Starting point is 00:00:00 This is a HeadGum original. Previously on the HeadGum podcast. So basically, I mean like you guys all, you guys did this, but basically... Did you take the anxiety drugs? They offered me like a... Yeah. Yeah. They offered that to me.
Starting point is 00:00:15 Did you take it? I took it. Did you not take it? Yeah. I said, I don't need it. I'm not like, you know, a wimp about this kind of stuff. Like shoot me straight doc. If it's not going to hurt or even if it does, I'll fucking bite the bullet.
Starting point is 00:00:26 And he was like, that's really cool. It's brave of you not to take the Xanax, which is kind of like what we give cowardly children every time they bang their knee.
Starting point is 00:00:36 And it ultimately makes it harder to, you know, keep your eyes open and do the surgery. And then afterwards, you kind of have a... You just described
Starting point is 00:00:44 medical malpractice. They were giving Xanax to kids for bumping their knee i was yeah i was just not specifically that but like can you say what's that can you say, what's that? Can you say, in high school, sir? So during. Can you... The laptop. No one right now, yeah, you can't see. There she is.
Starting point is 00:01:20 Damn, Daniel. Back at it again with a white baby. Damn, Daniel. We fucking made it. Damn Daniel Back at it again with a white baby Damn Daniel We fucking made it Casey how long have we been awake? This is the What time is it? 11
Starting point is 00:01:36 11am We've been live for 23 hours And then what time did you You've been awake the whole time. I have been awake the entire time. What time did both of you get up yesterday? Glad you asked.
Starting point is 00:01:49 I got up at 9 a.m. yesterday. Goldie, what time did you get up? Goldie's moving. She's trying to say that this is what she does when she's trying to like threaten you and be like you're not that guy, pal.
Starting point is 00:01:59 You're not that guy. She's trying to threaten me? Yeah. If you're just listening to this, there's a baby here. Yeah. Can you say, up,

If you're just listening to this, you need to watch,
Starting point is 00:02:26 you need to watch it because there is, Jeff is, has a actual human baby on the couch next to him. Yeah. And if you're just missing this, this is the head gun podcast. This is in the final hour and a half of Jeff's surprise 24 hour live stream where he's been our hour.
Starting point is 00:02:42 Sorry. Final hour. Final hour. Final hour. Um, and it, the final hour. Final hour. Because it's the final hour. And he's been watching or neglecting a baby doll and Anya did just bring in an actual baby.
Starting point is 00:02:53 Oh! Wow. Earlier yesterday, Jeff did say I don't like babies. And now she's grabbing his hand. He's been saying it all night long, actually. All night long. Neglect.
Starting point is 00:03:08 All right. I hate kids. She's got her tiny little hand. No, she just wants to hold Jeff's hand. She's got her dirty little grabber. All over unky Jeff's paws. We gotta get this baby out of here. This was not my idea.
Starting point is 00:03:26 A baby was brought into the studio and plopped on my lap. Calling himself Unky Jeff. Unky. Uncle. Zunkle Jeff. Godfather Jeff. You're kind of drunkle right now too, right? How do you figure? At least like drunk on no sleep.
Starting point is 00:03:42 At least. Yeah, that's just sleep. Yeah, whatever. I'm so sleepy. I woke up feeling groggy. What time did That's just sleep deprivation. I'm so sleepy. I woke up feeling groggy. What time did you go to sleep? 1 a.m. And what time did you wake up? Around 9. Ask me when we went to sleep.
Starting point is 00:03:54 When did you go to sleep? Last? That would be 1 a.m. Two days ago. 1 a.m. two days ago. Yeah, I was in and out. I was up at 3. I was up at 5
Starting point is 00:04:05 I'm kind of on a sorry I don't mean to interrupt but do you guys know if she's had veal yet do you guys know if she's eaten veal New York when did you guys last go to sleep I went to bed at like 2.30 yeah about same and I woke up at 5 and I woke up at 6.50
Starting point is 00:04:23 to come back to the studio. This kid's really winning me over. Staring at you. I swear to God, I'll give her money. Oh, yeah. And introducing Goldie Hawn. And then I'll add the clap sound effects. You don't see a lot of bonnets anymore.
Starting point is 00:04:45 Yeah. It's nice. We should bring see a lot of bonnets anymore. Yeah. It's nice. We should bring back the bonnet, but for adults. I also have been thinking about bringing back the passy. Ooh, okay. For adults? Yeah, just like with a chain maybe. Okay, so.
Starting point is 00:04:56 Sorry, what did you say, Marika? I just said adult pacifiers. Or like a binky, whatever the difference is. Sure, sure. A little dummy. What is it called? Yeah, those are, I mean, yeah, all the words you said are fine. Are fine, are good.
Starting point is 00:05:08 Well, they're all good. And are correct. Goldie, to me, has become more than a style icon. She's become a fashion inspiration. Yeah. She's like imprinting on Casey right now. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:19 It's intimidating. She's like, yeah, look away. But it's also in a way where it's like, you know that you're safe with her. Like, I know that no matter what happens, she's got my back. Does that make sense? Is it because she can't sit up on her own? Well, that's really why we have babies is to fix ourselves. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:38 I don't want to scare her by laughing too hard, but I would have laughed harder than that if there wasn't a babe. What? Are you getting bored? Should we throw to an Athletic Greens ad? Because it's actually an all-in-one nutritional insurance. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Let's not give them that in episode three, for sure.
Starting point is 00:05:58 The baby is medicine to me. Sort of like animal medicine. I'm working with the medicine. Sorry, excuse me one second. I'm working with the medicine of the human form Allie what were you going to say? Oh I was just kind of agreeing with him verbally like I was trying to give like audio support
Starting point is 00:06:12 Oral joy No Do you have something to say? What do you want to say? Do you have anything to plug? We can start plugs She wants to plug? We can start plugs. She wants to plug nap time and getting on dad's nerves. She wants to plug her past.
Starting point is 00:06:36 She's eight? Oh, yeah. She's eight years old. Years. I'll buy eight months, but even that, she looks like a one-er. How old is she? Okay. That's about when the Olsen twins started to work, I think. Yeah. But Allie was ready
Starting point is 00:06:52 more so than AJ. Yeah. Those are the different twins. The Meshaka twins. Are you interested? So this is called a podcast, right? It's basically, it's like, would you say recorded radio? It's such a weird's like, would you say recorded radio? It's such a weird way to put it.
Starting point is 00:07:07 People don't understand. Young and old. Especially a baby. Well. How would you explain it to her? Well, it's sort of like an hour of pop culture discussion, mean-spirited games and quizzes, and gotcha journalism.
Starting point is 00:07:21 So where does she live? What, like, neighborhood? Don't dox his baby. I'm sorry. I'm also not trying to put her in a box. All right? She can do anything she wants. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:33 She looks over it at this point. She was interested and now she's leaning on you. Not even. She's like, all right, I'm done. She's like, yeah. It's not Disneyland. I'll tell you that for sure. What's up?
Starting point is 00:07:43 What's up? What do you need? Do you want to check out the Jordans? You just palm her face. Someone in the chat said she's joining Team Coco. That's really funny. For two million a year. Anya swooped in.
Starting point is 00:07:57 Bye, Goldie. Bye, Goldie. Bye, Goldie. Whose dog was that? I mean baby I'm not around babies often whose baby was that I think Anya's friend's baby
Starting point is 00:08:12 incredible surprise it's yours surprise I'm going to Paris in a year you said next month why that's fine you think you think you could be For just a year? Year.
Starting point is 00:08:48 I don't know. An entire era. Remember when Shelby just like really busted out the Spanish? Yeah, I remember that. Emma, how the heck are you? I'm doing all right. I'm tired, but I know you're not the audience for that kind of talk. That kind of talk that kind of talk I do like how everyone
Starting point is 00:09:08 who has kind of strolled in to either their New York office or their LA office checks in with us and goes like well I didn't get a lot of sleep myself I only got two hours or three hours
Starting point is 00:09:23 I got eight and I'm just like, whoa. Yeah, it's tough. Honestly, Emma, I'm not the audience but I'm so sleepy. I'd really appreciate you being a little bit more considerate. Understood. I have to go record a friend's podcast after this,
Starting point is 00:09:40 which was an interesting thing that I agreed to do today. I will also say that for us, we were awake earlier in the start of the day yesterday. Came into the office. Stayed up pretty late. Only got minimum
Starting point is 00:09:59 three, four hours of sleep. Came back to the office. Can you imagine, Jeff? Four hours of sleep? I can't imagine four hours of sleep. That to the office. Can you imagine, Jeff? Four hours of sleep. I can't imagine four hours of sleep. That's crazy. Have these been going on since the musical guest? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:12 That's crazy. That's unhinged. That these party lights have been going on since the musical guest. Since the guy. Yeah, for 12 hours. That's insane.
Starting point is 00:10:19 We thought about changing it, but then we were like, it's a vibe. It is a vibe. I have a question for you both since you have been through this kind of journey together. What have you learned about each other that surprised you? I'm still getting me. I'm really, I'm putting on my best Jeff host.
Starting point is 00:10:36 It's sort of journey for lack of a better term. Yeah, like have you learned anything about each other that's like been surprising or? Good question. We've been talking about this. I mean, a lot of people who listened to this episode probably didn't watch the stream, but, like, it's a thing of, like, yeah, we've been up for 24 hours almost,
Starting point is 00:10:50 which, you know, we've all done that before. We've pulled all-nighters. It's tough, but it's fine. You go to sleep. It's whatever. It's the being watched and the having to perform for that many hours. We're working that back-to-back-to-back. Top of the hour, someone leaves,
Starting point is 00:11:03 somebody else comes in. Holy shit, we have to do another hour, and I don't even know what this is going to back to back. Top of the hour, someone leaves, somebody else comes in. Holy shit, we have to do another hour. And I don't even know what this is going to be. Yeah. Yeah, I'll say that. And I hit a breaking point. I didn't think I was going to hit a breaking point. So I guess I learned that my breaking point happens around, what, 20 hours, 21 hours?
Starting point is 00:11:15 That's good to know. That was something that Jeff, we've talked about it a lot over the course of the night. But he has constantly felt like, I got to be on. There's people coming. And they are coming on to talk to him. No one's really coming on expecting to talk to me. It's about rice.
Starting point is 00:11:35 Sure. The rhythm of the rice is about how you move your hips. Yeah, I know. You're taking a bite into rice. I do feel like... The point I wanted to make was i didn't have any sort of pressure of like oh it's time to perform people are watching like i kind of zone out on the fact that hundreds of people were watching us all night long but even just like pared down to just like a
Starting point is 00:11:59 an experience level this had to have been a bonding experience for your friendship no i it felt like military hazing i thought i feel like you and i are like in a i was gonna say cabal that's the wrong word i did have the option to leave uh yeah you said you were probably gonna leave around two yeah at least that's a good friend but i saw i saw it in jeff's eyes yeah i couldn't leave him here with people he didn't know. Talking to people he didn't know. Huh? If what?
Starting point is 00:12:31 If it was me and Jake Robinson? How couldn't I have done it? What? What? That's fair to say. I just held a baby. You did just hold a baby. No, Jake was great. I'm kidding. But yeah,
Starting point is 00:12:45 it was helpful to have someone you know in the room at like 4.30. Yeah. I think it would have just been slightly creepy. What, because obviously I was sleeping,
Starting point is 00:12:53 what, what led to the breaking point? Like, what did that feel like in your body? Because I remember you, I have tuned in for a bit when you're like,
Starting point is 00:13:00 I'm hitting my third wall. I'm hitting my, like, so what was the breaking point? It came in waves. It came in waves. The walls were fine. It just was this thing It came in waves. The walls were fine. It just was this thing of like it felt like everything was caving in
Starting point is 00:13:08 and I can't do this. I can't be on display this tired with new people that I've never met asking like not well some people came in and were like taking me exactly where I was. Other people came in
Starting point is 00:13:19 like asking a lot of me and I was like I can't give you that. And who named names of who was asking a lot of you? No. Okay. Was it Marika yes okay but that's our that's our general
Starting point is 00:13:31 like friendship rapport working relationship me asking a lot of you and then you probably not responding to my text but we covered that in miles the trial which by the way I'm gonna plead mistrial but yeah wow covered that in miles of trial which by the way i'm gonna plead mistrial but yeah no wow
Starting point is 00:13:46 he brought so much evidence so much evidence no but i also would like to i mean i've been complaining i'll have more gratitude tomorrow but uh uh sorry i just got distracted by the there goes gold um bye goldie goldie just how much work went into this like i really do appreciate it from the New York team from the LA well oh yeah it's I don't know if it's Stockholm syndrome or not but I you know it's it was a cool thing to be a part of uh I want it to be over soon but uh it was a once in a lifetime opportunity and clearly so much thought and planning went into each and every aspect of it so shout out to the whole head gum team I'm not gonna say thank you but i will say shout out
Starting point is 00:14:25 yeah that feels fair yeah gabrus made a good point yesterday i was chatting with him between segments and um we were talking about like how you know like you said earlier that it's like we that it's so much love that it's like we do it because we love you and and also that it's like such a testament that it's like everyone has thought that it's like you can handle something like this, that you can be on for 24 hours. And Gabriel and I were like, and that's so cool. Such an honor. I'd never want to fucking do it. But I'm happy to pop in and out.
Starting point is 00:14:56 Like I was thinking like, oh, that's so cool. And I was like, both of us were like, man, that'd be so awesome if they spring. I mean, like, no, I would hate this. I would never want to do this. I've talked to you about how I hate surprise parties. Yeah. So this is kind of like the ultimate surprise party. This was worse.
Starting point is 00:15:09 Yeah, because probably over the course of hours, thousands of people watching you. Yeah. How much money has been raised, by the way? Well, it was $10,000. Over $10,000. But there was like a, again, we were only doing proceeds. So I think it's only going to be about $500. We were raising money over the past 24 hours for stand-up girls.
Starting point is 00:15:27 And they came and watched some of Jeff's stand-up, which was just his Shark Tank puns. They were very funny. I thought that was really... No, I thought that segment was really fun.
Starting point is 00:15:43 I was worried, but I thought... And did they like it? segment was really fun I was worried but I thought And did they like it? Did they think it was funny? They were having fun Yeah they were loving it What I know that means is that once you guys hopped off Zoom You were in the lobby of the office And were like thanks so much for doing it And they were like yeah
Starting point is 00:15:57 They were so happy They've been posting on social media We had to keep it a surprise obviously And they were so excited to do it've been posting on social media. Like we had to keep it a surprise, obviously. And they were so excited to do it. They were posting on social media, like tune in. There's a huge, like we got a huge announcement. They they're like thrilled. They took, we were taking photos of the studio.
Starting point is 00:16:15 Like it was great. That's awesome. That's cool. I mean, they were quick. They were smart. They were funny. Um, I think that's a cool program. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:22 Um, I don't remember what we were talking about before um would would i mean not talking jeff because jeff's already done this um if for everyone uh in this zoom room um would nope would um how would you guys react like would you guys be down to do something like this or would it be like hell hell no, absolutely not? If it was surprised upon me, I wouldn't leave. Yeah, I think I would. But what if it was pitched to you in a meeting four weeks in advance? I'd be like, me?
Starting point is 00:17:01 That's not what I thought you were going to say. That's a really funny response. Emma, would you do it? I think I would stay if it was sprung on me, but if it was in advance, I probably wouldn't agree to it. I think it's the opposite for me. But you were around for a lot of it. Not always on camera, sometimes on camera.
Starting point is 00:17:20 Yeah, but that's different. But I'm also not a performer. I don't even want to stick to the plans that I make for myself. The idea of someone else. Yeah, but I think you're good on mic, I would say. You're confident. Thank you. I was fishing.
Starting point is 00:17:36 But yeah, I think I would stay if I was in your position. Yeah. Marika? I would stay if I was in your position yeah Marika I would stay I also well I think that I could handle it but not in the sense of being like a performer I think it would be really boring if I was sitting in front of the camera for 24 hours but I would do it because I also feel like growing up I did dumb things like let's try to stay up for 24 hours and like stay on skype and watch stuff on tv and all that kind of stuff so like yeah feel i feel like i could handle it i definitely like you also said that you used to
Starting point is 00:18:21 kind of hang around with like a ragtag group of rascals who would like bail white collar criminals out of federal prison. That's not the people who need to be bailed out. Yeah. No. Well, we were hackers and we had a little chat and that's kind of how we did most of our work. But yeah. Most of your work? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:41 Our work. We called it work. Because we would go to school. We would go to school and then we'd come home and then we'd do a bit of that and it was like our job after school I promised Goldie I wouldn't do this but you've been nursing that drink all day and it's pretty much just
Starting point is 00:18:55 boba bubbles right? there's no liquid the entire time you were just sucking down tapioca yeah it was a mucho mango but heavy on tapioca pearls. I've only stayed, I've only done one all-nighter. Would you do this? I mean, if I was in here, I would do it. I would be not thrilled.
Starting point is 00:19:16 I would be excited for like the first two hours. And then it would hit me and be like, oh shit. I've only pulled one all-nighter before, like one 24-hour stay up. like oh shit i've only pulled one all-nighter before like one like 24 hours to have and um i felt like absolute shit the next day because it's like the adrenaline that keeps you going for a bit of like oh i'm gonna do it we're gonna do an all-nighter and like it keeps you and then it's like then the wee hours of the morning hit and then i want to kill myself it's like it's so and the next day feels like the worst hangover of your entire life. Because what's going to happen is I'm going to go home.
Starting point is 00:19:49 I'm going to go to sleep at 1230. Yeah. Wake up at what? Nine. Yeah. Then what? Now you're then you're going to be nocturnal. Now I'm fucked.
Starting point is 00:19:57 You might. You might sleep through the whole night. God willing. I hope. I try to go. I mean that's kind of what Connor was saying. I hate him. What's mean, that's kind of what Connor was saying. I hate him. What's that?
Starting point is 00:20:08 That's kind of what Connor was saying. Yeah. Well, we were talking. Connor was saying to go with God. Yeah. Oh. Hi,
Starting point is 00:20:20 Marika. Hi, Emma. I'm on, I'm a, I put headphones on. It's so nice to hear your voices. Hi, I'm Anya. You guys sound and look great too wow thank you so much yeah it's no problem oh this is a great hairstyle dress okay
Starting point is 00:20:37 did you ever make rice doesn't look like. No. I can't do anything else. I can't do anything else. That was the first thing that he got was the rice. Yes. After Jeff Probst announced this. I remember this. He rejected the rice, like, wholesale. He was like, absolutely not.
Starting point is 00:20:58 I want an acai bowl right away. Yeah. Demanded an acai bowl. We should have made him make fire in the studio. Fire in the form of flint. If you beat Casey, then you get to go out. But if Casey wins... I could easily beat Jeff in a fire making contest.
Starting point is 00:21:10 I believe that 100%. Well, the whole thing was like... Well, it's like 24 hours, right? Yeah. We kind of got to the bottom of it that... Like, you, me, and Amir had talked about doing an all-nighter or something. And that was last summer.
Starting point is 00:21:26 And then apparently Amir pitched this in a content meeting last summer. So it might have been tracked back to me. Right. A prison of my own making. Well, I think we wanted to do the all-nighter in the style of like the college humor all-nighters of like doing sketches and podcasts all night. Which is not 24 hours. I remembered this morning we were talking about it.
Starting point is 00:21:44 It was 12 hours. It was 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Oh, that's right. And it this morning we were talking about it. It was 12 hours. It was 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Oh, that's right. And it was a group of people doing it. It wasn't live streamed. So the all-nighters should be a bunch of HeadGum podcasters dropping it out. We still should do that. We should do that as a separate thing.
Starting point is 00:21:57 That's not live streamed and it should just be an episode every hour in the studio. And it's not live streamed? Why would it be live streamed? Well, then what's the point? Why would we be booking on these shows? Okay And it's not live streamed? Why would it be live streamed? Well then what's the point? Why would we be Booking all these shows Back to back Okay then it's live streamed
Starting point is 00:22:09 Well then it's just I guess a private thing It's supposed to be Delirious episode records Episodes And then we could also Throw in like Two or three sketches
Starting point is 00:22:16 That we have to write And film the sketches In the same night And it would be like You remember That's So Sweet Life Of Zack and Cody Of course
Starting point is 00:22:24 Yeah Yeah Nothing like a Disney Channel crossover yeah yeah how long have we been recording we have
Starting point is 00:22:35 we have about a half an hour to go are you just gonna go home and pass out are you gonna eat what's what's the vibe I'm gonna get some pancakes
Starting point is 00:22:44 and then I'm gonna go the fuck to sleep beautiful'm gonna enjoy every fucking second of it isaac do you want to take your pajamas with you you didn't put them on no we gave i got those for you you bought those for me yeah there were pajamas here they're right at your feet casey uh thank you yeah i'll take them like yeah i'm checking on the chat right now it's a blue it's like blue i forgot that this is live stream i thought i thought shelly would be releasing this Thank you. Yeah, I'll take them. Yeah. I'm checking on the chat right now. It's a blue. It's light blue. Did you bring this? I forgot that this is live stream. I thought Shelby brought all that stuff. You thought Shelby brought the stuff that I've been planning for months.
Starting point is 00:23:13 Well, when it was just me and Jeff in here and I said, what's this? He said, Shelby brought it. She did bring it in and say, I brought you this. That was the bit. There you go. Oh, are these Eeyore? Is this Eeyore? Oh my goodness.
Starting point is 00:23:27 Was that ever unfolded? Did we get the baby back in here? That was the real laughs. The baby's gone. We saw the baby leave. Cries and Waves said you guys should do the HeadGum Podcast. That's a showbiz baby. Like have a bunch of shows, but we all round robin of sorts have to switch hosts for different
Starting point is 00:23:46 shows for a stream what one would that would be great what would i want to host yeah of all of them on the network buckets that's really fucking funny basketball oh my god i don't know either the during ali and i hosting buckets oh my god I sat next to Amir during our like head gum holiday company dinner and
Starting point is 00:24:10 I was like come up with conversation Ali like let's talk about sports he loves basketball and I was like so what do you that's so sweet
Starting point is 00:24:17 and I was like so what do you think about Devin Booker and he was like uh why and I was like well
Starting point is 00:24:22 I heard he and Kendall Jenner just weren't wrong yeah that's your in yeah that was my in I was like do well, I heard he and Kendall Jenner just were wrong. Yeah, that's your in? Yeah, that was my in. I was like, do you think he's been good lately? And he's like, no. And I'm like, because he's probably hurting.
Starting point is 00:24:34 Because he's probably hurt? He's not injured? He's probably hurting inside his heart. Emotionally? Oh, I don't know what that is. Marty! What shows would you guys all want to host? I just want to hear you host Buckets. It's like you guys...
Starting point is 00:24:46 Oh, being like, Devin Booker's a problem. I don't know. If you just give me a list of names, because I don't know any. I can only talk about that on a personal level. I mean, that's all sports is, is memorizing names. And I'd be like, oh my God, don't even ask me about... Not this season, not this season. And then the crowd, because it's a live show, is going all sports is, is memorizing names. And I'd be like, oh, my God. Don't even ask me about this season. Not this season. And then the crowd, because it's a live show, is going, oh, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:10 Yeah. No, definitely. I'd be like, tell us why. Do you remember the Bulls in the 90s? Pretty good. Yeah. Bulls good in the 90s. Is that what Amir sounds like to you?
Starting point is 00:25:28 I think that's just any man to me, including myself. You're just doing the Tim Allen. You doxxed an engagement yesterday. That was cool. And a pregnancy. Well, honestly, okay, the pregnancy was my fault. I've come to realize that Amir doxxed himself. I said said i made a joke about how he doesn't have the gall to like propose and then he offered up the information that actually i did and we're engaged to be with and it could have lived on the stream
Starting point is 00:25:54 where only a couple hundred people were listening but now we're saying it on the head gum podcast then that's my fault because I brought it up USA when I say ums you say B ums B ums when I say
Starting point is 00:26:13 bite you say rice bite rice bite rice fuck you guys
Starting point is 00:26:18 this is what it feels like to be you yeah he did that several times throughout the night. Lots of things, energy going hither and thither. Isaac, could you give us a minute?
Starting point is 00:26:35 I've never done this with a producer, but could you just give us a minute? Can we have the room? Can we just have the room for a second? Don't bully him. He was here. Oh, no. You know what I have felt, though? You are looking over at me a lot more familiar now that Anya's sitting next to me. I don't seem to... You're not as annoyed when you look in this direction anymore. I've never been annoyed by you.
Starting point is 00:26:51 I only make jokes like that to people I feel comfortable with. I was going to say this is a bond. This is a bond, yeah, because you've been with us through some of the thick of it. Trauma bonding. Someone said, let's bring Alf back. We'll do another episode of Review Review before we head out. You guys enjoy how would you feel if you had to do an hour of improv right now
Starting point is 00:27:10 after this that's where I draw the line I'm done I'm fucking done are you gonna do improv two hours from now no I'm not doing that I don't know if I'm bad enough no I think you meant the Herald audition
Starting point is 00:27:24 I thought we were saying when you'd be back in improv shape I'm not doing that. Okay, three hours. I don't know if I'm bad enough. No, I think you meant the Herald audition. I meant the Herald audition. I thought we were saying when you'd be back in improv shape. I need two nights of solid sleep after this. Okay. So Monday morning, it sounds like. You can do another review. It's a holiday. Really important one, too.
Starting point is 00:27:37 We'll pick it up Tuesday. Alf and I are recording on Monday. We can slot you in. I'm not working on Monday. Let me look at the calendar real quick. No, it's not about the calendar. I'm not doing it. It is open. Kind of like, yeah, whenever time you want.
Starting point is 00:27:51 Marika? Do you want us to call UCB and try to reschedule your audition for you? Let's do it right now. Uh, no. Because I think this is the last weekend and I can't do it tomorrow. I don't want to do it tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:28:05 I can't do it Monday. You know who UCB wants is Parsi. They want to see Parsi's whole deal. Yeah, Mariko, why don't you call to get the exception? They want to see Parsi's whole deal. Parsi's going to change the scene and be funny as shit. Be funny as ball. That's one of my favorite bits ever.
Starting point is 00:28:23 Parsi's going to come in and change the scene. Mariko, you got to be funny as shit and you gotta tell us your whole deal you're gonna change the scene entirely with your entrance I say all the time well now I'm confused I thought this was my house Parsi
Starting point is 00:28:37 Parsi Parsi on the sack yeah that's my new maybe I'll change my name to Parsi on the sack yeah that's my new maybe I'll change my name to Parsi that's good or at least like middle name and for those listeners who don't know who's Parsi?
Starting point is 00:28:57 Parsi is an ingenious character lived by Marika Brownlee when Alf and I came on it was me alf jeff marika for an episode of the hagen podcast and um jeff had a segment of review review review where we did a bit of improv based on reviews of review review and jeff promised marika that she wouldn't have to do a scene.
Starting point is 00:29:27 Not but two minutes in. We were doing a bit where I was like, Alpha's my son and Jeff's my new husband. He's going to meet his stepdad. I'd also prefaced it by being like, yeah, Marika, do not enter the scene. This is not for you. And then two minutes in, he's like, you know who I brought with me?
Starting point is 00:29:41 My friend, Parsi, who's going to come in, tell you his whole deal and change the scene entirely and be funny as shit. Here's the thing. I love that we're telling this at the end of this 24-hour stream. Because isn't that the spirit with which we thought of this very idea? The HeadGum Podcast spirit? No, you telling Marika. You are Parsi.
Starting point is 00:30:03 No, you telling Marika she's not going to be in it and then putting her on the spot making her be in it yeah no this is karma for sure i get it yeah this is parsy's curse i think they call this uh parsy's allegory title event yeah parsy's allegory parsy's alleg. Here's my only note. I do wish it was more of people that I knew. That was tough. Sure, sure, sure, sure. It was just, especially in the morning.
Starting point is 00:30:33 Everyone you know is in this room. That's true. More Jake would have been nice. Everyone you know is in this room. It felt like the hardest stretch of it all was the Zooms. This morning. Being on Zoom for like four hours straight. But it was all great.
Starting point is 00:30:50 Sure. Tell me about it. Thank you, Jeff. I think it was all great content. And it was clearly, you guys pulled it off without a hitch. Yeah, I feel like we can do a debrief kind of download lessons learned on Tuesday, kind of like not on a stream. That's true yeah oh i
Starting point is 00:31:06 thought now yeah what a great time to i mean i appreciate the initiative i love a debrief but yeah yeah my vote would be for tuesday guys taking care of your health isn't always easy, right? But it should be simple. That's why for the last three years I've been taking AG1, just one scoop and a cup of water mixed around every day, no exceptions. And it helps me feel, you know, energized, focused, ready to take on the day. Like I'm doing one powerfully healthy habit that's also powerfully simple. I know that AG1 gives my body high quality nutrition because
Starting point is 00:31:47 every batch goes through a rigorous testing process so that you know it's safe and their ingredients are sourced for potency, absorption, and nutrient density, all of which is very important and you don't always get with other leading nutrition brands. I like to drink it first thing in the morning. I'll have a glass of water. I'll have my AG1 and then I'll have my coffee. And it gets me set off to take on the day and to be centered and to feel like I did at least one good thing for my health. And if you do that every day, it has compounding effects. If there's one product I had to recommend to elevate your health, it's AG1. That's why we
Starting point is 00:32:25 partnered with them for so long. So if you want to take ownership of your health, start with AG1. Try AG1 and get a free one-year supply of vitamin D3K2 and five free AG1 travel packs with your first purchase exclusively at drinkag1.com slash what's that? Again, that's drinkag1.com. What's that? Check it out. 20 minutes, 22 minutes. Home stretch. You got it, baby. Are you going to drive home? No, I'm getting a ride.
Starting point is 00:32:54 Okay. I'm going to drive home. Oh, Casey. Casey, why don't we get you an Uber? I don't want to drive my car. Okay. I would like to drive my car. We tried to get him an Uber. I want to drive my car
Starting point is 00:33:06 keep going on the road with the other drivers so it's not a song it's just like i want to drive my car on the road now Now. Now. Emma, you look really upset. I'm not upset. I'm in a great mood. Oh, hell yeah. Cool, cool, cool. You look really comfortable.
Starting point is 00:33:36 I got really comfortable. It's really hot in here. I'm sorry to hear that. We've got two different fans running. Is your door open? No. Oh, you gotta open that door. It was open and we thought that was making it worse. Oh. Wow.
Starting point is 00:33:50 How is that possible? Because the heater is on blast outside of the office and we can't turn it off. Oh, no. Oh, it's winter. Yeah, it sure is. The heater's not the only thing on blast today. Speak on it.
Starting point is 00:34:05 Danny tore me a new one Didn't he give you a drudge? That's true What'd you eat? Well we had mimosas Also he called Casey a sack of white rice So I think you got better No champagne and cocaine
Starting point is 00:34:19 Danny didn't call me a sack of white rice Jeff did And honestly it killed Marika Holy shit Marika's just smiling cause it's over Not that it happened I will say
Starting point is 00:34:33 I was bodied for sure You were bodied? We're all him At the end of the day But Goldie's her. Brownlee's different. Yeah. Jeff,
Starting point is 00:34:55 best and worst parts of the stream for you. We did that hours ago. The lows was this morning It was just a lot It was a lot of energy Let's do Bond of the Week
Starting point is 00:35:13 Oh that's good The Bond has to be Someone that was on the stream at any point Bond of the Week I got it Ben Katzman Love For sure
Starting point is 00:35:24 It's time for a rocking Bond Got it. Yeah. Ben Katzman. Love. Yeah. For sure. Beautiful. For sure. It's time for a rocking Bond. I'd like to pitch Miles Bonsignore for Bond because the disguises though. Oh, yeah. The first Italian Bond. The first Italian. Bond famously known for his disguises. He can switch it up and have a bunch of costumes in his back pocket.
Starting point is 00:35:43 His last name. Yeah. Bond Signore. It's pocket. His last name. Yeah. Bond Signore. It's right. Bond Signore. Anya, that was, Anya just gave a clutch
Starting point is 00:35:50 with Miles Bond Signore. Yeah. We've done that before, but yeah. I think I'm gonna. I'm so sorry, Jeff. I'm so sorry. Jeff, come here.
Starting point is 00:36:03 What the fuck was that? I thought you were gonna slap me in the face. Why would you think that? I thought you were going to slap me in the face. Why would you think that? Well, my Bond of the Week was going to be you. Why? I don't know. You're the only actor on the show. That's not true.
Starting point is 00:36:13 Who else acts? Okay, I did a play in high school. No, I'm the guest. We all sing. We all sing. Actually, we all sing. Well, actually, we all sing. No one else acts
Starting point is 00:36:25 That's literally not true On the stream? You Gabrus? Yeah I guess he acts Yeah it's gonna be my pick Gabrus Gabron
Starting point is 00:36:33 Gabon Gabrus would be an awesome Bond I want a Bond that smokes weed Yeah Gabrus would be an awesome Bond No I think Bond villain Yeah I gotta agree with Jeff here
Starting point is 00:36:44 That Gabrus is Bond villain that would be funny I'd see it the Bond villain was Billy Skafuri did you hear about this part? I watched it that was really sad Billy if you're watching this
Starting point is 00:36:57 you got me brother it felt like the chat was turning on this whole thing I don't know if the chat was like if this is real let him go there was a whole campaign to set you free we hate movies felt underappreciated because I was straight up ignoring them because I was worried that Billy was mad at me
Starting point is 00:37:13 they were just trying to like get you settled in the moment to be like let's take apart what just happened and see if this is real you also asked what did I learn I thought they thought it was real Take apart what just happened. See if this is real. You also asked what did I learn.
Starting point is 00:37:27 I thought it was real. I'm sorry. No, no, no. I thought the Billy thing was real. Thank you. I thought it was real until I ran out of the studio and spotted Amir and went, what the fuck is Billy doing? Is it a bit? And Amir was like, yeah, it's a bit. I was like, thank God.
Starting point is 00:37:42 I didn't know. When I was watching, I didn't catch that it was Billy. All I tuned in for was just like, I have a self-tape for a commercial. Do it. Five. That didn't end up happening. And you, that was real? That was real.
Starting point is 00:37:52 That sucks. It's fine. It was a commercial. That was the thing. I think I thought Billie was a bit, and then you got the self-tape call kind of at the same time. You thought it was the same thing. And I was like, oh, everything's rolling in for some reason right now, and we're ruining
Starting point is 00:38:03 Jeff's life. That would have been really funny to get on the stream, though. Like, to do a self-tape. To do a self-tape. I thought that would have been funny. I would have done it. We didn't have time. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:12 You didn't have time? There was no downtime. There was no downtime. That's the thing. I would have. Maybe. Well, we're not debriefing. The only downtime was, like, between, like, 1 and 2 a.m.
Starting point is 00:38:22 Yeah. But Prime British Hour. In the British Hour. Yeah. Yeah, but prime British hour. In the British hour. Yeah. Yeah, I don't know. What are you guys doing tonight? I'm hanging out with my mom. Please tell her I say hello.
Starting point is 00:38:34 I will. A lot of moms in town. Yeah. It's a big mom week. You're going out to dinner. I think so. I think tonight she wants to go out on the town.
Starting point is 00:38:44 One O's? Yeah. Let's get a poppy. Yeah, maybe do bungalow. I think so I think tonight she wants tonight she wants to go out on the town one oath let's go to Poppy yeah maybe do Bungalow your buddies invited you to go to Poppy tonight right you met him in
Starting point is 00:38:53 what was it Milan fashion week Paris fashion week I learned my lesson oh it's not gonna be like last time she was invited out
Starting point is 00:39:00 by who was it Carla Carla Claus yeah who else but well tell them what she did. Our favorite model slash coder? Yeah, so she, that's the thing.
Starting point is 00:39:12 She should have enough going on to not do what she did to Riley, which was that she poured the bottles of champagne into a bowl and then onto you. Yeah. And all over your pretty dress. I actually don't want that. Sorry, and all over your pretty dress. I wasn't there, yeah, but I heard about it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:26 Tonight, or today, I'm just doing work. I rescheduled an oil change to come be here. You can do that anytime. I know. I was on the phone. Daniel, if you're watching, Daniel called me this morning, and he's like,
Starting point is 00:39:37 are you going to do the HeadGum podcast? I'm like, well, I left my hydro flask at the studio last night, so I actually have to go back and get it. And last night, Anya was like, oh, do you want to hop on the head gun pod? And I'm like, I'm an oil change at noon. And Daniel's like, that is such a stupid fucking excuse.
Starting point is 00:39:51 He's like, I'm like, I've rescheduled it three times. He's like, you don't know them. They don't give a shit. And then I was like, I'm like, but honestly, Daniel, I'm like, I'm really tired. And he was dying. He's like, you have to go tell him that. That genuinely makes me mad. You asshole. That pisses me off like you have to go tell him that that genuinely makes me mad that pisses me off he's like how much sleep did you get like eight hours he's like you have to
Starting point is 00:40:11 go tell him that you didn't want to go at first because you're too sleepy you're crazy for that one hove oh my god isaac what did you learn during this whole thing you know I did have the thought because this is like the first thing I've done here in the offices and stuff like that I came in for like a little bit of a training like a month or so ago
Starting point is 00:40:40 and a part of me was thinking oh yeah you know maybe do this maybe they'll want to like hire you or something like that and then my first thing i hear from you is uh that you want to be an employee as well so i don't think either that's going to happen for us it is i'm not getting benefits and it's always fun to you know you trap a 25 year old in a room after 13 hours they're gonna just start trashing everybody around them and wait what did i say oh just uh seemed like you were really you were just going after you just you hit a point where you're going after people when when when isaac first got here and got into the room you did kind of snap at him and be like i don't even want to look at you
Starting point is 00:41:23 and that was the joke yeah i shouldn't have done that because you didn't know, I don't even want to look at you. That was a joke. I shouldn't have done that because you don't really know who I am in the tone of the show. He's a comedian. He works with comedians. I know, but I was still rude to your face. I was still rude to your face. 4 a.m.? 5 a.m.? 6 a.m.?
Starting point is 00:41:39 It was truly nothing personal. It could have been anyone. I liked it at 2 in the morning when you were breaking down what's wrong with hollywood what did i say oh just a lot of a lot of reboot culture stuff a lot of uh oh i don't get enough respect i don't even remember this happening i don't remember that that's really funny i don't get enough hearing it like that is so funny After this whole thing was put together Uh Allie what did you learn during this Um I guess I learned That
Starting point is 00:42:11 You and I look a lot more alike than I thought Yeah I think it's the eyes I don't think it's much else It's really more of an essence Yeah it's a midwestern Sensibility I think so Yeah
Starting point is 00:42:24 Anybody wears overalls they could look like Yeah, it's a Midwestern Sensibility I think so Yeah And it's Anybody wears overalls They could look like me But it was I mean, we really Like, we had meetings About this for months Yeah
Starting point is 00:42:34 Talking about it It's so hard to hear Putting it together I don't trust anyone in my life You guys all kept it from me I mean, it wasn't It wasn't like we picked this date And then we were like
Starting point is 00:42:42 Okay, eight months from now It was supposed to be A couple months earlier. The date was moving. Well, you pitched a live stream where you sort of. Yeah? What? Land the plane.
Starting point is 00:42:56 I meant it truly as like a bullying thing, but it was going to come out a different way. No, what were you going to say? Where you spanked my ass. Got it. Okay. For 24 hours. Yes. Of course.
Starting point is 00:43:10 And with like a vengeance too. I feel like a machine that just like, I got to go sleep. So it's just going to keep going. All right. Yeah, you get some shut eye. Well, this thing spanks my shit eye.
Starting point is 00:43:24 Amir's not here. Now I don't feel bad anymore. I remember, I think it was Anya or Marika or Allie. It's been so long ago who reached out and was like, hey, can you hop on a Zoom with us to talk like some head gum creative thing? And I was like, it's at 1099. I'm like, I'm being included in a work meeting. Okay. I'm employed. day big day and i was really confused to see you not there yeah because i'm like oh i wasn't that meeting yeah i was like i was like wait in my head because i'm like oh well
Starting point is 00:44:02 if they're inviting me to a creative meeting then it's like jeff's gonna be there too yeah and you weren't there and so then i was like what the fuck and then that's why i remember your face like very scared i was nervous because we should have had a screenshot of that we put that on on the wall as well the energy was very much something's going on and there's a reason jeff's not here and's not here. And you didn't know why. I was nervous for a second. I'm like, something had happened. Yes. You thought.
Starting point is 00:44:29 I thought you were like leaving or something. They were going to tell me that something had happened. And then they pitched this. Yes. The final straw. I mean, that's like backlogged till forever. Right. But then it was like, oh, amazing.
Starting point is 00:44:43 Sean Spencer said 10 minutes until Riley's 24-hour stream starts. Would you do it? Right now? No, I'm too sleepy. That's kind of where I was yesterday, and I fucking made it a bink. If we sprung a surprise 24-hour stream on you,
Starting point is 00:45:00 be very careful. Be very careful here, because he's doing research. I'd love it. It would be so fun and I'd be happy. No, I would, I said before that it's like,
Starting point is 00:45:09 I would be, it'd be like, oh, that's nice for like two hours and then I would slowly sink. I think it should be Riley's all nighter
Starting point is 00:45:18 and it's just 12 hours so you don't have to go through what I just did which is worse than people think it was. What if this was just a rolling thing? That it's like every single person that had gum. It's 24 hours a day.
Starting point is 00:45:31 A day. Every day. And you don't know when it's going to be you. So it's Jeff. But Propes has like 20 plus videos ready to go of like Casey. Dane. By the way, only like around 30 employees. So that means that we would have to do this once a month.
Starting point is 00:45:48 That's not gonna work for me. Marika, thoughts? On that idea? You know, how maybe your and I friendship has grown. Your and my friendship. We can talk about that in a second. I do think at one point we had an idea
Starting point is 00:46:04 of just having a joint stream cross coast so like we could see each other in the offices and be able to like wave real time and talk and stuff. So it kind of be like that or we just like publicize that. Our friendship I think is great. I hit a block this morning where I was like Jeff hates us and is never going to talk to any of us again, which really stressed me out. There was like an hour where I was mad at everybody. Yeah. Yeah, of course. And that's totally within your right.
Starting point is 00:46:35 Not only is that, but it feels like it's what this was supposed to be. Like I needed to have a breaking point. I had it. People have already pointed out when it was. And that's what people wanted. I don't think that's what people wanted I don't think that's not what I wanted none of us wanted
Starting point is 00:46:50 I'm talking about the viewers oh yeah that's fair I think we can all agree that we all anybody who is here past midnight well I guess that's just you and me I was here past midnight this joke fell I guess that's just you and me. Never mind. This doesn't work. I was here past midnight. This joke fell flat.
Starting point is 00:47:07 Marika, sorry. Please continue. I'm sorry. No, I was going to say there was a period of time where I was like, should we just tell Jeff and he could be in on it? And then we decided ultimately no. But I kind of. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:24 I'm glad we didn't. Same. If you had known, would you have done it? Oh, yeah. I still would have done it. We talked about that all night. How it's like just a week notice. Right.
Starting point is 00:47:33 Would have helped him. Then we wouldn't have gotten that. I know. This is good content. And now that we're. I'm also really surprised. 10 minutes away. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:47:43 I'd say 13. 13. Okay. Now that we're 13 minutes away, I'd say 13. 13? Okay. Now that we're 13 minutes away, I feel great about it because it's fucking over. Yeah. I was worried. That's what I said.
Starting point is 00:47:52 I think HeadGum should buy me a Rolex. You got it, babe. No, I don't know. You're saying no to me. I'm going to go do it. No, no, no. It's fine. Shrimp cocktail.
Starting point is 00:48:08 That's what you want for this? Another one? just saying i'm it was a whatever you could i was worried that you were you were not gonna like you were gonna say no and and like the plan was to still have like all these segments going and like either way even if either way we would have made something work but what I wanted to do was if you said no we just leave the cameras spank my ass for 24 hours
Starting point is 00:48:34 we just leave the cameras running in the empty room with this text up there for 24 hours in the comments all throughout the day oh my god. Allie, how has it been being Jeff? It's felt good. Yeah? Does it feel right? Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:53 You know, yeah, it's been a new perspective. And it has been fun being, I've never been a stand-in or a body double before. And I do feel like, speaking of acting, that is step one to getting in the biz 100 and like putting yourself in his shoes so it's like what is it like i guess like stepping into the mind the mind the mind follow-up to that i think at first i was worried
Starting point is 00:49:15 line of questioning my point of view is it like i i was worried about if i do I have to come up with like mean-spirited jests as Jeff? It was almost too meta. Like, I'm like, Jeff, Jeff, Jeff, Jeff, Jeff. Infinite Jeff. Infinite Jeff Jeff. Because then the worry is, what if I go too far? And what if I say something that people are like, is that Ally or is it Jeff?
Starting point is 00:49:41 And then I get lost within my own mind. Yeah. And it becomes, the lines are blurred. You thought you could actually become Jeff or like become the Jeff presence for us. And going home was hard because I'm still in the overalls. That was what I wanted to know. When you left the studio, you took the character of Jeff with you.
Starting point is 00:50:01 No, you can't take it with you, but I took Jeff with me. Interesting. And I was just like take it with you, but I took Jeff with me. Interesting. And I was just like, it was hard to shake off the POV. You can't take it with you. You can't take the character with you, but I took Jeff with me.
Starting point is 00:50:18 Because he's not a character. In general, you can't take it with you. She's saying you can't take it with you, Casey. Is that what you were saying? I'm making a reference to the play. You can't take it with him. No, she's saying you can't take it with you, Casey. Is that what you were saying? I'm making a reference to the play. You can't take it with you? What a deep cut! A play that I didn't see on Broadway.
Starting point is 00:50:35 The whole cast of characters from the entire stream comes in and celebrates Allie. You can't take it with you but I can take Jeff with me it was 3 in the morning and I'm at my own house and I go to the bathroom and I look in the mirror and I'm like you're not Jeff
Starting point is 00:50:53 let it go black swan like whore and I'm like who wrote that this is such a small thing but referring to being at home as I was at my own house as if it's like the darndest thing and I was at
Starting point is 00:51:11 my own house if you can believe it you were at home you were at home I was in my own goddamn bedroom if you can fucking believe it I just want the viewers to know I'm not crashing somewhere I have a place
Starting point is 00:51:25 and I pay rent that's cool that's nice Charlie Ashby says do you now understand the plight of the Jeff yeah well I think I've understood
Starting point is 00:51:37 the plight and duality of man yeah I mean Jeff and I have known each other for a long time now we've been working together for years we've always
Starting point is 00:51:44 mostly my life me making your life harder not really maybe just chasing but it doesn't bother me if anything i have to i i is me as ali i have to work through just general day-to-day as my job is not feeling like i'm a narc i don't want it my biggest fear is being annoying and so when i do follow up or whatever, like, you know. You're too charming to be annoying. Oh, thanks.
Starting point is 00:52:08 I'm annoying because Alf and I don't respond to Allie's emails nearly fast enough as we should. No, no, no, no. You guys are the stream to work by. It's at headgum, at Gmail,
Starting point is 00:52:16 I never know which is which. You think the reason why it's hard to respond is the server? What's that? Big laugh from Emma. It's hard. We have to plan scheduling,
Starting point is 00:52:29 look at dates, but you, so that's why it takes us a little bit of time, but you think it's hard because you're like, it's at HeadGum or at Gmail?
Starting point is 00:52:35 I don't, it's like, G, H? It's hard for Jeff, for sure. Right. I mean, Miles gave proof.
Starting point is 00:52:42 Yeah. How much longer? Eight minutes. Beautiful. If you want to be true to the time. Yeah. Yeah, I want to be true to the time. I'm not calling it We gotta be true to the time.
Starting point is 00:52:58 It's not your call, it's Jeff's call. We are true to the time. We're true to the time. Do we want to do another. True to the time. Do we want to do another Rhythm of the Rice? Yeah, I think we should close it out maybe with a group Rhythm of the Rice. Okay. Which, of course...
Starting point is 00:53:16 For eight minutes? Was it actually eight? No, I'll let us know when we're ready. Okay. Yeah, wait. So the minute we hit 24 hours even, I'll let us know when we're ready okay yeah wait so what if the minute we hit 24 hours
Starting point is 00:53:28 even you start the song and then we just go out with that yeah let's do that okay great I saw
Starting point is 00:53:34 when I got home last night when I got to my own house last night I was pounding some chocolate chips from a bag
Starting point is 00:53:43 oh I love doing that it's the best thing ever and I put it on the stream for a bit and it was it was another rhythm of the rise and so I forget it was I'm in the comments was like this is a reward It was so funny I was like I was I went to my own home and I Was on the computer like 1 a.m. One of the rhythm of the rice's was happening and it was just everyone in the chat spamming rice. And I could not stop laughing. It was so funny.
Starting point is 00:54:15 So fucking funny. The hive mind of nonsense. We're getting a lot of rice spam in the chat right now. Yeah. The people are the people can't wait for the rice. I love rice. We should do an Indian hour. A what?
Starting point is 00:54:30 Exactly. An Indian hour? I need to be with my brothers and sisters. I don't know what you're saying. I think he said Indian hour. Oh. I thought he said an Indian hour.
Starting point is 00:54:40 I'm like, watch an indie film every hour. We should do an Indian hour an indie film every hour. You should do an indie an hour. An indie an Indian hour. And we'll segregate the room. Whites and browns. Just like my laundry. Nice.
Starting point is 00:54:55 The fuck is wrong with you? We're getting rice. Spam the chat with rice. Spam the chat with rice. We're getting a lot of rice. Yeah, actually, I'll take the rice. Spam the chat with rice. You earned it.
Starting point is 00:55:08 What's that? You earned it. The rice spam? No, the rice. The way you're saying it, you earned it. That was rude. It was more normal than that. I just am too tired to nail it. No, you should take it. Take whatever you want. Jeff, I would like, now that we are
Starting point is 00:55:24 closing in on the final minutes, I would love to hear your final thoughts on this whole ordeal. I think Jake and Amir are cowards. Marty, I didn't expect to be a part of this really at all, so he actually over-delivered by being in it at all. I think Jake and Amir are cowards for starting it and then never returning.
Starting point is 00:55:41 Amir returned, like, what, 15 minutes afterwards? It was kind of stupid. And honestly, that was supposed to be Jake. Exactly. So, shout out everyone else other than Jake Amir, I would say. Well, okay, in Jake's defense, he had to go rescue a cat. What does that mean? It means that there was a cat that needed
Starting point is 00:55:56 help and he went to go help it. Why did he have to be the person to go rescue the cat? Because someone asked him to. They said, hey, there's a... No, there was a Emily emily and murph uh from natpod uh rescue uh like stray cats and like help you know like take them off the street and and so they know they tapped they tapped jake for some help i don't know because he's in town because he's in town this is why jake couldn't be here for your no he Because he's in town. No, he was like, I gotta go help a cat. I really thought that they would be at the end.
Starting point is 00:56:29 That, like, hurts my feelings. For real, actually. It did seem like you were bummed when you were calling Amir, like, an hour ago. Like, you're not showing up for the end of this? You wanna call him again? No. I'm mad at him. Ultimately.
Starting point is 00:56:43 What I heard was that Amir pitched this in a content meeting, so this was his shit. So that's fucked up. Yeah, he did pitch surprising you. Yeah, so I think that's fucked up. Ultimately, this is good because it just gets us in your favor
Starting point is 00:56:59 because we're here. That's what I was gonna say is we need a HeadGum podcast tour because of this. Yeah, I agree. And we can talk about the rates. Tell us in the chat where the HeadGum podcast tour should go. Yeah, tell us.
Starting point is 00:57:14 Also, Jeff, raise your rate. I don't know how to do that. You can. I can't just do that. I need to ask for a raise. I think you can raise your rate. You can say that you want.
Starting point is 00:57:33 Let's talk about this off air right now. Yeah, in just a couple minutes. Maybe we should do 50 an hour. For? For the sketches. Well, maybe 75 because you kind of took to it pretty easily. We're getting a lot of locations
Starting point is 00:57:48 for the Hedgum Podcast tour. Jeff, can I say something? I forgot we were live. Can I say something? Also, none of that was real. Well, I actually can't believe you did it. You did it, buddy. None of us believed in you.
Starting point is 00:58:03 No, you could have walked out at any moment and you did not I took breaks that's incredible double we doubled it that's pretty amazing I will say Jay Estrella was me and I'm not good for the money
Starting point is 00:58:17 Jay Estrella donated like $700 that's insane Durbert Schuettman Delbert Schuett? Yeah, Schutman. Delbert. Delbert Schutman. So sorry, Delbert. My apologies. Good friend of mine.
Starting point is 00:58:29 Oh, really? Some people are saying come to Brazil for the Hike and Podcast. Come to Brazil. It's huge. I've always wanted to be told to come to Brazil. So this is a real thrill. I love that we've done that bit before on Review Years Ago. Come to Brazil.
Starting point is 00:58:41 Come to Brazil. Like really earnest and soft and they don't actually care. Come to Brazil. Like really earnest and soft and they don't actually care. Come to Brazil. Yeah. I think we should go to all of our hometowns. Hometown,
Starting point is 00:58:50 Chicago, LA, that one's easy. Cleveland, Savannah, Coral Springs, Florida. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:57 Let's just do Boston. Or Modelhead. Where? Moscow. Oh my God. You might have fans. I think now's a good time to go there too. So what is it? Tampa Bay? Moscow. Oh my God. You might have fans. I think now's a good time to go there too. So what is it?

Reallyikar. Oh, it's S.E. Johnson. A lot of companies. S.E. Johnson. Well, Anikar is Racine spelled backwards, and it's a really good watch company. The family? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:49 Headgum, a family company. There's no way. That's a red flag. After this? After referencing all of each other spanking each other's ass? You were the only one who was referencing. That was you. We were all. 24 hour stream where you're spanking my ass. No. We're in the final minute here, folks. It's the final countdown. 24 hour stream where you're spanking my ass No I'm not gonna
Starting point is 01:00:05 I'm not gonna minute here folks This is it I need to pull up the lyrics After this I need to call my parents and say I'm not gonna meet up with them tonight Like I said I would Because I am dead inside I can't believe that I can look up the rhythm of the rice
