I go, dude I got to show you this. And he goes, what? I go, I have a some tumor. And he goes, where I go on in my rib. You go, that's a rib. I go, I need a sonogram. And he goes like this, he looks at me, he goes, why do you need a sonogram for that?

Because I have a thing and he goes yeah, he's because that's called up my poem. It's like a fat thing fat build up Yeah, I have a tissue build up.
