Starting point is 00:00:00 Oh, that's right, dude. I would like callers who don't have Chris merch on moving forward. They don't exist, dude. No. Nick, if another Chris merch shirt comes on on these calls, you are done. He's a big hater. He's a big hater, dude. You are done.
Starting point is 00:00:18 He looked and Nick had Chris merch on. Yeah. No. What? That's my nightmare and I just wake up. And then you have Chris Burge on. We're friends that laugh. We're friends that shout.
Starting point is 00:00:32 Sometimes we don't know what we're talking about. But that won't stop us. Nothing can stop us. Ooh, yeah. I can show you use the love. Just rebrand it enough. It's stronger, better, bigger power. Because it is the Golden Hour.
Starting point is 00:00:58 It's the Golden Hour. What's up, dawg? What's up, guys? How you living? We're chilling. We're good, man. Not because the guy, we're watching fuck three girls, but we're good. We're watching a swinger couple. Okay, no doubt.
Starting point is 00:01:16 Three warlocks, but whatever. What do you got, man? It's three. Sweet, yeah. I'm James, guys. I live up in Alaska here. Oh, wow. It's snowy as shit out today i'll tell you that jesus fuck fucking hey man what are you gonna do move you're in alaska he's
Starting point is 00:01:34 like i'm like stuck here what could i do yeah you know we talk about it we talk about it but couple more years a couple more all right cool brother what you got for us man you're never leaving maybe not maybe not but yeah so um i just my parents started the divorce process or when i was like 11 okay finalized when i was like 22 so you know 10 years of just court and it was all like at the end of the day it was nonsense you know. But they finalized when I was 22. I'm now 29. And yeah, they just still won't stop talking about it. What? It's like not, maybe not every conversation.
Starting point is 00:02:19 But I only see them once a year, holidays, you know, all that jazz. But I only see them once a year, holidays, you know, all that jazz. But every time I go see them in person, especially, it's always the conversation of just something regarding the divorce somehow. And then mom or dad get sad about how they treated the way things went. And my wife has even started picking up on it to the point where when we came back from florida this last time around uh she was like holy shit they don't stop i'm like no man they don't stop so i just i would love some advice on you know i've tried to set boundaries before and
Starting point is 00:02:59 tell them hey guys like i'll take this can we talk about anything else? Every time they bring it up, just buy one of these and go. Just give them the stock. Just do this every time they bring it up. Let them know it bothers you. Let them know. Shut the fuck up. Well, yeah, you got to bring it up. But he said he's tried to set boundaries before.
Starting point is 00:03:20 No, but he has his boundaries. You have to hold on to your boundaries. That's the thing you're not doing. Set your boundaries and keep them. And by the way, you should just tell him, hey, I don't care anymore. Why don't y'all just fuck already? You know what I mean? Get over it.
Starting point is 00:03:33 Yeah, get over it. They obviously still care deeply about each other. So, you know, that's why love and hate is such a thin line. I know. Do they have other relationships now? Tell them to start swinging. Yeah, so my mom. What's up with the screen
Starting point is 00:03:45 got with my my mom got with my stepdad when they started like when they started divorcing okay and that was pretty much right away and he's been a really good man he's a great guy good nothing bad to say about him um but so they she has her own individual relationship that she is truly over the moon about and has been. But they just, I think they hold on to so much regret about what they did to the kids or how they handle things with the kids. So it's like, how do you tell someone to shut up about saying sorry? Yeah, okay. Think how your stepdad feels yeah if you're hearing it a lot think about that poor dude every morning he's like i don't give a fuck about dave yeah
Starting point is 00:04:31 whatever his dad's name yeah think about yeah uh yeah man you got to stick to your boundaries you got to be like look you know this is what i want you to not do around me and if they do it then you got to fucking go in another room or something i I mean, that's. And also, let me, you know, let your mom know you forgive her. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Sure, sure. That's the type of what she needs to hear, too. Like, let her know, like, I don't blame you. It's not your fault.
Starting point is 00:04:54 I forgive you. Let's just move on with our lives. We're okay. I did all right. You know what I mean? Yeah, and then just be like, look, and either way, honestly, whether you ruined it or not, my life sucks. I'm in Alaska.
Starting point is 00:05:07 Yeah, yeah, that's true. I was fucked from the start. So I wish instead of divorcing, we just moved. He's still there. He's still there? Yeah. All right. It was just an emotional problem.
Starting point is 00:05:19 Oh, no, my computer just completely shut off. Oh, his computer crashed? All right. Well, that was good. That was the end. Yeah, sorry to hear it, off. Oh, your computer crashed? All right. Well, that was... That was good. That was the end. Yeah, sorry to hear it, buddy. That is kind of annoying. And obviously, he's still watching the podcast, so we can talk about it now.
Starting point is 00:05:31 But, you know, I think that sucks. Just tell them. And like Eric said, say, Mom, I'm good. I forgive you. Yeah, you do have to do that. She keeps going with it? Then just kill your mom. No, I think that's drastic.
Starting point is 00:05:44 Murder is drastic. You're right. Murder think that's drastic. Murder is drastic. Murder is honestly always drastic. Really? Yeah. So I'm not sure. Brandon gives bad advice. Yeah, sure. Worst advice show ever.
Starting point is 00:05:53 Right. So yeah. What should I do with my... Kill him. Yeah. Next caller from Albuquerque. Thank you.
