at gmail.com a big fat martini yes yes my ranchi uh the way i want to end my day my r-dubs also
there's a blue cheese olive in my glass wow and i love these glasses i'm gonna pretend i'm an
influencer hey guys um i just wanted to show you some of my favorite things in my house
i'm getting a lot of questions about my cups um i actually found a this
i don't know why people automatically start doing that when they're doing like a little
tutorial or something so true um so i actually um thrift with my boyfriend
at because i have one um and we're so in love he does not have a name yeah he's nameless
my boyfriend he changed his name legally yeah and that's all he wants to be
uh wow these are actually recreations of these special glasses that were in the museum of modern
art that's true oh really yeah they're in the moment oh i was like how did you just come up
with that no it's it's on the bottom of the glass uh mr liz did all the research because i was like
wow wow wow these are fucking cool i'm just gonna buy them but he like immediately is like i have to
look up and learn everything about this thing i'm mildly interested in so then he learned about all
these little glasses i wanted to ask you did you hear about that like drama uh on twitter with
the chili chili gate no okay so to give a quick little recap this happened near the end of
november so like two weeks ago this girl tweeted that um a group of guys like just moved into
and next door to her yeah and she's like i want to make them chili like because they're clearly
just like ordering pizza yeah and people lost their goddamn yeah because people need things
to be mad about like i think my favorite take was that making chili for your neighbors is classist
because you don't know if they have bowls what if they can't afford bowls and also it's like um
it's like incest because you're infantilizing them by like wanting to be like their mom and
make them food how'd you thought about that it was just like the weirdest fucking thing i've
ever seen i was just like you people are terminally online like this not it's not even
chronic anymore like you have seceded past the point of like making any sense at all um so i
texted my mom last night and i was like what would you do if like one of your neighbors made
you chili after you moved in she was like i think it's so nice yeah as a normal person should it's
like a thing people make like cookies for their neighbors when they move in yeah what's the
fucking difference it's just so weird there's no difference and also you know what what if this
girl like loki thought they were a little cute yeah you know just like show off a little bit
like I'm a good cook
and I don't harass them
if they think that you're cute
let them harass you
yeah obviously
that's how men and women work
pick me and choose me
love me
yeah so I was just like
trying to explain the nuances of Twitter
to my mom now
because I was like
yeah people on Twitter
got really upset about it
and they were saying things
you know like what I just told you
and my mom was like
didn't she was like that doesn't make any sense and i was like it's kind of called like virtue
signaling so what that means is like it's like a one-on-one you know people want to they want to
prove to the general public that they're a good person and the way that they do that is by kind
of overstepping and advocating for groups of people who have historically been dismissed or
not thought of or abused whatever um and then uh i was like and it doesn't like accomplish anything
because they're just like attacking a random person talking about their day and they're like
you didn't consider people who have disabilities like uh this also reminds me of the i'm sure you
saw the tweet of the lady who was like i was drinking coffee on the porch with my husband and
like we were looking at our garden and i love him like yeah yes it was just yeah uh fucking
bonkers that people were like well my spouse died so this is offensive yeah i mean it devalues when
people actually have something to be upset about because everyone's upset about everything all the
time um so i saw something that was terminally online earlier today um and i'm gonna read it to
you oh lord uh because i you know when you see these things in the wild you have to just
you have to carpet that dm watch them watch this chaos unfold uh so this person tweeted
um last year my boyfriend and i moved in together but we have our own bedrooms and bathrooms and i'd
like to report it is fucking amazing oh and the comments are insane this person said tell me you're
rich without telling me you're rich i was like this is the same as having a roommate like yeah
what the fuck you're splitting rent with someone yeah um two bedrooms and two bathrooms how dare
you uh and what the um i want to read lol then might as well live separately what is this becoming
the norm these days i want to sleep next to my partner at night if we need time apart either go
out or he goes in the living room and me in the bedroom like what's the problem is this y'all's
first time oh my god cut me a fucking break and then this other person replied like everyone's
different just like most people in their right mind wouldn't pay for that blue check mark yet
here you are damn and that one ratioed of course large by a large amount um i took screenshots of
the ones that i was like this is ridiculous so this person made a joke and they said bedroom
specialist here this is actually a trauma response to not being cozy pilled as a child
and then someone seriously was like this is not a trauma response at all i had therapy and i'm a
fully healed individual as is my partner we already discussed when we live together we're having
separate spaces for our things for us to have space if we need it still plan to have a bed but
why not have our own space also and that i like just taking it way too seriously this one says
why stop there just live in different houses and then someone replied does the idea of together
but with personal space really hurt you that much um this one was one of my favorites because
they are clearly trying to like justify to themselves that like their relationship is
better somehow so they're like so glad our happiness is together and not apart we literally
hate it when it's been too long because of work or whatever no thanks y'all enjoy the soft
separation love that we can't stand being apart from each other instead so much better it's like
who are you trying to convince yeah right probably no also this person talking about her own
experience is not an attack on you no because she didn't know you existed why is everybody
everybody's just so on like they're so fucking ready to be offended yes they they like everyone
it's especially on twitter like on twitter people are so prepared to just like assume
everyone's writing their stupid little tweets with malicious intent um but this is this is the
kicker for me basically you're just giving him permission to jack off and watch porn in his own
room yeah that could never be me i'm too insecure for that but hats off to you what the fuck look
at this emoji combination oh my god give me a fucking break there's crying emo crying emojis
four crying emojis three nausea emojis and then two of the laughing crying emojis
emojis and then after i'm too insecure for that it's the little sad face uh and then a hats off
to you is the fingers crossed emoji that is the most annoying thing i've ever heard in my life
these two king five reporters one of them is a meteorologist i think the other one is an anchor
posted this picture which i know you can't see it when you're listening but they're just like
in normal dresses yeah so it's i'll describe what they look like um it is two young women
because that's what anchors usually look like um they're very pretty one is uh in a like purpley
bright colored dress because listen i worked for my campus news station i don't know if you guys
know this about me so i know everything about being on the you're dealing with a celeb um
no but there you just it's like a whole trend like you have to be wearing bright colors
i don't know um and yeah she has red hair and she looks she looks cute um and then the girl next to
her is wearing kind of a turquoise dress and she has blonde hair and she also looks cute um both
of them have long sleeve or like longer sleeve dresses on and they hit at about the knee how
tight would you classify these dresses as uh average okay all right that they're not loose
but they're also not like skin tight they don't look like they're going to the club or anything
that honestly this looks like business attire because right yeah so this woman her name's linda
i already hate her it's always a goddamn linda so her tweet said i'm sorry but is this what tv
news has to do to get viewership rating pick me ladies it's a news station not a beauty contest
if the producers ask you to wear skin tight dresses then something is very wrong can't wait
for all the hate to come my way consider who may be watching what you're saggy ass yeah i was like
i responded literally it's just because they're pretty like yeah that's literally this lady is
only writing this because they're pretty and they're young and she's not this is called former
pretty girl syndrome have you heard of this no but that sounds have you heard of this have you
have you seen this i'm doing the jay leno have you heard about this have you seen this
pretty girl syndrome kind of to everyone and to no one former pretty girl syndrome okay continue
and i will uh word vomit at you i responded to her and i said not only is this not skin tight
it also objectively doesn't matter are you okay and nobody she didn't respond but she's been
tweeting to other people i messaged um the meteorologist here leah because i know her
and i was like i will not rest until linda wears something that her husband disapproves of
free linda linda i know you need to be out there crying for help and we see you linda
and we are doing our best just show those ankles girl listen we need to get it trending trending
you guys hashtag save linda hashtag save linda save linda save the lindas in your life um okay
so i have been seeing here and there not as much as other common topics but um people talking about
former pretty girl syndrome so that's basically uh what karens are at some point you know where
these and and i've thought about this a lot and i didn't know there was like you know a coined
phrase for it um but just the idea that like pretty privilege exists and we know that
and um pretty privilege is just like getting priority and special treatment because you're
conventionally attractive yeah um and when that happens you're used to just people being nice to
you but then as you age especially as women you're like thrown to the curb so then these women get
older and people aren't nice to them anymore they're not bending over backwards for them like
they used to and you know when your entire life has been people giving you special treatment
because of the way you look now you just think that everyone fucking sucks or is like purposefully
being mean to you because they never have before so that's why you see these women just like going
fucking bat shit crazy because they used to be pretty and they used to have special treatment
and people used to be nice to them without like ever challenging them so this is the first time
in their life they're like kind of having to come to terms with this new reality damn um and i've
thought about that a lot too like um because i've thought about just in general how uh we're treated
as women after a certain age and the thing that made me start thinking about that especially is
now that I'm over the age of 30 I keep thinking I'm only 30 but I'm 31 thank you very much um
but uh just the way that people talk to me about if I'm if I'm gonna have kids and
I was on the fence but now it's kind of turning it's a soft no wow I know and the more I think
about it the more confident I am about that um but just the way people talk to you about
non like a person that does not exist yet and that person would be fully your responsibility
it's not you're not just having a baby and too many people think they're just gonna they're
having a baby and that's why they name them stupid ass names yeah because it's cute when
baby is named something like that the way people talk to you and treat you like now nothing you
have been working for your entire life matters because the only thing that matters is if there
you are going to create another person um and there is nothing else considered like the cost
of that and yeah just how financially and mentally yeah i mean essentially like millennials and under
like we're enslaved to capitalism at this point um and i love these articles that are like
millennials are killing uh this industry and it's like well first of all you you've been lining your
pockets billionaires have been lining their pockets like crazy in the last like what 30 to
40 years and then it doesn't trickle down because they're hoarding it they're hoarding all this
money yeah and um we can't afford anything because they took all the money so i don't really know
what you want from us uh and then they're taxing money that's already been taxed so that's confusing
as well the system is also so fucked like jeff bezos's ex-wife mckenzie is like trying to give
away a bunch of her billions and she's making money back too fast just like with how how her
money is coming in and the stocks that she owns it's just she can't get rid of it i saw something
today that was um it's like a panel of like environmental specialists and stuff basically
like it was like 11 hours long uh talking about all of the extensive research they've been doing
since the early 90s about the long-term effects that are happening with our environment and how
that is speeding up faster than they had originally predicted and just essentially that
were fucked what was that i'm so it was my mail oh that's fine silenced no that's okay i was like
i thought i was like i don't have a doorbell oh it sounded like a doorbell and i was like wait i
don't have that i have a terrifying buzzer um yeah so and then uh one of the comments i saw
I was like, can you imagine like being one of these like insanely rich people knowing that you have like these people are just going to die and they have every capability of helping solve and create a better world and like life for people and they just won't.
yeah and that's like the really sad part because uh i don't know i can't like what's the what's
the reason to have more money than god like it doesn't make any sense it's like i was i was
having a conversation with somebody about this that is on the side of like yeah it sucks that
there are billionaires but here's the reason why we can't have everybody out of poverty and it's
like about like their argument and i i understand but it's also super fucked up is that the price
