And I have one thing to say, we did it! What an incredible moment right here, live feed of the White House behind me. We're live here in Washington, D.C. I just ran over, hopped in a car. We were in the Senate hearing room as over an hour it took for the vote to come in on Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., who is the new HHS Secretary of the United States of America. And as I sat there thinking about what this meant, of course, there's so many journeys that have brought us that point. I thought about two years ago when Robert Kennedy Jr. called me and said he was beginning a conversation about running for president of the United States. And then I thought about four years before that where Robert Kennedy Jr. and I had talked about, should you run for president of the United States, to bring this issue of vaccine injury.

to the awareness of the world. And then even before that, the release of Vaxed, the film that changed my life forever. And as I sat there in the hall, we couldn't help but think about the thousands of families whose lives have been absolutely destroyed by the risk, the known risk of vaccines. And that's really what this is about.

They try to say you're an anti-vaxxer for pointing out the side effects that are listed, right on the product itself. Yet thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of parents have been gaslit by this government and every health agency of the world acting as though there's some product that could be made that has no side effects whatsoever. And you're a criminal if you bring up the fact that there's side effects listed right on the package insert, like every other drug we take.

Why are we not allowed to talk about this? Why can we not talk about these children whose lives are dramatically changed moments sometimes after receiving a vaccine? It's documented by doctors across the world. It has been compensated in courtrooms across the world, including our own. Every single year, people are paid out millions and millions of dollars have been spent. The VERS system, vaccine adverse events reporting system, are, you know, most powerful post-marketing surveillance. system captures over 400 deaths on average every single year from vaccines. And now with the COVID vaccine, tens of thousands of deaths have been reported.

Here's the numbers right there, 38,264 reported deaths. And not yet, not once. Has the FDA explained where that number is coming from? Not once of the attempted to explain how it's possible that none of those have happened from. vaccine, telling us there's no signal. While I can, our nonprofit has brought lawsuits, winning for the public, the Pfizer data, seeing in the trials themselves that they saw that there were injuries and issues that they lied to the public about. We got you the Moderna data and gave that to the world. We got the B-Safe data, which was the database put together in an app

made by the CDC to track vaccine injury, and they fought us for a year in attempting to make that public and finally we won, but then they held back the open box detailed stuff, which would have contained all the issues of blood clotting and, you know, thrombocytopena, and heart swelling and myocarditis and periocarditis, and eventually after a year fighting for what is supposed to be ours as the owners of this government, as the rulers of this government, it's in the hands of the people, of, for, and by the people, everything the FDA is. is done, is owned by citizens, yet they have been gaslighting us, blocking us, sending us redacted information when we finally win it after a year in court.

Thank you, by the way, for every one of you that's been supporting the high wire, the most successful and I can, the most successful nonprofit ever when it comes to winning lawsuits against the government of the United States on issues like this, especially on transparency in science and medicine. that are on skyrocketing as every new vaccine has been added to the schedule. now a person that's listened to you one of my best friends in the world, Robert Kennedy Jr. Your voice has been heard, and now the government is going to be representing your voice. The regulatory agency of the United States of America is now led by a man that recognizes that vaccine injury is real. And we are about to spend fortunes investigating

why it's happening, who it's happening to, how we stop it from happening. And we're going to look at the safety trials, what happened on the safety trials of these products. Were they proper safety trials? Can you avoid doing a placebo trial and call a product safe? All of that is going to be in the public eye for the first time in history. For over 30 hours, Democrats tried to filibuster, screaming, ranting and raving, trying to stop this story from coming forward, trying to ignore the reality of vaccine injury.

But today, the vote went down like this. The Senate will come to order. Under the previous order, the Senate will proceed to executive session to resume in consideration of the following nomination which the clerk will report. Nomination, Department of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of California to be secretary. When his nomination for the role of secretary of HHS was announced, Mr. Kennedy stated, we have a generational opportunity to bring together the greatest minds in science, medicine, industry, and government

to put an end to the chronic disease epidemic facing Americans. I agree with him. We've got to get into the business of making America healthy again. Mr. Kennedy's dedication to this commitment has been apparent throughout the nomination process. The fact that we're here right now, that we're even here right now, voting on this wildly unqualified conspiracy theorist to trust with one of the most life or death jobs, HHS Secretary, charged with protecting the health of every single American

should be an affront to every senator. And the millions of Americans that will be, impacted by this horrific nomination. Under the previous order, all post-closure time is expired. The question occurs on the Kennedy nomination. Senators voting in the affirmative, Bozeman, Cornyn, Crapo, Ms. Warren, no. Mr. Durbin, no. Mr. Sanders, no. Brasso, I, Mrs. Shaheen, no. On this vote, the ayes are 52. The nays are 48. The confirmation is confirmed.
