I advanced through roles at Sears, Tivisca, Amdocs, and a major global insurer with a strong North American footprint, increasingly motivated by the challenge of modernizing legacy systems, driving cloud adoption, and architecting scalable solutions for Fortune 500 companies. The opportunity to mentor others, foster innovation, and build high-perform teams further fueled my commitment, Balcacar shared. Achievements in architecture solutions at Sears, Balcacar architected the company's credit services platform to achieve 99.95% availability and multimillion dollar savings.

Transitioning to Tviska, Balcacar transformed the company's monolithic loyalty travel program into more than 50 microservices on AWS. This move would play a significant role in the company's eventual acquisition by CX loyalty and later J.P. Morgan Chase.
