Starting point is 00:00:00 It feels like Christmas today watching this hearing. I mean, we've dreamed of having someone like Robert Kennedy Jr. Just lay out the amount of baloney that's gone on in our vaccine program, pushing drugs and things on children. Transparency in science, transparency in government, all of it going on. On the same day that, you know, we were shocked when Senator Johnson told us, I'm going to bring up the study today in the hearing. So we raised together to get this website going. We thought we had a little time. We thought we had till Tuesday.
Starting point is 00:00:30 But very exciting things are afoot, Jeffrey. You know, it's incredible to be in the driver's seat right now, as I believe the medical freedom movement is. We are the ones that are now driving all that is taking place in the world of health and medicine. We're living through historic moments in this country right now as we speak. And ultimately, Robert Kennedy Jr. was installed into HHS, the most powerful health agency in the country by We the People. Kennedy is now in a battle for the health of this nation.
Starting point is 00:01:02 It's gone hot, if you will. And why did it happen? People, this whole entire week, people can't open their computers or log onto their phone, social media without seeing a negative headline about Kennedy. What happened? Well, here's a couple of suggestions of what happened over the last couple weeks to lead to this point we're in right now. Here's a headline. I'm going to go through just a couple.
Starting point is 00:01:24 The American Medical Association and other medical associations are kicked out of CDC. vaccine work groups. That's the AMA, that's the American Academy of Pediatrics, others. Then this ASIP committee has listed its terms of reference. This is what it's going to study. This is its operation, its direction moving forward when it comes to the COVID vaccine. And here's 13 points that's going to look at. I'm not going to read all of these, but just a couple. Review existing published and unpublished research, clinical knowledge related to the safety and effectiveness of the COVID shot, assess the risk-benefit balance for the administration of the COVID shot with other vaccines. Remember, the previous CDC administration said, just put them in
Starting point is 00:02:03 different arms. They're science for you. Then they're going to look at the biodistribution, the persistence of the spike protein, lipid nanoparticles, DNA contamination, all the stuff that we've been breaking here on the high wire since the pandemic began. Even in pregnant women, it's going to look at the safety of this shot. This will rewrite, Dell, as you and I know, having sifted through this data and presented it week by week since this pandemic began. Once this stone is overturned, that COVID shot is going to fly off the market faster than you can say adverse event. And remember, the ASIP committee is meeting in two weeks. We can only predict there's going to be massive fireworks here.
Starting point is 00:02:39 We have a new lean ASIP committee with its members. We have the work groups out of there. So we have AMA, the American Academy Pediatrics. They're no longer in these work groups. What's set policy for vaccines. So they're basically the same as you and I were when we'd go sit at these meetings. They're at the level of the public. Let's see how they're like.
Starting point is 00:02:58 Let's go through some more headlines that may have kicked off this firestorm we're living in right now. HHS revives long dormant childhood vaccine safety task force. For some reason, it was pulled offline in 1989 as if we guess we didn't have to worry about safety of childhood vaccines anymore. This vaccine safety group now is going to look at all the childhood vaccines, going to look at the reporting systems that are broken, and find out if we can make these safer. How do we get accurate reporting? It's going to be led by NIH's J. Bad Charya. It's going to be staffed by senior CDC, FDA, NIH staff. So this is a massive, that alone is a massive storyline.
Starting point is 00:03:42 Let's keep going. Kennedy, as you know, promised September the month we're in right now, an announcement on autism, the causes and interventions on maybe how to stop them. Remember, the previous decades of administrations that said, that's genetics, it's your problem. Something's wrong with you. That's why your kids have autism. That's what was given to the public.
Starting point is 00:04:01 Now we're going to get some answers. We're going to get the start of a public conversation. And then finally, RFK Jr. announces repeal of policy that rewarded hospitals for reporting staff vaccination rates. They're getting money to have vaccinated staff. And for all of this, how is he treated? Take a look. All right. More drama this morning at the CDC.
Starting point is 00:04:22 Turmoil and controversy at the agency in charge of protecting the ambassion. American public's health. Nine former heads of the CDC slamming Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in a blistering New York Times op-ed. The Senate's Democratic leader, Chuck Schumer, called on the White House today to fire RFK Jr. saying he is going to put lives at risk. Four top leaders resigning in protest. Last week, staffers cheered outside CDC headquarters in support. You have former CDC officials basically saying ignore CDC guidance at this point. Is there any No, I mean, he broke the CDC. I don't think it's hyperbolic to say that.
Starting point is 00:05:01 They will say that themselves. We have a Secretary of Health and Human Services who is a virulent anti-vaccine activist and science denials. RFK Jr. doesn't know what science is. And when he says that he wants this common sense, it's actually a nonsense vision he has for infectious disease control in CDC. We are moving away from science, data and evidence,
Starting point is 00:05:21 and towards something that's much more troubling and unscientific. And scientific. For decades, Kennedy has made it very clear what his goal is. He wants to pull vaccines off the market. He wants to make it harder for us as Americans to access them. Nothing is going to stop them. And I fear we may not have yet hit the bottom. Yeah, it's kind of what we expected when he took that job.
Starting point is 00:05:45 And notice too for the audience, when he, the last six months, Kennedy's been at the helm. And there's been a lot of change happening. There's been some historic changes in the ultra-processed food system here in the United States. are removing dyes, they're removing toxic chemicals from our food system, the food pyramids being rewritten. No problem. Obviously for the activists there, they worked hard for this. They've worked for many years, but industry said, no problem. We're actually going to help you. There's going to be new product lines, healthier product lines. They fell in line. Their stockholders wanted it. Everybody wanted it. No problems. But the second Kennedy started to touch one of the most powerful
Starting point is 00:06:20 industries in the world, the vaccine industry, the pharmaceutical industry, now we have problems. Now we have a concerted effort to get him to resign. And it started last week with the firing of Susan Monterez. She was a CDC director appointed for four weeks. She was booted along with others. They walked out and that started this new cycle, this attack. August 30th, New York Times, Bernie Sanders writes an op-ed. Kennedy must resign.
Starting point is 00:06:43 Remember, no problems for the last six months. Now he must resign. We have Robert Malone, who's no stranger to hit pieces. He did a quick look across the media and said, this is interesting. Here's four pages of hit pieces on Kennedy. These are all the articles, all the journalists. Think about this. Hundreds of journalists just woke up one day and said, you know what?
Starting point is 00:07:04 I think Kennedy must resign. They all came to the same conclusion, right? That's what we're supposed to think? Probably not. So we follow the New York Times. It's almost like the media is funded by pharma. It's really strange. And so, and one of the pinnacle media outlets,
Starting point is 00:07:23 where if you want to see a narrative as it forms, leading a narrative, sometimes untrue. In this case, I believe untrue New York Times. So New York Times went with an op-ed from Bernie Sanders. Then they went for an op-ed from former CDC directors, nine of them. Kennedy is endangering every American's health. So trust us, the ultimate appeal to authority, those who presided over the chronic health illness in America. Those rely to us all during COVID. Let's definitely take their word for it.
Starting point is 00:07:51 Exactly. I don't know. That appeal to authority false. flat. So this pylon comes out of nowhere and much of the public and I would say Kennedy's colleagues in government are standing by his side and it looks like this. Okay. The woke world has exploded with the firing of the former CDC director Susan Menares. The CDC has humiliated itself. It has lost the trust of at least half of the country. The CDC has been a disaster. Folks that we saw in the mass resignings that just took place were.
Starting point is 00:08:23 obstructionists, they wouldn't give it to us, they gave us a subset, they play games. We need an extremely strong leader at the CDC, and that's what Secretary Kennedy believes in. The president and Secretary Kennedy are committed to restoring trust and transparency and credibility to the CDC by ensuring their leadership and their decisions are more public-facing, more accountable, strengthening our public health system. Secretary Kennedy, one of the world's foremost voices, advocates and experts on public health, is working hard. to restore the credibility and the integrity of CDC as a scientific organization committed to the scientific method and getting to the root cross causes of the public health epidemic in this country.
Starting point is 00:09:04 It's time to rebuild public trust, and the way we do that as healthcare leaders is to show some humility and to invite a civil discourse. And that's what we're seeing right now as part of the new leadership strategy in this administration. So there you have a united front. And as you know, Kennedy's no stranger to hip pieces over the last decade. He's been the source of many of them, as we have here at the Highwire. Now he has the government backing him because these are non-starter arguments
Starting point is 00:09:33 to go against someone trying to fix the chronic disease epidemic, to go against someone who's trying to find the cause of autism when we were never given anything. So it's interesting to watch this. And a lot of people looked at Marty Macri, they're the head of FDA and said, you know, before he starts Dolan Advice,
Starting point is 00:09:49 maybe you should clean up his own backyard. Well, he's doing that too at the same time. Here's the headline I thought time. FDA removes first vaccine advisors. Who are they amongst them? Dr. Paul Offutt is among those who are no longer members of the panel. So that's right, the Verbat Committee that we've reported on. We've watched the live streams during COVID rubber stamping booster after booster
Starting point is 00:10:10 for children and infants in perpetuity. They can no longer participate in this advisory committee work. Kennedy goes to Wall Street Journal. He writes his own op-ed to counter the New York Times. We're restoring public trust in CDC. Strong words, he says, over the decades, bureaucratic inertia, politicized science, and mission grief have corroded that purpose and squander public trust. This failure was no anomaly for years.
Starting point is 00:10:33 The CDC has presided over rising crying disease, a true modern pandemic, and since 2014, declining life expectancy. Trust has collapsed. The American people no longer believe the CDC has their best interests at heart. We've already taken steps to eliminate conflicts of interest in bureaucratic complacency. We have shaken up the advisory committee on immunization practice. We have replaced leaders who has resisted reform. The American people elected President Trump, not entrenched bureaucrats to set health policy.
Starting point is 00:10:58 And you see the White House backing up that article by posting it out on X and supporting Kennedy. There is, again, a united front within government for his mission, the mission that the American people installed both him and Trump in there to do. And even President Trump had a moment of clarity. We've been watching him on the campaign trail throughout the last four years as well, talk about how great Operation Warpsbeat was. And this was a post on truth social he posted just days ago. He says it's very important that drug companies justify the success of their various COVID drugs. And he basically says, I want an answer. He says, Pfizer has been really telling me that they show me these great numbers and results,
Starting point is 00:11:41 but they don't seem to be showing them to many others. So he's asking Pfizer to show it to the public. And he says, Operation Warp Speed was brilliant, as many say it is. But if it's not, he wants to know why. And that is the President of the United States. So we see all the way up to the head of this country, people are holding pharmaceutical companies accountable for the products, and maybe the damage their products do.
Starting point is 00:12:05 But it also is going on. I think that post is very interesting, too. You know, I've been asked by the media about the relationship between Robert Kennedy Jr. and President Trump. I sort of stood in the entourage working with Bobby during his campaign in moments where he was interacting with Trump. They have a very special relationship. But we've all had this question, right?
Starting point is 00:12:24 When it comes, you know, we know that President Trump has talked about the belief that vaccines may be associated with vaccines. He's been very open about that since the very first day he ran for president ever. But the question was if he was celebrating the War of Speed vaccine, what was going to happen with this COVID vaccine if it started, you know, coming on, you know, into the crosshairs of Robert Kennedy Jr. I think what's interesting is, and we saw him, you know, on the campaign trail, celebrating, you know, the COVID vaccine, the fact that he created and getting booed during, you know, his last campaign and sort of dropping that talking point because it wasn't working for him. I think here may very well be the first time we have seen, can I say, like, this level of possible humility or at least a question. I know that President Trump stands
Starting point is 00:13:15 by decisions he's made. I don't think there's any question that, you know, he did what a president should do, funded every possibility. I think one of the things that gets lost in this conversation was he didn't just, you know, fund more money into the development of vaccines than any president has in history in a pandemic. He also funded a search for other drugs, like hydroxychloroquine, which he celebrated. He didn't just find it. He took it himself, showing it was safe using his own body. And also, I think most importantly, never mandated the vaccine when it was created that was not, you know, part of the plan. I don't believe was ever going to be a part of the plan.
Starting point is 00:13:56 It's been clear he believes in choice. So really, this was a president that gave everybody what they wanted. You believe in vaccines? I'm going to fund one to get here faster than any. Now, the media and everyone after that, did they misrepresent its efficacy? Yes, they did. Did they misrepresented safety? Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:14:15 You know, was, was, you know, did President Biden mandate? and take away our right to choice away, yes, he did. But when you see this tweet, what you're seeing, I believe, is the first time we've seen Donald Trump saying, you know what, I am open to this product that I was a part of being criticized, but I want it out in public. I want to see every perspective. I want to see those that are saying it's great, why it's great. Those that are saying it's not why it's not.
Starting point is 00:14:44 You know, this should have happened during COVID. It should have happened with the school closings. I want to put Jay Batichari and everybody that's talking to me out in front of the public. I think that now he's learning how you do this. I'm not just going to sit behind closed doors and listen to people's opinions. I want the world to hear the opinions I'm hearing. I want them to challenge each other. I think, you know, I hope he really sort of takes that to heart and says, I'm going to start
Starting point is 00:15:08 putting these debates in front of the public. I think it would be really great for us all to see it. But we are seeing him entertain the possibility that maybe the warp speed vaccine, though it was brilliant in execution and speed, did it end up being the great new salvation technology that we were hoping for? Obviously, if you've been watching the high wire, we are clear it is not. It is not. This is a horrific technology. We've had many scientists and doctors, but the clearest, I think, has been put was by Brett Weinstein when he came on and said, look, this is inserting a foreign protein into your heart, into your organs, into your muscles.
Starting point is 00:15:50 That is never going to be good. Doesn't matter if it's just a spike protein. Any foreign protein is going to incite your heart to have an immune reaction, which you don't want to have happened. You don't want scarring on your heart. That's just the beginning of all the issues that you've just laid out are now going to be under investigation by the new ASIP. But boy, Jeffrey, holy cow, change is now fully upon us. The most powerful representative in the world, President Trump is saying, I am going to entertain this debate.
Starting point is 00:16:21 We are going to do the science and look at this. It's really, really spectacular. And that's the accurate portrayal of what's going on. The media, corporate media, and several politicians are using that as an attack point to create division between Kennedy and Trump saying, do you believe in warp speed with a success or not? And the rollout, the public-private partnership, the effort to mobilize was a success, as Kennedy
Starting point is 00:16:46 would say, or Trump would say, product he chose, not so much. And the administration they handed it off to, who mandated it and sent to anybody that brought up any kind of issues, there was a problem there. But now, it's not just Trump. It's not just Kennedy. It's not just at these D.C. level politicians that this change and this fight is happening. It's been going into the states, and we've seen this with a lot of this health conversation, The vaccines are no different.
Starting point is 00:17:10 And sometimes at this inflection point, someone comes and says something that perfectly encapsulates the moment we're in. And that was Dr. Joe Lodipo, Surgeon General of Florida. Take a look. What I'm most excited about is an announcement that we're going to make, that we're making now, which is that the Florida Department of Health, in partnership with the governor, is going to be working to end. all vaccine mandates in Florida law. All of them. Every last one of them is wrong and drips with disdain and slavery.
Starting point is 00:17:50 Okay. Who am I as a government or anyone else or who am I is a man standing here now to tell you what you should put in your body? Who am I to tell you what your child should put in your body? I don't have that right. Your body is a gift from God. What you put into your body, what you put into your body is because of your relationship with your body and your God. I don't have that right.
Starting point is 00:18:29 Government does not have that right. They want you to believe they have that right. And unfortunately, you know, they've been successful. They've been successful. What a week we are having. Amazing. And if you see the media report on what he said, they'll say he's dangerous. He's going to cause outbreaks. This is just one man.
Starting point is 00:18:54 He doesn't represent the will of the people in that state. Well, here is governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis. Take a listen. Okay. Governor of the left Democrats, public health advocates, many of them are going absolutely crazy over this. My question to you is why now, why lift any mandate beyond just the COVID mandate? Well, first, you know, we believe in informed consent and we believe in parental rights. Those have been core principles that we've operated on both during COVID and after
Starting point is 00:19:30 COVID. Now, what the Surgeon General pointed out today is there are actually some mandates in Florida regulatory that never even made it into statute. through his agency long before I was governor, long before he was Surgeon General. So he has the ability to peel those back. He also has the ability, which he's doing, to expand the religious objection to include moral and ethical concerns about it. And so we feel that's empowering people to make the right decisions for themselves and for their families.
Starting point is 00:20:01 And as a parent, you know, you shouldn't be penalized. Right now in this country, you go in for a surgery. some places won't see you if you haven't had the COVID shot or certain certain immunizations. Some pediatricians discriminate based on whether you've done hepatitis B or not. And that's not informed consent when there are coercive impacts, when they're trying to coerce choices and there's negative impacts, then that undermines your ability to choose. So I think it's typical. Everything we did during COVID, they screen bloody murder on all of it.
Starting point is 00:20:35 The reality is, is we've always been, for informed consent and we've always been for parental rights. I just want to remind everybody, our nonprofit was named informed consent action network for a reason. This was, you know, something we all sat and really thought about. What is it we want to bring to the world? What do we want to achieve? We want to bring back informed consent so that every free citizen in America and the world has the right to choose what goes into their body.
Starting point is 00:21:05 It has been stated brilliantly by the Surgeon General Jill Lattapo and now by Governor Ron DeSantis. Watching this, it's like a dream. Can you imagine anything like this happening in the news just, you know, eight or nine years ago? We are moving light years ahead now. The pharmaceutical industry, obviously, is on complete, full-throated attack with every single media organization they fund. We believe in informed consent and parental rights, period, says Bonda Santas. Not but, but, you know, his outbreak or whatever. Why aren't, we have to ask ourselves as a nation, why aren't all our governors speaking like this?
Starting point is 00:21:48 And so we wake up this morning, Dell, we're preparing for the show, and there is a hearing in the Senate Finance Committee, and Kennedy is smack dab in the middle of that. And I want to just bring a couple highlights in here to show how this man, who the American people put in, held his own. take a look. All right. This morning, I got the latest numbers from CDC that 76.4% of Americans now have a chronic disease. This is stunning. My uncle was president, it was 11%. 1950 was 3%. They had 76.4%. 8 out of 10 of our kids cannot qualify for military service. We are the sickest country in the world. That's why we have to fire people at CDC. They did not do their job. This was their job to keep us healthy. Thank you. And I need to fire some of those people to make sure this doesn't happen again. Cables to help the head of the CDC that if she refused to sign off on your changes
Starting point is 00:22:54 to the childhood vaccine schedule, that she had to resign. No, I told her that she had to resign because I asked her, are you a trustworthy person? And she said no. So if you had an employee who told you they weren't trustworthy, would you ask them to resign, Senator? The American Academy of Pediatrics has warned that the committee is being politicized at the expense of children's health. American Academy of Pediatrics, you think they're lying to?
Starting point is 00:23:29 I think the American Academy of Pediatrics is gravely conflicted. They get their biggest contributors of the four largest vaccine makers. They run a journal, Pediatrics, which they make a lot of money on, that is completely dependent on pharmaceutical companies. So I don't think, I wouldn't put a big stake in what they say that benefits pharmaceutical interest. Senator, I didn't politicize it. I depoliticize it. Congress has been investigating that committee for 23 years because it is pervaded with conflicts of interest. What we did is we got rid of the conflicts of interest and we put we depoliticized and put great scientists on it.
Starting point is 00:24:16 Are you aware that another one of these new members, Dr. Levy, wrote that quote, evidence is mounting and indisputable that MRNA vaccines cause serious. harm, including death, especially among young people? Yes or no? Are you aware that he said that? I wasn't aware he said it, but I think I agree with it. I don't get letters from thousands of people who are not political saying that this set of changes is going to damage American health care, and particularly these health care agencies, for decades to come. I don't get any letters to people saying, and this is going to make a big difference forever. Maybe you're listening to a collective group of people. You get you get me.
Starting point is 00:25:00 Yeah, and I will, fine. I will tell you what, Senator, I will put my mailbag against your mailbag any day of the week. Senator, you've sat in that chair for how long, 20, 25 years while the chronic disease and our children went up to 76 percent, and you said nothing. You never asked the question why it's happening. Why is this happening? Today, for the first time in 20 years, we learned that.
Starting point is 00:25:27 We learned that infant mortality has increased in our country. It's not because I came in here. It's because of what happened during the Biden administration that we're going to end. Oh, my God, that felt so good. Bobby, yes, yes, yes. Bravo. Bravo. My God, has that been a long time coming?
Starting point is 00:25:53 Jeez, these shills. Who can take it? Funded by pharma, spewing nothing but pure baloney. I know, you know, look, my heart goes out to them. They do not know what they are doing. They have no science they're referring to. It's not their fault they've been lied to. They're assuming that these academies, the pediatric academy, and the AMA and the CDC,
Starting point is 00:26:14 and the FDA have certainly done the mountains of evidence and studies that they've promised, but they have not. It was like needles in your eyes to watch these attacks. But, you know, finally, just to watch someone like Robert Kennedy Jr., you could just feel the trial attorney in him, just laying it out. and calling it as he was. He was not, you know, timid in any way. It was really, truly, I think,
Starting point is 00:26:40 one of the most spectacular and entertaining hearings we've ever had the United States of America. Great, great job, Bobby.
