Starting point is 00:00:05 Have you noticed that this show doesn't have any commercials? I'm not selling you diapers or vitamins or smoothies or gasoline. That's because I don't want any corporate sponsors telling me what I can investigate or what I can say. Instead, you are our sponsors. This is a production by our nonprofit, the Informed Consent Action Network. So if you want more investigations, if you want landmark legal wins, If you want hard-hitting news, if you want the truth, go to I Can Decide.org and donate now. All right, everyone, we ready?
Starting point is 00:00:43 Yeah. Action. Good morning. Good afternoon. Good evening. Wherever you are out there in the world, it's time for us to step out onto the high wire. I think one of the biggest discussions that comes into my siloed feed, I think we're all in these bubbles now. It's hard to know what anyone else is experiencing the world.
Starting point is 00:01:17 But in the bubble of social media that I'm looking at, one of the big conversations and the question I keep asking is, you know, what has Robert Kennedy Jr. done for us lately? Or what is he really doing? He's useless or he hasn't, you know, so many people complaining. He should be doing more. And so we have, you know, laid out so many of the great advancements that have happened in health since Robert Kennedy Jr. was HHS secretary. And I, you know, of course, I'm a fan. I was his director of communications. And I'm the first one that's pointed out things where I didn't totally agree. I also have said that until you're in government and in that cesspool, you really don't know how difficult it is to get things done. And so I cut the guy a little bit of slack.
Starting point is 00:02:03 Now, that doesn't mean everyone has to, and I don't think he needs you to. I think he knows that he is, you know, open for judgment. And whether you think he's doing a good job or not, that is what a free country is. is all about and our opinions are free to each one of us. But it's why every once in a while I like to point out is, you know, one of the things that I think about is, okay, but where would we be if he wasn't HHS secretary? Where would the COVID vaccine be? Would it probably still being mandated?
Starting point is 00:02:30 I don't know. Can I go to work without it? Yes, it's still there. I get it. This people want vaccines eradicated from the planet. But now we have an executive order where they're cutting the vaccine program from 17 vaccines down to 11, all sorts of things, investigations into our food supply. We have more whole food being eaten by school children all around this country. But this last week actually was an announcement
Starting point is 00:02:56 I wanted to talk about last week at our show was so full. And I want to address it today because this is huge. One of the things that I really wanted, and the reason I stood with Robert Kennedy Jr. when he was running for president, was I wanted investigations into the safety of vaccines. And now we're finally going to get one. This is the first official announcement of an investigation in the safety. RFK Jr. and Pete Hegseth are investigating whether COVID vaccines caused deaths among America's service members. Even Politico and other news organizations are picking up this story. RFK Jr. is investigating whether troops died of COVID vaccine army doctor says. Teresa Long is one of the few advisors to the health secretary examining
Starting point is 00:03:40 whether the government covered up vaccine side effects. The fact that that headline alone exists means we are in a totally different stratosphere with this administration and with Robert Kennedy Jr. as HHS Secretary. And I think it should be celebrated. Now, obviously, an investigation has to be done. We'll see how this all turns out. But I think this is a step in the right direction. And for everyone that's concerned about the COVID vaccine, well, now it's front and center.
Starting point is 00:04:10 And now the headlines like that, I mean, what is someone reading that believed in the vaccine going to get from that headline? Like, is that possible? Is it possible? Military died from this vaccine? I didn't even know about this. See, this is the court of public opinion. This is where the world changes. This is where they may seem like tiny little incremental steps to some people.
Starting point is 00:04:31 But to me and others that have been at this, I've been at 10 years, some people 20 years, others, their entire life fighting for medical freedom. These are gigantic steps for America, gigantic steps for mankind, and I'm psyched to be able to celebrate it today. I can't wait to see how this all turns out. I've got a great show coming up and an unbelievable story of a doctor named Ron Elfinbine, who saved countless lives using monoclonal antibodies during COVID. He was actually brought in by the government to open up centers all over the nation. So why is that same government now trying to sue him for all his worth and put him in jail? We're going to talk about that coming up.
Starting point is 00:05:17 But first is time for the Jackson Report. Sounds like, you know, while those two guys, Pete Headset and Robert Kenny Jr. been doing pull-ups next to each other, celebrating health all over the country. It sounds like they've had some other conversations that could actually be of great benefit. I can't wait to see what we get from this investigation to the military injuries and deaths from COVID. a great development. Yeah, and you got to wonder, too, if the record keeping is a little better for the military than it is for just a general public because they have to take their own records and petition this CICP to get any type of remedy. So hopefully the military will do it. But I want to talk
Starting point is 00:06:03 to two stories here. They're kind of exploding in the mainstream, but these are forward-looking stories. The first one here is I'm seeing three major assaults on free speech in America. Now, a lot of the public probably thought we were done with this after COVID, the misinformation days, but two of them are coming from overseas, which is a concern. I want to start with the Digital Services Act. This was something that was born. It was proposed initially in December of 2020 when the COVID shots were going into arms of citizens in Europe and the United States. And it was finally passed by their parliament, the European Commission Parliament, unelected officials, by the way, in 2022. So this was born out of that misinformation era with a lot of that language still there.
Starting point is 00:06:48 And so what's happening is a lot of companies are now being swept up into this because there's no borders on the internet. So we have this headline here, chat GPT, which is OpenAI at Sam Altman, Reddit and Roblox, that's a children's gaming platform, given four months to meet new EU censorship obligations. It says the DSA, that's this digital service act, is one of the worst censorship laws in the EU. and its provisions are often unclear and open an interpretation. While the very concept of systemic risk, that's what they describe in there, that is based on is very broad and can easily be abused to censor lawful speech. So the law, what it does is it forces an annual assessment risk for companies that fall under this DSA. And any company that reaches 45 million users in a month falls automatically under this.
Starting point is 00:07:36 So they have to have this risk assessment by vetted experts, and EU commission bureaucrats, you don't get to know the names of them, but they get to look at how these companies are treating language. And it doesn't even have to be illegal language and content. It can just be content that what they call misinformation, disinformation, it's coming, again, these ideas are coming back? Are they amplifying what's called misleading content? So it's this ambiguous words that they're using to clearly get a government hand in these companies to steer speech. And we saw how that works. during COVID. But again, when this gets stamped into legislation, it's like a time machine,
Starting point is 00:08:16 and it's stamped into that ideology of that 2020 to 2020 time range. So we saw Elon Musk and X was one of the first large companies to be fined by this, and that was 120 million euros for breaching the EU, this Digital Service Act block social media law. That's still ongoing now in the court. X said it's going to comply with some of this, but not all of it. So there's this push and pull. So a lot of these laws that are coming out of Europe, and I'm going to talk about the UK as well, these are just laws to threaten companies. They're under threats. So massive fines, too, you can see there. And then in the UK, we have offcom. And offcom is the main action arm that's reaching across the pond into the United States to censor American speech. We've seen this a lot. The UK obviously
Starting point is 00:09:03 resting, we've seen headlines like this. They're resting a lot of people over their online social media speech. But here's one, how UK regulator Offcom quietly bypassed international law to police American speech. It should make every American extremely angry because they're able to reach into these big tech companies and it's the leg up. It's the leg into that to reach in across America. So they censor it in the UK, but it also applies to Americans. That's how that works. Here's another headline. Foreign regulators are trying to censor Americans online. a bill would ensure those demands are unenforceable. So luckily we have American legislators and American billmakers, politicians that are pushing back against this. So in the House of Representatives
Starting point is 00:09:45 here, there's this bill, according to this article, says on Thursday, Representative McHale Ruelly, a Republican from Ohio introduced the guaranteeing rights against novel international tyranny and extortion Granite Act. The bill states that the U.S. courts, quote, shall not recognize or enforce a foreign judgment or a fine order or demand issued by a foreign court or a foreign state enforcing a foreign censorship law. It would also enable any American facing an unconstitutional foreign judgment to seek declaratory relief. Understand where we are here. We have to make a lot, I mean, this is like 1775 all over again. We have to defend. Doesn't our Constitution Bill of Rights already covered this? I mean, are we, is this sort of digital world making?
Starting point is 00:10:31 making us re, you know, adjudicate, you know, the decisions that our founding fathers made informing this nation. I mean, it's scary. And, you know, you and I take these, you know, this part of the investigation, this look at censorship, we were censored, Jeffrey. This show was censored. We lost our YouTube channel. We lost Facebook. We were kicked off. We have been, you know, we're probably still throttled on some level.
Starting point is 00:11:01 And there's certain topics we cover where, you know, on one hand, we'll get hundreds of thousands, if not millions of views. And then suddenly something will only get a few hundred views. You're like, what is going on here? So it's very real. And it just feels like we are still watching, you know, the architecture or infrastructure being put in place for what I think is, I keep saying, the next pandemic. The one they keep promising is not if but when, only they need to make. sure that no Del Big Tree, no Jeffrey Jackson can ever be heard, that they can shut us off as soon as it starts, that it can shut off every doctor. And I really feel like that's what's being
Starting point is 00:11:41 put in place here is total control, total ability to censor just like we read about in all of those horrific dystopian novels. And there is a renewed push within American politics to protect this American speech online, which is kind of the word. public discourse happens now. It's not on the street corner in a soapbox anymore. And you have another bill here. These are all kind of modeled after what was called the Granite Act in Wyoming. This was a state level act, but it's to defend against foreign censorship. So that's reached out now. Here's another one. U.S. Representative Warren Davis introduces what he calls the Homefront Act to block enforcement of foreign censorship orders against Americans. This is now the seventh such,
Starting point is 00:12:25 they call it Granite Architecture type bill. It's a model policy that's the, it's a, it's a It is the seventh one in seven months. So this thing's moving. There's a couple more that are expected to come forward soon. So you're seeing this massive push not only at the federal level. These are federal bills here we're talking about. But at the state levels as well, you're seeing states push this. So you're getting these multiple layers of really insulation from foreign censorship online.
Starting point is 00:12:52 But other states are pushing the opposite direction. It appears. California Newsome. This was one of the headlines that just happened. California legislator passes online age verifications. There's a lot of ways this can move. This is to quote, protect children. And of course, Newsom did sign this against a lot of the electronic foundation freedoms and a lot of the people that are trying to push back and keep online freedom. They said, we want to pump the brakes on this bill probably. Maybe Newsom won't sign this.
Starting point is 00:13:21 It's well-intentioned, but there's a lot of issues with it. Newsom did sign this. He signed Online Kids Safety Act. This is Politico, including rules backed by Sam Outlaw. So what this is doing is it's age-gating, it's having an age-gating requirement that will force everyone, basically, at some point, to give big tech more information, government IDs or biometric information to just use websites. Right now it's starting with 16 and under, children, quote-unquote. But once they have this. But as you point out, the slippery slope is you and I have to put our information in to prove we're not under 16. and now all of a sudden we are entering data about ourselves to companies that have no right to really know who we are.
Starting point is 00:14:03 We should have anonymity when we are, you know, moving around online. So this is a slippery slope. We see why it's happening. We're all concerned about our children. But it just feels like Jeffrey. It's like they create a problem. And then the solution is always to totalitarianism, right?
Starting point is 00:14:21 Authoritarianism. You know, it's like, oh, we're going to figure. Yeah, our bad, we're going to fix that for you by taking away your rights. Hopefully someone can find some better solutions. Right, and there's two angles to that California bill is, obviously, people always say, well, this does protect children, so we can rest our case on that. But what it does for the argument for that crowd is it creates what detractors are calling a honeypot of information these companies now have to hold so it makes them more vulnerable to hackers with all, basically, children's information in there. So that's a huge issue as well. Now, I want to switch to the other conversation, and this is so big, the GLP1 weight loss drugs. Del, you and I have covered so many
Starting point is 00:15:07 different drug scandals throughout, you know, the last decade plus. And when I see this GLP1 rollout over the last couple of years, this is and will be, I think, one of the biggest drug conversations in American history when it's all said and done. And it's, it's a lot. And it's, It's starting to see much like the autism conversation, the vaccine autism conversation. When it first started, you never heard many people talk about it in the public, but the rate started to race so high, one in 32, one in 15, that eventually newscasters, journalists, politicians, everyone had either somebody personally, they knew with autism or a family member or a child, and they had to speak up about it. So you're seeing that now with the GLP-1s in just a very short time. You have Ma'am Bialik. She is an actress, a podcaster, and also a neuroscientist.
Starting point is 00:15:55 She came out and talked about her GLP1 nightmare. So now she's talking about this. She has a massive platform. What does she experience on that? Severe dehydration, body aches, abdominal cramping. She had such severe dehydration. She had to get an IV, a nurse to come in and give her IVs. I'm sure maybe the doctor probably wasn't talking about those things.
Starting point is 00:16:17 But this conversation is now spilling out into the public here. We have Dr. David St. Clair. He's a Harvard medical researcher, and he was just on Joe Rogan. He said this. Take a listen. Okay. Sudden blindness. It's called an eye on, which is now twice as more prevalent because of the JLP1 drugs.
Starting point is 00:16:37 Really? It's not well-known, obviously. Companies don't want to talk about it. But yes, sudden blindness has doubled seemingly because of these meds. Holy-hapes. Holy-h-hacful. Sudden blindness has doubled because of GLP-1s? Due to a nion, which is like a stroke in your eye,
Starting point is 00:16:56 and then your other eye can go, which is pretty scary. And there's nothing you can do about it. There's a scientist at Harvard. You could look up his work, Joe Rizzo. It looks like it's repeatable across the planet. Wow, that's terrible, because there's so many people out there that are just telling everyone they should get on GLP-1s. I've never seen anything like it.
Starting point is 00:17:17 I want to take it. Yeah, it's big. I'm running into people that look completely different than they did the last time I saw them last year. It's amazing the transformation. You see why they're doing it, but we always have to be concerned about side effects of any sort of fast acting drug like this. Yeah. Yeah. And I want to take a balanced approach with this story because there are a lot of people taking this.
Starting point is 00:17:44 There are people that say this changed their life. And it is incredibly hard for, for. someone that is obese to lose that weight, especially if they've been holding that their whole life. Which has its own medical risks, right? That obesity, it brings a whole host of medical risks. So, I mean, I'm never against the risk, reward, benefit, you know, conversation. We're all about informed consent. Just being informed that there are side effects, which is what we're doing here. I also want to point out because we've had some real experts that are working with peptides. We had a whole panel on it. And it appears that there are, there's micro dosing of GLP ones that has been very successful and does not sound like the approach that me am Bialik.
Starting point is 00:18:30 Sounds like she got a pretty big dose. I don't know. I wasn't there. But dosing is huge. So again, it comes down to the practitioners that you're working with, why you're doing it, and, you know, really how much follow up and, you know, how much care is involved in the process. I think what gets scary is, is Rogan says, people are just buying these on. online or whatever they can and maybe in self-administrating or, you know, that's when I think you really start thinking this could be a very, very dangerous situation. Right, right. And there's,
Starting point is 00:19:00 there's a lot of cornerstone conversations about this. One of them, like you just mentioned, was there are risks to being overweight. So this may be a risk benefit for an adult to make on their own. It's not like the public health vaccination where, you know, you're perfectly healthy and you're rejecting people with an emergency COVID shot. That really is a whole different conversation. So let's go right to the big red flashing warnings here. This is New York Post just from last week. Life-threatening GLP-1 overdoses are on the rise. What's behind the scary issue? So there's obviously, like you said, dosage. There's overdose issues and they could be life-threatening. And are these being discussed? We're going to talk about that in a moment here with the telehealth. But then the Daily Mail comes out.
Starting point is 00:19:38 So both the U.S. and the UK have tracking systems with their regulators, with their regulatory agencies for us as the FDA. But for this is the this is the Daily Mail command of the UK. It says shock 216 UK deaths and 18,000 severe reactions linked to weight loss jabs on fatalities surge 300% in a year as a woman dies after upping Mungaro dose. So there you have it. And goes on to say government figures also show a start learning rise in death annual jab fatalities leaping by 300% between 2,024 and 2025 from 22 to 94. Meanwhile a toll of 150 50,000 adverse reactions have been associated with the drugs since the earliest recorded figure in 2010, 18,000 of which were serious or fatal.
Starting point is 00:20:23 So those are big numbers, and we don't have to have a doom conversation about this, but it has to be in the conversation. A lot of people are saying, look, just take it, it's a miracle, any dose, whatever. That's not the case. And we're trying to get down to what is true here. So let's go to the FDA in American numbers. We look at the adverse event reporting system at the FDA, and you can see here by their dashboard at the top. Total cases, 228,350, those are the reactions that are reported. Serious cases,
Starting point is 00:20:52 including deaths. That's what it says, 60,762, and then we have 16131 deaths. So not it's, it, that's, those are definitely, those are definitely big warning signs, big flashing warnings. I don't know if this is like VAERS, if the FDA is actually following up on this to see what's going on, if there's comorbidities involved, but these are pieces of the conversation we have to have. But what I see, here, the bigger picture are these two massive gravitational forces, market forces, really, that are colliding in real time. First of all, we have this access, unfettered access, unlike anything we've ever seen before, even in the opioid crisis, when these companies were paying doctors to prescribe as much as possible, they couldn't shake a stick of what's happening now with
Starting point is 00:21:36 the GLP weight loss drugs. Here's this headline. Medicare made weight loss drugs are $50 a month. now Amazon, CVS, and Walmart race to fill prescriptions. All three of those are massive distributors, massive street-level drug distributors. You can't really even comprehend. So they're jumping into this. So before it was telehealth medicine, which we're handing them out very freely. Now it's Amazon. You basically just fill out an online form and you click it and it's at your door 24 hours later.
Starting point is 00:22:06 I mean, we've never seen anything like this. So that, and then the other space on this is the legal aspects of getting involved. A lot of times it takes a decade for lawsuits to start coming up in the adverse reactions. Not with these drugs. You're seeing lawsuits right now happening. Class action lawsuit. OZIPIC faces $2 billion lawsuit as patients report stomach paralysis. There's that vision loss that St. Clair was talking about.
Starting point is 00:22:31 So that's a major issue as well. That's the first of its kind. There will obviously be more coming. But maybe the problem is not necessarily the drug. I'm saying that. It has to do with our medical system. The fact that we don't spend enough time with patients, we're giving these out too freely with no patient follow-up,
Starting point is 00:22:49 no care from a doctor. We have now some whistleblowers that have come forward from the telemedicine aspect of this. And this was in stat news. Life MD, that's the company, a popular telehealth firm, puts profits over patient safety, ex-workers say. So there's this cottage industry of telehealth medicine now that is doing great things with the peptides.
Starting point is 00:23:10 It's allowing people access with, with Kennedy in there and with this kind of explosion of alternative health, people moving away from the mainstream medical system to kind of take their health in their own hands. Telehealth medicine pops up, and then you have these people, and they say this. Former workers told stat that providers were pressed
Starting point is 00:23:27 to expedite their work to a pace that was not clinically responsible, with two of them saying providers at times were expected to review the cases of 25 people per hour based only on electronic forms the patients filled out. The equivalent of spending about two minutes on each case. The company also discouraged providers from asking what they felt were medically relevant questions to patients so that they didn't delay care, quote, those in quotes, former employees said. So profits over people, we've seen this before, but now we're seeing it
Starting point is 00:23:57 with the distributors, which could be that stopgap mechanism to be catching these adverse offense before they happen. And without that, the people have to shoulder those adverse events. So it may actually be the medical system. We're going to keep reporting on this. to see what is the actual reality of these drugs. And like you said, the microdose may be the answer for a lot of people. Yeah, I mean, look, I'm all about freedom of choice. And, you know, I don't like regulators blocking people from getting to things. But also, you know, we have to look at what is the appropriate care, what is the best way to use these things.
Starting point is 00:24:34 I think there's a lot more studies that should be done as this is going on. But I do know people whose lives have been changed, as you pointed out, that had real health. health risks and issues that have now, you know, disappeared because they worked with a talented practitioner and safely are moving through this. So we will continue to watch this. But again, we are the informed consent action network. So where your doctors may not be informing you, we're showing you all sides of this, which is what we're going to continue to do on all these topics. Again, rave reviews every week. I'm getting calls from friends about the download, your show on Mondays. Jeffrey, people are loving it, digging it, just that.
Starting point is 00:25:12 touchpoint as the week is getting started, what you're looking at in the week ahead. So keep up the good work. Love work when you. Love what we've got going here at the high wires. So I'll see you next week. All right, Del, thanks. See everyone else. 8 p.m. Eastern Monday.
Starting point is 00:25:28 Talk to you later. All right. Well, look, can you imagine if the government suddenly said, we're passing a law, you can't sue Ozempic? You can't sue a GLP one make. In fact, you can't sue a D.L. doctor that left you stranded and didn't give you follow-up. You can't sue any of them. We are protecting this product from liability. Then what happens? See, that's where I really see
Starting point is 00:25:52 a lot of these things differently. It's an open market. There's a $2 billion lawsuit going on, a clash action lawsuit, and that is a way that I suspect the ship around GLP-1s will be righted, and it will find its way through because they have to actually deal with the consumer and make the consumer happy. And when the consumers aren't happy or they're dying, they bring lawsuits. to cost a fortune, bring a lot of bad advertising, and everyone has to readjust. And meanwhile, this company is making what they're going to say a guaranteeer, are safer than a GLP one. We've got the new safer way to do, blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 00:26:24 That's how the world is supposed to work, except when it comes to vaccines, total liability protection, total. Can't sue anybody. And, by the way, in a lot of cases, especially when you think of COVID during COVID, we can force it on you. So we're going to force a product that we rushed onto the market that has shown. showing to have detrimental effects, you know, even if they've had the same effects of every other drug that has side effects that destroy people's lives. When you can't sue and you can't do
Starting point is 00:26:51 anything about it, but when it can be forced on you, this is why I want to hit again the legal update we had last week. We have a petition to Robert Kennedy Jr. because he has the ability to open these COVID vaccine injury cases, over 90% of which have just ruled against the people. because we have a totally corrupt healthcare system. We have a totally corrupt regulatory agencies. And frankly, if too many of these things pay out, what happens to Peter Marks? What happens to Janet Woodcocks and the Redfields
Starting point is 00:27:25 and all of the people that were part of the COVID task force? What does this do to their reputation? That's what's going on here. But here is our legal update. We posted last week because I want you to sign this petition. This is a big one. Join ICAN telling Secretary Kennedy, Please help the COVID-19 vaccine injured.
Starting point is 00:27:42 It goes on to say, and by the way, if you're on our mailing list, you get things like this all the time. First paragraph goes on to say, federal law gives the Secretary of Health and Human Services the authority to review or reverse any COVID-19 vaccine injury compensation decision. With more than 98% of all COVID-19 petitions denied so far, ICANN's legal team has appealed to Secretary Kennedy re-examine these cases. frankly, it's amazing Bobby has this power right now. I don't even know that he really gets this. This isn't an issue that can be ignored any longer. Sign and share our petition to help us show Secretary Kennedy that you have not forgotten the vaccine injured. ICANN has been working with React 19 to advocate for the thousands of severely injured whose lives were changed after they got the COVID-19 vaccine.
Starting point is 00:28:30 Our legal team identified a federal regulation that gives the HHS Secretary the full authority to at any time on his overall. motion or an application review any determination made under the CICP and to affirm vacate or modify the determination in any manner the Secretary deems appropriate. I would love to see him put together a panel, probably a vaccine injured to look over this and let them make recommendations. But whatever the case, here is the QR code, Bitley's last petition to RFK. Please make sure you sign this. Put it out on your social media. Send it to everyone. one in your email chain. This is how we actually change the world. This is how we save lives. And by the way, not only does it lead to compensation for people whose lives have been destroyed,
Starting point is 00:29:18 it also builds that database of all the people that were paid out so we can understand these injuries better, which I think is really important for RFK. What this points out, though, and I didn't really get into details last week, this is part of what you're funding is we have a legal team that digs through tens of thousands, if not millions of documents inside of HHS rules and regulations looking for some way we might be able to make a difference. And in this case, our team, funded by you, found that Robert Kennedy Jr.'s HHS Secretary has this incredible power that he can nullify a case that was thrown out, bring it back in, and say, hold on a second. I'm going to put a new set of eyes on this. This wasn't discovered by Bobby himself.
Starting point is 00:30:09 He's a busy man. But we, because of your help, are able to do that work for him and submit it. These are the types of things. There's so many different ways I can in the Highwire approach this. We've told you we have a legal approach. We have legislative approach that goes through our C4. We have a media approach in the court of public opinion. We bring FOIA requests. We bring lawsuits. We've been over 90 cases going right now across America and growing, all fighting for medical freedom. And some of them, I really believe, are on their way to the Supreme Court. I do think we're going to see Aaron Siri in a Supreme Court in the not-so-distant future, which could be truly game-changing. But it's why we need your help.
Starting point is 00:30:51 These cases need to be fortified. They need to be strong. And we need to pick up any great cases that we see out there that can make these points even better. So if you want to be a part of changing the world, become a recurring donor. Starting point is 00:31:19 If you're listening right now to all the places that we're broadcasting as a podcast, you can just text us at 72022 and type in the word donate. and I will personally send you a response and get you into the fold. All right, for everyone that makes this work possible, I want to thank you. This next story is a fascinating story. It is a terrifying story, and it could have huge implications for all of us in the statement when they say, it's not a matter of if, but when. And I keep saying, listen to them, well, let's take a journey back.
Starting point is 00:32:00 Remember, there was hydroxychloroquine, and then they said, even though studies have shown it's great, our studies say it's not, we pulled it. Ivermectin. Pierre Corrie gets in front of our own Senate and says, this is a miracle drug, saves tons of lives until the government says, nope, sorry, got rid of it. And then along came monoclonal antibodies. And the story was amazing. It looked like a miracle cure and it was saving lives. This is what that moment was like. A bit of a silver lining in the battle against the coronavirus.
Starting point is 00:32:33 The governor says it could help cut down on hospitalizations across the state. The treatment monoclonal antibodies. The FDA granted emergency use authorization for regenerance COVID-19 antibody treatment. With high-profile patients like former President Trump and Texas Governor Greg Abbott, We're talking a lot about regeneron and its monoclonal antibody treatment. The White House COVID-19 response team says they increased monoclonal antibody shipments to Florida over the past month. And Governor Ronda Santis is expanding access to the drug. And the whole idea is to prevent the complications of COVID.
Starting point is 00:33:08 It's an infused medication that can reduce COVID symptoms and patients who are at high risk. It has to be given intravenously. So it's not something that your doctor can prescribe for you and you can go pick it up at the pharmacy. You have to go to an infusion center that we're willing to take. COVID-19 patients. If you received that monoclonal antibody infusion, you're less likely to wind up in the hospital, to wind up on a ventilator.
Starting point is 00:33:29 You're more likely to do much better than someone who didn't get it. For many doctors across the country, monoclonal antibodies were suddenly the miracle solution to what was proven to be a, you know, a difficult virus to deal with. Even here in Texas, I remember talking to Dr. Richard Bartlett, who was a big fan of the monoclonal antibodies.
Starting point is 00:33:49 But one of the doctors that really was a proponent for it, speaking on many of the news pieces that you just saw, was Dr. Ron Elfinbein, who's been through an amazing journey around the monoclonal antibodies and COVID. And he joins me now to talk about it. Dr. Elfinbine, thank you for taking time today. Thank you so much for having me, Delta, an honor to finally meet you in person. Yeah. Yeah. Well, we'll do it like, we'll get a real handshake in there sometime in the near future. Take me back, though, because there's several conversations that happened throughout COVID. There was the moments where people were proponents of hydroxychloroquine. There was the ivermectin doctors that were finding success there. But there was this group of doctors, and you were one of them that really loved monoclonal antibodies.
Starting point is 00:34:36 So tell me about how you discovered that during COVID. How were you first introduced to monoclonal antibodies as a therapy? Well, in medicine, the technology of monoclonal antibodies is fairly ubiquitous. We use it all the time to treat all sorts of things. The technology itself has been around since the early 70s. Most people don't know that, but that's the truth. It's been around for a long time. In fact, most people listen to this program, well, a large percentage of people listening
Starting point is 00:34:59 to this program will have gotten monoclonal antibodies to treat something in one shape or another. So I'm watching the news, and it's October of 2020, and I see President Trump, he's president at the time. He comes out. He literally had to be helped into the helicopter on the South Long because he was, he tested positive with COVID and he looked terrible. And he was being airlifted to Walter Reed. And he gets out of the helicopter. They admit him to the hospital. And then literally like two hours later, he comes out and he hosts a press conference. He sounds like a new person. And he says, I feel like a new person. I think that's a direct quote. And he said, they gave me monoclonal antibodies. Now, I knew what that was, but I didn't, you know, I'm an emergency room doctor.
Starting point is 00:35:38 I'm a Johns Hopkins trained ER doctor. I don't do monoclonal antibody therapy for people. So I looked at my wife. I was watching the television with her, and who's also a physician, and I said, that right there is the cure. That's what we need to be talking about. So I educated myself as much as I could on monoclonal antibodies,
Starting point is 00:35:54 and I petitioned the state of Maryland where I live and where I work, to become a monoclonal antibody infusion site. And we very quickly became the largest monoclonal antibody infusion centers in the state of Maryland in the entire mid-Atlantic region of the United States. And I actually, I think we might actually be the largest, or might have been the largest supplier, private supplier in the entire country. So just before we go into further, describe what is a monoclonal antibody? You know, how is it produced, how is it made? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:25 So I have this little toy here. It's actually my dog's toy. But so if you see these little things sticking off of it, let's say this is the virus particle, okay? There are these little proteins that stick off of the virus particle. And what the purpose of these are, some of them, is to dock to your cell. So if this is my cell, the virus comes along and uses one of these to dock to my cell and then infect it. What a monoclonal antibody is is it's mono, meaning one, and clonal meaning it's been cloned. So your body produces these antibodies.
Starting point is 00:36:52 Each one of these little things sticking off will incite your body to produce an antibody because your body recognizes all of these things as foreign. Now, the drug manufacturers come in, because a lot of these bumps aren't necessarily used to dock to your cell. A lot of them are just there. And your body producing antibodies to them doesn't help you fight the virus. So a lot of them are useless. So the drug companies come along and they say, all right, what is the best antibody that your body will produce against this virus?
Starting point is 00:37:17 And then they take that one antibody and they replicate it a gazillion times. And then they ship it to me in a little vial and I mix it with some saline and I infuse it into your IV over 30 minutes. And you are cured right then and there of your disease process. The stuff was truly miraculous and it worked. And the data backs me up on that. It's not just my opinion. How is it different than a vaccine when I think of, I mean, in some ways, I feel like that's sort of a description of a vaccine.
Starting point is 00:37:43 So how do I differentiate the two? Great question. So first of all, the MRNA vaccine technology is completely different and was brand new, hadn't been tried and tested. Right. So I just want to make that clear for everybody. We're not talking about that. Yeah. A vaccine gets your body to produce the antibodies against this.
Starting point is 00:38:00 So the vaccine manufacturers will take this virus, for example, and they'll even, you'll even. either heat kill it, so it's dead, or they weaken it, or they take a piece of it, and they inject it into you, and your body will produce antibodies. But in the monoconels case, we're actually giving you the antibodies that your body would produce, say, given a month, we're giving it to you in 30 minutes. So it's like a supercharged immune system.
Starting point is 00:38:23 It's like a shot in the arm to fight this with just pre-made antibodies. So instead of your body making the inner body, it's pre-made and put into you, essentially. Correct. Okay, got it. And it imparts immunity for the next three or four months because those antibodies are still floating around in your system for three or four
Starting point is 00:38:40 months. So you're basically immune to get this virus again. Once you get the monoclonal antibodies, you're cured right then and there and you're good for three or four months to not get infected again. Okay. All right. So now I got it. Now you become one of the biggest distributors and users of monoclonal antibodies. You must, I mean, everyone around you must be celebrating it. Great idea. we're having great results. So then what went wrong? What happened? Well, so it's a great question and it's kind of a bit of a story. So take us back. You mentioned hydroxychloroquine and I think you mentioned ivermectin. What happened with those two things? And I'll get to the monoclonal part in a second, but this really elucidates a pattern,
Starting point is 00:39:23 a very disturbing pattern of behavior by our government to take the only therapeutics we had away from us. Okay. So someone came up with this great idea. At some, point and said, there's a repurposed drug out there that's been around for years. It's safe as can be. It's dirt cheap. It's generic and has a great safety profile called hydroxychloroquine. Let's give it a try and see if it works. And guess what? There was data that said it worked. It was efficacious. Government shuts that down right away. Can't talk about it. Can't give it. Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. Okay. A few months later, someone comes up with this great idea. There's another repurposed drug called Ivermectin that it's founder won the Nobel Prize for finding. Great drug, also proving efficacious.
Starting point is 00:40:01 let's give that one a try. It was working. Government shuts that down. Nope, can't talk about it, can't write for it, can't give it. Monoclonal antibodies come out, and Trump was the first person to get them. So again, that's what got me onto this. Interesting. And I'm like, these are great. These are wonderful. So we start infusing. We very quickly become the largest supplier. The federal government, HHS, reaches out to me, the Health and Human Services Department and says, we are starting this new equity initiative where we want to take monoclonal antibodies and bring them to the underserved populations in the country. We want to set up the first site in the country at FedEx Field in Maryland where the Washington Redskins play football.
Starting point is 00:40:40 Can you, Dr. Elfinbind, set it up for us, staff it and run it? I said, of course, I'm honored, thank you. Of course I'll do it. So I hire the staff. I get the site. We form a partnership between my company, the Health and Human Services Division of the federal government and the Maryland Department of Health, a three-way partnership. And we build the site. It's running great. everything's going so well that the contractor that's actually running it for HHS called KPMG reaches out to me and says, hey, could you be Johnny Appleseed and go around the country and replicate what you just did for us? And I said, of course. And they said, good. We want to start with D.C., Virginia, and Delaware. And then move on to Texas, Louisiana, and I think the
Starting point is 00:41:19 third state was Georgia. And I said, great. And they said, please go out and find real estate. So I spoke to the archdiocese of D.C. And they had all this real estate. They were happy to give us. We were negotiating back and forth about basically them giving us or leasing us at very cheap costs, lots and lots of real estate, because the point of this program was to bring this life-saving medication, and I want to emphasize that. It truly was a game changer and saved lives and saved money to underserved, needy people. Great. So we're running the sites going along great.
Starting point is 00:41:51 December 6th of 2021, we get an email from KPMG that says the federal governments change their mind, essentially, and we're shutting the program down. This is not a reflection on any contractor, but we're shutting the program down. You have five days to shut your business down. And I thought it was a joke. So I picked up the phone and I called my contacts to KPMG. I said, what the hell is this? And they said, we don't know either. We're mystified, but, you know, we have five days to shut down. I'm like, well, I'm not shutting down. That's insane. So I reached out to my partners and I said, we're going to continue to do this because this is a, we are a life-saving entity and we're providing something that no one else can to needy people. And my partners agreed. So we stayed open
Starting point is 00:42:31 and we didn't have the feds paying our bills anymore. So we were going to lose money on it. But it was that important to the community that we stay in business and we stay there. So, okay, we go back to infusing, even though the feds told us not to, we're still doing it. Two weeks after that, December 20 something, 21st, 22nd, whatever, the federal government comes out and says, we are shutting the whole program down nationwide. You cannot give monoclonal anybody's anywhere anymore. And the rationality. The rationale was because their omicron surge had reached a 70% threshold. And they said, we don't believe, and that's important to know, we don't believe,
Starting point is 00:43:06 that the current monoclonal antibodies work against the omicron variant. Now, I thought to myself, this is the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life, and they're wrong, and the data did not bear that out. There were no clinical studies, zero at the time, that showed there was a lack of efficacy against omicron. Now, there may have been preliminary data in test tubes. but nothing in a human being that said it didn't work. And we infused over 5,000 people throughout the course of the pandemic,
Starting point is 00:43:33 and we did not have a single treatment failure, not one. Wow. So you tell me, if it was truly 70%, why were we not seeing treatment failures? So I go on Fox News, and here's a copy of the article, where I say, this is the title. Maryland Doctors says people are, quote, going to die after Biden administration uses faulty data to snub antibody treatments. And I said they're misreading the data.
Starting point is 00:43:55 They don't know what they're doing. They've been wrong about everything throughout this entire. You went big time. You went on television and you laid it, you laid into the government essentially and said they're going to kill people. We have the quote here. Let me read the whole thing. I'll read the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:44:10 Here it is. I am as angry as I can possibly be about this. The fact that these people are so adamant that they're right when they're using faulty data and they're using faulty logic and frankly statistical modeling that has never been correct ever throughout this entire pandemic. To look at this is just. just beyond the pale. People are definitely going to die because of this
Starting point is 00:44:30 or need hospitalization because health officials misread the statistics. Them's fighting words. Yep. And then so Newsmax calls me and I go on with Sean Spicer the very next day, or maybe it was even later that day, I can't remember. And I doubled down on it because they said,
Starting point is 00:44:45 that was pretty provocative. Do you want to talk about it? And I doubled down. Now, the important point to understand is they said there was a 70% threshold, okay, of Omicron. The prevalence of Omicron was at 70%. I call them out on their nonsense. A few days later, I can't remember exactly the time frame,
Starting point is 00:45:01 but it was maybe a week, maybe two weeks, something like that. The government comes out, CMS, or the FDA comes out and says, oh, we misread the statistics. The prevalence was never 70%. It was 20%. Now that's a mistake, quote-unquote. I don't believe it was a mistake. Of almost 300%, my 7-year-old can make a better estimation of reading.
Starting point is 00:45:22 And these are statisticians. These people do this stuff for a living. How can any human being make a mistake of that magnitude? So they finally said, okay, okay, you know, you can go back to, we got it wrong, you can go back to infusing. Well, two weeks after that, they start to pull the emergency use authorizations for every single one of the monoclonal antibodies. So to this day, Del, monoclonal antibodies are not available as a therapeutic. The only, the only therapeutic we had left because they took away hydroxychloroquine and ibermectin were monoclonals, and they worked like a charm. and the government of the United States conspired to take them away from us.
Starting point is 00:45:56 I mean, it's a clear pattern of behavior. How long have to, again, and again, and again? Was the vaccine around yet when they took away the monoclonal antibodies or were they still in development? Yes. No, the vaccines came out in December 2020. For people like me, healthcare providers, to the general public, they were made available in early 2021. So this was in addition to vaccines being available. So they'd already had that.
Starting point is 00:46:20 So this can't be used as the excuse. on where we look at hydroxychloricine and ivermectin, it looks like they were trying, they thought it would interfere with the emergency use authorization. This is post-vaccination, this is all happening. Correct, correct. Well, I still think that it did have an impact on the EUA
Starting point is 00:46:38 and it would have potentially put it at risk. And I don't think, to be honest with you, when they rolled these things out, I don't think they thought it was gonna be as wonderful as it was. I don't think that they thought this was gonna be the miracle drug that it was. And again, going back to this pattern,
Starting point is 00:46:52 Once it's proven efficacious and it starts working, the Biden administration steps in and says, well, you know what, we're gonna control the distribution. We're gonna federalize the distribution of this medication. There was no reason for them to do that, but they did it. And overnight, that created artificial shortages. So as a provider, if I would ask for 200 doses, I'd be lucky to get 150.
Starting point is 00:47:11 And you know what? I'm in a very blue state, the color of my shirt. Maryland is like the color of my shirt. Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, these are very deep red states. Florida specifically was cut off. they were cut off. They were not getting any shipments of monoclonals to the point where Ron DeSantis,
Starting point is 00:47:26 who also recognized the efficacy of this medication, was going out on the open market to the drug manufacturers, using taxpayer dollars to purchase them himself. And the feds tried to stop him from doing that. So the Biden administration essentially turned this into breadlines around the country, whereas you did not have issues with distribution
Starting point is 00:47:45 or availability of product prior to the Biden administration getting involved. Everyone was getting what they needed? Yeah, as far as I knew. I would ask for 200 doses. I'd get 200 doses. Wow. I'd ask for 600 doses.
Starting point is 00:47:58 I got 600 doses. Whatever I asked for, I got. But as soon as they came into quote unquote federalized the distribution, literally the next day we had artificial shortages. And it definitely impacted people. And they cut off Florida. And Florida, as you probably know, has the highest median age, population age, and the most comorbidity. So they, by definition, are the state at highest risk of death from COVID. And there was a Delta outbreak at the time, and the government basically, even though that ample supply, they cut off the distribution to Florida.
Starting point is 00:48:28 Wow. And then inexplicably, we have a program where we're providing this care to underserved, needy populations that's saving the system hundreds of millions of dollars, even at a very conservative estimate, because all these people that were infusing are not necessarily needing to go to the hospital. The government inexplicably shuts that program down without any warning and gives us five days to shut the business down. You can't square this any other way than it's a concerted effort to get away all the therapeutics that existed at the time. One after another after another. And so then they retaliate against you personally. Tell me how you found out that they were essentially going to take you to court. Yeah, so I'm driving my three-year-old at the time to his gymnastics class.
Starting point is 00:49:15 I have four children. I'm very close with all of them. I'm driving him to his gymnastics class, which I attended with him weekly. You know, we'd play together for an hour. and my operations manager calls me, because at this point, we're running nine sites. And frankly, I would have built 100 monoclonal sites if I could have.
Starting point is 00:49:28 I couldn't find the staff and I couldn't find the locations. But so she calls me and she says, there's two federal agents here that want to talk to you. I said, I don't, you know, what's this about? She said, I don't know, they won't talk to me. So I said, put them on the phone. So they start asking me all these questions about billing and coding.
Starting point is 00:49:40 I said, listen, guys, I have no idea what you're talking about. I don't control any billing. I've never seen a single patient during COVID at any of my clinics. I run the clinics. I'm the medical director. I don't see patients there. I don't do any of the billing.
Starting point is 00:49:51 I don't do any of the coding. We have a third-party billing and coding company. Why don't you call them? And they said, we don't want to talk to them. We want to talk to you. I said, well, I don't want to talk to you. So leave your cards and I'll have my lawyer call you. So there's the smartest thing I ever did, by the way.
Starting point is 00:50:03 So they left their cards. I didn't have a criminal lawyer. I had a business lawyer. So I get her on the phone. And I said, could you look into this, please? I don't know what this is about. And she said, oh, you're about to be indicted on federal health care fraud charges. That's how I found out.
Starting point is 00:50:17 Wow. And I think the only reason they didn't arrest me, because I think that's what those two agents were there for, was to arrest me, was because I told them I had an attorney. Wow. All right, so you end up going to court on these fairly, you know, trumped up charges. It made the news. Let's take a look at this. This is, this was the discussion about your fraud case. Take a look at this. The doctor behind the first call medical center here at BWI strongly denies the allegations against him of Medicare fraud by the federal government. as people continue to line up here to get COVID tests. The day you probably tested about a half a million people. Dr. Ron Elfenbine is seen here at the grand opening of the BWI clinic during the darkest days of the pandemic. The indictment claims Elfinbine submitted bills to Medicare for services patients seeking COVID tests didn't really need.
Starting point is 00:51:07 Elfinbine required that the COVID-19 tests and the reporting of results be bundled. The indictment reads, Medicare was billed in combination with more lucrative, but medically unnecessary services. Prosecutors claim Elfinbine is responsible for more than $1.5 million in fraudulent claims. The government does not allege that any patients suffered any financial losses. And what was that like to be, first of all, to be accused of fraud as a doctor is a big deal. You know, it's all over the news. What was that like as an experience for you and your family? the worst experience I could ever imagine and that I would never wish upon my worst enemy. It ruins your reputation.
Starting point is 00:51:55 You still have no idea what they're coming even after you for. Like, nobody could explain to me what I did wrong. And by the way, to this day, the government has never been able to say what was wrong, how what we did was wrong, why what we did was wrong, or what the right code should have been. This whole thing is really just a dispute over a coding choice. So we have over 69,000 possible codes to pick from in the ICD10 lexicon that we used to code medical charts. So from people that are watching right now, codes being like you're in for a cold. They have codes for measles. Codes for cancer.
Starting point is 00:52:28 Codes for types of cancer. All sorts of things. All these different codes. So you put it in a little number so the computer system can track what all of this stuff is. And that's how we get paid based on those codes. So the government said on five charts out of all of all. over 100,000 patients that we saw in that time frame. They picked five, and they said the wrong code was chosen on those five.
Starting point is 00:52:48 Now, they never went to the trouble of having a professional coder look at these charts, just government attorneys. That would be like me saying to you, Del, here, let me hand you the five charts. What do you think the coding should have been? Like, you would laugh at me because it's a silly, it's ridiculous. There's people that do this for a living. And we hired a professional coder to look through the charts. He didn't just look through five.
Starting point is 00:53:08 He looked through hundreds of them. And he said they were all coded appropriately. In fact, some of them may have been actually undercoded. And by the way, if you intentionally undercode or overcode, both of those are criminal behavior. So you have to basically do what you think is right. And what I thought was right was what I instructed our providers to do. I said, here's how I think you should bill. Please call me if you have any questions.
Starting point is 00:53:27 No one ever called me. And the government certainly never called me. No one reached out to me. They could have called me. They could have faxed me. They could have, whatever. They didn't do any of that. Even the judge, even the judge adjudicating my case, the chief judge of Maryland assigned to my case in a pretrial conference.
Starting point is 00:53:40 labeled the prosecution, quote, a case of shoot first and ask questions later because they had done no real investigation. They even got my name wrong on all the charging documents, if you can believe that. Wow. So you have an amazing moment with this case where does the jury decide against you in the case? Where was the jury at? Yeah, they did. And I think the reason that they did was because, well, frankly, for lack of a better way to say this, I think the prosecutors were better Saul Goodman-esque lawyers than my lawyers.
Starting point is 00:54:13 They were better at, you know, the sleepy, ridiculous tactics. My lawyers were just arguing the law. And they kept telling me that government has no evidence against you, and they didn't. But it didn't matter, you know, for example, to prove my quote-unquote criminal intent, because when you have to prove a crime, you've got to prove two elements. You have to prove there was a crime, and you have to prove there was intent to commit a crime. To prove that, they put up my tax returns. And they said to the jury, which just ridiculous mystifies me to this day,
Starting point is 00:54:39 but they said, look at how much money his business and he made before COVID, and look at how much he made during COVID. Now, we were seeing 300,000 people throughout the pandemic. But it didn't matter. But, you know, there's some grocery store clerk. And they see those numbers. It's like, oh, my God, it's got to be guilty of something. And then at closing, the government gets to go last, which I don't understand either. But the government lawyer gets up there and he says to the jury, he says, you know, you may be asking yourself, what was the appropriate code that they should have used?
Starting point is 00:55:03 It doesn't matter. You don't need to know. You just need to know that Dr. Alphenbyn is wrong, and he's a criminal. And then he said, you know, jurors, the defense put on a defense, they had an expert come testify about coding and billing and he put up this chart and explained it and blah, blah, blah. He was just trying to confuse you. Does any of what he said make common sense to you? And you know what? I think that resonated with the jury because I think he's right.
Starting point is 00:55:27 There is no common sense in any of these rules. But that would be like you, Dell, calling the IRS and saying, you know, I filed my taxes. I use my common sense. Is that okay? Like the rules are adopted by the government, and now they want us to ignore them because they don't like them. So something happened. So this judge does something I didn't even know was possible. The judge ends up overriding the decision of the jury.
Starting point is 00:55:54 And let me just, I'm going to read an excerpt from what he wrote. Having observed the trial and having carefully parsed the record in this case concludes that the jury's verdict cannot stand. Thus, an order will issue vacating the defendant's convictions, granting the defendant's motion for judgment of acquittal and conditionally granting a new trial. A formal judgment of acquittal will enter. The defendant will be discharged. Essentially, this judge said, I just watched this whole case, and there is no case. I don't see... I'm sorry to cut you off.
Starting point is 00:56:30 Here's an even more damning quote, okay? He said, the government did not carry its burden and no... reasonable jury could have so concluded. Now that's right after a jury had convicted me. He also said the evidence weighs so heavily in favor of the defendant it would be unjust to enter judgment against him. Now, I argue, in my opinion, and I think most lawyers would agree, that this is actually more compelling than a jury verdict because a jury verdict, as you can see, can find guilt or not guilt for lots of reasons. They don't like your suit. They don't like the way you look. They don't like the way you talk. Your lawyer looks funny, whatever the case may be. But
Starting point is 00:57:05 the judge does it, there's clearly a legal reason for it. And his legal rationale was there was no evidence. And yet, right before Trump's inaugurated, the Biden Department of Justice sticks a knife in my back one more time and appeals it. So now I'm facing a second criminal trial. But what's fascinating about this even crazier is the American Medical Association, and I'm not a member of the AMA, but they came to my defense, and they don't typically do that for individual doctors. But they wrote an amicus brief to the court saying, there's no fraud here, this is not a fraudulent case, there's nothing criminal. And what's remarkable about that is the AMA
Starting point is 00:57:38 authors the rules that the government is accusing me of breaking. The AMA writes them, the government adopts them. So the very writer of the rules that the government says that I violated has come to my defense and said he didn't violate these rules. This is the craziest thing I've heard of. And that's Biden administration, right? So right before Biden goes out, they decide to drag you back into this case.
Starting point is 00:58:02 AMA who writes the rules that you apparently broke says he broke no rules here, but we're in the Trump administration now, right? Certainly, they must have come in and drop this, right? Well, so I think that there's this snowball effect, right? The Biden administration started the snowball rolling down the hill, and you've got to find some courageous person like this, like Judge Berdar, who sat up and wrote this 93-page opinion and did a very courageous act. I need someone in the Trump administration to do that very thing. And it's hard to find somebody that will, you know, stand up. The Trump administration, DOJs.
Starting point is 00:58:34 I'm scheduled for a new trial in January. I'm trying to do everything I can to avoid that, because going through that was like the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Anybody, like, I've lived my entire life working hard to have a good reputation, to treat people fairly, to do the right thing. You know, I could have hidden my basement during this pandemic. I chose not to. I chose to step up and do the right thing.
Starting point is 00:58:54 And I got an award from our governor, Larry Hogan, the Republican governor of Maryland, came and personally handed me a citation for, all the work you did during COVID, all the lives you saved. The Democrat, predominantly Democrat Maryland legislature, did the same thing. They gave me a personal citation. And the federal government indicts me. And after the indictment, by the way, my colleagues in the Maryland State Medical Society
Starting point is 00:59:14 gave me the award that's right over my shoulder right there. Yeah. That award sitting back there. They gave that to me as the name means person of the year for all the work I did during COVID. So I was out there trying to save people's lives, trying to do the right thing. And the federal government comes in. And all they had to do if this was truly about coding is pick up, the phone and call me and say, can we have a conversation? Nobody ever did that. Like, Dell,
Starting point is 00:59:36 if you went to the grocery store and you were buying, I don't know, blueberries and you think they overcharged you for blueberries, do you call the Department of Justice or do you ask to speak to the manager or the person who checked you out and say, listen, I think there's a problem here. Can we talk about this? Right. Any reasonable person would have done that. And nobody else in your practice, none of the other doctors or the coding companies that you use, none of them are being indicted just you, just the guy that went on the news and called out the government and said you're going to kill people. Not only were none of those people indicted, but I have two partners, and they controlled the business side. I was the medical director. We made it very clear. We had two
Starting point is 01:00:13 lanes. My lane was the medical side. Their lane was the business side, including coding, and that's in a contract. And the government never even talked to either of those two people. They didn't call them, they didn't question them, nothing. Here's why this story, you know, Ron, why, I, I, I think this story is so important right now, not only because your life is hanging in the balance, but I have been traveling the world, speaking to the best scientists and doctors. Every one of them that put their butts on the line like you did saw something that worked, saw that they could save people's lives, and they're losing their licenses all across the world. The best and the brightest are being removed, but even more dangerous.
Starting point is 01:00:57 is the future pandemic, which I know when they say not if, but when, I think we should listen to them. It's coming. They're setting up a situation where no doctor ever again will try using, you know, off-label usage of drugs, will go out and, you know, work with things that are working for them. Because worldwide, they are using people like you to scare every industry professional from ever thinking outside the box, for getting out of line so that they stand in lockstep with whatever piece of insanity comes from the WHO or UN or whoever drives, whoever the they is, this whole thing seems rigged to make sure that we never are allowed options outside of what they offer us,
Starting point is 01:01:46 which most likely will be vaccines. I've been seeing this for a while. Anybody out there listening, find a single physician, and it doesn't have to be just doctors, but we're going to talk about doctors. Any single physician who spoke out against the narrative in any way, shape, or form, to your point, offered alternatives in any way, and wasn't spanked by the government. Either they lost their medical license,
Starting point is 01:02:06 their license was threatened, their hospital privileges were taken away, they got de-platformed and debanked, or like me, they were indicted by the federal government on ridiculous, nonsensical charges. By the way, which the federal government admits they've never charged this crime before. In their press release, they bragged about it.
Starting point is 01:02:22 They said, this is the first person we've ever charged with this. Wow. It's not a typical healthcare fraud involves billing for things that don't exist. These were real human beings. All five of these patients were real. They got seen, they got treated. What it boils down to is essentially a dispute over the code.
Starting point is 01:02:39 And really it's a $250 billing dispute, for which I faced 50 years in prison and millions of dollars in fines. So yes, this was clearly a bludgeon to try to shut me up and make people scared and make people nervous. And to your point, Dell, there will be another pandemic. I can guarantee it's 100% certainty, manmade or not, it will happen. And they will only try to vaccinate their way out of it once again, and it will not work. You need monoconal antibodies to be front and center, and you need people to think outside the box and try things. And it pisses me off when people say the science is settled about this or that, because by definition, science is almost never settled.
Starting point is 01:03:14 You're always questioning things. And that's what we should be encouraging, not putting down. You want people to question things. You want people to, hey, this doesn't make sense. Can I ask you why we're doing this? That's nothing wrong with that. That's a great question, that we should be encouraging people to do that. It's an amazing story.
Starting point is 01:03:28 At one point, the government's relying on you, asking you to open up centers across the nation. You're being celebrated. Then overnight, they just yank the sheet right out from under you and the carpet right out from under you. And now you are left fighting for your life and your career. Is there a way we can help? I mean, I know this has already cost you a fortune. We have a great activist community out there that I think feel the same way I do
Starting point is 01:03:56 that people like you need to be protected. Is there some way we can donate or help with what you have going on? Yeah, thank you for asking. So my website is drop the case.com. At the top right-hand corner, there's a little yellow button that says support. If people can click on that button,
Starting point is 01:04:14 there's a give-s-and-go. To your point, Del, like, this has cost me more than I've ever made in my entire life to pay. And I don't have. I mean, I drive a Hyundai, my wife drives a beat up Subaru with rustains on it. Like, we don't live high on the hog.
Starting point is 01:04:28 And luckily, my attorneys have been incredibly magnanimous since they basically pay us what you can when you can, but I will be in debt to them for the rest of my life already. And then I face a second trial, which I don't know how I'm going to pay for it. My family might be homeless. I really don't know. So if people can afford to give,
Starting point is 01:04:45 I'd very much appreciate it. And I could not work for two and a half years. My wife, she treats children with cancer. So luckily, she was still able to work. so we had some income, but it was very limited. And, you know, this has just been, I mean, it ruins your life. It ruins your family. My four kids, three of them have to go into therapy.
Starting point is 01:05:03 One of them wouldn't get out of my bed for an entire year. My daughter, she would not leave my bedside. I couldn't sleep for almost two years. The first night of sleep I got was the night, some stranger in a black robe issued that opinion. And that's the best night of my life, by the way. The best day of my life was the day I got that opinion. Not my kid's birth, not my wedding, not the day I became a doctor.
Starting point is 01:05:21 doctor, it was the day some stranger gave a 93-page opinion acquitting me of all these charges. That's pathetic and sad, but it's the truth. And I just want to go back. Like, none of what happened during COVID, okay? I want to make this very clear to people. None of what happened needed to happen. We didn't need to shut the schools down. We didn't need to have all these people die. We didn't need to not let people go to synagogues and churches and mosques. We didn't need to, you know, shut our businesses. None of that needed to happen. We had therapeutics. Why did we go down the only rabbit hole that was available to us, which was vaccine, according to the government. It's the only thing we could do. It makes no sense unless there's an ulterior motive.
Starting point is 01:05:56 And the ulterior motive clearly was to get those vaccines into everybody's arm because their ultimate goal was every person on the planet on a subscription basis having to get a vaccine in perpetuity. It's eight and a half billion people every six months getting another booster shot. How much money do you think that's going to make the drug manufacturers? I agree with you. I think it's, I think it's, I think, I think it's dark. I think it's going to happen again because they didn't achieve that. They didn't achieve the vaccine passports. I'm able to fly around the world. They didn't want me to be able to fly around the world without being vaccinated. They want to stop me from flying around the world.
Starting point is 01:06:32 And those of us that don't want to comply with the way of life, they're trying to force upon us. It's really important to stand for people like you. I know in some ways it's risky for you to talk about a case that you're in the middle in, but I want to thank you for taking the time. Let's just bring this up. If you're out there and you want to help Ron, I think this is a really good cause. So here it is. It's a give-sendgo.com slash defend, Dr. Elfinbine. Let's help this guy out.
Starting point is 01:07:03 It's a super important issue. We cannot. Just really, as I travel the world, we are in different stages of an authoritarian takeover. I've said we cannot allow this to happen in the United States of American. Ron, I hope this program gets seen by senators and politicians. and hopefully by someone in the Department of Justice or Donald Trump himself. I have to imagine Donald Trump will say, what the F is going on here? Why are we bothering this guy?
Starting point is 01:07:27 Especially when we're talking about a product that saved the president's life. So, Ron, keep your head up. Please keep us posted on the developments as they've moved forward. And, you know, we'll send this video to some of our friends like Bobby and see if we can't push this up the flag. I'm really sorry you're in the middle of this, but I want to congratulate you for being a hero and for all of those lives you did save. It truly is courageous. Well, thank you very much. I really appreciate that. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:08:02 You bet. Take care. I'll let you get back to work. We'll talk to you soon. Yes, sir. Thanks. Well, last year, we featured a group of people that are changing how Halloween is done instead of poisoning our kids, they're setting out to make it a healthier experience. Crunchy granola moms got together with natural health food and candy companies to start tricked by the treat. And we're going to join them again this year. Take a look.
Starting point is 01:08:32 Dear neighbors, it's the mom down the street. I've got a confession to make. Every Halloween night, my kids race home with bags full of candy, and every year I force a smile. while secretly plotting to throw it all in the trash. Why? Because the scariest thing on Halloween isn't the ghosts and goblins roaming our neighborhood. It's the candy.
Starting point is 01:08:56 The toxic candy you're passing out, filled with high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, artificial dyes, and synthetic flavors. Halloween fun has turned into a parent's nightmare. And if I let them eat it, they get a tummy ache and turn into hyperactive monsters. So, I pry the dine. junk candy from their sweet little hands with promises of the switch-witch.
Starting point is 01:09:18 And I'm left feeling like the candy police, ruining all the fun. Thousands of parents have had enough. Stop wasting your money on toxic candy that destroy our children's health. Join the Halloween candy revolution. Tricked by the treat is the healthy Halloween treat initiative sweeping the country, bringing delicious, non-toxic treats to our children this holiday season. Halloween last year was like the best Halloween ever. It was a really fun last Halloween.
Starting point is 01:09:44 I don't think I could explain how good it was. I ate so much candy, like, I never got to do that. Like, it was so fun. Our most popular, Healthy Halloween Variety Pack, is filled with kid-approved candy made with clean ingredients, natural sugars, and, believe it or not, options that support the immune system, and promote healthy teeth.
Starting point is 01:10:05 In the past, my mom has been really strict about Halloween candy, but last year she wasn't because it had all good ingredients. I've never seen my mom happier on Halloween. I loved every piece of candy in that bag. It's the perfect Switch Witch Swab, and this year, we've added 15% more pieces in every pack. Plus, every bag includes our beloved Switch Witch Adventures book,
Starting point is 01:10:26 a magical Halloween story that brings the treats to life and builds excitement for the big night. She goes on all really cool new adventures. I don't even know how many times I read the Switch witch book to my little siblings. We all loved it. The truth is, most people don't even know how toxic Halloween candy has become. Conventional candy is filled with GMO corn syrup,
Starting point is 01:10:47 synthetic stabilizers, and even plastic. But we've partnered with incredible brands that use plant-based coloring, real juice concentrates, and natural sugars that kids love. They're sweet, there's sour, there's chocolate, there's so many choices and flavors. From irresistible chocolate to chewy gummies, fruity lollipops and bubble gum. Kids get the candy they love, and parents get the ingredients they want. Now that's a high. Halloween win. My favorite, the chocolate ball. I'm so excited. I heard that there's going to be more like chocolate. And for all you chocolate lovers out there, and you know who you are, we've got something special. An all-chocket bag packed with clean, guilt-free chocolatey decadence. We've even
Starting point is 01:11:29 jumped on the Swedish candy craze, too, indulge in this trendy European treat while knowing every ingredient meets our toxic-free standards. I can't wait to try. Our mission goes beyond better candy. It's about creating a healthier future for our children. That's why half our proceeds support nonprofits dedicated to protecting children's health. Starting point is 01:12:43 Well, one of the crunchy granola moms that made this whole thing happen last year and is deeply involved in trying to make Halloween a healthy experience is our own executive producer for the High Wire Jen Sherry. Hello, sir. She joins me now and her daughter, Alexa. Yeah, I'm so excited to be back talking about this. Yeah, so how does this happen? I mean, you kind of called me and said, actually, people are coming to us. So this was such a big deal. It's almost like it's lighting itself up again.
Starting point is 01:13:13 Absolutely, yes. So last year was an absolute success. We sold out and we're in homes all across America, Alaska and Hawaii. We were selling packs to them. It was so exciting. But the best part of last year, I would say, was Halloween night. It was such a success just for me and the parents personally that came to our house. We all trick-or-treated together, our community. They all bought tricked by the treat bags and the kids, we all went out trick-or-treating, right? And we came home and instead of a big fight or that stressful moment where you're like, they were like, they want to eat all this really toxic gross candy. My kids came out to me and said, here, mom, here's the bag. And I took that bad candy away and I handed them or took by the cheat bag. And I said, go to town. All right. I want your honest opinion, Alexa. Was the candy any good? It was the best candy ever. Really? It was the best Halloween ever. Really? All my friends got it too and we traded and organized them and order. It was just so much. much better than eating the other candy and, you know, something that my mom was just like, here, just take the whole thing and go to town instead of like, be only one piece or only a little
Starting point is 01:14:24 bit. And then you can, you know. What about the next morning? Do you feel better the next morning, not having eaten all that yucky stuff? Yes. I've definitely had worse experiences. This was inspired by Alexa, really, because she was my first child. I have two others, and I let her eat some Halloween candy one year.
Starting point is 01:14:41 and she woke up at like one in the morning throwing up everywhere. You said that, done that, been there. I think every parent's been there, done that. Totally. Swear you're never going to do it again. And even when you try to do the switch, which you find some stash,
Starting point is 01:14:56 and you turn your kids into like these little hoarders where they're like hiding things under bed pillows and things. So it's an erotic moment. It is. It's crazy. And the lightness of Halloween night for all of us parents watching the kids just eating some candy and being kids.
Starting point is 01:15:10 Let kids be kids. have to limit it in the way that we have to know because so many of the ingredients of these candies are so toxic and you know recently we had Jason from huge chocolate and yeah and Robbie Sansom on and it really highlighted this passion behind all of these products and brands we need to lift them up we need to support them we had some huge wins two of the products last year that were small brands Harkin which is kind of like a Snickers bar and then Carma Nuts they are now in Costco this year
Starting point is 01:15:41 which is a huge win. We want these small brands to get bigger so that we overtake the big food industry. And I just think there's been so many great moments like that that, you know, with the standards we have for Trick by the Treat, no hydrogenated oils, no preservatives, no artificial dyes or flavors. We go through a process, no GMOs, gluten-free, all of that. And so that, just putting those standards in place allows us to let the kids be kids and let, let us. us do just be parents what was your favorite one of your favorite items I they were all so good it's very hard to choose but I think my favorite was the alter ego chocolates that's right you go chocolates those are the truffles and we got so much feedback that was clearly the winner of all they're back this year which is great also we had spry gum which
Starting point is 01:16:36 kids love gum I'm still getting kids coming up to me going like hey do you have any more that Sprite gum. So Spray is back. They've been such huge supporters. And Spray and Zollipop, they have the xylitol in the product. So we really curated the selection to have those. That's what you give the kids at the end of eating sugar. It actually promotes better dental health. It eats away at that bad bacteria. And they have no idea that it's even, you know, healthy for them and their teeth. There's also a new, it's beekeepers naturals. They have a lollipop that adds vitamin C and immune building ingredients. Wow.
Starting point is 01:17:12 I mean, we're always talking about, like, I swear, Halloween is like the jumping off point for the flu season and the cold season, right? Well, guess what? It's because we're attacking our immune systems with all of the sugar. It's not necessarily the winds are changing. It's our eating is getting, you know,
Starting point is 01:17:27 going the holiday season. So having a product that has, you know, that helps, gives them a little bit of vitamin C kick is amazing. We've also got the Harkin bars again. They're sweetened with dates. We've got a new brand, the Wild West Bear Claws. They are sweetened with fruit.
Starting point is 01:17:44 And then everybody loves peanut butter cups, right? Like those are my favorite. But the free-to-bees sun butter cups, they have 50% less sugar, which blows my mind how much we try to cram into the sugar content into this candy. When we don't need to, we can use nature to provide the sweetness. And so a lot of the products are just really focused on that. Cool. Well, the most important question of all, what are you going to be this Halloween?
Starting point is 01:18:09 I was thinking of either being the queen of hearts from Alice in Wonderland Ooh, that's a good one. Or being pippy long stocking. Oh, you could do that too. I could see that hair would be like way out there. Like this long, pippy lawn stocking. You put the like hangar, the wires in and they shoot out. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:18:27 Yeah, so this year, one of the things people wanted was more of the candy. So our variety pack has 15% more candy. We're also adding this thing called Swedish candy. Have you heard of this craze? No. Okay. So on TikTok, I just learned about it. In Sweden, they have these candy stores that are just like hundreds of flavors of the squishy candy.
Starting point is 01:18:48 It really highlights in Sweden, like Europe, they don't use the artificial dyes and the sweeteners that we do here. So just by default, it's a European candy. It's way more healthy. So we went in and found the most healthy of the Swedish candy. And we're adding that into the variety pack as just like a freebie because we want to give a nod to Europe. I mean, Vonie Hari showed us fruit loops in America versus everywhere in the world. Like, why we have to do better. I mean, look at the bonds of pasta story.
Starting point is 01:19:17 Yeah. We said, we don't want glyphosate in our pasta anymore, and they took it out. So the more that we support these brands that are doing this hard work, the more we can change the food supply. And then the neighborhood pack has now 800 pieces. Last year, it had 180, but we had such support from so many brands. I told you, had people calling us saying, I want to be a part of this. And so now the neighborhood pack has a ton. It's for people that want to pass it out to their trick-or-treaters.
Starting point is 01:19:42 Or just have leftovers at home, I guess, or have a Halloween party. And we've added on a chocolate lovers special because everybody loves chocolate. Like, that was the biggest feedback. More chocolate. So we've got eight more brands of chocolate, all these amazing brands that have all these amazing ingredients. So there are a lot more options. I'm sure you're excited about it.
Starting point is 01:20:02 I'm thinking that parents might just buy the variety pack for their kids and then add on the chocolate lovers. just for them is what I've heard. So where do we go? What's the website? Yeah, you go to trick's by the treat.com to order. Okay. And one of the most important things to know is that half of the proceeds this year are going to go to the InformConson Action Network. Oh, awesome. Yeah. It's just another way to support the amazing work we're doing here. Yeah. And I'm just so happy to be able to do this on the side to just help promote the cause. I don't know where you find the time, because I know I keep you busy, but this is such a great thing you're doing. And, and to see that
Starting point is 01:20:37 candies that were unknown that went to this process are now making the major stores. Exactly. It just shows how grassroots can actually make a difference. I'm really proud of you. Thank you. Out of both of you. Yes. Thanks for joining us today.
Starting point is 01:20:50 Super exciting. I hope you have an amazing Halloween. Yeah. And just make sure we have an early bird special until October 2nd, so it's 10% off. So we sold out last year. It's not a huge supply. We're just two crunchy moms doing this. So get the order in now.
Starting point is 01:21:06 All right. Sounds good. Well, it's all about supporting great brands. And our favorite brand of all is our own brand, I Can. And we've got some great merch for the American 250th anniversary. Take a look at this. You can't spell American without I Can. At the informed consent action network, freedom starts with believing I can. I can think for myself. I can ask questions. I can speak my mind. I can make my own choices. Every day, ICAN fights for you and for the children of America. I can demand informed consent. I can stand up for medical freedom. I can choose a healthier life for my family.
Starting point is 01:21:45 For 10 years, ICANN has stood up for the freedoms that have defined this country for 250 years. And freedom isn't just about what we fight for. It's about what we live for. I can play hard. I can work hard. I can explore. I can laugh. I can love.
Starting point is 01:22:04 I can do. decide. Freedom isn't just something you talk about. It's something you live. Support ICANN and help us keep fighting for informed consent, medical freedom, and the right to choose. Visit the highwire. shop today because ICAN means we can means American. All right. Well, I am out on the road most weekends right now speaking to all of you in the public. So I love it. If you show up, I love it when I'm standing in audience. I look at all these I can. I can. American high wire shirts and hats. I'll be seeing you tomorrow.
Starting point is 01:22:44 I am in Dearborn, Michigan. You can register for that event. It's going to be amazing. Vaccines and Immunology Conference at I-C-I-M-E-D-C-Med.com. Definitely get your tickets if you're up there in Michigan. And then next week I am heading heading up to Minnesota, Alexandria, Minnesota, September 26th for the Freedom Summit. This is an amazing event with amazing speakers. Also, there's the QR code.
Starting point is 01:23:13 Definitely check that out. I'll see you up there. And then the following Monday, just on Monday, we are doing a screening of an inconvenient study in San Antonio, Texas. Bob Sears is joining me for the Q&A afterwards. This is all being brought together by Texans for vaccine choice. So if you want to buy tickets for that, you can hit this QR code right here. and get your tickets, that's going to be a great event, an amazing movie.
Starting point is 01:23:41 Many of you've seen it in your homes or on your phones. It's great there, but this is going to be in a theater with people all around you. It's a very different experience. And by the way, I think we're nearing about 10 documentary awards. An Inconvenient Study has been sweeping the awards circuit, which has been a wild experience given that my first film, Vaxed, couldn't even get into a festival. Well, the one it got into, of course, it got ejected out of the Tribeca Film Festival.
Starting point is 01:24:09 So again, a sign that the world is changing, that we're not only being accepted into all of these film festivals around the world, but also winning best documentary, best investigations, best director, best producer, all those types of things. Super exciting. And if you haven't seen it, this is going to be a great opportunity to see it. I also want to point out that off the record this week, which we're doing every Friday now, is going to be, David Ike. I was in England and I sat down with David Ike for one of the most unbelievable, outrageous conversations I've ever had and I even pushed a couple of his buttons so it got a little intense in there a couple of times but we both had a blast and this interview is going to blow your mind. So check out off the record tomorrow
Starting point is 01:24:59 Friday evening available to everybody at Highwire Plus. All right I think we when I, you know, you look at a show like this, you realize why the high wire is different than anything else you watch in news. I find news to be depressing. You listen to it, it sounds the world is going to hell, and then there's nothing you can do about it. What I love about the high wires is I run into you in airports or at these events I'm speaking at. So often you say, your show gives me a sense of hope, which I'm sort of amazed by, because we cover a lot of darkness, but we also talk about the light. And in this circumstance, And it's, you know, today we have an opportunity to do things.
Starting point is 01:25:38 We can help Ron Elfinbine out by maybe just donating some money to his cause, something very important. He's fighting to protect himself because he protected so many of us. So we have an opportunity where we can feel good about what we're doing. We can, you know, go ahead and see that crunchy granola moms got together. And instead of complaining about, you know, Halloween candy, they went and did something about it. And now the promotion coming from that is helping companies build as we're changing the food supply through grassroots efforts. This is what we talk about on the highway. This is what our focus is.
Starting point is 01:26:18 It's about being inspired. And I want you to think about this week. What inspires you? Are you living an inspired life? Are you doing things that inspire you? Are you able to speak your truth in the environment that you live in? Maybe it's time if you aren't answering yes to those conversations. Maybe it's time to do something about it.
Starting point is 01:26:41 I think that a life lived is one that is free to express yourself the way that you want, to use your voice as I talk about so often here. And instead of just thinking, you know what I'd love to do someday, how about this week, make one of those days of the week the day you actually started doing that thing you wanted to do? That's what Jen's story is with this candy on Halloween. And some of you got to express yourself by helping out Ron. I'm glad we could facilitate that. And for everyone out there in this amazing community that's watching this show,
Starting point is 01:27:17 to our informed consent action network, I want to thank you for being here and watching, and I'll see you next week.
