Starting point is 00:00:00 This was a big win, New York State, and here's the headline. State Supreme Court shoots down quarantine and isolation provision. This is Section 213. Now, this was a Department of Health section that allowed quarantine for no specific amount of time for a reason that they don't have to prove you're sick. They can put you wherever they want. So you think about quarantine facilities. We see headlines of that.
Starting point is 00:00:23 No age. So we're talking kids. We're talking elderly. And this has been shot down now by three. representatives in New York. We have George Borrello. He's a New York State Senator. We have Chris Tag. He's a New York State Assemblyman. And Mike Lawler, also a New York State Assemblyman. We have a representatives getting off their butts and making things happen. And let's go to the actual decision. This is what the judge in the case wrote as his decision. He says,
Starting point is 00:00:50 Involuntary detention is a severe deprivation of individual liberty far more egregious than other health safety measures, such as requiring masks wearing at certain venues, This involuntary quarantine may have far-reaching consequences such as loss of income employment and isolation from family. They're talking community and family, and they're fighting for us at that level. So this is a big win in the New York State Supreme Court. That is huge. It's so important this idea that we could be basically taken captive, prisoner in the United States of America or our kids. I brought this up early on with COVID.
Starting point is 00:01:21 We had that guy like in Santa Barbara or something, you know, come board in the health department saying, hey, look, if you don't have enough toilets in your house, we might have to take, you know, a couple of. family member and I tweeted out, what if that family members are your six-year-old daughter? Does anyone we've got a problem with that? Like, we're all cool with the fact that this is going to walk through our door and take one of our family members away because COVID's in the neighborhood. I mean, this is crazy. And we all, you know, if you said five years ago, this was going to happen the United States of America, everyone, no one's in a terrible movie script. It's overwritten that will never happen in a million years. That's right. And lo and behold, we're all on the other side of this one. What? Yes, sir, absolutely. Absolutely. So we're also looking at the Biden
Starting point is 00:01:57 administration, there was a basically a ruling saying that federal workers must get the COVID-19 vaccine. That has now been on hold. So here's the headline U.S. Appeals Court vacates federal vaccine mandate pending additional hearing. So right now it is on hold. They're going to basically just shake it up again and restart the whole thing. But until then, federal workers, you have protection because it is on hold. But now let's get into some really big news. Los Angeles Unified School District. This This is the second largest school district in all of the United States. We're talking over 600,000 kids, K through 12, over 1,000 high schools. This is the headline.
Starting point is 00:02:36 Anybody out there, if you're a parent sitting on the couch saying, what can I do? Listen to this headline. Judge rules in favor of father's son duo stating L-AUSD cannot issue vaccination requirements. It states here in the article. Judge Mitchell Beckoff ruled that the current L-A-U-SD mandate clash with both California state law and the state health and safety code. by not allowing exemptions for personal beliefs. What the school district attempted to do was forget about California state law,
Starting point is 00:03:05 forget about Health Code. They said, we're our own entity. We're going to make our own rules for COVID vaccines for these kids. And if you don't take them, we're mandating them. Get out of our school district. You go to independent schooling. And the judge said, no, no, no, you can't do that. And why is this important?
Starting point is 00:03:18 Because I can, the informed consent action network. Yes, sir. With our lead attorney, Aaron Siri, is right now battling the Sandy-A, go unified school district, one of the other biggest ones in the country. And this ruling in Los Angeles is going to give credence to that ruling as well and help supercharge that. So expect us to report on that very soon as a legal win. Yes, sir. Good. And there's such a, it's a real theme here, right? Yeah. And what people I think don't understand is, look, California is still, what they're saying essentially is the health department is not allowed to mandate a vaccine
Starting point is 00:03:54 upon you. The school district's not allowed to mandate a vaccine upon you. You have to go through the legislative process. Exactly what John Roberts, you know, put in a decision against the EPA. You are not going to use these agencies and these smaller groups to do your dirty work. We've got to get back to letting elected officials. Now look, now it's upon us, right? It's back to the voters saying, you know what, do I like the legislators that are voting for these types of things? So that's the final straw. But it's getting back into our hands where there were these groups and these school boards and things, we couldn't touch them. Right, right. Getting funded by pharma to push all this stuff on the kids.
Starting point is 00:04:26 Right. And this is, you know, it's showing. We're showing activation at the legal level with lawyers, activation at the reps level, because our reps are now pushing this and the grassroots level. We're all coordinating now to make some serious changes. This is huge news. Now let's go down out of the United States to Uruguay. Uruguay is doing something that a lot of people only hope could happen in the United States. Check out this headline.
Starting point is 00:04:46 We have ABC News. Uruguay dispense COVID vaccinations for children under 13. This is the lawyer in the case. Dentone said the government has had. failed to present the contracts with pharmaceutical giant Pfizer that he had requested. The government has said a confidentiality clause in the contract prevents it from sharing the document. Whoops, can't do it. The judge is seeking, among other things, to know whether there are clauses in the contracts
Starting point is 00:05:12 that promise civil and criminal immunity due to any adverse effects from the vaccine. Ricari, the judge, also wants information about the chemical composition of the vaccine. So this judge said, stop everything. If you're not going to give us the contract, you're not injecting our kids anymore. until you give us this information. This is amazing. The beacon of light and hope and freedom right now in Uruguay, and America is going to be following that.
Starting point is 00:05:34 We're really nice to get ourselves back on track into representing this should be what we're reading in the United States of America now. Yes, yes. You know, it's amazing, though, it's fantastic. And, Dale, speaking of Aaron Siri, our lawyer, informed consent action network, I just got off the phone with him before we went on air,
Starting point is 00:05:50 and I took some notes here. I'm going to read from them. This is big, big, big, breaking news concerning a case that his law firm has taken. So this is in the Southern, the District Court of the Southern District of Ohio. Siri and Glimstad, his law firm certified a class action issue for the entire Air Force for religious exemptions for a temporary restraining order on its way to a preliminary injunction perhaps in the next 14 days for no action on any Air Force member or servicemen or
Starting point is 00:06:23 woman. Wow. Everything is paused at this point for religious exemptions. They originally were taking on a case for about one to 200 Air Force members that had religious exemptions. The Air Force was not honoring those. Now the judge ruled that the Air Force has to stay this. They cannot do anything or touch them until this proceeding happens.
Starting point is 00:06:43 So that's amazing. When you think about like this, our military has been under attack with this thing, standing their ground. We're now looking at thousands now in the Air Force. that we're looking at court marshals, looking at being docked pay, all sorts of issues. And this court is now saying every single one of you are now free to wait and see how your, you know, exemption works out. The Air Force can't do anything to you. This is a massive, massive win right now.
Starting point is 00:07:11 Yes, it is. So excited. I mean, you can feel it, right? With all the darkness in the world, we really are seeing a transition here. And all, like, right underneath the watchful eye of administration that's against all of these things. Yes. I mean, it's phenomenal that we're able to achieve this. You look at the power of the courts and all that was happening as judges were being put in place that actually believed in the Constitution of the United States of America. It's really, truly excited. And we're showing a legal system that is providing a container for protection for the servicemen and women that provide protection to us. This is a beautiful win-win. So, very good.
