We speak truth to power. That's part of what we do here on the highway. We have an amazing team, and we go beyond that. We step into courtrooms. But sometimes I ask myself, what would it like to be on the other side? And it's a conversation, by the way, I have all the time. There's a lot that we watch in our languages. A lot that we think about.

Can we say that? Are we accurate? Part of why we make sure we are so accurate and keep it tight as a drum here on the high wire is simply because I don't want to end up in the court system right now. I don't want to be, you know, finding myself sued by the government in the United States or Pfizer or some, one of these entities saying that somehow, you know, I've committed fraud or lied about something. So we make sure we're airtight. That's the only defense we have. Doesn't mean it will never happen. It's something we talked about. I'm glad we have a great legal team. But can you imagine

if just by speaking the truth, by sticking to the science like we do here, suddenly you got a call that you were being sued for $500 billion. Just take that in for a moment. Imagine yourself, just like little sense memory here. What does that phone call feel like? That's what happened to Dr. Eric Nuputi. Take a look at this. I'm a physician based in St. Louis, Missouri. I've been in practice now 20 years.

So I've got a unique background. I'm a primary care physician. I'm a doctor of chiropractic, doctor of natural medicine. I have a fellowship in functional neurology. Prior to COVID, our practices were extremely busy. I'd go to conferences and presenting on how we do our wellness integrated model. We were getting ready to open up another 30 practices across the country. Then COVID hit, and everything changed.

We'll be suspending all travel from Europe to the United States. The U.S. death toll from the virus has surpassed 100 people. 20,000, more than 46,000. Stay at home. Stay home. Quite simply, stay at home. That first week that that happened, it was like the zombie apocalypse came to St. Louis. And I remember driving to work in the morning and being one of the only cars on the highway. And then we started seeing people really getting sick. We would have patients and physicians

both calling us that they were scared. There were no solutions. Doctors didn't know what to do. Patients didn't know where to turn. So we gave our solutions, our 150-year-old homeopathic remedies for flus and colds that we've been dealing with our patients for over 20 years. Things like vitamin C-IVs, things like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine and high-dose vitamin D and high-dose zinc, and it was working. We were talking about our protocols to doctors that were in hospitals across the globe. And I was actually part of a large group of doctors that would meet on Zoom twice a week. And it was the Global Doctors Alliance. And, I mean, there were PhD, microbiologists, virologist.

Dr. Zev Zelenko was on the calls with us. We were sharing solutions with each other, which is what we as physicians thought we were supposed to do. And after about three or four weeks of being on these calls with doctors, everything shifted. It shifted from us talking about how are we going to help our patients to, hey, the government's coming after us. This was what was happening in Europe. Hey, we're getting shut down. Hey, they're telling us to stop therapeutics and treatments. And we thought, oh my gosh, well, that'll never happen in the United States.

That'll never happen in America. And then a couple months later, it did. So in May of 2020, myself and several hundred other doctors across the country got a letter from the Federal Trade Commission. And the letter said, do not tell patients that vitamin CIVs or that any other therapeutics that are not recognized by the federal government could be beneficial for patients that have COVID-19 and etc. I thought that was an odd letter. We called the Federal Trade Commission and we said, all right, what's this about? Would you please give us some insight on what are your concerns with what we're doing?

Did we do something wrong? They said, look, just be careful and make sure that there's nothing on your website or anything that you put out there on radio or television or advertising that is making any claims of something that can't be substantiated. Well, I said, no problem. Well, at that time, we already had 112 papers. that supported the benefits of vitamin D for COVID, and we had 24 papers that supported zinc for COVID.

In fact, one of them was a paper that was funded by Tony Fauci, by NIH, done in 2010. Our attorneys said, all right, we'll just keep moving forward. And that's what we did. We would get calls from family members of patients that were in the ERs or the ICUs, and we would share with few doctors, therapeutics that have been working.

But then all of a sudden, hospitals, were no longer allowed to speak to anybody outside of their facilities. Breaking news tonight, the FDA approving the first and only treatment for coronavirus in the U.S. Remdesivir, now available in hospitals nationwide. Hospitals were no longer allowed to do anything that didn't go underneath the emergency use authorization protocol. The hospitalists and doctors told us if we did any therapeutic outside of what the hospital allowed us to do, which was things like remdesivir and ventilators and IV fluids and that's pretty much about it, that they would get fired.

We were working as hard as we can, talking to patients, talking to doctors, speaking in front of state and federal Senate and House committees, figuring out solutions that we can do. April of 2021, I was traveling to Tulsa, Oklahoma, getting ready to speak at a health and freedom rally. As I'm walking into this building, I get a phone call from my attorneys, and my attorneys He said, hey Eric, we got good news and we got bad news. I said, what's the good news? Well, the good news is we think you just said a Guinness Book World Record. I said, well, what's the record?

Well, you just got sued by the government for $508 billion for telling people to take vitamin D and zinc during COVID. You ever been at one of those dinners where you, you know, you decided to throw your card down and, you know, you took a bunch of friends out and I feel like there's a couple bottles of wine, maybe more than I thought. And then you get that check and you're like, what? This is a check for $500 billion. So I've honored to be joined right now by Eric Caputti. It's really good to see you.

This is an unbelievable story. It really is. I mean, it's really outrageous. And so just before we even get started, what is the emotions in a moment like that? I mean, there has to be some fear. Del, I got to be honest with you. And then watching the video that you guys just put together, those emotions back up. And, you know, sometimes when we're just going through stuff, we're just

head down going through it. You don't really look back and go, wow, that was really crazy. I mean, the emotions, first of all, I had about 30 seconds of the, oh, craps. That's kind of a big deal. As I'm walking into an arena where I'm supposed to be giving a presentation. Right. So I have to shake that off. A good pep talk. Right. I had to shake that off and go in and do what I had to do. and I'll tell you, you know, fear, which to me, Dell, is false evidence appearing real. And in my world, the only way to get rid of fear is to have faith and to have facts. Well, brother, I had all the facts on my side. I knew it from day one.

I've been doing radio and television for 20 years on nutrition and what you can and can't say. I know this and I back everything up with data. I had the facts. And, man, I had the faith. Yeah. And I knew what was going to have. happened and I tell you I remember having a conversation with my wife and children that night when I came home from Tulsa I said look you're going to see dad on the news this is going to be a really big you know to do in the news really big deal we're going to get through this and we're going to be fine I just want to make sure that you guys know that we're all going to be okay and it was a pretty um solemn solace moment right yeah pretty wild so definitely that's amazing um and and you know I People do ask me, you know, how do you have the courage to do what you do?

I say the same thing. I wouldn't, you know, it's faith. And those moments where I feel afraid or weak or, you know, I realize, oh, wait a minute, I'm thinking this is about me. Right, exactly. You know what I mean? Let's just go ahead and let that go. Remember, we're just vessels here.

So I know that that's, you know, deep inside of the work that you've done of watching through the years. One of the things that, I mean, I want to itemize this list for me, though. Okay. How do we get to $508 billion for prescribing vitamin C, vitamin D, a little bit of zinc, you know, probably some hydroxoxicor. You know, those things in there. But how does that, how did that number get to 500? So we asked the Department of Justice that question. Yeah.

How did you get to your number? Because our judge even scoffed at it. He's like, okay, this is, I know we're in crazy times, but this totally took the cake, right? And we asked them, and it literally took them over three weeks to come up with an answer. You're ready to charge me for half a trillion dollars. Right, right. But you can't tell me exactly why you're charging me for half a trillion dollars. So basically they said, well, there was 12,500,000, 12,000, 555,000 hits on social media.

There were over 10 million through emails and shares and whatnot, and we're just going to go ahead and round it up at, I think it's $37,000, no, it's $43,000 per violation. And they said, we'll just call it $508 billion. I don't know about you, Della, but once it's over a couple million, the dollars don't matter to me anymore. Right, what's the payment plan on that? Yeah, would you take that out of my weekly salary? It's like monopoly money at that point.

Like, what do you do? And what's funny is, I literally, over the past three years, I've had people ask me, what? And none of them can say with a straight face. Like when I say that number, $508 billion, they can't say with a straight face. And then they look at me and go, what did you do? And then when I told him, hey, I recommended vitamin D and zinc during COVID, they're like, what? Yeah. It just doesn't make any sense.

It really does. And honestly, when you take, like, look at the science, even the head scientist note, the number one guy that put us in the middle of this, Anthony Fauci. I think we have a headline. What did he recommend outside of the vaccine? Fauci says that he takes vitamin D and C supplements and that they can lessen your susceptibility to infection. And we even found a video of him talking about this. Let's go ahead and put this on the evidence playing field.

Take a look at this. Should moms be doing something just to boost our kids' immune system? Do you need more vitamin C? Do they need more spinach? Is there anything we should be doing? Elderberry. There are two vitamins that, that, that, should consider. For example, if you are deficient in vitamin D, that does have an impact on your

susceptibility to infection. So I would not mind recommending, and I do it myself, taking vitamin D supplement. The other vitamin that people take is vitamin C because it's a good antioxidant. So if people want to take a gram or two at the most of vitamin C, that would be fine. So vitamin C and vitamin D, It's really amazing too when they talk about products like they were saying to you just don't promote products that don't have any you know scientific evidence and when you look at remdesivir I mean the evidence around that it is an absolutely it's a total fraud I mean they literally moved the the end points and and Fauci they just kept manipulating mid-study trying to get some result that looked like it's positive whatsoever it had killed people in trials they They didn't stop even attempting to use it as an Ebola drug. I mean, like the whole thing, and that's what they were saying. You use that, you're okay.

You know, Dell, I had 13 practices at the time, another 32 that we were affiliating with, two surgical centers and consulting with doctors all over the country, all over the globe. We saw over 11,000 COVID patients. We didn't lose anybody. Really? Why didn't the government call us and say, hey, what are you doing? Right. What are you all doing?

What's it that you've got going on? that we don't because our failure rate is massive. Yeah. You know, and when I showed, I showed the Department of Justice, the DOD's very own guideline for COVID-19. I think it's page 34 or 36, paragraph four, it says, make sure that the patient has adequate levels of vitamin D, zinc, and C. I mean, these are common sense things that we know are important to deal with coronaviruses.

But when doctors like myself, and I know this is a problem, that a lot of people had was why are more doctors not standing up, though? Why are my doctor not standing up? Because the government plays government whackamol. Yeah. I mean, the things that they did to me and my family are reprehensible. Like, you can't even, you truly can't even fathom what they really truly did. This is like mafioso to the 90th power, what they did. It really is. I mean, it is literally we have a mob. We don't have a government. We have a mob boss. We have, we, you know, we are under threat. We're being coerced. We're being blackmailed. I mean, all of And let's look at one of my favorite studies that came out that we report was vitamin D.

I mean, yeah, it ended up being miraculous. In fact, this changed the way that I look at health. We now see it as a building block of the immune system. Look at this study, everybody. COVID-19 mortality risk correlates inversely with vitamin D3 status and a mortality rate close to zero could theoretically be achieved at 50 nanograms, results of a systematic review and meta-analysis. It goes on to say, and I remember reporting on this, it was huge, must-reacher shows, must-reach

shows that blood calcidial levels correlate strongly with SARS-CoV-2 infection severity. There is open discussion regarding whether low D3 is caused by the infection or if deficiency negatively affects immune defense. But here's what we do know. Regression suggested a theoretical point of zero mortality at approximately 50 nanograms per milliliter. Meaning if you had 50 nanograms of vitamin D existing in your blood, you cannot die from COVID period. That's all we were saying. We can't find anyone on earth that died with that level

of vitamin D. Once you had that level of vitamin D, you were totally protected. More protected than the vaccine that we've already showed you earlier in this show does not stop transmission, doesn't stop infection. It's outrageous. That study plus the hundreds of other studies that showed the same geared up the prime minister of the UK, Boris Johnson at the time. If you remember this, He went out publicly and said, we're going to give out a million dosages of vitamin D to the most susceptible people in our society. People have diabetes. People are overweight. People are old. People have dark skin. Why? Because the research shows if your vitamin D levels are sufficient, you have a less chance of infection and a less chance of death. So I went to Missouri. We have a lot of political connections there. We went and spoke to the governor. Went and spoke to some of our senators. They just got done telling us that they have a surplus of COVID funds that they do not know what to do with. I presented them the data said, this is what's going on in the UK. They said, no, we're not going to be giving vitamins out to anybody, even though the data does support it.

We're not doing that. It would be the safest damn thing you could do. Even if it did nothing at all, at least it's safe. So we did it. So we did it ourselves. I took $6 million of vitamin D and gave it to people all across the United States of America. Wow. You know, and it's crazy.

I literally look, I'm just the son of a pig farmer from Central Illinois, right? I looked at this as like, this is our Super Bowl. All the doctors should be getting together and figuring out how did what you see in Minnesota and you saw in Michigan and I saw in Missouri, what's working? Why are we not working together to help? And anytime someone stood up, they would try to do what they did to me. It's crazy. So how long did this case last? How long was it in a courtroom?

It was a three-year case, a little over three years. I spent just over $5 million defending myself against our federal government. government. And it was... I mean, $5 million is a large number. I mean, that must have taken a toll. I mean, did it... Della took everything. Yeah. Del, I had to sell, you know, I've worked my whole life. All I've ever done since I was a kid would work my whole life. My wife and I are high school sweethearts. We built our life. We built a dream life together. I mean, we had to sell cars, property. I had to sell her favorite

car she had. I mean, in order for us, I mean, we're 250,000 a month, some months in legal fees to answer paper. And this is the thing that really bothers me. The federal government tries to bankrupt you. This is what their tactic is. They know that they can't win. The science, we destroy him on that. We beat them on the actual procedurals as well. They overstepped some things that they shouldn't have done. And we would have won all the way through. The judge even said that. When the government asked for a motion of summary judgment, the judge says, yeah, Napudi, no guilt, total favor this guy that was after five million dollars have been spent dell wow it's it's insane and that's that's the one of the concerns that i have is you know thank god i had the wherewithal

and the gumption and the support for my my wife and my children to fight this you know i didn't even know i had five million dollars i don't anymore right but uh but at least they got me to a point where i was able to stand up for what was right yeah so so how does this case it it ends i mean do they Does it end up settling? Is that what it's called? Like what was the, you know, you're in the middle of it. Judges say, you want a summary judgment? I'll give it to you.

This guy wins hands down. You have brought a terrible case. The government's going to lose here. So what happened? Let me tell you what happened. So first of all, our first trial was supposed to happen in November of last year. November of 2022, we're supposed to have it. A study came out from, this is huge.

A huge study came out. 600,000 people were studied. It was a VA done study. John Hopkins did the date on it. They found that if doctors and scientists would have talked about the benefits of vitamin D, we could have prevented 4 million cases of COVID-19, saved the lives of 116,000 Americans in one year in 2020 alone. Wow.

They wanted to all of a sudden move the case. So the case got moved. So then it got pushed forward six months. Then it got pushed forward again to this summer. So two weeks before our case this summer, we had arbitration. They forced us to sit down with multiple judges and talk through the case and try to settle. All of the judges told the Department of Justice they need to find an offerant for this case. There's no way that they can win this case. They said flat out, no way.

When the DOJ asked for motion of summary judgment, they wrote a thousand page, thousand page letter in the best king's English to the judge. The judge read it says no liability, no guilt. We can't find anything that you're declaring this. The guy's done. I mean, you're not going to win. So here's what the DOJ gave me three choices. The other day said, look, we know we're not going to win in trial. We know. We're two weeks away from trial.

It's going to cost you by under $200 to $300,000 just to go to and through trial. Once we lose, the DOJ says, we're going to appeal this thing. They know that they can appeal it because when the judge made him. Joe Biden will find this to the end of time. For another two years, three years, he could have drug it out. They said we can also, right now give you. you a gag order and we can work on some type of a gag order where you never talk about any of this again. You're not practicing again. You're not doing any of this stuff. You're not living

your passion, right? What I do. We can talk about some monetary reimbursement. Do they tell you what kind of numbers that might be? Well, they were talking about at least my legals, which was five. Yeah. It's not about the money to me. Or they said, we'll give you option number three. And option number three is you're not going to take option number three, but here it is. Option three is you get your freedom. We'll give you a letter from the government saying you're not under investigation from anything. We'll drop the case against you. We'll give you letters to go back to your banks because I got debanked by five banks.

My wife's bank accounts got frozen as well, all because of this. Wow. We'll also get you a letter to go back to the insurance companies because as a doctor, all the insurance companies dropped my patient's ability to use their health insurance in my practices, literally cutting millions of dollars of income away from us. We'll give you that, but we'll give you no money. And so they offered me my freedom or money. And here I am today talking to you because I didn't take the money.

Wow, man. That's amazing. And I mean, just, first of all, what a stand-up human in this world to, you know, so you're out $5 million. Probably, I'm sure you could have negotiated beyond that five to get damages, 25 million, whatever, you don't even take that route. And you just say, you know what? No, I'm going to tell the world what happened here.

Just do what's right and wipe this off my record. And so here you are. Here we are. Del, I'll tell you, when my parents, my mother, God rest of your soul, raised me that if you have the ability to do something, you have the responsibility to do it. And I truly believe that all this world is looking for are the right men and women to stay.

stand up and just say no. We just need to say no. This is all crazy. I know. And all we have to do is say no together. I believe that they want to keep us fat sick and nearly dead. Look at what they're feeding us. Look at what they're giving us. Look what they're not letting you know about what's what's right. And by the way, if we were right about vitamin D, C, and zinc and everything else for COVID, what else are we right about that you should know? Right. But all I know is that if we didn't stand, I stood, you stood, many of us, we would never have the opportunity to have the future that we need and we know is going to happen, Dale. Well, I mean, and what, you know, we realize, because we've been in this fight, I know

where you're at when we face these things, but you're fighting for more than just yourself. In fact, when I was really looking at this case before we're going to do this show, and I said, you were actually fighting for the high wire because had they gotten away with charging you $50,000 for everybody that clicked on a video that you made? made, you know, what does that end up saying to the high wire? What does that say to every single podcaster or news agency that decides to tell the truth that doesn't fit the narrative that the government is selling, or certainly that the pharmaceutical industry that we've proven all day long here on this show today is totally in bed with Moderna and pharma and calling themselves

NGOs and things. But if you don't stand up, we are in danger. We're in danger of free speech, the ability to tell the truth. And so how many? I mean, these are moments where you just, these are historic founding father type moments and decisions. And it's just amazing to know you're out there. I want to tell you this, Del, that the moment we said no to the settlement offer from the FTC,

they were physically and verbally ticked off. Because they had just changed. And we didn't know this until the next day. they had not changed the FTC's guidelines for marketing and advertising and etc. Things you can say and can't say. They haven't changed since 1998. They just changed it April 15th of this year the day after we said we're not taking a settlement. And right after that, 700 companies, big name companies.

I mean, we're talking some of the largest named companies that sell nutrition, now got a letter from the FTC saying that they're violating because now they're trying to hold nutraceutical companies for the same standards of drugs to double-blower. randomized control placebo studies. Which they'll never do for a vaccine, by the way. Won't do it for a vaccine, but you're going to have to do it on vitamins if you want to put it. And when we said no, we were able to shine the light on that. That's great. It's crazy, man.

I know in Canada getting a lot of calls right now that they're under attack, you know, vitamins, all those things. They're about to be illegal. I mean, this is a battle that's happening across the world. We've shown many leaders are starting to wake up to what's going on here. But this is the United States of America. Yeah. I mean, we are supposed to be the beacon of liberty and freedom. Yes. The right to, you know, raise your family, to feed yourself as you see fit,

to, you know, go to whatever doctor or practitioner or chiropractor or, you know, massage therapist, whatever it is, you get to decide and to see this level of coercion and assault and threat blackmail going on from this government. Yes. It was blackmail. Yeah. Did you know that, so the FTC, has Linda Khan is the chairwoman of the FTC and may have five chair positions underneath her.

Two of those five positions resigned and wrote letters to President Biden saying that that she is using personal and political powers to go after individuals naming me, talked about me in those because she's doing that. Two of them resigned. And by the way, those two that resigned said that they would be expert witnesses in our case. The government did not want this case ever to get in front of a jury, ever, because of all the discovery that we had. And all that it was done was there was to try and scare everyone else. They're going to try and Wakefield you. By the way, Wakefield is going to

be on my show here, I think next week or the week after, who pioneers all of this, stood by himself. Many of us are now standing together. Obviously through all of this, you know, even before you get the lawsuit, just watching, you were watching the McCullivs of the world, being attacked. You're watching, you know, Malones and just everybody out there that spoke out, being attacked, you know, having their social media taken down and threats on your license was under threat as so many brilliant doctors have sat in that exact chair throughout this experience. Do you have a thought on what's happening? Like what's causing this? What is, who is the they? Boy, that's the, that's the, my million dollar question, by the way.

That's a $1 trillion question. Well, I know that they... It's literally the $500 billion question down. Who is they? Well, I know that I know that they, in my particular case, and in many other doctors who sat in this chair's case, were protecting the emergency use authorization. Because remember, there's a 16-point criteria that says that if,

you know, all 16 of those aren't checked off. And one of them being, if there was therapeutic or something that could help with COVID, they would lose the emergency use authorization, and have to go back to the drawing board and the golden goose was gone. I believe that was a major, major part of this. But to me, you know, I keep life real simple. I fight not against flesh and blood,

but against principalities and rulers in high, evil, dark places. This is a spiritual battle, Del. And once I realized that, I realized greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world, so I have nothing to fear at all. I'm going to stand because Ephesion 6 says, after you put on an entire armor of God, and there's nothing left to do but stand you stand therefore and that's what we will do.

Amen. I mean, you know, it's funny through the years we started out. We would never get in any sort of spiritual conversation. I just wanted to keep it about the science. But through COVID, through all of this, it really is the only way to have the strength to handle this, this battle that's upon us. And it's upon us. I mean, and that's what I really want to say is that for anyone that thinks COVID is behind us, These draconian, you know, rule makers and world dominators

or have not invested in the MRNA technology to just let it get pushed away. You know, they have not invested in tracking systems and software to track you on your phone just because they weren't able to get us to buy into it this time. It's sitting there on the shelf waiting to come out. We are watching the WHO trying to create this alliance where they get to on the statement of an emergency, which is simply just a virus blowing across the border,

puts them in charge of the world. All this is going on right now as we speak. And unfortunately, our current leader in the United States of America seems to be a part of this cabal on our sovereignty. You're right. You're right. So what is your message to people out there that are afraid of this? And I said it before, that had this. I'm really tired of this.

They plan, they're going to outsmart us. You know, you stood. You stood. They didn't outsmart you. What is your message to people out there of watching your story right now? You know what, Dale, it goes back to our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate.

It's our greatest fears that we are powerful beyond measure. Everyone thinks that they're just this little insignificant thing. You're just an insignificant person who's been victimatized or something bad happened to you, You got put in a little box or this is what you've been labeled or this is the scar that you carry your life. No. Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. We have the ability to stand up and stand up against tyrannical evil.

Yeah. We have it and it's not, brother, it is in our DNA to do so. I agree. And I just want to encourage every man, woman, and child that's listening to just say no. And remember, sticks and stones. will break your bones and words will never hurt me. Dale, we were raised different, brother. It's time to bring some of that feral raising back today.
