I want to go into what was happening with Senator Ron Johnson.
Just a couple days ago, he had really another historic meeting in DC.
This was the Voices of the Vaccine Injured, and this was giving a platform a spotlight to those
harm by vaccines. Take a look.
Do you swear the testimony you will give before this subcommittee will be the truth, the whole
truth and nothing but the truth to help you got?
Please be seated.
The purpose of today's hearing titled, Voices of the Vaccine Injured is very simple.
simple to give a platform to those individuals and families who have been abandoned, their injuries
and suffering, dismissed and forgotten. As difficult as it will be for you to testify today,
is important for the American public to hear your testimony. This is about my son, Corbyn, D,
accordingly. Corbyn received all of his routine vaccines on time. I took him in for a combo flu
shot that would be administered in two doses. When I came home from work, I went to nurse him,
my baby, face down, fists clenched, arms stiff straight to his side, body stiff and unresponsive,
and immediately started CPR.
When I opened his mouth, his tongue was stiff with rigamortis as I tried to breathe life back into him,
but it was too late.
How could this happen?
He was healthy.
Nothing else was different that day, except the flu shot.
In 2008, my 20-year-old daughter had her first GYN appointment.
The doctor recommended the HPV vaccine, and we were told it was safe and effective and would prevent cervical cancer.
After vaccination, my daughter developed rapid heartbeat, dizziness on standing, unusual fatigue, and arrhythmia.
Chris had an EKG, which came back normal, so we thought everything was okay.
She continued with the shots, and 18 days after the third shot.
She was found dead in her bed at college.
You cannot imagine the help of seeing your child lifeless.
We also hear from two witnesses who advocate for, quote,
routine immunizations across the lifespan, unquote,
because they lost loved ones from a disease vaccines were intended to prevent.
I lost my son Joseph to flu during the H1N1 pandemic in October 2009.
The H1N1 flu vaccine that could have saved his life
was not available in our community until two weeks.
weeks after he died.
There is no acceptable loss when it comes to a child.
Brady was a very happy, very healthy baby boy.
After the holidays, Brady developed a cough.
We spent the next 10 days with tests, breathing tubes,
feeding tubes, trying to stabilize him.
Unfortunately, Brady's heart stopped.
The whooping cough diagnosis came a few weeks later.
My son Stephen was born where most hepatitis B,
Hib and D-TAP vaccines contained upwards to 25 micrograms of mercury by my son's 15-month
well-baby checkup. He was exposed to an accumulated total of 237.5 micrograms of mercury, which
exceeded the current EPA safe exposure limit by nearly 200 times. Not only does my son have autism,
but he has also been diagnosed with mitochondrial dysfunction,
ticks and whole body dyspraxia.
At 27 years old, he still cannot speak.
Our story is not welcome in the news media,
and social media completely censors us.
Society does not want to acknowledge vaccine injury, period.
The day he received the MMR vaccine,
Billy was convulsing.
His tiny body gripped by seizures.
We rushed him to hospital desperate for answers,
but the doctors, after hearing he'd had the MMR, said,
it's perfectly normal, it's perfectly common.
He'll be fine.
But he wasn't fine, and he's still not fine, age 29.
He's severely sick with severe autism.
If I received my first COVID-MRNA shot,
just three weeks after my second dose,
I had constant chest pressure, arrhythmias,
and overwhelming fatigue.
The diagnosis was pulmonary hypertension.
I reported my case to VERS,
the vaccine adverse event reporting system.
I expected to hear from the FDA or CDC.
I never did. What I learned is chilling. If you are harmed, you are on your own.
My story and experiences do not in any way minimize those of my fellow witnesses. We are all
doing the best we can with the information we have. We all are all here as parents. We want
what is best for our children. The problem that lies is we have too many conflicts of interest.
When you have the pharmaceutical companies that are selling the drugs, also teaching the doctors,
what needs to happen, you're having a broken system.
When I hear your stories, it breaks my heart and hoping my colleagues see that pain and
then we actually move the ball forward to get something done.
There's some obvious things.
Why don't we treat the pharmaceutical industry like any other business?
The government has decided that this particular industry gets a free pass.
I don't really think any industry should be immune from legal response to it.
I would be interested in looking at whether reforms are appropriate.
The truth is vaccine injuries are real and they've been ignored.
What we're trying to seek is the truth.
We want to know exactly what's happening.
We want integrity restored to science.
Think about how far we've come when I started reporting those parents were called anti-vax
conspiracy theorists and the media, the corporate media, viciously neutralized them and made their
stories disappear, would not tell them, call them names, ridiculed them. And the rest of the public
took note and followed suit. No, not anymore. We're done with that. Thanks to Senator Ron Johnson
for having these voices out there in the heart of D.C. and the other senators who took part in that
and for televising that. This is a big moment. And I want to explain something. We're talking about
vaccine injury, but also talking about how do we get justice for those that have been in
vaccine injury? How do we get help? Well, in America, we have a broken system. We have the National
Vaccine Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, and we also have the countermeasures injury
compensation program. The NVICP is for people that have been injured by the routine childhood
vaccinations, adults as well, HPV vaccine. And this is a court where you're against the DOJ, you're
against HHS, you have to bring your own science. You have a three-year statute of limitations.
So if it's after that, you're out of luck, and it's highly adversarial to try to get justice
or compensation for your medical bills that you're spending, many of parents are spending
hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to treat their children. The countermeasures program
is for the COVID vaccine. You're even more out of luck if you get injured there.
And the question is, if I get this vaccine, I get injured, what happens? Well, for the COVID
vaccine, you have a year of statute of limitations. And after that, the science is still
being looked at, and it's not even settled yet.
And after that year window, you're out of luck, and it's called a black hole.
Well, something amazing is happening.
The United States, America, and our leaders, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
is now talking about revamping, revolutionizing these compensation programs.
He said this on Tucker Carlson.
Take a look.
What about all the people who are injured by the COVID-VACs?
There are a lot of them.
I know a lot of them.
Some died.
Some were permanently disabled.
Nobody seems to care.
You never hear about them.
And they don't seem to be getting any help.
Will that change?
Yeah, that's going to change.
I mean, as I said, the big impediment is 1986 Vaccine Act.
Yes.
And so it's complicated about how we fix this, you know,
so that we can get compensation to those people.
We just brought a guy in this week who's going to be revolutionizing the vaccine injury compensation program.
And we're looking at ways to enlarge that program so that COVID vaccine injured people can be compensated.
And we're changing the program so that we're looking at ways to enlarge the statute of limitations.
It was only three years.
A lot of people don't discover their injuries.
after that.
And there's no discovery in that program.
There's no rules of evidence.
The program has defaulted into lawyers from the justice.
You're not suing the vaccine company.
You're petitioning my agency.
And it's represented traditionally by the Department of Justice.
And the lawyers in the Department of Justice, the leaders of it were corrupt.
and they saw their job as protecting the trust fund
rather than taking care of people
who made this national sacrifice.
Now, you can see Secretary Kennedy there
is choosing his words wisely and cautiously.
This is a heavy lift to talk about changing
what he's talking about, a heavy lift on the shoulders
of a man who already has a lot of weight on his shoulders
to change a lot of institutional issues
that are inherent within HHS, CDC, FDA.
And what are we talking about here
To change these programs, you're going to actually have to go to Congress, and you're probably not going to get the votes to change these programs.
So they're looking for ways to change the programs, like he said, just extend that statute of limitations for these vaccine injuries.
Give people more time and maybe get the science out there.
Another thing you could do was extend the table of injuries.
There's only a certain amount of injuries like a sore shoulder or anaphylaxis that you can actually put these petitions forward to get injury compensation if you've been harmed by a vaccine.
So to extend that table to the known science would help as well.
With the COVID vaccine, it's still under emergency use authorization.
In fact, the Biden administration, one of the gifts that they gave right before they left was to extend the COVID emergency until 2029.
What's going on here?
But extending that emergency to 2029 protects the COVID vaccine and puts it into that countermeasures injury compensation program, that black hole.
So there's almost no hope for these people for anybody out there in the United States that are,
injured by this vaccine. So perhaps one of the things they could do is end the emergency. Clearly,
COVID's not a pandemic emergency anymore. And these countermeasures, these shots should not be
protected as if it is one. So I want to move on from there and just talk about some other
events in the news here. But, you know, one of the things Kennedy is up against, there's a lot of
things. He's one man. There's a lot of agencies. And as I'm going to show you in these news stories,
There is a lot of push, pull that's going on in these agencies.
In other words, there's fights happening actively in these agencies right now.
And as people, we need to share this information and help.
We can't just sit back and say, the government's got it.
Kennedy's in, or if it trumps in, they're going to fix it.
The work starts when Kennedy got in.
Now is the time to help.
So I want to go, for all Kennedy's efforts, how has he been rewarded by the medical community?
Well, he's being sued.
So this is American Academy of Pediatrics.
Our friends there at the AAP,
sues Robert Ruff Kennedy Jr. over vaccine changes.
Well, what changes, those are the changes to the COVID-19 vaccine.
All Kennedy said was, hey, you know what,
we don't really have the full science to support giving this shot to everybody,
healthy children, six months old, and healthy adults.
So we're going to back that off a little bit.
Maybe just give it to the people that are immunocompromised
or have a chronic health condition.
Wasn't good enough for the AAP.
They said, no, what, we're going to sue you
because we want full access to everybody's arms with this COVID.
that is under emergency use protection until 2029.
Well, I want to remind people with the AAP,
you know, the other trade organizations that are on that lawsuit,
the AAP specifically, American Academy of Pediatrics,
let's see what other science that they've stood up for.
They want full access to people with COVID shot.
Well, here's another one.
Consider drugs and surgery early for obesity and kids, new guidelines.
That's the AAP.
Waiting doesn't work.
So for kids, they're going to say,
first order, injectable weight loss drugs,
bariatric surgeries,
for kids that just need to lose weight,
okay? Well, what else has the AAP stood around and really supercharged? Well, they were behind
policy papers to show the legal basis of consent for health care and vaccination for adolescents.
That's right. They want the parents out of the picture. They want adolescents and children to be able
to consent to their own vaccination with their health care provider. And if you look at some of
the hearings, like in Washington, D.C., several years ago when they were trying to push this bill forward
to make that law of the land, they're saying that representatives there were saying, we don't really know
what age is a good age. How about no age? We'll leave that up to the doctor. That's the
AAP for you. And for transitioning children with risky medications, they're behind that too.
This was another policy paper, ensuring comprehensive care and support for transgender and
gender diverse children, adolescents. That's right. They're talking about risky hormone
therapy that we know the science does not back. This is completely unscientific. They say,
well, it's fine. Give it to kids. Surgeries. Yep, you can do that with kids as well. And
maybe, you know, don't worry about the parents so much because it's not really about them.
That's the AAP for you. And so when they're suing Robert F. Kennedy, that's actually, in my opinion,
a badge of an honor that that's happening. So this is what's going on right now. And I want to move on
to how American health has changed under the toulage and the watch of the American Academy of Pediatrics
and the other trade organizations. Well, a new study just came out in the journal of the American
medical association and showing the trends in U.S. children mortality, chronic conditions,
obesity, functional status, and symptoms. Remember, Kennedy was installed in HHS by us, the public,
by our support because he ran on this issue of chronic health and children. We have an explosion
of chronic health illness in our children, and these are the new numbers. So perk up, share this.
This is what this article says. This study says from 2007 to 2022 infants, one year old under,
were 1.78 and 1 to 19-year-old individuals were 1.8 times more likely to die in the U.S. than in OECD-18.
Those are the other countries, their other normal countries they're comparing us to.
The two causes of death with the largest net difference between the U.S. and the OECD-18 were
prematurity and sudden infant, unexpected infant death for infants 12 months or younger.
So listen to what they're saying, kids are just dying unexpectedly.
unexpectedly. We don't know what it is, but that's just what's happening. And that's what's
happening in America. Once you cross this border in America, something is happening that's
killing kids faster. What the heck is that? And it's only gotten worse. And I want to bring people
back to a person we had on just a couple weeks ago, Dr. Gary Goldman, who actually wrote a paper.
He has the specific mechanism. This is the medical explanations, the immature infant liver.
He's looking at the enzymes and their relevance in vaccine safety and SIDS research. That's that
sudden infant death syndrome, that's just this syndrome that happens, I don't know why,
and it's killing kids and infants, and a lot of times the parents are getting blamed for it.
Well, there's mechanisms there he presents to back up this thing that JAMA is finding,
is saying this is a signal, what's going on here?
And then it goes back, let's go back into that JAMA study, because it gets even more interesting
from here.
This should really move the needle for people, please.
From 2011 to 2023, the prevalence of three to 17-year-old individuals with chronic A,
just one, a chronic condition rose from 39.9% to 45.7% almost 50% of American kids,
one chronic health condition. What are they? Well, it goes on to say the rates of obesity,
early onset of menstruation, trouble sleeping, limitations in activity, physical symptoms,
depressive symptoms, and loneliness all increased during the study period. All things that we've
covered on this show and the reasons why those are happening. You can trace them back.
There's reasons why this isn't just like what's happening. We don't know.
probably look into this. There are mountains of science for a lot of these situations that are
happening to our kids to prove what's going on there. And that is what's happening under the watch
of these trade organizations that's saying everything's great. Second Kennedy lifts a finger. He's
getting sued because we like the status quo. That is what's going on. And that's why this
organization, the high wire and I can exist to prove to you that the status quo is sick, it's wrong,
and it needs to change. And so I want to continue into this news here because one of the pieces of
that we didn't cover. This happened a couple weeks ago was Kennedy said no to the Bill and
Melinda Gates funded Gavi. That's their vaccine arm. That basically sprinkles vaccines all of the world
and never met a vaccine that didn't like. Well, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. marched into their
pledging summit and said this. Quote, in an inflammatory video, according to Politico,
a video speech delivered to the Gavi pledging summit seen by Politico. Kennedy accused Gavi of
neglecting vaccine safety, making questionable recommendations around COVID-19 vaccines.
and silencing dissenting views.
He says, quote, when the science was inconvenient,
Gavi ignored the science, Kennedy alleged.
Well, that's exactly what they did.
We were reporting on this for almost a decade now.
And so that's what Kennedy's doing.
Now, other agencies under Kennedy, like EPA and FDA,
have their own pluses and minuses,
almost like a grade in elementary school here.
So one of the pluses for the FDA is they finally decided
to add a warning to the COVID vaccine
that it causes myocarditis.
Something, again, we've been reporting on others.
So many people have been raising the alarms on this.
In fact, it was found in the studies,
even in the pre-clinical studies, that they had to pause them
to say, like, well, we're finding some signals here.
But this is what the release looked like.
This is the headline FDA expands COVID vaccine warning
about heart side effects for young males.
So if you're out there, you're getting this 12 to 24-year-old healthy males.
This is a problem, but you've got to think,
if you're unhealthy, what's it doing to the unhealthy kids, too?
probably not helping them like a supplement or a vitamin C.
So this is the warning that you're seeing now.
The FDA press release said this warning has to,
they finally have a study,
and this warning has to go into the vaccine insert.
It says, in this study,
at a medium follow-up of approximately five months post-vaccination,
persistence of abnormal cardiac magnetic resonance imaging,
CMR findings that are a marker from mild cardio injury was common.
It was common.
The clinical and prognostic significance of these CMR findings is not known.
Just kind of bringing that down, it's common, it happens pretty commonly, and we don't know
what the clinical significance is.
Well, we know that damage to the heart muscles, when they die, they do not reproduce.
You do not get more heart muscles, myocytes, cardiac heart muscles do not continue to grow.
So if you're damaging them or killing them, probably going to be a problem as you grow up from
12 years old to your middle ages or into your older ages.
So that's what we're dealing with.
But at the same time, now there's this narrow window. Kennedy said, healthy people,
I don't want you getting that vaccine because we need to look at the science on that, the COVID vaccine.
But now there is a window, there is this gap for people with a chronic condition.
Children, now we know over 45% of them in America have at least one chronic condition.
So that's the new market for the COVID vaccine.
Well, we have the FDA approving Moderna's COVID vaccine now.
So a lot of the public is kind of scratching their head on this.
FDA gets full approval to Moderna COVID shot for at-risk kids.
So that's the market. They're trying to flood the market. And this is the push poll that's going on. A lot of people look at this and go, see, I told you that Kennedy's controlled opposition or Kennedy's not doing it. Listen, he's in, I'm not here to defend the guy. I'm here to call it, call out what's happening, what's good, what's bad, where we need to put our attention. And so that is what's happening in the FDA. Obviously not a move a lot of the public is happy about at this point. But it's not just happening within the vaccine space. So we have one of the spaces here, the EPA is,
is really in the spotlight here.
And I want to bring back people to something
that happened last April.
We had the National Toxicology Program.
They re-looked at the evidence about water fluoridation.
And they found this.
Here's the headline.
US agency links high fluoride exposure
to lower IQ in kids.
That is a definite.
It's not it might lower their IQ.
It probably will.
No, it 100% does in these studies.
So that's what they found.
And so the EPA at that time,
rushed out under Lee Zeldon, and they had a press release.
And this is what they said.
Lee Zeldon said this.
EPA is committed to conduct a thorough review of these findings, the ones at lower IQ,
and additional peer-reviewed studies to prepare an updated health effects assessment for fluoride
that will inform any potential revisions to EPA's fluoride drinking water standards.
The EPA right there is saying under the Clean Waters Act, they said, you know what,
that does sound like a bad idea.
I'll tell you what.
We're going to bring it back into our agency.
the public can stay away, and we'll tell you when we have something to bring to you about how dangerous this is, we'll reassess that.
Well, that wasn't good enough for people like attorney Michael Connett, who I sat down with last time I hosted this show to talk about the massive amounts of issues and dangers with water fluoridation.
Michael Connett using what was basically a citizen petition petitioned with other organizations, the EPA, to force rulemaking, saying,
The science is already on our side, and you, the EPA, needs to change the rules.
You need to make rules to protect children, vulnerable people, from this toxic water fluoridation.
And so the EPA did not want to do that.
So we took them to court, and they actually lost in court.
The EPA lost that battle in court.
The judge basically told the EPA that you need to make this rule.
You need to protect the public.
You need to go back to the drawing board, make the rule, and make that happen.
ASAP. Well, this is Michael Conant. He took to X and he said this. This is the latest news. After several
extensions, the Trump administration has decided to appeal, appeal, the federal court decision
ordering EPA to address the risk posed by water fluoridation. EPA will be filing its appeal
next Friday, July 18th. People ask tomorrow. Rather than use the court's decision as an opportunity
to finally end water fluoridation, as most of Europe has already done, the EPA will spend its
time legally challenging the court order. He goes on and say the decision to appeal the court's
order was not made by HHS or Secretary Kennedy. It was made by the Solicitor General of the
Department of Justice who reports to Pam Bondi and the White House. For his part, Secretary
Kennedy has been clear that states should end water fluoridation programs, as Florida and
Utah have recently done, and that CDC will be revising its ancronistic recommendations, which
would be a major development. The HHS does not, however, have the
to ban water fluoridation.
So this is the EPA.
It's in their lap.
They have this golden opportunity, and they're fighting it.
They're saying, we do not.
They're saying, we do not want to make a rule.
Water fluoridation shall stay.
States like Florida, Utah said, I don't care what you say.
We're taking it out.
So this is another battle that's going on inside these agencies.
It's not black and white.
It's not cut and dry.
And this is the picture I'm trying to paint,
is we need to stay vigilant.
We need to share this information.
