Starting point is 00:00:00 I had an interesting week, but I want to start out by telling just a short story about how I grew up. I've said many times, my parents pulled me out of school in fourth grade and started homeschooling me. And they raised me with one central principle, which is always question authority. Be your own voice, trust your own intuition, you know, follow that guiding light. Your connection to God is all that matters. And no one overrides that. And so I've said before, and I've attempted to do this with my own kids, it's a very difficult way to raise a family because your children challenge you all the time. Why?
Starting point is 00:00:39 Because in their world, you're that authority that needs to be challenged. And so in our house, we have a rule that you're allowed to make any argument against even, you know, chores you're being asked to do. But you get one argument. If it's a winning argument, okay, then you're out of it. I want to create debate. I want to create discussion of my family. And it's also how I run this show. One of the main things I tell most of you or all of you all the time is that, first of all, I'm not telling you what to think.
Starting point is 00:01:09 I'm trying to show you how to think. And I'm also demanding that you be critical thinkers and really ask questions. I've said before that, you know, that media or the news is the fourth branch of government. It's what our founding fathers said that if we did not have a free press that was willing to, to ask the hardest questions, whether sensible or not, of our government agencies, of our corporations, then we would not have a free country. You have to be free to ask whatever question you want. And therefore, as stating that, as I do to my kids, you have every right to ask me any question you want. And you have every right to challenge it or discuss, you know, where is Del coming from?
Starting point is 00:01:50 Is he right on this? Is he wrong? That is what free thinking is all about. And I, invite it. But I also want to invite that when you have those conversations, that you actually do some research like you see me do on this show, that you look deeply into whatever accusations being made and follow it through. Try to imagine. Look at the background of the people that are talking, that are telling the story, and then look at our background on the high wire. What is it we stand for? Who are we? Let's say all of this, because this week, a few turns were thrown around that get thrown around a lot. One of them being this one. Controlled Opposition.
Starting point is 00:02:28 The definition is controlled opposition is the use of a black propaganda and saboteurs who claim to oppose a particular faction but are in fact working for the faction. Now, throughout the years, ever since I made Vax back in 2016 and got involved in this conversation around vaccines, on occasion someone will say that person's controlled opposition. Oh, don't talk to that person, their controlled opposition. Dell, if you stand on a stage with that person, then I'm going to know your controlled opposition. Oh, is Dell controlled opposition? This word gets thrown around a lot. And if you've been in this movement for even like five days, you've probably already heard it. Now, at the heart of this is this question. What is controlled opposition? Is this an insider working against the entire machine?
Starting point is 00:03:16 Well, that came up this week. And it's based on a bill that is on our legislative website. I can legislate. It's called the vaccine confidence bill. Now, there's a few things before I even get into this conversation today. I want to make clear. I can legislate is not a part of the I can network as far as RC3 is concerned. Our C3 is a nonprofit. We cannot be involved in any legislation whatsoever. All of the donations that come into ICANN or the highwire only go to the work that we do as a nonprofit and to the highwire.
Starting point is 00:03:54 So this legislative action website is the legislative arm. It's a C4. You can donate to it. You don't get a tax deduction. And everything is revealed very different. And there's a different group of people that want to dedicate funding to that legislative process. So to be clear in this story, in one of the comments this week that came out is you're using the, you know, nonprofits money. That is not true.
Starting point is 00:04:17 They are completely and totally separate. Now, at the heart of this conversation, there are several posts. and many of you were even talking about it last week during our feed. We were going to ignore it and just let it go and thought it would blow away. But some people I actually love and trust reached out, and many of you, so many commented that we decided, you know what, we better set the record straight. Now, today, I am not going to out anybody.
Starting point is 00:04:42 I'm going to cover everybody's identity because I mean no harm against anybody. I don't know if some of you are bad actors, if you're trying to tear down I can in the work that Highwire does, or maybe you're just misinformed, or maybe you're just genuinely confused. Either way, we're going to set their record straight today, but I don't want anyone's names, and I don't want anyone being attacked in the middle of this. I've had enough attack this week, and that's really all this is about, and I'm willing to accept it. So here is one of the people that put out some substacks and videos, we're not going to name,
Starting point is 00:05:14 had this comment that I think sets the stage for what I'm talking about. Take a listen to this. This is it, informed consent action network. And if you watch Del Bigtree, you've probably heard of this because he is the founder. And there is some action that they're taking, which is very troubling to me. And here we go. I'm going to share my screen. And this is called the, you know, I'm just going to call it what it's called, the vaccine confidence bill. Does this rub anybody the wrong way that? that they have created a model bill to be introduced into different state legislatures. And here it is right here working on being introduced.
Starting point is 00:06:00 And it was already introduced in Idaho and Arizona, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. I'm going to break this down for you. But right off the bat, I will tell you that I don't care for the name. And I will also let you know that we reached out to this agency, to this group, and ask them to please explain why they created a bill with this name. All right, let's bring up the website because, as this person is stating, it's the name that bothers them, the vaccine confidence bill. And the question being, why would I can push a bill designed to create vaccine confidence?
Starting point is 00:06:38 Some of you tweeted and some of you were on different programs, but here's a couple of the other statements that were made. made, Mr. Siri, would you shed some light on this, please? Why is Dell now presenting a vaccine confidence bill that includes verbiage to remove the possibility of exemptions from mandates? Another person wrote, what about your documentaries, Dell? They were so full of important information, and Aaron's work has been incredible in fighting against mandates, but this new bill is horrendous. I think you need to explain this. Have you been flipped, or were you just playing a very long game?
Starting point is 00:07:10 I'm actually devastated, and I doubt I'm the only one. I think you need to explain this. Okay, so this has happened several times. This is one of the biggest times, which is why we're here today. An explanation is wanted. Now, normally, when you think of strategy, sometimes explaining it isn't always the best thing to do on like primetime television or in this case on primetime internet. But I'm going to attempt to do that. And to understand what this is really all about, I kind of want to reference a historical story that we all grew up with.
Starting point is 00:07:43 Go to tell the story of the Trojan horse. And as the story of the Trojan horse goes, it's one of the most cunning acts of deception there's ever been. After about a 10-year siege on the city of Troy, the Greeks devised a clever plan to finally breach its walls. They constructed a massive wooden horse and left it outside of the gates of Troy, pretending it was a gift, symbolizing their retreat. You win.
Starting point is 00:08:07 The Trojans, believing they had won, brought the horse inside their city as a trophy. and they all celebrated, we've won. A little did they know what we all now know that it was filled with Greek soldiers. And under the cover of night, these soldiers emerged, opened the gates for their comrades, and ultimately it led to the downfall of Troy. Now, we all know that story.
Starting point is 00:08:29 It's a famous story in battle folklore and myth and, you know, the reality at different times, the strategy has probably been used again. Now, imagine, if you will, a scenario where history told a little bit different story. What if the story went that the Greeks built this giant Trojan horse and they put it, I mean this giant Trojan horse and put it outside the gates of Troy. It was filled with soldiers.
Starting point is 00:08:56 But one of the soldiers grabbed the mastermind of this incredible idea and say, hey, I think you're controlled opposition. While you go ahead and explain to the rest of us exactly why you just built a giant horse are giving a gift to our enemy. How would that story have turned out? How would history tell that story? Most likely that story would end with the Trojans firing burning arrows into it outside of the gates, that it would never enter and kill all of the soldiers inside.
Starting point is 00:09:31 There's a reason why when you're trying to be strategic, you don't express your strategy to the public, especially when you know, as I do, that Tadros watches my show. Hello, out there, head of the WHO, that the heads of CDC and FDA, there are departments. We have done FOIA requests, and we know they actually watch our show. And when we were censored, they celebrated inside the CDC and their emails, yay, the witch is dead. So they're watching, and I am going to discuss this now today, knowing exactly that they're watching. But enough of you, as I've said, have asked questions that I'm going to go ahead and reveal the strategy. Because I think what's important as we move forward, and I do not believe this battle is over in any stretch of the imagination.
Starting point is 00:10:19 We're going to be discussing later in this show the bird flu. And the, you know, the growing belief that this looks like this year's pandemic and maybe another opportunity to lock us down. How are we going to stop it? What are we going to do? How are we going to communicate? Who's running the strategy? All of this very important. So I'm going to give up this strategy today because I want you to understand how we think here at the high wire,
Starting point is 00:10:42 how Aaron Siri and I work together when we bring together legal ideas and legislation. And let me be perfectly clear, it's all on the table. You'd be mind-blown by some of the things we think about doing, don't do, sometimes we do, some is in the wings. But in this case, it's the vaccine confidence bill. Now, to return to that, let's return to one of these videos that was put out because I think it had, explains at the heart of it, the real confusion and frustration. So once again, take a listen to this. So the title of this bill is an act to increase vaccine confidence.
Starting point is 00:11:18 It also reinforces the notion of these shots being required. Like, no, they might be, you may say, well, you don't live in my state. They require them for my children to go to school. Well, you're dealing with a government agency. Why are your children going to a public school? There are so many superior alternatives. Then it states that this would only be for certain shots that do not meet the minimal standards, meaning you don't get an exemption for the other shots.
Starting point is 00:11:47 How is that good? How is this something that you want to promote into a state legislature? Now, for those of you that tuned into this program, and I can see why you maybe got panicked. And I don't know if you went and actually read it yourself or went through it, but we're going to do that together now. But before I do, there's a statement that I want to push back against, which is this idea, and some of you have it, that there's no such thing as a vaccine mandate. You just don't, you just don't agree to it, which I'm all about.
Starting point is 00:12:15 No one has said more often than I have, just resist, stay away from it. And I agree, if you can homeschool, you should homeschool. You should have your kids out of the public school system. But where we disagree is, I am aware that not everybody has the ability to make that choice. Some of you are single parents. You're working so hard in a destroyed economy, afflation through the roof. You're just trying to hold it all together. And one thing you cannot do is find the time to educate your child yourself.
Starting point is 00:12:43 But you don't, under those circumstances, want to have to vaccinate your kid. And in California, there's not even a private school you're allowed into. So for you, mandates are very real. And so this idea that there's no such thing as a mandate is not true. And for those people that are stuck in those situations, exemptions are your only way out for now. Now, let me state very clearly that the mission of the informed consent action network, my mission, the Highwire, Aaron's mission, in all the work that we do is to end mandates forever. I don't believe that any medical intervention should ever be mandated upon you.
Starting point is 00:13:22 And we are working to get to that final end. It starts by waking up the hearts and minds of the people, which is what the high wire does every single week. But ultimately, you have to deal with legislators and you have to deal with government because as long as they're bringing it, for those of you that tried to get on a plane during COVID and weren't allowed to without proof of vaccination, for those of you trying to go to work but lost your job because you refused to because you didn't have a vaccination and could not show proof of it, those mandates were real. And so unlike this person is talking, I actually care about you too. Just because some of us have opted out, just because I have a job where I can say, hey, man, stay in your ground. I get it.
Starting point is 00:14:05 I work at the high wire. I'm not losing my job over that conversation. I also pulled my kids out of school because luckily my wife and I are together and we're able to do that. But it's not fair to say that everybody can do that. And we've got to care about everyone in this situation, which is what I can does. Some of the things are for those that will never touch a vaccine in your lives, homeschool their kids, and are moving forward. But what about those that have no other choices? How do we help them?
Starting point is 00:14:30 And by the way, how close do you think we are to removing mandates forever from the government? I will tell you this. As many wins as we've had and as many victories as we've had, we are a long way away from the entire government, enough of them voting to say, that's it. We're never mandated a vaccine again. Now, I could stay in my ground. I could walk into every politician's office and say, I'm an anti-vaccine, I'm here to eradicate vaccines from the planet. How far does that conversation go?
Starting point is 00:15:01 Now, it's great on a podcast, no doubt. And if all you want to do is put out a podcast, it's really a great talking point. And it gets really exciting, but it goes nowhere when you're trying to achieve certain things like passing a bill. Now, let's look at this bill in closer detail. Here's what it's called. It's called the vaccine confidence, fitness. And as it states, the title, an act to increase vaccine confidence. Oh my God, what's Dell thinking?
Starting point is 00:15:27 I get it. This is the point. Purpose assures the public that an exemption exists for required vaccines that do not meet certain minimal requirements. It does say right there that it's only for the ones that do not meet certain minimal requirements. And the justification of this is adding this exemption will increase confidence in mandated vaccines.
Starting point is 00:15:48 Definitely on its face. see why anyone is saying, Dell, what are you thinking? All right, let's go to the rest of it. Right there where you are. Limited informed consent exemption to mandate vaccines. A, this is what the bill says. To increase public confidence in vaccines, the department shall publicize that an exemption exists for required vaccines that do not meet the minimal standards provided in this part.
Starting point is 00:16:12 Let's look at this very closely. We are asking that the, you know, to increase public confidence in vaccines, what we're saying is you should public to the entire public that an exemption exists. This is something that never happens. Many of you know that when you're told that you have to vaccinate your kids to go to school, do they tell you, by the way, our state has an exemption, as do all but five states? And what we're directly involved with at the Highwire and I can is to free the five. It's where a lot of your donations are going. We are trying to get exemptions in all those other states. And by the way, to everybody that attacked us this week and everybody has put out videos,
Starting point is 00:16:46 did any of you ever win back an exemption for an entire state? Because we did. We won back the religious exemption for Mississippi. Doesn't sound to me something that controlled opposition would do. Why would you successfully destroy a vaccine mandate in a state? Can't imagine what benefit that has to the machine and to the system. But put all that aside. This is the work that we do. Okay. Now, let's look at how this works. Now, ultimately, you've got to, announcers an exemption. We want that right away. We believe that right now, today, everyone should be being told you have an exemption in place. Now, let's look at the next section of this. Notwithstanding any other law, meaning this is just stands on its own, a person who is
Starting point is 00:17:32 required to receive a vaccine for any purpose, whether it's a COVID pandemic or getting into a job or whatever they're stating, you may claim an exemption from the vaccine requirement if, and only if there is not a vaccine approved by the FDA to fulfill the requirement that meets the following criteria. Now, this is where this person is really panicked. Well, I mean, what about the ones that do make this requirement? Then we have to take those? For those of you that have watched the high wire long enough, you know where this is going. And I hope when you looked at this bill, and I'm assuming probably 85 to 90% of you already looked and says,
Starting point is 00:18:11 oh, this is a bunch of hullabaloo, but not enough. go through it. All right? So back to this. Number one, this is four critical things these vaccines need to do, and if they don't, you get an automatic exemption. The clinical trial, the FDA relied upon to approve the vaccine evaluated its safety for at least one year long after it was administered against a control group that only received either a placebo or another vaccine that meets all the requirements in this paragraph, meaning another vaccine that went through a placebo trial and prove to be safe against a placebo. Well, let's listen again to some of the outcry
Starting point is 00:18:49 just about this part of this bill. Listen to this. The purpose is to assure the public that an exemption exists for the required cocktails that do not meet certain minimal requirements. Well, right off the bat, you may say, that's fantastic.
Starting point is 00:19:05 Of course we want an exemption. But did you read the rest of the sentence? For the cocktails that do not meet certain minimal requirements, that means that there is no exemption for the other ones. I don't know, maybe it was an intern who wrote this law and they didn't really know what they were doing. I just, there's so much wrong with it. They may claim an exemption from the requirement if there is not a vaccine approved by the FDA to fulfill the requirement that meets the following criteria.
Starting point is 00:19:34 So again, they're putting forth this premise that a person can be required to get the shot. And then the big if negates everything that came prior to it. So then it says you can't get an exemption. That's what this bill is saying. This bill basically says you are not allowed to get an exemption. You do not have a right to be exempt if the FDA tested it safety for at least one year against a control group and get this, that got a placebo or another cocktail. The whole thing is ludicrous. This entire bill is promoting the use of cocktails.
Starting point is 00:20:11 There's no other way that I can interpret it because this is exactly what they have. You have to learn how to read between the lies. You have to learn how to read between the lies, as they put it. Okay. So on one hand, I will say that just the fact that that was read that way shows how incredibly clever this is and perhaps a little too clever for some and I'm sorry about that. But as I said, it's a strategy. Now, what is being said is that first of all, there's a problem.
Starting point is 00:20:41 false statement being made. There's nothing in this bill that overrides any of the other exemptions. What we have just done with this bill, should it pass, is add a brand new exemption on top of all the exemptions that exist. This one would cover every state that got it. And what we've laid out is four principles, the first one being it has to have been through a placebo control trial. What this person doesn't know, and if they're on our side, should know, is that not a single vaccine has ever been through a long-term trial over one year with a placebo. Not one. of them. We have this on our website at I Can Decide.org, the Childhood Vaccine Trial Summary chart. It lays out what you will find if you look it out and what you will find is that
Starting point is 00:21:21 not a single vaccine that is on the childhood schedule ever went through a double-blind placebo-based trial prior to licensure and none of them go over more than six months and certainly not the year that's being required. Let's look at the other points, shall we? Number two in this is the department posts on its website. The injuries are diseased. is caused by the vaccine and the rate at which the injury or disease occurs from the vaccine. This is something that would be really awesome. Can you imagine if they had to tell you how many people get injured by vaccines every year? They don't do that.
Starting point is 00:21:53 There's no informed consent, which is the heart of our name, the informed consent action network. We're demanding that you post exactly how many injuries happen, what those injuries are, how they're caused on your website, and that doctors have to tell you before you take the product. That would be true informed consent. And by the way, informed consent still has the word consent in it. after you've been informed, you still have the right to consent or to not consent, something that seems to be misunderstood by a lot thereafter. Let's look at number three.
Starting point is 00:22:19 The department posts on its website, the injuries or diseases caused, I'm sorry, number three, the list of permanent disability or death from the vaccine has been proven to be less than that caused by the infection it is intended to prevent. Everyone that went through COVID knows that this didn't happen. We have kids that got the vaccine that had a death rate of 0.0002% from the disease, but a much higher rate of myocarditis and all the other issues. There is the reality of how dangerous this virus was. In fact, if you were under the age of 70, at worst, you had about a 0.5% risk.
Starting point is 00:22:52 And, you know, the younger you got, the less dangerous it got. But for the vaccine, it's just as dangerous for everybody. Look how many people have been injured by that vaccine. 1.6 million reports the bears on the COVID vaccine alone. All right. Let's just go to number four. As we look at this, the vaccine's manufacturer has liability for the deaths for serious injuries, meaning that this exemption will exist for every vaccine that the manufacturers are liable,
Starting point is 00:23:22 meaning the 1986 Act cannot apply to the vaccine or we get an automatic exemption. It's a no-brainer. Do you see how this works? Now, granted, we are working to remove the 86 Vaccine Injury Compensation Act, which totally took away the liability from the manufacturer and the doctor and everybody that gives it, which means there's no free market system making this a better product. There's no incentive to do the proper safety trials. All of that is dead because of the liability protection.
Starting point is 00:23:50 And what we're saying here is ultimately, if it's got liability protection and I got no way to sue them, I get an automatic exemption. Okay, so that's it on its face. And let me just say this. There is no vaccine in history that can meet all for those requirements. So any idea that we're only protecting you with this bill from those that, you know, meet these requirements that's every vaccine made. And for those that try to make vaccines, they'd be the first to tell you there's no way really to make a vaccine that meets these requirements. Or at least if you ever did, you'd have to still put liability.
Starting point is 00:24:24 This is our placebo pyramid scheme showing you that none of the vaccines we give our kids ever went through a true placebo trial and long-term study. But let's get to part two of why we made this bill and the real reason. The odds that we will totally pass this bill aren't very good, but it's something that we work on. And as was stated, we have brought this. And we've actually had this for years in Idaho and Arizona. But what it really is is a tool. This is what this legislative bill does. It teaches people.
Starting point is 00:24:58 It teaches people who are not thinking clearly and don't have the critical, thinking skills that we talk about every day to start critically thinking. One of the things that so many of you ask me is, Del, how do I talk to my relative that is just really believes in this vaccine program? They just won't look at the science. They won't do anything. And I would say, well, start by asking a series of questions. Ask them why they think they do. Meet them where they're at. That is what this bill is designed to do. It's designed to meet our politicians where they're at. I asked you right now, how many politicians in the United States of America do you think would state that I am vaccine hesitant? How about how many politicians, senators and congressmen and assembly members would say, I'm an anti-vaxxer?
Starting point is 00:25:48 Probably almost none, maybe a couple that are starting to really wake up. So how do we get them to stop killing and injuring people? Because if this fall we have another pandemic and they rush another pandemic, and they rush another, vaccine onto the market, then I want to make sure we protect those people. I'm not happy with those of us, the millions that are watching this show right now and the millions that tune in to all the work that Robert Malone, who's going to be on the show coming up, and those of us that are really speaking out, it's not enough. I'm not happy that we are doing fine right now, that we're really happy we didn't get the COVID vaccine while we watch children dying on football fields and
Starting point is 00:26:26 soccer fields and news anchors dropping out from behind their desk. I don't feel good about it. I don't feel good that. That I told you so is the worst I told you so to ever have to state. So I want to save those people too. I want to save those people that believe in this system. How do I do it? I go right where their belief is. And you know where it's at? Right now, they're actually starting to ask a question about the COVID vaccine. They're recognizing that Trump's warp speed put it under the market too fast. It didn't go through proper safety trials. It doesn't actually stop transmission. And it does clinically proved to cause myocarditis and pericarditis. And there's real questions on whether it's more dangerous than the disease itself.
Starting point is 00:27:09 All the things of what this bill is about. So imagine we walk into that person that's just cracked the door and saying, hey, I think this COVID vaccine was dangerous. And frankly, I'm a legislator. And I got kids in school. And I don't want my kids to have to get this vaccine. Now, sure, they still believe all the vaccines are okay, except for the COVID vaccine. but they want a mechanism by which they can protect their kids.
Starting point is 00:27:32 In comes the vaccine confidence bill, because they know the competence of vaccines have dropped because of the COVID vaccine. And the forcing it on, everybody, freaked everybody out, so they want to do the right thing. And so we say, let us introduce you to the vaccine confidence bill. What this does is set out a set of rules so that the people in this state, the citizens of this state will know that our state legislator cares enough to make sure that any product that's mandated upon us has been properly tested,
Starting point is 00:28:04 that we're aware there's an exemption if it's not, that they, you know, have taken away liabilities so that we can sue, and all of these basic principles, which most politicians, believe it or not, think is exactly what every vaccine has gone through. And they think, great, this will protect us from the COVID vaccine, and any future bird flu vaccine or monkeypox vaccine that may be rushed onto the market.
Starting point is 00:28:30 Their game, they're in and say, sign me up, I'm in. I'm a Republican. I'm a Democrat, but that I understand. And by the way, they are signing on. And guess what happens next? The moment they all start signing on, what happens? Well, now all of a sudden the Trojan horse has come inside of the city walls. And now the lobbyists come running out.
Starting point is 00:28:51 The barbecuingal lobbyists come running into their office. As they, wait, whoa, whoa, whoa, stop, stop, stop, stop. Don't bring that in here. Why? What's going on? Well, it says that you have to properly safety trial. You have to have long-term trials against placebos. Yeah, I know. I mean, that seems obvious, doesn't it?
Starting point is 00:29:07 And I don't want the COVID vaccine. I'm fine with all the other vaccines have been through this process. No, you don't understand. None of them have been through this process. We've never safety tested any of them. They've never been tested against a placebo. If you pass this bill, people will be able to exempt out of every single vaccine ever made. What?
Starting point is 00:29:30 And that what isn't, they'll be able to exempt out, the what is, you're telling me none of the childhood vaccines meet these simple requirements? They've never been tested against a placebo? Like every other drug I give my grandparents? That is what is happening across this country because of this bill. And yes, we are getting calls. And yes, we are feeling those calls. And then we're bringing in the science that they have never read because,
Starting point is 00:29:57 Now they're curious. Now they went in thinking they could save a vaccine program for the safe vaccines only to discover there's no such thing. There. There's probably a few other reasons that Aaron Siri would want me to get into, but I think I've made my point. Now are we being clever? Sure.
Starting point is 00:30:24 And when I ask you this, as we are clearly outmanned, outnumbered. number, outfunded. We've got a globalist system we talk about every single week that I said last week in Geneva, Switzerland is building an empire to take away your rights that are lining up so they can force any vaccine they want on you. They can lock you down. They can kill your livestock. They can take away your car because of climate change. In the face of all that, should we not use some clever tactics like a Trojan horse tactic? Or should we just tell them exactly where we stand all the time. What our plan is, what our strategy is,
Starting point is 00:31:04 here we come, we're marching through the front door, because we expect to win that way. Well, I'm sure, despite everything I've just said, some of you are still saying to yourself, I still think it's a stupid idea. And you have that right. But for those of you that are donating to us, I want you to know we will use every tactic that's available.
Starting point is 00:31:25 And yes, this one may be burned. And what I'm going to do now is I'm going to have Aaron put up an entire explainer for people that didn't see this show so that anyone that might be confused by that bill will read exactly what I just told you so that there's no more confusion. The truth is, is I think this bill is so genius that they will still have to go out of their way and tell politicians to look out for it, don't listen to it because we didn't properly test all the vaccines. And once they do that, it's already done its job. But for Tadros who's watching, hello, you know, for Tony Fauci and Francis Collins and all of you, Deborah Brooks is out there that are watching, yes, I just gave you the inside scoop on one of our strategies. But let it be known.
Starting point is 00:32:14 It's just one of many we are implementing every single day. We plan on outsmarting you. We plan on waking up the entire world, and we plan on winning.
