Starting point is 00:00:00 I cannot even imagine how much you have to trust the guy next to you. Well, three of them are dead. You know what I'm saying? The whole thing is insane. Well, they're all dead. Well, they're all dead now. During the making of this. Oh, at least, dude.
Starting point is 00:00:13 Oh, at least. We're friends that laugh. We're friends that shout. Sometimes we don't know what we're talking about. But that won't stop us. Nothing can stop us. Ooh, yeah. It's like a show you used to love, just rebranded enough.
Starting point is 00:00:36 It's stronger, better, bigger power, because it is the Golden Hour. It's the Golden Hour. Speaking of robots, have you guys seen ChatGPT? Or seen people like... I saw people tweeting about it. What is it? Let me see that shit. I learned about this shit on here.
Starting point is 00:00:57 What is it? So it's AI, but you can use it to write anything. It has like everything on the internet from up to 2021, but like you could ask it to write a comedy sketch about something. I saw something about colleges now have to like term papers, like big theses are being written completely by AI. It's like five keywords to punch in and teachers can't, professors can't catch it because how could they possibly know?
Starting point is 00:01:24 And the Atlantic did a piece on it and they graded it like they sent it out to like various professors and like it all got like the lowest grade that these papers got was like a b plus holy shit i wish i had this in the college it's insane and it's like what's great about that is you you you know you you don't tell the the teachers because there's some pretentious fucks yeah dude yeah like well you know yeah well yeah what do you know yeah yeah yeah well then maybe the teachers because there's some pretentious fucks. Yeah, dude. Yeah. Yeah. What do you know? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, then maybe what it is is that we don't need the professors is what we don't need.
Starting point is 00:01:54 Well, at this point, the AI are going to be the professors too, you know? It's still working some shit out. I said write 10 jokes about Joe Montana and the San Francisco 49ers if you want. Boy, this one is bad. Why was Joe Montana always smiling on the field? Because he knew the Niners defense would never let the other team score. So we still got jobs. This is where I get my – this is where I write my jokes. Nick, how dare you?
Starting point is 00:02:15 But just think about it. Brenda just went gringo poppy. That's crazy. Gringo poppy Mexican wife go. You know what's hilarious? We should actually do that. Write comedy special. Write a comedy special.
Starting point is 00:02:32 But even in TV, like writers and stuff, it gets down to the nitty gritty where we'll do that. I know, dude. I mean, that's going to put creative people out of jobs. For real. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. It's right in the straight-up comedy special.
Starting point is 00:02:52 Oh, my God. Holy shit. This is hilarious, dude. First of all. Have you ever tried to punch a heavy bag for an hour straight? It's tough work, but it's nothing compared to the pain of being punched by someone else jesus so bad it's so bad like if you're trying to write a bad joke that you couldn't do that you know people like jesus christ it's gonna get better though oh yeah it's just gonna keep getting learning and then if you're a writer you're fucked yeah yeah yeah wow if you're like
Starting point is 00:03:23 legit like writer on a show and you just type in the premises of the show and turn it in. I'm going to start doing it for assignments and shit. I'm just going to be like. But I don't mind
Starting point is 00:03:31 say you're using this as help. Help. No, help's fine. You know? But to use it as the final product of anything is scary to me.
Starting point is 00:03:39 It's depressing. But what you're talking about is how we learn is what needs to change. You know, the school learning and memorization and all that stuff, that doesn't necessarily mean you know. Oh, my God. Write a comic sketch about an interracial couple.
Starting point is 00:03:55 Scene, a living room with a white man and black woman sitting on a couch. White man, ugh, there's nothing good on TV. Black woman, hey, let's watch this documentary on interracial relationships. White man, Oh, that sounds like a real barrel of laughs. This is hilarious. Oh my God. Look, there's a narrator, dude. This show
Starting point is 00:04:13 has a narrator in it. Well, this is nuts. You know, they're about to have a writer's strike I hear. They're just going to go to this. Who needs this? Director's like, all right. Yeah. Oh, the director's like, this is fine this but even in terms of those robots so you know they got those like uh they'll get those camera robots now it's called a cobra what is it i mean i did a commercial last year this nfl commercial okay and it was a it was
Starting point is 00:04:34 a it was a robot you know so like you know first it's like it looked just like this actually so it'd be like first position you know you would do the scene and then it would just move so no operator at all no opera just one guy doing it and the only person they still had on the crew was a focus guy but i'm sure that's gonna go away i was gonna say that's easy my thing i was thinking to myself all i saw were jobs being taken oh yeah always it's not good always it's never good but i mean we did four commercials in whatever how many hours yeah but that's why they look look this is about when obama was in office this is what he was talking about droning training people to uh yeah have a different job you have to you have to just we need to get
Starting point is 00:05:16 different training so it's like if okay so the drywallers yeah yeah you wanted to be a drywaller your whole life i guess whatever why you're doing. So now they had robots doing it. Time for you to find a new profession. And here's the thing. That's terrible and unfair, but it doesn't matter because that is happening. It doesn't matter. Also, the President of the United States could be a computer. Keep that same energy. I mean, I'd rather that. This could be a straight-up
Starting point is 00:05:37 computer and soon give us the best way to do things. I'd rather that at this point. Oh, I know. The choices? Like, y'all are terrible. What was the computer? Like, I don't know. I'd rather that at this point. Oh, well, that choices like you're all terrible. Yeah. What was the computer like? I don't know. I'm just saying all the whatever they're using computers for. But even think about pictures, man, like technology moves forward. We have to move with it. We're friends that laugh. We're friends that shout. Sometimes we don't know what we're talking about But that won't stop us Nothing can stop us
Starting point is 00:06:10 Ooh, yeah Cause I can show you used to love Just rebrand it enough It's stronger, better, bigger power Cause it is the golden hour It's the golden hour
