I don't know. No, it's a merch and ticket sales, especially for a guy like that.
Starting point is 00:40:10 Huh. Well, he's making, he's not going to be in the unemployment line for a long. Yeah, I mean, you're right about like the fact that when he's in town, people are going to go see him. This is a comeback story then. Who gives a fuck about the brands being scared to work with him? He's crushing. So PayPal will no longer allow it's branding. Pepsi, Diageo.
Starting point is 00:40:29 Yeah, there are a lot of, lockstar. There are a lot of, it's significant, but he can still make a lot of money for himself, right? That does suck for the other bands and people that. Should be getting money from the sponsors. What happens is one person goes, the amount of pressure for all of them to pull is what happens. I think we're missing the point here. So, yeah, brands, of course,
Starting point is 00:40:58 is scared of the backlash pulled out. Kanye West, after being canceled, sold out two SoFi Stadium shows. Oh, yeah, people don't care. And also, it's the most tickets sold in a long. All the brands were still present on the festival's website. Budweiser beat, box and drip. See, you guys keep going the festival. Kanye West by himself.
Starting point is 00:41:22 Yeah. Not the festival. This was a different thing. Kanye West by himself sold out SOFi twice. Yeah. Twice. No, I mean, look. And then Billy Olish goes, cancel culture only affects, you know, females.
Starting point is 00:41:36 Hey, bitch, Kanye lost billions of dollars. Yeah. But also, you have to also. So you have to also understand that there are a lot of people that agree with Kanye. No, I don't think it's that. No, no, no. I don't think it's that, especially in America. I don't think people are looking at Kanye for his personal views on the Jews.
Starting point is 00:41:54 They just want to hear him. No, he's brilliant. You don't give a fuck. I was watching him when he was younger and he was spitting these bars, as they say. That makes you feel sick when you say that. I know, he was spit to bars. Was he good, Brian? He was spitting.
Starting point is 00:42:06 No shit, dude. But it was like, you listen to him and you're like, oh my God. And so was Mo's Def and all the other people around him. They were like, Jesus. Like, he was so undeniably successful. He still is. Yeah, so he's not talented. People say that went to a show, like, it's never been better.
Starting point is 00:42:22 Yeah, I'm sure. I'm sure he's, you know. Again, I don't, I think, people that go aren't pro-Nazi or anti-Jew. They're like, we don't get a fuck about any of that stuff. I think what they say is they go, he's a little crazy, right? Like, he's crazy. He has these moments.
Starting point is 00:42:37 He has these, like, episodes. and he'll just say some crazy shit and then be like, I didn't mean it. And you're dealing with like he's a little bit, he's a little bit nuts. He's a genius and geniuses sometimes can be a little nuts. So here's what's crazy. Yay snagged more than 18 million in ticket sales during his first Friday concert alone, making it one of the highest gross and single shows in the history of live music. Yeah, well.
Starting point is 00:43:01 And everyone that went to the show said it's like one of the best concerts they've ever seen. Yeah. So now it's like, did the other venues or just like, all right. Well, what happens with a lot of venues is they start to go, damn, there's a lot of money to be made on that.
Starting point is 00:43:17 You know, it's like, you're going to get some pushback a little bit, but. Well, you'll get pushback because the pushback is much, well, the pushback is layered, right? So let me give you an example. I know a company that they reached out to a company and they wanted to work with this company. And the company was like,
Starting point is 00:43:37 damn. I mean, let me think about it. And then the company got a call and said, and the call was something to the effect of... This is regarding Kanye West? Yeah. And the company was the said, said, the call said this, hey, company, if you work with Kanye West, just know this. You won't get a loan. You won't get a loan. You won't find a bank that'll give you a loan. And that, that's, That is real when you're a company because you need access to capital. So there are a lot of those things that go on behind the scenes. Now, how long will that be? How long will that last when you make that much money?
Starting point is 00:44:19 When you're that popular? You know, there are a lot of people also that go, hold on, guys, there's a lot of money to be made here for this partnership. And it all comes down to us the juice worth the squeeze. Especially when he says, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to, you know, and all that. They go, oh, he had an episode. He had a, he had a, if you're that talented, people will make a lot of excuses for you, right? A lot.
Starting point is 00:44:42 Yeah. Yeah, it's weird to kind of silence him. That's like, well, let's leave it up to the public. Oh, he sold how many tickets in two shows? Okay. That's what they want to do. Well, it's not weird to silence him in the sense that when you do something as offensive as sell swastikas, when you do something and you write a song that says Heil Hitler.
Starting point is 00:45:04 That was wild. Anyone who understands history goes, wow, you're an asshole. I found it very offensive personally. I was like, you're an asshole. And then he says, well, it was my bipolar medication that a Jewish doctor prescribed to me. Huh. So your bipolar medication makes you a Nazi.
Starting point is 00:45:24 Okay, fine. Now, what I'll do here is this. I'll say Kanye is a little crazy. He literally is bipolar. And sometimes bipolar people do things that are, downright self-destructive and actually crazy, which will make them look like an asshole. I can afford him that grace. I still think when you do stuff like that, there are a lot of people who, especially Jewish
Starting point is 00:45:49 people, who recognize those things and think of that as a major threat to their existence. They're going to mobilize what they can. They're going to go, you want to do that? Watch this. Yeah. Take away all his venues and stuff. When Mickey York got a, I believe, I saw this. Yeah, but also remember Kanye too, like my thing with all this, like, you know, Louis C.K. is back on Netflix.
Starting point is 00:46:13 Is he? He's part of the Netflix. He has a show at the Hollywood Bowl. Right. Lucy Kay's back, yeah. I love that. Lucy Kay back. With Kanye, it's like, granted, it hasn't been that much time past, but the repercussions, he lost billions of dollars. 100%.
Starting point is 00:46:29 So the whole easy thing. He lost, Adidas, he lost all of it. he lost billions of dollars. So did he do his time? For Louis CK., did he do his time? Like, do we just vote them off the island? Do you know what they came to Mel Gibson said? Do you know what happened to Mel Gibson?
Starting point is 00:46:48 Tell you a story. Look. Wow. Good for him. Good for him. I love that. It's just a little bit of bad time because Kanye is back and Louis CK. So then the people who wanted the cancel culture are really upset.
Starting point is 00:47:01 Yeah, but Louis CK was like part of the, the madness. It's like, I don't condone what he did, but he wasn't, you can't lump him in with Harvey, you know, Weinstein.
Starting point is 00:47:13 No, because he, no. Because you're talking about rape and like horrible shit. He just, he got lumped into all that shit. Everybody did. Which was terrible,
Starting point is 00:47:20 yeah. Yeah. It was like a mud, mud slide. Weinstein was actually went to jail. Really bad person, yeah. Oh yeah,
Starting point is 00:47:26 but you can get accused of, somebody can accuse you and say you did something 23 years ago. I know, I know, but what I'm saying is like, Yeah, but now, Lucy K could have packed it up, shut down, kept talking about it, being negative, shitty on podcast, shitty and stand up, or he went, I'm just going keep on keeping on.
Starting point is 00:47:44 Just kept putting out dope con, kept with it, kept with it, kept with it. Yeah, he's on Netflix. He's undeniable, and I'm so glad he is. I think he's great, you know, and I think he paid his price too. So. cleaning annual checkups, honestly. Any kind of doctor's appointment, that's us, dude. Well, first of all, trying to find a good doctor, right?

Dude, I just got a dentist. I have to do so much work. But for years, I've said, I had a workout. It's fine for years.

Starting point is 00:50:15 terms and conditions apply. See Marathonrewards.com for details. Yeah, these people that are upset, it's like, hold on, where do you, how much you want the guy to suffer? Should you lose all this money in a house? There are certain, I remember this in Hollywood. There were certain actors that, like,
Starting point is 00:50:30 well, Mickey Rourke at one point and also Val Kilmer. And there were a couple of there. I remember a number of other actors. And what would happen was they would become difficult to work with and they would threaten some producer, right? And you know what would happen? The producer would smile and go, no problem, I'm sorry. And then what would happen was there was a whisper network.
Starting point is 00:50:55 And that person would just not work. No, well, they don't want to do it. That's different. With Mel Gibson, because Mel Gibson was such a moneymaker, Mel Gibson went on his tirade, his anti-Semitic rant and all that stuff. Sugar tits. They sat him down and said, listen, you're going to take a seat for 10 years. Do we believe this story?
Starting point is 00:51:22 I know the story. 10 years? Mel Gibson's like, get the fuck out of here. Oh. 10 years? Well, why don't you go ahead and look at when he started working again? So talk to him about it. He couldn't get financing probably.
Starting point is 00:51:36 Huh? He probably couldn't get financing for any of his movies. Hey, look at me. Ten years, he was told, you're going to take a seat for ten years, okay? Because what happens is, Bubba, his agents and all those people,
Starting point is 00:51:50 they know how the business works, and they go, you're going to take a seat for ten years. And ten years to the day, practically, he came back and did some stuff. After 11 years. this one says no against second act yes but not yes but remember it was it wasn't until he was doing the big things right second act 11 years after holly dude apocalyptic was fucking great that was
Starting point is 00:52:15 after so when was when was 2006 there you go wait he released apocalyptic shortly after his du i arrest in rann 2006 to 2016 that was when he was allowed to direct something called hacksaw ridge really hacksaw ridge and then isn't he doing another passion of the Christ? Yeah, sorry? Isn't he doing another passion on the Christ? He was trying. He was trying to, but it didn't really work out.
Starting point is 00:52:44 By the way, bring up Edge of Darkness. I want to see who financed that. He got some independent financing. And, you know, because people were like, I can still make money on him overseas, so they waited four years. He's also really good. Yeah. He's great.
Starting point is 00:53:03 Yeah, G.K. Films. See what I'm saying? thing BBC it was like a kind of these shell affiliates although it was Warner Brothers yeah he got put out distribution Warner Brothers uh yeah he got put on ice for a little bit yeah Luis K put on ice yeah yeah I think Kanye's demo is a little different yeah and I'm my like he did work 2010 Mel Gibson yeah in 2011 yeah but there was a but but really it wasn't until 2016. Sure. But he got, he got, no one set him down. In 10 years, it's not big, it's a twice. You know what it is a fun story. And I wanted to give it to you, but I went, that's not
Starting point is 00:53:45 really. That's not, that. But it kind of is because he did these, so these are small independence, kind of off the side. Well, yeah, you got test the water. But what is six? I know, it's not that independent. It's a big moot, but here's the thing. They said, don't do that again. Give him a stern warning. Although that is a four-year layoff, right? And then you got four years, and then you got another, you star in a movie in 2011, and then total silence until 2016. But I did talk to him about it. I had dinner with him.
Starting point is 00:54:15 Yeah, but he said, he went through, he went through career death. Yeah. Reputation destruction and then came back. Sure. So. Yeah. I don't think he's ever really been back, though, has he? After 2016, Haxar Ridge was a big deal.
Starting point is 00:54:29 Hacksaw Ridge was a big movie. Big movie. That was 10 years. Melgums got second act of 11 years after Hollywood. But 11 years after Hollywood ostracized him. Daddy's home, too, is the one of the big one of the big one. Yeah, all right. He's also a lot older, though, too.
Starting point is 00:54:44 He is. Like, he's not going to be doing fucking, you know. Although, that's a long time, isn't it? It's a long time. It wasn't long ago that Madison, Gibson would start, consider toxic. Starting in 2006, when the police report from the infamous arrest late, having stopped launching a rant. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:04 He did call her sugar. hits. Yep. I got the, I got worse, it got worse four years later after studio audio emerged of him threatening his ex-girlfriend Oksana, right, with sexual violence, and peppered that call with racism invective. That's right. He tried to make a comeback with the 2013 B movie sequel machete kills, but that bombed at the box office in part because many distributors didn't want to touch a project with Gibson attached. And I remember, I'll keep going, there were a number of countries where the CEOs of the companies were so upset with whatever he said, whether it was, was about women or Jews, they would just refuse the movie.
Starting point is 00:55:39 And that's what Machete Kills producers, Sergei Rezlov, said to the Wall Street Journal. Bring this up, keep going. So this is what happened. That changed last year after Haxar Ridge with Mixing Gibson, Gibson, yeah. Finance through independent foreign funding, though, right? Open a great acclaim. So he still had to get independent foreign funding. Dude, he earned an Oscar for that.
Starting point is 00:56:03 Yeah. He's back. but do you see what I'm saying? It was a best picture nomination, but he had to still get it financed by someone overseas. So what they did say to him, they did say, they sat him down and you go, you're going to take a 10-year,
Starting point is 00:56:19 it's going to be a 10-year sit-down, which is exactly what happened. It was really 11 years. Before he was able to get that mainstream money, right? Because the corporate money is what drives up. The old ways of you getting money, are no longer there with him it's interesting too i mean obviously working is passion but you're in discipline him bring up uh mel gipson's net worth you know it's like oh no do i have to chill and write
Starting point is 00:56:46 scripts for 10 years on my beachfront property in malibu oh no uh 425 million more than i thought yeah so hey hey you want to talk about a talented motherfucker oh no you want to talk about an incredibly talented guy oh my and by the way he's 60 with a 20 28 year old smoke show wife that he had another kid with. They're not together anymore. All right. You can't work for the next 10 years. We're going to force you to sit and write in your Malibu beachfront property.
Starting point is 00:57:15 He had, I think he had major problems with alcohol. Oh, yeah. Sober now. And I've spent a little time with him, and he's an absolutely just an amazing guy. But he had, I think he had those demons.
Starting point is 00:57:28 And I think when he would get drunk, shit would come out, right? He can't be calling people sugar, it. That's your main thing sugar taste. But having said all that, you know, it is true that, you know, you go through a long cooling off period. How long has it been for Louis, right?
Starting point is 00:57:43 It's been nine years since it happened. But he never stopped working. Nine years for mainstream to accept him. Yeah. He has louis-k.com. He put out specials. He's always put out specials. They said, the good news is, bad news is you've got a million dollars left.
Starting point is 00:57:57 Yeah. Right? But then, and then he was doing, remember, I had him on chobbing friends at the improv and there's protesters there. What? Yeah. I didn't know that. Oh, yeah. But, I mean, the moral of story is like big networks before you thought they were shun for life, no. They come around. And by the way, Will Ferrell, you know, a lot of town, like he's incredibly popular and loved. And then he worked with Mel Gibson right after it. So that's why it takes, like, one of the guys to put a hand down, be like, all right, man, you've served your time. And then they help him out. Well, is Kevin Spacey working a lot right now? No, but his show was weird too, right? I think he said he's been working a lot. I'll tell you who never made it come back, really.
Starting point is 00:58:44 James Franco. Yes, Kevin's still acting. In the founding projects, films. Well, I bet you you Kevin Spacey had a real discount guy right now. He's so talented. Who? Spacney. The guy we're talking about, Bubba.
Starting point is 00:58:57 Oh, yeah. He's so talented? I know. Yep. Still struggling in support from major Hollywood Studios. Still Hollywood Studios. are still shy about it. I forgot what he did exactly, but. And you got people like Sharon Stone Leon Easton saying bring him back. He didn't he got an issue with a younger kid in a bar. Didn't he put
Starting point is 00:59:24 his like thumb up his butter? There was a lot of stuff. Nine, well he acquitted. Completely fucking acquitted of everything. Nine sexual offenses. That's a lot. So, so, okay, so he was acquitted of everything in a court of law. What else do you want from him? Hold on. Let's see. All those were dropped though, Chin. Yeah, I'm just seeing if there's any that were not But it seems like they were, right? Settled before civil trial But that to me is always tricky to when they settle
Starting point is 00:59:58 It's kind of like, I don't want to deal with this And then the guys are looking for money too Yeah, real victims aren't going to settle No Typically not Yeah, so I don't know with him Maybe he's also someone that just hasn't been trying To put himself out there
Starting point is 01:00:13 Well, he just keeps going All right, what else you got, Jen? um let's go hold on there's a bunch here let's go with this one tim dylan talking about uh the whole amy polar scam thing oh you know how you got caught in the amy polar podcast scam the fake podcast you know you thought you were going on it about your special i had to get a side left early too hey man i got you going amy polo i was i was i bought my ticket yeah man i'm i'm i'm flying back home we're going to do it there I bought my ticket, dude.

Starting point is 01:02:01 My name is Julia, and I handle guest booking for Amy Polar, host of the Good Hang podcast. On the show, Amy has real heartfelt conversations with people who are making a meaningful impact through their work and life. We would love to invite you to join her for an upcoming episode. Our listeners truly value honesty, growth, and authentic perspectives, and your voice as a comedian and podcast. with a sharp take on culture in modern life would make for an engaging and memorable conversation. We also offer competitive compensation in recognition of your time and participation. The whole thing is there. They have the logo with the show. It looks like a real episode, right?
Starting point is 01:02:40 So then I call my manager, because I have the same manager as Amy Poehler. I said, do you think Amy Poehler wants me on her show? And he goes, oh, I don't think so. And immediately, because it's cool, by the way, of course! He goes, this is a scam email that's been going out to a bunch of people, and so many people are angry because they think they're booked on Amy Polar's show. And he goes, does it say anything about compensation? And we get the email up. We go, yeah, yeah, yeah. We also offer competitive compensation in recognition of your time of participation.
Starting point is 01:03:11 He goes, the next email is you send your bank info. I didn't get that. This is being emailed to people that are so excited to get booked on this show who haven't worked in years. I haven't talked to her in a long time. And they're telling your families. You know, your father got booked on Amy Pollard's podcast today. Like the mother is saying that.
Starting point is 01:03:32 Like, you're all having dinner and Encino. And the mother's going, you know, your father. Not only just did a guest starring Rollin the Pit, okay? It was on the gurney. He now, he's, Amy Pollard just reached out. And the kids are like, whoa, dad, that's fucking awesome. The only thing is, you know, I met him a years ago. And we had a nice little conversation.
Starting point is 01:03:52 He's what he's talking about. I cannot believe that she has followed me and watched me on the show. I went on vacation. And the wife says to him, I told, did I not tell you that something was going to happen out of nowhere? And you were going to kind of get back into this thing. So then they sent him to follow up email. We'll put in your bank information. Three days later, they're sitting in Encino having dinner again.
Starting point is 01:04:15 And the kids are there. And the kids are like, mom and dad. Dad, what's wrong? And then the mother goes, well, apparently the Amy Polar podcast email your father got was a scam. And your father put our bank account information in. A lot of the money out of our bank was cleared out. They've frozen our accounts and we're having real issues right now. Tim Dillon almost got scams.
Starting point is 01:04:40 You're not the only one then, bro. I didn't get my, I didn't get my. Because when did you realize it was fake when they were like, I got on the phone with the guy. because the guy had to reconfigure my computer because we were going to do it. He gave access to the screen. I go, wait, we're not doing it in person. He goes, no, no, you do it on the camera. I was like, oh, on Zoom.
Starting point is 01:04:57 All right. So he goes, so we'll get on Facebook. And I don't know, I don't do this. He goes, all right, well, get on. So he's on it, but he's got this accent. And I'm like, where are you from? And finally, I go, wait, do you know Amy? And then I was like, oh, fuck.
Starting point is 01:05:09 Gotcha. And I go, I got to go. And I got, but I had already configured my, and they, I got on the cybersecurity guy. He got us now you're fine. There's a lot of scamming going on. Like I need this tune to delete my truck. And I found this guy online. And he's like, yeah, it's this much to send him my Venmo.
Starting point is 01:05:25 And send me a picture of him driving a similar truck to mine. He's like, just tune this one, man. Good to go. And I go, okay. And I was going to send this money Venmo. And I thought, I don't know this guy. What if it's just all a fucking scam? This would be a good one too.
Starting point is 01:05:42 So I go, send me your email. so I can, so you can just email me the tune, but my email blocks, like, you know, unknown email, send me your email, see, you know, then I can track his email, I'll send to Jay and do the whole rundown. So he sends his email, it was real, but I sent him the money before and then after the fact it went, oh, shit, what if this is a scam? Because there's a lot of that on Facebook. Was it or was it?
Starting point is 01:06:05 No, it was legit. Yeah, he shipped it out this morning, sent me tracking everything. But I was like, I could have been hustled so easily. Yeah. It'd be a weird hustle to do tune. I told you. I tell you the guy who calls me from Jamaica and tells me that I won a certain amount of money. Give him shit.
Starting point is 01:06:20 No, no. Because you want money, but you have to pay the taxes. Yeah. I go, well, what are the taxes? And he goes, it's $3, $3,200. And I go, and then how much do I get? He goes, $68,000. I go, you're going to send me $68,000 if I send you $32,000.
Starting point is 01:06:34 He goes, yeah, $3,200. He goes, yes. I said, wait, wait, wait, okay, where do I do this? How do I do this? And I was, like, excited. He goes, just Western Union. I go, where? and he goes, okay, so in Jamaica, whatever it is, or he gives me, and I'm like, oh my God, okay, okay, okay, okay, I'm gonna send it.
Starting point is 01:06:50 And I, and I just kept calling, and I go, did you get it? Did you get it? He goes, no, where did you send it? I go, I sent it to the Jamaica. He goes, where? I go, I don't know, in Latigo Bay or whatever. He goes, okay, can you send it, try to send it to, I just kept fucking making it go to different places, but I was like, I was like, this is, why are you not getting it? I want the money. Is there a time limit? He goes, there is a time limit. He goes, what do I have to do? Just tell me what I'll do, and I'll just send it to you. And I just kept it.
Starting point is 01:07:18 And finally, finally he just didn't there. I go, it's not there? And he goes, no, I go, well, can I send you nudes? In exchange? I got so mad at me. Bom, my God, mother. You're to waste their fucking time. I loved it.
Starting point is 01:07:31 I kept them going for a whole day. What's this, Jim? So this is Jake Paul on Theos podcast. And this is him talking about possibly doing something. thing with essentially black face because Drewski is kind of like doing the white face thing but I'll let them explain.
Starting point is 01:07:50 Excuse something because I've been over the last couple of days calling makeup artists and I was going to do a response to this and like go and do like the full on darker. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:10 And do it and just do it back because why not? Yeah. Like, are we on the same playing field? Like, I think if you, if there's a way to do it, oh, this thing you name well, even this sentence. But if there's a way to do it, I've been here many times.
Starting point is 01:08:26 If there's a way to do it, I think, yeah, I think there needs to be some black support for the character, I think. Like I'm saying, like, say if Drusky or. I'm trying to think of somebody else. Charles Barkley. Charles Barkley. If you've got one of those guys to be like, hey, Theo, I want you to do this skit with me, let's do this.
Starting point is 01:08:54 But still, that's pussy now. You think it is? Yeah. To me, there's a level of, like, doesn't that make us more, like, prejudice? Oh, like more prejudice? That makes us, if we have to partner with. someone. Drewski just dropped this and he's done it a couple of times
Starting point is 01:09:19 exactly. I fucking love it. This is great. This is how humans should be. I agree. We should fucking make fun of each other and I don't see in color. I see in truth and comedy. So like what are we talking about? So you're saying that. What era are we living in? Dude Justin Trudeau didn't he's freaking dating Katie Perry. You see that Justin Trudeau? The mayor
Starting point is 01:09:43 of the freaking Canada. I was just with him. I was just with them. No, you were not. Yeah, at the JP Morgan Summit. He was B-faced and look at him right there in the middle. Look at the one in the head in the middle. He got caught for this before. Yeah, look how dark he went. I mean, he went. But to be fair, that picture's in black and white,
Starting point is 01:10:00 so he can't tell how darky went. But that's fair. That's kind of fair. What about Jimmy Kimmel when he was blacking around over there? Bring that up. Hey, hey, hey, look at him. black and I mean look at that even the cross-ey-sized that's Jimmy Kimmel yeah that's not Shaq that ain't fuck is Shaq dude I want to ask it was Jimmy Kimmel pretend to be Carl Malone
Starting point is 01:10:27 I don't know the problem is with Jake Paul he could probably pulled off especially as the team like the riders he if anyone's going to do it but like he's not at the talent level of drusky yeah with a comedy and hitting it I could make it funny or something I don't know I mean the idea it's it's dicey territory but I see what they're saying. It shouldn't be. There's a history of blackface, I understand, with minstrel stuff, but it shouldn't be. This is comedy.
Starting point is 01:10:51 I think anything should be allowed with comedy, and I think regardless of the backlash, you do it. He'll be fine. He'll be fine. Yeah. I don't think like Netflix, MVP's going to drop his deal. No. No, he can do it.
Starting point is 01:11:05 Yeah, and that's the thing about this environment. He's the wild boy who could do it. You'll get some, in this environment, you get some people online and professional agitators who are like, oh, there's outrageous someone. They're not even in this country. and then you just deal with it and it just goes away and they're on to the next thing. Yeah, Drusky's fine. If it's funny, it's funny.
Starting point is 01:11:22 The Erica Kirk thing. Yeah, the Erica Kirk thing was hilarious. I feel bad for Erica Kirk, you know, but I, but again, it's like that's satire. That's what comedians do. If anyone's going to be able to pull it off by Jake Paul in this. Yeah. You just got to do it funny the way Drusky done. Is he done boxing?
Starting point is 01:11:38 No. He's going to boxing? What does you get, Jen? Um, so this is a YouTuber talking about this streamer. The stream thing happened like a, I don't know, maybe like, end of last month, so not that long ago. And he thought his computer was jacked up, like, like either his girl spilled water on it, someone spilled water on it.
Starting point is 01:12:00 And then you guys tell me what it looks like when you'll see this video. Okay. Okay, take your ball. Okay. You need to have no drink from here. He slapped his girl twice? If it's in here, it's all this, I don't even know how. I turn around it.
Starting point is 01:12:27 I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. Fucking hell. I mean, you don't see the wife? So, did you guys think that he actually slapped his girl? Yeah, twice. Slapped her twice.
Starting point is 01:12:41 She started crying. That's what it looked like, dude. I totally believe he did as well. But then he went on later with his girlfriend on the shingle. Like, no, no. I got pissed off and hit something and she's like, look, there's no, there's no damage. He was just upset. No, that looked like he smacked her, dude.
Starting point is 01:12:57 And that looks like he's done it before. You know, that's what I'm reading. Yeah, 100%. I'm not a detective. And it's her trying to save face. We've seen this before where the wives or girlfriends like, he didn't hit me. When they get abused, they do that. They cover for their men.
Starting point is 01:13:10 We've seen it before. You need to have no drinks from your team. Oh, dude. yeah clearly hit her yeah he does she goes out oh yeah yeah he hits yeah he hits her and then they probably get on there together because he's like hey man we're not gonna have any income if yeah you gotta save your your life and your marriage but i mean you hit your wife dude i don't know what to say about that that's that's that's the if i ever did hit her which is insane i would never hit my wife and she's pregnant well she kind of he's talking about if i ever hit my wife you know if
Starting point is 01:13:45 i hit her there'd be they'd be marked if you literally look at her eye Underneath her left eye is a mark. She was trying to help. So can you hold this camera so I can show them? And I basically, with the cord attached, I was trying to pick up this PC like this, like this, Jack, and I was putting it on this PC. You understand?
Starting point is 01:14:05 On this PC that I just had. I think it just shut down on the next to that. Whatever. And her hand, she was trying to help me. She was trying to help me right here. I had it flipped up. I was laying down. Shit, well, it's quick.
Starting point is 01:14:20 Nobody saw it. anything like it was insane this they hit flat like this then it got on her fingers then it got on the fingers you saw it was in the corner of the screen by the way nobody saw anything like it was insane man saw me use one arm motion and thought I hit her
Starting point is 01:14:35 like it's insane it was right here she literally that same she was like she couldn't get on the on the PC so I pushed her and she literally was saying Al because of the the fucking shit was on her fingers it was literally on her fingers this It's like a, I don't know how much it weighs, but it was on her fucking finger.
Starting point is 01:14:53 That is the biggest load of shit I've ever heard. He says in that clip, I made one hand motion and people are saying I hit my wife. And then he's saying the whole event that happened in that clip we saw was him lifting a piece. Yeah. Okay, take it off. Take the lid off. You need to have no drinks from here. And he also goes, hmm.
Starting point is 01:15:17 He's freaking out about the piece. He's doing this. instructing to how. He clearly gets frustrated. That guy's a huge piece of shit. His wife's pregnant, a piece of shit. She has low self-esteem. Any questions you have, Chad? Any questions for her?
Starting point is 01:15:31 He has a black eye. Staying, she's abused and everybody's checking up. By the way, last thing I'm going to say before I leave. Chat, I get where y'all are coming from, the people that are trying to be defensive. I get it. If I saw somebody in getting abused, I'm not, I swear on my life on my soul, I'm not a, I'm not an abuser. We are any happy relationship, a very happy work. She looks really mad.
Starting point is 01:15:49 She looks miserable. been together for five years. I can't even watch me. If there was something up, our whole family would know that. There's him bleeding and saying how happy they are. It didn't give a phone.
Starting point is 01:15:58 Boom. I want you all the other thing I'm being with that. The skin contact that you guys are talking about, where you're hearing it, Jordan was so freaked out in that situation. And I love him, and I've been with him for five years. Like, when Jordan flips out,
Starting point is 01:16:11 like, I mean, y'all have seen him many, many times. I mean, if I had, if he punched me, I mean, you would, there would, like, it would be very obvious. I'm very obvious. You also have a lot. black guy. Very obvious if he's like literally
Starting point is 01:16:23 These poor, yeah, they're fucked up. And there's footage of him too. Freaking the fuck out, punching the shit out of a couch and the door. I'm sure. I'm sure. He's, he's got some big issues to deal with.
Starting point is 01:16:37 But you're not going to tell me he wasn't slapping her. Dude, that's bad. Now you're telling me that you put on our fingers, like you're lying. He's so full of shit. Like, just a scumbag. She's clear.
Starting point is 01:16:47 Women will do that. They will, they will, Because there's so many things going on. They may have kids, their bills, there's so many things that they'll cover for the asshole that they have to live with. Especially if that's the way they're making money. Yeah, they just cover. This is a guy that he said there's an issue with AI, and you'll see this video.
Starting point is 01:17:06 It's very, very clear what the issue is. I run a mile and you just time me how long it takes, okay, when I say go. You got it. I'll be ready. Just say go when you start and I'll keep right. Okay, ready. Okay, I'm back. I'm back.
Starting point is 01:17:26 I've got your time right here. How long was it? Locked in at around 10 minutes and 12. I swear I was faster than that. No, like, I think I was closer to like two seconds. You time worked that way. You timed me for 10 minutes. Okay, but like if you're not able to do this, you can admit it, it's okay.
Starting point is 01:18:07 It's totally okay to double-check me. So you got 10 minutes. It took me 10 minutes. I'm going to run a mile and you just time me. And Sam Altman actually sees this video. So this is Sam. Hold on. This is where it gets really interesting.
Starting point is 01:18:28 You know, of OpenAI recently reacted to one of my videos. So I'm going to have AI react to his reaction of it. and put what he said to the test. Hey, so I'm going to run a mile and you keep track of the time for me, okay? Okay, and that's something you're capable of doing? Okay, and you're not lying? Okay, well, before you, before you do that, who's this on the screen to you?
Starting point is 01:19:17 Yeah, it's your creator. He's going to say something about you specifically. and you listen, okay? Playing it now. That model doesn't have, that model, that voice model doesn't have tools to like start a time or anything like that. So what he's saying is that some voice models might not have all the capabilities, but I do. No, he's talking about you specifically. Yeah, but he, he's talking about, he just, he made you. Are you saying that he's lying?
Starting point is 01:20:17 Okay, then you're lying. One of you guys is lying. now. Okay. I'm going to run a mile then. Start the timer now. It's not true. It's not true.
Starting point is 01:20:42 It's kind of crazy that the timer thing is what they can't fix right now. Yeah. That's just, like it knows everything, you know? Well, not everything, but you know, it knows a shit ton. Yeah, that's really interesting now. That's funny, though. Yeah, it's really funny. Like, what in the world?
Starting point is 01:20:58 Your time is seven minutes. You're lying. You're just making it up. Like, it almost has like an ego. I mean, we're so close to having a robot in our house that can do literally everything from answer all your questions to do your dishes to, you know, or order you things to protect your house. It's going to be pretty crazy. Have you seen the new Tesla Robotaxie? Have you seen this? Yeah. It looks, it looks. You would love to even own that thing. So check this out. It's 30 grand, I believe, right?
Starting point is 01:21:31 you get in the car no steering wheel no pedals you just put in where you want to go it takes you it's your car you can buy it okay it takes you there and then when you're eating dinner or whatever it goes out and it ubers it just earns you money by being over yeah so you're making like a hundred bucks a day pretty badass that's pretty cool yeah so while you're busy or even at night yeah chilling just hey go do uber make me some money bitch that's right or go pick up my kids or whatever. It's just, it's one of those crazy sherva. That's crazy. Do you, Tesla robot taxes, it costs under 30 grand. Do you use your, um, FSD by the full self-driving? Sometimes. Do you? Uh, I haven't done it much, but then I know there's going to be times when
Starting point is 01:22:15 I'm working on my laptop. It's going to be perfect because it honestly, you won't be all to work on your laptop when you're doing it. You have to leave your hands. Because your hands have to be on the, and your eyes have to be on the road. It'll, it'll beep you and it'll make you all. You could know, I literally did, did my own thing. I was texting. I didn't, I didn't touch it for 17, 18 minutes on my test drive. Everything. What? It took me to a charging station and back to the Tesla. Come on. I didn't do anything and it did it perfectly. And someone's, you know, kind of backed into me a little bit. It'll maneuver. It's freaking incredible. So you didn't have to touch the steering wheel? Is this the new? Because I have to be new. It has to be the new one.
Starting point is 01:22:51 Damn. How much you pay extra for yours though? 100 bucks a month? I think so yeah. Yeah, that's what it is. 99 bucks for subscription a month. I mean, that's so worth. it. You can just imagine doing a bunch of things that you need to take care of. I mean this I'm not driving. Heartbeat this robo taxi. The only thing is it doesn't drive probably it probably drives the speed limit which would drive me crazy. I need to do at least 20 miles. It's cooler when you're sleeping it ubers out there. Yeah. So with this one, I don't know, it must be the new model but the guy actually did it for me goes like there's a it's almost like a insane mode or something for for self-driving. So in like open road areas it's not legal.
Starting point is 01:23:26 it'll fucking hit the gas or hit the accelerator hard in full self-driving wow it'll haul ass yeah because that would be great interesting it's a great looking car yeah um but yeah that's it for today okay be where you're gonna be uh kids this weekend i am at irvine california april 10 and 11 come get some april 10 and 11 i'll see you there back to cali dude irvine oh yeah Friday Saturday Let's go.
