Have you noticed that this show doesn't have any commercials?
I'm not selling you diapers or vitamins or smoothies or gasoline.
That's because I don't want any corporate sponsors telling me what I can investigate or what I can say.
Instead, you are our sponsors.
This is a production by our nonprofit, the Informed Consent Action Network.

All right, everyone, we ready?
Yeah.
Action.
Good morning, good afternoon, good evening.
Wherever you are out there in the world, it's time to step out into the high wire.
Well, 2026 is getting off to an amazing start.
I just want to say, just even from my own personal.
position. What's happening, you know, this week is just so inspiring. And it's such a testament to
those people that, you know, really the David and Goliath story that stood up against
insurmountable odds and believed change could actually happen. When I was traveling with Vaxed,
I remember the film that sort of put me in the center of this. I released this after leaving CBS and the
television show the doctors back in 2016. But people would say to be, Del, you can never, you're never going to be able to win this
on the science. You're never going to be able to argue the science, you know, and this is just an
emotional issue. I just said, you're wrong. You're wrong about that. And in fact, because I'd come from
the doctor's television show where I'd learned for, you know, about seven or eight years, how to make
science and medicine understandable people, I said, this is possible. But there have been these
milestone moments that took place. And I'll never forget the moment that I actually, Aaron
Siri and I rented out a presidential suite in Washington, D.C.
one day when we knew Robert Kennedy Jr. was going to be there. This is actually back in 2019.
We sat Bobby Kennedy down. I said, Bobby, you should run for president of the United States.
I think that that voice of getting into politics and bringing this issue of medical freedom
and what we know to be true about the vaccine program could be a game change, but we need someone
to approach it at that level. He almost did it there in 2019, but of course he did end up running
in the 2024 election. I was a director of communication.
and, you know, lucky enough to be in the Oval Office when he put his hand on that Bible and became HHS Secretary.
We're one year in, so many amazing things happening that year, but I think already in week one of 2026, he's surpassing many people's expectations.
We have a show today dedicated to some of the biggest moves ever made in health by the HHS Secretary here in the United States of America.
Of course, this is what you were hearing the news just a couple days ago.
Breaking news from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The Department of Health and Human Services is overhauling the immunization schedule.
The CDC took the unprecedented step of slashing the number of vaccines.
It routinely recommends for children.
The CDC will now recommend that all children get vaccinated against 11 diseases,
including measles, mumps, and rebella.
Other vaccines will be recommended for high-risk groups and immunizations for certain diseases.
such as the flu and rotovirus will now fall under shared decision-making between parents and health care providers.
The government is saying they are basing this on data and research, what other countries are doing.
People here in this country in the medical profession, groups like the American Academy of Pediatrics are calling this dangerous.
It's not a matter of individual rights. It's a matter of the entire country ensuring that they're at a level of safety.
And the government is responsible for ensuring that for our patients.
This is going to decrease vaccine competence, not what we need right now.
We know that for all the vaccines in the current childhood vaccine schedule, they are safe and they're effective.
There's absolutely no scientific evidence that there's any huge safety concerns with these vaccines.
That change was made based on policy, not in science.
Well, obviously, the usual tropes are being laid out by the American Academy of Pediatrics and all the farmers shills in mainstream.
media screaming safe and effective, safe and effective, safe and effective,
droning on and on. I can tell you after traveling the country, I've been passionately on this
issue because they're not safe and effective. They are not safe and effective for hundreds of thousands,
if not millions of Americans and even millions around the world that are having a terrible
result from the vaccine program. So reducing this in some sensible way is so important and
is such a milestone moment here in America. Of course, this is brought.
We talked at the end of last year that President Donald Trump has essentially mandated Robert Kennedy Jr. to look at, you know, harmonizing with the peer nations, saying we should look at all of the other nations that are out there, like Germany, Denmark, Japan, and see what they're doing. Why would we be giving twice as many vaccines? They're not seeing a return of polio. They're not seeing a return of smallpox, all of the fear and propaganda that's pushed by mainstream media. This is Donald Trump tweeting out.
about this. Today, the Trump administration is proud to announce the United States of America's
updated childhood vaccination schedule. The schedule is rooted in the gold standard of science
and widely agreed upon by scientists and experts all over the world. Effective today,
America will no longer require 72 jabs for our beautiful, healthy children. We are moving to a far
more reasonable schedule where all children will only be recommended and receive vaccination
for 11 of the most serious and dangerous diseases. Parents can still give their children the other
vaccines if they wish and they still be covered by insurance. Of course, the mainstream media is now saying,
well, it's not based in science. This was just a need-jerk decision. The truth is this entire vaccine
program was never based in science. And if you watch this show for more than two episodes,
we prove that every single week. Not a single double-blind placebo trial, which is the heart of
our film, an inconvenience study, which I hope you've seen. I hope you're sharing with everyone you know.
You can just go to an inconvenient study.com. But there is no.
science behind this program. It's a lot of assumptions, tons of propaganda, and billions and billions
of dollars to be made by the pharmaceutical industry and all of the arms that they control
to control us in this. So reducing it down actually was based in science. It appears that we did
talk to, you know, long-time officials inside the FDA. We did talk to Germany and their health
department and Denmark and their health departments in Japan. In fact, this is Deputy Secretary
Jerry Jim O'Neill describing exactly that. Take a look at this.
We've been looking at this all year. We've had the advisory committee for immunization
practices due deep considerations of the safety record for certain vaccines. And the president
last month asked me to consider what other countries are doing. He noticed that some
other very developed countries recommend fewer vaccines for a lot of their children, and it
seemed worth talking to them and seeing what their logic was.
So I had the pleasure of having good conversations with health ministries.
My counterparts in Germany and Denmark and Japan also talked with our career vaccine scientists at FDA and CDC.
And a lot of our scientists wrote a long formal assessment recommending that we converge United States recommendations on the consensus recommendation vaccines of other countries.
and I just signed a decision memo today doing that.
Absolutely amazing.
Isn't that what science is about?
Can we talk to all the departments in other nations?
I mean, let's talk about that, right?
What is a routine schedule?
Why is our routine?
If the science is settled,
why are we not settled in the same science Germany is using
or Denmark's using?
I think that was a logical thought
and a premise by our own president, Donald Trump.
Well, what's actually happened is we've essentially mirrored
the Denmark schedule,
adding only really one vaccine to that, and that is the chickenpox vaccine.
We're going to hold over our chickenpox vaccine.
This is sort of what that new schedule looks like.
Let's look at what's been removed from the routine childhood schedule here in America by the CDC.
These are no longer going to be recommended by the CDC, the RSV vaccine, especially, I think it's if you didn't get one as a mother.
Hepatitis A, hepatitis B, dengue meningococcal, the two meningococcal vaccines.
you know, the post by HHS showed that this was a reduction from 72 vaccines down to 11.
I'm not sure if we have that.
That's actually not accurate.
We haven't gone from 72 to 11.
We went from 17 diseases down to 11 diseases.
But essentially, that's a reduction from somewhere in the neighborhood of 54 vaccines by the time you're 18 being reduced to 23.
Folks, we just reduced this vaccine program almost in half.
Now, is that perfect?
Is it everything we ever dreamed?
It's not everything I ever dreamed because the one thing they haven't followed in Denmark is the fact that it's completely voluntary in Denmark.
Still our routine recommended schedule will ultimately be mandated by the states that mandate vaccines across this country.
And as you know, there's about five that won't even give you an exemption out of that.
So what are these routine and probably still will be mandated vaccines across this country?
Measles, mumps, rebella, polio, pertussis, tetanus, diphtheria, hemorrhous, diphtheria, hemorrhous.
Mopulose influenza type B, pneumococcal disease, HPV, and chicken pox.
I know there's a couple on there that are probably still really infuriating those that are
watching the highwire.
Let's start with measles and chicken pox.
We've talked about for a very long time.
These were trivial childhood illnesses with almost no death rate speakable.
I mean, below zero was a death rate in America before there was ever a vaccine available.
But I will tell you, I have some insight having travel.
with Robert Kennedy Jr. I sat with scientists and I can even admit to you that when I was making
vaxed and sitting in the basement with Dr. Andrew Wakefield, he even said as much as the MMR vaccine is contributing to autism,
which is the heart of our film vaxed, we'd have to be very careful about backing out a measles vaccine program.
I actually would argue with him on that, but here's the thinking on this.
diseases like measles and chicken pox, the babies, the infants back in the 1960s prior to a vaccine,
had total immunity protection.
They were immune because their mothers who had caught measles as a child naturally carry that immunity.
It's the most amazing immunity.
It lasts their entire lifetime.
And they even passed that immunity onto their baby, their infants.
So if there was a measles outbreak, those infants were protected by mom's immunity that was passed on to them.
Once we switch to a vaccine program, the vaccine actually eradicated that infant immunity because no vaccine has ever been able to confer immunity through the mom and into the baby.
And so the concern is that if people just stop vaccinating for measles and chicken pox, you might see a rise in cases, which would be obvious.
But the infants could potentially be at risk.
And so I think there's some thinking on we're going to have to very carefully back our way out of that.
Whether you agree with that or not, that's the thinking.
Also, HBV Gardasil vaccine is one.
that Robert Kennedy Jr. has spoken out, you know, is, I mean, a lot of this conversation has been
about that vaccine and wanted to end that vaccine. Why did that stay on the schedule? Well, I, you know,
my perspective of it is, well, it's on the Denmark schedule. So they must have just come straight
over with that Denmark schedule. And I also want to point out that the advisory community on immunization
practices is really looking at aluminum in the future. They kick that can during the last meeting
down the road. But at the heart of the problem with what I think is,
The most dangerous vaccine prior to COVID was the HPV Gardasil vaccine is that aluminum load.
So I think we may still see changes in this vaccine program as we go down the road.
But look, this is a massive, gigantic step for humanity in cutting this vaccine program in half.
No doubt this is going to save hundreds of thousands of children, if not millions in America.
And if we're followed by the rest of the world and they continue to watch this, obviously, these are huge changes that will affect the vaccine.
program, but I want to point out, as Robert Kennedy Jr. has, as President Donald Trump has,
in the face of all the lies from propaganda news, Bobby Kennedy is not taking your vaccine away.
If you want to give twice the toxic load to your children as everyone else in America,
you'll be welcome to do that. The vaccines will still be available to you, and they will even be
paid for by your insurance. So really, this is just putting the power back in the parents' hands,
shared decision-making. I want the whole schedule to go to shared decision-making.
we're going to keep that pressure from ICAN all year long.
And I think this is going to be a really huge year.
Remember, we've been the ones reporting on this.
And I also want to point out, for those of you sponsoring, ICANN and the Highwire,
there's a lot I don't talk about.
There's a lot that happens that are private secret meetings.
Like, did you know that if you were sponsoring us back in 2016, 17,
and then ultimately I think it was around 18 when I flew and rented out a room
in a hotel room to sit Robert Kennedy Jr. down and say,
you should run for president. That happened. You funded that. You made that moment happen. This is,
we're a part of a movement. And some of these seeds that we plant grow into these incredible forests
and beautiful waterfalls and Eden is what this feels like to me right now. But you made that possible.
So this year, I hope you'll get off to a great start. And if you aren't donating, be a part of one of the
greatest investments you'll ever make. We make it easy. You can text us at 72022 on your phone.
72022 right in the word donate and then just send that text to us and I'm going to respond to you right away.
And we're going to send you a link so that you can become a recurring donor, which really helps us know how many things we can do.
Can we rent out a hotel room?
Can we get involved in a lawsuit like the one we have in West Virginia where we have won, but now it's going to the appeals court that is bringing back the religious exemption to the people in West Virginia.
You're making that possible with your donations.
your recurring donations make all the difference in the world.
You are truly changing the world.
You can also go to the top of the page.
If you're on the highwire platform right now, or type in the highwire.com, go to the top of the page.
Hit Donate to ICANN and you will go into and be able to choose what you want to donate as a recurring donor.
We'll take all sorts of forms of payment, whether it's stocks or, you know, you name it.
We want to make it easy for you.
So I hope this year you will look to make a difference in the world by voting with your dollars.
You can do it by mail, stock, international transfer, crypto, vehicles, gift cards, points, legacy giving.
We have a huge show coming up.
We have a huge show talking about all that Maha and Robert Kennedy Jr. is doing a brand new food pyramid,
which is also probably the biggest sea change in, you know, nutrition in America in my lifetime.
Gigantic news there.
Jeffrey Jackson's going to get to the bottom of that.
And then when it comes to freedom of speech and medical freedom, well, you remember back during
COVID all the censorship that was going on. We lost our Facebook page. We lost our YouTube channel.
We were shut down on Twitter a lot because there was a group out of the UK called the Center for Countering Digital Hate, CCDH.
It was run by one man, Inron Ahmed. And I am going to talk about his campaign against the disinformation,
doesn't and talk to Sayer G, who is one of the listed disinformation doesn't.
He's been doing a deep dive on this guy, and is it possible he might have his visa revoked
by the revoked by the Trump administration and kicked out of the country?
We're going to get to the bottom of that.
But first is time for the Jackson Report.
Yeah, I thought we'd be able, like, sort of crawl into the new year, like, you know,
wake up, get over all the relaxation and just get back to it.
But boy, they have hit the ground with jet burners on over there in Washington, D.C.
It's absolutely incredible.
Yeah, coming in hot.
You know, HHS, Robert Kennedy Jr., and the team he assembled, you know, in 2025, no
doubt they were making huge strides, but they are really hitting the mark now.
It's almost like a boxer.
First couple rounds, they're feeling out their opponent.
Everything seems to be a knockout blow at this point.
So you mentioned the CDC schedule change, but just yesterday they held a press conference to
up and literally the food pyramid.
Take a look.
All right.
It marks a decisive change in federal nutrition policy made possible by maha mams and public health advocates who demanded reform.
In accordance with President Trump's directive, Brooke and I will release the dietary guidelines for Americans 2025 to 2030.
The most significant reset of federal nutrition policy in history.
For decades, decades under both Republicans and Democrats, federal incentives have promoted
low-quality, highly processed foods and pharmaceutical interventions instead of prevention.
As a result, nutrient-dense whole foods grown by America's farmers and ranchers have been increasingly
displaced.
The hard truth is that our government has been lying to us to protect corporate profit-taking,
telling us that these food-like substances were beneficial to public health.
Federal policy promoted and subsidized highly processed foods and refined carbohydrates
and turned a blind eye to the disastrous consequences.
The new guidelines recognize that whole nutrient dense food
is the most effective path to better health and lower health care costs.
For decades, we've been fed a corrupt food pyramid
that has had a myopic focus on demonizing natural, healthy, saturated fats,
telling you not to eat eggs and steak,
and ignoring a giant blind spot.
Refined carbohydrates, added sugars.
Added sugars, especially sugar sweetened beverages,
drive metabolic disease,
and today our government declares
or unadded sugar.
We are going to finally address the root causes
of our broken health care system,
insulin resistance and general body inflammation
advanced by the protein-poor,
micronutrient-poor, ultra-processed,
and refined carbohydrate.
diet that kids are addicted to today.
What you're hearing today with these dietary guideline adjustments are going to be
massively effective.
We have evidence that food is medicine when it comes to conditions for various mental health
issues from the Alzheimer's and depression to fundamental realities of how children's learn
in school.
This is a historic day in America.
Thank you.
Can you believe you just heard the head of CMS, Dr. Mehmet-AWS, say food is medicine?
I mean, talk about music to our ears.
And what a great dream team Robert Kennedy Jr. has around him.
I've just been so stoked watching him, Dr. Marty McCree, you know, Mehmet Oz, and, of course, Dr. J. Badacharya, who you know.
I know how, the one thing I can say as having worked with Bobby, he invites everyone in the room.
All every time we had to make a decision, whether and even times where he was clear, I sat on the opposite side.
He said, I want to hear your whole position, Dell.
I want it as eloquent as you usually make it.
He wants to hear everyone in the room.
So you know these decisions are really coming from a strong consensus
from very different different perspectives.
At least we thought so.
But look, they clearly seem aligned when you see the head of the FDA saying,
essentially this food pyramid has been a crime.
My God, what a moment we are living in right now.
And you read between the lines there.
It's a shot across the bow to Big Pharma because they're using like they said
and like you just mentioned food as medicine.
So food to prevent chronic illness, where before the food pyramid was basically funneling people into big pharma to correct all the chronic disease it was causing.
So what happens now?
Well, Brooke Rawlins, the USDA head, Ann Kennedy, joined Laura Ingram on Fox to talk about kind of next steps.
A big deal. Take a look.
Madam Secretary, how does the USDA, though, plan to shift the billions and subsidies we give toward processed commodities?
toward more whole proteins and foods.
Right.
We subsidize a lot of what's poisoning our kids, do we not?
That's right.
I mean, $400 million a day is what the United States Department of Agriculture spends on nutrition
programs, which is food stamps, school lunches, et cetera.
The market moving opportunity in that is pretty stunning.
This announcement, our partnership is unprecedented.
There's never been two cabinet secretaries on this issue that have been willing to work
together like this. So as Bobby and the team, his team work on the health side, listen,
the big winners in today is America and American health, but also our farmers and our ranchers.
So the opportunity under food stamps and others to incentivize and move toward this new dietary
guideline. Our approach is not to tell people what they can and cannot eat, but to give them
very good dietary advice, tell them what's good for their health. And then if you want to have a
soda pop and a donut, that's up to you. We live in America. You ought to be able to make those
choices. But we are moving right now to move to front of label, front of product labeling,
where we're going to tell people exactly what's in their food and whether it's good for them
it, but we're bad for them, let them make healthy choices.
You know, despite whatever people's opinions are of President Trump, he's responsible for
some of those opinions on how he addresses this nation.
But to watch what she just said, two secretaries,
USDA and HHS have never come together on this issue.
He said an amazing statement.
And to see a government where as we see this dream team
coming together, different walks of life,
of course, farmers were really worried about Robert Kennedy Jr.
But look what these two Brooke Rawlins
and he just did together.
And I think, you know, I've been taking interviews
with mainstream news.
I don't know how I don't have time to read the articles,
whether I'm in them or not.
But I keep saying, I don't know how you're going to spend this and make this negative.
I don't know what moms don't want to see a whole piece of fish or steak or chicken on their school lunch.
And real vegetables, steamed broccoli or carrots or, you know, you name it.
And whole milk right there on the plate.
They want to fight to make sure that it's Fritos, Coca-Cola, you know, chocolate pudding with nothing natural in it whatsoever, all the processed foods.
I don't think so.
I think they're going to have a very hard time.
spinning this against Robert Kennedy Jr.,
but good on him on Brooke Rollins and coming together.
And that is that sort of maha coalition.
It really appears to be a real thing,
not just talking points.
It's so great to see a government
that is just not a bunch of hot air
but is actually doing something.
Yeah, and Kennedy promised on the campaign trail
that he was gonna break down the silos
between agencies, and this exactly what he's doing.
So let's get into this pyramid here.
This is directly from the White House.
And you can't really go online
within the last 24 hours
and not see this inverted,
pyramid and you can see here at the top's calling for more protein healthy fats fruits
vegetables and let's compare this with the old pyramid the old food pyramid started in 1992 and for
decades really after that americans were warned against fat in urge to limit protein and told these
industrial processed foods would fill the void you can see there at that bottom of the old
pyramid he said like 10 plus servings of basically processed food white bread crackers whatever you
you want. Sugar. This is the mid that your diet should be based on bread and sugar and carbohydrates.
We covered and you've actually interviewed the author of Fiat food that I thought has a genius
perspective on why that even happened altogether, but it's a huge change. You know,
just a piece of personal information for people watching out there. There are debates. Is this a
healthier way to live fruits and vegetables and whole food, natural food at the top? But I actually,
Jeffrey, as of Thanksgiving, after my Thanksgiving, I realized I am getting, you know, fat. At least
it felt like that for me. I started realizing that I'm stuffing myself at every meal. I can't stop
eating late at night. So I actually went on a water fast for five days right before the Christmas,
right before I left town for Christmas, mostly whether or not it's healthy or not, mostly to
retrain my brain to accept being hungry. I realize I'm no longer allowing myself to be hungry. I'm
satiating myself all the time.
Ever since I crossed that line of 50 years old, I used to be skinny like you, Jeffrey.
I couldn't keep weight on.
Now it comes so easily.
But I really just started looking at my portion size and I cut those carbs.
Can we get the new food pyramid up?
Just say, you know, it's kind of the simple.
See that little bottom corner there, the very bottom?
If you just avoid that stuff almost mostly and just stick with the fruits and vegetables and meats,
you know, keep the seed oil out.
I, you know, not bragging, but I've lost 20 pounds since Thanksgiving.
I feel so much better.
My head feels clearer.
I have a little ways to go.
And it's really not that difficult, just eating good food.
And I have a good diet.
You know, it's that bread, man.
I swear as soon as I have some pasta, you know, I do two nights of potatoes in a row,
and suddenly I'm like, I'm feeling bloated again.
So just putting that out there, you know, you can actually,
if you just focus on that food pyramid and stay at it,
the top there on the vegetables and the meats, you know, you can watch yourself start dropping
a pound to a pound and a half almost every day. It's incredible how our bodies work. So that's
just a little check-in. It actually works to eat like that.
And that's the most important thing about eating this real food. That is the campaign because
the ultra-processed foods, the sugars, the artificial sugars like aspartine, they're designed
to be highly addictive. They hijack your brain and reward system. And so like Kennedy said, he's
establishing a war on sugar. He's establishing basically the death blow to ultra-processed food.
So let's go into these guidelines and read from them because it's not saying if you can,
you maybe try to limit your servings. No, it's saying this. Avoid, completely avoid,
highly processed, package, prepared, ready to eat, and other foods that are salty, sweet
such as chips, cookies, and candy that have added sugars and sodium. And then it goes on to say,
with no amount of added sugar or non-nutrative sweeteners, like an aspartame or things like that,
is recommended or considered part of a healthier, nutritious diet.
One meal should contain no more than 10 grams of added sugar.
That's like a quarter of a can of Coke.
So this is it.
I mean, it's huge.
And why, you know, as he said in that Laura Ingram interview, Kennedy,
he said, look, we want people to make their own choices to take back control of their own health.
But what this does is this starts a ball rolling for some of the biggest
restaurant chains, for one of the biggest food chains in America.
What am I talking about?
Take a look at this graph.
It's not McDonald's, not Starbucks, not subway, not any of those combined.
It's American schools for kids, school lunches.
And so school lunches, military lunches, they have to abide by this new food pyramid, these
new instructions from the federal government.
So this starts the process.
It's not immediate, so don't look for it come Monday morning and your kids' school lunches,
but they will have to abide by this.
There's a rulemaking process has to happen.
It can take up to a year sometimes even more.
This is going to change the way American children eat. It's going to change the way the military eats. And these new food guidelines, I mean, federal nutrition programs will change. This is the sea change that we've been talking about. And chronic health will decrease because of this. You know, it's absolutely incredible. And by the way, it's something that growing up a liberal progressive is what I've been saying in the papers. This is what we were asking for forever. It's the crunchy granola moms. Last I chat, the crunchy granola moms, they used to be all Democrats. So I think this, this is a
This is that shift you're seeing politically.
They made her think twice.
The mainstream media wants to keep pushing a liberal agenda for corporate power over our
school lunches, corporate power.
Nabisco and Coca-Cola should be at the table for the food pyramid.
Are you kidding me?
Is anyone that stupid?
I don't think anyone is that asleep at the wheel.
This is an amazing change.
You know, I don't know if you've seen the video that's going viral out there.
Did you see this South Park?
That apparently they made this like almost 12 years ago, but just added in the voice
So if Robert Kennedy Jude, I thought this is hilarious.
Take a look.
The pyramid doesn't work.
We've already tried it.
It's upside down.
What?
Sir.
The pyramid is upside down.
Turn the pyramid upside down.
You can't be serious.
That would put butter and fat at the top of the damn food pyramid.
Get the present one of the phone.
Tell him, have some steak with his butter.
You know, maybe we should have made Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the head of HHS, like 12 years ago.
wouldn't, you know, have had to wait this long. But wow, is that amazing? You know,
that's actually what just happened. Yeah. Well, if you're into informed consent, if you're into
getting chemicals out of your food, this is a big week for you. And one of the big things that
happens, I'm just going to go right to this headline because it says it all. Maha outrage
kills contentious pesticide provision and funding bills. What are we talking about? This is a bill,
an appropriations bill, the Senate appropriations bill. They were trying to sneak in Section 453.
We've been reporting on this for a couple months.
Activists have been all over this.
And it was going to change, it would basically create de facto immunity for pesticide makers.
Most of these pesticide makers are foreign.
Bear is Germany, Cigenta, at least China.
So they can come in, they can poison the land and not be held accountable.
That's what was trying to be snuck in in this section 453 of the Senate Appropriations Bill.
And just to remind people, here is the language talking about labeling.
they can't basically update a label, which means it makes going to court and trying to sue,
virtually impossible because the labeling changes are not allowed to be made.
Now, that's done.
So the new appropriations bill quietly remove Section 453.
But activists all over the place are celebrating this.
Corporate media, pretty silent, but not us.
We're going to celebrate this piece.
So next step, we have to look for the Farm Bill.
The Farm Bill is going to be in 2026.
Potentially, this is a massive bill.
They're going to package a lot of smaller bills.
bills into this section four five three language could be snuck into this farm bill so all eyes on that
but by tomorrow friday the supreme court will have to decide whether to take up an appeal by bear
to stop all of their lawsuits from the glyphosate roundup and we've been reporting on those
i believe since 2016 and what's interesting about this is the trump administration's solicitor general
sided with bear in seeking a supreme court ruling in this roundup fight they told the court
that it should take up this appeal
so the company can possibly quash these ongoing lawsuits
when it bought Monsanto in 2018.
They've been plagued by these lawsuits.
Their bottom lines are just being wrecked
and devastated by these billions of dollars of lawsuits.
And what's interesting about the timing on this
is the Solicitor General Trump administration
asked on December 1st, the Supreme Court to take this up.
Four days later, the massive retraction in the journal, science.
I'm going to read the headline here.
General Retracts Weakiller's study backed by Monsanto citing serious ethical concerns.
Here's the retracted study, the safety evaluation and risk assessment.
It's basically said that glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, is safe for humans.
This study was the cornerstone for most of these legal defenses for Bear.
It was a massive prime mover for the EPA's decision to say that glyphosate doesn't cause
cancer.
This study is now gone.
If you read the retraction, I urge everyone to go read this retraction because the head of this
journal wrote it and basically was saying we have evidence that Monsanto ghost writ this
paid the authors of this study to ghost write this and we're going to take it back because
we have ethical concerns about this.
So that's gone.
So if the Supreme Court does pick this up, they're going to have a hard time because one of the
major planks of their argument, of Bear's argument that this is safe is now gone.
And others, there's other studies that are coming that are
reportedly going to be pulled as well because of evidence of Monsanto ghostwriting these studies.
So this is a massive...
Look at where that pressure is coming from.
You've already reported, Jeffrey.
Jay Batacharya has put this in his crosshairs.
Another pick by Robert Kennedy Jr. as a part of HHS, NIH director.
He has said, I'm going to look at all the peer-reviewed journals.
You know, I think Robert Kennedy Jr. has even talked about a potential RICO case.
If you guys were working, you know, in bed with corporations and pushing through bad
science to sell products. I think you're going to start seeing more and more of these editors,
by the way, probably want to do their jobs, probably being pressured by large corporate interests,
you know, and their board members, however that all works. But I think we're going to see more
and more of these papers getting retracted when they realize that the government of the United
States is, you know, is investigating. How did you come to these conclusions? And how is it,
as we've heard reported, 50% of the studies that you have published in your peer-reviewed journals
cannot be reproduced, meaning that science is bullshit.
Sorry, you're saying, but that's just what it is.
Right.
And speaking about a little bit of that BS, right before the holidays,
you and I decided to do a segment looking at the UK scare tactics.
What they were doing to the public on the run-up to Christmas,
they were trying to scare them of a superflu, and we debunk that.
Look like this.
Take a look.
These are the headlines we're seeing.
Schools go into lockdown as flu sweeps nation.
And as flu cases, Spike, is it time to start wearing masks again?
Let's go right to the data.
Pass the fear, past all of these issues that the media is going to tell you.
These are the influence of positivity by seasons.
You can see here that dark black lime, that is right now.
That is this year 2025, 2026.
And we're kind of doing what every other season did.
So certainly right now, not a moment to be panicking.
By their own grading scale, it's just peeking into medium.
Let's read the main point from this paper that literally says influenza activity
increased, like it always does, and is circulating at medium levels.
Whoa! Not surging, not racing towards a threshold, medium levels. Those are
governments' own words.
We're in the extremely high end of low. Everybody panic.
Well, luckily, I think you're about to tell us we got it right. What's the news this week?
Yeah, yeah. So we called it. So here's the UK.gov's new data. And you can see the media,
They all hung back and waved us to the moment this peaked to have their fear and shock headlines.
You can see that little bar going up there, 2025, 26, and now it's going back down.
So didn't we get to 22 and 24 levels, which themselves, as you pointed out in that report,
were well below the even adjusted, lowered bar of what it meant to have an epidemic on your hands of any kind.
This is just a tiny little hill and it's dying off. Fantastic.
It's massive embarrassment for UK media. Nothing new. We have Carl Hennigan, Professor of Evidence-Based Medicine,
the University of Oxford, and then Tom Jefferson, clinical epidemiologist. They wrote a substack.
Based on this data, here endeth the superflu. And they write, the trouble with the superflu
predictions wasn't the virus. It was the pundits. Every spike is now considered exponential,
every winter of the darkest yet, because fear makes better headlines. When the data shifted,
the media quietly dropped it without acknowledging it. No appetite for uncertain
to you know, patience for boring downward trends, and heaven forbid, anyone says, we got it wrong.
Well, we'll call it out, they got it wrong. And the reason we also took that story, because we knew
it was coming to the U.S., and here we are. CNN headline, flu reaches highest level in U.S. in 25 years.
When I thought was interesting about this, it's a CNN report, usual suspects, but they talked to
an epidemiologist from Johns Hopkins named Caitlin Rivers in here. And she's quoted as saying this,
about the flu vaccine. She says she didn't think the lagging vaccination rates were playing a role
in the high volume of cases this year. The vaccine is not really expected to protect against
infection, therefore transmission. It's really just about preventing severe illness, she said.
She goes on. Subclad K began to spread, that's the current mutation of the virus, to spread
after strains were chosen for this year's flu shots, which means the vaccine probably only
offers only partial protection against it. So think about that. They chose, they said, we think these
are the strains this year. They chose incorrectly. So the vaccine is not even protecting against the
strains if you're going to believe. As they have every year, let's be honest, this is nothing new.
They get it wrong every year. It's why they've been so excited about MRI, even though it's a disastrous
technology. It was that they didn't have to guess six months out. They could make a vaccine overnight.
That's why they sunk billions into it, locked us down, got us all the invest in technology that is pure, you know, I'm not going to use another profanity, but it's, it pushes you to the edge.
But we know where we're at. The vaccine doesn't work. In fact, negative efficacy most of the time.
That's right. And last year, we have the Cleveland Clinic study. Last year's flu vaccine, which they did match a little closer. They didn't leave out the dominating strains.
And this looked at over 50,000 employees at the Cleveland Clinic. And they found they can create.
that among working age adults during that respiratory season,
they found that influenza vaccination was associated
with a higher risk of influenza when influenza activity was high.
How much higher?
You go to the last line here of the results.
It says for the vaccinated state,
then the unvaccinated state with influenza activity was high.
So it was a hazard ratio of 1.33, which is 33%.
So if you had the flu vaccine during high flu activity,
you have 33% higher chance of getting a high flu vaccine.
the flu. So that's her own data. But now let's go to the CDC. Let's go to the U.S.
data. Hold on a second. There's a headline that we, this is, by the way, I want to congratulate
Cleveland Clinic. Cleveland Clinic keeps putting up these amazing studies. They were the ones
during COVID showing negative efficacy after, you know, I think it was 15 weeks amongst their own,
as you pointed out, their own health care workers. They took that vaccine, ended up making them
more likely to catch COVID. Here we are with a great another flu shot study. But can this be
the headline, you know, as great as that institution is, how, what is the collective IQ of all
these doctors that keep lining up for vaccines to be a part of the study that shows it's making
you more likely to get sick? And are we going to hear next year again, Cleveland Clinic showing
that everyone at Cleveland Clinic is getting sick from taking a vaccine that worked just like last
years. I mean, it's amazing that they can get people to take this thing so they can even do these
studies. Right. Informed consent cuts both ways, I guess.
Let's go to the CDC's numbers that CNN is using to create its headline.
And here's the influenza-like illness.
So that's not influenza.
That's not lab-confirmed influenza.
That's a cough, a sore throat, maybe some body aches.
And that's going in to see your general practitioner, your doctor.
And you can see here, we're at the peak, just like we were in the UK.
This is when the media raises the alarm.
But they said flu.
This isn't flu.
This is influenza-like illness.
A big difference. But why is that spike happening? I want to know. And it says here, the CDC tells us
the increase in the percentage of patients visiting for ILI may be influenced in part by a reduction in routine
health care visits during the winter holidays as has occurred during previous seasons. People stay
home during the holidays with the sniffle. After the holidays are over, they got to go back to work.
I'm going to the doctor to get this thing diagnosed. The surge goes in and that's what that red line is.
Right. Let's go to the actual lab activity. This isn't what we keep talking about. If you test more,
You get more results.
You have no placebo group, no control group.
So you don't actually know where this sits.
All you know is there's a lot more people coming in the hospital.
What they're saying is the reason it's about the holidays,
they're probably going to visit.
And by the way, they're going to visit their, you know, their grandchildren or whatever.
Want to know, am I bringing any illness in the house?
Or maybe visiting grandma, grandpa, who are ill.
So all these people charge in, yep, you've got flu-like symptoms.
There's a surge.
No, it's the holidays.
Everyone's trying to figure out should they travel or not.
Exactly. But that's not tested flu. Let's look at the CDC's chart for hospitalizations where
they actually test somebody. It comes back and they say, you actually do have the flu. Look at this
chart. Red line, not much going on. Pretty much the same thing we've always had over the last
five years. So much for that. That should be the headline there for CNN. They chose not to put
that headline out. And the CDC's own report says this. As a week 52, CDC's in-season severity
assessment framework classified the season as a moderately severe season for the first time.
What does that mean? Well, just like the UK, you can see here. This is an example chart of their
ratings. Moderate severity is that yellow line. And, well, we're peeking into the low end of medium.
Once again, here we go. It's like ground hogs day. Maybe they should call it severely moderate.
Severely moderate. We're moving to a severely moderate space with the flu this year.
All right.
And one of the things that was refreshing to see is acting CDC director Jim O'Neill took
to X and he posted this.
Don't let media histrionics mislead you.
This season's respiratory illness activity has been comparable to last seasons, even with a 15%
increase in holiday travel according to TSA screening data.
But then he goes one step further to talk about the flu shot.
He says in our scientific review of childhood immunizations, HHSGov found no randomized controlled
trials demonstrating reduction of community transmission, hospitalizations, or mortality in children
from the pediatric vaccine. Remember, that's a vaccine that has been now changed. A flu shot,
it's been changed from universal recommendation to shared clinical decision making. So I think we can
say we're watching the last gasp of media fear trying to push this shot as this thing goes into
informed consent land and people really start taking that shot less because they're deciding not to.
Amazing reporting, Jeffrey. I'm just like breathing in, you know, sensibility to see that we're not just following and towing the line or driving the line in stupidity.
And finally, seeing our own government speaking out against these corporate interests that are driving the media.
I think the media is disenfranchising itself from the American public as we speak.
If they keep trying to make these sound like bad decisions, I don't think any mom that line, you know, has to take their child's
in to get vaccinated. Everyone says, is it really necessary? All these vaccines, you're watching your
baby get just injection upon injection upon injection, upon injection, on injection, by injection,
on injection, on injecting. Baby screaming their head off. Every mom would love to say, is there any
way we could do a few less? Is it really necessary? There is no pro-vaccine, you know, movement out
there. They don't line up outside of capital saying, I need to be able to double vaccinate my child,
even if the rest of the country doesn't use that many. It's not happening. Same thing with food. No one is
praying that, you know, Coca-Cola and Nabisco stay in charge of our food pyramid.
They want real food in their schools.
These are going to be very, very big topics, and everyone should be sharing them when it comes up to, you know,
whoever you want to choose in this next election.
I hope that you're choosing people that actually care about your health.
Jeffrey, amazing reporting.
Thank you again.
Look forward to this year.
I think this is going to be a huge year for us, this country, medical freedom, nutrition,
food is medicine, and now that is going to be the battle cry,
this beacon of freedom called the United States of America.
Thank you, Del.
And at the rate we're going, I'm looking forward to next week.
See you there.
That's true.
I'll see you there.
Look, you know, we've always been here.
Those who've been watching this show know that we've been right on this.
And this is the only news channel I know of that is an activist channel.
This is an activist station.
We don't just complain about the problems.
We go out and do things like, say, hey, Robert Kennedy Jr. run for president.
We go out and we try to insubist.
inspire people to make change, and we tell them how they could do it.
And then we fight for laws to win back your right to be in control of your own body.
There's no one like us.
No one is successful as us.
So I hope if you're watching or listening, so many of you are, I mean, nearly 100,000 just in podcasts,
listening to this right now.
Please become a recurring donor.
We are changing the world, and you are changing the world when you be a part of the
informed consent action network.
You are a network.
We're looking for $26 a month for 2026.
There's a couple of easy ways you can do it.
Just go to the highwire.com, click on donate at the top of the page, or just text us right now.
72022 right in the word donate, and we will make it easy.
Get this year off.
You want a New Year's resolution.
I want to be a world changer.
I want to be a game changer.
I want to make change.
I want to feel good about what I'm doing.
This is the easiest way to get that part of a New Year's resolution.
up and running and flying.
So I hope you'll become a recurring donor
because we have a lot we want to do this year.
Well, this, you know, started out.
This was an experiment, the informed consent action network.
We just started a little podcast on YouTube
and we blasted out over Facebook and then, you know, Twitter.
But as we pointed out, COVID hit.
We were telling the same truths we always were,
but suddenly became dangerous to the international agenda.
And all of a sudden we lost our YouTube channel.
We were warning.
We were saying, hey, you got to know.
We have a website, thehighwire.com.
Then we lost our Facebook channel, November 21st, 2020, and then Instagram page was removed.
We were just watching them fall apart.
And so we started building our own tools.
We built our own media players.
We started getting rid of all the third-party software.
We were using.
We had to build our own.
So there was no way to get to us.
You have built this Fort Knox that is the High Wire.
through your donations. But when we were going down, we were wondering, where is this coming from?
There was a few outlets that seemed to be at the center of it, namely one that appeared to be coming
out of England called the Center for Countering Digital Hate. And this Center for Countering
Digital Hate named the Dirty Dozen. They started going after 12 different, you know, sort of like
us, social media companies that were really trying to spread truth about the dangers of vaccines.
The kingpin of the CCDH was none other than Imran Ahmed.
This is the sort of, you know, ruler of this little censorship space that he'd created.
And this is what it looked like in the news.
When it comes to the coronavirus, there's a lot of misinformation on the internet, especially on social media.
Some influencers in wellness communities are using their platform to promote conspiracy theories.
Unfortunately, there's a whole bunch of lies online about the vaccination.
The New York Times just published an article showing nearly two-thirds of all vaccine disinformation
comes from 12 people in particular.
The Center for Countering Digital Hate calls them the Disinformation Doesn't.
They all have large followings on social media platforms.
Some accounts are even backed by large companies.
These 12 people are out there giving misinformation.
Anyone listening to it is getting hurt by it. It's killing people. Hi, this is Dr. Mercola helping you take control of your health.
They include Dr. Joseph Mercola, who peddles dietary supplements to his 3.6 million followers. And Sayer G, who runs a popular alternative health website and shares false claims, like that the Pfizer vaccine has killed more elderly people than COVID-19.
What's remarkable about the anti-vaccine industry, and it is an industry, is a industry.
that only a small number of very organized, very sophisticated, very determined bad actors
control the vast majority of the misinformation that you see out there.
The center has called on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to take down the accounts,
claiming they repeatedly violated the platform's terms of services.
It's very urgent that we inform people, the information they see on social media,
can be manipulated by anyone.
Well, apparently Imron finds himself in some hot water.
That can be determined simply by going to his own website, CCDH.
This is what's written there on the front page.
The U.S. State Department is trying to deport our CEO, Imron, for the work CCDH does
to hold social media giants accountable, actually to manipulate them and kick people off.
It puts every campaigner, researcher, and advocate at risk, something that he did for all of us.
Help us defend the right to speak out. Incredible. He's asking for the right to free speech.
Well, one of the great, you know, health freedom activists and journalists of our time,
Sayer G was mentioned in those news pieces as one of the disinformation does.
And he's been doing a deep dive on Imron and CCDH. He joins me now.
Sayer, it's a real honor to have you on the high water one.
Thank you for joining us today.
The honor is mine, Del.
And it was quite fun to be in the back room while you guys were doing your show.
You do such an incredible service.
And, you know, you are an honorary member because they actually deployed after their May 2021 disinfo dozen report, another one in June called the pandemic profiteers.
And you were featured in that as well.
Yes.
So, yes.
So thank you for spreading, missing information.
Yeah.
So glad they didn't leave us out.
us out. You know, let's start here. Let's start at the moment that this disinformation does in
is announced. Was that the moment you heard about CCDH? Like, you know, you know, how did you get entangled
in this, you know, huge news story? I mean, I think we found out about it the same way, right?
It just suddenly was all throughout the mainstream media. Our own president was fed talking points
by Imran Ahmed and his group basically saying we were killing people, right, with information
that essentially was being suppressed through the mainstream media.
So platforms like yours, my own, we were reporting on actual, you know, research and also
concerns that, no, you know, unequivocal, safe and effective, any medical intervention is not
a responsible message to the public.
There's always risks.
So we knew we all had the red flags immediately that this was unprecedented, that they were going to try to force essentially a transgenic technology that is a gene therapy doesn't even deserve the term vaccine, right?
Right.
On the public.
Yeah.
Well, you know, when you look at it too and how it operated, what was CD-C-DH?
I mean, we were looking at it.
Obviously, when it happened as you're like, who are these people?
Are they based in England?
Obviously, he's here in America now
because he's trying to hold on to some sort of visa.
It looks like the Trump administration
might be looking to try and kick him out of the country.
But what is CCDH?
It's a great question.
In fact, I've spent probably about four years nonstop
looking into that for an answer.
And the deeper you go into the rabbit hole,
the crazier it gets.
Because essentially, his group,
which he takes credit for founding in 2000,
was actually a Labor Party political take-down operation,
which was founded in 2017 by Morgan McSweeney,
who's known as the most powerful political operative in the UK.
He's behind the rise of Kyr-Starmer.
Wow.
They used, yeah, I know, it's a really crazy story,
but they essentially tried to accuse Jeremy Corbyn,
who had this huge populist movement behind him,
not unlike populist presidents like Trump,
presidents like Trump, and they claimed he was anti-Semitic, and this was actually shown later on to be
absolutely fabricated. So that was the origin of CCDH, actually.
Amazing. And so, you know, so this is an idea and a concept to go after the Internet that came
out of England, essentially. Obviously, Imran comes from there. But one of the questions,
and something I've heard bantered about, I don't know if you've looked into this or not, is that, you know,
Our American government is not allowed to sort of spy on its own citizens and affect our free speech, but there's no law apparently that England can't do that.
And I've heard this rumor that our governments kind of make a deal.
You spy on my citizens.
I'll spy on yours and will somehow, like, police each other's problem for each other.
Have you run into any evidence of that?
Yeah, it's sort of part of the bigger picture.
which is the Five Eyes Network, right, which includes the UK, U.S., Canada, New Zealand, Australia.
These are essentially crown colonies, right?
But you had this very rowdy, independent colony called the United States that said, hell no.
You know, you're not going to tax us for pamphleteers saying, you know, essentially, please stop, you know, treating us abusively to the crown, right?
So in 1776, you know, we basically said enough's enough.
And we became that colony that broke free.
But interestingly, we're 250 years later and we're experiencing a similar historical moment,
essentially, which is you have people like Imram working on behalf of the UK crown telling Americans that they can't speak.
And furthermore, when they deployed the campaigns against us all, hey, off with their head, these 12 people, they are violating our country.
speech codes and laws. So we're going to try to basically delete them, defame them, pillory them,
whatever you want to call it. And Imrom was the architect of that. How did that affect you? What was your
site and how did it affect your reach and the things that you were doing, being a part of this disinformation
doesn't? Yeah, one quick point before I answer that is that interestingly, one of the things that
CCDH takes credit for is the online UK safety bill, which is like the EU Digital Services Act,
right, that just awarded 120 million against X on behalf of the EU. So the idea is that he is
part of this attempt by a foreign government to essentially redefine what speech is on the internet,
even though our jurisdiction has a constitution, they're saying, no, it doesn't matter,
because if you speak in the U.S. on topics that we find problematic,
they can actually charge you according to the U.K. laws.
They even have an extradition clause.
That is incredible.
And we've been reporting on how scary it is in England
where I think they believe they were a free country,
people being arrested for simply, you know,
stating opinions about either a march in the street
or crime in their neighborhood.
They're kicking in their door and dragging them.
them off the jail over a statement they've made online.
And obviously he's proud of that.
He's proud of the fact that he considers himself a part of moving his country in that direction,
as he pointed out.
So back to my original question.
How did it affect you being listed as one of the disinformation doesn't?
It was a profound thing to be targeted in this way because, as you recall, it wasn't
just one organization saying, oh, these guys are evil, they're bad.
you need to basically take them out, take away their ability to make a living.
They were using international media and orchestrating a campaign that essentially stated that we
were mass murderers. That's literally the terminology that was used by some of the organizations
and individuals that are adjacent to this individual. He, in fact, went to Parliament in
2021, and he likened our sitting secretary, you know, right now, RFK Jr. At the time, he wasn't
secretary, but he likened the disinfo dozen to sexual predators as well as terrorists in parliament,
which means that he has parliamentary privilege so he can't be sued for defamation. But this is
the way that they laundered narratives that were really weapons against U.S. citizens on behalf of, you know,
Again, the UK interests that said, enough's enough, we don't want to hear about Americans not taking this jab, because clearly that was the whole plan.
Look at the Furksin's report. Look at the steel dossier. I mean, you have so many things coming from the UK that were all about trying to destabilize the populism that actually got Trump into office.
So there's a larger geopolitical reason why CCDH took this central role.
That's a huge word, destabilization, and it's interesting because I hadn't really thought of it in that context.
But let's get to where we're at now.
Now we're sitting in 2026.
It looks like the Trump administration.
Many of us have been complaining about CCDH and their connection to our own government.
Clearly, their connection to our mainstream media, why was some British guy, you know, appearing on mainstream news and calling, you know,
essentially organizations like ours as dangerous to humanity or, as you're saying, even
murderers in some way, what's happening with him now? What is actually going on? Are they deporting
him? What's he complaining about? Yeah. So what actually happened was Rubio stepped up on December
23rd. This was after he made several announcements months earlier that there could be visa restrictions
imposed on foreign influence operations that targeted American speech
and other constitutionally protected rights.
So essentially, December 23rd, they made a very simple announcement,
and this is the reason why Imran's legal defense right now
doesn't really have a basis,
is that he invoked basically in the Immigration and Nationality Act,
there's Section 237A4C.
It's very simple.
And if you are an alien, right?
You weren't born here in the United States.
You're not a citizen.
And you are doing things that have serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the U.S.
You're deportable.
End of story.
Now, speech could be the trigger for it, but that isn't what the actual statute says.
It says that, you know, the U.S. has the right, basically, to withdraw a liberty that they've granted this foreigner.
And so the problem he has, and I do feel sympathy for him, despite the problem he has, and I do feel sympathy for him,
despite everything he's done to me and my family indirectly.
He has a child, and he has a wife who's American.
So now he's in a really bad position.
Yeah, what do, you know, because I would, let me jump on the other side of this.
I'm a proponent for free speech.
I don't like even, I want my enemies to have the same free speech as I do.
I mean, that's what this is really about.
You know, in some ways I question, is there some validity to his argument that
you know, this is a free speech issue for him. He should be allowed to have whatever opinion he wants
of, you know, whether they're anti-bactors, medical freedom activists, isn't that a right to free speech too?
What are your thoughts on that? Yeah, that's actually the argument that his legal team is making.
And by the way, there's seven lawyers behind him. Norm Eisen is an example of one of them.
And, you know, they're basically making this into a political issue claiming that a tyrannical Trump administration is targeting this individual who's simply an advocate and humanitarian for his speech, you know, and that because he has a charity, you know, in D.C., that he has constitutional protections now, which is a very interesting fact when you consider that what Imram has done, essentially, he's lit regulatory fires overseas, okay, in the leaked memo.
that came out that showed that he was going to put a black ops on then presidential candidate
RFK Jr. because they were nervous about his effect on the elections. These are his words that were
leaked. Essentially, yeah, I know, right, they're pressuring foreign governments to crack down on
American speech, not just individuals, but entire platforms they want to basically disassemble
so you can't speak, have an opinion about pretty much anything the UK government finds
problematic or the EU.
But when the consequences of this action.
Which could be considered, you know, election tampering.
I mean, you are messing with platforms that political, you know, the politics of this nation
rely upon.
There has to be fairness that we all get to use whatever these platforms by targeting Robert
Kennedy Jr., who was a presidential candidate, ultimately ended up as HHS secretary.
You are on really dangerous ground now.
your stated agenda is to keep him from being able to spread his message as a candidate.
100%. Now, that memo, of course, no one has denied it from his side that it's authentic,
but it needs to be litigated at some point. And you could argue the fact that the State Department
is simply revoking his right to be here is far more lenient than many are now saying,
which is he needs to be prosecuted for his alleged crimes, which include he's an unregistered
for an agent at the very least. When it comes to meddling with U.S. elections, this is actually
a far larger part of the story, which he and his lawyers are distracting from. And by the way, he just
went on a media tour where it's all about he's a poor victim of this evil Trump government
that just wants him to shut up because he's helping save kids from online predators, which again,
he likened us to online predators for questioning the safety of vaccines that they wanted to force
into my children. Do you see the irony here or hypocrisy?
So here's the thing. It's like an arsonist, right?
Who's been lighting all these fires.
And suddenly the fire truck comes to save people that are going to die from the fire.
And he claims that he's a victim.
Yeah, that that's what this is like.
Yeah, he's literally hiding behind the First Amendment that he tried and due process, by the way,
Fifth Amendment, that he totally deprived us all of.
He never asked me my opinion on what I thought about my speech.
He's just said, this guy's evil.
He's killing people.
Get rid of him.
And he can't make a living.
That's literally what they're trying to do to the entire country.
We were just on the front lines of that.
Yeah, I've heard rumors that he's MI6, he's special ops for the UK.
You have on your substack been going very deep into this.
Have you found, and here it is, sayerg.substack.com, a great substack for all of you out there.
You should definitely check it out and follow what Sayer is doing there.
But have you found evidence of that level of,
connection to the UK clandestine services.
I will say that Paul Thacker and Matt Taibi did a great job of blowing the whistle on the attempted
stolen election through Imram and his group, which included Morgan McSweeney, coming over here with
100 labor operatives training Kamala Harris, hoping that somehow she could get the election from
Trump. I'll say steal because this was not a legal process. So he's so integrated. He's so
integrated into the UK government. And the thing that Paul did mention is one of the people
that threw the whistle said that they knew that he had been contacted by intelligence services.
Okay, so this would make sense given what he's done, his access, because this is also a transatlantic
deep state issue because he had people, CIA, former CIA officials that were employed on
CCDH as well as other figures from the U.S. So, you know, this was a Biden-era symptom, right,
of our country not being controlled by we, the people, or elected officials. This was
essentially a UK-based foreign influence operation, and he was a prime architect and spokesperson,
and now he's crying victim. Do you think you should be deported? What's your opinion here?
Like I said, I'm sympathetic because I have children. And what hurt
the most about what he did. And I'll just go into that just for a second so you can understand the
extent of what this individual's work did to me and my family. There was on June 9th an application
that was made in a foreign jurisdiction, the UK, a criminal application that I have nothing to do with
this case at all, that tried to arrest me literally on June 9th. And this is a fact, exactly. And it's
so concerning. You know how they got to that point? Because they could take his,
alleged criminality, right, and say, I'm a crazy anti-vaxxer, and they injected that into
foreign jurisdictions so that I had no right to respond, no standing. But this is what's happening.
They're creating this narrative laundering situation transnationally that has actual real-world
impacts on families. Like, I could have had children that didn't have a father because they're
in a prison in another country for speaking truthfully on American soil. That's literally what the
complaint said, my substack is so problematic to the UK that they actually created an arrest
application for me on June 9th. So even though this happened to me, I have compassion for him
because no five-year-old child should have to deal with a father that can't be with their child.
But that said, a lot of people out there, it's literally what Trump himself has been posting,
is, you know, fuck around and find out. I mean, that's literally what he says. This is an
application of that? Well, look, I'll also say his family is welcome to move back to the UK with him
where I think he'll be much happier living under authoritarian rule over all of social media,
where he can celebrate the fruits of his labor and watch people dragged out of their apartments for
just posting their opinions in his country. He should, I think, I mean, I'm perfectly happy
seeing him go back there because as I think you very clearly laid out here, what sounds to me,
this isn't free speech. This is bordering.
on espionage. I mean, I can't imagine what Russia would do if we found out, you know,
they found out that an American had infiltrated their media system and was spreading propaganda
to shut, to change their laws, to change their rules or affect their elections, or vice versa.
This is very much like that. So I think this is a very serious case, and I look forward
to seeing as you report this as it gets further along.
Thanks, Del. One last thing on that is if people are interested in the connection with
election interference and this operation,
All they have to do is look at the American first legal lawsuit against the CDC from 2021
disclosures showing that the UK foreign office gave the Biden administration a masterclass
on how to censor American citizens.
So that happened.
And Imran was just a part of that process.
But this is about election interference.
And that's why he can't stand behind the poor me.
It's just a free speech violation issue.
This has to do with foreign influence operations.
And Rubio nailed it.
And I think that legally speaking, the legal theory they have has a very small percentage chance of winning.
All right.
Sayer, how do we follow all the things that you're doing now?
You were doing great work during COVID.
You've continued to do it.
Where do we follow your work?
Thanks.
Yeah.
On Twitter, you know, I had one remaining account, right?
After they took two million of my followers, but that one has sort of expanded pretty rapidly.
and it's real-time updates.
And, of course, we have my substack, which I enjoy writing,
usually a daily article on.
So that's been a great way to get this topic out to the world.
Okay, wonderful.
Sarah, I want you to stick around.
I love to do it off the record because I know you've been in Washington, D.C.,
and being a part of watching these announcement, Robert Kennedy Jr. is making the Maha movement,
things out there.
I'd love to get your perspective on what you're seeing happening right now.
So stick around and I'll talk to you right after the show.
All right.
Sounds great.
Sounds good.
Thanks for having me.
There's so many different ways that you can help fund the work that we're doing.
When I open up this show and say, hey, we're not getting any love, not even from the government, not from pharma, not from diapers, anywhere.
It's all coming from you.
There's still a great program where you can be a part of really like laying stone, literally the foundation of this campus at the informed consent action network.
I'm talking about the terrorist program.
My understanding is we're out of benches.
This is engrave your breaker bench.
We have sold out all the benches and we're getting really close to.
selling out the bricks. So if you want to take part in this, you better do it now. Here is my
favorite brick of the week. Well, this is my favorite brick of the week. Take a look at this one.
I dedicate this brick to the ones that had no voice, the ones who were not heard, the ones who had
no choice, may they not be forgotten on our path to truth and justice. For I can is our voice,
our beacon of hope for all we the people deserve freedom. These are the types of statements that
inspire us to do shows like we've done today.
Changes upon us because of sponsors like you.
So I hope you'll get a brick, maybe one just like this one.
I'll see you now.
Well, you know, one of the big things we hear is this consciousness in this nation
is shifting in mainstream media and the, you know, mainstream medicine.
We're hearing, well, it's time for forgiveness.
We've all got to forget COVID.
We've got to forget COVID.
I've said this before.
You know what?
The major part of forgiveness is you have to ask for forgiveness, which means you have to state
that you've made a mistake.
Here's what I've done. I'm sorry for it. Will you please forgive me? I've said it over and over again. I'm still waiting for a single medical institution to apologize for a single doctor. Has your doctor apologized for recommending the COVID vaccine, maybe even guilting you into it, you know, saying, well, it's going to stop transmission. No, it didn't. Well, it's going to stop infection. No, it didn't. In fact, you got 10 boosters and you're on, you know, COVID bout number three, feeling like crap. That's, you know, it's, you know, it's
time we need everyone, the governments of the world, to apologize. But maybe, like I've been saying
media, where's Rachel Maddo, where are all the news anchors that pump this false narrative,
whether they knew it or not, now you've got to apologize. You know, you affected this world.
You told us to lock down. You destroyed the education of our children. You destroyed their
health probably by making wear a mask. You definitely destroyed their health by recommending the vaccine.
And you told everybody, you know, if you don't get this vaccine, then you're not doing what's right
society. Did we just hear, though, last week, the first apology of all time? This was from
news anchor at CBS. Take a look at this. A lot has changed since the first person sat in this chair,
but for me, the biggest difference is people do not trust us like they used to. And it's not
just us. It's all of legacy media. And I get it. I get it because I've been hearing about it
from just about everybody for more than 20 years as I've traveled America on this assignment or that.
my mom's neighbors in West Virginia, my own neighbors in New York City,
thousands and thousands of conversations in between.
Sometimes people want to talk to me about our coverage of NAFTA or the Iraq War.
Other times, it's all about Hillary Clinton's emails or RussiaGate,
or more recently, COVID lockdowns, Hunter Biden's laptop,
or the president's fitness for office.
The point is on too many stories, the press has missed the story,
because we've taken into account the perspective of advocates and not the average American.
Or we put too much weight in the analysis of academics or elites and not enough on you.
And I know this because at certain points, I have been you.
I have felt this way too.
I felt like what I was seeing and hearing on the news didn't reflect what I was seeing and hearing in my own life.
and that the most urgent questions simply weren't being asked.
So here's my promise to you today and every time you see me in this chair.
You come first, not advertisers, not politicians, not corporate interests.
And yes, that does include the corporate owners of CBS.
I report for you, which means I tell you what I know, when I know it, and how I know it.
And when I get it wrong, I'll tell you that too.
It also means I'm going to talk to everybody and hold everyone in public life to the very same standard.
After all, I became a journalist to talk to people.
I love talking to people about what works in this country, what doesn't,
and not only what should change, but the good ideas that should never change.
I think telling the truth is one of them.
I'm Tony DeCopal, the anchor of the CBS Evening News.
Hold me to it.
Oh, we will, Tony.
We will.
Look, I don't know if you want to believe Tony DeCopal or not, but I will say this.
Obviously, they know that Houston there's a problem.
Nobody trusts this anymore.
That was a decision.
I've worked in news.
I guarantee you that was not made by Tony by himself.
In fact, it was made for him.
And it was written in his teleprompter.
and he was really lucky he didn't read, wait for applause.
But the point being is that CBS recognizes they have a problem because you've stopped listening to them,
that you're withdrawing your attention to people that are lying to you over and over again.
So I believe that was a confession, if you will, and look at all the things they listed.
They listed COVID and pandemics and vaccines and Hunter Biden laptops,
all things that we've covered.
And that whole description of how he's going to report on the news because it's what,
you want. That's what we actually do here. So you can keep funding your cable bill and paying people
like that to come out. At least there's one, about a thousand to go and we'll see if he actually
sticks to it or if his sponsors allow him to tell you the truth. But here we never stop telling you
the truth. I hope you'll become a recurring donor and make this the year that was. We have some of the
most important lawsuits that will ever be. We cannot just sit here and cheer like we have today about all
the success of Robert Kennedy Jr. and think that somehow it's going to be indelible. It is
going to be fragile. We need to build all the institutions. We need to win lawsuits now while we've
got the wind at our back. While we have a sympathetic government, we have got to win this case in
West Virginia. We've got to win in California. We've got to win in Connecticut. That's why we have
nearly 90 cases across America that I need your help to fund. We need to take this all the way to
the end. I don't know how many of you watch MMA fighting. It's just like boxing. I suppose if you're,
you know, you can't stand all the blood. But I was just watching a fight last night.
And, you know, the belt holder, you know, I think it was welterweight, you know, was just rocking it for three, you know, rounds.
All of a sudden just gets kicked in the head and is dizzy.
And his opponent, you're just watching him saying, you could finish this.
This belt could be yours.
This could be your moment.
You just, and he just couldn't seem to put punches together.
I get it.
You're tired.
It's like round four.
Your arms are.
But this is it.
If you don't do it now, and sure enough, Robbie Lawler comes back.
You see the life come back into him, and he destroys his opponent in the way.
final round. Let's not be that story. Okay? The informed consent action network was a huge part
of getting here. We do not believe this is over. We have work to do. Goliath is rocked on his heels.
Let's knock him out. That's what 2026 is going to be all about. This is going to be the biggest year
of all times. Bet on us. Bet now, bet heavy so that we can bring this to the finish line.
We're going to keep bringing the truth the way we always have. We've never had to apologize to you.
In fact, we're really excited about our track record.
It's going to continue.
And I cannot wait to share all the amazing news.
As Jeffrey Jackson said, what's going to happen next week?
Well, if you want to find out, I'll see you then.
