Good afternoon. Good evening. Wherever you are out there in the world, it's time to step out onto the high wire. Welcome, everybody. We had a lot of fun this week. In fact, we started a little bit of a war on Twitter or X if you've decided to take on the new moniker. How did we do it? Well, we just put a little video that looks something like this. The CDC finally listed 20 studies that they rely upon, they say, to claim that vaccines don't cause autism for the vaccines given in the first six months. months of life. I can only assume they think we don't read or something, but we do. So we read the 20 studies. Here's the thing about them. 18 of them involved the Marisol, an ingredient not in any of the vaccines we asked about, or the MMR vaccine, not given until at least one year of life. One of them

involved antigen, one of the studies, not vaccine exposure, and that study even says it cannot tell you whether vaccines don't cause autism because it didn't study them. The only reviewer study they provided us that actually involved a single one of the vaccines given in the first six months of life was a study by the Institute of Medicine that found we don't have a single study of whether D-TAP does or doesn't cause autism. Well, I mean, it was innocuous enough. That was actually just an excerpt from the show that we aired during Thanksgiving last week. It came from the Freedom Fest presentation that Aaron Siri and I gave together, sort of talked about the experts that were under oath. But, you know, Twitter wasn't having it, or at least their sort of community

response popped up on our feed. This is what that looked like. Community notes and it says CDC couldn't, oh, this was our post and here's what they said. Vaccines do not cause autism. Countless studies have shown no link between vaccines and an increased risk of autism spectrum disorder. And then they posted three, I guess, studies. Now, what's funny about this is we weren't saying that vaccines do cause autism. What we're saying and talking about is the fact that we sued the CDC, when they refused to tell us what studies they were relied upon to make the statement that all vaccines don't cause autism. We were specific about the first six vaccines in the first six months of life, which is hepatitis, rotavirus, diphtheria, tetanus, aceratosis, hemopluous, influenza, pneumococcal conjugate,

inactivated polio vaccines. We said, of all those, which one of these? Because you're saying all vaccines don't cause autism, just show us what studies you did to make that statement. They couldn't provide anything. But apparently, you know, under these community notes, they thought that they had some studies and they posted them. Well, we responded to that, and this is what we wrote back. Would at community notes please provide the studies that our regulatory agencies relied upon to make the claim vaccines do not cause autism for the vaccines administered in the first sequence of life? We put it out there again. CDC couldn't do it.

Maybe you people can, but you're not doing here. Also, please tell us where we make the claim vaccines cause autism in this post. This note doesn't address the facts laid out in the video at Elon Musk. What say you? And so for a little while, they took down the community notes. Now, I'll tell you, those three studies didn't address our question at all. They were totally irrelevant. But eventually they came back, and this time they had five studies.

And by the way, hundreds of thousands of views now going on in these different exchanges. Vaccines do not cause autism. They said again, countless studies have shown no link between vaccines. There it is again, all vaccines and an increased risk of autism spectrum disorder. Again, we weren't saying that the vaccines cause autism. What we were saying is what studies proved they don't. Now, let's very quickly, since these geniuses have now added five studies. And imagine this 07 studies, it must be coming from all over the world. I mean, now this is not just a question going to the CDC, which is the lawsuit where we basically proved they did not provide a single study. But now the whole world's weighing in on it on Twitter and they've come up with. with seven studies. Why don't we walk through us? Remember, we want the vaccines in the first six months of life. So let's take a look at these seven studies. The first studies is a measles, months rebella vaccination and autism study, a nationwide cohort study. The measles months vaccine was not given, it is not given in the first six months of life, has nothing to do

with what we're talking about. Next study. It's exactly what the CDC did to us, by the way. Prevalence and characteristics of autism, spectrum disorder among children aged eight years. This is really just talking about the prevalence of autism. But here's what's interesting. This is recommendations for the ADDM network include enhancing strategies. Two, number one, lower the age of first evaluation of ASD by community providers in accordance with the Healthy People 2020 goal that children with ASD are evaluated by age 36 months and begin receiving community-based support and services by age 48 months. Then here's what's interesting about that. We are now diagnosing children with autism at a much earlier age than it used to be diagnosed.

It used to be after four years old was when they would really start finding it. But now they're shooting for three years, 36 months. And so this is why we thought, you know, when we asked for the first six months of life, we thought, well, we shouldn't we really be looking. If it's this early that they're diagnosing, then it would be those first vaccines. If vaccines cause it at all, then you would see it from these first six months of vaccines are given over and over and over again, and we should, you know, if you're going to say vaccines don't cause autism, those are very important. So that's why they've lowered this stage of diagnosis,

meaning let's not look at the ones later on. Let's look at the early ones. Okay, but has nothing to do obviously with our question. Early exposure, here's the other one, it's early exposure to thymarisol containing vaccines in children's cognitive development. There is no thymarisol in any of the six vaccines that are given the first six ones alive. Totally irrelevant to our question. Next study. natal and infant exposure to thimerosol from vaccines in immunoglobulins and risk of autism. Again, no thimerosol in the vaccines that we have a question about. So again, totally irrelevant. And remember that at a certain point, thymarisol was taken out of most of the childhood vaccines because they say, oh, it had no effect. But when they were, you know, confronted with it,

they recognize, you know, say mercury is safe to be injected into you isn't a really good argument. So why don't we take it out anyway? It is still in the flu shot and is given to pregnant women and getting into, you know, developing fetuses and young children if they get that flu shot. So thimerosol still out there, but mostly not into the childhood vaccines and definitely not in the first six months of life vaccines. So totally irrelevant. Next study. Again, neuropsychological performance 10 years after immunization infancy with a thimerosal containing.

See how this goes, folks? This is the whole point. They're not answering the question. get another one here. Dimerosol exposure. All right, you get the idea. Next one. I think this next one is interesting. Vaccines in autism. This is the last one. And this is basically an attack on the only study that it really, you know, that has been done from this side, which was the study by Dr. Andrew Wakefield. Now, he always comes to the center of this conversation. And so this is what they have to say about that MMR Lance study. I think it's kind of interesting. This is what

they say themselves. The Wakefield paper published in 1998 was flawed for two reasons. About 90% of children in England receive MMR at the time this paper was written. Because MMR is administered at a time when many children are diagnosed with autism, it would be expected that most children with autism would have received an MMR vaccine, and that many would have received the vaccine recently. The observation that some children with autism recently received MMR is therefore expected. However, determination of whether MMR causes autism is best made by studying the incidence of autism and both vaccinated and unvaccinated children. This wasn't done.

In fact, this really has never been done, which has always been our argument. Although the authors claim that autism is a consequence of intestinal inflammation, intestinal symptoms were observed after, not before symptoms of autism in all eight cases. I want to just make this point. What they're trying to tell you is that these parents are blaming the vaccine, but that's when they're diagnosed. The problem with this is the Lances study was not about parents who were finally being diagnosed. It's about parents that said, my child regressed into autism days or weeks after getting the MMR vaccine. It wasn't like, oh, my child's been autistic for two years,

and I've been trying to get the doctors to finally admit it, and they tend to do that right at the age. They just got their MMR. No, they're saying, my child turned into a different child right after the MMR vaccine. So this statement is absolutely, totally bogus. I've done plenty of shows. Go back and watch their brilliant interviews I've done with Dr. Andrew Wakefield,

who also was the director of the film that puts me in the middle of this entire conversation, Vax from Cover Up to Catastrophe, which you can find on our website and watch that for free. But I want to say this. Now the entire world is weighed in on this Twitter battle here, and they're still having the same exact issue. You are told there are mountains of studies showing that vaccines do not cause autism. We asked about the first six vaccines given the first six months of life, and no one,

Not the CDC and not every scientist across the world now waiting in on this can provide you with one study that compares the vaccinated to the unvaccinated and especially those that got the first six vaccines to those that didn't get the first six vaccines and say, look, we've proven they don't cause autism. So we are saying and we continue to say this statement that you are making that vaccines do not cause autism has no basis in provable science whatsoever. However, now we are not going to say that vaccines do cause autism. What we're saying is you can't say they don't. And once again, with now a worldwide attempt to try and take our statement down, they have failed. They can only go to older vaccine, thimerosol studies and MMR studies, and we've covered why those are a fraud, including at the center of Vax, one of the most fraudulent studies ever done. And it's the last study ever done in the United States of America that our government

funded looking at the question, do vaccines cause autism? And specifically, does the MMR vaccine cause autism? If you've watched Vaxed, you know there's a whistleblower inside the CDC named Dr. William Thompson. He's still there. He's protected with whistleblower status. And he provided 10,000 documents that they asked him to destroy. Why? Because it showed a very, very strong correlation between getting the MMR vaccine and an increase in diagnoses of autism. And so that study was fraudulently manipulated, and that manipulated study was the last time in 2004 a single dollar was ever spent by our government investigating this issue. So now the world is weighing in. They have no studies to prove it's not happening. Meanwhile,

autism is going like this still. When you look at some of those studies they're pointing to, they're talking about one in 250, one in 150. It started at 1 in 10,000 when they first started recognizing it. We're now at about 1 in 30, 34, depending on what study you look at. And when we look at boys where it's more prevalent, autism is now seems to be affecting somewhere between 1 in 18 and 1 in 22 to 24 boys. This is one of the greatest epidemic, pandemics, whatever you want to call it of our lifetime, no science can prove that it's not being caused by vaccines, and our government has stopped funding any investigation into that correlation, even though they cannot prove a single study. So here it is. To the whole world

one more time, can anyone provide a single acceptable study showing that the first six months vaccines do not cause autism, especially the D-TAP vaccine, which parents have been complaining about. In fact, it's one of the number one vaccines complained about my child regressed into autism right after the D-TAP vaccine. When we look at the Institute of Medicine that looked at it, and we find after 30 years of parents complaining about that, that our U.S. government, the NIH, the CDC, the FDA, none of them have ever done a study investigating D-TAP vaccine in its correlation to autism. autism, that is egregious. That is absolutely horrific. And we will continue to press this issue until the end of time, until we get a president in our government that decides to put someone

into the NIH that will actually start doing proper vaccinated versus unvaccinated studies to look at a whole lot more than autism. How about asthma? How about ADD, ADHD? How about lupus? How about leukemia? How about cancer? How about this incredible rise in autoimmune disease that is just absolutely crippling the children in America today. Our children are sicker than they have ever been. We went from one in 12 basically, one in, I mean, one in, was it, yeah, one in 12. There, here we go. Thank you. 11 doses, 12.8% chronic illness in the 1980s when we're giving 11 vaccines. 53 doses in the 2000s, and now we have 54% of chronic illness in our children. This means that more than half, more than one in two children are suffering from an illness.

They will have their entire freaking lives, either a neurological disorder or an autoimmune disease. That is the greatest decline in human health ever recorded, and it's on the back of the rise in our vaccine program. I'm going to continue to drop the mic on this until someone decides to do some real science. All right, we have a huge show coming up and talk about putting it on the line. I suppose if I keep doing this, someday someone in our government might decide to sue me for $500 billion. Seems crazy, right? My guest coming up, that's exactly what happened.

Man, I'm so tired of hearing this like mountains of evidence have shown. There's not a mountain, Jeffrey. There's not a hill. There's not a mohill. There's not an inhale. There's not a grain of sin that they can point to right now that proves that vaccines,

plural, do not cause autism. It's incredible that we find ourselves in this position now. But luckily, so many people around the world are starting to wake up to this reality after this debacle of COVID. Yeah, it's become, if it wasn't so serious, it's become an exhausting conversation. but a lot of people are ready to hear this story because the science is simply not there. But for anybody watching this show, they've known that we've been front running this investigative pulse of the scientific and medical realities over the last three years, specifically on government

orders concerning lockdowns, masking, school closures, vaccines. They're supposed to stop transmission, reach herd immunity. Well, it's a rare week when government agencies and scientific journals and, and corporate media all come together at once and say, hey, you were right. So let's check this out because we're getting tired of saying we were right, but it's all happening right now. So let's go to The Guardian.

Let's take a look at lockdowns. People who stuck by UK COVID rules have worst mental health, says survey. Trauma pandemic having lasting impact on people's mental health three years on research reveals. Let's go into the article and see what it has to say. It talks to the article's lead, the studies lead author. says the more individuals comply with health advice during lockdown, the worse their well-being

post-lockdown concluded Dr. Marley Willigers and colleagues. In this study they did, he says this, they identified that people with communal personalities who are more caring, sensitive, and aware of others' needs adhered the most rigorously with the lockdown protocols that Boris Johnson and senior medics and scientists recommended. However, people with agentic personalities who are more independent, more competitive, and like to have control over their lives, were least likely to exhibit those behaviors. Communal types displayed the highest levels of continuing disturbance to their mental well-being. However, agentic people had been able to bounce back better from lockdown mode.

I mean, it kind of is basically just saying that sheep haven't done so well and the lions are doing just fine. Right. So forget about build back better. It's about bouncing back better. And how do you do that? I love that. Well, be independent, question your government, take control. over your own health and your own lives. And that's science. So now let's move to-

Don't fuel your inner OCD. Don't fuel, you know, your fear of crowds and people around you. As it turns out, that just doesn't lead to good future mental health. There's a newsflash. Right. And so let's talk about masks for a second. We've exhaustively covered this. We were told, put your mask on. It's going to help with community transmission. It's going to keep you from getting less symptoms, less COVID infections. Well, here's another study. This was out of Norway, and this is the headline. Association between face mass use and risk of SARS-Cobie to infection. Pretty simple. They looked at over 3,200 people, and they concluded this. We found that the incidence of self-reported COVID-19 was 33% higher in those wearing face masks often or sometimes, and 40% higher in those

wearing face masks almost always or always compared to participants who reported wearing face masks. or almost never. So we're done. Masks are over. There it is. I don't care what's coming from China. It's over. You're not going to get people to put these masks back on. I saw a mask in the airport this week and I really wanted to just, I want a little car just to hand him that study to say just, just so you know. Yeah. So let's talk about school closures. This shockingly is the New York Times. Here's the headline here. The startling, startling evidence on learning loss is in. And this isn't some rogue reporter at the Times. This is the New York Times editorial board. The brain trust all got together and

said, this is an important, startling piece of evidence we just found. Let's look at what it says in there. It says the evidence is now in and it's startling. The school closures that took 50 million children out of classrooms at the start of the pandemic may prove to be the most damaging disruption in the history of American education. Well, if you're reading that and you're a New York Times reader, you may say, well, that's, that's revelatory. I haven't seen that from the Times because I'm used to hearing the Times say this in 2021. Parents stop talking about the lost year. Teenagers and tweens will be fine.

Experts say if adults model resilience. That was after a year of keeping kids out of school. Parents were trying to get these kids back in school saying, look, suicide rates are up. Mental health is going down. Our kids are we're missing a valuable learning. Our whole lost year. What are we going to do? Hey, New York Times says, stop talking about it.

It'll be fine. And now they're saying this was the worst disaster in the history of. education. But fittingly enough, the New York Post, who's been doing some great, great writing and investigation over the last three years on this, had a little dig at the New York Times. So this is their headline. This is by the Post editorial board. The New York Times discovers school lockdowns and learning loss three years late. And pretty great article if you want to go check it out. But just to remember, just to put a little, little asterisk here, not just just move through this fast. Parents wanted kids back in school so bad. Parents want to

They were sounding the alarm. They're going to the school boards raising, you know what, at these school boards. This was the headline. They were called domestic terrorists. White House aided school board groups domestic terrorist letter before Garland Sick FBI on parents. That's a national school board association. So the White House aided that NSBA's call to label them domestic terrorists. If they were to do that, they can use the Patriot Act on them.

That's how far we fell during this pandemic. So let's move that out of the way. Let's go to vaccines really quick. Remember, supposed to stop transmission, herd immunity. Well, eight more members of the European Parliament have sent another letter to the European Medicines Agency. The EMA is very similar to the CDC. It's kind of like a mixture between the CDC and the FDA here in the United States, but

they're responsible for authorizing these vaccines in Europe. And they wrote to them and said, we have questions about your authorization. You authorized it, but it's not stopping transmission. It's not doing these things. What do you have to say about that? Well, this is what they wrote back to these members of parliament. They said this. You state that based on the authorized indications, the vaccines should only be administered

to individuals who seek personal protection, and they are not authorized for the purpose of reducing transmission or infection rates, transmission control. You also stated that the authorized indication does not align with uses promoted by pharmaceutical companies, politicians and health professionals. I'm going to say this. You indeed are correct to point out that COVID-19 vaccines have not been authorized for preventing transmission from one person to another. Indications are for protecting the vaccinated individuals only.

Think about this. I mean, there it is. I mean, that is the greatest admission of propaganda use on people. The entire thing, get the vaccine to protect your neighbor and protect everyone around you. Stop transmission. It stops with you, Rachel Maddow said. So to Tony Fauci and Joe Biden. And now when you look in Europe, they're saying, hey, when we asked about it, when you signed this contract, you know, were we promised it was stopped transmission? No, nothing to sort. No, we never agreed. We never believed it would stop transmission. I mean, it's unreal. We now know, I mean, this takes it another step, right? We know because of the interview done of Janine Smalley, who stood up there representing Pfizer when asked, you know, Did you test to see it would stop transmission? She says, no, of course not. We were moving at the speed of science.

So now you know they didn't test for it. But even more outrageous is the government body that funded and paid for this and the health agency knew it didn't stop transmission, even though they were telling everyone in the country on every news station that it stops transmission. Admitting now, yeah, we were lying. You got us. What are you going to do about it? Exactly.

So here we are. Government science communicators have a big problem. on their hands because they just lived through this and they were wrong on almost every front and they mandated a lot of this on almost every front. So what are they going to do? Are they just going to go back to normal? Well, let's hear from W.E.F. Agenda contributor, Maria Leptin. Who is Maria Lepton? She's the president of the European Research Council. This was set up by the entire European Union to be the premier European funding organization for research. So kind of a big deal when she talks. Listen to what she has to say about the future of science. communication. Two of the countries which were most successful in getting good coverage of vaccination based this not at all on getting their citizens to try and understand the signs. One is Bhutan, which, where they were very successful in preparing a campaign and involved. They asked,

they were sensitive to the country's needs, to the citizens' needs, involved in forming the religious establishment and in fact using them. finding the right time and date. And they got fantastic coverage. No signs was explained. The other example I know of is Portugal, where the campaign was handed to a retired army general. And the army general just treated the country as his troops, and he rallied the troops. He declared it as a war that the country in patriotic passion was going to fight together. And they had up there. I think they were leading in Europe, if not the world. So, no science.

That is really amazing. It reminds me of that saying, never let a fact get in the way of a good story, never let science get in the way of a propaganda machine and an attempt to forcibly vaccinate everyone in the world. She's at the World Economic Forum, obviously. Probably got a standing ovation there by all of those that are trying to sell, you know, our sovereignty away. What an amazing statement, though, right?

Stop talking to people. they're intelligent, treat them like they're idiots, go into their churches and just tell them God wants them to do this, or that they're at a war with nature and they need to do their part. So there you have it, folks, there's the game plan. Next time this comes around,

less and less science is their answer. And guess who will not be following that decree? Where you will always find the science here on the high wire. And you know, no one in the crowd. Question from the crowd, yeah, so Portugal, they use military force to ram it home to their citizens to get the shots. They did really well. How did Portugal do overall when they were doing that? Well, let's look at the headlines. September 2021 after that successful campaign, Portugal has

nearly run out of people to vaccinate. What comes next? Well, two months later, this comes next. Here's the headline December of 2021. Portugal imposes post-Christmas COVID-19 curves as Ammocrine cases surge. And then going into the summer, here's another Portugal headline. Omicron sub-variant drives spike in cases and deaths in Portugal. Pretty much ended up just like everyone else, except they had a really high spike there. But no change. So I'm sorry, I guess, no science. But let's talk about this.

Those overall picture here. So clearly these health organizations and governments failed miserably to the point where they've been voted out. They've been kicked out of office. And so you have the WHO come in. We reported on this. A lot of people are really raising the alarm about this. The WHO's pandemic treaty.

They're saying, look, forget about what just happened. This was a really disaster. we need full control over the entire world in all the countries so we can have a one health approach. In there, we're going to wrap in mandatory vaccination purchases and mandatory. Everyone's going to have the same thing. We're actually going to do some climate stuff in there as well. And, you know, if you don't remember what this sounds like, listen to Tadros. He's the Director General of the WHO.

Listen to his plea recently about this. Last month, the UN General Assembly adopted a political declaration on pandemic prevention preparedness and response, underscoring their commitment to meet shared threats with a shared response. The COVID-19 pandemic appended lives and livelihoods disrupting societies and economies and exposed and exacerbated political fault lines within and between nations. It eroded trust between people, governments and institutions fueled by a torrent of mis and disinformation, and it laid bare the searing inequalities of our world, with the poorest and most vulnerable communities the hardest hit. The next pandemic is not a question of if, but of when,

and we cannot afford to repeat the same mistake of the past. That's why WHS member states are negotiating a new pandemic accord and amendments. to the international health regulations, to strengthen the legal framework for the global response to pandemics. And we can't stop there. We must follow through with national ratification and accountable implementation. For the sake of future generations, we must not go back to the old cycle of panic and neglect that left our world vulnerable.

We are stronger together. It is so unbelievable. I mean, you could really just diagnose every sort of word. He starts out by saying that pandemic destroyed lives, destroyed jobs, destroyed economies, then goes on to say, and people were upset about that because of misinformation. I think they're upset because you were mandating the destruction of our lives with absolutely zero science. And the less science you talked about, the better you were at it. And then he says, we've got to overcome and we can't make the mistake again.

What mistake? What mistake? You want to be able to lock us down harder, destroy more of our economy, destroy more lives and separate more of us? I mean, you talk about that article from the New York Times like learning loss. It appears the learning loss is the WHO and the government of the United States of America that apparently think the problem is not that the mask didn't work and was causing more COVID and not that you're more depressed since you weren't able, you know, to end up, you know, walking around freely or that your kids got a terrible education. We need to be due to do it even twice as hard and make sure every nation is in on it. And the biggest pile of bologna is the poorest nations actually did better.

Africa did so much better than us. Haiti did better than the United States of America. Why? Because they just couldn't seem to get the vaccine to enough people. I mean, it's really amazing that we're sitting here in this position right now. That one minute clip is a masterclass on gaslighting in the inversion of reality. getting everybody in. We're going to really do this right this time. And at the same time, across the world, there's there's a populist movement. And so the media is calling them populist leaders. They're being elected everywhere. But it's just basically leaders who are focusing more on national sovereignty after what just happened. They want people, they want policies that are in their nation's best interest. We saw in El Salvador. We're seeing it now in Argentina over in the European Union, the Netherlands, Slovakia just named his prime minister as well. And this was the headline here. The Slovakia's new government led by populace Robert Fico wins a mandatory confidence vote. Well, one of the first things he did was took to the podium and he gave this speech right here.

I mean, I just want to take a moment because we keep showing more and more politicians stepping up and really demanding answers, whether it's Australia or in the European Union. But this isn't just some, you know, congressman or a senator or an MP. This is now the elected prime minister. And using that pulpit to make what was obviously a plea that he must have made to the

population of Slovakia. And so what this now tells us is that the the majority in that country support a man that is calling this a ruse and a joke and an embarrassment and experimental vaccines. I mean, we are really turning a corner. I think all of us are dreaming to live in a country where that might happen. And here in the United States of America, can you imagine if the next newly elected president gets up and that's what they decide to talk about? I think there's a real chance of it. And I've said it before. I mean, you've got Ron DeSantis in the mix who clearly came out against the COVID vaccine very strongly. You've got Donald Trump

who once said he was against vaccines, even though he warped speeded this one and seems to be standing by it. But who knows where he lands? He also says he believes in medical freedom. Robert Kennedy Jr. is now surging in the polls everywhere you look, clearly makes very strong statements, has been part of a nonprofit a lot like the work that we do here, and all of them running against a man who appears to be only kept alive by pharmaceutical drugs. God knows how he's still walking and talking. So, I mean, it's really an amazing moment that we're sitting here when just a few years ago, no one could even talk about this topic. Right. And so you saw there, Prime Minister Fico say he's going to support the efforts to investigate what he calls often meaningless purchase of

vaccines, the COVID vaccine. But more importantly, talking about the WHO, he said, he will not support strengthening the powers of the WHO at the expense of the sovereign states. So those are big, big words, but Estonia, another European Union member state went a step further and they just sent a letter to Dr. Tadros. And this is what that letter said. I'm going to go through this first paragraph. It says, hereby, the Republic of Estonia on the basis of Article 22 of the Constitution of the World Health Organization declares that it rejects and does not consent to the international agreement on pandemic prevention preparedness and response, as well as the complementary amendments to the international health regulations, 2005 and improving the sustainability.

of financing of WHO. So they're out. They're done. So this is another pushback. We're seeing this in Canada. They have petitions in their government. We're seeing in the UK, the United States has a bill in Congress to protect the U.S. sovereignty against this World Health Organization Treaty. New Zealand, similar situations. So the New Zealand government, a coalition government, has now formed Jacinda Arden, China, you know, lockdown zero COVID 2.0 is out. And this is what the headline looks like New Zealand's new government promises tax cuts, more police and less bureaucracy. But it also looks like this, New Zealand government to end all COVID-19 vaccine mandates. So they're going hard.

Now, most of those were already on their way out, but now this is kind of a nail in the coffin. They're done. So let's look at this agreement, though. There's a coalition agreement between the National Party and the New Zealand First Party. And in there, it reads this, ensure as a matter of urgency in establishment and completion, a full-scale, wide-ranging, independent inquiry conducted publicly with local and international experts into how the COVID pandemic was handled in New Zealand. I wonder what they're going to find, including covering use of multiple lockdowns, vaccine procurement and efficacy, the social and economic

impacts of both regional and national levels and whether the decisions made and steps taken were justified. But then it goes into this. Ensure a national interest test is undertaken before New Zealand accepts any agreements from the UN and its agencies that limit national decision making and reconfirm that New Zealand's domestic law holds primacy over any international agreements as part of the above by the 1st of December 2023 reverse again reserve against proposed amendments to the WHO health regulations to allow the incoming government to consider these against a national interest test. So I mean, quite simply, they're saying, you can you can propose anything you want, but we're going to look at this in our national interest. It's up to us. Is it going to benefit us

or at least help us in any way? If not, we're not doing it. So this is what countries are doing. Everyone, just take a moment to just breathe this in. In a world where we have been so worried that we have no power whatsoever anymore, people are rising up, electing new officials. You want to talk about it about face, the most lockdown, aggressive, you know, you know, campaign. against this so-called virus in New Zealand has now gone in about face, is not only not forcing the vaccine along it, but it's putting it under an incredible investigation, which we know what they're going to find, it's what they're starting to find in Australia and all across this country. I love seeing Estonia, all of those names written of all the people

that are signing onto this. And you know that they got elected by a mass of people that are just saying, oh, hell no, across the world, I just want to take this moment. Because I go around and I know a lot of you out there watching the show are, you know, are self-proclaimed conspiracy theorists. It's okay. That's awesome. You can do whatever you want. I don't consider myself, one, I'm a science theorist and we sort of stay there. But here's the point. A lot of you come up to me with like this sort of Debbie Downer attitude, like we're just playing into their hand. This was just a test. They knew that COVID. All of this is exactly where they wanted to be. Really? Really? They really wanted the entire world turning against the vaccine program. leaders of nations across the world saying, we're never going to do this again.

We're not going to take this vaccine. We're putting the entire pharmaceutical industry under, you know, investigation. Oh, and by the way, that entire like you're all going to rule us from some like higher power at the WHO and Tadros is trying to get himself elected there. No, go ahead and just ram that where the sun doesn't shine. That's exactly what the pharmaceutical industry was trying to prove. That's what they're trying to do. They got us exactly where they want us.

give me a break and take a moment to celebrate when mankind actually wins stop walking around as a debby downer in fact start saying oh my god we can do this this is our time i need you i need you to stop whining look at what's happening around the world we're never going to let this happen again and our children are counting on us believing that and it's also forced the pharmaceutical companies and those within the government that are lobbied by them to come out and show their true colors. Yeah. And we see them now. So this is kind of the pushback now. So you have this populist movements all over the place that are concerned about what's happening in their country and not the world

and not trying to lock down the entire world or get everyone to buy vaccines. These vaccine companies, though, are pushing back. So one of them is Pfizer. So remember, the European Union was basically sold. They negotiated a contract with Pfizer. for all the member states. How was that done? It was done by the EU commissioner Ursula van der Leyen. And what she did, she didn't sit down with Albert Berla, Pfizer, the CEO. She did it over text messages, just some text messages. And when asked what were in those text messages, this is what Reuters said. EU's von der Leyen can't find texts with Pfizer chief on vaccine deal. Oops, can't find. I'm sorry, but the vaccine deal is going through anyway. Well, Poland said, we're done. I don't. I don't.

don't think no one wants these vaccines anymore. COVID's over and we didn't really fully agree to this so we went out of it. Well, this is what Pfizer is doing now. This is the political headline. Pfizer is suing Poland over vaccines. And this is kind of a breakdown. It says this is how we got here. But when you look into this article, it says this in April 2022, then Polish health minister, Adam Niedjewski, announced the country had stopped taking vaccine deliveries. However, it didn't take long for a group of nine other countries all in Eastern and Central Europe to follow. Poland's lead. While they didn't go so far as halting deliveries, they did complain that they had been trapped into spending money on doses they didn't need at a time of economic turbulence. Indeed,

at one point, capitals even began asking for greater transparency on the original negotiations between Pfizer and the Commission. What was promised? We would really like to know, said Belgium Ambassador Pierre Cardinals in December 2022. So think about that. Your country is signed on to a vaccine deal with Pfizer, and they're saying, can we at least see what the deal is? Because we don't need these anymore. And we're going to probably back out on this. And they're saying, I can't find the text messages. Can't find the deal.

Just, you know, go ahead. Pfizer is going to sue you, though, if you back out of this. Well, here's another kind of page to this. So this is an investigative piece by American journalist Lee Fang and Jack Polson. This is called Moderna is spying on you. New documents reveal its attempts to control the vaccine debate. Listen to this. So it says in here, quote,

Djokovic crowned anti-vaccine hero after U.S. Open win how old the title of an internal report. It continued, the optics of Jokovic whose vaccine opposition barred him from competing in the 2022 U.S. Open, returning to and winning the Moderna sponsored competition, bolsters anti-vaccine claims that vaccines and mandates are unnecessary. The report rated news surrounding Jokovic is high risk, noting that vaccine opponents are celebrated. the tennis champion and that some on social media mockingly point out that Moderna is a U.S. Open sponsor. Well, mockingly point out, who's mocking them? Oh, yeah, it was us. Check this out. Try to contemplate what are the odds that the one human being on the earth in all of sports and maybe got more attention than anybody during a mandated vaccine program stood his ground,

took headlines worldwide, and his name is Novax. Well, it's Novak, but seriously, pretty dang closed, really strange. Is someone in there programming this whole thing going, come on people, wake up. But to add irony to the whole thing at the U.S. Open, of course, they're sponsors, and they have the shot of the day. Well, he didn't just have the shot of the day, the shot of the match. He had the shot of the tournament and the shot of the year. And this is who was sponsoring that shot. Well, we'll take you to the Dernas shot of the day and it was, here's the final one.

Relief and release there. So the shot of the day brought to you by Moderna. The shot of the day brought to you by the guy that beat everybody else that got that stupid vaccine. Well done, Novap. We're really proud of you. Seriously, a hero in this world today. That is it. That is just never going to get old.

I try to imagine how much money they spent for that ad placement spot for shot of the day, only to go to the guy that defied them the whole way. Really, truly, a hero. I hope someday, maybe when he's done playing tennis, we're able to get him onto this show and talk about it. Just amazing. Regardless, it's fun to know that Moderna's public relations department is ringing their fists at our show when they're watching us every week, I'm sure.

So let's go into this, because this is actually like a big tobacco moment for the vaccine industry. Because we've heard about their PR firms, their departments, but this kind of really pulls back the curtain. So let's go back to this article. It says, behind the scenes, the marketing arm of the company, this Moderna, has been working with former law enforcement officials and public health officials to monitor and influence vaccine policy.

Key to this is the drug industry-funded NGO called Public Good Projects. According to documents, we have seen, PGP works closely with social media platforms, government agencies, and news websites to confront the. root cause of vaccine hesitancy by rapidly identifying and shutting down misinformation, a network of 45,000 healthcare professionals are given talking points and advice on how to respond when vaccine misinformation goes mainstream, according to an email from Moderna. As the pandemic abates, Moderna is, if anything, ratcheting up at surveillance operation with a keen interest in anything relating to policies designed to coerce vaccination.

In particular, the company is closely tracking elected officials and recently passed laws in Arkansas and Texas, which restricted vaccine mandates. It says, quote, politicians attempting to ban COVID-19 mandates or at least claiming to signals growing resistance to COVID-19 mitigations reads one of Moderna's alerts. Given the company avoided publicly commenting on the mandate debate, this is revelatory. And remember, they talk about bills in Texas we just had last week, Jackie Schlegel from Texans for Medical Freedom, who was an integral part in helping pass Texas's SB 7, which bans private businesses from mandating the COVID shot, like Moderna's, on their employees and contractors, to the tune of a $50,000 fine if they break that.

So, Modern is very, it's very interested in that bill and other bills like that. So can I just take this moment to say that Moderna's little like private police force here is failing at their job? I mean, it's really scary, but man, do they suck what they do? all that money all that effort to control and they still can't do it i'm sorry so we're learning about the reach so people think you know it's just some some a group of people sitting around a table with with you know marketing minds thinking how are we going to do an ad for our vaccine our product here no they're proactively aggressively aggressively reaching out into the public into the community

putting their hand over people's mouths censoring debate and so it gets interesting here so we have the Public Goods Project. Let's go to the PGP website, the About page. It says the public good projects is a public health nonprofit specializing in large-scale media monitoring programs. Jesus. Creepy. Social and behavior change interventions. Oh, my God. That's psychological operations, if you will, and cross-sector initiatives. So one of those initiatives is this. It's called the Stronger Campaign. This is on their website. And the Stronger Campaign is they worked with, well, actually, let's just go to Lee Fang's Twitter page because he uncovered this. And this is actually, we'll stop right there for a second. So we have the Public Goods Project.

And one of the articles Lee Fang wrote for The Intercept, this was titled Drug Lobby asked Biden to punish foreign countries pushing for low-cost vaccines. Some, you know, corporation doesn't want low-cost vaccines. But in there, it talks about two of the largest drug lobby groups in the world. Bio and pharma are the acronyms. Bio and Pharma represent the largest to drug firms in the world, including Pfizer, Gilead, Sciences, and Johnson & Johnson. The two groups collectively spent more than $38 million lobbying federal officials last year, and member companies maintain extensive ties to promote think tanks, lawmakers, and academics active in shaping the policy response to the pandemic. So we go to Lee Fang's Twitter page, and he talks about this. We have

bio, this juggernaut of lobbying. He said in a separate push, Pfizer-Moderners lobbying group, Bio fully funded a special content moderation campaign designed by a contractor called public goods projects, which worked with Twitter to set content moderation rules around COVID misinformation. So, Moderna is essentially working, using these sock puppets to work with Twitter to set content moderation, to set it at the global level, not just, hey, could you take down this person, you could take down this person, no, to set it from the start for vaccine misinformation. Think about that around your product. And calling it an NGO, like the, and it's called the public good, like literally monitoring you,

brainwashing you for the public good funded by pharma but tax deductible because it's an NGO i mean it's it there's a huge i mean we used to call this propaganda you used to call this the advertising arm of the pharmaceutical industry now they call it an NGO that's out for the public good it's really unbelievable sinister but it's a non-profit so i'm sure it's okay so let's go back to these twitter so bio it says bio provided one point two seven five million dollars to the campaign part of which is revealed through tax forms, the PGP campaign called Stronger, helped Twitter create content moderation bots, select which public health accounts got verified, helped crowdsource content takedowns.

Boy, it sounds a lot like what just happened to the Highwire page. But you can see here, you can actually look at the tax document. If you're not, don't believe me, look at the tax document. So there's bio, there's the biotechnology innovation organization at the bottom there. and you can see the public goods projects, Mount Vernon, Alexander, Virginia, that's right there, consulting. So there's the money that's being spent on there. But what's interesting is this stronger campaign ended in 2022. From what it looks like, it ended right around the same time that Missouri v. Biden in that court case started,

which is the attorneys generals that were forcing the government not to be able to talk to big tech anymore to do this content moderation. It's really outrageous, and it shows you what a precarious situation we find ourselves here in the United States of America, that we have a government that is basically, Moderna, by the way, holds co-patents with our own NIH, which we have always thought was a conflict of interest. When Moderna makes money, so do government agents. That is crazy, especially when they're the ones doing the same safety testing of this product and promoting it to everyone in America only to make money themselves. Do you really think they're doing a proper safety test?

If it's of a product they're going to make money off of? I mean, this is the type of, like this really is the swamp. And when you think about the greatest attack on American sovereignty and freedom and liberty, it was this COVID pandemic, the lockdowns. Both Donald Trump, I fault, and President Biden were a part of locking us down, destroying our economies. So it crosses, I mean, it shows you it crosses political lines, this type of incestuous, disgusting relationship that corporations now have with our government

and allowing them to call it an NGO when all it's really doing is surveilling us and trying to brainwash us through their control of television. Amazing reporting, Jeffrey. So much, so much to be excited about, though, because, I mean, we can get dark about it, but really we're winning. Humanity is winning. Humanity is overpowering. They're recognizing that we're taking this castle. There's more of us. Science does matter to us. You're not going to convince us that it's like some sort of religion. So I'm just really, as dark as it may seem, I am just so giddy right now over this report.

But even beyond those sort of state issues, we also help individuals. We go out, sometimes we fight cases for them, and in many cases it's in different areas, whether it's the medical industry, sometimes we represent people

that even work for Pfizer, but in one case or in actually several cases, we represented the military like this story. I'm a staff sergeant in the United States Army. I found that just after the first couple of years of being in the Army, I absolutely loved it. And I decided that I wanted to make a career out of it. I grew up in the church. I've been attending church three days a week for the majority of my life. My faith is everything to me.

It is the foundation in which I've built my entire life. When we heard that there was a vaccine that was going to be available, I think there was a lot of excitement, a lot of hope. But as we got to learn more about the vaccine, I learned that I might have some convictions there that would maybe prevent me from taking that vaccine. It became a little more nerve-wracking as we heard that they were gonna make it mandatory.

I believe that abortion is murder. And I believe that to support that in any way, shape, or form is wrong for me and all the vaccines that have been available in some way, shape or form, either in the testing or in the production, has used aborted fetal tissue, and I don't think that I should take part in something beneficial from that.

I applied for the religious accommodation request. I wrote a memorandum for record. I got letters from my pastors that just stated, just stated their legitimately held religious beliefs. I packaged all that up and I sent that off through the chain of command all the way up and my initial request was denied. I was genuinely sad because it started to become real

that I might not be able to continue to serve in the army. I prayed a lot about it and I came to the decision that there is no way that I'm gonna take this shot. My convictions are what they are and I have four children that are watching me and I need them to see that their dad will stick to his convictions and won't bend on it. When they notified me that I was going

get separated, it would have reflected that we were being separated for serious misconduct. And that was a hard pill to swallow. I've given a lot of my heart and my soul and my efforts to the Army. It made me feel like I was doing something wrong when in my heart I knew that I was doing what was right. I do truly believe that God sent Aaron Siri and his team to come and help us. We were able to take the stand in federal court and give our side of the story and ask the judge to help us.

We were represented so well by Syrian Glimbsdale. They were incredible. I tell people it went movie well. It was so good. They were just professional. I can't even describe it other than they were the varsity team, and it showed. The members of our military swear an oath

to lay down their lives to defend the United States Constitution and the very first freedom under the Constitution is the freedom of religion. It appears that our executive branch, the military has forgotten the importance of that, but luckily our judge, Luckily, our judicial branch is not. It was unbelievable to get the career back.

The weight of the world was lifted off of my shoulders, and I breathed fresh air for the first time and so long. To ICANN, thank you for everything that you've done. It was like having a hero swoop in with a cape. Because of what ICANN did for me, I'm still able to continue with my job. I'm still able to continue to serve our country, and I'm so thankful for that.

It's just another beautiful story in our ICAN impact series. But I want to say this when he says, thank you, I can. He's talking to you. So we make sure we're airtight. That's the only defense we have. Doesn't mean it will never happen. It's something we talk about. I'm glad we have a great legal team. But can you imagine if just by speaking the truth, by sticking to the science like we do here, here, suddenly you got a call that you were being sued for $500 billion. Just take that in for a moment.

Imagine yourself, just like little sense memory here. What does that phone call feel like? That's what happened to Dr. Eric Nuputi. Take a look at this. I'm a physician based in St. Louis, Missouri. I've been in practice now 20 years. So I've got a unique background. I'm a primary care physician.

I'm a doctor of chiropractic, doctor of natural medicine. I have a fellowship in functional neurology. Prior to COVID, our practices were extremely busy. I'd go to conferences and presenting on how we do our wellness integrated model. We were getting ready to open up another 30 practices across the country. Then COVID hit, and everything changed. That first week that that happened it was like the zombie apocalypse came to St. Louis and I remember driving to work in the morning and being one of the only cars on the highway and then we started seeing people really

getting sick. We would have patients and physicians both calling us that they were scared. There were no solutions. Doctors didn't know what to do, patients didn't know where to turn. So we gave our solutions, our 150-year-old homeopathic remedies for flus and colds that we've been dealing with our patients for over 20 years. Things like vitamin C IVs, things like Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine and high dose vitamin D and high dose zinc,

and it was working. We were talking about our protocols to doctors that were in hospitals across the globe. And I was actually part of a large group of doctors that would meet on Zoom twice a week and it was the Global Doctors Alliance. And I mean, there were PhD, microbiologists, virologist, Dr. Zev Zelenko was on the calls with us.

We were sharing solutions with each other, which is what we as physicians thought we were supposed to do. And after about three or four weeks of being on these calls with doctors, everything shifted. It shifted from us talking about how are we going to help our patients to, hey, the government's coming after us. This is what was happening in Europe. Hey, we're getting shut down. Hey, they're telling us to stop therapeutics and treatments. And we thought, oh my gosh, well, that'll never happen in the United States. that'll never happen in America.

And then a couple months later, it did. So in May of 2020, myself and several hundred other doctors across the country got a letter from the Federal Trade Commission. And the letter said, do not tell patients that vitamin CIVs or that any other therapeutics that are not recognized by the federal government could be beneficial for patients that have COVID-19 and et cetera. I thought that was an odd letter. We called the Federal Trade Commission.

And we said, all right, what's this? about. Would you please give us some insight on what are your concerns with what we're doing? Did we do something wrong? They said, look, just be careful and make sure that there's nothing on your website or anything that you put out there on radio or television or advertising that is making any claims of something that can't be substantiated. Why? So no problem. Well, at that time, we already had 112 papers that supported the benefits of vitamin D for COVID, and we had 24 papers that supported zinc for COVID. In fact, one of them was a paper that was funded by Tony Fauci by NIH, done in 2010.

Our attorneys said, all right, we'll just keep moving forward. And that's what we did. We would get calls from family members of patients that were in the ERs or the ICUs, and we would share with you doctors' therapeutics that have been working. But then all of a sudden, hospitals were no longer allowed to speak to anybody outside of their facilities. Breaking news tonight, the FDA approving the first and only treatment for coronavirus in the U.S. Remdesivir, now available in hospitals nationwide.

Hospitals were no longer allowed to do anything that didn't go underneath the emergency use authorization protocol. The hospitalist and doctors told us if we did any therapeutic outside of what the hospital allowed us to do, which was things like remdesivir and ventilators and IV fluids and that's pretty much about it, that they would get fired. We're working as hard as we can, talking to patients, talking to doctors, speaking in front of state and federal Senate and House committees, figuring out solutions that we can do.

April of 2021, I was traveling to Tulsa, Oklahoma, getting ready to speak at a health and freedom rally. As I'm walking into this building, I get a phone call from my attorneys. And my attorneys said, hey Eric, we got good news and we got bad news. I said, what's the good news? Well, the good news is we think you just said

a Guinness Book World Record. I said, well, what's the record? Well, you just got sued by the government. for $508 billion for telling people to take vitamin D and zinc during COVID. You ever been at one of those dinners where you, you know, you decided to throw your card down and, you know, you took a bunch of friends out and I feel like there's a couple bottles of wine, maybe more than I thought, and then you get that check and you're like, what? This is a check for $500 billion.

So I've honored to be joined right now by Eric Caputti. It's really good to see you. Yeah. This is an unbelievable story. It really is. I mean, it's really outrageous. And so just, just before we even get started, what is the emotions in a moment like that?

I mean, there has to be some fear. Del, I got to be honest with you. And then watching the video that you guys just put together, brought those emotions back up. And, you know, sometimes when we're just going through stuff, we're just head down going through it. You don't really look back and go, wow, that was really crazy.

I mean, the emotions, first of all, I had about a 30 seconds of the, oh, craps. Yeah. That's kind of a big deal. Yeah. As I'm walking into an arena where I'm supposed to be giving a presentation. Right. So I have to shake that off. Exactly.

A good pep talk. Right. Right. I had to shake that off and go in and do what I had to do. And I'll tell you, you know, fear, which to me, Dell, is false evidence appearing real. and in my world the only way to get rid of fear is to have faith and to have facts

well brother I had all the facts on my side I knew it from day one I've been doing radio and television for 20 years on nutrition and what you can and can't say I know this and I back everything up with data I had the facts and man I had the faith and I knew what was going to happen

and I tell you I remember having a conversation with my wife and children that night when I came home from Tulsa I said, look, you're going to see that on the news. This is going to be a really big, you know, to do in the news, really big deal. We're going to get through this and we're going to be fine. I just want to make sure that you guys know that we're all going to be okay.

And it was a pretty solemn, solace moment, right? Yeah. Pretty wild. Definitely. That's amazing. And, you know, people do ask me, you know, how do you have the courage to do what you do? I say the same thing. I wouldn't, you know, it's, it's fair.

faith and those moments where I feel afraid or weak or you know I realize oh wait a minute I'm thinking this is about me right exactly you know what I mean let's just go ahead and let that go remember we're just vessels here so I know that that's you know deep inside of the work that you've done of watching through the years one of the things that I mean I want to itemize this list for me though okay how do we get to five hundred and eight billion dollars for prescribing vitamin C vitamin D a little bit of zinc, you know, probably some hydroxoxic corn, you know, those things in there.

But how does that, how did that number get to that? So we asked the Department of Justice that question. Yeah. How did you get to your number? Because our judge even scoffed at it. He's like, okay, this is, I know we're in crazy times, but this totally took the cake, right? Right.

And we asked them, and it literally took them over three weeks to come up with an answer. You're ready to charge me for half a trillion dollars. Right. But you can't tell me exactly why you're charging me for half a trillion dollars. So basically they said, well, there was 12,500,000, 12,000, 555,000 hits on social media. There were over 10 million through emails and shares and whatnot. And we're just going to go ahead and round it up at, I think it's 37,000, no, it's 43,000 per violation. And they said, we'll just call it $508 billion.

I don't know about you, Della, but once it's over a couple million, the dollars don't matter to me anymore. Right. What's the payment plan on that? Yeah. You're going to take that out of my weekly salary. It's like monopoly money at that point. Like, what do you do?

And what's funny is, I literally, over the past three years, I've had people ask me, what? And none of them can say with a straight face. Like when I say that number, $508 billion, they can't say it with a straight face. And then they look at me and go, what did you do? And then when I told him, hey, I recommended vitamin D and zinc during COVID, they're like, what? Yeah. It just doesn't make any sense.

It really does. And, you know, and honestly, when you take, like, look at the science, even the head scientists, note that the number one guy that put us in the middle of this, Anthony Fauci. I think we have a headline. What did he recommend outside of the vaccine? Fauci says that he takes vitamin D and C supplements and that they can lessen your susceptibility to infection. and we even found a video of him talking about this. Let's go ahead and put this on the evidence playing field. Take a look at this.

Should moms be doing something just to boost our kids' immune system? Do you need more vitamin C? Do they need more spinach? Is there anything we should be doing? Elderberry. There are two vitamins that you should consider. For example, if you are deficient in vitamin D, that does have an impact on your susceptibility to infection.

So I would not mind recommending, and I do it myself, taking vitamin D supplements. The other vitamin that people take is vitamin C because it's a good antioxidant. So if people want to take a gram or two at the most of vitamin C, that would be fine. So vitamin C and vitamin D okay. It's really amazing, too, when they talk about products like they were saying to you, just don't promote products that don't have any, you know, scientific evidence. And when you look at Remdesivir, I mean, the evidence around that, it is an absolutely, it's a total fraud. I mean, they literally moved the endpoints and Fauci. They just kept manipulating mid-study,

trying to get some result that looked like as positive whatsoever. It had killed people in trials. They didn't stop even attempting to use it as an Ebola drug. I mean, like the whole thing. And that, That's what they were saying. You use that, you're okay. You know, Dell, I had 13 practices at the time, another 32 that we were affiliating with, two surgical centers and consulting with doctors all over the country, all over the globe. We saw over 11,000 COVID patients. We didn't lose anybody.

Really? Why didn't the government call us and say, hey, what are you doing? Right. What are you all doing? What's that you've got going on that we don't? Because our failure rate is massive. Yeah. You know, and when I showed, I showed the Department of Justice.

The DOD's very own guideline for COVID-19. I think it's page 34, 36, paragraph four, it says, make sure that the patient has adequate levels of vitamin D, zinc, and C. I mean, these are common sense things that we know are important to deal with coronaviruses. But when doctors like myself, and I know this is a problem that a lot of people had, was why are more doctors not standing up, though? Why are my doctor not standing up? Because the government plays government whackamol.

Yeah. I mean, the things that they did to me and my family are reprehensible. Like, you can't even, you truly can't even fathom what they really, truly did. This is like mafioso to the 90th power, what they did. It really is. I mean, it is literally we have a mob. We don't have a government. We have a mob boss.

We are under threat. We're being coerced. We're being blackmailed. I mean, all of it. And let's look, one of my favorite studies that came out that report was vitamin D. I mean, it ended up being miraculous. In fact, this changed the way that I look at health. We now see it as a building block of the immune system.

Look at this study, everybody. COVID-19 mortality risk correlates inversely with vitamin D3 status and a mortality rate close to zero could theoretically be achieved at 50 nanograms, results of a systematic review and meta-analysis. It goes on to say, and I remember reporting on this, it was huge. Must research shows that blood calcidial levels correlate. strongly with SARS-CoV-2 infection severity. There is open discussion regarding whether low D3 is caused by the infection or if deficiency negatively affects immune defense. But here's what

we do know. Regression suggested a theoretical point of zero mortality at approximately 15 nanograms per milliliter. Meaning if you had 50 nanograms of vitamin D existing in your blood, you cannot die from COVID, period. That's all we were saying. We can't find anyone on earth. that died with that level of vitamin D and then once you had that level of vitamin D you were totally protected. More protected than the vaccine that we've already showed you earlier in this show does not stop transmission,

doesn't stop infection. It's outrageous. That study plus the hundreds of other studies that showed the same geared up the Prime Minister of the UK, Boris Johnson at the time. If you remember this, he went out publicly and said

we're going to give out a million dosages of vitamin D to the most susceptible people in our society. People have diabetes. People were overweight. People were old. People have dark skin. Why? Because the research shows if your vitamin D levels are sufficient, you have a less chance of infection and a less chance of death. So I went to Missouri. We have a lot of political connections there. We went and spoke to the governor, went and spoke to some of our senators. They just got done telling us that they have a surplus of COVID funds that they do not know what to do with. I presented them the data said, this is what's going on in the UK.

They said, no, we're not going to be giving vitamins out to anybody, even though the data does support it. We're not doing that. It's the safest damn thing you could do. Even if it did nothing at all, at least it's safe. So we did it. So we did it ourselves. I took six million bucks of vitamin D and gave it to people all across the United States of America. Wow.

You know, and it's crazy. I literally, look, I'm just the son of a pig farmer from Central Illinois, right? I looked at this as like, this is our Super Bowl. All the doctors should be getting together and figuring out how did what you see in Minnesota and you saw in Michigan and I saw in Missouri. What's working? Why are we not working together to help? And anytime someone stood up, they would try to do what they did to me. It's crazy. So how long did this case last? How long was it in a courtroom? It was a three-year case, a little over three years. I spent just over $5 million defending myself against our federal government.

And it was... I mean, $5 million is a large number. I mean, that must have taken a toll. I mean, did it... Dell, it took everything. Yeah. Del, I had to sell, you know, I've worked my whole life. All I've ever done since I was a kid was worked my whole life.

My wife and I are high school sweethearts. We built our life. We built a dream life together. I mean, we had to sell cars, property. I had to sell her favorite cars she had. I mean, in order for us... I mean, we're $250,000 a month, some months in legal fees. to answer paper.

And this is the thing that really bothers me. The federal government tries to bankrupt you. This is what their tactic is. They know that they can't win. The science, we destroy them on that. We beat them on the actual procedurals as well. They overstepped some things that they shouldn't have done. And we would have won all the way through.

The judge even said that. When the government asked for a motion of summary judgment, the judge says, yeah, Napudi, no guilt, total favor. This guy, that was after $5 million have been. spent, Del. It's insane. And that's, that's the, one of the concerns that I have is, you know, thank God I had the wherewithal and the gumption and the support for my, my wife and my children to fight this. You know, I didn't even know I had $5 million. I don't anymore. But, but at least they got me to a point where I was able to stand up for what was right.

Yeah. So, so how does this case, it ends? I mean, do they, does it end up settling? Is that what it's called? Like, what was the, you know, you're in the middle of it. say you want a summary judgment i'll give it to you this guy wins hands down you've brought a terrible case uh the government's going to lose here so what happens let me tell you what happened so first of all our first trial was supposed to happen in november of last year november of 2022 we're supposed to have it a study came out from this is huge a huge study came out 600 000 people were studied it was a VA done study john hopkins did the the date on it they found that if doctors and scientists would have talked about the benefits of vitamin D.

We could have prevented 4 million cases of COVID-19, saved the lives of 116,000 Americans in one year in 2020 alone. Wow. They wanted to all of a sudden move the case. So the case got moved. So then it got pushed forward six months. Then it got pushed forward again to this summer. So two weeks before our case this summer, we had arbitration.

They forced us to sit down with multiple judges and talk through the case and try to settle. All of the judges told the Department of Justice they need to find an offerant for this case. There's no way that they can win this case. They said flat out, no way. When the DOJ asked for motion of summary judgment, they wrote a thousand page,

a thousand page letter in the best king's English to the judge. The judge read it says, no liability, no guilt. We can't find anything that you're declaring this. The guy's done. I mean, you're not going to win. So here's what the DOJ gave me three choices. They all they said, look, we know we're not going to win in trial.

We know. We're two weeks away from trial. It's going to cost you by under $200 to $300,000 just to go to and through trial. Once we lose, the DOJ says, we're going to appeal this thing. They know that they can appeal it because when the judge made him. Joe Biden will find this to the end of time. For another two years, three years, he could have drug it out. They said we can also, right now, give you a gag order and we can work on some type of a gag order where you never

talk about any of this again. You're not practicing again. You're not doing any of this stuff. You're not living your passion, right? What I do. We can talk about some monetary reimbursement. Do they tell you what kind of numbers that might be? Well, they were talking about at least my legals, which was five. Yeah. It's not about the money to me. Right. Or they said, we'll give you you option number three. And option number three is you're not going to take option number three, but here it is. Option three is you get your freedom. We'll give you a letter from the government saying you're not under investigation from anything. We'll drop the case against you. We'll give you letters to go back to your banks,

because I got debanked by five banks. My wife's bank accounts got frozen as well, all because of this. Wow. We'll also get you a letter to go back to the insurance companies, because as a doctor, all the insurance companies dropped my patient's ability to use their health insurance in my practices, literally cutting millions of dollars of income away from us, will give you that, but we'll give you no money.

And so they offered me my freedom or money. and here I am today talking to you because I didn't take the money. Wow, man. That's amazing. And I mean, just, first of all, what a, just what a stand-up human in this world to, you know, so you're out $5 million. Probably, I'm sure you could have negotiated beyond that five to get damages, $25 million, whatever. You don't even take that route.

And you just say, you know what? No, I'm going to tell the world. what happened here. Just, you know, just do what's right and wipe this off my record. And so here you are. Here we are. Del, I'll tell you, my parents, my mother, God rest of your soul, raised me that if you have the ability to do something, you have the responsibility to do it. And I truly believe that all this world is looking for are the right men and women to stand up and just say no. We just need to say no. This is all crazy. I know. And all we have to do is say no. together. I believe that they want to keep us fat sick and nearly dead. Look at what they're feeding us. Look at what they're

giving us. Look what they're not letting you know about what's what's right. And by the way, if we were right about vitamin D, C and zinc and everything else for COVID, what else are we right about that you should know? Right. But all I know is that if if we didn't stand, I stood, you stood, many of us, we would never have the opportunity to have the future that we need and we know is going to happen Dale. Well, I mean, and what, you know, we realize, because we've been in this fight, I know where you're at when we face these things, but you're fighting for more than just yourself. In fact, when I was really looking at this case before we were going to do this show, and I said, you were actually fighting for the high wire because had they gotten away with charging you $50,000

for everybody that clicked on a video that you made, you know, what does that end up saying to the highwire? What does that say to every single podcaster or news? agency that decides to tell the truth that doesn't fit the narrative that the government is selling, or certainly that the pharmaceutical industry that we've proven all day long here on this show today is totally in bed with Moderna and pharma and calling themselves NGOs and things. But if you don't stand up, we are in danger. We're in danger of free speech, the ability to tell the truth. And so how many, I mean, these are moments where you just, these are historic founding father type moments and decisions and it's just amazing to know you're out there i want to tell you this

del that the moment we said no to the settlement offer from the fTC they were physically and verbally ticked off because they had just changed and we had we didn't know this until the next day they had not changed the fTC's guidelines for marketing and advertising and etc things you can't say and they haven't changed since 1998 they just changed it at april 5th of this year the day after we said we're not taking a settlement. And right after that, 700 companies, big name companies. I mean, we're talking some of the largest named companies that sell nutrition, now got a letter from the FTC saying that they're violating because now they're trying to hold

nutraceutical companies for the same standards of drugs to double blind, randomized control placebo studies. Which they'll never do for a vaccine, by the way. Won't do it for a vaccine, but you're going to have to do it on vitamins if you want to clear that. trying to do it. And when we said no, we were able to shine the light on that. That's great. It's crazy, man. I know in Canada, I'm getting a lot of calls right now that they're under attack, you know, vitamins, all those things. They're about to be illegal. I mean, this is a battle that's happening across the world.

We've shown many leaders are starting to wake up to what's going on here. But this is the United States of America. Yeah. I mean, we are supposed to be the beacon of liberty and freedom. Yes. The right to, you know, raise your family, to feed yourself as you see. fit to, you know, go to whatever doctor or practitioner or chiropractor or, you know, massage therapist, whatever it is, you get to decide and to see this level of coercion and assault and threat blackmail going on from this government. Yes, it was blackmail. Yeah. Did you, did you know that, so the FTC has, has Linda Khan is the chairwoman of the FTC and may have five chair

positions underneath her. Two of those five positions resigned and wrote letters to President Biden saying that that she is using personal and political powers to go after individuals naming me, talked about me in those because she's doing that. Two of them resigned. And by the way, those two that resigned said that they would be expert witnesses in our case. The government did not want this case ever to get in front of a jury ever because of all the discovery that we had and all that it was done was there was to try and scare everyone else they're going to try and wakefield you by the way wakefield is going to be on my show here i think next week or the the week after who pioneers all of this stood by himself many of us are now standing together obviously through all

of this you know even before you get the lawsuit just watching you were watching the mccullivs of the world being attacked you're watching you know, Malones and just everybody out there that spoke out, being attacked, you know, having their social media taken down and threats on your license was under threat as, as so many brilliant doctors have sat in that exact chair throughout this experience. Do you have a thought on what's, what's happening? Like, what's causing this? What is, who is the they? Boy, that's the, that's the, my million dollar question, by the way, that's the way to grow up a trillion dollar question. Well, I know that, It's literally the $500 billion question down.

Who is they? Well, I know that I know that they, in my particular case, and in many other doctors who sat in this chair's case, were protecting the emergency use authorization. Because remember, there's a 16-point criteria that says that if, you know, all 16 of those aren't checked off. And one of them being, if there was therapeutic or something that could help with COVID, they would lose the emergency use authorization,

have to go back to the drawing board and the golden goose was gone. I believe that was a major, major part of this. But to me, you know, I keep life real simple. I fight not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and rulers in high, evil, dark places. This is a spiritual battle, Del. And once I realized that, I realized greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world, so I have nothing to fear at all.

I'm going to stand because Ephesion 6 says, after you put on an entire armor of God, and there's nothing left to do but stand, you stand therefore, and that's what we will do. do. Amen. I mean, and I, you know, it's funny through the years we started out, we would never get in any sort of spiritual conversation. I just wanted to keep it about the science. But through COVID, through all of this, it really is the only way to have the strength to handle this, this battle that's upon us. And it's upon us. I mean, and that's what I really want to say is that

for anyone that thinks COVID is behind us, these draconian, you know, rule makers and world dominators or have not invested in the MRNA technology to just let it get pushed away. You know, they have not invested in tracking systems and software to track you on your phone just because they weren't able to get us to buy into it this time. It's sitting there on the shelf waiting to come out. We are watching the WHO trying to create this alliance

where they get to, on the statement of an emergency, which is simply just a virus blowing across the border, puts them in charge, of the world, all this is going on right now as we speak. And unfortunately, our current leader in the United States of America seems to be a part of this cabal on our sovereignty. You're right. You're right. So what is your message to people out there that are afraid of this?

And I said it before that had this, I'm really tired of this. They plan, they're going to outsmart us. You know, you stood, you stood. They didn't outsmart you. What is your message to people out there watching your story right now? You know what, Dale, it goes back to our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate. It's our greatest fears that we are powerful beyond measure. Everyone thinks that they're just this little insignificant thing.

You're just an insignificant person who's been victimatized or something bad happened to you or you got put in a little box or this is what you've been labeled or this is the scar that you carry your life. No. Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. we have the ability to stand up and stand up against tyrannical evil. Yeah. Del, we have it, and it's not, brother, it is in our DNA to do so. I agree.

And I just want to encourage every man, woman, and child that's listening to just say no. And remember, sticks and stones will break your bones and words will never hurt me. Dale, we were raised different, brother. It's time to bring some of that feral raising back today. Amen. Amen. Let's cap it there. Thank you. Brilliant. Thank you for being a hero. If you can take a picture right now of that QR code if it's on your phone or if you're watching it on a different screen, take that QR code with your phone. But if you take a picture, once it's in your photo, you touch that QR code with your finger and it will take you there. But you didn't know that's how the technology works. I hope you'll join us. I mean, in some way, Eric just suck the oxygen out of the room. I don't know what to say other than you are a vessel. You are far more powerful than you realize. You know, those of us that have stood in the face of this adversity that take on the newspaper articles in the New York Times and take on those attacks and realize that it just bounces off. When people say, I just can't imagine doing that, it's like saying you can't imagine having a good time. You can't imagine going to a party. You can't imagine sitting on a beach.

When you finally step into a place where you start living your life in your power and that power being given to you by an authority much greater than any man on this earth, when you really take part in that. And I want to challenge you as you look to the new year, what type of person do you want to be? Do you want to be a powerful person? What type of parent do you want to be witness as? Do you want your children? What do you want them to see in you?

Someone that cowers, it bows down or takes the knee, or somebody that does their own investigation, and when they see the truth, they stand in the truth. I really want you to start testing your power, flexing your power, and seeing what it feels like. More and more take those moments where you acquiesce and go against your own instincts, and when you catch yourself, it's going to happen.

When you catch yourself, say, nope, I'm stopping that right now. Stop giving in. Stop going against what you know to be the truth. Stop moving against yourself. Stand in who you are. Trust yourself. The more you do it, the better you get at it. And the better you get at it, the closer we all get to being free.
