Starting point is 00:00:00 Now, we know Biden, his parting shot was he gave a pardon to Anthony Fauci for doing nothing. No crimes. Just gave the pardon out. And so what is happening right now is that pardon was a federal pardon, but it doesn't stop state-level legal actions going towards Anthony Fauci. And that's exactly what's happening. So we have 17 state attorneys generals are looking to prosecute Fauci despite pardon. We look at the letter. This letter was given to Speaker of...
Starting point is 00:00:30 the House Mike Johnson and then also Senate Majority Leader John Thune. And we look in here and it's talking about what they're going to be investigating. This is kind of just a heads up for those guys saying, hey, we're coming after this gentleman, Anthony Fauci, for accountability. We will not give this up on the American people. And so they're talking in this letter and they say, to say we are troubled by the scope and timing of the pardon on the heels of the subcommittee's final report would be a gross understatement to ensure that former President Biden's shameful pardon does not frustrate accountability, we urge Congress to consider using all available tools at its disposal. As you are aware, a pardoned by former President Biden does not extend to preclude
Starting point is 00:01:12 state-level investigations or legal proceedings. And of course, they're looking at that pardon there, I'm sorry, they're looking at those legal proceedings there for Fauci's role in really hiding some of the potential origins of COVID, possibly also to the... Speaking to hiding those to the Congress and also his efforts to obfuscate vaccine, the push on the vaccine, a lot of medical professionals were questioning that push before it came out and they were kind of pushed the side, Jay Batacharya among them, and people in the Great Barrington Declaration, obviously Fauci led one of the hit pieces on them. So all this is being looked at.
Starting point is 00:01:52 This is super momentous and it's positive because we really must have accountability if it's there, if justice, it's going to be served. if nothing else, a lesson to future people in positions of power. So now we're going to move on to really a pledge for this next story. And if people don't remember this, it was in 2020, there was no vaccine available for COVID. And pharmaceutical companies who really didn't have a lot of integrity in the public's eye generally came out and said, we are going to make you a promise. They said vaccine makers, nine of them, sign a safety pledge in the race for COVID-19 vaccine, safety pledge, transparency. We're going to do it all right because we trust you with the
Starting point is 00:02:33 world's eyes on us. Well, if we want to take a look at that safety pledge, we go to Moderna's website and where to go? It's not there anymore. That's right. It's been memory hold. The pledge is gone. You were taken for a ride. And as we know, all the work we've done here, we've shown how hard it has been to get transparency and data we've had ICAN, sue these manufacturers to get the data of Pfizer trying to install for 75 years to get this data. And so what's happening right now is there's a move at the state level to ban MRNA technology. And this is happening in several states. Montana has just left committee.
Starting point is 00:03:13 It's now going to the House for a vote for my understanding. We have Idaho as well. And why are people doing this? So if you're watching the show for the first time you're saying, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is now confirmed as Secretary of HHS, maybe it'll try. check out what the high wire is doing. Well, here's the open VAERS reporting. This is the vaccine adverse event reporting system. These are all the COVID-19 alerts that people, doctors and citizens, have filed. Now, I want to show people one part of this, particularly
Starting point is 00:03:43 the deaths. 38,264 have been reported. Now, remember, there's two sides to VERS. One side was verifiable. Harvard Pilgrim did a study, and they said less than, they automated VERS. They said less than 1% of actual adverse events are actually being captured. And then the other side, people that are, that defend VERS will say, well, it's a passive system. It's, it's not meant to really provide causation. So okay, well, it may be if even just a little bit of those 38,000 people actually died because of the COVID shot, we have a problem. And this is the conversation that a lot of, that's happening in state houses across America right now,
Starting point is 00:04:20 and it's continuing to do so. And I want to bring people's attention to a study. There's actually a study published in a. Medical Journal analysis last month calls for market removal of COVID-19 vaccines intensify as risks far outweigh theoretical benefits. And there is a chart in here. And this is a fascinating chart because these are all of the recalls from vaccines and drugs. So look at this. The Cutter Incident was the first one, 1995. It took only 10 deaths for this polio vaccine to be pulled off the market. 1976, the swine flu shot. 53 deaths. It's out of the market. Then we have
Starting point is 00:04:55 Meridia. It's a weight loss drug, 1970, or 1997. 94 deaths gone, then post-a-core, heart med, and goes on and on. But see, Vioxx, you start getting these bigger bars at the bottom. You have Vioxx down there. That's when they pulled that one. It took a couple years for that, obviously. But that huge bar at the
Starting point is 00:05:13 bottom, those are the VERS of reporting events for the COVID vaccine deaths. So this is what we're talking about when people say, this is promising technology. Sure it is, but it was rushed out during emergency use authorization with captured agencies that rubber stamped it and it's still out there right now. COVID's not a problem. Biden extended the PEP Act until 2029 to provide legal
Starting point is 00:05:37 viability protection to these manufacturers. So states are moving on their own to do this. This is this for a lot of people, a lot of the public, this is an exciting venture who are dealing with some of these injuries from these vaccines.
