Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever you are out there in the world.
How about we all step together out onto the high wire?
I want to ask you something because I know all of you watching this, this isn't the only news program that you watch.
You're watching maybe CNN, MSNBC, Fox, or even NPR.
My family was in town, big NPR fans there.
And I want to ask you when you think about watching those shows, do they make you feel powerful?
Do they make you feel like you make a difference in this world that things are within your grasp,
within your control, or are they making you feel powerless, like there's nothing you can do,
you're outnumbered, and everything's going to hell in a handbag?
I ask you that because one of our goals here on the high wire is to make sure that you recognize
how much power you have and what you can do to make a difference, that we all play a part in this
world, and it is still within our grasp to make the world a better place.
One of my favorite things that happens is I travel around the country and get stopped in airports
is how many of you walk up to me and say, Del, I felt like I was all alone, but every Thursday,
when I tuned in the high wire, I realized I wasn't crazy, that there were other people that thought the way I do,
that there was real science behind the instincts that I had, and most of all, you gave me a sense of hope.
When I hear that, I think how many people would say that about any other news agency that they watch?
it gives me a sense of hope.
Well, I want to start this show out with one of the biggest reasons you should have a sense of hope.
You actually do make a difference.
And though they tried to attack you when you went to your school board meetings,
talking about masks or talking about adult information written into children's books
and third graders' books and that you didn't want that to happen and you got attacked
and even your own government said that maybe you should be listed as terrorists,
we told you to stand up.
We told you that that is what makes a difference.
Well, today's story is just one of those stories, and we now have proof it makes a difference.
This is all that you saw in the news.
In many ways, it should have been enough.
Take a look at this.
Hundreds of Shasta County students, parents, and educators took part in Monday's statewide school walkout.
Shastard Union High School District Superintendent Jim Cloney says roughly 40% of students were absent.
And while he wouldn't say how many staff members stayed off campus Monday, he did say the experience.
hired the normal absence numbers. No, I'm not surprised at all. So that's something that I support.
So I think the parents and teachers should have their choice on whether they get this vaccine or not.
Roughly 45% of students in the Enterprise Elementary School District stayed home and five to six percent of teachers took a personal day.
That's according to their superintendent, Heather Armolino. Armolino said the number of student absence was higher than they anticipated.
Now, that's a great story. Obviously, a protest. Forty-five percent of the students in that county did not show up for school one day, which, you know, you could ask yourself, what kind of effect does that have? And we could have all been left with that news piece and say, well, that was a cool day, but did it do anything? Well, we wanted to know exactly that. So the informed consent action network, which is the nonprofit that makes this educational program possible, the high wire, we went to our attorney, Aaron Siri,
his law from Aaron, Syrian Glimstad, and said,
could you put in some FOIA requests?
We want to put in FOIA requests all over the health departments in California
and anywhere where, remember, FOIA is Freedom of Information Act request.
This means essentially that the government works for us.
We don't work for them.
Therefore, just like any boss can, I can see all of your business emails.
We asked to see those emails.
We wanted to know what effect this walkout had in Shasta County.
and lo and behold, we have just gotten that information.
Now, you would know this before you were watching the show
if you are a part of our newsletter or part of our texting group.
So this is how it looked if you were watching this week.
It would have had a little I can.
Parents take note grassroots activism by parents in California prompt school
superintendents to take action against COVID mandate.
This is what the legal update looked like, but let's go back.
Because right now, if you want to be on top of everything,
you only have to text in and become a part of this program.
text I can, type in the letters I see A-N and send that to 72022 to sign up for text alerts.
Those text alerts help you know when we're going live.
Even, you know, for those of you that maybe forget on Thursday, oh, it's time to go live,
Bing, it'll be there on your phone.
But also, if we're having a special program or doing some, you know, alert or we're in on
a congressional hearing and you want to know about that, all you have to do is be a part
of that text alert and you get these breaking stories.
Well, back to this story.
We put in Freedom of Information Act requests and wanted to know what affected it had.
Well, lo and behold, we found out that the superintendents got together across the county, over 25 of them,
and they all sent the letter to the California Department of Health, demanding that they watch out.
Now, this is from their own letter.
This is what we received in our Freedom of Information Act request.
It was sent to Governor Newsom, the Senate President, all the lists, Dr. Richard,
Pan, Ben Allen, these people were all in there, dear California leaders. And it goes on to say this.
We have received many emails. Remember, these are the superintendents of Shasta County complaining.
We have received many emails and have heard many hours of public comment from parents who are
concerned about how quickly these vaccinations have been developed and tested. A majority of the
families in our community are expressing hesitancy with regard to vaccinating their children.
As many as 80 percent, according to one of our large.
district surveys. They are voicing the request for a choice and their plans to withdraw their
children from public school if vaccines are required. Forty-five percent of families across Shasta
County public schools kept their students home on October 18th to demonstrate their opposition
to the vaccine mandate. We are hearing anywhere from 25 to 70 percent of students depending on the
district whose parents will not enroll their children in Shasta County Public Schools next year
if the mandate is legislated and the exemption is eliminated.
This could very well mean closure of many of our smaller school districts
and fracturing of our larger districts.
Obviously, huge financial losses if you lose 25 to 75% of the students in your schools.
This is just one county, one complaint.
Well, it was important enough that internal letters were then sent.
We have those FOIA requests that we found out.
This was Errigan Thomas, who was sending out, he was the letter from the Shasta County
superintendents.
He shared it with the other health directors and forwarded that letter on, respectfully,
this is, what is it, for your situational awareness.
I was trying to remember what F-Y-S-A is.
For your situational awareness, respectfully, and he forwarded it on.
Did it have an effect?
Well, we wouldn't have known.
We could say, oh, those things don't actually work.
But now we know that that's what happened.
And directly after that, this was the headline.
California lawmaker, they're talking about Senator Richard Pans,
scraps plan to require COVID-19 vaccinations for school children, April 14, 2022.
And there you have it.
The parents rose up.
When you are writing your superintendents,
when you are writing into your schools and saying,
I don't agree with this, I want the mask off my kids.
When you're showing up en masse to these school board hearings.
And when you do something as bold and brilliant as saying, we're staging a walkout if you don't listen to us, let it be known now that Shasta County changed the law for California, changed the direction that the COVID vaccine mandate was going.
And as California goes, so goes much of the country.
That little county may have saved us all across this nation from a mandated COVID-19 vaccine this week as we prepare for school.
That doesn't mean this is over.
What it shows us is that how we fight, how we stand for what we believe, and when we stand together, power to the people, we make a difference.
Thank you Shasta County for being bold.
And I want to thank my legal team for uncovering that brilliant piece of information because we could all go ahead with our heads dropped down thinking maybe we're just getting lucky.
That's what they may want us to believe.
No, we are winning.
Okay, I have a huge show coming up.
I want to sort of give a note right now that this may be one of those shows.
Many of you are using this show as part of your homeschool education.
There are some fairly adult topics coming up.
We're going to get in some details around monkeypox coming up with Jeffrey Jackson just a minute
that I'm not sure you should have everybody in your family listening to,
but we're going to get into the details because it's a part of the world we live in.
And then later on, we are breaking out a brand new series called Rigged.
This is going to be stories from inside the COVID-19 vaccine trials.
There's what they wanted us to believe.
And then there's what actually happened.
This week, it's going to be Maddie's story.
It's a powerful, powerful story that may be too emotional and have too many elements for some of your children.
So I would recommend under these circumstances, watch this show first,
and then decide what parts of it you think might be appropriate for your children.
That's my recommendation.
You can decide what you want to do from here on out.
So, first of all, to continue on with the story of what's happening in our schools as we're going back to school.
What's happening in the world.
It's time for the Jackson Report.
All right, Jeffrey Jackson.
So much going on.
I mean, like right now, many parents right here in California are going to be going back to school,
public schools starting next week here in Texas.
And then private schools maybe after Labor Day.
But there's a lot to this, right?
And people are really concerned about where we're at.
So where is the situation of, you know, vaccinations and mandates in this country
when it comes to education?
Yes.
As far as elementary school and high school, thanks to the parents, just like you reported on
in Shasta County, the parents who took action, went to their school boards,
called their representatives and had concerns about these vaccines,
among other things.
These are the headlines coming into this school year.
This is from Vox News.
School vaccine mandates for COVID-19 are not happening.
And notice that byline, the enthusiasm for requiring kids to get their shots has mostly evaporated.
And it says in this article, just 31% of children between 5 and 11 in the U.S.
have been fully vaccinated and 61% of 12 to 17-year-olds have been.
Only 3% of children under 5 had received a first dose by July 20th.
It goes on to say, still, no state.
in the country is planning to require student vaccinations,
a marked turnaround from where things seemed to be headed last winter.
Marked indeed.
Now, there are still only just a few places that are still,
a few school districts that are still requiring
these vaccine mandates for elementary and high school kids.
And that's New Orleans and the DC District of Columbia.
But we're seeing opinion articles that look like this.
They're starting to talk about racial disparities now,
by mandating these vaccines.
This is a Wall Street Journal opinion by two pediatricians.
It's titled COVID vaccine mandates heighten school inequity.
And it says, if school began today and the mandates were strictly in force,
at least two thirds of black adolescents in Washington
and almost half of all children in New Orleans wouldn't be allowed in the classroom.
We know that's a big deal from the Great Barrington Declaration.
It says these mandates have little public health benefit.
The vaccines have lost much of their efficacy as new strains of the virus have evolved.
and the risks of serious disease from COVID has always been low in otherwise healthy children.
I mean, that's starting to sound like really our reporting over the last two years.
People are really getting this.
I mean, you know, if we take a look at...
I mean, just really quickly.
Let's just take a moment here of silence for the line in the Wall Street Journal
that the risk is very low for children,
something that no one would admit in mainstream media for two whole years.
And now, going to this school year,
a total about face proving what we've been reporting here from the beginning and never shied away
from saying is now becoming mainstream knowledge. It took two years to do that. But I guess we should
be thankful that they are finally at least coming around to the truth now. Yeah. And for people and
parents who are just really understanding this subject over the last couple of years, this is something
we've been fighting for a very long time here at the Highwire and decades before with a lot of other people
or standing on their shoulders. And here's a map of religious exemptions throughout the country.
These are to vaccinations for school-age children, elementary high school. And you can see here,
there's about 44 states in Washington, D.C., that grant religious exemptions to immunizations.
The other ones are personal belief exemptions as well. But typically, if you have a religious
exemption, you'll also have a personal belief exemption in that state. That's typically how it works.
But that is for parents that are concerned about that. I mean, if we're watching this in D.C.,
or New Orleans and have a sincere religious belief, this is one of the options that you can take
to not have your child vaccinated. I think this is really important. I think this is very important.
I really want people to wrap their heads around because I get so many people to stop me,
say, I don't know what to do. They're mandating a vaccine in my school. And I say, what state are
you living in? Because if you're not in one of the six states in this country that has removed religious
and personal belief exemptions, then you have an exemption. Now, the school's not telling you that.
you've got to do your due diligence. So for all of you people that are now watching the High Wire,
you're brand new to this because of this COVID vaccine and you're starting to tune in because
some friends have shared it. This is the type of thing you should know. There's websites in this
website. If you're like, where was that? Or I didn't write that down fast enough. All you have to be,
again, is on our text thread or on our newsletter. Right now, if you're watching this on our
website at thehighwire.com, just scroll down a little ways. And it says sign up to our newsletter.
We don't share this information. It's totally encrypted. We don't advertise.
to you, you just get important information, light the link to this map so that you know what state
and my state do I have exemptions, really important things like that. But this is key, right?
There's only six states where you don't have an way to exempt out of the vaccine program altogether.
And so the rest of you, the other 44 states, you're in good shape. So this is really good
to know for those of you that are out there.
Right. And, you know, the college picture is not so cut and dry. Despite headlines that look like this,
This is Fox News reporting.
It says colleges scale back COVID precautions for fall saying pandemic phase is over.
And there does talk about vaccinations.
But there is a website.
It's called no more college mandates.com.
And this is just a group, a grassroots group of students, parents, professors, community members that have gotten together.
And they're trying to really stop these mandates in college.
And they put together a really interesting Google doc of all of the colleges that have.
have mandates or don't have mandates. Now, it's not every single college in the United States.
It's over a thousand. I believe the count is 10, 1,071 colleges. And you can see it here.
And basically the regular mandates, the COVID mandates for college, that is the two-dose
regime, regimen is about 50-50. So about half those colleges on there require it, half don't.
And then the, but now we're in the booster phase. We're in the booster season here. So the booster
mandates it's about 70 30 70% of college is not requiring the boosters but 30% are so you can go on there
and check your college i'm guessing if you're a student or a parent of a student you probably already
received a letter saying that you need to get vaccinated if you have not so this is again where it's
important if we want to bring that map back up we can look if you're in one of these states
typically most colleges offer a religious exemption to COVID vaccinations most states require
colleges to offer that exemption. But even in states that don't offer, like New York, for example,
that don't offer exemptions for elementary and high school vaccinations, they still have to
offer exemptions to college kids going to school there. So this is all information. Isn't it a typical
rule of thumb, too, because I know that we've talked to our legal team about this, that if your
university is getting public funding of any kind, then really they are mandated to offer a religious
exemption despite what the rest of the state is into. If they're taking on those funds, then a
religious exemption is supposed to be made available to you. I mean, that's sort of how you can
think about it. If it's private, it gets a lot more dodgy there because private institutions can do
whatever they want. Yeah, the private institutions can do whatever they want. The public institutions,
it's still a little bit of a gray area there on what they will require and what they won't
or what they'll have to accept. There still seems to be a lot of wiggle room to, for
them to not accept the vaccines. That's what we've been seeing, not accept these religious
exemptions or medical exemptions. So, you know, really work with the colleges, make sure you have
a dialogue with them, and make sure everything is in writing and you have documents of that
because that's very important. And by the way, if you're a person of me and sue them if they
don't give it to you, this is where you make a difference, right? If you have that ability,
you can fund those things, those are the places where you can use, you know, the benefits you've
had from being financially strong in this society, stand up for people out there, fight in these
universities. They don't want to waste money on a bunch of legal fees over a student getting in,
and you set a precedent that really makes a difference. I'm asking you, these are the times
where we need to get litigious. It really does make a difference. That's right. That's right.
And now, so we jump from one public health emergency that seems to be winding down in COVID
to another public health emergency that's been simmering and now is kind of really is popping
through the surface is the monkey pox outbreak within really the United States but also the world in
general. And, you know, the last time we talked about this, we were talking about Biden and the
Biden administration, they were debating whether they were going to declare emergency or not.
So that was really what was going on. But if people watching this show when they were,
when they were debating that, they would have already known the truth about what was going to happen
because you predicted it, I believe. Take a look.
All right. Now, the pharmaceutical lobby is the most powerful
lobby in Washington. So they're in everybody's office right now saying you need to declare a state of
emergency. And what does that do? It frees us, Pfizer, Sinofi, Moderna, frees all of us up to start
making drugs or dreaming about drugs that we can rush out to you and we get to skip all of that
expensive and pesky safety trials. We can just rush it out because now it's an emergency.
So you know the pharmaceutical industry loves every emergency declaration. Now they get to try all
the different drugs. Maybe it's for hiccups, but shoot, let's try it on smallpox, because we don't
have to do a safety study anymore. I mean, the whole thing, this is what that pressure in government is,
and I'll kind of be shocked if Biden doesn't declare a state of emergency.
Well, yeah, I felt pretty confident about where the direction this is going. I mean, look,
it's not like I'm a genius. I think 99% of the people watching this show would say, I think I'm
with Dell. So where are we at? Yeah, so what it's
started with where the states began even before the federal response. So we had states declaring
New York, California, Illinois, they were declaring public health emergencies. And then shortly after
that, there was a small break shortly after that, I believe it was on August 4th or 5th. The U.S.
declares monkeypox outbreak, a public health emergency. That was HHS Secretary Javier Bacera.
And as you rightly put it, that frees up a lot of funding. It puts a big spotlight on the
vaccinations. But now let's look at the CDC's information. They have their
their weekly MMWR report. That's kind of like their in-house science journal. And they have
epidemiologic and clinical characteristics among Epox cases in the United States. And they're looking
from May 17th to July 22, 2022 of this year. And they say this, quote, the CDC received case report
forms for 1,195 cases by July 27th. Among these 99% of cases were among men, among men with
available information. 94% reported male-to-male sexual or close intimate contact during the three
weeks before symptom onset. They also report 41% had HIV infection. So there's a couple of conversations
that are running like parallel with this monkey pox outbreaks. This is one of them right here.
So there's there's push from both sides. There's one side is saying, look, it's it's in one
group. It's obviously in one group here from what the data is showing. So why don't we focus on
that group for vaccination, for restrictions, but the the group, the gay, homosexual, etc. And
groups are saying this that we tried that with AIDS it didn't work it's going to spread and you know
logic will tell you just like they were going to do the the emergency logic will tell you this spreads through
contact so it doesn't matter who you are it will spread through contact and logic will say it probably
will spread outside of those communities at some point here so that's one of the conversations that we're
having right now is you know limiting government intrusion into people's intimate lives and this was the
headline here I believe this is wall street journal as monkeypox
strikes gay men, officials debate, warnings to limit partners. And it says in here, this is
California State Senator Scott Weiner. He's a Democrat out of San Francisco. And he says this,
if people want to have sex, they're going to have sex at California State Senator Scott Weiner,
who is involved in the city's monkey pox response. He says, quote, I know people who normally go
to sex parties who will not. People will make their own decisions about their own risk levels.
Now, he actually has been really vocal on Twitter about this very subject.
And there is a picture of him right there.
And he's heading up the Monkey Pox committee out of a select committee out of California.
But he went to Twitter to say this.
Awesome.
San Francisco AIDS Foundation guidance on Monkey Pox and fun.
We can continue to have fun while reducing risk.
He says closing bathhouses in 1980s didn't reduce HIV.
It was an epic blunder and pushed people into the shadows.
Let's not make the same knee-jerk mistake with monkeypox.
So it's interesting.
When COVID happened, way back, I believe this was in March of 2020, just as it was starting to really roll.
There was a lot of public awareness about how this thing may really take off.
It's getting kind of bad.
This is what he went to Twitter and had to say.
He said, Governor Newsome's statewide stay-at-home order without specific end date will be rough for the world's fifth largest economy.
Yet it's essential.
We must slow COVID-19's infection rate.
This short-term plan is far preferable to the much greater long-term damage of uncontrolled infections.
And then just a couple months later, he went to Twitter and said this.
We need a national mask mandate, period.
That's how we beat this virus.
Now again...
I mean, it's really the hypocrisy here is what I think really we need to be focused on.
And, you know, not to disparage anybody or their preferences, but Scott Weiner is openly, you know, he talks a lot about
his gay pride and marches and that's fine. I mean, all of that's fine. But what's shocking here
is his entire perspective is leave us alone. None of your measures, you know, trying to slow down
the spread of this is ever going to work. We need to be allowed to live our lives the way we want to
live our lives. Yet he had no problem destroying all of our lives over the last two years.
I was in support, you know, when they were shutting people's power off for having 10 people at a
Thanksgiving dinner inside their house, but God forbid we don't let people, you know,
march in the streets and go into bath houses or all these things.
Now, look, I think the only story is here is I don't think we should be dictating how you live
your life.
I have been consistent on that all the way across the board, but Scott Weiner has not been
consistent.
He's not being consistent.
In one hand, he locked down all of our children.
He locked us out of our jobs.
He was totally supportive of masking and covering our kids, so we destroyed their social interactions.
all essentially to protect the group, a singular group that in the case of COVID was very specific,
the elderly and those who were too sick really to be able to handle this essentially bad cold virus.
So you really afflicted a totally different group, the children, in order to protect the elderly.
That doesn't make sense.
And in this situation, he's saying lay off this very specific community that finds themselves in the middle of this.
You know, where is the consistency?
And, you know, this is a guy right now that is drooling to pass a COVID mandatory COVID vaccine for children in schools in California.
I mean, he's in many ways.
This is the guy that seems to be taking over for Senator Richard Pan.
So I think the hypocrisy is really important here.
If they were just shooting, you know, playing it straight and across the board, then I don't know that you have a news story.
But I think this is one.
Right.
And it'll be interesting to see.
he can merge the hypocrisy of his proving to something a little more concise because he is
chairing the new Senate Select Committee on Monkeypox. Here's from the website right here. So he will
be in charge of several of the aspects and the responses, including messaging, for some of this
outbreak for his districts and his state. So, but you know, the CDC, like the WHO before them,
has weighed into this topic despite some of the pushback that has been out there. And this was what
the CDC had to say this was their website. Safer sex
should consider temporary changing temporarily changing some
behaviors that may increase your risk of being exposed.
For example, limit your number of sex partners to reduce your likelihood of
exposure. And then there's kind of just like a public PSA like, hey, by the way, you might
want to. It says spaces like backrooms, sauna sex clubs are private and public sex parties
where intimate, often anonymous sexual contact with multiple partners occurs, are more likely
to spread monkeypox. So that is.
kind of where the CDC stands right now is maybe limit the partners for now temporarily.
But the other story here, really the bigger story and the more important story for our audience
and for our research is the vaccine. So let's go back to CDC and this has to say about the vaccine.
Now, this is the genios vaccine. This is from Bavarian Nordic. This was in the strategic stockpile.
The United States has spent over a billion dollars stockpiling this over almost
a decade plus like this because you never know when these outbreaks are going to happen.
So you go to the CDC and they talk about the efficacy of this vaccine for this current monkeypox outbreak.
And it says here, this is the CDC's interim guidance for prevention and treatment of monkeypox in persons with HIV infection.
This is a genios vaccine. And it basically says clinical efficacy or vaccine effectiveness of genios against monkeypox is unknown.
They do not know. And it says, including among persons with HIV infection.
Now, that's a big deal.
As they point out, like, why are they singling out HIV?
Why would that matter?
And when I look at that, you know, like it's, it just sort of puts it in there.
But then you think there's obviously a concern they have, and they don't like to get into details about it.
But when we think about it, this is a live virus vaccine, correct?
This is a live orthopax vaccine, much like a live polio vaccine that's being used, that it has the risk of spreading polio.
and is one of the issues we have.
Here it is Genio, smallpox and monkeypox vaccine,
live non-replicating suspension for subcontaneous injection.
So there it is.
They say non-replicating.
They say the same thing about the polio vaccine
that was being used in India and Africa in the Middle East.
And now we're seeing vaccine strain,
polio running rampant around the world.
It's a serious problem.
And then you think we're giving this to 41%
in that original data, you said, right?
41% of those getting monkeypox are HIV-positive.
So imagine giving a live virus vaccine to someone that is HIV positive, meaning they are already immune deficient.
Their immune systems aren't working correctly.
Now you're going to put a live virus inside of their body with an immune system that may not react correctly.
And then what kind of variance is all of this going to create?
Do we want variance being spread everywhere?
Do we have pressure upon a live virus vaccine for a pox-like situation?
All of this, very concerning, right?
And it's what I was saying two weeks ago.
We covered this.
They want to just try experiments on all of us without really, they just don't tend to look at the long-term circumstances, what's what we're dealing with COVID now.
Right. And so what are the talking points we always hear with vaccines, safe and effective? So we just looked at efficacy. That's unknown from the CDC's own words. Now, what about safety of this vaccine? Well, just a couple months back in May, you had a conversation right when this monkey pock, right when the first cases were coming out, you had a conversation with Dr. Peter McCullough. And this is what he had to say.
say exactly about the safety of this very vaccine. Take a listen. Okay.
Shockingly, when the monkeypox story started to evolve, we heard a report that the U.S.
government had actually purchased 13 million doses of the genios vaccine, the genios vaccine. So wait
a minute. The genios vaccine was coming along in 2018, 2019. And in fact, this is a live
attenuated vaccine and with it in a study of over 3,003 people in the package insert,
you know what the trouble is?
Myocarditis or heart inflammation.
And now there is already reports of heart inflammation with this vaccine.
Keneath and colleagues reported in 2018 heart damage with the product in a young man age 36.
Now, the interesting thing is clinically, though, the people who are at risk for dying are young
individuals with HIV. We can't use live
attenuated viruses in people with HIV because they're
immunocompromise. We have 13 million of these vaccines
and you're saying the known side effects and the numbers are fairly
high right. In the trials of this vaccine they had pretty high
issues of myocarditis and then I believe troponin levels. Is that
correct? Right. So up to 18% had elevations in cardiac
troponin and this is worrisome for subclinic
myocarditis, we know that the smallpox virus itself has some tropism for the heart.
And so the last thing we want to do introduce is a live attenuated virus that in fact
would cause heart damage in ostensibly well people.
There have already been case reports proving this with MRI and other clinical sources of data.
Wow.
Wow.
Yeah.
It's right.
Here we are again.
Known side effects, right?
We're outside of a world where, oh, it's perfect.
safe, perfectly effective. That said serious adverse events and that won 2.3% during these small
trials that they did. But that means, you know, somewhere around two to three people per 100
could experience severe reactions to this. As it was tested and Doe, what you believed would happen
has now indeed happened. So let's take a look at the FDA's own press release. They have
authorize this genios vaccine. FDA authorizes emergency use to genios vaccine to increase
vaccine supply. So they have authorized this as an EUA vaccine now. And what that does is it's going
to give them the authority to try all different types. There's the headline right there for
immediate release August 9. So just a couple days ago. And on the same day, we see this headline.
FDA clears way for single monkeypox vaccine doses to be divided into five to protect more people.
So now in this article, you read into it.
It says healthcare providers can now administer this vaccine under the top layer of skin.
They can change the dosage per patient.
Patients only need one dose.
They're going all over the board.
So, I mean, you're a doctor.
You divide it by five, carry the one.
You can do kind of whatever you want now.
I mean, it just shows you what we are just guinea pigs in the modern world of medicine.
Now, this is the pharmaceutical industry in full control of your FDA, your regulatory agencies.
We are all now test subjects.
They are saying themselves, we don't know if this vaccine works at all for monkey pox.
No idea.
But we'll go ahead and try dividing it into five, not using a syringe, but doing that sort of just right into the layer of your skin with one-fifth of the dose.
And then I imagine when you are delivering, when you're not really deeply penetrating, now you have a live virus vaccine that I'm going to assume is so close to the front of your skin that maybe some drips out.
It's on your arm.
What does that do?
I mean, what happens when we have live virus vaccine rubbing off on people out there?
We don't know.
People say, oh, it's a conspiracy theory.
There's no theory at all.
I'm just saying, what do we know about this?
I mean, again, a massive multi-million person experiment that's about to take place on innocent people that don't really know this is just an experiment.
Right.
And so let's look at the trajectory here.
So we have a graph.
We kind of made a mock-up graph of just an estimated trajectory of where these cases are.
going so we have about a little over 33,000 cases worldwide right now and that's in
countries that whereas monkeypox is not endemic already so everywhere already and we look at the
graph and we see at around October 7th or so this is estimated to approach about 100,000 cases
worldwide so this is cumulative cases obviously so you know this is just giving an idea
where we're going with this and the next question that I always give
it is are people dying from this?
Right.
And so this is, you know, this is somewhat a recent headline.
This is insider.
And the headline is, can you die for monkeypox?
Infectious disease experts discuss mortality rates.
Says in here, there have been 10 confirmed deaths in Spain, Brazil, India, Ghana, and Nigeria.
There are 7,102 monkeypox cases in the U.S.
And so far, no one has died on American soil from it.
So that's really what we're looking at here.
You know, is high case counts, self-limiting disease as far as progressing
into death at this point. I just want to be clear because many of you in the audience have written
into our show the last time we covered this. And I want to be clear. It is very hard to deliver
this story in a perfectly sensitive manner. We are talking, we are reading you headlines
that 95% of these cases are appearing in, you know, the gay community. This doesn't mean that
the highway, we have any attitude about your sexual preference. We are stating the facts. But
let's be clear. And one of the things that's been written in, and I'm going to share this, because when you write in, we read it, we're looking at what you're saying. Let me be perfectly clear.
Monkeypox is not a sexually transmitted disease. We know that. This is a close contact, you know, close human contact illness.
And so anyone that comes in close physical touching contact with monkey pox is going to have this issue.
We also, at the moment, we're not sure that there is such a thing as asymptomatic spread that they're looking at it.
But in many cases, there should be pox visible, which should be the alarm system, nature telling you, you know what?
Maybe not today.
Maybe I take a rain check on that.
Let's do this another time.
We have tried to blur videos of where we are really seeing these infections.
But there was no way to do that in a way that was not only acceptable to children.
I'm telling you, you probably don't want to even look in this.
But if you're out there and you really are having trouble, you know, thinking about what you may need to do to protect yourself.
If you're not in a monogamous relationship, if you tend to go out and sleep with anonymous partners,
whether you are gay or straight or bi or heterosexual, I would say we all should take this into consideration.
I don't think this is a moment to panic. This isn't a deadly disease, but it's one that could really affect all of our lives.
We have watched how they like to take a specific issue in a specific group and make it all of our problems.
I am very nervous about the fact that Senator Wiener is the one in charge of this monkey pox situation in California,
where they like to develop the laws that the rest of the country watches and the rest of the world watches.
He had no problem locking us down for COVID.
He had no problem taking the education away from our kids,
even though our kids had literally zero risk from any serious or death issues with COVID.
Again, they're not going to have a risk with monkey pox.
Are we so sure that we are going to avoid having monkeypox vaccines in our schools?
I will say this.
The hepatitis B vaccine was developed for the homosexual community.
That's what it was designed for.
They weren't taking it.
And so the government, the United States, said, you know what?
Let's just start giving to children.
And we didn't just start with children.
We give it to day one old babies that we know.
The only way they could have hepatitis B is if their mother was already infected with
hepatitis B. And we already did blood tests on mom. So why are we giving this vaccine to babies?
It will have worn off by the time they are having persiscused, you know, promiscuous, anonymous
sex in bathhouses or whatever, or sharing needles or all the issues that would create hepatitis B.
I'm bringing this up because this is how stupid this system is. And this is why we all have to be
concerned. The government is terrible at handling these problems. They make it all of our problem,
even though it's not all of our problem.
But let's do this.
Can we all just agree as an intelligent species of adults
that maybe we should take this upon ourselves?
I would really love it if Senator Wiener would say,
you know what, you don't need the government taking care of this?
Can we all just be careful for the next few weeks
so that we can get rid of this?
This is a trajectory that is going like this, folks,
that is fully within our control.
If we don't take control of this, our government will.
And I have a feeling that this won't be good for the entire conversation about gender and gender decisions and sexual orientations and acceptance in our society.
No group should be singled out.
So why don't we all do our part?
That's all I'm saying.
It's on all of us.
This will, this will eventually jump over into the heterosexual community if we are not all careful.
I hope I've been as broad based on that as I possibly can for all of you that are watching.
And when it comes to the government for everybody that just lived through the last two years,
we saw a nearly unanimous lockdown restrictions at the beginning of COVID.
All the governors in lockstep doing this, but it's not really the case here in the United States.
We saw like California, New York and Illinois start out.
But listen to governor of Ron DeSantis out of Florida.
This is what he had to say about the restrictions for monkeypox and declaring a public health emergency in his state.
Okay.
You see any of these politicians you see out there trying to scare?
you about this, do not listen to their nonsense. I am so sick. I am so sick of politicians, and we saw
this with COVID trying to sow fear into the population. We had people calling mothers worried about
whether their kids could catch it at school. And we're not going to go back to like Fauci in the 80s,
where he was trying to tell families they were all going to catch AIDS watching TV together.
And so I just want to be sure anything we deal with from a public health perspective, particularly with Joe at the helm, you know, we are not doing fear. They're going to do facts. And we are not going to go out and try to rile people up and try to act like people can't live their lives as they've been normally doing, you know, because of something. You see some of these states declaring states of emergency. They're going to abuse those emergency powers to restrict your freedom. I guarantee you that's what will happen.
I agree with him. That is what's going to happen.
Right. And Del, let's jump to a final topic here because I know there's a big show ahead and I don't want to take too much more time, but we have some breaking news here.
And to set this up, we've been covering reports of rising deaths after the vaccine from public health departments around the world, UK data, Scotland data, New South Wales out of Australia.
And some of the media reports around the world are now starting to look like this. Take a look.
In Taiwan, the number of people dying after their COVID vaccination is exceeding the number of deaths from the virus itself.
Taiwan's health authorities say that as of Monday, deaths after vaccination reached 865, while deaths from the virus are at 845.
Vaccines currently offered in Taiwan include AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer-Biointech, and Taiwan's own vaccine, Medigen.
Out of the 865 deaths after vaccination, over 600 were from AstraZeneca and nearly 200 deaths after Moderna shot.
Wow.
Now, once this data was being shown throughout the world over the last year through the data through the health departments,
the health departments in a lot of countries just stop publishing it.
So it's left people with kind of their hands up in the air saying, you know, we were seeing these rises,
but now you stop publishing it.
so we don't really know what's going on.
So the world started to look towards insurance agencies.
And we saw some stories coming out early on, early this year in 2022.
This was BKK Pro Vita.
It's a German insurance company, one of the largest out there.
And this was the headline here, as reflected at the high wire, large German insurance company estimates 2.5 to 3 million people in Germany under treatment for side effects of vaccination after COVID shot.
They looked at, this was a board member who kind of blew the whistle.
They looked at these ICD codes, which these are codes.
which these are codes if you're being treated for a vaccine side effect, the doctor will write these
ICD codes on your chart. So they looked at the people that were insured under just their umbrella,
and they found just at the first couple quarters of 2021 that over like 200,000 people were being,
had been treated for vaccine side effects. So they extrapolated it out to the entire German
population. They said, look, if this is true under our umbrella, we're looking at a pretty big number.
And right around the same time, we have the CEO of one,
America. It's an insurance company, life insurance company. He came out on a teleconference and had
this to say, take a listen. We are seeing right now the highest death rates we have ever seen
in the history of this business, not just at one America. The data is consistent across every
player in that business. Just in third quarter, we're seeing it continuing to fourth quarter,
is that death rates are up 40% over what they were pre-pandemic. Now, just to give you a
an idea of how bad that is, a three sigma or a one in 200 year catastrophe would be 10% increase
over pre-pandemic. So 40% is just unheard of. I remember we reported that, you know, back when
that was breaking, really, you know, scary numbers being shared there, you know, a once in a 200-year
catastrophe is essentially what this looks like with those numbers, okay? And that is,
a gigantic, gigantic statement.
That was in January of this year.
So just at the beginning of this year,
not much really happened.
You know, people saw that and thought,
well, if this is, as he says,
consistent across all players in the industry,
certainly we should hear something about,
about it from other players.
What about the large companies?
So it was June when an independent journalist,
Margaret Menj at her substack Crossroads Report,
she reported this.
She had her hands on some documents.
And she says this, breaking fifth largest
insurance company in the US paid out
hundred sixty three percent more for deaths of working people age 18 to 64 in 2021 total claims benefits
up six billion and she writes in there and this again is in june of this year i can report that a much
larger life insurance company lincoln national reported a hundred and sixty three percent
increase in death benefits paid out under its group life insurance policies in 2021 this is according to the
annual statements filed with state insurance departments statements that were provided
exclusively acrossroads report a response to public requests records requests.
And she gives the numbers here, the precise numbers in this report of these group
death benefits taken from Lincoln National's annual statements for the three years that
she received the statements from. So you see 2019, it's about 500 million, a little over
2020. We have about 547, almost 548 million. And then 2021, 1.445 billion. So we have a huge jump there.
So that was kind of the second data point, maybe the third, if you want to include that German insurance company, showing that, you know, there's something going on behind the scenes.
So now we can report by taking legal action, the attorneys at the informed consent action network have obtained the last five years, starting in 2017, the individual yearly payouts for the five largest insurance companies within the United States.
And there they are right there.
MetLife, Prudential, Mass Mutual, Northwestern Mutual, New York Life.
Let me just jump in here because, you know, for people to understand how the Highwire works,
when I started the High Wire, you have so much cover up, you know, liability protections for vaccines,
all these other issues.
That's why I got a legal team, Aaron, Syrian Glimstad.
I teamed up with Aaron and said, is there a way into these things?
Now, you know, I don't know that other networks are doing this.
This is what we're doing at the High Wire.
But I also remember not only were we seeing these headlines, but remember Edward Dowd came on to discuss, you know, just the financial perspective of COVID around the world.
And he said to us, I internally have talked to different insurance companies and they are mirroring what has been stated both in Germany and at the insurance company here.
And so because of all of that, we reached out and said to our legal team, can you go to the other major insurance companies and see if we can find out what the payouts for.
deaths have been. And so that's how this works, right? It's not just some things you can investigate
as a journalist, but there are things where the legal team can at least get to it a lot faster in
many ways. So that's what we're about to look at here. It's really, it's quite interesting, very
exciting. Absolutely. It's an incredible collaboration with the legal aspect of what we're doing here
at the high wire. And keep in mind, this is, you know, this was a big story. And it's not,
it's not as if these insurance companies came forward and said, let us give you this information,
because this is a story that really needs to be investigated or a whistleblower came forward. We actually
had to take legal action and get these this information so we put this information in charts just to just
to convey the message a little better so let's look at met life group this is their chart and this is
2017 2018 2019 so it's kind of flatlined through prior to COVID yep so let's start at 2019 so
2019 you have about 2.3 billion in payouts in death payouts 2020 it goes up to about 2.97 billion
and then 2021, we have 2.98 billion.
So not much of a change there, but there is a change.
Well, but between 2020 and 2021, but when I look at this, we would have said, well, that's
COVID killing everybody in 2020.
But then along comes a vaccine.
2021 should have gone down, right?
That should have gone down if the vaccine had any effect whatsoever.
And so, I mean, right there, at the very least for Metropolitan Group, the vaccine
didn't work at all from what we can see.
Absolutely. That's an absolutely
solid point. And that's
something that, you know, a lot of these charts,
again, if you want this raw
data, please go to
sign up for the newsletter and we will give you
all of the raw data that we used to make these
charts, the actual forms
that came from the insurance company. You'll have
those in your inbox and you can do your own
data. I know people around the world have been
waiting for this data. So that can be yours.
Now, let's go to Mass Mutual. Let's
go to their chart. So again,
We're going to start with 2019 because that's just that's just a center point.
But we're going to go through more charts as we move on here.
2019, we have about 2.41 billion in death payouts.
Now 2020, 2.65 billion, but now 2021.
Here's the problem, Del.
Just like you said, that should have went down.
That should have went down.
We have 3.1 billion.
So we have a stepped chart there.
And, you know, the people looking at this, the first question is, like you said,
thought the vaccine was supposed to stop the death.
I thought the vaccine was supposed to help people at this.
point. I thought we were out of the, really the deep phase of the COVID pandemic in 2021.
Now, let's look at New York Life chart. We're going to go right through all of these.
Similar pattern, similar step pattern. You have 2019, 2020, we're going up. 2021, the highest in the last
five years, prudential of America. These are billions. We're looking at billions of dollars.
So these jumps, though they may not look that big, you know, nearly a billion dollar jump is
massive. Right. Yes. That's a great point. And so we have a couple more here at Prudential of America
group. We have their chart. 2019. Same thing. 2020. We're going up. 2021. We're approaching $3.5 billion.
And then let's finally take a look at Northwest Mutual Group and same situation. There's
stepped process. 2019. We get to 2021. We're looking at $6 billion in death pay.
And over the year where we had this supposed deadly pandemic, our savior cure comes and now
$1 billion more is being paid out than even that year.
It's really, it's astounding.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
And just to cap off this segment, we started it with talking about percentages.
So we had the One America CEO, say, 40% increase above, you know, pre-pandemic years.
So let's take this data and let's put that in that nomenclature that we really.
So let's look at this chart here. This is the percentages. So this is insurance company death
benefit percentage compared to the baseline. So for our purposes, the baseline is the three years
we received, 2017, 2018, and 2019. So comparing to those baselines, here's what 2021 looks like.
New York Life Group. We have a little over 30% change, Northwestern Mutual Group. We have over
35% change, mass mutual group. We're approaching 45% Prudential of America Group.
up a rise in death benefit payments yeah yep prudential almost 20 metropolitan 25 percent
and there it is folks it really i mean it's it's you know these are all just you know random groups out
there and who knows you know what kind of death panels they have did not pay out and all the things
going on but it is very similar to what we saw in germany and what we saw um from what was the first
guy that reported one that was the one america group one america one america one america one america
So there you have it. We've reached out to more insurance companies and we're seeing a very similar story, which is what we have told you.
We told you from the beginning. You can hide a lot of things. You can, you know, mask what the vaccine and who's in the vaccinated category, who's the unvaccinated category.
You can make up headlines about, you know, the hospitals are filled with the unvaccinated. But in the end, we've been telling you it's all cause mortality that we are going to continue to track because that's something you will not be able to hide it.
And this is another way of looking at all-cause mortality, insurance payouts for death.
Great reporting, Jeffrey.
Amazing stuff this week.
Thank you.
All right.
Thank you.
And thank you to the ICANN legal team as well.
I mean, the work that is being done under this hood is amazing.
People really need to understand this.
So thank you so much.
Yeah, it's nonstop.
Thank you, Jeffrey.
We'll see you next week.
You know, well, I mean, look, folks, this is, if you're watching the high wire right now
and you're used to watching MSNBC, this is what makes us different.
We don't just report the news and complain about it.
I said at the top of the show, it's about realizing your power, realizing you can make a difference.
And guess what?
We realize we have a lot of power, too.
When we were on top of these stories, we could just tell you and move on.
That's not what we do.
And I've had people complain to me, Del, you're not really a journalist, you're an activist.
And I guess if the definition is this, if I was a war correspondent and I'm shooting a camera and someone's about to attack a child or whatever,
there are journalists that genuinely will just roll that camera.
That's their job. I get it. Nothing wrong with them. I'm not wired that way. I'm not wired that way. If a kid's about to be killed, I'm going to jump in there. I'm going to do something about it. So if that is the knock on me, go ahead. You're not really watching news here. You're watching a guy who really cares about making a difference. It isn't going to let harm happen where it doesn't have to. And so we use our legal team when we see that we could get information that can help you make better decisions. I want to just take this moment to say, this isn't just about.
a news show. This is about a legal team. This is about changing the world. This is about finding out
how you are changing the world even when you don't know it. FOIA requests at the top of the show.
FOIA requests now that have got insurance information all through a legal team. We're winning lawsuits
every single week. We're laying that out to you. Here's the win so far for the ICANN legal team,
including our favorite right now, the Washington, D.C. case where they legalized your 12-year-old
child vaccinating themselves without parental approval. We struck that down. We fought it in court.
We took it down. You make this possible. You are not saying, I'm going to make this really clear here.
You are not seeing a single Pfizer ad. We're not talking about restless leg syndrome in the middle of this
and don't worry about the anal leakage caused by this drug. You need it. That's not happening here.
We're not selling you a vitamin blender or a mixer or an air purification system, even though those
might even suit what we want to talk about. Why? Because I don't want anyone telling us what we can
investigate. I want you to know I'm investigating everything you actually care about and we will
spare no expense. You make that possible. But we are only donation based. This is an experiment
that is currently working, but there's so much more we want to do. There are lawsuits we can't even
launch because frankly, you know, we've got to be efficient. What you're about to see coming up
in the rest of this show.
All of that is stuff that we want to do more of it
and you make it possible.
So please, if you're one of those people watching
and maybe you've been feeling like a Debbie Downer
when you're watching CNN and Evan's NBC and saying,
nobody makes a difference.
Well, part of the reason you feel that is you're not doing your little part.
You may be watching it and getting information,
but that doesn't change the world, getting involved,
actually standing up at a school board meeting,
pulling your kid out of school when everyone else is.
And guess what?
shows like the High Wire that are fighting legal battles for you make a difference. You want to wake up
tomorrow and say, you know what? I did a little something that I know made a difference. Become a
recurring donor. All you have to do right now, if you're watching on any of our websites,
thehighwire.com or ICan just hit the button at the top. Go to donate to Ican. Please become a
recurring donor. It's much easier for us to predict what we can and cannot invest our time and
energy and finances into. We're asking for $22 for $22.
every month. I mean, that's lunch, folks, for one of you, maybe do a little bit intermittent fasting
and say, not only my losing weight, I'm helping the ICAN group change the world. Maybe it's a cup
of coffee, $6 a month. Even if it's 50 cents a month, a dollar, whatever you can do, I want you
to feel good when we're reporting on the changes we're making. I want you to know that you
made that happen. So please become a recurring donor. Because now,
Now we're going to show you what that can really do.
What happens when you have Emmy Award-winning television producers that leave CBS,
I'm talking about me, I'm talking about my executive producer, Jen Sherry,
when we decide we want to do television the way we know it could be done.
I can't tell you how many meetings we sat in,
whether we were working for Dr. Phil or his son on the doctor's television show,
saying people only have a little attention span,
and can you do that a little bit quicker?
and all the different things that we were told is and is not good television.
Here we're making television that we believe in.
And by the way, our ratings are now far higher than the doctors ever was, thanks to you.
And you're watching this show.
What we are about to present to you is what we always dreamed we would do in television.
It's a brand new series, and it is called Rigged.
Well, we all watched the President of the United States talk about warp speeding
a vaccine. Now, I think that there was an altruistic nature to that. Let's rush a vaccine out
because we're in the middle of a crisis. But on the high wire, what we said from the beginning
is you may be able to rush a technology, and we were talking about a technology that was having
a side effect of death in almost every animal trial being done prior to warpspeeding it into
human beings. So we were concerned. How are you going to rush the safety studies? Safety studies
that should last two years to see the long-term effects of vaccines.
We were skeptical that that could be done or that would be done appropriately,
and we've been all over the investigation of those trials.
Our own lawyer, Aaron Siri, who will actually be appearing later on in the show to discuss
the Maddie Degeri's story, he, as you have been watching,
had to go up against the FDA.
The FDA fought to hide the records and data from the Pfizer trials from all of us,
For 75 years, the people's government, our government, our regulatory agencies didn't want us to see the information.
But behind all of that data, which is now being dumped in giant chunks, and we're presenting it on high can and the high wires website so that you can watch it, that is still just data.
Those are data points, but behind those data points are real human beings.
Real human beings that genuinely used their lives, put them on the line to be a part of an experiment in the hopes that they would help the rest of us have a product that could save us from a pandemic.
I believe those people had the greatest intentions in mind.
And so this entire series rigged is going to be multiple stories of people inside of those trials.
One would imagine, one would hope.
One would absolutely, I would think, assume that if you're a part of those trials, you are going to get the best medical care known to man.
You are essentially taking the first flight to Mars.
We are going to have all hands on deck for anything that takes place inside of that trial because Lord knows we don't have an single idea.
This is not like any technology.
Let me remind you, this was not a technology that had ever been injected into a human being before.
It is not in any way mirroring any of the other vaccines we give, whether it's an attenuated virus or a live virus vaccine or the different forms that we've used for nearly a century.
This was a brand new technology, an mRNA technology that was sending a coded message into the cells of our bodies and telling those cells to produce the bioweapon, the toxic part of the virus known as the spike protein, turning our own cells into a virus manufacturing plant for the first time in history.
What would our immune systems do when they reacted to that?
Huge questions around this, even by Dr. Robert Malone, who invented this.
technology and we've had him on our show. That is the background behind the Pfizer trials.
And in this case, and this story is Maddie DeGerry, a young girl that decided with her
brothers and sister, I mean, with her brothers that she would be a part of these trials.
And this is what really happened.
My name is Stephanie DeGerry. We have two boys and one girl. So, uh, gave us.
Babe is 16, Lucas is 15, and Maddie is 13.
Maddie is the youngest.
We thought she'd be a boy.
They told us the odds of having a girl,
we're slim to none, so it was a surprise.
A good one.
Very energetic, always smiling, joking around.
Never stopped moving.
She would literally be in the grocery store
and she'd be doing cartwheels or TikTok dances.
She babysat, had great grades, loved school,
had lots of friends.
I mean, a happy person,
especially considering all that these kids have gone through
with COVID.
I mean, she still happy.
Researchers want your help.
Hundreds of volunteers are needed for one of the first
US human trials testing a promising new vaccine.
We had a friend that volunteered for the Pfizer
COVID vaccine trial at Cincinnati Children,
so they did.
both kids and children there.
And my Lucas came home and he goes,
Mom, Dad, my friend is volunteering for the Pfizer vaccine trial.
And I want to do it too.
So there was monetary compensation.
It was 119 each visit, which is a lot for a kid.
So then all three kids wanted to be part of the trial.
This was also their ticket to freedom, not wearing masks.
You don't need to be quarantined.
You can't get COVID.
Plus, they can make some money while doing it.
The worst thing that I thought could happen
was the anaphylactic shock.
They give you an api pen and you're usually fine.
I was not worried at all.
My kids have never had a problem with any vaccine.
On December 30th, 2020 is when they got their first dose.
They said it was just like a flu shot.
I mean, no big deal.
They get the trial vaccine.
Three weeks later, they get a second dose.
Their blood is drawn two weeks later
to see their immune response.
They weren't worried, they were excited about logging in the Trial Max app to measure if you got your arm got swollen,
because they said that could happen and their temperature.
But with the first vaccine, I noticed that Maddie did have a temperature.
Her arm swelled and she was tired.
I made note of that.
So on January 20th is when they got their second dose.
It was weird because they both said that it hurt more than the first time, which I thought was weird.
I started writing notes after the kids got the vaccine.
I wanted to make sure I was documenting what happened,
assuming that this information would be valuable for the trial.
January 21st, 2021, came into our room around 4 a.m.
and said she didn't feel right and asked if she could sleep with us,
not typical of her.
The next day, she wanted to go to school and we said, okay, that's fine.
Well, she barely made it through the day.
When she walked in the door from the bus,
She was not in good shape.
My husband was here.
He had sent me a text at work and he said,
Maddie's having some sort of reaction to the vaccine.
So I called him.
And in the background, I hear her saying,
just, I mean, screaming like an agony.
Mom, my heart, my heart hurts so bad.
It feels like it's being ripped out through my neck.
Like, I can't like get that out of my head.
They went to the ER, so they wanted her to be checked
for appendicitis because that's what they were focused on is the lower abdominal pain.
Nothing else.
They did a renal profile and an ultrasound of her abdomen and they couldn't find her appendix
but didn't see any signs that it burst.
So they sent her home and said it's this is most likely a reaction to the vaccine and it will get better over time.
Go see your family doctor if you have any more issues.
I'm a parent of two kids.
I have a 13 year old son and an eight year old daughter.
And when I watch this story, I have to look at this from a parent's perspective.
You have put your children into this trial.
Your daughter is now having what are cleared to you to be adverse effects.
Saying things like, I feel like my heart is being ripped out of my neck.
Those are extreme.
I'm sure these are statements that haven't been made during previous illnesses.
Now imagine this.
I really want every parent out there because there's a history of how
our regulatory agencies and these pharmaceutical companies get away with this.
You are going to watch this with your own eyes.
But you rush into the ER.
You are a part of a clinical trial.
You're not just any Joe.
You're not amongst the millions on the street that went out and got a vaccine.
You are in a trial where their entire job is to see,
is it safe for children?
You go to the ER.
They can't find your appendix, which is a weird statement.
And they seem to look at things.
they don't address the fact that your heart's being ripped out of your neck.
And then what they say to the parents is, well, we don't see anything.
Go home.
If you have any further issues, call your family doctor.
Call my family doctor.
I am in the middle of a trial.
I thought that the best scientist from Pfizer, the FDA, at least this is what I'd be thinking,
or are all going to descend and say, whoa, hold on a second.
Let's make sure this doesn't get any worse.
whatever this is, because remember, this vaccine's never been injected into any children before,
never human beings before this warp speed, were all hands on deck just to make sure this
doesn't get out of control. That's what we would assume was happening, right?
Unfortunately for the Derek Gary family, that is not what happened. They did get sent home.
And I wish I could tell you the story was it all went away and there were no other further issues.
But nothing could be further from the truth.
Take a look at this.
January 23rd, 2021.
Continued symptoms.
Severe body pain, especially back.
Can't touch or lay on it.
And walking hunched over.
Neck pain.
Severe stomach pain.
New symptoms.
Nauseous and diarrhea.
Extreme fatigue.
Referred to GP.
She went to the ER three times in that first week.
And on the third time, they finally admitted her.
Instead of sending in different medical specialists and doing any testing, they sent in psychologists, social workers.
Like, that's what they were focused on, was her mental health.
If they didn't do an MRI, they didn't do an EMG, they didn't do an EKG.
They were trying to imply that she had anxiety and that's what was causing everything that she was anxious about the vaccine.
I started Googling that Gillian Barr, Symbudsman,
came up, transverse myelitis, mass cell activation syndrome,
Potts, dysotidomia, MISC, the multi-inflammatory system.
Like, a lot of her symptoms in the beginning were,
I mean, it was exactly what happens with that.
I give them printouts, like, of, like, all these links
with documents, or peer-reviewed medical documents,
saying that these things happened with the vaccine to people.
people. They just say thank you. That's it. Thank you. February 16th, 2021, symptoms are
getting worse along with new symptoms. So we took her to the yard. Her stomach is very bloated
after eating. She almost looks pregnant. Dizzy and nauseous. Pain all over says her heart is on fire.
She can't give herself showers at all anymore. So every time she eat it, she's
throw up. Her stomach was excruciating pain when it got to the point where she couldn't eat at all.
And we were so desperate, like we were trying to feed her sugar and like get any type of liquids in her.
And we kept calling and messaging. The doctors, they were really worried if there's something wrong.
And they just kept ignoring us.
After her first hospital visit, she was referred to an allergist and an immunologist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
and that was Dr. Amal Assad.
She spent 15 minutes with her and basically said that it wasn't from the vaccine and that it was functional neurologic disorder.
Functional neurologic disorder is your brain's not sending signals correctly.
You can blame everything on it. It doesn't matter what it is.
It could be something where you can't walk.
It's a software problem, not a hardware problem, is what they say.
is what they say.
She's an allergist and immunologist, not a neurologist.
I got involved in food allergy about 40 years ago.
Why is she diagnosing her with functional neurologic disorder?
And in her notes, it said that she talked to Dr. Frank ahead of time.
Dr. Robert Frank says today for the first time,
seven children between the ages of 12 and 15 enrolled
in the Pfizer vaccine trial and were given a first dose.
We really think a vaccine is so critical to be able to get us through this pandemic and back to normal.
For the Pfizer trial, they have a principal investigator and what they're responsible for is being the advocate for the people in the trial, making sure that they're safe.
And also determining if something does happen, if it was due to the vaccine or not.
This principal investigator works for Cincinnati Children's Hospital, not for Pfizer.
And his name was Robert Frank.
He's an infectious disease doctor.
February 19th, 2021, she fainted and blacked out and hit her head.
Couldn't remember anything from the day before.
Her birthday, friends names, they gave her different tape for the IV.
Think she may have had a rubber allergy, is what they told us.
During her second hospital stay, after she woke up from the MRI of her brain in the upper GI,
when she went to stand up, she fell right to the ground and she's not been able to walk by herself since then.
I'm joined now by Maddie's parents, Stephanie and Patrick DeGerry.
Stephanie and Patrick, thank you for being here today with us.
Thanks, Dale.
Yeah.
Very difficult to watch that stuff.
Yeah, I can't imagine.
And we made a conscious choice to not, you know, Stephanie, you and Maddie have been traveling all over the country, you know,
out at rallies and Senate hearings, and I want to thank you for that.
But we didn't really want to drag Maddie through this.
I think she's been through enough.
But for you right now, I can't imagine as a parent reliving this.
I mean, you know, as you watch this, what are your thoughts as you reflect on what's happened here?
I mean, this moment where she, it just, it's getting worse and worse, and then we just end there where suddenly she can't walk.
I can't imagine what that's like as a parent.
that's like as a parent.
But you go ahead.
You know what?
We feel abandoned.
I mean, we try to do all the right things and, you know, do our part.
And when it came down to it, they just left us high in your eye.
And it's just a lot of emotions have just come back up again.
I try not to relive the past, but it's like we're stuck in a nightmare.
We're both crying.
We had to get tissues. Like you you block this stuff out because it's on new normal, which is not okay.
It's not okay.
Now, you both have some, I mean, you have an understanding of medicine.
I understand there's medical backgrounds in the family.
So from a medical perspective, obviously you've always gotten, I'm assuming all the vaccines for the children, you're pro-vaccine.
I imagine you've assumed that every vaccine you've given your kids so far had trials that were properly done.
So when you were getting involved in this, you know, Patrick, did you have any concerns about your children, you know, being experimented on with a vaccine?
Not at all.
I mean, you know, you got a reputable hospital, you know, a large drug company, you know, sponsorness.
And, you know, we have all the medical step that we need back and her up.
And if anything goes wrong, they're there to support us.
Well, that was so far from the truth.
It's just, yeah.
That first trip to the EOR, you know, your Maddie's descending.
She's having issues.
She's writhing in pain, you know.
I can't imagine what the concern is because it's a weird thing, right?
It's not, you haven't, this isn't a cold.
This isn't, you know you've done, she's done something to her body.
There's something inside of her body.
So when you go to the ER and they basically tell you they can't find anything,
as a medical professional right there, what is, did you just accept that?
Like, okay, it's nothing.
We're done here.
Everything's going to be fine.
I mean, what is that moment like?
No, actually, I had discussed with them, you know, that they needed to create, run more tests and stuff.
It's, you know, they were just going through the normal routine.
Okay, we'll check your temperature.
All right.
everything looks good, just do a basic exam, and then they were trying to kick us out.
I'm like, we're not fixing the problem, you know.
They drugged her.
She was like totally loopy.
So they just drugged her.
Yeah, we had.
Are you on, I'm just curious.
Are you under any, in that moment, that first trip to the ER, I would assume as a parent,
I have a special group of doctors that have been set aside for this trial.
They're going to come in and deal with this, especially.
Specialists in potential vaccine injuries, specialist in neurological, brain stem issues, spinal issues, all things.
When something does go wrong with a vaccine, is that the group of doctors?
Did you feel like they were a part of the trial?
Dale, you would think so.
But we called ahead before we went there.
We were going to take Maddie to a closer hospital, which is tri-health.
But, you know, after speaking with the nurses, they wanted us.
to bring her to children.
You know, and it made sense,
I'll keep in the network.
It's easier for records and stuff like that.
And they've got a team standing by.
So I thought they called the ER,
let them know we were coming.
And they're like,
Maddie who when we got there?
I was just surprised.
Like there was like, okay, how can we help you?
Okay, vaccine injury or reactions.
Okay.
So it was very, like, nobody knew
when we finally got a hold of.
somebody and they you know dr frank i think was christian which is on his staff said all right we'll
note the findings and we'll just go from there like nonchalant like no big deal so no special care
now one of the things you know you mentioned that um you sort of had this neurological disorder
diagnosis from an allergist and we've been looking through uh the reports on this and i just want to
point out something i'm sure you're aware of it but we found it shocking just want to bring
up for people to look at. This is the allergist, and this is what she wrote. These are different excerpts
from after her, you know, 15-minute, I believe it was assessment. My assessment is that
Madeline has a functional impairment that is not organic in nature. I strongly suggest a care
conference with the family to explain our assessment and to include other specialists who may have
seen her. I also look at this, folks, I also discourage further workup since this,
is usually detrimental in functional disorders because it drives the patient to think that there must
be something wrong that is indicating all this workup. It also delays the necessary psychological
intervention that is needed to help resolve the functional disorder. When I read that, I can't tell you
how infuriating it must be as a parent. Your child is having blackouts. She's vomiting. She's
screaming in pain with her stomach, her heart feels like it's being ripped out of her neck,
and ultimately ends up where she cannot stand or walk. And this person, and we have some knowledge
in this, you know, this person, as you pointed out, you brought in transverse myelitis,
Gian Barre syndrome, these issues that are all listed as side effects in other vaccines. In other
vaccines, they exist. These are known side effects that can describe exactly what you're seeing
and Maddie, and this woman just said, don't diagnose any of those things, don't do any more
investigations to see if this vaccine is paralyzing her as we speak. We're going to treat this
as a psychological disorder. Meaning, and I want to ask you this because we know, we referenced that
there is work to be done, there are drugs to be taken if you are having Guillain-Barre syndrome
or a transvis myelitis reaction that could stop that paralysis, that could stop that from taking
place. When you look at this, this woman got in the way of a proper diagnosis and the drugs
that maybe could have kept Maddie from being paralyzed. Is that something that runs through
your mind as you look at this? Oh, absolutely. And I don't think she was working alone. I mean,
you know, as you've seen, you know, on some of the notes that they collaborate, okay?
And when I was the one that took her to the allergist and you would think, okay, we're going to do a
skin prick test where they're going to, you know, do certain chemicals to see if you have a reaction,
wait, do a timer.
Only thing she did after she kept us waiting in there with the nurse, she comes in, gives a
quick talk for about 10 minutes, listens to her heart, listens to her lungs, all right, thank
you, have a great day.
And I'm like, why did we even come here?
What, like, no blood test.
No blood test.
No blood test.
No blood test to see what's going on.
Nope.
All right.
I was on the phone.
I was at work.
He was there.
Like we, I mean, trying to, like, nobody gets any of that, like, trying to get her help,
and taking off work and trying to manage it between the two of us.
I mean, we would call, I mean, we always made sure that both of us were there.
Like, if we weren't physically there, then we would call the other person, so.
And Stephanie mentioned managing it.
You think that, you know, with something this so, you know, it's out there, it's broadcast.
Everybody's looking at the COVID vaccine and how we can help and, you know, the pandemic.
But not once did they, sorry, just lost my train of thought.
It's just, I'm really emotional right now.
He hasn't seen it for a while.
It's okay.
Let me, let's move on because we have more to show people.
So I want you to imagine this now, okay?
You have an allergist that's come in.
Didn't check your skin.
Didn't do a blood test.
We're having complaints of massive, you know, debilitating stomach pain, vomiting,
passing out blackouts, things like that, and now paralysis.
And the allergist has said, don't do any further testing on whether this could be some reaction to the vaccine.
Don't look to see if she's having any attack on her nervous system or an autoimmune reaction.
We know it's psychological.
I know you have kids out there. I know that you know when your child is having a serious issue or where they're faking or making something up.
And I want you to imagine as a parent being told that the paralysis is being made up, that the blackouts are being made up.
I want you to imagine that suddenly the people that were supposed to be protect your child and making this safe for them, start looking at her like she's crazy.
and maybe you're crazy.
You're not going to want to, you're not going to believe this.
March 24th, 2021, one of her blackouts today lasted 20 minutes,
and when she came to, her pulse went up to 150.
Hey, Maddie.
Honey.
Good, hey.
March 28, 2021, she had about 10 convulsion in seizures today.
She cannot walk.
She gets around by scooting on her butt still.
There are medical records from doctors at Cincinnati children
that say during her ER visits that she has no anxiety,
no signs of it.
She had no diagnosis about anxiety before this.
It's like they planned it out.
So they put anxiety in there and then said,
oh, she has anxiety.
She has functional neurologic disorder.
That's what's causing her problems.
About two and a half months after the shot was her third hospital visit and they told her she'd be there for two weeks and that they would have her walking by the time she left in two weeks.
She's there for a month and a half.
It was clear that they were treating this as a psychological issue and not a physical issue.
I think that everybody recognizes that you're working really hard and that your goal.
is to walk and I know that you don't want to leave here not walking. Is that true?
Mm-hmm. Okay. Well she's not leaving here if she's not walking. She should have never
left here the first time not being able to walk and then two weeks go by and now where
we've got insurance driving this and I'll do whatever. I don't I'll pay, I'll sell my house
to do this. I don't want to care. Like I want her better. I know that that that
that for Maddie, and for all of you guys, the experience of being sent home unprepared and unkind of supported was really that.
What I can reassure you is that whenever she goes, there will be a solid discharge plan and not just, you know, benefit for yourself.
While Maddie was in the program, she did not get better after two weeks.
She had minimal progress with walking and zero with the swallowing.
There was no prior rest.
It was during this time that we had a conversation with Dr. Robert Frank.
So, like I said, I was just wanting to...
She's still in a hospital.
Dr. Frank had absolutely no idea that Maddie was in the very hospital that he works in.
Meanwhile, we're having a conversation with him about how we're being expected to pay these hospital bills.
That we were told any medical bills incurred because of the trial would be paid for if we went to Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
They said that they would be happy to work with you about the bills.
I'm kind of confused because when all this started, you know, the conversations back and forth with Kristen,
it was just submit them more of you and more reimburse you than you pay them.
So it sounds like you're going on a different path here.
I apologize if that was the, what you had heard because that really wouldn't be the approach.
as far as the would be.
Which it's pretty obviously they are research related, but so are you saying that your conclusion is that they're not?
The doctors that have seen her so far have not found something where they thought was...
We requested the official medical records which are different than the my chart, a lot more detail in there.
And there was a lot of notes by doctors in the ER and R.
and while she was admitted in nurses, where they said that they talked to him.
And from the way you read it, he was saying what test should and shouldn't be done.
He says in there, in one of the comments, it says that he says there have been no reactions
like Maddie from the vaccine, basically saying this isn't a vaccine because of this.
It was a clinical trial.
How can you say that?
That's the whole point of it.
And this is very early on.
You could tell that he was calling the shots.
The one of the first one says related to the vaccine trial.
So, and it happens within 20, with less within 24-hour period, all this went down.
So, I mean, if that's your stand, I find it hard to believe that you're trying to steer away from that.
So that's why we were having many physicians see Maddie and many people working with
to come up with a idea of what was going on.
So that's not a true statement either,
because we're the ones that had a push to get even to where we're at,
because there was no centralized care.
We've been updating you on the progress of all of our kids,
and then you kind of guys left us hanging.
Yeah, don't worry about my daughter can't walk right now or anything.
I mean, as you could tell, Dr. Frank, I'm a little upset,
and I probably shouldn't be,
I should calm down before I speak, but I tried, we've tried many times to get a hold of you.
And we just kind of get breadcrumbs, like, well, he's going to get back to you or he's going to do this.
And it's just the communication's been horrible.
Patrick, I have to say, you know, your control on the phone, I think for all of us parents, like saying, you know, that, you know, I'm really trying to.
keep calm. I right now have my producer,
S. Della, stay calm because this is so infuriating and raging to watch this going on,
to see this man who is supposed to be overseeing this trial. He has one of his patients
in this trial is having severe reactions and issues that began within 24 hours of the second
vaccination right inside of that wheelhouse.
And I think, and I've talked to Dr. Peter McCullough, I've talked to scientists and doctors that run trials.
And they have said the assumption in a trial should be anything that happens is being caused by the vaccine until you can prove otherwise.
Do you feel that that was the methodology taking place here?
Absolutely not.
The opposite.
Yeah, quite the opposite.
It's just hearing the words come out of his mouth.
And what are you saying?
You know, it's like, you know, you went to medical school?
I mean, just the basic of how a trial runs.
And, you know, there's no control group either.
I'm sure you guys know that because, and I know I'm jumping ahead,
but it just gets me thinking about how they said this is such a great program.
There was no control at all.
After they unblinded our one son, they offered him the vaccine.
And I'm like, well, he's your control group.
He had the placebo.
Why would you even do that?
So one of your children got the placebo in that.
that one in to get the vaccine. Wow. Yep. He still hasn't gotten the vaccine.
He still hasn't gotten COVID. His response blew me away. Well, we want to keep everybody safe.
You want to keep people safe on an unproven vaccine that has is being rushed through trials.
And then you're skewing the clinical trials. They're not done, right? You've seen the kids had
to do a questionnaire. There's no free form text at all. It's you pick A, B, or C. This is the,
These are the answers we're looking for.
If they're out of that...
Well, we have that.
Let's get into that.
No, I'm glad you brought that up because you are having issues of blacking out,
projectile vomiting, feeling like your heart's being ripped out of your chest,
ultimately paralysis.
You have an app that the children are filling out that allows you to report on the issues you're seeing in this trial.
Folks, we ran...
It's only for a few weeks.
Let's take a look at what this app.
For two weeks, but let's look at what this app gives you as in the deep investigation they're doing.
They use an app called TrialMax.
This is filled out once a week.
So in the first one, it says, hello, please fill in your COVID illness diary.
If you are diagnosed with COVID or you have possible new or increased symptoms,
and when you received a reminder, at least legally.
And then, so you go to COVID illness diary.
So we go into this. Have you experienced any of the following?
A diagnosis of COVID-19 fever, newer or increased cough,
newer increased shortness of breath, chills, newer increased muscle pain,
new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, diarrhea, or vomiting.
Yes or no. Those are all COVID symptoms. So from Addie,
I'm filling it out for her right now. No, she is not. Next, thank you. You have now
now completed the COVID-19 illness diary. It's literally one yes or no question. That's it.
Once a week. And it's only specifically asking about COVID symptoms.
So there's nowhere for you like an other, like something we might not have thought about
because we're not psychic and since this has never been injected into kids, yeah.
So like right after each of their injections for is it a week or two weeks, I can't remember. I'd have to
double check. They fill out a little bit more information, but there's no free form in that either.
You have to, they'll ask you, did you have swelling and they have a little thing to measure it?
Do you have a temperature? And they give you a thermometer you're supposed to use their thermometer,
by the way. Did you have nausea? And then it like, you rate it zero, like mild, medium high,
whatever. And did it require hospital, like going to the ER or hospitalization? But that's only
done like after each dose for I really think it was only a week and then this is the only monitoring
they're doing after that like beyond that that it i'm going to add to that deal so we also called
the nurse line with these reactions and reported them well as we got further down the rabbit hole
we want to copies of that we can't share those well i want to know what you reported we want to know
what you reported to the, you know, to the CDC or to Pfizer.
They refused to share it.
We can't share that information.
And I was just.
So you have no idea how much of the information was happening on with Maddie is getting to Pfizer and ultimately to the FDA and those that are going to approve this vaccine.
I had a call with the FDA and they committed to getting back to me with what was reported and I never got anything.
That was in March of this year.
All right, so I found something shocking in the statements by Dr. Frank.
This is the guy that's the head of this trial.
You're in the hospital where he's at.
I want to just play one of the statements I found amazing that he said.
Let's just replay this very quickly.
We really think a vaccine is so critical to be able to get us through this pandemic and back to normal.
I was hoping that we could watch the hospital.
First, as far as well is, you know, is.
chief's hospital.
She's still in a hospital.
And you would think he would think he would know this, that she's in a hospital.
You would think even for some decent business principles and a self-protective mechanism,
you have a child as a problem in your trial.
If you're, whatever you're doing, you would call someone to say,
don't want to look like an idiot here.
Where is this young lady?
Because I don't want to look like I don't care.
So he doesn't even care enough to ask.
ask somebody what's going on with her. He is calling you. She's still in the hospital and he thinks
she might have gone home. I mean, what to me, the level of detachment makes me ask you this.
The first time you go to the ER, is he there at the ER when one of the patients in his trial
is now in an ER in an emergency situation? Did he show up?
Yeah. No. Not at all. Not at all.
And I had to let the staff, pardon me, I had to let the staff now to reach out to him because he should have reached, he should have reached out. And they were trying to get a hold of Dr. Frank. Couldn't get a hold of him. And then you said at a certain point, Stephanie, then she goes three consecutive times. The third time they finally take her in. What was happening those other two times? I mean, who is there? They're just sending her home every time. I don't understand how you keep going to ER and no one's taking it seriously.
I mean, they got to the point, are you talking about the ER, the hospital emissions?
Would they be ER?
Yeah, like the ER.
The ER at one point in it was when you were there, we could hear them talking outside,
you could hear them talking outside about her, like, so on professional.
Pretty much laughing.
Laughing.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So unprofessional.
It just, I really lost a lot of respect for children's hospital as an organization.
It's just a, it's a research model.
They're just crunching out numbers. They're just bringing in the money.
So speaking of the money, they have no...
Speaking of the money and the amount of money you know they rake in,
it's amazing that we have to hear him telling you,
let's just play this just to remind you, can you imagine,
as you're going through all of this,
watching your life of your child being robbed from her,
and now they don't even want to pay for it.
I just want you to just really put yourself in these parent's shoes,
shoes as you're hearing this. I talked with our family relations people about the bills that you had
sent for the hospital and that they said that they would be happy to work with you concerns
you're having about the bills. Very vague. Work with you. Okay. You know what they had us do?
Fill out paperwork for long-term care through Medicaid. So first, I mean, there was a lot of people.
Like, basically they just passed us off to pay for that.
But then there were a bunch of hospital bills
that were not paid for because of you can't get approved for that
until you're in the hospital for over a month, which she was.
So that was their solution, Medicaid.
And this doesn't include, like, time missed from work
and all the time that we invested.
And other appointments.
Co-pays from medicine, having to get wheelchairs,
other, like, things to accommodate her
because they weren't giving them to her.
Yes.
She walked in there, didn't walk out, and they think that's okay.
And again, the wheelchair, that was another issue.
Well, I'm sure we'll address that later on, but it's sad.
It's sad.
And all they want to do is, hey, this COVID vaccine, this is the future.
You need to be on board.
This is how it's going to be.
A COVID vaccine that they promised us, you will not get COVID.
Wait, changed it.
No, you're not going to, it's going to lessen symptoms.
Now, hold on, we've got to change that again.
All right.
It's going to make it a little easier to go through it.
Okay.
No, that one's not working.
Okay.
It's going to decrease the chance of death in the hospital,
or decrease the chance of being in the hospital.
Then it was dying.
So it's just like the narrative keeps changing.
And we're all just eating this up.
Like, okay, well, they said that, so it's got to be true.
And it's just very eye-opening.
You're saying, though, very eye-opening,
you are inside the medical profession, right?
What is this doing to your belief?
how this is structured. I mean, it must be changing what you now think about trials on drugs,
on trials on other vaccines, on things like this. You are, let me ask you this. As someone that
obviously has a career in helping people, you are watching children going out and getting this
vaccine right now. You know, we just reported, I think, you know, luckily not as high as they wanted,
I think 61% uptake in 12 to 17-year-olds, somewhere around 30% up to 11. And then the base,
Luckily, really babies are not really signing up for this or the parents aren't doing it because a lot of people are waking up right now.
But what do you feel about that, you know, happening under the, you know, with what's happened to Maddie?
It makes me ashamed. I mean, a field that I just believed, I was a medic of the army too. So, you know, they're not, they stopped practicing medicine and they started practice in politics. That's not how it is. It's they need to practice medicine.
And that's what we signed up for.
And, you know, I've made the comment to, you know, Dr. Frank when he was stating that, oh,
you know, you know, sorry, Maddie's sick or ill.
That's weird.
And he just kind of, I said, you know, what about the hypocrite?
Oh, how about taking care or do no harm?
And he just didn't say anything.
Just stood there with his hands in his pocket.
Amazing.
Well, for all right.
For all of you that are watching out there, this has been an investigation that changed my career forever.
I left the doctor's television show on CBS to pursue this very discussion, vaccines.
There was a movie I made Vaxed about the MMR vaccine.
It's connection to autism.
The studies I looked at did exactly that.
The stories of parents being told they were the ones that were crazy.
Their children were crazy.
This didn't really happen.
The vaccine had nothing to do with it was what we've all been told.
And trust me, it is not easy to tell these stories because everyone in media wants to tell you,
oh, that doesn't exist. The trials show that that wasn't a part of the problem. But what you need
to understand is how this has always been done. I want to bring up Dr. Frank on the news now and what
he said, because this is our problem. This is the problem with medicine in the United States of America
that affects all of you watching from around the world. Listen to what he says in this news piece
about the vaccine that he's supposed to be trialing to make sure it's safe.
We really think a vaccine is so critical to be able to get us through this pandemic and back to normal.
That right there is not what this man should be saying.
This is not what you want to hear from a guy doing a trial.
He is supposed to be saying, I'm skeptical.
This vaccine has been rushed out.
My job is to make sure that in our rush,
we are not putting an experimental product into children that could change their lives forever
or make them worse. What he's saying is, I'm a zealot. I have a faithful belief in a product that has
never been tested that it is what is necessary to stop this pandemic. He is a part of the propaganda
machine. And so it should be of no surprise to us at this point that when someone has got
debilitating injuries that need to be reported is this guy whose only goal is to rush this vaccine
out along with everybody else that's a part of it and the company that's going to make billions of
dollars off of it. What is he going to do? Is he going to just share that information? Because as soon as
they diagnose her with something like transverse myelitis or Guillem-Barre syndrome, one of the
1,000 children that received this vaccine in this trial, guess what happens? Red flags are going off,
folks. We have a serious problem. FBI is going to have a problem with that. At least we hope they're
going to have a problem with that. We don't want one in 1,000 kids having an injury. And by the way,
as we do more of these stories, you realize she's not alone. It's much worse than that. So as we look at this,
what happens then? You have someone that needs to cover this up. And yes, that's what it appears to me.
This is what it appears to be to me. I don't know. You can, you know, you can decide for yourself.
They're not treating her symptoms. She's paralyzed. She's blacking out. I can't even imagine how
terrifying that is as a parent. But still, they're going to write this off as a psychological
issue to the point where it's time to go ahead and send her to a psychological
institute. Take a look at this.
So we wanted to obviously chat with Pizuag and update you because Maddie unfortunately
didn't meet the walking goal or the physical therapy goal that was set for today.
They didn't treat her well. They treated her like she was crazy. That she has
functional neurologic disorder and the family needs to be educated on it and that we are
need to get her psychological help.
My concerns are with her being in an eating disorder program
with a bunch of people that areorexic and bulimic,
when that is not her problem.
So at one point, without us agreeing to it,
they put her on like a behavior plan,
where if she didn't meet certain goals,
she couldn't socialize with anybody.
Like, where if she didn't, like, if she wasn't evil,
then she's punished.
Yeah, Maddy.
If she's done me.
Squeeze your bet.
Squeeze your bet.
Upsell, upsell, upsal.
If she doesn't meet her goal, then in terms of improving.
Because Maddie was making zero progress at all with the swallowing and eating,
they didn't know what to do with her.
So their best solution was sending her to a psych ward.
June 1st, 2021, she was discharged from inpatient rehab transferred to Lindner Center of Hope,
Located in Mason, Lynn Nurse Center of Hope is a national leader in the treatment of mental health problems.
When we got there, everything that they told us was a lie.
Like about how they do their approach with it, they're like, well, she's going to have to eat or she will have consequences.
And that they were going to change her formula, and that they were also going to make her squat down to make sure she didn't hide anything in her crotch.
I'm like she can't even stand.
How is she freaking gonna do that?
I'm like and she just came from the hospital.
How could she have any?
Like are you kidding me?
So I at that point I said I need to I need to call my husband.
I'm like I this is not the right place for I'm not leaving her here.
So we took her home that night.
We didn't have any supplies for like the NG tube or anything and we asked them
when they were discharging.
If we if they had something could,
could give us because we assumed hey you have it because you're going to have to treat her and
they said because she wasn't admitted fully that they couldn't give us anything at that point i i
mean i didn't know what we were going to do i just it was a nightmare i don't even know how she's
saying i don't feel like i am anymore when i watch this and it's this has been a process of
you know watching a lot of things that don't make a lot of sense in this
world but to watch a bunch of therapists lifting up a paralyzed girl and then basically saying walk
walk as that's the treatment walk now or what you don't get friend time you're not going to get
I mean were they literally like denying her things if she didn't just walk yeah yeah babies can walk
they did babies babies can crawl you can crawl babies can go to the bathroom you can go the bathroom
I mean, it's like watching something out of the dark ages.
It is absolutely insane.
I mean, why don't they just bring out some rattles and start doing a dance and doing exorcism?
Because certainly it must be a bad spirit inside of you.
This is modern medicine we are talking about.
And it's hard for me.
Go ahead, go ahead.
It was all around for them.
It was the cognitive behavioral therapy.
She did that.
Like, we tried what they told us to try because we were desperate.
But all, I mean, she did it from February until she was admitted and then all through her admission.
And it was every day.
It was Wendy Lopez.
That was the cognitive behavioral therapy.
She already had those skills.
It's like breathing and trying to calm yourself down.
Like she didn't have that issue.
It addressed, let's address the underlying issues and not, you know, try to say something.
I mean, she left there being able to barely.
walk with a walker, her leg drag and they would, her legs would like shake and everything.
And the MRI after that did, I mean, put her right back because her body was in a bad state.
She made zero progress with swallowing. Zero.
They didn't even, never even addressed it.
Zero. And they also tried to blame her and say that she was dumping her feeds down the drain,
the one nurse. And then, I mean, they punished her for it. It was, I mean, she literally,
she was tortured there. It was horrible. It was horrible. And they wouldn't let me be there during the day.
I had to leave. I stayed there every night with her. She would cry. I would lay in back with her.
And I have videos of her like crying like I'm just done with these people because they were so mean to her.
We would see them treat kids that came in there that were in like ATV accidents where they were being irresponsible and they were treated like humans and she was not.
it was not okay.
And the torture continued.
And I say this because there was no socialization allowed, very little.
Yeah, because of COVID too.
All the COVID requirements.
She wasn't allowed to leave the wing, but they want her to walk.
Like when we got to the stage where she was able to use the walker or even the wheelchair,
she'd use her feet to move forward.
Well, she can only do it in this little wing here.
She can't go out there.
She can't go down to the captain.
You had to have a pass and get permission.
It was like it was insane.
Her brothers couldn't even visit her.
They like, sorry, they're under 18.
So they're, it's a family.
Couldn't even go downstairs to meet with them.
They tried to make us take her phone away from her.
Yeah.
And we were like, no.
No, that is her only form of like communicating with anybody.
Because she has those skills, like she figures stuff out.
figures stuff out. There's no way that if she didn't have their skills, she would be as seen as she is now,
because I feel like I'm more insane than her. When you look at this, you know, a lot of medicine now,
and what we look at is this sort of top-down thing. I was just doing what I was told to do.
You know, yet I look at these therapists lifting her up, you know, denying her foot, having absolutely
zero intuition whatsoever that this girl is really needing some physical help all the while,
body is deteriorating. All the while, precious moments, days, months are being lost where, you know,
work should be being done to try and stop with this vaccine is doing inside of her body.
And she's in a prison, essentially. When you look at these, do we forgive, do, are you able to
forgive these therapists like they just didn't know what they're doing? Or should they have some,
you're a nurse. Does a nurse, does a person actually in contact with a person, should there be
some personal responsibility in your point?
part in this?
Everybody's different.
I mean, I get emotionally involved sometimes with my patients when I was doing direct care because
they're people.
I mean, that's how it's done.
But I also would blame the system because they're being told, hey, they're afraid.
To the line.
This is how it's going to be.
I don't want to hear anything negative about COVID vaccine or I'm sure, like,
Doctors were even scared to see her because, you know, they're going to get attacked.
They're going to, you know, worry about their license, their credentials.
I mean, licenses were taken away.
I mean, there's notes that you see in her records where you could clearly see that somebody knew something was wrong.
And they put it in there because they knew it.
I think it just helped their conscience, to be honest with you, but they knew they couldn't do anything about it.
I really, not everybody.
Like some of these people, like Dr. Frank is pure evil.
Sorry, he is the devil.
We call him Dr. Frankenstein now.
He's evil.
So you're a cent, you decide to take her home and they won't even give you the leads and the things that you would need to feed your daughter.
Well, no, we didn't decide.
We were given.
First, they told us that there would be plenty of time a transition once we came up with a plan.
And then it was like a Thursday, and they said, all right, well, she cannot meet this goal of walking, let's say, three steps on a walker.
Without a walker.
Without a walker.
We're done.
It's over.
You've got to find something else.
We will not treat her anymore.
I was like, what are you talking about?
This all started here.
You should be kissing our butt and doing everything and anything to get her better, not arguing with us and, you know, trying to, you know, well, insurance isn't going to pay for the.
this and we you know coding only allows for so many days of therapy it just got me so upset
sorry so then so you're basically forced to go home and they don't give you what well we were forced to go
to the we were forced to go to this like more yeah that was the only option and we they
they told a very different story of what was going to happen versus what really really
was going to happen, which was, we didn't feel good about it to begin with, but they totally,
like, they fooled us, but not the whole way. I mean, we had a lot of hesitation. And then once we
got there, I realized if I leave, if I allow her to be admitted, I'm not going to be able to get her out,
even if it is a wrong place. Now is the time to get her out. And thank God. God was with us.
I just, I did. I called him. I'm like, I'm not leaving her.
He's like, no, do whatever you need to do.
And then he started, because, like, I called him back again,
because they weren't going to give us anything.
So he started making calls to get stuff so we could feed her that night in a wheelchair.
And, you know, yeah.
Dale, as things started going bad, that's when I started recording everything.
I saw the writing on the wall.
And thank God that I did, we did, because I wish I got the stuff early on.
and the stuff that we reported to the nurse line.
Because right now, that part is just hearsay.
Yeah.
Right.
Because it was all the phone calls.
Yeah, and they won't share the records.
And, you know, it's just.
Well, I'm sure our audience watching,
I want to thank you for being so transparent,
sharing these phone calls with you.
I know we're all sharing the frustration as parents.
It is, I mean, it's just the sacrifice it was made, you know.
Maddie really was trying to do what was right and really was not taken care of in any way.
And just when we think about, you know, how vibrant she was.
I mean, this is a, you know, a spunky young girl.
I was her all the time.
She used to be like a comedian, right?
She's funny.
No, I was her 24-7.
Outrage.
She's still like that.
Yeah.
Except for she's not jumping down.
Well, let's then take a look at that.
It's been a year and a half.
For those of you're wondering where Maddie is at now after having been through this ordeal,
having sacrificed, you know, herself to try and make a difference in the world, to try and help make a vaccine and make sure that the truth would get out there.
This is now Maddie's current life.
I'm not feeling the best today, honestly. My stomach's been upset and I just haven't been feeling well.
I'm just always sore. My body always hurts though, so. Obviously I can't.
Can't walk, can't eat, can't do most things kids can do.
Can't shower by myself.
I like a lot of pain always.
So it's been almost a year and a half
since she got her first dose
and today she is in a wheelchair.
She can't feel from her waist down.
She cannot walk.
She can't stand. She cannot feel the urge to pee like it gets to the point where it's over full.
She can't see. She has fun this big on her phone. She has tinnitus. She still gets sick to
her stomach even from being fed with an NG tube. She still can't swallow.
Pfizer, FDA, nobody's ever contacted us. Never. Not once.
Not for an inquiry, not for a, hey, I'm sorry.
They've not paid for anything.
They've done nothing.
They've just basically pretended this didn't happen.
I feel like I failed her.
You're supposed to protect your kids,
and I thought I was protecting her with the vaccine.
I thought in a clinical trial,
if anything happened, they were going to do everything they could to figure it out.
I thought that was the whole point.
So that's why I wasn't worried.
But they didn't do that.
They just tried to make her look like she was.
It was crazy.
I was back.
Every night I come home from work and I try to research to find out, to figure it out.
I talk to people just so that we can get her the word out about what happened to her
so people believe it.
So this doesn't happen to more people.
I just want to say our heart goes out to you, to Maddie.
You know, watching this, it's such a tragedy.
You're living it every day so I know it has become.
commonplace, but as you reflect on where you were, how much is a parent, is there just a,
I mean, do you think if we could just go back in time and change this, what would you have done
differently? Not put her in the trial, but then if we didn't put her in the trial, I probably
wouldn't have known what happened, and I would have gotten her the vaccine anyways because we
didn't know because they hide this. So I don't know. I think God chose her.
because he knew she could handle it.
She can handle it better to us.
We just want our little girl back.
Look all this out of your head.
And whatever it takes to get her better, not to ignore her, not to, you know, worry about the bottom line.
And, you know, okay, we're pushing FISA.
Fajer's making breakthrough profits.
And now we're pushing another film.
Plavix, again, Pfizer.
And it's just like, let's.
stop practicing politics and practice medicine.
I mean, I post them on Pfizer's posts that are on Facebook and on LinkedIn.
Like, I don't care.
I tell people the truth.
And people literally make fun of me.
Well, and Stephanie, as I said before, I've met you out there.
You have been incredible.
And Maddie has.
You're traveling all over.
That can't be easy.
You know, hotel rooms, you know, airports.
all to get the word out. You've been spectacular in your work, getting this story out there.
And for people that are wondering, you know, how does this turn out in the Pfizer trial?
Your kids are getting this vaccine. We think we see the reference to Maddie in their own documents,
and this is how it's referenced right here. Essentially, one participant experienced a severe adverse event
reported as generalized neurologia and also reported three concurrent non-serious AEs, abdominal
pain, abscess, and gastritis, and one concurrent, concurrent severe adverse event constipation
within the same week. The participant was eventually diagnosed with functional abdominal pain.
The event was reported ongoing at the time of the cutoff date. That is how the Pfizer told the
FDA, the story.
That looks like fraud to me.
When you read that,
children are receiving this.
What is your feeling?
They are missing a few things.
Hold on. Let's back up. When was that
released?
April.
Yep. April 9th, right when she was admitted.
And they made sure that diagnosis
was in her paperwork.
Right before it, the day before.
Wow.
Because it was adverse reaction and then all of a sudden
now it's a functional.
So now they can say, hey, our trial is great.
I don't know what you're talking about.
Right.
And it's very generalized what they put in there.
They barely did any test before making that.
So they didn't do the proper tests.
They never did they never give her.
Did she ever get a diagnosis from the children's hospital
beyond this, you know, psychological, neurological disorder?
or did you ever get a diagnosed of transverse myelized or Guillambore syndrome?
No, they never did the tests that could show them.
They never did a spinal tap.
They did before the EUA was submitted,
the only thing that they did was the MRI of her spine.
And that was done two months after she had a reaction.
Like, it was like a day before the data cut off, ironically.
There's too many coincidence.
Yeah, it was in March.
So you've gone on, obviously.
It's a year and a half from now. Where are we at now? Have you, are you working with any doctors? Do you have, did you, I understand we have a diagnosis now from doctors that are not a part of the trial and are not biased.
Tell me about that process. Just, you know, what have you found out?
So we had transferred all of our care from Cincinnati Children's into Dayton Children's, which is a local hospital. And they're not very well equipped. Also,
what we found is like all these hospitals, children's hospitals at least, through my chart,
or they're all connected. So before we even walked in the door, they had already made, there was
bias. They already had made a diagnosis without even meeting her or doing any tests. So we,
she ended up having one other further complication with her formula, the Alcare Jr, which was part of
that recall with Sim Black. So there's a little, the little.
Let me understand. So you're saying it's almost like there's a long arm. You can't get away from
this darkness. This trial is getting in the way of you getting any help wherever you go.
Nobody will help her. They're out ahead of you. We are blacklisted at major hospitals.
They know DeGarry and it's just like, oh, okay. Well, it's in her, it's in her charts too,
because they can all see. It's hard to hide. Like, you can't, like, block it. Wow.
Like, people think that you can and they can see, even if you say you don't,
want to share your records, they can still see things.
So any doctor that is going to do the right thing is going to do that at some risk to their
career because this thing, you're being watched. Everything is being monitored. No one wants
this story out, which is why I want to thank you for being so brave. So we're going to keep
the doctor anonymous. You do have a doctor that has finally done the proper tests. I want to show
this to folks. Yeah, then we've got it. I think we have the diagnosis here.
We're going to black this out.
This person needs to be remain anonymous because we don't live in a world that works the way it should.
This is what the discovery was.
The findings were consistent with severe distal chronic acquired demyelanating.
I don't even know how to say this word.
Polyradiculone neuropathy, small fiber sensory neuropathy, orthostatic intolerance in the setting of COVID vaccination.
I know what demyelinating means and it is one of the issues we've seen.
with vaccines throughout history.
It's those things that lead to things like transverse myelitis,
multiple sclerosis, all of these types of issues
that really need to be addressed early.
There's been a lot of time lost here.
What is the frustration now that you have a diagnosis?
And by the way, to think all of the rest of what they were doing
was just to cover up and lie, all that time wasted.
I mean, like getting mad is,
isn't going to help anything.
It's trying to help other people.
Like what we've been trying to do,
I mean beyond getting her help is make sure
that new other people make the mistakes that we did,
like putting her on like toxic drugs like Gabapentin
and Lyrica that made her worse or using the MRI contrast.
Like it's once your body is,
once this is happening from the vaccine,
it's like everything makes it worse.
So, and it's not letting them know, don't waste your time on the doctors that you normally would go to.
We did see a two natural pests.
I mean, we had seen a bunch that were televisions and the challenge we had is Maddie's body was so screwed up.
Like I needed somebody that I could talk to every day.
So we had two doctors in Portland, Oregon, and they said I can use their names.
So Dr. Ely and Dr. Mars.
And they treated her every day.
But we had to move there away from family
for March until June, rent an apartment.
You know, we still, my husband was still back here
with the boys.
So like, we've spent a lot of money
and they were, they generously donated their time
in a lot of the supplies, but not all.
I mean, plus once again, we had to pay to live there.
The first month was paid.
but it like people don't get it I mean that was like I mean again I mean it's
like people just get it there's no help with accommodations either so oh yeah we had to
build he built his own ramp a wheelchair we had to move Maddie to the first floor
and put hardwood floor in hardwood floors no help with any of that
because she can't real her wheelchair and and and even getting the
wheelchair wasn't easy, right? They didn't give you a wheelchair. No, no, we had to get a lawyer involved.
Yeah. Thank you, Aaron. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. Well, look, you know, I have a handy to suckered. You know,
our life has changed. I know all that we can do now, you know, from our end is to get this story out to let people know what really
happened inside of these trials. You have work to do now, and I know your focus is not about complaining about what's
You have a child that you are now trying to heal that has a road ahead.
And you're getting treatment.
I know that our audience, I know that our audience wants to help.
And we really love our audience for this.
So you do have a fundraising website to help you get through the since Pfizer, the FDA,
the nation, and the world's abandoned you.
Here it is, folks, help Maddie DeGerry get essential medical care.
www.life funder.com slash Maddie folks. Let's make sure that they can take care of Maddie the way she needs.
A lot of time's been lost here. I don't want to see you have to delay any longer.
I know our audience will get involved here and we'll let everyone we know because this is a sacrifice that you made to make the world a better place.
You know, I appreciate that.
I do want to just mention one other thing because I do need to get that.
because the reason that we were able to get help was from React 19, which is an organization that was created by injured people and run by injured people.
None of them make any money. It's a nonprofit. So they did help us with finding a doctor.
And the appointment was out of pocket for that. So they didn't pay for all of it, but they did help with it.
So that's all done through donations as well. I mean, I have to, I need to make people aware of React.
React 19. Okay, very good. And I understand we have a QR code that people, for those of you out there, you can get this QR code. Pull out your phone right now. It makes it easy. Take a picture of that QR code. Let's make sure Maddie gets the care that she needs right now immediately because that's what we do as human beings.
Yes. Well, our prayers are with you. I want to thank you for sharing your story.
I know this isn't easy.
Patrick, I know you had a lot of trepidation.
You're in this industry.
When we first did the interviews, I understand,
and it made sense.
You didn't want this to sort of affect the world you're in.
You're having to pay for all this.
So I know it took a lot of courage to join us today.
I want to thank you for that.
Stephanie, please give our best to Maddie.
I'm sure I will see you out there at other speaking events.
You've been courageous.
And I hope you're right, you know, in that,
I suppose Maddie has been chosen in a way.
She is incredibly strong.
It's really amazing that she's been able to hold her head high
through all of these experiences.
And we'll continue to pray that that is her strength as she moves.
And I hope that we will follow you and have better reports
about seeing her conditions move in the right direction.
So our prayers are with you.
And I just want to thank you for sharing your story with us.
today. Everybody out there, everybody out there, just give your kids an extra hug tonight.
So thank you, Dale. We really appreciate it. Thank you. Thank you. Wow. As they said, things have not been
easy. They needed legal help just to get a wheelchair for the daughter as psychologists are lifting her and, you know,
wishing upon her walking as though somehow that's going to
solve the issue. There is a great lawyer out there. He's our favorite. He's the one doing all the
work for I can. This is him on Fox News while it was going on talking about the Maddie deGerry story.
Our firm is inundated with individuals calling us after COVID-19 vaccine injuries. But I think,
Shannon, that you're referring specifically to a young lady named Maddie DeGarry, who's 12 years
old, participated in the Pfizer clinical trial for 12 to 15-year-olds, a trial that
only had about 1,100 children and she suffered a serious adverse event right after the vaccine.
She ended up in a wheelchair.
She has a feeding tooth through her nose.
People get injured from vaccines.
It happens.
But the most troubling part of this story is what Pfizer and the FDA did after she was injured.
They tried to brush it under the rug.
Pfizer reported it to the FDA as an abdominal pain.
She's in a wheelchair.
She has a feeding tube, and that's how it was reported.
And despite the fact that the DeGarri family has gone public with this,
months ago, the FDA has not once reached out to them.
You would think that one of our major health agencies would want to dig in and find out.
That's one of the reasons that the Garrick family has contacted our firm.
They want to bring all that information public,
and we are in the process of gathering and doing that.
I am joined now by Erin Siri.
Aaron, I know you do such great work for I can, and a lot of the reporting earlier on this show is about the great things you're doing.
But this personal story, I can't tell you as a parent how infuriating it is to watch what took place here.
It is just so wrong.
But, you know, I'm glad to know you're involved.
How did you get involved?
Just tell me sort of where did you get involved with the Deggeris?
And it's heartbreaking and it's hard not to get emotional about it.
DeGaric family reached out to us in August of 2021 and I can, as it likes to do,
wanted to support our work and support the DeGaric family with regards to the issue
because what happened to Maddie is not only the story of an injury of a child,
which is heartbreaking in and of itself,
but Maddie was in a clinical trial that only,
had around 1,000 children in the age bracket of 12 to 15 years old that got a COVID-19 vaccine.
When she suffered that reaction, there should have been every medical expert at Cincinnati
and at the FDA should have descended to study what happened to married. Because if that could happen
to 1 in 1,000 children, the repercussions could be really devastating, especially for an infection
that doesn't harm children anywhere near that rate, not even, you know, anywhere close to it.
You're going to administer medicine. You want to make sure you're going to cause more good than harm.
So when the DeGaris contacted us in August, the first thing we wanted to do, obviously, was to make sure what do the medical record show, what actually, you know, what's there.
So we took our time.
We spoke to everybody we could, including the Degari's.
We got the medical records.
We reviewed it all.
Our firm handles vaccine injury cases regularly.
So we have significant expertise in reviewing medical records to see if there's a causal relationship to the vaccination.
You know, we handle that vaccine court all the time.
And, you know, when one objectively looks at the medical records along with an actual taking a medical history, talking to the parents,
talking to Maddie, the causal connection here in our assessment is extraordinarily strong,
and there's really no other explanation for what happened to her. And so with that,
we thought, okay, well, you know, Pfizer is the one that reports what happens in the trial
to the FDA. Maybe the FDA really doesn't know what's actually transpired here. Yeah. So we thought,
okay, let's make sure the FDA's aware.
I mean, you can see Pfizer's lying, as you said on Fox, as we just showed.
They're saying there's an abdominal pain.
We have a girl with a feeding tube in a wheelchair that can't walk.
Feels like her heart's being ripped out of her neck as she described it.
So much worse than abdominal pain.
So Pfizer's lying to the FDA.
So it makes sense.
You know, this is where they stated.
I've already showed you this about abdominal pain, abscess, gastritis,
constipation is how it's described to the FDA. So obviously, uh, the daguerries and you're like,
well, let's make sure the FDA knows this is a lie, right? Because obviously that, that should be a big
deal. So, so what is you find? So on October of 2021, we sent a long letter to the FDA explaining
precisely what happened to Maddie and including a secure link that, that precisely, that had all of her
medical records. So the FDA had it. You know, one of the things we wrote in that letter was that,
you know, we also pointed out what you just read, Del, which is how it appears Pfizer reported
Maddie's condition issued to the FDA. And we wrote to the FDA in this letter, among other things,
that the juxtaposition of Misty Gary's careful and tragic recording of her child's experience
post-vaccination and Pfizer's description of saying is shocking to the conscience.
To equate Maddie's life-altering ailments that leave her unable to eat by mouth or to walk herself to the kitchen as, quote-unquote, functional abdominal pain is at best dishonest period to regulators, comma, it should be criminal.
And the letter goes on from there, hoping that what we would get back from the FDA is some explanation.
Maybe there's something we don't know.
Or reopening the case, right?
like, oh, thank you very much.
We're going to crawl down Pfizer's throat because they've lied to us.
We have children's in harm's way.
If this really happened, thank you very much for alerting us to this issue.
Let us investigate right away.
And we'll keep you updated on our progress here.
Right.
I mean, on television, in a movie, that's how this works.
Yes.
And so we waited a week.
And we waited two weeks.
We waited three weeks.
we kept bringing Maddie's situation back to the attention of the FDA in all the work that we were doing for ICANN over the next few months,
hoping at some point they'll get back to us.
For example, we filed a petition with the FDA, formal petition on behalf of ICANN asking the FDA to not approve the co-vexine for 12 to 15-year-olds,
because the clinical trial does not support that it's safe for that age group.
The FDA wrote back a formal almost 50, 40, 50 page response.
And in that addresses Maddie only indirectly in a footnote, not really addressing it.
And there are other exchanges we had until finally we did get a response in February of 2022.
The FDA finally responded.
The original letter was sent out in October.
Is that what you said?
Am I right?
That's right.
October.
They respond after you.
128 days later.
Wow.
So 128 days before the FDA finally sends our firm a response.
And there it is on the screen.
And, you know, we read it and we relatively quickly turned back and we responded to them saying,
that that response is incredibly inadequate. The response, and it's hard to believe, basically what
they told Maddie was, file a VAERS report. We have an excerpt from that. This is what it said, folks.
This is, this is after 100, you know, they've been lied to by Pfizer. We have evidence now,
and here's how they respond. Within the content provided in your email, it isn't clear whether a report
related to the potential adverse event was submitted to the vaccine adverse event reporting
system bears. If a report wasn't filed, the DeGerry family may want to consider it.
Analyzing VAERS reports, and now it's like school time on the great work that we do.
Analyzing VA's reports is a complex task. Both FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention, CDC, review data reported to VERS. FDA reviews reports to assess whether a reported event
is adequately reflected in the emergency use authorization prescribing information or product labeling
for approved vaccines and closely monitors reporting trends for individual vaccine,
individuals or guardians will be contacted by bears if follow-up information, i.e. medical records
or other medical documentation is needed. Please be aware that not everyone who submits a report
is contacted, and there may be a delay of when someone is contacted. Aaron, this is so egregious
from our regulatory agency that continues to tell us that, oh, by the way, we don't trust
bears because it's an open system, and it's not always doctors reporting. It's not always doctors reporting.
It's just people themselves or parents.
Here you have the FDA that has been handed the evidence of a child inside of the trial.
They don't investigate Pfizer.
They don't investigate the hospital.
They don't even go as far to at least make the hospital in the head, Dr. Frank, or Pfizer itself use their doctors.
You better report this to bear so it's in the system, which it seems absurd already that we're going to use the system that is there to capture the problems in the world, not in the actual controlled children.
trial, just everybody, just throw your information into the soup that we ignore and say it's
underreported, we don't trust it, and be a part of the 1.3 million other complaints that have
already happened. Just throw her in there. That's the best we can do here. Not the fact that
there's only a thousand kids that got this vaccine at trial. This is a serious injury. And by the way,
Dr. Frank isn't overseeing all thousand of them. There are five different sites that this was
done on. There was just a couple of hundred I'm going to assume inside of
his group, he couldn't even give them the time of day, couldn't show up.
No one gave her the proper diagnosis.
No one took care of the demyelinating condition that is eating away at her body.
And now the FDA just says, oh, have they filed a VAERS report yet?
It's, it's, it's.
Yeah, it's extremely troubling.
I'll add to that, that they actually had filed a VAERS report already.
But more critically, what does the FDA need a VAE's report?
report for our firm provided them all of her medical records back in october a hundred and twenty eight days
prior they don't need a ver's report maybe more critically why does our firm even need to provide them the
medical records and Pfizer should have done that and the FDA should have investigating that
i just want to if i may put this in context just a bit more what is the purpose of a clinical trial
Why do a clinical trial?
It's because you have a product that you do not know whether it's safe and whether it's
effective.
You don't know what injuries it's going to cause.
The point is you give one group the product, another group of placebo, and you just compare
what happens between the two groups.
What is the differential?
Which group has more of one versus the other?
You don't try to determine biologically is it caused by the product.
It's a statistical analysis.
When they try to determine efficacy, they say this many folks got COVIDed in the, you know, that got the vaccine and this many didn't get COVID.
And that's it.
They don't try and analyze on a bot.
They just do a statistical comparison.
Similarly, when they're analyzing safety in the clinical trial, that is what they're supposed to do.
When you have only a thousand children approximately in the 12 to 15 year old group in this clinical trial, and one of them ends up in a,
wheelchair and the medical records show that within 24 hours as far as I understand it yeah she not only
had the issues you described earlier but she also was complaining of tingling down her spine as well
early indications of this type of neurological issue that eventually snowballed into paralysis
and g-tube and whole host of other issues i mean it's even worse than what was described earlier
but let's i'm going to leave that aside you would think that if that happened to just one child
The roof at the FDA should have exploded with concern.
Yeah.
They should have been studying Maddie deGarry.
Instead, what do you see?
You have Dr. Frank, who is the principal investigator, presumably paid by Pfizer.
They often are by the sponsoring company.
Let's be clear.
Let's be clear.
This is something that a lot of different doctors have pointed out,
is that should you run a trial and you end up having some bad results,
good chance Pfizer doesn't use you again in their next trial. So there's a real incentive to have your trials come out looking immaculate. The better they work for the pharmaceutical industry, the more likely your hospital is to get paid to do future trials. We have a really sick and twisted system. I'm just going to put that out there because in law really is always about motivation. Why would this doctor lie? Well, multiple reasons. Number one, his job and the career and the financing and the hospital are all standing behind, make this look as good as you possibly can. So,
Liser loves us and keeps using us in the future to whitewash other products that they want to rush to market.
So Dr. Frank, when he's on the call, you played it earlier.
Yeah.
He doesn't even know Maddie to Gary's medical state.
This is one of probably only a few hundred clinical trial participants in his hospital.
He doesn't know.
What is he doing?
That's his job.
His job is to oversee the clinical.
clinical trial at Cincinnati Children's Hospital for Kaiser's COVID vaccine for 12-15-year-olds.
And one of the participants is in a wheelchair, has a feeding tube, and he doesn't even know
whether she's in the hospital or not. That's that that's that's that's that's that's not only
I mean, that should be concerning for Maddie's family. That's been concerning for everybody in
America. Yeah. Who thinks they, who thinks that when clinical trials are done,
somebody's really paying attention and carefully assuring safety.
And then when the FDA finds out about it after we, there's no doubt, they can't ignore it.
We put it in black and white.
We gave them the records.
What did they do?
They tell her to report to VERS and to give FDA full credit or to ask or to send a letter to SISA,
which is another CDC investigative program that's run by a Dr. Catherine Edwards, who is on the
data safety monitoring board for Pfizer's COVID vaccine clinical trial. So the FDA is telling you
either file a VA's report or go in contact SISA, which is run, but the head of which Dr.
Catherine Edwards is on the DSMB, the data of five. Who's, it's like a bad movie. You're being chased
by vampires. You're being chased by vampires. There's a whole bar full of vampires. Go tell them
about it. I mean, that's where you go.
Except that a bad movie del, the movie ends and you walk out of the theater back to real life.
Right.
This is real life.
And Stephanie showed you.
Stephanie showed you what information are they gathering in a clinical trial.
She describes an app that Pfizer has for about one week you have preset boxes you can fill out with no free form text, she says.
Right?
Yeah.
And then after that, about some predetermined potential.
adverse events and then after that she said there's nowhere out no place to do it and all they have
right is is is is is is for COVID symptoms and and and and uh Patrick you know mr. de gary he describes
how he calls the hotline the nurse hotline to explain and I can tell you we've we've listened to those
calls and they are beyond trust they're they're worse than a a nightmare of a movie and what hope is
there for any of us I mean this is what this comes down to right when we talk about back
I mean, I have been on this for a while.
We're outside, look, this is the story of every parent that's watching this show
that dealt with autism in their children.
Every parent that watched their child paralyzed after a Gardasil vaccine.
Your daughter's crazy.
Or like, what do we have down in South America?
We had hundreds of girls that all literally were paralyzed by the Gardosol vaccine,
and the newspapers reported as a mass psychosis event.
We live in a time now where they're getting away with calling the
these things mass psychosis event. What hope is there for any of us when our government is forcing
a product onto us that and saying, oh, we're watching it, oh, we have a various system that's really
robust. If there's a problem with it, we'll catch it when they're not even catching it in their
own trials. They're going out of the way and the FDA doesn't even care to catch it. It is a part
of the same propaganda machine pushing a product that just destroyed Maddie's life and God
knows how many countless others. What hope is there for any of us? And what hope is there for our
future if this is how products that are mandated on us, forced on us to keep a job, forced on us to be
allowed to go back to work, if this is how the trials are being done and this is what our regulatory
agency thinks about it when they're shown that we're being lied to and there's a fraud, a criminal
act taking place? Well, I'll tell you what the hope is, Del. It is that the FDA can do what it
wants to do and Pfizer should be able to do what it wants to do, I guess, and they can go and put out
as unsafe products as they want. The hope is, is that we make sure that we always have the choice
to say no. That's it. That, as long as we can say no, that is the safeguard. That is the stop gap
to all of this bad conduct. It's not going to protect those who don't know better to say no
in certain situations. But for those who do,
It's the stopgap.
And I would say there should be a lot of hope out there because vaccine, COVID vaccine mandates have receded all across this country.
And we've seen that firsthand, right?
From most of the federal mandates, from the OSHA mandate to the federal workers mandate, to the contractor mandate, those are all gone.
Most state mandates are gone.
So luckily, that is, that's the hope.
And it should be.
It's the free flow of ideas, freedom of speech, the ability to have individual liberties,
that is what will save us.
That is the hope.
The ability to become educated, to have access to information and to make informed decisions.
That's what's so great, Del, about what you do every single day, every week on the high wire,
is you provide people with the information that's out there so they can make an informed decision.
Balance is important.
They're going to, you know, they're going to.
they're going to get as they're going to get non-stop bombarded with all the positive information you
could possibly squeeze out of any data point regarding these products and what you provide is is the
other information so that people can make informed decision and then the only other piece that's
needed so we have a free functioning press is a free functioning democracy in which we all have
the true right to inform consent and the ability to say no about something or medical procedure we don't
want to have on our bodies or our children's bodies. So, so important and something that you have
really helped us be engaged with and worked at just very quickly to wrap this up. I know they were
being hounded by the hospitals. It's not a big enough tragedy that they will not take responsibility
or saying your daughter's crazy. Now they want to charge you medical bills and things like that.
You got involved. This is something that we supported. We said whatever it takes, make sure this
families taking care of. So where are we at with the medical bills that all took place at Children's
Hospital? Right. So in parallel with helping the Degaris on the broader level that we just
discussed vis-a-vis the FDA and getting this information for the FDA, we also, as supported by
Akans, assisted the Degaris with the individual issues that we could assist them with, obviously
we're lawyers, not doctors. And so, for example, when the hospital said they were going to take
apparently six months a year to get her a wheelchair.
We sent the hospital, Cincinnati Children Hospital,
a letter demanding that they provide her with the wheelchair.
Within days, she had a wheelchair.
It really shouldn't take.
She was in the clinical trial for the Pfizer vaccine
at Cincinnati's Children's Hospital.
It shouldn't have taken the intervention of lawyers
to get Maddie a wheelchair.
Separately, they were calling Stephanie
and Patrick near to daily harassing them about unpaid medical bills.
Talk about adding insult to injury.
And so again, we sent letters demanding that this call stop and that the bills get paid.
And our understanding is that currently there is no balance due to the hospital by the DeGaric
family.
Obviously, we'll stay on top of that changes.
You know, it's the treatment that this family has endured.
is incredible and their bravery for stepping forward and one has to ask themselves the de garrie family
chose to step forward to step into a spotlight that they knew would would would earn them uh certainly some
love but a lot of attack yeah how many others are there others who participated in this or an other
Pfizer for example clover 19 clinical trials whose parents didn't come forward had matters parents not
come forward we would not know what happened to her we would not know that when we raid that peer-reviewed
study by Pfizer saying functional abdominal pain she had far worse symptoms in functional abdominal pain
right we would not have known that so are there others how many are there and we would and what
most people would say to you is oh don't worry because if there are others the FDA they'll do the job
They'll find it. They'll ferret it out.
No.
So let's take this opportunity if you're out there.
We already have multiple stories lined up.
As I said, this is a series.
We're going to be bringing you not every single week.
We'll spread them out.
But other stories of the real people inside of these trials
and what really happened to them and equally as tragic.
But if you're out there and you're watching this,
I want you to know that we want to tell.
your story, everyone that has been involved in the trials. If you have been ignored, if you've been
denied, please reach out to us. Whistleblower at I can decide.org. We want to share with the
world your stories that we can get to the bottom of what's really going on here. Whistleblower
at Ican decide.org, we will never share your information. Just like the Degaris, we are in long-term
conversations and we will never make those public if you decide that's not what you want to do.
That will always be your decision.
But if you want to begin that conversation and see what we might be able to do, please let us know your story.
I also want to point out that though the medical bills at the Children's Hospital were taking care of,
there are bills that they are mounting on their own that aren't the responsibility of the trial or of Pfizer of anyone.
We've got, you've managed to get those wiped away, but they are under a mountain of bills for all the outside specialists they're going to.
and the work that they need to do in the future.
So one more time for everybody watching right now,
you can make a difference.
This is the page at life funder.com slash Maddie.
Please let's, you know, a dollar, two dollars, whatever you can give.
We have a large audience out there.
Here's the QR code.
You can make the difference in Maddie's life.
I believe in miracles.
I believe we can get her through this.
There are so many great specialists out there.
And of course, we'll be reaching out to many of the medical specialists that we work with here on the Highwire to make sure they're assisting in future decisions by the DeGerry family.
But lastly, in this interaction with the FDA that is left wanting, we should all feel a vapid emptiness and a concern and fear of the lack of concern from the very agency that Peter Marx is out there telling us how safe this vaccine is, saying there's no other product.
available, which is an outright lie. Therefore, we need to keep an emergency use authorization
to these shills for the pharmaceutical company that are standing as government officials
protecting us, but really just protecting the industry. You have written a letter back
from the law firm. I was hoping that you might just share a little bit. I know I'm very emotional
about this, but even as a lawyer, you've been in the middle of it. Share just, you just, you know,
you know, how you as the lawyer make the point because I don't think I'd be able to do this in a calm
fashion. How is it we're going to respond to the FDA? Well, you know, we try to keep the letters
that we send to the FDA as serious and motionless as possible. It doesn't often help. You know,
we're trying to push the ball forward in terms of, you know, the objective that we should be sharing
with the FDA, which is to have safe and effective products on the market, not those that are not,
and address concerns as they come along. So, you know, I can read you a portion of our response to the
FDA if you'd like. Yeah, that'd be great. Well, this is our response to the FDA after their,
they sent us a letter telling Maddie to report her injury to bears. Despite the repeated
request from the daguerre and from us, our law firm, that these incredible injuries and
a child who is part of the clinical trials be addressed by the FDA, the first response from the agency
comes 120 days after our first contact and the advice given to the Degari should submit a VAR's report,
question mark, exclamation. You cannot be serious. Your response on behalf of the FDA is shameful at best.
Before getting the FISA vaccine, Madda used to dance in TikTok videos. She was happy and healthy
and had her life in front of her.
Since receiving her second shot,
Maddie has ended up in the emergency room
and admitted countless times
with a cascade of medical issues
that have destroyed her basic life functions
and her quality of life.
Pfizer has never reached out to her family.
The FDA has never reached out to her family.
Now, after alerting the FDA to this situation
for at least the fifth time,
your only response is to simultaneously state
that you are not aware whether the Dagaris have submitted a VERS report,
something that DeGaris have already done,
and that the FDA, quote,
takes all reports of adverse events potential related to vaccine seriously, end quote,
your words ring hollow.
There is no indication that a single person at the FDA,
yourself included, has taken Maddie's injuries seriously.
Maddie is only one of approximately 1,000 children in Pfizer's clinical trial
of 12 to 15-year-olds that received this vaccine.
Investigating her devastating and fundamentally life-altering injuries
and the incomprehensible lack of acknowledgement of them by Pfizer
should be at the top of the FDA's list of priorities.
The FDA has been possession of Maddie's medical records
since we sent them along with our very first letter on October 22nd, 2021.
Despite this, the FDA never responded to these urgent concerns.
Amazingly, prior to your recent tone-deaf response, the FDA never responded to anything we or the DeGarry sent.
Why should any American trust the FDA when it comes to making any important medical decision
when a child who has ended up in a wheelchair with a feeding tube has given the treatment you have afforded
Maddie over the last 401 days?
Clearly, there is something seriously broken.
in the FDA. Well stated, we will continue to follow this story. I want to thank you for the work
that you've done with this family, the work that you're doing for us. This, you know, it's not
one of those moments where I feel like we can, you know, say, yeah, you know, boo-ya, we're winning
here. This is a really, really tragic situation, and she's not alone. As I've said, there's
others too many stories like this.
And then we're just talking about COVID vaccines,
all the parents that are watching this that have dealt with all the other vaccines before.
This is why people really need to start looking at these situations.
This is essentially how every, and you and I have done a lot of work on this.
We've been doing those FOIA requests.
It appears this is how they always do their safety trials.
Any problem they see, they shuffle it under the rug and hope that nobody finds it,
only through deep FOIA investigations and lawsuits everywhere where we can find a crack in the foundation.
if we've been able to bring to the public,
things that are being hidden about this entire vaccine program.
We couldn't do it without you.
I know, you know, for the Degaris and for us,
I just want to thank you for your dedication to this work.
It is so important at this time. Thank you.
We're incredibly appreciative that I can gives us the opportunity to do this work.
Thank you.
All right.
Thank you for sharing.
Aaron.
We'll talk to you soon.
Take care.
All right.
Well, look, I want to give you all the opportunity.
You know, there's so many out there.
And like we said, what chance do you have if you're not even in the, if you're in the trials and you have a lawyer writing letters to the FDA and they can't get help?
What is there for you?
We're going to do the best we can to help you out.
That's why we've created this website.
We don't have it.
We don't have if you've been injured by a vaccine.
Okay.
That's okay.
Let's go ahead and wrap it up.
Commercial wasn't ready to go.
That's okay.
We've been with you long enough.
Let me just wrap this whole thing up by saying this.
This is just one story in detail, but this is literally the study that has this being given
to children in this country and around the world.
As Aaron so eloquently put it, no one, not even in the document dumps that we have had
to fight the FDA for, 75 years they want to hold it back.
This story would not be in there.
All we would get in that data is abdominal pain, constipation in one of the, one of our
trial participants. That's why the work we do here is so important. It is the investigators. And by the
way, this is, we are living in the times that our founding fathers warned us about. They said,
look, you can't let all of the money. You can't let industry by your government or you'll be run by
those industries. They will never care about you. They will always poison you. And if every politician is
owned by the industries, you're supposed to be being protected against. And frankly, I will say this,
having been a progressive liberal my whole life,
and now just a politically marooned human being,
the only reason I need a government
is to protect me from billionaires
that are poisoning me.
That's it.
The rest of it I can handle, okay?
Please take care of these industries
that are injuring us.
I'm not anti-EPA, FDA, CDC, HHS.
What I am is anti-EPA, CDC, HHS.
that is all being run by people from Pfizer,
Sinofia Ventus, Monsanto, Exxon.
That is not who is supposed to be making these decisions for us.
We are watching cover-ups of the trials by the regulatory agencies
that are supposed to be, you know,
putting a light on any issue that's out there, not hiding it.
We are in serious trouble here in the United States of America.
We are clinging on by a thread to that dream of our founding fathers.
And what did they say?
What do they warn us?
This is going to come your way.
Watch out.
You need to watch this government.
It's going to want money.
It's going to want to tax you to death.
And it's going to want to take all of the corporate funding it can get to make sure that they
have cushy jobs, that they're covered by health care and they get everything they want.
They can buy stocks knowing ahead of time what's going to happen with them.
But you will be screwed.
As George Carlin has put it very clearly, it's a big giant club, and you ain't in it.
How do you protect yourself?
News, the truth.
Our founding fathers said the fourth branch of government is everything.
That fourth branch of government being the news, the right to free speech, the right for a news organization
to ask any question it wants of its government, any question of the FDA,
And certainly any question of a company like Pfizer that's going to make tens of billions of dollars off of a product and they get to do their own safety study.
And tell us it's safe.
Trust us.
Hand us your billions of dollars and line up and get yourself injected.
There are not a lot of things standing between you and certain mandated death right now.
We are.
We need your help.
Okay.
Please become a recurring donor.
I don't want to have to say we can't cover that story.
I don't want to tell Aaron Siri we can't afford to help that family.
Now, I look, I got to say it right here.
I know so many of you're going to ring the phones off the hook.
And you're going to go to Aaron Siri and say, look, I can't pay for Maddie to Gary.
Let me be specific right here.
We are taking on cases that are going to affect the nation and the world.
Cases like Maddie inside of the clinical trials.
We saw that we needed that information out there and that that could make a difference for many people.
wish we could take care of the hundreds and thousands and millions of you that are lining up
with your own issues.
Aaron, Siri won't be able to cover all that.
The high wire won't be able to cover all that.
But we want to do everything we can.
And you are making that possible.
We need to shift this paradigm.
We need to do it now.
We are winning.
I started this out.
We've shown you four-year requests of this entire show.
We are winning.
But it isn't over.
and they are coming with a vengeance.
They are going to protect their own butts.
You know they will.
Fouchy will run for the hills
if we don't elect the right people
to put him on the stand.
Peter Marks on the stand.
I want to march these people into the prison
they deserve to be living in.
Help us do that.
And then we can really raise our hand
and say,
victory is ours.
Truth has proven.
Vail. Wait till you see the show we have for you next week. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper and more important.
This is the high wire and I will see you next week.
