When you think of a conspiracy, a small organization deciding to rule the world or rule a group of people or put forward a lie that controls people, I suppose there's not another theory bigger or group bigger than the WHO, who, as we know right now, is looking to sign the treaty. The pandemic treaty, in order to the proposal for the WHO pandemic agreement, we've talked about this a lot, a set of rules set out. to essentially allow them to decide whenever the next pandemic's coming. And of course, it comes along with the international health regulations that will kick in the moment they say that we're under attack by another virus because they got this last one so, right? Why not just put them in charge of the world? Why don't we just take down all the sovereignty of every nation because the WHO is the one that should be in charge of the world when they decide that we're in trouble? Well, that is all going into hearings and is going to be signed or ratified or not signed starting this week.

And at the heart of that is going to be a march by people from all over the world just like you, just like me, saying, oh, hell no, in Geneva, Switzerland, you may want to think about going because it's going to look something like this. At the center of a lot of the work all around the world is an attorney that has been just doing incredible work. Philip Cruz, who has even come to America to speak with the Ron Johnson hearings and is a part of really bringing truth in Europe to this entire situation. If you don't know who he is, then you haven't been paying attention. Next presenter is Mr. Philip Cruz.

Now we will be hearing from Philip Cruz. He specializes in tax and in constitutional law, his own law firm in Zurich, and is admitted to all courts in Switzerland. We are here today because we are all concerned by the World Health Organization's strong pressure to extend its powers with a permanent effect over the sovereignty of the countries and over the self-determination of the people. is going to establish a classical totalitarian structure and wants to make sure that the value of the national constitutions become zero. Literally every aspect of global life can give rise to a public health emergency of international concern, whether it is climate change, whether it is biodiversity loss or ecosystem degradation.

Where does it start? Where does it end? We are talking about mandatory testing methods by useless tools, mandatory travel restrictions, mandatory lockdowns, mandatory vaccinations with predefined experimental products, mass quarantines and so on. In May 2024, the 194 member states of the WHO will have their final vote on both of these international agreements. This process takes place behind closed doors and at a tremendous speed, the only answer to this development is a strong no. And this no must come from all the people all over the world altogether. It's my honor and pleasure to be joined by Philippe Cruz right now. I mean, this is a historic moment, is it not? I mean, it seems really important.

This is absolutely right. It's first a great honor for me to be on your show. You have done such a great work during the past four years to enlightening people and to bring true science to the people's homes. And you gave hope to so many people. Thank you so much for the great work you've been doing. Thank for the invitation. Absolutely.

Yes, that's true. It is truly an historic moment because now we are right ahead of these votes or non-vents. We don't know what the 194 member states will ultimately decide next week. All options are on the table, the option of having a vote in favor of these two agreements, or none of them will be voted upon and everything will be postponed. There is a tremendous tension and a tremendous anxiety on the side of WHO. So everything is open yet, and we see a growing number of activists, a growing number of activists, a growing number of,

of members of parliament who really truly oppose these two pandemic instruments. When does this all begin in Geneva, Switzerland? When do they start meeting? It starts officially coming Monday 27th of May. Okay, and then it goes all week. And so at that point, they can start rewriting and trying to, I mean, is it works sort of like, I think about, you know, our congressmen or senators get together at times and they start rejiggering and trying to see what they could all, Is that sort of how this process will work? Will there be people doing some rewrites all week long?

It could well be. What it shouldn't be that way, actually. When we talk about the international health regulations, WHO should have submitted to all the member states already four months ago, the final version for the vote. That's the rule, according to the IHR themselves. But they didn't do so. And they declared to continue negotiation until the very low

moment. That's against their own rules. Wow. Now, there is some confusion. Maybe we can clear it up here. There's this sort of WHO pandemic agreement, and there's the IHR rule. What is the difference between these two documents? How do we think of them so that they, because they kind of meld together, even here, we haven't really gotten too much in the detail, but what is the difference between these two documents? Well, actually, they are technically both international agreements. And only new one here is the new pandemic treaty totally new agreement needs two third majority for the vote to be adopted the other international agreement is the international health regulations and they are under a special regime because they are deemed to be just technical regulations and therefore

they have the privilege to be adopted just upon a 51 percent simple majority yeah and they will come in force by way of an automatism. You can do so only if you truly have only technical standards in there, but if you look at it, it is much more far-reaching and inflicts everybody's life and even sovereignty of the governments. So these new rules should actually not be in the IHR, international health relations, but they should actually be put into the new pandemic treaty.

If actually not, they should be seen as rewriting WHO's own constitution. Wow. Now, Tadros has said, you know, that this has all been overblown. There's all this misinformation saying that, you know, the WHO will somehow take over national sovereignty. This does nothing of the sort. What do you say? I mean, that's the statement we've been making.

Obviously, this is falling apart. And we've been reporting on the fact that there's more and more member nations that have been jumping ship. But when he says that that that's just a statement, false information. It has nothing to do with overcoming sovereignty in nations or taking charge. What do you say to that? Well, on the formalistic point of view, actually, he is right. Because in the new pandemic treaty, you find the word sovereignty and wording that seems to protect sovereignty quite a few times. And also you find in the international health regulations reintroduced

the protection of human rights. But just by putting it, you know, it's a lot of the United States, but just by the words into these agreements doesn't mean that sovereignty and human rights are truly protected. So here's my critics. One of the most fundamental powers WHO will formally receive is to determine what will be the decision-making basis for governments. What will be the decision-making basis for doctors and for individuals? They will be allowed to determine where does the threat come from, what kind of threat does it is, whether people are sick or not, how to measure it, and what will be the solution? So think of it. If all the relevant elements of decision making are predefined by an international organization, and you are not allowed to take into account your own expertise, your own good scientists, that is an element of depriving or giving up sovereignty.

And here it is the point, technically speaking, yes, it's not actually. WHO who takes away our sovereignty, but our leaders are about to give it away, to allow WHO to deliver the decision-making basis for their countries. And that will lead us into disaster, because if we are in the future, continue to be told, oh look, dangerous coming from the left, but you will be saved. If you run to the right, everybody will run to the right. Yeah. So there's a form of control without the wording of legally binding recommendations. And that is truly dangerous. It's amazing. I mean, you know, we always think the concept of failing forward. Right now, we have essentially world dictators failing their way into control. I mean, when I look at how

the pandemic was handled, overstating the death rate from the very beginning, which ended up being, you know, 0.35%. And that mostly was in a very specific group of elderly that had, um, you know, previous health conditions that made them vulnerable. The idea that we gave the vaccine just this week, you know, Robert Redfield at the CDC said that he knew the vaccine was problematic and no one under the age of 50 probably should have received this. And yet, where was the WHO? Where was the WHO on any of this?

All the social distance, all the lockdowns, none of it now based in science. I'm sure you're watching these incredible hearings in Washington, D.C. right now where all of this evidence is coming forward and we realize the amount of lying and sabotage and fraud that was taking place. I'm going to be getting into that in just a minute. But tell me now about this event. What is taking place in Switzerland, in Geneva? And if people want to attend, you know, just tell me about what we can expect from really the right side of this conversation, those that will be there to resist the WHO power grab. Yes, so the whole event is designed to send out a strong signal into the world.

We declare our independence from WHO. They have deceived us. They did not perform their constitutional duty to protect people's health. They did quite the opposite. So thereby, therefore, we declare our independence in Geneva. The main event will be on the 1st of June. Yes, and here we see the road to Geneva. So that's a great call to everybody, take you a car or whatever transport you have,

going your way to Geneva. And there is on that homepage very well described where you can land, where you are where we will find safe places with your car, hotel and so on. And then the main event, before the main event, there will be on Friday 31st of May. a global inspired summit with great people coming there and having their discussions about how does the future look like how do we want to rewrite the future in public health with great people coming and then on Saturday morning the lawyers seven

eight lawyers from different countries will hold their press conference given analysis of what has been concluded by the WHOHA World Health Assembly and what shall we take from it? And then the main event starts in the afternoon, Saturday 1st of June, in Geneva, plus de nation, half past one. And we will have a tremendous great list of speakers starting with Al-Sim Malhotra.
