The Highwire with Del Bigtree - CUOMO, MAINSTREAM REVERSE COURSE ON VACCINE INJURY
Episode Date: May 23, 2024In a shocking turn, mainstream voices who censored and suppressed conversation around vaccine injury have reversed course, even calling for a “9/11-style tribunal.” Yet they’re “limited hangou...t” falls short of full accountability or vindication for the injured. Del has a message for Chris Cuomo. Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-highwire-with-del-bigtree--3620606/support.

This is one of those gigantic, I told you so, moments.
It's sad because of all the pain and carnage that is just now the door is cracking and we're starting to have to admit, but they're admitting it.
That's right.
There's a huge shift, as we know, anybody watching out there in the way that vaccine injuries are being reported.
And after so many decades, some of the final holdouts are having to admit the most basic facts that vaccines can do cause harm.
And after so many years of the government ignoring and the media neutralizing parents and people coming forward with this, the days of the safe and effective talking point are over.
One in a million harms injuries over.
Those days are gone now.
And we get into real investigation.
So how did this change?
Well, like you showed with Senator Ron Johnson, the New York Times kicked this off just about a week ago with this headline.
The side effects of COVID vaccines, thousands of Americans have filed vaccine injury claims to the federal.
government. It's a very basic article. It says nothing about the countermeasures injury compensation
program. This black hole, it's only paid out like 12 cases so far, basic medical bills. But it's broaching
the topic. And a floodgate is open. It's kind of weird. And as Senator Johnson said, limited hangout.
This is purposely just dripping out some information as a form of damage control. But I don't
think this is going to work because they're the last to know. Everyone else kind of knows this by now.
And you even have people, it's not just in New York Times, you have former White House COVID
Response Coordinator, Ashish Jha.
He came forward in an interview and listened to what he had to say.
All right.
More than 270 million Americans received the vaccine, 677 million doses.
The overwhelming majority of people didn't feel the side effects, but that doesn't mean
that we can't have real and honest conversations about the thousands of people who did.
So with us now, Dr. Ashish Jha, former white.
House COVID-19 response coordinator. Thank you so much for joining us, sir. You know, I spoke with someone
who is experiencing some incredibly severe symptoms today. It was an emotional conversation.
I just want to get your reaction, first and foremost, from the New York Times piece.
Yeah, so first of all, thanks for having me here. It was a really important piece, and I think
the idea that we are not listening to people who feel like they've been suffering from this vaccine is
is awful. We absolutely need to be listening to them. And I think you set it up perfectly. Look,
these vaccines ended the pandemic. They saved millions of lives. But it doesn't mean that there
aren't people who, whether they actually were injured by the vaccines or feel like they were,
doesn't mean that we don't take them seriously. And it doesn't mean that we don't understand
what's happening with them. Well, there we go. I mean, as you said, as you said, it's very light,
but they're having to, you know, stand in the fact that, yeah, we have been kind of ignoring.
And look, I can't go into all the incredible work we've done.
But we have people that were in the trial when we think of Maddie deGerry,
who, you know, ended up like putting her vaccine injury forward.
She's paralyzed.
She can no longer eat.
And we see that, you know, Pfizer ends up saying, oh, she had a stomachache.
That's how it got reported.
When that went forward to the FDA commissioners and everybody saw it and Jaa, they also.
said, nope, not going to talk about it doesn't exist.
Nothing to see here. La, la, la, la, la.
That's how they've handled it.
Now when he's saying, well, it's true.
It's unfortunate.
They feel like they've been ignored.
Ignored, you have lied to the public about their existence until now.
And so what people should understand is these aren't people acting on their own volitions.
She's job didn't just wake up one day and go rogue and say, you know what, all that stuff
that I ignored, I'm just going to go and do the grand interview.
When he says that New York Times article, that was a good article.
a week ago for the last 10 decades for many decades that would have been misinformation from his
right they would have called that misinformation and when he said it's really sad that these people
you know that being ignored he was part of the government apparatus that was ignoring them so just
keep that in mind as we go through this so you know that's okay so that's someone from the white
house that comes out along with the new york times but what about legacy media what about some of the
some of the key people one of CNN star reporters Chris Cuomo has come
come out now as well. And so you heard a she's jaw there say, now, he's a White House response
coordinator for COVID, but he's not an investigative journalist. Chris Cuomo's investigative
journalist. Did you ever hear Chris Cuomo suggest that this experimental vaccine may have caused any
type of harm or when it was being rolled out to maybe have some biased conversation about, well, this
thing may be dangerous. Hopefully there's a mechanism in place to watch these people and make sure they don't
get hurt? Well, we checked and he didn't. Take a look. All right.
11 months to get a COVID vaccine. Amazing. Breathtaking speed. The vaccine advisors agreed that
the benefits of getting the vaccine far outweigh the risks and shots could be in arms as
early as this weekend. Not a moment too soon because we've shown you how these vaccines can
offer some of the most heartwarming reunions, bringing us back to life to the people we live for.
Now you have people who don't want to get the vaccine, right? Some of them are anti-vaxers. Some of them are just
making a political play. They're taking their own risk. But there are a lot of people who need to
know that it's worth it for them. It ends with you getting the vaccine so that this virus doesn't
keep replicating and creating variants that we need to find ways to come back. The whole reason
this is happening is because people won't protect themselves, Tony. I mean, what do you think of it?
The other aspect to why you take the vaccine is it also reduces, not completely, nothing is
perfect and certainly this vaccine is not, but it also reduces your ability to communicate the
virus and make other people infected. That part matters too. Kids now account for almost 29% of all
cases in this country. We know why, because they're not vaccinated, many of them, and they're going
back to school. Choose not to get your kids vaccinated. You don't get to go to public schools or
pretty much any school, right? You don't have to take the vaccine. That's not what's being done
here. But you don't get to not do what keeps everybody else safe and then get to live the way
that you want to because you are forcing the rest of us not to live the way that we want. Did you
know that on social media people are referring to the vaccine as the Fauci, Ouch. Did you know
that? Did you have anything to do with that? Someone brought, was that you or not? Was that your
I did not.
I love you as an actor, but I couldn't respect more what you're doing on the ground to help
people motivate the vaccine and testing before that.
And I'm sure you'll be a part of whatever comes next.
No doubt he was really good at pushing the vaccine as all of the news agencies were not
just single him out, but you know, it was.
Yeah, of course.
Yeah, no mention of the potential that it would hurt somebody.
Right.
It really got to look hard for the journalism there.
It sounded like I was watching a press conference from the CDC or something.
But so let's look at the article that kind of kicked a lot of this off from the New York Times.
This was the major lead article and it was titled thousands believe COVID vaccines harmed them as anyone listening.
This was by Apurva Mandivili.
And it says in this article right at the top, now she's a award-winning journalist, medical journalist, spent more than a year talking to dozens of experts in vaccine science policymakers and people who said they had experienced serious side effects after receiving COVID-19 vaccine.
So we're just dipping the toes in here.
At the end of the pandemic, it's over.
We're going to spend about a year, Del.
I've spent about 10 years writing specifically on vaccine injuries and harms.
You left your career at the doctors and dedicated your life to this.
So it's nice to see some high-level reporters at the New York Times start to dip their toes in the subject.
To actually start reporting.
Like, it's nice to see them doing their job, finally.
Exactly, exactly.
And so let's look at some of our previous reporting, though, which is really interesting,
because I'll take you back to a time.
the FDA was about to vote on a COVID vaccine for children.
Now, at that time, a COVID vaccine for children sounded crazy because kids were not getting
harmed by COVID.
It was for older people, people with comorbidities, immunocompromise.
So the public was not really on board with this because it was still an experimental vaccine.
Well, Mendevelli comes out and writes this article just two weeks before the FDA had voted
on their decision.
A new vaccine strategy for children, just one dose for now.
And you look and you read into that and she actually had to retract.
Remember, award-winning journalists had to make this retraction.
Just a couple of days later, this article comes out.
A New York Times retracts massive exaggeration of children hospitalized by COVID-19.
It says in an article published by New York Times reporter, a poor event of Velley on Wednesday, Times
readers were told that nearly 900,000 children have been hospitalized with COVID-19 since the pandemic began.
A correction issued on Thursday notes that the correct number is 63,000 between August 20,
in October 2021, which means Mandevelli exaggerated the number of children hospitalized by 837,000
cases. Wow. Whoops. But remember, I mean, that's hospitalized with COVID. That means they came in,
they scraped their knee, and they tested them on the way in. Oops, you got COVID. So a whole conversation
around that we reported on, but the damage was done. FDA approved that, FDA approved that for kids,
the shot, and the rest is history. But now you have people sounding like, she is sounding in her
articles, and now you have Chris Cuomo sounding like this. Take a look.
We know that vaccines can have unintended consequences, aka side effects, but nobody's really
talking about it because they're too afraid of blame and they just want it to go away.
But the problem is people like Sean and me and millions of others who still have weird
stuff with their blood work and their lives and their feelings, you know, physically, are not
going away. I'm just a desperate person that something bad happened to. And I'm
I'm reaching out and pleading for help.
Well, let me tell you something.
Sean, I can't help you because I'm no clinician.
I'm just, I'm sick myself.
But I'm working with people who are working on this.
So I'll make sure that we're in touch right after the show.
And I'll help any way I can.
You may be ahead of me.
I'll hook you up with my clinicians.
And maybe you can share different protocols and things that may help.
But I will never stop reporting on this.
And all I'm doing is just beating the drum of you
need to have a 9-11 style commitment.
to figure out what worked and what didn't and what questions need to be answered because it's not over.
So not only we're not set up for the next pandemic and there will be one, but we're not treating people,
millions of people who still have problems from the last one.
Wow, a 9-11 commission on the vaccine and 9-11 commission on the pandemic.
I remember when Robert Kennedy Jr. was asked by Donald Trump to head up just such a commission we reported on that years ago when he was running for, you know,
know, president that never, or actually when he'd won the presidency and that never happened,
but now we've come full circle. Now are we going to start to see people saying we need an investigation?
You're damn right we do. Wow. And talking about like his own, like sharing doctors because of his own
injury, it's amazing that this is what it takes. It takes getting injured yourself to finally decide
maybe I should do some reporting on this. Right. And, you know, great for him coming out and having the
courage to speak out, but the first statement, no one's really reporting on this. Yeah, we are,
Chris. We're right here. We've been here all the time, several years. And it'll be interesting to see.
He said he'll never stop reporting on this. Let's hold his feet to the fire on this.
The public is watching. He said that publicly. So he was dragged out by Patrick Bet David on Patrick
Pat David's podcast. Chris Cuomo sat down with him and was actually questioned about some of the
things he's been saying in that interview. Take a look how this went.
that, well, you were a vaccine proponent. Why wouldn't I have been a vaccine proponent? Now there are
questions, oh, no, but I knew at the time. No, you didn't. What you knew was that there were people
telling you to be resistant to what the government was telling you to do. Yeah. No one was saying
that. I mean, a lot of people did their own research. That's what people were doing. And to this point,
right nobody was telling nobody knew what the we were here you know we were here scientists were there
doctors were here all making that same they were coming onto the high wire where were you chris
where the question is where were you because the truth was there you weren't with the truth and that's the
problem right and so he went further actually so it wasn't just vaccines he didn't just stop there
he talked about early treatment and when it came to early treatment before this past week this is
what chris quomo sounded like take a look people who are getting
injecting drugs for animals and horse.
And people telling them to.
What person?
You know, you talk about like, you know, cancel culture and who to shame?
Ivermectin, a dewormer, really?
They are shaming themselves.
No, one has to shame them.
They're shaming themselves.
No, they need to be shamed.
They need to be called out and shamed, brother.
Wow.
Here we go.
Now, so Chris Cuomo was actually asked about that,
asked about what kind of meds he's taking right?
now by Patrick Bet David. And what an interesting transition he has taken. Check this out.
Okay. I am taking a, what do they call it, like a regular dose, you know, whatever.
They're trying to build up of ivermectin. Ivermectin was a boogeyman early on in COVID.
You couldn't talk about it. That was wrong. We were given bad information about
Ivermectin. The real question is why? Everyone's going to say Joe Rogan was right. No, Joe Rogan was saying,
yeah, he was right, but that's not what matters. What matters is the entire clinical community knew
that Ivermectin couldn't hurt you. They knew it, Patrick. I know they knew it. How do I know?
Because now I'm doing nothing but talking to these clinicians who at the time were overwhelmed
by COVID and they weren't saying anything. Not that they were hiding anything. But it's cheap. It's not owned by
anybody and it's used as an anti-microbial, antiviral in all of these different ways it has been for a long
time. So they were wrong to play scared on that. Didn't know that at the time. Know it now, admit it
now, reporting on it now. Wow. All right, I got to take a moment here because Chris, just look in my
eyes for a second. All the science existed in ivermectin when you were shaming people. When you were
shaming those doctors that were speaking out and you were helping the media and helping the
establishment take their licenses away if they tried to push ivermectin which you now suddenly
recognize works i want to make this clear at least a half a million people in america are
dead because ivermectin was taken out of the arsenal of things that they could use while you were
waiting for your miracle vaccine. Now, you know, you can decide where you're going to be at with
that, Chris, but when the reporters start not doing the work, not investigating science, not
saying to the world that this had actually won the Nobel Prize in medicine, not on horses,
but on human beings, here it was. Ivermected in a multi-fasted drug of Nobel Prize honored
distinction with indicated efficacy against a new global scourge COVID-19. That's what we
now see, but it won the Nobel Prize when you were reporting, everyone should be shamed
that even talks about it. Half a million people at least are dead because there was a product
that those doctors that you say were afraid to speak. Why were they afraid to speak, Chris?
Because everyone like you on the television set was shaming them and celebrating when they
were having their licenses taken away. All to have now this back.
vaccine that's injuring people that was supposed to be the savior. So I'm glad, look, I want to,
I want to give Chris a shout out here that at least he's coming around and starting this investigation.
I guess it's a little bit better than the rest of the reporters now that are trying to figure out
how they're going to handle the truth that's now coming forward. But this one, I've said it from
the beginning, Jeffrey, this is bigger. This ivermectin issue is bigger than the vaccine ever would be.
We knew the vaccine was an experiment. We knew it might not work.
anybody with blood moving through their brains.
But Ivermectin did work.
They knew it worked, and they went out of their way to take it out of pharmacies, to take
it out of circulation.
As Chris now knows, it was the safest drug in the world.
All of that was reported here on the high wire, all of it, all of the history of it.
And Pierre Corey, who came forward and stood before our Congress and stated all, calling
it a miracle drug, he was shamed.
And by the way, you better read this book now.
If you haven't purchased the war on Ivermectin, then now's the time to do it because this tells the story of the greatest cover-up and the massacre of hundreds of millions of Americans.
Not hundreds of millions, hundreds, you know, a lot.
You know, hundreds of thousands, millions potentially around the world.
So here we are.
The floodgate is now open.
I know round Johnson's afraid it's a crack.
It will never be a crack.
And by the way, Jeffrey, can you imagine what the tidal wave of injury that must be pouring into the CDC right now that is making them have to admit to injury at all?
As you've said, after 50 years of denial, denial, denial, being the approach to any injury to now come around and have to say, look, we've always said vaccines injure some people.
Now you haven't. No, you haven't.
Absolutely. And the talking point is, well, you know, we really, she's job, I'm really sad.
should do a better job. So that's the limited hangout is, well, the government should be a better
job, and we're going to let them try to do a better job when they're just going to sit on it
unless we continue to push this. And, you know, let's just say for a second that Chris Cuomo is honest.
He's scared. He just received the medical diagnosis of a lifetime that shook his core beliefs.
But to go back and say, no one was really talking, no one really knew about Ivermectin. Yeah, they did.
Look at these studies. This is the website here, looking at the Ivermectin studies. You have
103 studies from 100 or 1,193 scientists, over 140,000 patients in 29 countries. He couldn't talk
to one of those patients. He couldn't talk to one of those authors of those studies to talk about how
this is going. This is all for COVID-19. Yeah. Chris, this is where you start your journalism.
He couldn't talk to Dr. Robert Malone. He couldn't talk to Dr. Peter McCullough. All, all who
were paraded across this desk right here, Chris.
In the future, Chris, if you're asking some questions or there's any sort of like red flag
going off inside of you saying, maybe I have a bias here, maybe I should, just tune in the
high wire.
You want to know who you should be listening to?
Tune the high wire.
Because guess what?
No one is going to find no one in the world right now because of your great work, Jeffrey,
and our great team can run two videos side by side like we just did saying, you should be
ashamed for using ivermectin.
Oh, by the way, now I'm using ivermectin.
You won't find Del Bigtree caught out like that anywhere because we do our research.
We do what reporters were supposed to have been doing.
And it's interesting.
We don't ever start to sound like CNN or Chris Cuomo.
They all tend to sound like us on a long enough timeline.
Just keep that in mind.
So let's do what we do here the best.
Let's go into some of the deep science.
Cleveland Clinic has come out with a new study on the COVID vaccine.
Now remember, the COVID vaccine, they're doing it like the flu vaccine.
Every year, experts get together and they go, hmm, what kind of variant you,
we think is going to be the most dominant variant. They pick some out of a hat and then they
load the vaccine with those and that's that year's formulation. And they cross their fingers and they
hope it works. Well, this is the testing of the 2023-2020 formulation with Cleveland Clinic employees.
And so this is the headline effectiveness or the study of the 2020-203-24 formulation of
coronavirus on the JN1 variant. And it says here they conclude conclusions. The 2020-203-24
formula COVID-19 vaccine given to working age adults afforded a low level of protection against
the JN1 lineage SARS-CoV-2, but a higher number of prior vaccine doses was associated with a higher
risk of COVID-19. It's a failure. It doesn't work. And they go on to even go further and they say
consistent. Hold on. So worse than does it work? If it just didn't work and you had the same rate of,
you know, infection as someone that didn't get it, that doesn't work. It actually increases your
risk of being infected, which is what we're seeing here. Okay? So right. You've got to laugh at it.
And not only increases, two point five times higher for people that receive three or more doses is
what they found, that's a higher risk of infection. So they go on and say this, consistent with
similar findings in many prior studies, a higher number of prior vaccine doses was associated
with a high risk of COVID-19. Pretty simple. The exact reason for this finding is not clear.
It is possible that this may be related to the fact that vaccine-induced immunity is weaker and less
durable, the natural immunity. Well, that's been proven too. And they go, although some individuals are at
high risk of complications for COVID-19 and may benefit from receiving a vaccine frequently, the wisdom
of vaccinating everyone with a vaccine of low effectiveness every few months to prevent what is generally
a mild or an asymptomatic infection and most healthy persons needs to be questioned. Wow. I mean, it looks like
they're reading from our early episode of ours. I mean, this is science now. It's completely rejecting the COVID vaccine.
Wow, Cleveland Clinic. I mean, there you are. One of the scions of medical research and science is now admitting the obvious you're at higher risk of infection by getting these vaccines. And we have talked. We talked about all the mechanisms that this would be happening, original antigenic sin. We've talked about the vaccines where we've seen the history of this. If you've been watching the highway, you understand the science. And I did it with the football analogy. Go back and take a look at that. Where we know that once you've vaccinated, we've
the body so it's only focused on the vaccine, you know, form of the virus and is now blind to
all the other mutations that can come in and therefore you're more likely to be infected.
This is known science. It didn't just start with COVID. We knew this back with a pertussis
vaccine and the problems that that has. I don't want to get two in the weeds, but we could
go on a science dissertation that Chris Cuomo would like to think just started this week,
that we were covering long before COVID ever came along.
