Starting point is 00:00:00 In the United States here, we have our hands full with some court battles, along with what's happening kind of with the protests. But if we remember from about a week or so ago, we reported the breaking news on the Supreme Court. This was the Biden mandate that was struck down there. Supreme Court blocks Biden vaccine or test mandate for large private companies. This was through OSHA. Well, just recently, we got a call from our lawyer, Aaron Siri that helps us out at the informed consent action network. And he asked if he'd like us to withdraw that, why is that? because of this headline, OSHA withdraws its workplace vaccine rule. So the Supreme Court struck that
Starting point is 00:00:34 down and OSHA just withdrew it. So that does not mean we're talking all of them. So this, there's there's a lot of them happening here. So that doesn't affect the military. It doesn't affect the CMS centers for Medicare services, health care workers or the federal contractors. The federal contractors are on pause at this point from an injunction from a Texas judge. But this is just the OSHA mandate. But let me just jump in here really quick for the audience is brand new. You may not know this, but not only we a news network, we have a legal team and we sue to get to the truth. We also sue for people's rights, the sort of like the activist side, I guess, if you will, of what we do. We had one of the cases that was up before the Supreme Court.
Starting point is 00:01:18 We had a car dealership that was complaining that because they had 100 employees and had to vaccinate them, that they were going to lose employees to smaller car dealerships that didn't have that mandate and therefore it was unfair. That was sort of the case that Aaron Siri was running for us. It was still piled in, even though they only chose a couple of cases not ours to rule upon. The ruling affected our case. But for everyone, you're thinking, well, it feels like it was already over. Remember that that first case in front of the Supreme Court was simply for the stay to say, we want you to just uphold, like stop, stop the mandate from beginning while this case is figured out in court and the Supreme Court then upheld that stay and said, we will not let this go forward
Starting point is 00:02:01 until we've decided in court, which meant there was still a court case to be had on all these cases, but President Biden, the administration just then, as we're now reporting, said, we're pulling the entire case for OSHA. The OSHA mandate is over. There's nothing left to decide. They've decided that that stay signal that the Supreme Court was never going to rule in their favor. So this is over. This part of it's done. Will they bring it? through some other avenue or what perhaps, but what we know is this is a complete and total victory now in the Supreme Court on the issue
Starting point is 00:02:35 of the mandate of vaccines for every employer with at least 100 employees. So it's certainly a celebration for all those people that work at large companies. Absolutely, and it's happy to report this because a lot of people have been working on this behind the scenes. And speaking of Aaron Siri, he has his hands full now.
Starting point is 00:02:54 If you'll remember, he was working on behalf of an organization called Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, and they were behind this headline out of Reuters about a judge, Paramount Importance, said the judge. Judge orders FDA to hasten release of Pfizer vaccine docs. So they brought a lawsuit with Aaron seeking all the documents that the FDA relied upon to license Pfizer's COVID shot. The FDA came back, and this is just a quick background.
Starting point is 00:03:19 The FDA came back and said, we can only produce 500 pages a month, hundreds of thousands of pages existed. So that would put the timeline basically to about 2076 for the full release. The judge ruled against that here and said, you were to give 55,000 pages a month starting March 1st. Well, here is the update in that case. Okay. Yeah, sorry.
Starting point is 00:03:42 Go ahead. Yeah, this is directly out of Reuters again. Pfizer intervenes. Pfizer pushes to intervene in lawsuit seeking COVID vaccine information from FDA. Aaron himself wrote at his substack here. Similar, he wrote kind of a behind the scenes. If you really want to read about this, FDA asked the court to delay first 55,000 page production until May, and Pfizer moves to intervene in the lawsuit. So Pfizer's asking to come in as a third party.
Starting point is 00:04:09 It assured the court that it's only here to help. It's only here to expedite the process. But this is a pretty incredible situation. I mean, we're told that these regulatory agencies are separate from these pharmaceutical companies. And here, when the chips are really down and transparency is about to come out, you see Pfizer swooping in from the corners. So their lawyers are moving in, basically saying to the Department of Justice, hold my beer, get out of my way. We are the parent company. I think proving overall who's zooming who.
Starting point is 00:04:38 Clearly, Pfizer's in control of our government, not our government in control of Pfizer. They're literally just pushing the Department of Justice lawyers aside and saying we're bringing our own lawyers to fight this now. This is a case with the FDA. what in the hell is the Pfizer bringing their lawyers to deal with a case with our government? I mean, this is, if ever there was proof of what we've been arguing that this is a captured agency, it would be that that capturer brings in their lawyers to protect them. Right. And understand, one of the main arguments from the FDA, meaning that they couldn't, the reasoning that they gave that they couldn't produce these documents fast enough,
Starting point is 00:05:16 it's because they didn't have the staff. Well, Pfizer's lawyers are going to cause, so much money that they could hire the extra staff to bring these to bring these documents out so it really doesn't make sense and you add to that the u.s government is mandating Pfizer's products as Aaron writes it's giving immunity to the safety of the product and so on and so forth it's marketing it and so now they're representing it in court against basically just transparency this is how hard it is to get transparency in the american regulatory system on vaccinated products here And my understanding is Aaron is going to court on this tomorrow. Boy, that's to be a fly on the wall of that court. Amazing. Amazing circumstances. And I, look, we've got the, I feel confident. I think we've got the best lawyer in the world, the best constitutional lawyer.
Starting point is 00:06:06 I think he'll pick his teeth with the Pfizer lawyers. But we'll see how it turns out. And, of course, if you want to hear about it first, what do you have to do? Sign up to our newsletter at thehighwire.com. I mean, this is it. Don't you want to know. what's going on you hang at the edge of your seat uh Aaron will post it here first whatever the results are before you'll even see it on the high wire we'll make sure those of you that are committed enough to receive the data and information that we share here we'll make sure you get that that breaking news as soon as it happens
