Starting point is 00:00:00 This thing is kind of receding. COVID's kind of in the rearview mirror and we have, you know, the medical industrial complex. People talk about that all the time, but we've had this like branch off, this little bubble that came off of that of a pandemic industrial complex. It's his own, it's his own thing with its own marketing arm and its own products and its own, you know, striving for its own individual offices and power systems. And products that look like this. You may see this on your kid's shelf, a virus playset. Plagues of the 21st century. Yes, that's right. COVID, flu, SARS, Zika, measles. Have your kids spread knowledge and not disease.
Starting point is 00:00:35 Be the super spreader of knowledge. Wow. So you get to have a plush toy with your favorite, I guess, virulent disease. But in all serious. You too can raise your own personal hypochondriac. Exactly. I don't know if that person would be very fun at parties or events. But anyway.
Starting point is 00:00:52 So in seriousness, the White House has launched an office of Panthers. pandemic preparedness and response. This is the kind of the newsletter that went out or the press release. And we go into this here and it says this, what is it gonna do? It's gonna coordinate the administration's domestic response to public health threats that have pandemic potential
Starting point is 00:01:13 or get this, or just may cause significant disruption. That's a nebulous term. And strengthen domestic pandemic preparedness. This includes ongoing work to address potential public health outbreaks and threats from COVID-19, monkeypox, polio, avian, and human influence. influenza and RSV.
Starting point is 00:01:30 And then it gets into the nuts and bolts. How is it going to do that? Specifically, OPPR will oversee efforts to develop, manufacture, and procure the next generation of medical countermeasures, including leveraging emerging technologies and working with HHS on next generation vaccines and treatments for COVID-19 and other public health threats. And Dell, it's not a fleeting moment this thing's going to be in the White House. It's permanent.
Starting point is 00:01:52 This is stat news. White House launches permanent pandemic office. and those were the words in that press release. This is going to be a permanent position. It's in the executive branch of the White House. So this thing is sitting. It's encapsulating right in the president's office, if you will. You have this vacuum seal pandemic office.
Starting point is 00:02:10 And think about why they're doing that. So who are they putting at the head of this? Remember, we did a whole expose on Dr. Deborah Birx. Yes. Where she came from, the military background she had, the National Security Council. she was thrust to the head of that. She was put and she was basically responsible for the pandemic response.
Starting point is 00:02:31 Well, it pointed out that she came from the military with the scarfs threw us all off, but the truth is she should have been standing there in her epaulets because in many ways this was a, you know, national security, Department of Defense. It was a military operation that was taking place on America, whether it was just a test run or was just, but if we had seen her standing there in military garb, saying things that she did, I think we would have realized that this was much more of a martial law state that was locking us down and not necessarily a fluffy, you know, let's all, you know, stay in this together and be healthy. And right. And remember Scott Atlas's book, he was a coronavirus advisor to Trump who came in there. He said, some weird things happen. She's going out and publicly countering what the president's saying. She's saying the opposite. No one can criticize her. She's doing all the state visits on her own. I mean, this lady was really heading things up. So who's heading this pandemic office? in the White House, this new one now, a retired Major General, Paul Fredericks.
Starting point is 00:03:28 Now, who is he? He came from the Pentagon. He was a medical advisor to the Department of Defense COVID-19 Task Force, and he was from the National Security Council, just the place that Deborah Birx was heading during the COVID response. He was from the National Security Council, and he's now been picked to come up to the office and run this thing. So this makes me think when we start connecting dots. So we have this plug-in-play situation here, and it's a closed system. So it's already in there. You have ex-military running it from the Pentagon, and you're not going to get this porous boundaries. You're not going to get a Scott Atlas floating in there and disrupting things. You're not going to get a Robert Redfield. It's just saying like, hey, we really need to
Starting point is 00:04:10 investigate Wuhan, China. This thing is closed, start to finish. They're going to work on the vaccine development from that space. But remember, the WHO has the legally binding treaty that it's been working on and for the international health regulations. And here's a headline from just a couple months ago. So there's a lot of moving parts that seem to be jelling how the World Health Organization could fight future pandemics. It says here they have a target date of May 2024 for a legally binding agreement to be adopted by the UN health agency's 194 member countries. And we have Tedros in there saying that this is a generational commitment. That's the words he's using. So this is something they really want to make sure sticks and not go back to
Starting point is 00:04:54 the old way he's saying. And remember, we have Jeremy Ferrar going in there as the chief scientific officer of the WHO. He at the Welcome Trust co-founded CEPI. So there's a lot of players that are now moving into this space and making this like some big league movements right now. We have to pay attention to this. We have to get out front of this. It's really amazing. In many ways, as you were sort of talking about this, I just thought this is the new war economy, right? This is the, the war on, you know, nature, on disease, on the pandemic, and the military is running it, not doctors, military. And, you know, you think about all of those dystopian novels, and especially in 1984 that has some distant war that doesn't really make sense to anybody, but it keeps us all
Starting point is 00:05:36 sort of locked in our own space, trying to stay safe. This is just this ongoing, an intangible, invisible war that we are pouring billions and billions of dollars and the pharmaceutical industry is pouring billions of dollars into our government officials and buying up our regulatory agencies that are refusing to do any proper safety trials. I mean, the whole thing is really, really a mess.
