Whether it's the attack on media, whether it's the attack on your children or how about the attack on doctors? How many doctors set out to do what was right as he was saying? How many doctors had solutions, had cures, how many doctors wanted to tell the truth, really knew what the actual hospital numbers were, really knew how many were dying and how many were not, how many were silenced. The censorship of media is happening, but the censorship of doctors, one of those doctors that just wouldn't put up with it and stood up and stood out and spoke the truth from

the beginning was Dr. Jeffrey Barkey, and we are a fan. Here's a little look for those of you who don't know him. Dr. Barkey is joining us. Dr. Jeff Barky joins us now. Dr. Jeffrey Bakke. Physician, Dr. Jeff Barkie. I'm a board certified primary care doctor. I practice in Coastal Orange County, have been doing so for over 25 years. When kids get COVID-19, first of all, they either have no symptoms or they usually have mild symptoms. Time to get kids back to school. The lockdowns were a huge mistake, that they caused more harm than they helped, and that constitutionally they were completely wrong. I'm here representing thousands of physicians across the country whose voices are being silenced

because we don't agree with the mainstream media and the experts who are telling us what to do. We are excellent at treating this viral illness, especially if we can get to you early. We don't need the government's involvement. We don't need Anthony Fauci's involvement. This has become a joke. We all watched the Super Bowl on Sunday. We saw Mayor Eric Garcetti there without a mask on. We saw 90,000 fans in the stands,

not a single mask to be found. But yet today, our kids show up to school with masks on. We have created a post-traumatic stress-like syndrome in our children. It doesn't make any sense to me to vaccinate a child that statistically has a zero. percent risk of dying of this illness. The parents of California need to stand up and say we're not going to take it anymore. Enough of the political hypocrisy and let's protect our children. I am joined by Dr. Jeffrey Barkie now. First of all, thank you for taking the time today,

brother. Appreciate it. I know you're a busy man. We're sort of yanking you out here, but thanks for taking the time to join us. Del, great to be with you. It's an honor. Absolutely. All right. So I want to get right to it. You know, we live at a time here. It just feels like everybody is just exhausted by the pandemic, just the lightning of some restrictions. Everyone wants us to get out in the sun and forget about what's going on, but California is under attack. And I think, you know, the interview I just did, it is clear that there is still a powerful agenda at play that is pumping through the blood systems of almost every government in this nation, in the UK and around the world. And it's really, really alarming. I want to just get to a couple of the bills in California with

you specifically when Amy Bond was talking about, I believe it's SB 871, the vaccination for children, zero to 17 in order to go to school. And then you have 866, which lowers the age of consent down to 12 years old. But she said something very alarming. And that is that that they want to bypass the legislature now, that all future vaccines, after they approve this. that they'll take away, you know, your personal belief exemption, and they'll take away that the legislators will ever be involved again. So the health departments will just be dictators for whatever they feel. And it looks like there's languaging to get around the emergency use authorization in which

if the CDC says they like it, whether or not it's been properly approved, them simply liking it is enough for the health agency to bring it. No legislator can get in the way. You're a doctor. And when you watch this, I suppose there's some doctors like, great. take all politics out of the way. What is your feeling about this level of power and control in the hands of health officials? Del, you're absolutely right about California being the battleground.

A lot of my patients and friends ask why my wife and I haven't moved out of California to one of the usual states. And the answer is because this is the front line. This is the battle. This is the time and we must stand in. fight because what happens in California is going to spread across the country, including the red states that many people are considering moving to. That's why I stay in fight. But I'll tell you, Del, the Marxists in Sacramento have underestimated what they've done. They're coming after our

children, and there's hundreds of thousands of mama bears that have said, no way, you're not going to do it. We've had enough. We're standing up. So we're seeing a push. back and thank goodness that we are. And these bills are horrible. I think they're unconstitutional. They absolutely go against medical integrity, that sacred doctor-patient relationship. Listen, I know doctors that are going back from electronic records to paper records because they're worried about the privacy of some of their medical records. There's a bill also that will allow the government to come into my office. Let's talk about that. Let me go ahead and name it. This is AB2, you're going there and I want to go there with you.

AB2, is this it? 920, AB 920, right, enactment S220. So tell me about it. Here's what it says. At the discretion of the board is part of an investigation, a board investigator and a medical consultant may inspect the business location in records of a physician or surgeon, including patient and client records. Two, if the board does not have the consent of a patient to inspect that patient's records,

a board investigator and a medical consultant may inspect records in the office of a licensee for the limited purpose of determining whether good cause exists to seek an investigative subpoena for those records. What does this mean for someone? I mean, it's a bit out there. This is your office. They're saying they want to be able to come in. Now go into what you were about to talk.

It's one people to show you the actual bill. It's garbage is what it is. It directly undermines the doctor-patient relationship. It creates a level of discipline. trust. If a patient is disclosing to me, they're intimate details of their medical issues, and they think that the government at any time can come in without their consent and look through their records, it'd be the equivalent of a police officer without cause to search your car, to search your home to look for something that you're doing that's nefarious. This is communist stuff.

This is totalitarian stuff. This is what we expect to happen in Russia or Cuba or Venezuela, but not the United States of America. And thank God we have patriotic mama bears that are standing up and saying, oh, hell no. And I know a lot of doctors that are on the edge with some of these bills that are looking for an excuse to move out of California, and you're going to see this. And if these bills come through that require COVID vaccines for children to attend school, you will see a mass exodus more so than we've already seen from these government schools. It's wrong to do this. And here's why, Dell, children are not at risk of COVID-19. No.

Why the heck would we vaccinate a child against a disease that they're not at risk using an experimental vaccine that has no long-term safety studies? It makes no sense at all. It's dangerous. It's wrong. And now they want to allow 12-year-olds to consent to that. I mean, a 12-year-old can't even figure out what they're going to have for dinner or what time they're going to go to bed. And we're going to let them consent to a vet.

and we're going to let them consent to a vaccine that causes more harm than good. It's ridiculous. It's wrong. It's dangerous. And we need to push back and say no. How are they selling this? I mean, when I look at these bills to some people that are still thinking, and maybe we just haven't been under lockdown long enough, I've gotten too much fresh air. But here in Texas, I look at this and say, what politician would think that they can support this?

Taking away the doctor-patient relationship saying we want to be able to take it. charge into your office and look through any of your records, look through any of the records of your patients and there's nothing you can say about it. How are they selling it? What are they saying is the need to do that? Because obviously they've got a pitch for it. What is the pitch like? I mean, how are they trying to make it make sense to others and maybe even for themselves? I mean, does it make any sense? Yeah, you know, it's the famous words of Ronald Reagan. I'm from the government and I'm here to help. They sell it under child safety. They sell it under public health, etc. But they don't allow a debate. They don't allow a discussion. When I speak out on band

on social media, I'm not invited to the table to debate it up in Sacramento. You don't have dissenting voices that are pushing back that are giving the facts like you do on the high wire every day. They're not asking Peter McCullough, the nation's expert, maybe the world's expert on COVID-19. They're not asking opinions from people that disagree with legacy media and these unelected health care bureaucrats. This is dangerous. It's not just wrong, and it's not just something I disagree with, but it's dangerous to be pushing these vaccinations on children. They're not looking at the data. They're not looking at the studies. They're not realizing that they cause more harm than good in children, especially as it relates to myocarditis. And we have no long-term

studies. We don't know with a young person what's going to happen five years, 10 years. All of a sudden, we'll see infertility in the future. And of course, they'll say, you know, these aren't the drones you're looking for, nothing to see here. It's not related to the vaccination. So we need to push back. I hope doctors will stand with me. I hope the mama bears will join me in Sacramento and say, no, we're not going to put up with this.

And if you pass these laws, we're no longer going to go to government schools. Mass exodus to the homeschools, to charter schools and other schools that share your values. Enough is enough. California is the battleground and we must stand up and fight this fight. I want to ask you about one more bill, AB2098. This bill basically says this. The bill would designate the dissemination of promotion of misinformation and disinformation related to the SARS-COVID virus or COVID-19 is unprofessional conduct.

The bill would require the board to consider specified factors prior to bringing a disciplinary action against a physician and surgeon. the bill would also make findings and declarations in this regard. This one seems like it's directed directly at you. You have been outspoken. You just said it yourself, children do not need this vaccine. It's more harm than good. You have been in there, you know, promoting the use of products that we see working in studies.

I have no problem saying Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, folks, they work for a large percentage of people, large enough to make it, you know, something that you should at least use. or try to use since it has such a high safety record. I can say that. And there's nothing they can do to me, but this bill literally is trying to make it so they can do something to you as a doctor. If this passes, what does this do for medicine in California?

Well, listen, fortunately, there's organizations like the high wire and children's health defense and so forth that will be filing lawsuits that this thing passes. I believe it's unconstitutional. It's an anti-freedom of speech law. and I don't think it's going to hold up. Listen, the Medical Board of California is the licensing board of all physicians.

The Medical Board of California is appointed. Every member is appointed by the governor. They're turning the medical board into a political organization and they're removing any semblance of this being a medical organization. So this is politics entering into healthcare and it's wrong.

It's wrong to shut down voices that dissent. Listen, I'll challenge anybody anytime to come and debate. And I don't even care. Prove me wrong if you want to, but shut me down as unconstitutional and it's un-American. It's not right to do this, and it's dangerous if you do this. Do you really only want one point of view, the government's point of view as it comes to medicine? And where will it stop then? If I tell patients that they should eat a certain way, that they should avoid certain foods,

are you going to come after me then because I'm spreading your so-called misinformation or disinformation? I don't want the government in charge of health care. Patients don't want the government in charge of health care. They are going too far and there's going to be consequences. Well, speaking of those consequences, one is that it has created a movement like we have never seen before. When you first got involved with this, at the beginning of this pandemic, we were speaking to hundreds of people, maybe a thousand. We are about to have a rally in California in the heart of Los Angeles to defeat the mandates.

April 10th, just over a week away. You're one of the speakers there. How important is it for, you know, for people to show up to stand? I mean, we keep talking about how the media sees it. We also know that I think that this will affect votes and legislatures in the future from thinking what they can get away with, how many people are really against this. But what does it mean for doctors and hospitals and medical associations in California to see people standing shoulder to shoulder on this issue? You know, I think it's really important, and I'm asked all the time, what can a person do as an individual to make a difference? There are several things you can do. You can donate to organizations like the Highwire and Children's Health Defense that are fighting this battle, that are filing lawsuits and trying to defend freedom. You can come out to rallies like the one in L.A. on April 10th. I'll be there, and I hope we see hundreds of thousands of people that show up. You can write letters and call your local legislators and push back and tell you. them that you do not agree with the laws that are going to pass. Do so politely, but do so indeed.

It makes a difference. Write letters, emails, phone calls, support those that are filing the lawsuits that are standing up for liberty and come out to the rally and make yourself known. All right, Dr. Jeffrey Barkie, I look forward to be able to shake your hand in person. You're a hero. It's an honor to know you. You have never shied away from a camera or a microphone. I know your career is at risk at the moment, saying the things you're saying, that you have basically written your line in the sand. If these bills pass, they are going to come straight for you. It hasn't stopped you. That's what it means to be an American. And I think when Mark, who I was just speaking to was talking about as the executive for Sky News, and when he said,

I think America is our only shot, it's because of people like you. They're watching this all around the world. People like you are making a difference. And I want to. just to know how appreciative we are of your voice at this time. Thank you, Dell. Honor to be on. I appreciate all you do, and let's continue to take the fight to them. All right. I'll see you in a week. All right, fantastic. Well, look it, this is what it's all about. I, you know, hope you recognize. You can turn this off and say, well, that's California. I said at the top, that is not California. You just heard it. That's the U.K., that's New York.

They are talking about these bills in every state. Here in Texas, do you think? Think I feel safe here in Texas? I don't. This is a battleground too. I know that they want everyone here. They want Texas. They've got California. If they can swing California, they can pass these laws, then Texas is next.

I'm a little bit skeptical of fact that it seems like all of Silicon Valley is moving just outside of Austin here. My understanding, Microsoft is on the way. Google is on the way. Tesla is coming. Everyone's like, great, the jobs. Well, yeah, great. And a system of thinking that's trying to take over the world.

This is why it is so important. It is so important that we stand together. I can't tell you we've got a huge lineup coming. We're working on it right now, talking to some people, trying to get them off the fence on the stage. But those that are showing up for sure right now, Jimmy Levy and High Reds are going to give you a rock concert to start this out. Mickey Willis, maybe if we're lucky, he'll even give us a preview of the pandemic three.
