Starting point is 00:00:16 Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever you are out there in the world. It's time to step out onto the high wire. Every week, we sit down in meetings with international scientists and lawyers and people from around the world to just get a feeling of what's happening outside of this bubble that we live here in the United States of America. And this week, it really hit me as some incredibly terrifying measures are being implemented in places like Australia and Austria, even the UK. in Germany. And I thought about the amount of times that I've been boastful, talking about how we're winning, and we're seeing people rising up, and we're really beating down the laws here in America. And I realize that this is an international show and that I want to recognize and be
Starting point is 00:01:03 atoned with the fact that we are all in different places in this sort of globalist takeover and agenda around the world. Here in the United States of America, we are benefited by several rights. Perhaps in some ways the right to bear arms, certainly no one's going to go door to door in Texas and forcibly vaccinate anybody. I suppose I could say the same thing for Arizona and a few other states that might cause harm to some people. We also have this pesky little thing called a Constitution and a bill of rights here in the United States of America that is giving us a better footing. Not perfect and it's in jeopardy. But I do want to recognize that we see you, We feel for you, all of our brothers and sisters out there around the world,
Starting point is 00:01:48 which really got us all to thinking and discussing this week, a conversation that I hear happening a lot. There's so many of us that behind closed doors are starting to compare this to Nazi Germany and making that comparison. Some people will go as far as to say things like that on stage or perhaps in an interview. And then there's this backlash by the media, sometimes even from the Jewish community saying that is insensitive to make a a comparison to the vaccine mandates and the COVID pandemic and the lockdowns to make a comparison
Starting point is 00:02:21 to Nazi Germany and the atrocities that happened to the Jewish people during the Holocaust. But, you know, I personally have been involved in this. Back in March of 2019, I gave a speech actually here in Austin, Texas. It's actually one of the reasons I ended up moving here. But I was standing on the steps of the Capitol, and they had just implemented a law in Rockland County, New York that was going to find an arrest Hasidic, really the Hasidic Jewish community as they were walking down the streets because of a measles outbreak that they were concerned about, and that community wasn't getting the measles vaccine, at least some part of it. They were banned from their synagogues, and this was going to be during Passover.
Starting point is 00:03:04 And so because of that, I said this on the Capitol in Austin. I say to you, how are we going to know if you're not vaccinated? How are we going to arrest you? Maybe we'll do it the same way we did the last time. So for you, for all the Hasidic Jews in New York right now, that never thought this moment will come, I am saying, I stand with you. Well, that was, I think, well received,
Starting point is 00:03:35 and it was very heartfelt in my statement there, but there were several headlines that came out against that statement. This is the times of Israel. U.S. anti-vaxxers use Holocaust-era yellow stars to promote their agenda. Another headline, New York Post, anti-bakser slam for using Star of David to promote cause. Controversial anti-vax YouTube host accused of praying on ultra-Orthodox community. So I've been in the middle of this. And for those of you that were obviously taking that out of context,
Starting point is 00:04:03 as about a 10, maybe a 20-minute speech. But truthfully, I was not at that moment saying that, you know, that vaccine mandates in general or that having our children vaccinated could be equated to the Holocaust. It was very specifically in that moment the fact that there were Jewish people in New York that were not going to be allowed in their own synagogues because of an ideology, because of a belief system that they had, that their creator had made them perfect and therefore they did not have to inject foreign substances in their body to be right with God or right with this earth. And so I stood with them. Well now as more and more of us are finding ourselves losing our rights around the world. The question has to be,
Starting point is 00:04:48 you know, what happens if history repeats itself? And is it really wrong to recite things that have taken place? Is that really insensitive? Or is it in fact sensitive? Because I personally believe that I'm very sensitive to the Holocaust. I have some distant relatives that are of the Jewish faith. It's not how I was raised. My father was a Christian minister, but it doesn't mean that I don't relate to those people and certainly I take very seriously the Holocaust that took place and this famous quote that I think rings true throughout time those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it and so insensitivity to mean would be that we act like something never happened and we push it under the rug and say well we're a different people now
Starting point is 00:05:34 we would never do that and therefore there's no reason to discuss it I think the opposite is true I think that we should be very aware that the Holocaust took place and the incredible amount of beautiful lives that were taken from this earth and ask ourselves, are we really immune to that ever happening again? And what would be the beginning steps? Because certainly, certainly Nazi Germany does not start with Auschwitz. Everyone's walking down the street one day fine and all of a sudden they're being, you know, taken in railway cars to Auschwitz. It is a slow, slippery slide into the destruction of one's rights. Right at the beginning of this pandemic, probably not because of the pandemic, there is a great speech given by an Auschwitz survivor named Marian Tursky. This is what he had to say in January of 2020. I think it's poignant, pertinent, and important.
Starting point is 00:06:25 Listen to this. Auschwitz did not fall suddenly from the skies. It was pittering, pattering in all those tiny steps. It was approaching until what happened here behind me did happen. There was a swimming pool and over its door an inscription read, Jews are forbidden to enter. You could say, well, pleasant this is not, but there are so many places in Berlin where you can take a bath or swim so many lakes canals it's nearly like Venice at the same time you can read somewhere else Jews must not belong to German singing associations
Starting point is 00:07:20 so what all right they want to sing they want to make music let them just meet somewhere else they will do their singing all right what comes up later is an order really more of an order than of an inscription non-Aryan children must not play with Aryan children with the German children all right they'll play on their own and then you read We only sell bread and food to juice after 5 p.m. Right, less choice. This makes your life harder.
Starting point is 00:08:11 But after all, after 5 p.m., you can still do your shopping. Now I warn you, I warn you, I'm getting used to a thought, that thought that someone may be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to. someone may be excluded becomes mediated into our lives. The thought that somebody can be stigmatized, that someone may be alienated. And that's how it is done, step by step. Slowly, people begin to,
Starting point is 00:09:05 see that this is something normal, both victims and the perpetrators, the witnesses, those whom we, in English, call bystanders. So clearly put that it could start with a swimming pool. Perhaps you're not allowed in one side of a town, or you have to get your groceries at a different time or from a different store, perhaps you can only mail order your grocery stores. All of these things are happening. But probably most shocking is not video footage from Germany back during the Holocaust, but Germany just a week ago. This is a hair salon in Germany where both the employers and employees had their papers checked. Take a look at this. Good morning.
Starting point is 00:09:51 Good morning. Bezorksand, Hamburg Middle, the Healthsand. I'm at one of the control of the amortment. Perfect. Have you all here registried with the contact? No. No. No. This is a genesis, no test.
Starting point is 00:10:10 No, no corona test. The better than this 3Gs access model on. We have two persons here, who are not a test-natured or in the genesis status, then you're not going to if they have no
Starting point is 00:10:25 not have a problem, we have still the abstands-gebot, 1 meter 50. This is not just happening in Germany right now in New York and in California. a friend removed from a coffee shop while trying to work out the sort of discussions of a film shoot with a film crew because they were not vaccinated pulled out of a coffee shop. This is now taking place.
Starting point is 00:10:47 We're now being segregated. We've seen signs in Canada in the airports separating the vaccinated from the unvaccinated passengers. Separation or the familiarization as was so perfectly described by Mr. Turski. The familiarization of separation of condemning one. group of people over another. And then we see headlines. Here we are. They're separated in grocery stores now. Javier University tells students who aren't fully vaccinated. They're no longer enrolled. Or how about sports? L-A.USD schools removing the unvaccinated student athletes from the teams.
Starting point is 00:11:23 This is no longer something that, and what? We're all going to just accept this because we are. We are. We are accepting this on one level or another. At some point, one of us have accepted doing something, putting on a mask when we didn't believe it was necessary. Perhaps even vaccinating, we know we're meeting those people that are doing it against their own will because they believe it's their only way to survive. It's going to get worse and worse if we don't stop it. And the question is, how much longer? Does it get easier to stop it as it gets further down the road? Where are we at the United States of America? Would we ever use force? Would we ever have people walking in and deciding to not only check our papers, but what happens if we're not compliant? Are we going to be
Starting point is 00:12:05 dragged out? Are we going to be put in a concentration camp of some sort? Because they're building them all around the world. Here's Tony Fauci discussing whether or not perhaps we should use a little bit of force to make the point. I understand and we all understand how people do not like to be told what to do. They want to make their own choice and their own free will. I get that and I respect that. But these are unusual times. And you can't think only of yourself and your own personal opinion. I would prefer, and we all would prefer, that people would be voluntarily getting vaccinated. But if they're not going to do that, sometimes you've got to do things that are unpopular,
Starting point is 00:12:46 but that clearly supersede individual choices and are directed predominantly at the communal good. So it's great if you can volunteer, but if you don't volunteer, we'll have to use force. We've got to achieve the greater good. We've got to achieve the best for what's good for all of the population. And how are we going to do that? Maybe we have to start dividing them. Look at what's happening in Australia. Here's a headline that blew my...
Starting point is 00:13:12 Actually, this is a video talking about how the hospital is going to react to unvaccinated individuals. Take a look at this. Of course, a bitter pill to swallow this morning for the unvaccinated. Queenslanders needing life-saving surgery. It's been revealed that patients will be denied that procedure unless they're fully vaccinated. Many say they're not anti-vaxed, they're just fearful of the side effects.
Starting point is 00:13:33 That policy won't be re-evaluated until February next year. I mean, that's just incredible, right? The idea that now we're going to let you die. We don't care that we're just in a car accident or something just happened. Maybe you're having a heart attack. Oh, you didn't get the vaccine.
Starting point is 00:13:49 You don't believe in our ideology. You're not allowed in this building. None of our doctors are allowed to treat you. That is actually happening. At what point? You let me know, at what point we're allowed to start talking about this level of segregation. We're about talking about letting people die, innocent people die because they have a different
Starting point is 00:14:08 ideology than us. When will we then get to make that comparison to Nazi Germany? It certainly seems like we're getting very, very close. If we're not already there, at least to me, everyone on our team, we said, is this a sensitive topic? Should we go here? We all said, it's time to go there. If we don't do it now, then what chance do we have of stopping this. And if you think, you know, well, it's just Australia, or maybe we're exaggerating it, I want you to know that I am well received by large Jewish communities all over this country and all over the world. I've spoke to thousands in Israel that asked me to be there. I've gone to the communities in the Hasidic Jewish communities and ultra-Orthodox communities in New York several
Starting point is 00:14:49 times. I consider them my brothers, my sisters, and my friends, and I believe that they feel the same thing about me. But what about the other side of that? What if you grew up? in Germany? At what point are they supposed to start making this connection? Well, it's actually already being made by an incredible, brilliant statement by an MP in Germany. Listen to what she had to say. This message goes out to the people in Australia. My name is Christine Anderson. I'm a member of European Parliament and I'm answering your SOS call. I will do whatever I can to make it known to the world that your once free and liberal democracy has been transformed into a totalitarian regime which stramples on human rights, civil liberties and the rule of law.
Starting point is 00:15:40 I'm imploring all of you around the world who still think your governments are looking out for your best interest. At no point in history have the people forcing others into compliance been the good guise. The welfare of humanity has always been the alibi of tyrants. Do you not realize that this vaccine does not protect you from COVID? It does, however, protect you from governmental oppression. For now, that is, but don't think for even a second that this is not going to change tomorrow. I'm a German. And we once asked our grandparents how they could have just stood by in silence, allowing a horrific totalitarian regime to come about.
Starting point is 00:16:35 Anyone could have known. All I had to do was open their eyes and take a look. The vast majority chose not to. So what will you tell your grandchildren? Will you tell them you didn't know? Will you tell them you were children? just following orders? You need to understand it isn't about breaking the fourth wave. It is all about breaking people. Incredible statement. I love the quote that she made. I hope, I think we should all hold this close to us when she said the welfare of humanity has always been the alibi of tyrants. It cannot be better said than that. That is the danger. When they represent,
Starting point is 00:17:26 reference our welfare. When Fauci talks about the welfare of all, the good of all, sometimes you have to take away someone's rights. Never is it okay to take away someone's rights. And so here we find ourselves. And all of this really came to light because last week I shared with you the fact that we looked at the amount of people that are watching the high wire just two weeks ago and we divided that in the amount of people that donated. I told you that 1.8% of you are actually the ones that are donating to the high wire. Now, I made this that point just to talk about how committed are we to this? Because clearly, as we look around the world and we're going to go over headlines from around the world coming up here with Jeffrey
Starting point is 00:18:05 Jackson, there's positive movement, there's negative movement. But you have to understand there's a global agenda at foot and they do not plan on walking away. They are in this to the death. If Tony Fauci loses now, he goes to prison. He cannot lose. He's not going to walk away. He's not going to retire. He is going to stand his ground and he has said that to Rand Paul's face. So we know where they're at. We know where the opposition that doesn't believe in the rights of the individual any longer. And so what are we willing to do? What is our commitment? And I was thinking about that statement. And by the way, after talking about the 1.8%, I want to tell you that I am encouraged by the fact that we had record numbers of you sign up, many for small donations,
Starting point is 00:18:46 but that's okay. I don't even care how much it's for you decide to get involved. So we're no longer at 1.8%. We brought in almost just about 0.2%. So we're just nearing 2%, which is a large growth. It's the largest growth we've had in our donor base. And then I want to talk about, but those of you that aren't donating, I get it. Some of us are having difficult times. There's plenty of places. These are rough times. I understand it. But what about our newsletter? How about just signing up to our newsletter? Do you realize that only 3.8% of you were signed up to our newsletter? All you have to do right now while we're talking is go to the highwire.com, put your email in there. That's it. You put your email in, you subscribe,
Starting point is 00:19:25 you become a subscriber. Now you get all of this free information, all of the peer review science, where we're working hard with international scientists around the world that are risking their careers. They're risking their lives to give us this information from inside, from inside of courtrooms, from inside of government, from inside of hospitals, inside the CDC, inside the they are bringing us this information so that we can bring it to you. Don't you think it would be good that if they're risking their lives that you at least give them the benefit of receiving that information? And I know we all say to ourselves, well, you know, I have so much stuff in my inbox
Starting point is 00:20:01 that I just don't, you know, I don't need another thing there. Really? What happens the moment all of our phones are shut off? It happened in Egypt during the uprising there. What happens if all of our social media goes away? What happens if suddenly you want to know where everyone's at that you agree with? because we are growing to be the majority, they're going to have to stop us some way.
Starting point is 00:20:20 And by the way, all of a sudden, if we could have emailed you, maybe we could tell you where we're all meeting. Maybe we could tell you what the plan is, what's going on, but because you didn't want to take the time, didn't want to take the energy, to just sign up to our newsletter.
Starting point is 00:20:33 We're not going to be able to help you in that moment. This cannot be how we imagine we win this. Sure, I have shouted over and over again on the show. We are winning. But we have not won. what it is going to take to bring the whole world with us. So it's not just maybe Texas pulls through and we isolate ourselves from the rest of the world. We want the world to win this.
Starting point is 00:20:53 We need to be in this together. And lastly, when I thought about this, it made me think about a conversation I had my father growing up a lot. He used to talk about, you know, he was one of these guys, amazing story, grew up on the wrong side of the tracks, was involved in crime, stealing Hoboken, New Jersey, eventually went to jail, and then changed his life and became a minister. But what he would say to me is, you know, that people that steal are the most paranoid people you've ever met. They're more paranoid about being stolen from than anyone you've ever met. And it sort of developed what I would call my definition of karma. I think that a lot of people think that karma is, well, you hit somebody, then you get hit somewhere out there in the future.
Starting point is 00:21:34 No, I don't think that's it. I think what it is is when you hit somebody, maybe wrongfully or for whatever reason, you now live in a world that you've created where people hit each other. may never get hit, but the rest of your life you are looking to possibly be hit. And similarly, if you don't commit to things, then you think the world is filled with people just like you that don't commit to things. And so when people walk up to me and they say, Del, how are you so energetic? How are you so positive with all this going around you, on around you? I say, I don't know. But now I do know. I thought about it a lot this week. I thought about a lot this week. I said to myself, you know what? You know what it is? It's because I actually commit to the things
Starting point is 00:22:12 I care about. I support the people I care about. I'm going to talk to Bobby Kennedy and try and help him sell his book because it's going to change the world. I didn't write it. I don't know if I have anything to gain from it, but I believe in it. And when I do things that I believe in, it makes me feel good. And you know what else it does? It makes me believe there must be other people like me out there doing the same thing. It makes me feel by doing something that the world must be doing something. I can't imagine what it's like for those of you out there that don't commit, won't even sign up to a newsletter, sit on your couch, hoping the world's going to change, hoping that that 1%, now 2%, that are directly donating to the highwire will pull
Starting point is 00:22:50 this thing through. But 2% has never done it. It has never achieved it. There's a great study that came out that talked about this. Take a look at this. This is out of Science Daily. Minority Rules. Science Discover tipping point for the spread of ideas.
Starting point is 00:23:05 Scientists at Renesselaer Polytechnic Institute have found that when just 10,000, you know, 10% of the population holds an unshakable belief, their belief will always be adopted by the majority of the society. The scientists who are members of the Social Cognitive Networks Academic Research Center at Rens however said that Renzelier used computational and analytical methods to discover the tipping point where a minority belief becomes the majority opinion, the finding as implications for the study and influence of societal interactions ranging from the spread of innovations to the movement of political ideas. 10% of the population, if we hold an unshakable belief, that is what always leads the majority. So there we are. I have hope because look how close we are to 10%. We're at 2% right now.
Starting point is 00:23:54 We can grow. So I'm asking you now, whether or not it's donating, whether it's even donating to us or somebody else. There's other great people out there that are working hard, scientists and doctors risking their lives that need your help, need your funding. You did a great job. taking care of Dr. Paul Thomas last week, by the way. I'm so impressed and it's so powerful how active you are. And many of you up, you know, your donations. And I appreciate that. Another dollar a month. That's fantastic. But I'm talking to all of you out there that aren't taking those baby steps. Will you please start taking baby steps? Not because it benefits us, because it benefits you
Starting point is 00:24:34 to recognize how easy it is. And when you see how easy it is, you will see how easy it is, you will see how easy it will be for all of us to win this together. And as those baby steps lead you out the door, perhaps they will lead you onto a street where you are joined by your brothers and sisters who are rising up all around the world and it looks just like this. Salifized Welcome to the revolution Please It's in a genocide
Starting point is 00:25:41 Everything is central life By the sheep and the snake The real and the fake Giving us a reason to pray I'm gonna make my own choices A voice for the voices They're trying to destroy Yes, avoid in the
Starting point is 00:25:55 If you don't have a purpose If you read the verses You know who we versed Government can tell you what your work This look deeper than the surface They don't ins, we all be in tested Shut your mouth, they comply, that's the message Want you to press on prescription
Starting point is 00:26:09 I want to give a shout out to all those musicians that are now starting to use their voices and their power, their creativity to reach the masses. That brilliant song, Welcome to the Revolution, is by High Res and Jimmy Levy. You can find it on YouTube and Spotify, all those places, certainly support those guys. Let's show how big it gets when you decide to tell the truth of the music. Maybe more and more musicians will join them. All right. We've got a heck of a show coming up. Bobby Kennedy's right around the corner to talk about maybe the most important book ever written.
Starting point is 00:28:57 definitely one of the most important books written in my lifetime. I just read it. It's mind-blowing. We're going to talk about it. But first, it's time for it, The Jackson Report. Jeffrey Jackson. All right, man. What do we got going on this week? Well, things are getting very serious in a lot of the parts of the world. Things are really coming into focus for a lot of people that went along with these step-by-step erosions. It's been famously called the totalitarian tiptoe, and it's off through a jog. So we have a new version of lockdowns and restrictions happening. So let's take a look at the headlines and look at the update here. This is happening globally. Italy begins lockdown of the unvaccinated. Only the double jabs will be
Starting point is 00:29:46 able to fully participate in public life using a super green pass from today. These are headlines. We never would have thought a year ago. Even you and I just reporting on this. And here we are. Germany, the amazing opening. And here's the headlines from Germany. Germany backs lockdown restrictions of the unvaccinated Austria. Austria will end lockdown for vaccinated people. They're still keeping the unvaccinated lockdown with the restrictions there. And then over the last 48 hours, the UK has done something called Plan B. This is the embattled now UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson. What plan B means for you work from home, vaccine passports, extended mask mandates. This was the biggest increase in COVID restrictions since last January.
Starting point is 00:30:28 So the Brits were told that the lockdowns were not going to have. happen again. They were told that there'll be no passports. These both have been now introduced within this past week. And then also what's happening in the UK is there's discussion of mandatory vaccination. They're starting to bang that drum in the media. There's also what's called, I was just alerted to this, a policing bill. So they're looking to criminalize protesting. This is what the headline looks like for that. Jailed for 51 weeks for protesting. Britain is becoming a police state by stealth. Protesting, anybody protesting, failed. These failed pandemic responses, climate protests, BLM, Antifa, it doesn't matter who you are anymore.
Starting point is 00:31:07 You can't take the streets if this bill passes. It's the police crime and sentencing courts bill. And let's pause for a second here. This is not the beginning of the pandemic. We now have good data. How much good data? Check out this headline. Over 400 studies, more than 400 studies on the failure of compulsory COVID interventions. Now, these are the studies looking at lockdown, shelter in place policies, school closures, mask mandates. They've all failed to curb the transmission or reduced deaths. So why are we doing this again? New York, let's bring it to the United States. This one, people may fall off their chair on this one. Children age five to 11 will need vaccine proof for restaurants and cinemas in New York City. This is de Blasio. He's on his way out
Starting point is 00:31:50 in about two weeks, January 1st, but he threw this last shot out there in New York City. Now remember, ages 5 to 11, that vaccine is still emergency use authorization. So they're they're mandating an experimental product on these kids with a vaccine passport. And let's take a second here. Some information just came out from Germany. It's one of the best studies on children in COVID and the risks. And this is what the headline look like. It's called well-structured German study shows no deaths among healthy German kids age five to 11. Now let's look at some of the findings here. This isn't a table. Now, we've covered this so many times in the high wire, but this really just distills it. So here's what they found. Let's just pick a couple of these out. For healthy kids,
Starting point is 00:32:31 of death is three per one million with no deaths reported in kids older than five close to the bottom and the one that stands out kids five to 11 have a risk of going to the ICU of two in 100,000 and zero died. You know, they found, like we've reported, they found that the kids did die. Almost 40% of them were already on palliative care or hospice care. And looking directly at this study, now what they did, this is not a small study. They looked at a major study that already was co-letting this data. Then they took the national registries and the tracking systems in Germany. They looked at all the data. And the authors concluded, the lowest risk was observed in children age 5 to 11 without comorbidities. In this group, the ICU admission rate was 0.2 per 10,000
Starting point is 00:33:18 in case fatality rate could not be calculated due to the absence of cases. Wow. Amazing. The thing that we're forcing, that's the group that around the world we're now forcing to be vaccinated that have absolutely no need for this vaccine. If you've watched our show, if you're brand new to this, you're probably saying, well, hey, man, the unvaccinated shouldn't get the same freedom as the back, you know, as the vaccinated, we've showed you time and time again. The vaccine is not working. It's not stopped transmission.
Starting point is 00:33:43 Only is putting you at risk now. Certainly with kids, we know for a fact, causes more myocarditis, especially for boys, than the illness causes hospitalizations. And so we are at this place now where we are hurting children and hurting people for no reason whatsoever and destroying our rights around it. It's incredible, though, to see all of these studies that are coming around. You keep looking at Fauci, look at these people mandating these draconian laws. You're like, where is your science? We have tons of it. We got 400 studies now. What do you have? Right, right. And you know, you're seeing a lot of people in, as they say famously, in lockstep,
Starting point is 00:34:19 saying the same thing, repeating and parroting the same thing. But there are beacons of hope. There are governments, public health officials, and even presidents saying things differently. This is Brazilian President Hayir Bolsonaro, and he did a speech recently, really against the backdrop of all of this happening in Europe. This is what he had to say. We've got to vaccina for part of the government federal. Nobody was obligated to be vaccinated. Nobody was amassed to lose the right or to lose the employment. Caso not so we're going to respect this right of each one of us.
Starting point is 00:34:54 Because tomorrow, it might have one thing. that you are vaccinated, not concordia, and not will want to be obliging you do this thing in the
Starting point is 00:35:03 day of the world. The Brazil is a fantastic. We have all here that we need to be a great
Starting point is 00:35:11 nation. Not we can start more tollier the rights and our our liberty not have
Starting point is 00:35:19 no preface. Man, it's really sad when you start recognizing that people are, you know, our government
Starting point is 00:35:28 call, our enemies are practicing more freedom than we are here in the United States of America. We're supposed to be the beacon of light and hope and freedom and liberty. And here we have to look longingly upon Brazil. I mean, talk about things in opposite world. Right. And it's a simple speech there, but it rings true. Don't screw with people's rights. Do not take those. Do not erode those. And really, one of the big battlegrounds here now are the medical facilities in the hospitals, And not a battleground because the surge in COVID cases, but because it's been politicized. We have the people and even the patients, as you showed in Queensland with the unvaccinated being
Starting point is 00:36:08 unable to go to the hospitals now. They're being used as this battleground. And this is right from the NHS. This is happening right now, Daily Mail, NHS to scrap routine surgeries to hit number 10's booster deadline. Health chiefs say that there's absolutely, their absolutely only option is to cancel planned operations to deliver 50 million jabs by January with a waiting list for, elective care already at six million. Now, this has been an ongoing scandal, tragedy, whatever we want to call it. There's this back waiting list of people trying to get in, trying to get surgeries, trying to get elective care. Screenings. Hold that thought. Because it just hit me as, you know,
Starting point is 00:36:43 we've talked about this before, looking at that right now, they're trying to make this argument that is the unvaccinated that are making the hospitals and creating this waiting list that, you know, that we can't get to the hospital, right? We talked about that whole fake story about people that we're using ivermectin or horse paste that we're packing up the ERs. But look at what that headline is really telling us. What is telling us is that vaccine that we told you would give you your freedom, that vaccine, the two jabs that you got that we said would flatten the curbs so that we could all get our hospitals.
Starting point is 00:37:14 Now we are going to shut down our hospitals for everybody that needs them, everybody dying of cancer, everybody that needs surgery, things like that, because those vaccines didn't work. We need more vaccines. And so because they didn't work, the rest of you get back in line, we are now going to go back to vaccinating with a third shot because the first two failed. You tell me what the problem is the hospital. The problem of the hospital is these vaccines are getting in the way. They are not working so you're just filling your hospital with people taking a product that doesn't work over and over again instead of treating people for the issues that they can be treated for. It's outrageous.
Starting point is 00:37:47 That's an incredible point, incredible point. And this has been known for several months. There's the health minister in the United Kingdom, Sadie Javid. He had a speech in July of 2021, where he promised to take care of this to get into that backlog and was funded. Take a look at this. I'm the health and social care secretary. There was no doubt about the biggest item that was spilling out of my intray, an NHS waiting list that will get worse before it gets better that was projected to grow as high as 13 million. No government, no health secretary. No society can accept that.
Starting point is 00:38:31 That's why we have prioritized elective recovery, checkups, scans, surgeries with the biggest catch-up fund in the history of the NHS. I take it that catch-up fund was not spent on actually getting to that list because now we're not going to use it. And prioritized, prioritized, okay, exactly. So that's what's happening in the UK right now. It's an absolute tragedy. And I don't know the process for getting these people out of office, but that gentleman should be thrown out. This is now the second or third time we've reported on him going back on his word.
Starting point is 00:39:08 Wow. In the United States, similar things are happening. This situation with the hospitals, but let's just take a look at the breast cancer. So we're not talking about like crooked nails. We're not talking about a skin knee. This is the NHS. Biggest cancer catastrophe ever to hit NHS as up to 740,000 potential cases missed. So they're not doing the screenings.
Starting point is 00:39:29 And similar things are happening here in the United States. This is New York Governor Kathy Hockel. She came out and said something to a similar effect. Governor Hockel will order some New York hospitals to halt elective surgeries. 32 hospitals. They're going to halt non-elective procedures. That goes into effect today. And that's to keep, you know, so the headline reads and so the article reads.
Starting point is 00:39:53 That's to make sure the hospitals aren't swamped like they were last time when this when this surge came in that we were told about. But the problem is you have a lot of your hospital workers that have just been let go because of the case, because of not taking the vaccination. So you're already at a loss. And similar headlines across the country now. This is Becker's Hospital Review, 13 U.S. hospitals closing departments,
Starting point is 00:40:17 ending services. This was just in the last two months. But there are, there is some hope here. A lot of the hospitals because of the Biden court rulings, which are halting these mandates for the health care workers, their headlines looking like this. 15 health care organizations and counting, suspending COVID-19 vaccination mandates. These are health care organizations like Cleveland Clinic, ones in Dallas, Texas, South Carolina, Nashville, Tennessee, goes on and on.
Starting point is 00:40:44 And their headlines are all over the place. I just pulled one, but you can find these almost in any town. Here's one in Texas. Judge's decision last week to delay a vaccine mandate helped them avoid laying off a third of their employees. And it says here, this is from the CEO. He says, quote, let's just say that if it had gone into effect this week, said Ronald Payne, CEO of Southwest LTC management services. I'd be down 20% of my staff. At a time when nursing homes are already experiencing a staffing shortage, it was an especially frightening prospect.
Starting point is 00:41:14 But it's not just a one-sided political issue here. So we even have Politico talking like this. Check out this headline. Dems began souring on vaccine. mandate. So this is this mandate that's really trying to get these healthcare workers out. And it talks with Governor Whitmer from Michigan. Whitmer said she opposes mandate, citing the impact on the state's workforce as Michigan grapples with upticks and cases and residents are split on whether or not to get the vaccine. She says, we're an employer too. The state of Michigan is Whitmer said on Monday
Starting point is 00:41:48 according to the Daily News in Greenville. I know if that mandates happen, we're going to lose state employees. That's why I haven't proposed a mandate at the state level. Some states have, we have not. We're waiting to see what happens in court. Wow. I mean, that is incredible. Whitmer, I think, sits at the top of the list of those people. There's been forcing these draconian measures, yet even she has to beckon to the power of the people standing up.
Starting point is 00:42:12 And that's what this is, right? No matter how you slice it, you know, grab your local nurse or doctor that is threatening to walk out and is refusing that vaccine because they're starting to shift the goalposts for all of us. They're starting to move this conversation politically across this country and now across party aisles. It's fantastic to hear that they recognize if we go through with this. They truly believe now you've done a brilliant job, all of you doctors and nurses out there to be convincing that you are not going to get this vaccine. And now they know it and recognize we won't have working hospitals and we can't have
Starting point is 00:42:44 that. It's very exciting. And perhaps it's in the wind as well. A judge this week just delivered the final blow for now to Biden's vaccine mandate. So this was a Georgia judge, Georgia, a federal judge blocks COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal contractors. This is nationwide. If you look at the ruling here, this is State of Georgia versus Joseph R. Biden. That was on 12-7, December 7th.
Starting point is 00:43:07 And so where do we stand with all of this? There's been a lot of court decisions that we've covered here. It seems like there's two to three each week. So take a look at this. We have a graphic here. We can explain this. All three of them have been halted now. So these are injunctions.
Starting point is 00:43:21 So they're held for nine. they cannot be implemented. That doesn't mean they're completely defeated, but they're working their way through the courts and they cannot be acted on. So number one, we have the federal contractor vaccine mandate. That was introduced way back in July 29th of this year. It was halted November 30th nationwide. Then we have the second one, the employers with 100 or more employees. That was the one that was going through OSHA that we've talked about. That was introduced also on November 4th, 2021. It was halted on November 12th. And then finally, we have the healthcare worker vaccine mandate. This was through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid CMS.
Starting point is 00:43:54 That was introduced on November 4th of this year. Court halted it November 30th, 2021 nationwide. So a lot of incredible movement by the courts here. It seems like this fight is really being taken to the legal battleground, if you will. I mean, as I was saying before, you know, we are very happy with how things are moving here in America. It doesn't mean this is over. I know for a fact it's only going to lead to more pressure. We've cornered, you know, the shrew, as they say.
Starting point is 00:44:23 But as you watch from around the world, I want you to know, we recognize we are fighting to hold the line for the entire world. All of you in Australia and the UK and Germany, I know you're watching. You're watching what it means to have a constitution that actually protects your rights and what it means that port systems that are separated from our, you know, our federal systems. You know, the way our government is set up, you can see sort of the genius. of how this was all put together all the way back in 1776 or when we were celebrating it, I'm excited to see how it's holding up at the moment. It doesn't mean it's over,
Starting point is 00:44:58 but I can tell we are a thorn in the side of the globalist movement that wanted us to be a hell of a lot easier, I'm sure. It's not just the judges that are taking this battle and really giving their opinions. It's the Court of Popular Public opinion that's also making their voice heard. So this was back to the UK for a second.
Starting point is 00:45:17 This was a good morning Britain. It's a very popular news show there. And they put out a poll on Twitter and they asked about mandatory vaccinations. Will you support them? Would you like them? There's 45,109 respondents. 89% said no. What they did was they deleted that tweet.
Starting point is 00:45:34 They took it down because that is the memory hole and that's how that works. So we're not supposed to see that, but we have a screenshot. It's been going around Twitter as well. Power to the people. That's right. Power to the way back machine. So we have also. So similar situation in the U.S.
Starting point is 00:45:50 A Rasmussen poll looked at U.S. voters. COVID-19, voters worry about vaccine side effects oppose federal mandates, says a new national telephone and online survey by Rasmussen reports finds that 54% of likely U.S. voters are concerned about the potential of harmful side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine, including 27% who are very concerned. Incredible numbers there. And just last night, we have the U.S. Senate passing the Republican bill to overturn the Biden vaccine mandate. This was the big news that happened in the
Starting point is 00:46:24 evening yesterday here. And it says, that's the headline. And it says in the article, the Democrat controlled U.S. Senate on Wednesday approved a Republican measure that would overturn President Joe Biden's COVID-19 vaccine or test mandate for private businesses with two Democrats joining Republicans to back the initiative. The 52 to 48 vote sends a legislation to the Democrat-led House of representatives where it faces strong headwings, headwinds, while Biden has threatened to veto it. Now, the two Democrats that voted against this vaccine mandate, if you will, Joe Manchin, he's a Democrat Senator out of West Virginia and John Tester, Democrat Senator out of Montana. So these are some big movements here.
Starting point is 00:47:05 It's fantastic. And in some ways I hate even talking about the party affiliation. What they are is they're free-thinking individuals. And I think there's more and more of those waking up saying, I don't care what the party says. I care about this. But the idea, that every Republican voted for this. Every Republican thought it was a bad idea to mandate this vaccine upon employers, or even mandate testing if they decide they have a religious exemption or anything like that.
Starting point is 00:47:28 I mean, that's phenomenal. And to have two Democrats, I mean, when we start looking at this, it really, now I think we can honestly say we have taken the majority of the nation and look at the UK. So UK, what was that? It was like 88, 89% say, no, they don't believe in mandates.
Starting point is 00:47:44 Here in this country, our own poll amongst the people says 54% are obviously afraid of the vaccine. I think you can go ahead and assume they wouldn't believe mandated product they're afraid of would be a good idea. So they're against the mandates. And now our own political officials, 52% technically is how you can look at that. 52% of our senators in the United States of America just voted against a vaccine mandate.
Starting point is 00:48:07 Now, one of the things I think about, Jeffrey, is how many times we keep having this conversation amongst us, right? I mean, those of us that are out in the public will say things like, well, I'm not anti-vaccine. choice. I'm not anti-vaccine. I'm pro-science. You know, all these conversations. And then there's those of you out there to say, why don't you just admit your anti-vaccine? Well, the truth is, is we may have to. We may actually have to now because the definition has actually changed. Get this. And I think they think this is going to help them. This is Webster's dictionaries.
Starting point is 00:48:34 It's their new definition of antivaxor. Yes, it's in the Webster's dictionary. Antivaxor. A person who opposes the use of vaccines or regulations mandating vaccination. So technically, 52% of the centers of the United States of America are now anti-baxers based on the definition by Webster's dictionary. Now, I get that they made struggle with that, and that's a really ugly name that's being used as pejorative against those of us that are free thinking in this situation. And I think they think, oh, well, we're just going to sideline them. That's what Webster's did, right? That's what the CDC probably asked them to do it. Just make them feel really bad.
Starting point is 00:49:11 Only problem is now more and more people, 54%. And then once you mandate the third shot, and that's the only way. you're vaccinated, all those people that got two shots are going to be called anti-vaxers too. And what happens? Those people say, well, I'm not accepted by the team that I thought I was on that lied to me to get into this situation. I guess I better start getting friendly with those people that I thought you had to do more. I thought you had to be really against vaccines. As it turns out, I'm an anti-vaxxer too. I think guys like Joe Rogan are dealing with this. And people that said, I was just questioning one vaccine or one issue or one test,
Starting point is 00:49:42 and now I'm lopped in with everybody. Well, welcome to the party. on in. The pool is warm. We're all here. Join us. And we're supposed to remember that these vaccines are completely safe. There's no issues with them. That's what we were told, even though they were rushed, no matter what they say, they were rushed through their testing of safety and efficacy. The timeline was sped up. And this is what we've been droning on and on about. This is what we've been taught to listen to in the news. Take a listen to this. This vaccine met the FDA's rigorous standards for quality, safety, and efficacy. There should be no doubt whatever that this is a very safe and highly effective vaccine.
Starting point is 00:50:25 I'm confident about its safety and about its efficacy. No deaths are linked to so far. We're not cutting any corners here, no corners on safety or efficacy. Two months of data that we do have studying this vaccine, it doesn't look like there's any serious adverse events. Maybe some redness and a little pain at the injection site at most for a few days if we put all these vaccines together and we're not seeing much in the way of severe events. No serious adverse events at an increased risk beyond placebo.
Starting point is 00:50:57 Dr. Christensen says so far no vaccine related deaths have been certified by the state. So far after even all those doses there's no suggestion that this vaccine actually causes people to die. Experts say there's no evidence any COVID-19 vaccines have led to any deaths. We see the data, we know about it. There's nothing. secret about it. Obviously, we've been shouting about this for a long time. All these statements, there's no evidence of deaths. No evidence? I mean, not even death. I mean, no evidence. How about Vairs? I mean, we keep saying that, right? Vares, you know, whatever we had? 19,000, 532 reported deaths, and they'll say, well, you can't trust Vares. All right, but it's evidence. It would be admissible in
Starting point is 00:51:40 court is something we can point to. So don't tell me there's no evidence of deaths. But I know that's not what you're here to talk about. So, you know, what's the new information on this? Yeah, you've heard you there, say there's nothing secret. Well, there actually is some things that are not public that are being worked on to make them public. And this was the Reuters headline. This story's been running for about a week now and there's new developments here. Reuters, wait, what FDA wants? Fifty-five years to process FOIA request over vaccine data. That's the Freedom of Information Act request that we can get the documents from the government because technically we own those documents. So this is a legal action by one of our attorneys at the Form Consent Action Network, Aaron's series firm, was put this forward.
Starting point is 00:52:28 And basically, they were looking for the FDA, which has all Pfizer's data, was given to the FDA. All Pfizer's experimental data for the vaccine. They're asking FDA to release that data to the public. So this has been going back and forth in the courts. And the latest update on that. Who's asking? Who's Aaron representing in this? Yeah, he's representing a group called Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency.
Starting point is 00:52:55 That's P-HMPT.org if you want to visit that. And who's in that? Well, they're about 78 and counting doctors, medical professionals. Some of them have been featured here on the high wire even, Dr. Peter McCullough. We have Dr. Peter Abe. We have Professor Tom Jefferson, Professor Deney Rancourt, Dr. Joseph Lodapo. He's the Surgeon General currently of Florida, Hardin-Rache. just a tourative force of medical professionals here that have signed on to this.
Starting point is 00:53:24 And the latest part in this story, you can check out Aaron Series substack. And he posted this here as the headline. FDA doubles down. Ask federal judge to grant it until at least the year 2096 to fully release Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine data. Wait, it was 2076 a week ago. Now we're at 2096. It's pushing back even further what's going on there. Hey, we're going back to the future, I guess, or something.
Starting point is 00:53:51 So let's look at the court docs. So this is what the FDA said in the recent court filing. So here you go, it's civil action, public health medical professionals against the FDA. It says the FDA is not able to commit to processing plaintiffs request at a faster rate than the 12,000 pages and 10 data files by January 31st, 2022 and 500 pages per month thereafter. That seems reasonable 500 pages per month. Well, the problem is we've just found. out that there's over 451,000 pages. So if you do some number crunching there, you got a pretty big timeline on your hands. So let's look at what we know now. So essentially the extra 20 years is
Starting point is 00:54:30 just more data, even more pages of data have showed up, which now that 500 per month now pushes us to 2096 before we see the end of it. Okay. Meanwhile, they themselves were able to so thoroughly go through these whatever, what was it, 40,000 pages? of information that they were able to assess that it was safe for all of us. So if you can go through it in, what, 100 days or so, then certainly you should be able to provide it to us within 100 days. Exactly. And that's the interesting point,
Starting point is 00:55:00 because the attorneys did ask the FDA to provide it in actually 108 days. And that's the amount of time that they took, the FDA took, to look through Pfizer's data to approve this. So the fact that they can't just release it to the public in that time is very telling. So what has been released already has been, basically the first two and a half months after the emergency use authorization of Pfizer's vaccine back in late December 2020. So just those two and a half months of reporting, this is what we're looking at here. Let's look at the actual documents that we know about 90 plus pages so far. Cumulative analysis of
Starting point is 00:55:36 post authorization adverse event reports received through February 28th, 2021. Again, that's two and a half months after the EUA. It says here, first of all, this is in-house documents by Pfizer. Pfizer has also taken multiple actions to help alleviate the large increases of adverse event reports. This includes significant technology enhancements and process and workflow solutions as well as increasing the number of data entry and case processing colleagues. To date, Pfizer has onboarded approximately. We don't get to know. That's redacted.
Starting point is 00:56:08 A certain amount of additional full-time employees. More are joining each month with an expected total of more than. Don't get to know that either. additional resources by the end of June 2020. How could that possibly be such critical information you have to redact it? I mean, you know it's just because it looks really bad, whatever it is, or however they're looking at it, but I'm sure Aaron's going to push back against that as he does for us with ICANN when they redact these things. It's absurd.
Starting point is 00:56:34 How many people did you enlist and how many more do you think you're going to need? I highly doubt you're going to win the argument that that is, you know, it is such important information that, like, what, our government can be hacked if we know what that is. crazy exactly so well here here's one of the big bombshell documents here from the adverse reporting now there's a chart that was received and here's what that looks like this is the general overview selected characteristics of all cases received during the reporting interval again it's two and a half months after the EUA so we have here female total relative total cases case numbers of received 42,086 highlighted up at the top there 29,914 were female interestingly enough only 9,000
Starting point is 00:57:16 182 or male. Then you have almost 3,000 that had no data. So that's going to be kind of hard to track, track how that works, I guess. But at the bottom, you have 100, 1,223, quote, fatal case outcomes. So what the heck is that? What's going on there? But what's also interesting to note about this is there's a little over 42,000 cases. But if you look there at the bottom in the small print, you start adding up all of those adverse reactions. it comes out to about almost 140 actual events. So in the case reports, actual events, 140,000. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:57:54 Yep. So you have case reports with multiple adverse events here going on. And that, I mean, gastrointestinal, there's nervous system disorders where 25,957 musculoskeletal, connective tissue just goes on and on with these reports. So the fact that this is in public, this wasn't been. it wasn't able to be debated upon. People didn't see this during the emergency's authorization to make to make any type of informed consent that it's coming out now. This has to be kind of trumpeted from every rooftop to say this is what's really going on.
Starting point is 00:58:29 And what's going on in the rest of the documents? I mean, my gosh. Right. Yeah, what is it? If this is what you're handing us on day one, what is it you're going to try and hide us like, you know, 55 or 75 years out there in the future? Can imagine what it is they're trying to hide? But really, that number.
Starting point is 00:58:45 Can we bring it back in? Let it sink in everybody. We now have Pfizer. They're not going to be able to say that no, it was reported by people that didn't know what they're talking about. This is Pfizer's own reporting system. They're the ones taking it in. They're now telling you within the first two months, they agree that the fatality rate was 1,223. I forget, we talk a lot about the other SARS coronavirus vaccine, right, that, or no, it's the swine flu that killed a bunch of people. I mean, we usually, like, less than 100 people usually die before you shut something down and say, no way.
Starting point is 00:59:18 I think about the RSV vaccine program in the 60s. Two babies died. They say no can do. 1,200 admitted here. And that's just who get through whatever gauntlet to report to Pfizer. So, I mean, outrageous and it's fantastic that, you know, once again, Aaron Siri finds himself in the middle of this. And all of those heroes and scientists that we've been talking about on the high wire, many who are coming onto the high white. to tell the truth because this is that safe place for them.
Starting point is 00:59:46 It's really excited and it makes you, you know, really curious why they want to delay releasing all this information. I can't imagine what else we're going to find in the weeks to come because I doubt, I really highly doubt a judge is going to let them hide this stuff for nearly 100 years. I don't think it makes sense. Well, we have the politicians getting involved too. So we have South Carolina Congressman Ralph Norum.
Starting point is 01:00:08 He introduced legislation here to says to expedite FDA compliance with FOIA request for vaccine data, approval data. So he's asking for all the license, whether it's EUA or license vaccine data, to be released within 100 days if this legislation gets approved. So not only have the court, but you also have politicians and the public, kind of this three, this triad of three forces, really going after this data and trying to get this public. So it's good news.
Starting point is 01:00:35 And we'll see what the courts will decide. Will they shield FDA? We'll be reporting on that. man amazing jeffrey so much information there and and on both sides of it right i mean in some ways it feels like equal and opposite reactions it's fairly balanced the good news with the bad news but the bad news is so horrific the good news is fantastic we have a nation here with the united states of america that appears to be standing up and saying the federal government is not allowed to force vaccines upon its citizens which will be huge to really sort of lock that in for the
Starting point is 01:01:07 century to come because of a misstep by the Biden administration. All right, Jeffrey, keep up the great work. You're doing such a great job, and we'll talk to you next week. All right, Del. Thank you. All right. Amazing. Well, definitely check out the Jackson Report. If you'd like to read and get deeper into the details of the conversations you just saw whipping past you in that part of the show, go to the Jackson Report. He writes on it and does amazing work there, too, where you can get a lot more detail from these stories. you know, as we sort of think about all the things that are going on and it's the holidays are coming up. And, you know, honestly, we're trying to figure out how to do the high wire.
Starting point is 01:01:46 I don't want to be depressing over the next couple weeks while we're all just celebrating family time and things like that. But one of the things that we can think can be, you know, really uplifting about this entire experience is actually sharing it with our friends and family through gifts. We actually worked on some new sort of higher-end lines of clothing and hats and cups and things. Here it is. Go to our shop at the highwire. Check it out. This is the week the book. if you want it there by Christmas. Check out some of the new stuff. We got some beautiful new hats here.
Starting point is 01:02:13 This is the new high wire hat that goes for wintertime. A great notebook. It's really high class. A beautiful pen that you can give someone in your family. I love this. I love the pad for your mouse pad. And then it's a really nice coffee cup. We've had ones before.
Starting point is 01:02:28 Not quite as nice as this. And this hat rocks, of course. I love it every time anyone decides to be brave. We're going to continue that. I kind of call that my personal slogan. It's how I sign my name everywhere I go. So definitely get in there, get vaccinated. You can get your T-shirts there.
Starting point is 01:02:45 There's a whole little gift bag we put together with a bunch of little items. You can just not have to be selected. Spend too much time. Grab a couple gift bags for your friends and family. But order it this week. If you want it there on time, you know how the post office is working. Even FedEx is running slow. It's not sitting on a barge somewhere, but we're going to have to get it to you through the mail system.
Starting point is 01:03:05 All right. We got one more gift, apparently. What is it? I'm hearing this a gift. Here we're, oh my God, we've got a mug, a new mug. Order now at the highwire. Dot shop and to all is good moving, good morning, good afternoon, good evening. From me at the high wire, get your Christmas mug with my mug on it. While supplies last, all right.
Starting point is 01:03:26 Well, look, you know, as I've said, it takes commitment, right? I know that we have 10%. I don't mean to be putting anyone down. I'm just talking about a level of commitment, right? really getting in, diving and doing something. Being involved will not only change the people around you. It changes your own life and your own perspective. And I think one of the greatest examples of that in many ways
Starting point is 01:03:46 is one of the most famous families we have, and that's the Kennedy family. I've had the honor and pleasure to be able to call Robert Kennedy Jr. a very close friend of mine. And I've sat in conversations with him when he's talked about what it was like to grow up in the Kennedy family. His grandfather would make them stand at the end of the table and recite having memorized very important.
Starting point is 01:04:06 very long poems before they'd be allowed to eat at dinner. And his own father would drive through impoverished neighborhoods and say, these are your people, these who we protect, not the people that can protect themselves, those who are not capable of handling their own issues or need to be helped. And so in that family, look at how many senators and politicians that run, you know,
Starting point is 01:04:30 different sporting events and take care of handicapped. I mean, is it genetic? I mean, is that genetic? Is it just simply because if you're born at Kennedy, that means you just do something? Or is it how they're socialized in that family to make a difference? Maybe we all can take a little playbook from that and say, you know what? I want my kids to be active. I want them to be out there.
Starting point is 01:04:49 I want them to be able to speak their truth. Well, nobody does it better. And probably the statesman of this movement is Robert Kennedy Jr. And he, you know, made his way into Europe just recently, just a few weeks ago, to speak in Italy. And this was that profound, prophetic and dynamic moment. No government in the history of mankind has ever relinquished power voluntarily. The power that they have taken away from us over the past 20 months, they will never give back. They have taken away our freedom of speech.
Starting point is 01:05:36 They have closed the churches. They have taken away jury trials against companies, no matter how negligent they are, no matter how reckless they are, no matter how grievous your injury, you cannot sue that company. They have taken away our property rights in the United States. They closed a million businesses for a year with no job. just compensation and no due process. They have taken away our right to be free of warrantless searches and seizures and surveillance by the government. This is a global coup d'etat against liberal democracy across the planet.
Starting point is 01:06:26 And all of these rights that were taken away from us, these governments said it was temporary, It was only two weeks. It would be over. In truth, you can all see what's happening. They are taking those rights, and they will never give them back unless we make them. We've watched him speak to thousands of people all around the world. Of course, here in the United States of America. He's really the statesman, I would say, both for the vaccine risk awareness movement.
Starting point is 01:07:02 Of course, one of the greatest environmental attorneys that the world has ever known. But the reason I want to talk about him today and have him on the show is because of this, the real Anthony Fauci. I just read this book, and I honestly cannot say enough. This may be the most important book of my lifetime, and I really mean that. We have been discussing on the high wire Tony Fauci as we've gone through this pandemic. There's been a lot of conversations about, you know, what is it he's doing, how much he's manipulating, the lies and the deceit, but nothing puts it together in a way like they have in this book. It's now the number one seller on Amazon, bestseller on the New York Times list, Wall Street Journal,
Starting point is 01:07:46 all of that without any help from the press, all the backs of people that keep sharing this. It's my honor and my pleasure to be joined right now by Robert Kennedy Jr. I mean it. I tweeted out myself that in the future, the history books will record two groups of people. those that read this book and those that did not. And here's a spoiler alert. The people that are going to write those history books were the ones that read it
Starting point is 01:08:11 because they're the only ones that are going to survive. It's so important. And so to begin with why this book, of all the things you could write about, why Tony Fauci? Well, you know, you know, Del, that I, you know, I've been doing environmental law for 40 years, so I had a kind of a special insight
Starting point is 01:08:31 on the dynamic of agency capture, which most Americans don't know about. Most Americans are idealistic, both liberal Democrats, conservative Republicans. They may be skeptical about public officials, but they kind of believe in their hearts that the public officials really are at some level
Starting point is 01:08:52 public servants and are trying their best to do the right thing. And I had the unique insight because I've wrote over 500 lawsuits, on environmental issues and probably about a fifth of those, about 20% were against government agencies like the EPA or like the state environmental agencies. Because all agencies ultimately become sock puppets for their industries that they're supposed to regulate. And with the public health agencies, there is a, they suffer agency capture on the steroids
Starting point is 01:09:31 because of these unprecedented, unmatched financial entanglements that they have with the pharmaceutical industry. FDA gets 45% of its budget from pharmaceutical companies. CDC spends $4.9 billion of its $12 billion annual budget, buying vaccines, and then distributing it. So it really is a giant vaccine company, and the mercantile aspects of that have subsumed the regulatory responsibilities. NIH, which is Tony Fauci's agency, owns thousands of patents from pharmaceuticals that they help develop. And individuals within those agencies are collecting up to $150,000 a year in royalties from multiple patents, each one for life. So these are not public health agencies anymore.
Starting point is 01:10:27 They are subsidiaries of the pharmaceutical company, and they do not TonyaS, Fauci does not do public health. He does pharmaceutical development and pharmaceutical promotion. And what I'm saying right now to you is going to sound like exaggeration or hyperbole to many, many Americans who hear that. But as you know, from having lived in this space for some time, but also having read that book, this is not speculation by me, it's not exaggeration. These people These people have nothing to do with public health. They are the opposite of public health regulators. They are promoting pharmaceutical products,
Starting point is 01:11:09 and they are increasing their power, their wealth by doing so. You know, I had an honor very early on in my journey with this vaccine discussion when you gave me a call and asked me to be a part of the commissioner putting together because of the meeting we're going to have at the National Institute of Health, was set up by Donald Trump. Reed Cordish was the one attending there. And we put together a PowerPoint that you delivered masterfully in front of Francis Collins
Starting point is 01:11:40 head of the NIH, Anthony Fauci, and then other luminaries of our virology and autoimmune disease departments as you would. And when I left that meeting, I know that we were all sort of saying to each other as we had laid out all of our problems with the vaccine and the safety trials and things like that, all of the childhood vaccines. And I remember saying to each other, if we had any doubt about the position we had, after leaving that meeting, we all just felt like this is real. We really have a problem here.
Starting point is 01:12:12 These people are blind. And when I got back home, I said to my wife, because it was the first time, I really didn't know who Anthony Fauci was, but I said to my wife, you know, all these people that I was sitting across from, I felt like they really believed that they were doing what was right for the public, that they somehow just didn't ask them. the right, you know, questions that would like put any sort of pressure on their value system, or maybe we haven't done the proper safety studies. Or as you so eloquently put out, why aren't you doing a vaccinated versus unvaccinated study with your own databases? But I said to my wife,
Starting point is 01:12:44 there was one guy in that meeting that wasn't like the rest. I truly believe that I was sitting across with someone that was evil. His intentions, he seemed to, unlike everyone else, really know what was going on, really being manipulated the conversation. And I said it's this guy named Anthony Fauci. He wasn't to me as big a deal as he is now. And I was a little bit too young to be paying attention to the AIDS crisis, which you cover so well in this book. But my question to you is you lay this out.
Starting point is 01:13:14 And I was saying right before we got on here that with this book, I would recommend people buy sheetrock and some putty because you're going to put holes in your wall from the frustration you feel that a man like this has been manipulating science the way he is. Is Tony Fauci evil? Well, you know, I really try to avoid speculating about what's going on in his head or why he does the things that he's supposed to do. I try to be really disciplined about that or writing the book
Starting point is 01:13:48 and just kind of record the facts. But if you look at the facts, it's very, very clear that he suffers from some kind of sociopathy. In other words, some lack of empathy, some lack of basic human morality because he makes decision. There's a German word, something like Schlichtzger, but it's what during the Nazi era, there were people who worked in the death camps and they actually killed people. They put people in the ovens and the gas chambers, etc. But the worst of the bureaucrats, according to, you know, people like Anna Arant,
Starting point is 01:14:39 were the people who murdered from behind desks, who murdered from a distance, who made these huge, vast decisions, which had consequences to, in taking homicidal consequences, a thousand, sometimes hundreds of thousands, the people and then they went home and played with their children and kissed the dog and you know and loved old people and children and all this and they were they they had a Aaron called those
Starting point is 01:15:10 people death killers and um it's a mystery to me about why they and people end up like that but that's Tony he has made decisions which he knows he has to know are lethal to people but he I assume it's an excuse in his head. He's developing a medicine that is good for all of humanity at some point. And therefore, his decisions to sacrifice, you know, that certain people are collateral damage in his experiments are somehow morally justified. And, you know, after that meeting that you and I had with him, he came up to me after that meeting and said, and he pulled me aside in the corridor and he said, keep doing what you're doing.
Starting point is 01:16:00 You know, you're doing a good job and you need to keep pushing us. So what he said to me, but if you remember when we were in that meeting, we said to him because you and I have been saying for two years, because we figured this out. Right. They've never done a, they've never done a placebo control study. Tony Fauci is constantly talking about what we need a placebo control study, but what are we doing? Ibridectin or hydroxycoaclorid. They've never done a placebo controlled study on any vaccine prior to approving, not one.
Starting point is 01:16:37 We said, and incidentally, they also did do it unmasse or lockdowns or social distancing or any he only needs those for things he doesn't want. But at that meeting, he had publicly been saying for years, Alpigri and Bobby Kennedy are lying. We do placebo-controlled studies on every vaccine. At that meeting, you and I sent to him an air in Siri. We said, you know, can you show us those studies? And he said, we don't have them here. And they were looking through their files.
Starting point is 01:17:16 Yeah. You remember that? Yeah, I do. And then they said, well, we don't have them here with us, but we can't send them to you. So we said, okay, we send them. And there was a guy, the reason they were being kind of civil to us is there was kind of a referee in the room from the White House, from the West Wing that they had sent. It wasn't part of the health establishment. But they wanted to look at what would happen when, you know, our story met their narrative.
Starting point is 01:17:44 Right. And, you know, to try to figure it out. So they were on their best behavior that day because they were performing the guy in the White House. So when we said, do you have these studies? They said, yes, we do have them. We just don't have them with us. So they said, we'll send them to you. And of course, they didn't send us anything.
Starting point is 01:18:05 And then you and I and Aaron C.R. Ease sued them and said, okay, show them to us. And then after a year and a half of litigation on the courthouse steps, they came out and said yeah you're right we don't have any we've never done let's see the control study of any of the 72 vaccines that are right we have mandated for our children yeah none of the singular vaccines none of the program of the entire group of vaccines you know you got into this in some detail and you got into some things that i had suspected but put it together really well this is something we kind of all know by watching the high wire but i want to show how you lay it out in this book so clearly. In this one section of the book, you're talking about antibody-dependent enhancement,
Starting point is 01:18:48 which has been really important to us from the moment this happened in Wuhan. So here's what the book says. In April 26, 2020, interview with Farmer Troll, Dr. Zubin Z-dog Domania, Merck's top vaccine promoter, Dr. Paul Offutt, amplify these concerns. Paul Offutt said binding antibodies can be dangerous and cause something, can cause something called antibody-dependent enhancement. And we've seen that. I mean, we saw that with the Gates-funded dengue. vaccine. But with the dengue vaccine and children who had never been exposed to dengue before, it actually made them worse when they were then exposed to the natural virus, much worse. Vaccinated children who were less than nine years of age who had never been exposed to dengue
Starting point is 01:19:26 before were more likely to die if they'd been vaccinated than if they hadn't been vaccinated. You go on to then say that he wasn't the only one. Even Tony Fauci during his March 26th, 2020 White House coronavirus briefing, acknowledge the perils of pathogenic priming, which is another word for antibody-dependent enhancement. The issue of safety is something I want to make sure the American public understands. Does the vaccine make you worse? And there are diseases in which you vaccinate someone.
Starting point is 01:19:52 They get infected with what you're trying to protect them with, and you actually enhance the infection. That's the worst possible thing you could do, vaccinate somebody to prevent infection and actually make them worse. And you sort of conclude with a list of issues. And you said, number one, right after that, Dr. Fauci's first approach was to, abort the three-year clinical trials at six months and then vaccinate the controls,
Starting point is 01:20:13 a preemption that would prevent detection of long-term injuries, including pathogenic, priming, or the antibody-dependent enhancement. Regulators initially intended the Pfizer vaccine trial to continue for three full years. You want to describe this. Now, what you show over and over again in this conversation is Fauci is well aware of these sort of long-term or mid-term issues, this one that's got us all the most concerned, which is what they saw in all the animal trials where you give the vaccine to the animal. It looks like they're safe. Then you draw antibodies to producing antibodies. But when they challenge the animal with the actual
Starting point is 01:20:47 virus, the vaccine doesn't block it or neutralize it. It seems to help the virus into the cells leading to organ failure and death. Now, what you pointed out and what we sort of suspected is then Fauci designs a trial in which he acts like he's going to address all of our concerns. But this would be a concern that would be six months, maybe a year down the road in a human trial. But what does he do? Just a few short weeks after that second vaccine shot, he grabs this tiny little bit of data, says, this is all we need to prove that we're 95% effective, and then calls emergency use authorization, and then erases the control group and gives them all the vaccine.
Starting point is 01:21:27 I didn't know he had done the same thing with AZT. And, you know, and so it's like he selects what is going to be. be his favorite player and then designs a trial to make it look good. And with ACT, he knew that there were long-term effects. In fact, it had failed as an Ebola. I mean, it was having long-term effects when there were other drugs that were available that were safe. And yet, and then we saw it again with remdesivir. Repdesivir is a failed Ebola drug. Apparently, Ebola was better to handle on its own than the toxicity of this remdesivir drug, but he repurposes it for this relatively benign illness for about 99% of us.
Starting point is 01:22:07 But that whole plan in which he designs a trial and then cuts it short before you would see the long-term results, I thought this was the first time it was being done and you show this incredible. It's not even a history. It's like a playbook that he uses over and over again. Yeah, that's exactly right. And with the EZT, you know, he terminated the study after eight weeks. It was a got to be a three-year study.
Starting point is 01:22:33 he unblinds it, give the AZT to all the controls, declare that it's so successful that it's unethical to keep it from the controls. And then he erases the control group. And what he didn't tell anybody that people found out later is that AZT was so hideously toxic. It's like Remdesivir. Yeah. The NCI, the National Cancer Institute, when they developed. It threw it on the junkie.
Starting point is 01:23:05 They developed it as a cancer chemotherapy drug. And cancer chemotherapy drugs poison every cell in your body and will kill you. It will kill 100% of the people who take them if they take them up for a long period of time. What you hope is you give it to them for two weeks and hope it kills the tumor before it kills the person. And so, but AZT was so toxic, it killed all the mites in the experiment. in the experiment, they threw it on the junkie. Early on, GlaxoSmithKline found that when they put AZT in a culture with HIV, it killed all the HIV.
Starting point is 01:23:45 Not surprising, it killed everything. Tony Fauci developed it as the only age drug, and he had to do the same thing he did with the vaccines. He had to kill all of the repurpose medications, and he had to keep the people. people who were getting AZT were dying so fast that he began sneaking them transfusions. So a lot of those people were getting full blood transfusions every day to keep them alive for the eight-week period so he could declare victory. Then he got the permission to use the drug or, you know, he walked through FDA like he does
Starting point is 01:24:25 through a fixed FDA panel that's made up of his paid investigators. And then he mandated for everybody not only who has AIDS, people who are deemed by a PCR test, to have HIV, many of them would never get sick. And virtually everybody who was on ACT died. Most of them died within a year, almost all of them died within two years. He killed with AZT probably 330,000 people during the 1980s and early 1990s. The other thing he did, which is part of this playbook that you're talking about, is he suppressed all of the drugs. There were local doctors who were treating AIDS patients in New York and San Francisco and Dallas, etc. They were finding a lot of drugs that worked for the AIDS symptoms very, very effectively.
Starting point is 01:25:23 Aerosol, Pennadine was one of those. It had tremendous efficacy. But the AIDS patients, most of them were impoverished because they couldn't work, were unable to get it because the insurance companies would not give it to them because it wasn't approved by FDA. They were begging Tony Fauci to get FDA to approve, but he refused. He said, we don't have implicitly controlled trials. And so that's what the film Dallas Fire's Club is about, is people, Anthony McConaughey and a lot of people, other people with AIDS who discovered the AZT was killing everybody who was who were staking it and they were going to Mexico to Canada to Europe.
Starting point is 01:26:09 They got these drugs that actually were smuggling them back in the United States and distributing them to AIDS patients and Nichelle Wallet who wrote that film initially made Tony Fauci the antagonist in her script. He was the villain in the film and the And when they made the film, they took him out of it. But he was the guy who was killing all these aid patients by denying them a drug. The local doctors had proven work. My uncle, as I show in the book, Teddy Kennedy was deeply involved in forcing Tony Fauci, finally, to approve this all-purpose medication as the exact same thing he's done with iburemectin and hydroxychloroquine
Starting point is 01:26:52 killing these drugs because they compete with the vaccines that he knows his buddies are going to make money from. You said it exactly right. He only likes a placebo-based control study when he's going to use it to destroy your ability to use a product. In this case, he didn't use a placebo for remdesivir. No. Remdesivir was, as you point out, remdesivir was a drug that was developed by Gilia.
Starting point is 01:27:21 It was actually, again, created by the National Cancer Institute by NIH. And then given to Gilead, which is Bill Gates, you know, as a huge investment in. And then Tony Fauci tried it on Zika, he tried it on Ebola. And in December of 2019, remember this was one month before the pandemic urgency is declared. It was in a trial in Africa with four other drugs where it were treating Ebola patients. And Ebola patients, 50% of them died. And the safety monitoring board stepped in and said, you've got to pull the remdensivir out of the trial.
Starting point is 01:28:10 I think 30% of them died after they took it for five days. They said it's too dangerous to give to Ebola patients. or 50% of them are going to die. A month later, Fauci takes that drug and he knows it's too dangerous to give to Ebola patients and he puts it in fake trials for COVID.
Starting point is 01:28:36 And he approved that drug, emergency use authorization, without having a study published, without having no data that showed that it prevented a single death. And he had to go in twice, fraudulently changed the study protocols to show that it reduced hospital stays by three days. It didn't, he could not show that it prevented death.
Starting point is 01:29:00 The WHO and the Chinese then published studies almost simultaneously saying not only does not prevent deaths. And these were actually very powerful studies, really good studies with real placebos. They said not only does it not prevent death, it does not reduce hospital stays. Nevertheless, Tony Fauci got this drug approved. The reason he got it approved is because you can only give remdesivir with intravenous, which means it can only be used on hospital patients, which means it would not compete with the vaccines.
Starting point is 01:29:40 Right. So, under the federal law, he had to kill Ipermectin and hydroxychlorin, because under the federal law, you cannot give emergency drugs. use authorization to a vaccine, if there is an approved drug, approved for any purpose, that is demonstrated to be effective against the target disease. So if anybody had shown that Ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine or hydroxychloroquine or if, let's say, if Faucied had to acknowledge that Ipermechina hydroxychloric. Right, because clearly we have, you know, hundreds, if not thousands of studies at this point around the world showing exactly that,
Starting point is 01:30:15 But he's not giving it the check of approval. Right. There's about 285 studies, most of them be reviewed. That show Ivermec and hydroxy chloroquine collectively reduce hospital stays by 80% and reduced deaths by 80%. 80% of the people who died from COVID in this country did not need to die. And that's right. You know, we use RIMDETSphere in this country and we had a monopoly on it for the first year
Starting point is 01:30:44 because he convinced Trump to buy 100% of the supplies. Well, that's one of the reasons we had the highest deaths. Right. Because death from that remdesivir looks like death from COVID. It's kidney failure, it's pulmonary endema. All the things that COVID does to kill you, Remdesivir does to kill you. So nobody knew, none of the doctors knew whether their patients were dying.
Starting point is 01:31:08 And this is the same thing that happened with ACT. With the end of the year, the United States, States has 4.2% of the world's population and it has 20% of the world's COVID deaths. We have the highest body count of any country in the world. The Chinese who use early treatment, including chloroquine, which is the cousin hydroxychloroquine, eliminate the pandemic in two months. Pandemic was gone from China by April. They had they use all of the things that our doctors like McCulloch and Corey were telling the
Starting point is 01:31:44 government, these things work. Antibiotics, any inflammatory, any coagulants, steroids, monocloidal antibodies, all of the antidepressin and hydrochloroquine if you use those things, this is a manageable disease. It's like a seasonal flu. He had to block all those things in order to make way for his vaccines. And that's what he did. And that's why the Chinese had a population death rate. In other words, three people die from COVID per million population. Our population death rate was 2,200 per million. We have the worst body counts on Earth.
Starting point is 01:32:27 I don't know how Tony Fauci has a job today. He has a worst record of failure of any health minister on the globe. And, you know, it was all about pushing his drugs which makes me want to challenge sort of your original statement when I brought it up, and I know you're trying to be nice and you're trying to, you know, be objective. But you said you believe Fauci, you know, that he's got some sort of sociopathic tendencies, but that he believes he's, you know, helping people. I actually disagree with that.
Starting point is 01:32:58 And reading your book and how well you laid it out, you know, I believe that I believe that probably is true about Paul Opin. I believe that's true about Stanley Plotkin. I think Stanley Plotkin, who's the godfather's vaccine world, you know, I think he genuinely knows I'm killing some children. He has said we're at war with nature and there's casualties to that war. But he's trying to get to a place where one day I think Stanley Plotkin believes we'll be able to vaccinate for every illness in the world. We'll have beat God, will have beat nature, and therefore we'll never be able to die again
Starting point is 01:33:27 or some crazy thought like that. But it's well intention. Fauci is much different. Fauci is taking products. He knows work. He sees the evidence like hydroxychloroquine, like ivermectin, in the case where AZT was out there, many of the drugs that they were using that were having success with, and he does the same playbook.
Starting point is 01:33:44 I will not even recommend those till I see a double-blind placebo study. He knows they're off patent, so they can't make any, you know, there's not enough money for the pharmaceutical industry to do a $100 million double-blind placebo study or, you know, whatever, that would cost huge numbers if they're going to do it right. And so he knows he basically buries those treatments that would cost you pennies on the dollar. And then he supports a product like remdesivir that he knows cause a reason. failure. With A ZT, he cut the trial short because he knew it killed people. As you said, he's giving transfusions to keep them alive and not giving transfusions to the control group. So they
Starting point is 01:34:17 look like they were dying. This is a manipulative, scary, scary human being that, you know, when I read the book, I thought, you know, when he said, attacks on me, quite frankly, are attacks on science. And we all laughs and what an egomaniac. It's actually true. I now recognize, after reading this book, that Tony Fauci is the one that erased the scientific method. He took away all the double blind studies. He's the one using billions of dollars to hand to the universities. If they make him happy, then he'll give them another drug to work on. But if they don't make him happy, he pulls the funding.
Starting point is 01:34:53 Those professors get fired. Those scientists get fired because they were challenging the system. He is literally controlling the education system. He's controlling what drugs come through the pipeline. If you don't make uncle, you know, if you don't make the godfather happy, then you don't get your next drug sold. I mean, he is moving billions of dollars to erase scientific competition and any questioning of the orthodoxy. It's so terrifying. But beyond that, I just want to move on to one other point because I know you've got to run.
Starting point is 01:35:22 You know, we all saw these... I just want to say, you have convinced me, hell. Okay. I mean, one thing is right. He has destroyed science and he has made science religion. Yes. And so it's all, there's no citation. He never cites a study.
Starting point is 01:35:41 It's all about appeals to authority. Science is what I say it is. And he has all these acolytes around him who are depending on his funding. Who genuflected that kind of that dog, that theology. And, you know, one of them, just a good example, Peter Hottes, who is this venomous little, you know, Tote, for Tony Fauci. And he's actually lobbying
Starting point is 01:36:05 to make a felony a federal crime imprisoned by more than a year to criticize Tony Fauci. And Tony Fauci's encouraging this kind of adulation and adoration by the publican is really bizarre that he gets away with it.
Starting point is 01:36:25 You know, he said last week, once again, people who question me are questioning science. They're anti-science. He's like Louis the 14 said, just sweet, let's thought, I am the state, you know, and he's saying, I am science. Yes, and I think he is responsible now for at least hundreds of thousands of deaths during this pandemic. I think his effect on the world, you could probably argue millions now they're being denied working probable treatments that show success around the world. AZT throw on another, you know, half a million or so people that died that didn't need to because they were denied life-saving. products while he pushed a deadly product on people.
Starting point is 01:37:04 But we all saw these images recently when it looked like he was really getting hot water. Right at the moment, this gain of function conversation came up. Then all of a sudden these images came out where he was torturing Beagles. And somehow it's almost like, you know, I think he threw that out there, like let me deal with Beagle torture over, you know, going to jail for crimes against humanity or being linked in some way to the release of a virus that I might have had something to do with. But this part of your book, I heard a lot of talk back then. Well, he did it to children too, but we couldn't really find those sources. You actually dug that up.
Starting point is 01:37:38 I want to get in this part of the book because I think it's critical to show how sick this world really is. Let me have these slides. Between 1985 and 2005, NIAD and its farmer partners conscripted at least 532 infants and children from foster care in New York City as human subjects of clinical trials testing NIAD's experimental age drugs and vaccines. ICC and the Medical Research Center that conducted the trials received substantial payments for host of the experiments from both the National Institute of Health and the manufacturer of the drugs, among them, all the list of everybody that's ever been in court for killing people with dangerous products. The Vera Institute, relying mostly on city ACS documents, confirmed 80 deaths and that many other children suffered serious harm. The child welfare files contained information in indicting that some children experience serious toxicities or side effects from trial medications, such as reduced liver. function or severe anemia. These toxicities were consistent with the toxicities described in published
Starting point is 01:38:34 articles about the trials. Fouchy poo-poot all those deaths, recalls Vera Shirov. The very best thing you could say about Dr. Fauci is that he failed to get involved when problems emerged on his management watch. You go on the list out of 532 children participating clinical trials or observational studies died while 80 of the 532 died. 25 of the children died while enrolled in a medication trial. 64 children participated in 30 medication trials that were not reviewed by a special medical advisory panel. He was doing this without any purview or vision from medical authorities for ethics, and 21 children participated in trials that the panel had reviewed but had not recommended. And then in a different section of the book, you should have referenced this again,
Starting point is 01:39:16 and there was this paragraph just ripped me apart. If the children refuse the drugs, they're held down in forced bed. If the children continue to resist, they're taking to Columbia. Presbyterian Hospital where a surgeon puts a plastic tube through their abdominal wall into their stomachs. From then on, the drugs are injected directly into their intestines. He did this to Latino children, mostly African-American children, those who had no parents, their parents were drug addicts, were put in foster care, and he used these innocent children as guinea pigs and essentially murdered them in trials with products that already had terrible side effects that knew
Starting point is 01:39:54 about it. I mean, it's so incredible. Here it was, in 2002 children ages 6 and 12 at debilitating strokes. Due the drug toxicities, the six-year-old went blind. They both died shortly after. Another 14-year-old died recently. I mean, just indiscriminately, essentially killing children that were in poorer, you know, areas or in foster care. How is this guy still here? How have so many politicians looked the other way on this evidence that's been presented to them. Yeah, and one of the words things about those experiments, is that it turns out many of those kids, if not most of them, did not even have HIV.
Starting point is 01:40:39 So there's not even a pretense that there was hidden benefit for these children and being getting paid for these drugs. These kids were chosen because they didn't have parents to protect them. And the law says, can't do that. The law says if they don't have parents, the state has to appoint a guardian. And the guardian cannot allow experimentation on those kids unless there's a clear benefit from the medication to the children. And that's the only way that you can legally do it. So Tony Fauci made sure and none of those kids had guardians, which is illegal.
Starting point is 01:41:16 And then he hid what he was doing from the boards. He took foster homes in six states and he turned over to the pharmaceuticals. industry, he made sure that the people who were running those foster homes were not even, did not even have medical training. Most of them were immigrants who came from the Dominican Republic. They knew nothing about medicine or responsibilities and they were sick and when they realized slowly what they were involved in doing to these children, that they were torturing these children. And, you know, there's videos of these children, an old BBC documentary that will make you cry. You, I promise you, you cannot look at these without weeping.
Starting point is 01:41:55 You know, one of these kids, a 12 year old who's trying to protect the eight years old and he has a tube in his stomach. And he's telling them, you know, I tried to fight them and that's what they do if you fight them. You can't fight them. You need to just take the drugs. And the kids didn't want to take them because the drugs were making them horribly sick. And Celia Tharber was this amazing researcher who worked on this chapter for me. did a lot of the original research on it she actually went up to hawthor new york to the gates of heaven cemetery she found the cemetery where fouchi was disposing of the corpses of these children who died in his illegal experiments she found an open pit it was actually
Starting point is 01:42:42 covered by a uh by an astroturf carpet she opened the atchurf carpet and she saw hundreds and and hundreds of tiny little coffins stacked haphazardly upon each other because these are children who have no parents and nobody was there to protect them. And Tony Fauci treated them as collateral damage. And, you know, his objective was to enlarge the markets for these pharmaceutical companies who he had partnered with by allowing HIV, these toxic, toxic chemotherapy drugs to be given. to children and then the next experiments which are in the next chapter which are equally horrendous is his experiments on Africans to try to open markets for the maternal um to end maternal transmission of age so he was giving the most toxic drugs known to humanity to pregnant women many of them about their babies, many of them
Starting point is 01:43:49 did not have HIV, to see what the tolerance levels were. In other words, not to try to help them to see how much they could take before their babies were to abort or before they would die. He is a monster. So to finish this up, really, and I know you've got to run,
Starting point is 01:44:10 I was amazed at how you sort of show this cycle happening over and over again. This, you know, the way that he chooses, the products, he denies the products would help people. There's a moment in the AIDS story where he is clearly, everyone's turned on him. Even the politicians that, I don't know if they're bought out or whatever been on his side, they're turning on him, the entire gay community. And it looks like his days are numbered, and he does this about face.
Starting point is 01:44:35 I don't want to give it away, but he really managed to sort of in his slippery way, bring everybody together in a kumbaya moment and make them think that he's going to be their savior. And he slips out and you think, how is that possible? It was so clear the death and destruction he had caused the uselessness of his department and how dangerous he was. We find ourselves in that moment again, where it seems obvious to a growing multitude of people in this country and around the world that not only does he have the highest death rate in the greatest hospital system that's ever existed, and how you can explain that,
Starting point is 01:45:10 I have no idea, but we see the destruction of our use of treatments that could work. Instead, Remdesivir, that so many people are calling us and saying, my brother, my father, my mother was fine until they put her on the Remdesivir, and now she's dead. Is he going to get away with this? I mean, I know you've been wanting to go after him. I feel like, you know, you want a lawsuit. This book is, I mean, I don't know if this is just your lawsuit at the beginning of it.
Starting point is 01:45:34 Is he going to get away with this? Because he didn't have you on his ass then, and he didn't have me on his ass. Are we going to get this guy, Bobby? I use your hopes. I can tell you, we are doing on. know you are doing this and I can. CHD is using that book as a template for litigation. And we're meeting with attorney generals.
Starting point is 01:45:57 We have attorneys who are preparing suits. And at some point, we are going to bring Tony Fauci to justice. That's fantastic. Bobby, it's a tour to force. The real Anthony Fauci. I cannot say enough about this book. I wouldn't be telling you to get this if I didn't mean it. Get yourself a copy. Get everyone a copy for Christmas. Get your governor a copy. Walk in your senator's office and say, explain this and then I will reelect you. If you do not read this or understand what's happening in our health agencies, then you will never be elected by me again. We have got to get this out to everyone we know. This is a game changer, Bobby. It is so powerful, so impactful. Every chapter ends with nearly three pages of citations, which I love because now I can prove, I can go.
Starting point is 01:46:44 it and find the evidence that's here. The real Anthony Fauci, Robert Kennedy Jr., you are a hero. I am so honored to know you. The times we've gotten to work together have been highlights of my life and I look forward to the moment where we get this guy and put him behind bars because that's where he deserves to be. Thank you, Al, thanks for everything you do. All right.
Starting point is 01:47:08 Take care. Well, you know, if you're one of those people that unfortunately had not read this book, because it wasn't out yet, and you find yourself having taken a vaccine and not realizing how dangerous or deadly it was, and now you're having problems, you may want to go to our website and get some help. Take a look at this. If you or a loved one has been injured after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, including if you are a participant in a clinical trial, go to Injured by COVID Vaccine.com. Submissions are confidential. We are here to help provide support, including connecting with medical specialists and potentially securing legal representation.
Starting point is 01:47:51 To assure the safety of COVID-19 vaccines for everyone, it is imperative that every person injured by this product report their injury. We can provide assistance completing a report to the CDC's vaccine adverse events reporting system. So if you or a loved one has suffered an injury from a COVID-19 vaccine, go to injure. by COVID vaccine.com now. All right. Well, you know, I know I ask a lot of you in this audience. You know, he makes this, he wants us to donate. He wants to sign his newsletter.
Starting point is 01:48:26 And we also have calls to action. And this week we have some very important calls to action. It's time to write in to try and stop once and for all. They're taking in comments for the OSHA mandate and also the federal employees mandate. And so all you have to do to do is we've made it really easy. We've set it up at our website. So you have to track it down. Just go to I can decide.org.
Starting point is 01:48:47 And then you hit, oh, it's right here. It's the bit.ly. Make a comment now. That's all you have to type in. And remember, that'll be in your comments today. All you have to do is look at the comments. We'll have it there. Or it'll be on our newsletter this Monday if you received that because you've signed up like you're supposed to.
Starting point is 01:49:01 But then go in. And you'll see right here where it's happening. There's two comments to make. The first one is going to be you submit a formal comment. You go in. Basically write how you don't think the government should be mandating these vaccines on anybody. Put in your email. boom, and don't forget, you can be anonymous, and don't forget to submit that comment.
Starting point is 01:49:19 We want to bury them in comments. There's two groups out there that are doing this. Obviously, we have OSHA, and then we have the docket for federal contractor guidance. The deadline for the docket for federal contractors is December 16th, so we've got to get on this month. Just a couple more days, December 16th. And then the deadline for the occupational or the OSHA mandate, that is January 19th. So please just take about five minutes out of the soon as we hang up here and we're done here. Please take five minutes to go and send in a letter.
Starting point is 01:49:51 These things actually make a difference. I mean, it's happening, right? You can see that the power is in the people's hands. When you see people like Governor Whitmer saying, I'm not going to force this mandate because I'm going to lose nurses and doctors. That means the nurses and doctors win. The people win. When their houses are flooded with letters, the people win. We've got to get involved.
Starting point is 01:50:11 And so that's what this is all about. What happens if we don't, right? What happens if we don't? I mean, that statement that was made by that MP out of Germany when she says, what are you going to tell your grandchildren? I want you to think about that. And for those of you that want to see me speak, we're coming to the end of the year. My last couple of speaking engagements are coming up this weekend.
Starting point is 01:50:30 Tomorrow I'm going to be in Dallas, Texas at Clay Clark's Reawaken America event. I think I speak somewhere around 12 o'clock noon. I'm not sure if there's still tickets available for that. Obviously, a huge hit. He's doing a great justice and thing in the world to bring all these great speakers to the forefront. And then I'm in San Diego on Saturday at the Heart of Freedom Event. This is December 11th Liberty Station San Diego.
Starting point is 01:50:56 I believe there's still tickets available for that. So make sure that you check that out. We'll also post the link to that right here with the show so you can sign up for that. And after that, I'm going to go have dinner at Basilico's. You remember Tony Roman? He stood up against California even. I mean, he's there in the thick of it, in the eye of the storm, put his restaurant up.
Starting point is 01:51:17 They've tried to shut him down on masks. He's like, not only am I not going to have people wearing masks, I'm not going to allow masks to my restaurant. He's been totally, you know, just thumbing up, you know, against the vaccine mandate. So I'm pumped to go and meet Tony in person. And so I think I'm going to do probably a little meat and greet outside the restaurant there. So if you want to, you know, see me over at Basilico's halfway between L.A. and San Diego. and be there around 8 o'clock on Saturday night. Anyway, just happy to be out there, meeting all of you great folks. So many heroes were well on our way to that 10% that I think
Starting point is 01:51:50 is going to carry this football into the end zone and spike it for mankind. But please do your part. Take those baby steps. Step forward. Because if we don't, it's not just going to affect the unvaccinated. It's not just going to affect the vaccinated. And for those of you are thinking, man, I really would like my friends to watch the high wire. Here's a little piece of information for the vaccinated out there. They're coming for you too. Remember, this isn't about health. There's nothing to do with health. It's about control. This is a video that came out of Hong Kong. Apparently, as we understand it, I didn't bet this, but it does appear to be a reality that there's a flight attendant that is between stops in Hong Kong. Someone on her flight tests positive. She tests negative and has been
Starting point is 01:52:31 doubly vaxed, but because of that person on the flight and that contact, she's going to be quarantined in Hong Kong. Look at this. In my container where I have to stay for the next 21 days. This is the view to more containers where people are staying for a couple of weeks. They said, don't open that door. What do we have? We have bed and bathroom. and basically the stuff that I had with me on my layover.
Starting point is 01:53:28 And that's it. I'm going to begin 21 days. Sure, it looks like a jail cell to me. Don't open that door. You're not allowed out for 21 days. And what was her crime? Being alive. Being compliant.
Starting point is 01:53:46 Getting her vaccines. Doing her job. Because somebody else supposedly was infected. She cannot leave that room for 21 days. That's Hong Kong. It's not North Korea. That's a place you could visit to on business right now. This is happening all around the world.
Starting point is 01:54:04 Don't be blind just because maybe we have the beauty of living in Texas in the United States of America. Remember, there's people in New York that are facing things very close to this. In California, this disease is growing. This truly is the disease that needs to be stopped. It eats away at your civil liberties and your belief in yourself and humanity.
Starting point is 01:54:23 Step up. take those baby steps, get out in March. Every one of us matters. Every one of us is going to be here writing the next chapter of the history books of this time. I think we all chose to be alive at this time, and I know you're busy, but if you do not do something now, they'll take that job away from you. You won't be busy much longer if you don't do what is right now. Let's become that 10% or that 20% Let's just push it over the top with 55% of this country and the world standing together. We know we have the numbers now. 89% polled in the UK, 54% polled in America.
Starting point is 01:55:06 The nation and the world is now ours. Let's make sure we claim it. So we're here to do on the high wire. I'll see you next week. Sad little man sitting deep in a lie. He's dead in a soul. but I'll keep you alive. Do what he says, not what he do,
Starting point is 01:55:34 because the truth is for him and the lie is for you. Sad little man, but he's treated like a god as the faithless prayer to a fake and a fraud. Worship the man, pledged to his word, one shot, two shot, now you get a third. Sad little man. Sad little man, going to trap you like a dog, put your head in the net while they eat you.
Starting point is 01:56:15 You raw. Don't ask why. Just comply. Cause fear is the drug that the doctor described. Sad little man, you can watch him on the news. Preaching to his choir while they learn the rules. Some feel safe and some feel healed, but they'll all hold his hand as he makes the kill. Sad little mess. Listen for the yell. When the truth comes out, he's gonna burn.
