Here in the United States, it appears that the media has fully turned on the CDC.
We've covered headlines over the past couple weeks that really had us scratching our heads and saying,
wow, they're really going in on the CDC's data integrity, the fact that they're not using science anymore.
They've abandoned it.
And so here's a recent headline that came out.
It's just it's coffinails for the CDC.
CDC is refusing to publish data as collected on booster effectiveness for 33 million Americans age 18 to 14.
over fears it might show the vaccine as ineffective.
They also are not publishing data on child hospitalization rates or comorbidities,
but it says here in the article, Kristen Nudlin, a spokesperson for the CDC said the agency
has been slow to release the different streams of data because basically at the end of the
day, it's not yet ready for prime time.
Okay, well, let's just keep reading here.
She also said that they were reluctant to publish the data,
because it represents only 10% of the population in the United States,
accounting for 33 million people.
The same sample size of CDC is used to track influenza for years.
And now, Del, hold on to your seat here.
This next quote may get you.
Outrage scientist stressed that publishing the data went hand in hand
with educating the public about vaccines.
Tell the truth, present the data, said Dr. Paul Offutt,
a vaccine expert and advisor to the Food and Drug Administration.
He's Dr. Paul Opit.
Roll the clip.
Dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria.
There it is.
It's right.
When Paul Offitt's on your side, man, you know things are getting crazy.
Thank you, Dr. Paul Offutt, for stating the obvious.
It's nice every once in a while when you trip into our side of the fence here to say,
you know, a little transparency and honesty might go a long ways right now.
Amazing, the obfuscation and the desire to hide the truth from the people.
You're getting it here.
We've been showing you all the data we can find.
be nice to get the rest of it.
But so how does this go?
Like, you know, it's amazing mainstream media is now starting to report on this issue too.
Right.
And for anybody that thinks miracles don't happen, here we are.
And I'm about to read another sentence from Paul Offit, defending truth.
I have to believe that there is a way to explain these things so people can understand it.
He noted that because the CDC had not published the information American scientists were forced to rely on Israeli data.
We reported on that earlier.
You know, finally, here's another headline.
This is from another doctor that's been really outspoken during the pandemic, Vinay Prasad.
And he says here, how the CDC abandoned science.
This is a wonderful article.
And I'll finish off with some of his quotes here.
He says, their research, this research is plagued with classic errors and biases and does
not support the press release conclusions that often follow.
In all cases, the papers are uniquely timed to further political goals and objectives.
As such, these papers appear more as propaganda than as science.
The CDC's use of this technique has severely downed.
the reputation and help lead to a growing divide in trust in science by political party.
Science now risks entering a death spiral in which it will increasingly fragment into
subsidiary verticals of political parties.
And perhaps the best person to give the last word on this is former CDC director, Robert
Redfield.
Listen to this recent interview he had on Fox News.
I do think, unfortunately, what you're seeing is sort of a politicalization of how
the data is presented.
that they've made a decision that vaccines are important.
Vaccines are the key to this pandemic.
They're not the key.
They're a piece.
You know, we need obviously expanded testing, expanded antivirals.
So I think it's really misguided when selective data is presented in order to advance a point of view.
We should have much more rigorous debate, put all the data out there, have enough respect for the American people,
that if you share the data, you share the truth, you can make the arguments why, as I still believe, vaccines are an important piece.
of our public health response.
And I'm not afraid to present data that might show,
you know, not the same benefit for hospitalizations
in death in a different group.
I think it's very disappointing.
And I think you're sort of seeing the politicalization
of how data is being used.
I was sure wish he would have spoken like that
when he was at the CDC.
It seems like he was either clamped down
or he's changed his tune, I don't know what,
but incredible issues right now.
as we now watch mainstream media complaining about what the high water has been complaining about
since the beginning of this pandemic and really even before.
