He Lost His Sh*t... Then Passed Out
00:00 and zip codes. Today is the day, every child, forevermore, will be a shareholder in this country. It would not have happened without your leadership, so thank you very much. Thank you all. Great honor. Wow. Looking a little tired there, Donnie. You know, that's just what he looks like these days.
00:15 This is the guy that the White House said could run around a track for 10 miles straight. He is as fit as a horse. And I just find that so laughable when we get clips like this of him kind of looking fatigued on the verge of falling asleep in Oval Office meetings in the middle. of the day. It's like 1 p.m. And this came from Donald Trump's presser in the Oval Office yesterday, where he was talking about those Trump accounts that he launched for children. It deposits a thousand dollars in the accounts and it grows until they're 18. Sounds like a lot of that socialism that they're very scared of. But this is what Trump was doing in the Oval Office and he was falling
00:46 asleep during his meeting. This was his event and he was struggling to stay awake. Here's another clip that I thought was especially bad of him like lounging back in his chair. Buddy, you're the president of the United States. Wake up. What are you doing? Look at this. It's absurd. Not just the money that matters. That does matter. But knowing that someone believe... I can't even believe this.
01:10 This is an ongoing health issue, health emergency, really, with Donald Trump. And nobody in the Republican Party thinks to ask any questions. I remember a time where Joe Biden walking would be a news story. Donald Trump is lounging in his chair struggling to stay awake. And everybody's just kind of cool with that. The Republicans are just like, no, no, no, it's okay. the president can't stay awake during his own meetings. It's pathetic and it's something that I think needs more attention.
01:34 But that's what Trump was doing during this press conference. And I think Aaron Rupar made a really good point about this event saying, Trump has already done this exact same Trump accounts Oval Office event with the exact same people once before, not long ago. I'm like 90% sure we covered that press conference on this show that Trump had very recently. Why are we doing it again? And it really does beg the question, why are we doing this again? Why are we hearing more about these Trump accounts from Donald Trump and the exact same people that have spoken on it before? And I can think of a couple of reasons here.
02:05 Either Donald Trump forgot that he had this press conference already and just said, why not do it? You know, we haven't done it yet. Let's schedule it. And his advisors just didn't have the hard to tell him. Or maybe more likely, I don't know, Donald Trump is trying to do literally anything to distract away from his failures. He doesn't want you thinking about the Iran war or inflation or the economy or the fact that everything kind of sucks right now. he wants you talking about Trump accounts, which really is not going to change anybody's mind, I don't think, even a little bit. But Ted Cruz was there, one of the most mediocre men I've ever had the displeasure of seeing with my own eyes.
02:38 I saw him on Capitol Hill one time, really just a very unfortunate looking man. Ted Cruz was talking about children during this saying, hey, for your next birthday party, if your aunt gives you 50 bucks, instead of spending that on a sweater, why don't you spend that on the Trump accounts? That's what Ted Cruz was saying, his pitch to the president of the United States, the media from the Trump account store, but it makes it really easy for anyone to contribute to your account. You have a little QR code that you could send your next birthday party. You know, your Aunt Susie might get you an ugly sweater. And you might say to Aunt Susie, instead of the ugly sweater, how about put 50 bucks in my Trump account? And you can pull it up on your...
03:20 What the, what like five-year-old is asking for 50 bucks in the Trump account? What's wrong with you? It's so cringy how in this clip, Ted Cruz is so desperately trying to seek the approval of Donald Trump. You can even see throughout the video, like sometimes he glances over to Trump, especially at the beginning. He likes glancing over to Trump, hoping to get his approval because, you know, the Republican Party is a humiliation ritual these days. Who can embarrass themselves the most in the pursuit of Donald Trump liking them? And that's, you know, Ted Cruz is really up there. You have like JD Vance, Marker Rubio, Ted Cruz, those people really up there in this humiliation ritual. but that's what he's doing here. It's really, really embarrassing. And quite frankly, I don't want
03:58 Ted Cruz ever talking about children, given that he said this during a congressional hearing. Also said, we should have bipartisan agreement. I think that's a great idea. We should have bipartisan agreement. How about we all come together and say, let's stop murders? How about we all come together and say, let's stop raped? How about we all come together and say, let's stop attacking pedophiles? What I heard about it? Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, you lost me there, bud. Listen, I'm all good for stopping, you know, murder and crime. You lost me on the last part.

I really don't want him, you know, speaking about kids, I think, just generally, especially when he is somebody that really didn't want the Epstein files coming out, still advocates for them not coming out. And speaking on the topic of children, Donald Trump had his couple weird moments in this press conference
05:16 where he looked at a child and said, you're so good looking. What? What? You got him? Okay, that's great. Thank you all. very much.
05:25 She's stand up, or stay there. He's so good looking, say that. You got him? Bro, what are you saying? Time out. Time out.
05:32 You are not the guy to be saying this. You are not the guy to be saying. I need 30 seconds to huddle up and figure out what the hell
05:39 just happened right there. You are not the guy to be saying this. Epstein's best buddy right there. You need to take a breather, grandpa. Donald Trump also,
05:47 in addition to that, it's not just one. He also said, you have to be careful. Sometimes you call somebody a child who's about six months too old. What is this guy on today?
05:57 Yesterday. So now with nearly 70 million accounts created, how do you expect this to impact Americans' perception of an involvement in capitalism and also do you expect it to diminish the appeal of socialist policies, especially in our children's generation? What a nice question, what a good question. I think it's going to be fantastic. Nobody's ever seen these young children.
06:19 They are children. I guess I can use that term. You have to be careful. Sometimes you call somebody a child who's about, Six months too old to be called. And you suffer the wrath of the press. But these young, beautiful children are going to be watching their... I preferred it when he was asleep.
06:34 You know what I mean? I, when he was dozing off, what was that? You know, the clip of him, when he was doing this, really just better than him opening his mouth at any time. I really, I really think that to be the case. I mean, you know, just stop talking. Just stop talking. But look, the real concern in this press conference,
06:51 Donald Trump being creepy, of course, a concern. but also he decided to start bragging about the very bad things that he could have done to Hillary Clinton, to Barack Obama, to Joe Biden, essentially warning people that he could weaponize the presidency against these Democratic politicians simply because he wants to. He's saying, I can do whatever I want, whenever I want, which is not really something you'd want to hear from the president of the United States. With that being said, I could have done very bad things to Hillary Clinton. I could have done very, very bad things to Joe Biden. I could have done very bad things to Barack Hussein Obama. I thought it was inappropriate to do so
07:33 because you have to treat the office of the presidency with respect. Then I found out that they impeached me twice. And I certainly, even to this moment, I have, I can do whatever I want, if I want, They've done some very bad things. You just mentioned it. It was just mentioned in the form of a question. What they did.
07:57 Very illegal, what they did. Many illegal things. What they did. What Donald Trump is describing here is him being held accountable for his action. So he thinks him being indicted is somehow Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, conspiring behind the scenes to indict him, which, you know, is just one of the stupidest things that Donald Trump has said of all the Trumpisms out there. This is like his whole conspiracy that they were all working together behind the scenes. one of the dumbest, absolutely.
08:22 But then Donald Trump goes on to say that many people told him that I should go after all of these people. I should criminally indict them, arrest them, perp walk them with the handcuffs on their wrists. And he says, but I, you know, I chose not to do it out of the goodness of my heart. You can't do that to the presidency, he says. And I've had my shot and still do at Biden, at Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama. And I've had plenty of people say, let's go get them. And I said, no, you can't do that to the presidency.
08:55 You can't do that to the presidency, Donald Trump says. Is that why Donald Trump on the 2016 presidential debate stage said to Hillary Clinton, you're going to be in jail? Is that why he said that? Or what about when he posted an AI video of Barack Obama, President Barack Obama, getting arrested in the Oval Office alongside him by the FBI? This is something that Donald Trump actually uploaded, but he has the nerve to get on the,
09:19 in the press conference and say, well, no, you can't do it out of the love of the presidency. See, what actually happened here is that Donald Trump wants to indict all of these people and arrest them because, you know, he just doesn't like them. He can't because there's no, this, I know it's a new concept for Republicans, evidence. Evidence is really important when you want to hold somebody accountable criminally, and they don't have that against Barack Obama or Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton. And Donald Trump found out the hard way that this is a pretty important part of any criminal case when back in April of this year, he, you know, sent,
09:49 out this message saying, hey, we want Pam Bondi to arrest, you know, James Comey or Letitia James or Adam Schiff or other Democratic politicians or people that he doesn't like. He pressured her on social media to do so. Days later, what happened? Latisha James and others were indicted by Donald Trump's Department of Justice. And it didn't really go to plan because all of these indictments ended up getting thrown out. And Vince pointing out that they investigated James Comey over seashells. That's what Donald Trump went after him for, of all things. No crimes, really, but a seashell formation on a beach is what they went after James Comey for. So, you know, the idea that he's just like this moral guy who wanted to preserve the sanctity
10:28 of the presidency. And that's why he didn't want to arrest anybody, you know, spare me. Spare me the rant. Then Donald Trump goes on to run his campaign talking points again, saying, in this meeting where he's meant to be talking about Trump accounts, there's never been anybody in the history of the Nobel Peace Prize that deserves it more. He's still so hung up on the fact that he hasn't won a Nobel Peace Prize right So, by the way. He's done nothing to get this prize. Watch.
10:53 But there's never been anybody in the history of the Nobel Prize that deserves it more. I did. I settled eight wars. And I've stopped maybe the total obliteration of the world because Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. So, of course, that's not true. Factcheck.org did this very, very long article where they address all the different conflicts that Donald Trump claims to have solved. But of course, has not. These wars, many of them are still ongoing. or, you know, he says that he has secured a peace deal. The peace deal hasn't been signed. It's still kind of up in the air if any of this is going to happen. That's the fact check.
11:27 Donald Trump has not settled eight wars. And if he were to win a Nobel Peace Prize, it would actually remove somewhat the credibility of the institution. Now, I don't think that Donald Trump is going to win a Nobel Peace Prize. I don't think those folks over in Europe are all that pleased with Donald Trump. You know, I'm not exactly holding my breath thinking he's going to win it. But, you know, that's something he really, really wants. to, but on the topic of peace, Donald Trump, after saying he deserves this prize, says that he has to
11:55 set up a call with Vladimir Putin for his birthday. So Putin, the war criminal, who has active arrest warrants from the international criminal court for war crimes, he is like calling him on his birthday saying, happy birthday, Vladimir. I just, how can you possibly think that you deserve the Nobel Peace Prize when you're doing all this crap? Have you spoken with Putin yet? Have you spoken with Vladimir Putin yet? I have a call set up. This is his birthday. Today is Vladimir Putin's birthday. I'm sure you're going to celebrate it. Are you going to celebrate this birthday? Now, I have a call set up. I will. On election integrity before the mid-term, on election integrity before the mid-term is a lot.
12:34 Okay. I mean, you know, it's like they're best friends. So it's very weird, his relationship with Putin. And then he goes on to defend him further. I mean, we're having this conversation about the plague in Russia that is apparently breaking out. somebody has died. There are people that are quarantined. Russia is, of course, not providing any information on what's actually happening with this plague. You know, that's not their thing. Transparency really isn't Vladimir Putin's forte. But Donald Trump, when asked about this, started defending Russia. He's like, no, I, you know, I think they've been honest. And he's pressed like, hey, we don't really know what's going on. We've kind of heard this before. This is actually a Fox News reporter pressing Donald Trump on this. And he kind of doubled down saying, no, I'm sure it's
13:12 fine. I'm sure Russia is being honest about the circumstances. In Russia a bio weapon? Well, we don't think so. We're going to find out soon enough, but we don't think so. And if you listen to them, it's under control. People have said that before about other things. So we hope it is very sophisticated, very smart, and they're saying it's very much under control.
13:38 So we hope not, Peter. We've heard this before a couple years ago during your first term. Are you getting the same vibe? Many times before and many different things. getting the same vibe right now from Russia that he got from China at the start of COVID. Well, China didn't say much and Russia's not saying much either, but they do say they have it very much under control. Are you an idiot?
13:59 Yes, the answer is yes. I'm speaking to him. Are you stupid? Like, he's just, he's saying that Russia has it under control and it's a different vibe. It's different than what happened with COVID. But China didn't say much and neither did Russia. He just admitted it. So I can't.
14:15 This guy's such an idiot. Normally the president is smart. I miss those days. Yet Joe Biden who went to college, went to law school, was an attorney before getting into government served in the Senate for a long time. Yet Barack Obama, Harvard educated lawyer, things like that. Donald Trump is just an idiot. There really is no other way to describe it. The final clip I want to show you is Donald Trump speaking about Canada like he does Iran saying, you know, that we have a deal. They want to make a deal. They've been very difficult, but we're not satisfied. It's the, it's like the exact same thing he says about Iran. If you plug Canada, into the words Iran in his normal statements. It sounds exactly like what he's saying here. Look, Canada's been ripping off our country for many, many years, tremendously ripping off. They've been charging tremendous tariffs, one-way tariffs, 400% on dairy products and other things. They're not ripping us off. We don't need Canada for anything.
15:08 You know, they do 95% of their business with us. We do very little with them by comparison. And Canada has been very difficult to do. deal with and I think we're doing very well with Canada. Canada would like to make a deal but we're not satisfied with you. Canada sounds exactly like how he speaks about Iran and this whole like hey we don't do a lot of business with Canada is so stupid and so wrong. So for example we get a lot of our lumber for our houses and buildings from Canada because the tree strength is better up there. The colder conditions make the wood stronger than here in the United States and for some of the
15:46 conditions are more moist or they don't just grow as strong. So we get a lot of lumber from Canada. Our road salt in Maine and New England, they get a lot of their road salt from Canada are aluminum, our seal. We do a lot of work with Canada. He just doesn't know that. He's just, you know, not the, as we just said, not the sharpest tool in the shed. And it's just interesting, this kind of like break in the Republican Party. Donald Trump is so unpopular that candidates that he has endorsed in swing states like Mike Rogers, who's running in Michigan, is now taking a different position from Donald Trump. He released a new ad where he said, prices are too high and Canada is not our enemy. Very different than Donald Trump. We need to end the tariff war now in the
16:23 Senate. I'll bring both parties together to lower costs and put Michigan families first. That is not going to happen. He is a Trump stooge who has previously defended everything that Donald Trump has done. But now suddenly, when the polls switch, now he has an epiphany, a little bit of a change of heart. He wants to work with parties to restore the deals with Canada, the work with Canada. Such a grifter, such a loser, but that all MAGA is these days. So anyway, look, I will leave the video there. I just wanted to cover Donald Trump's really disastrous press conference that he had yesterday. Not good. Not looking good, Donnie. Thank you so much for being here.
