an acquaintance because her boyfriend her boyfriend's friend yep okay so this girl comes with her boyfriend and is like sitting on her boyfriend's lap even though there's like a whole lot of room like where she can sit so like off the bat it's already like wait so the guest girl is sitting on the author girl's boyfriend's lap no the guest girl is sitting on her own boyfriend's lap but it was just one of those it was like a pda thing that was just kind of like yeah she kept saying things like um daddy just bought me a new stand mixer and daddy looks so handsome in this shirt tonight I told him to get it she was like saying shit like that and so the homeowner the one that was throwing the party kicked her out because she was making people uncomfortable and

it was an am I the asshole post and I guess she got like a lot of support people being like no you're not the asshole that's like really uncomfy but what's your thought on that well first I want to ask you how would you handle it I would never kick anyone out I'm far too passive I think that uh i wouldn't kick them out but i would certainly either say something yeah and be like why are you calling him daddy yeah i just need to know he hasn't yeah yeah you're really you're really good at like asking questions like that guy that was sitting next to me at the bar and you were like are you experiencing a different reality than me right now like you're good at asking questions that are like oh fuck i know i'm a bitch but no you're not i mean i'm not trying

like the the girl that was calling her boyfriend daddy yelled at the the homeowner like you're slut shaming me it's just a nickname what's the big deal and she's like how is that slut shaming it's not it's well and also daddy is like when you're calling your partner daddy it's inherently sexual right otherwise if you mean it like he's like your dad that's fucking weird yeah right right it's one of two ways yeah so um she apparently um was like the reason for kicking her out at the end was sorry i'm trying to find the part so i get the wording right well so did she originally be like hey you're making everyone uncomfortable yeah and then she was like then she lost her shit so she basically said um so she asked her to stop calling her boyfriend daddy

but she didn't take the news well she got upset and told me to stop making such a big deal over nickname and slut shaming her i told her that wasn't my intention i know i told her that wasn't my intention at all but i would appreciate if she would stop because it's killing the vibe and then she started ranting um but her issue with it was that like she was exposing people to her kink without their consent which is we've talked about a lot um she was like at like you know like a kink party that's one thing but like it wasn't that so like you don't have people's consent to like partake in this dynamic that you have and so that's why she ended up kicking her out and obviously like everybody agreed with her yeah on the am i the asshole post it's her house

yeah it's a it's her house and b that's just like fucking weird it's just weird like like people relaying information to me about their boyfriend and like like i used to live with a girl who would call her boyfriend daddy just like between the two of them and she would like relay a conversation that they had to us and she would say daddy and just like in that little instance it would gross me out so fucking much like i'm fine do whatever you want to fucking do i just don't want to I don't want to hear about it you know yeah that's a bedroom word it's a bedroom nickname yeah but it's true yeah I don't I would feel so uncomfortable if one of my friends called her boyfriend that regularly in front of me yeah it's it's weird yeah I don't like it

because I feel like if you're not yeah it's it starts towing this line between like actually fatherly to you and that is that's something else that you need to think about between you and your therapist might i suggest therapy um so that was one headline the second headline that i have is a couple went viral for filming their daughter's reaction to hearing them having sex which sounds a lot worse than it is yeah i heard about or i was reading about it i didn't watch the video i didn't either uh but i was reading all the stupid ass takes on twitter yeah um so to give you guys a recap this girl thought her mom or her parents or something were like hurt and that's why she was upset she was not upset because they were having sex

and they also six they weren't having sex in front of they're not they're not exposing what sex is to their parent like to their children right you know yeah they're not having sex in front of their kids it's and also like it's their house you know yeah and like even if you're being quiet like it could still to a six-year-old you have like three emotions that you're aware of like yeah well and then the comments are like get a hotel room and a babysitter i was like i'm not getting a hotel room to have sex in my own house right i'm your dumb ass teenage takes are the reason i do not want kids well because like half of these comments are from 14 year olds and also in what world are am i as a 31 year old woman ever like supposed to be exposed to the opinion of

a teenager right never never these these paths do not need to overlap no that was an interesting thing I've been thinking about that the internet creates is that like these very loud and wrong and confident young people are they have a platform yeah and that's fine I want them to have that and have these discussions I think it's important to be loud and wrong among themselves but yeah me as a 31 year old adult adult woman I just I don't I don't I have so much more life experience than you right i have twice the life experience and i'm not even wise so you expect me to think you know everything well that's the i didn't know any i didn't know shit at like 18 but didn't you think you knew everything absolutely yeah but it's like if i was talking

new one because they were like there was just too much in there too much evidence there's too much evidence okay we don't even need to talk about it long i just need i have to talk about it have you been following this vanderpump rules drama no okay so i've watched the show every season i'm fucking obsessed it's like an offshoot of um uh real housewives of beverly hills one of the women lisa vanderpump has this restaurant called okay yeah sir and they like show the relationships of these people anyway um there are these main people that have been on every season and tom sandoval and ariana maddox have been together for nine years tom sandoval sucks all of the men on the show suck but so we've always hated tom yeah he's like cheated in the past and like he's like

there's a guy that used to be on the show named jacks and like there are two toms on the show and they would like ride hard for jacks and jacks was like very obviously problematic and he was like always cheating on his girlfriends and shit and like everybody hated jacks except for tom and tom and like that should have been that should have been red flag number one anyway this girl raquel people recently found out her name is actually rachel she changed to raquel when she's famous yeah but raquel was dating james who sucks they were engaged for like a min this is all important context tom sandoval bankrolled james's entire proposal to raquel it was like holy shit twelve thousand five hundred dollars for this twelve thousand dollar proposal it was like a

fake coachella like for her it's called ruck ruck rachella for like raquel okay anyway then ariana and um and raquel became like really good friends and like ariana was like riding so hard for raquel and was like raquel's so dope like everyone should be nicer to her and then raquel starts fucking tom ariana's boyfriend on the low for six months were they fucking before the proposal because why else would this guy pay for the entire fucking proposal who knows but they were like fucking like like every night he was sleeping next to ariana raquel stayed with them for a night and like ariana caught him walking out of the guest room at like four in the morning she was like what are you doing he was like i was just getting her water like she didn't think

anything else of it but then um fuck she found i would i'd be like oh fuck now we're going through your phone right now well so that's exactly what happened on last wednesday ariana he he was out of he's a performer he's in a band his phone dropped out of his pocket and she like grabbed it from the stage for him so he wouldn't like stomp on it and saw a video of raquel like fingering herself on his phone and that's how she found out and so all this shit has blown up just in the past like few days um but like oh my god the like the people that follow vanderpump rules are fucking going yeah i've seen a lot of people posting about it it was it's like my super bowl i mean it sucks it's so sad because ariana's also been through a lot like she had a lot of trauma from

her past relationship she like didn't want to have sex for a while because her ex made like told her that her vagina was disgusting yeah but um i bet his balls are so smelly they have to be and like ariana's like way way out of tom's league she always has been and like it just fucking sucks that they like let raquel into their group even after her and james broke up they were like no we're like adopting raquel and then raquel's like and now i'm gonna fuck this guy yeah just have some standards also first of all have some standards but also if you agreed to be in a monogamous relationship with someone yeah then be in a monogamous relationship with them yeah otherwise separate yeah don't be together he was making all these excuses for

staying with ariana like oh her grandma just died so like i can't break up with her like she's opening up this sandwich shop she's opening up a sandwich shop um like they're about to open i can't break up with her before the opening but like she kept telling raquel that they were gonna break up and it's like no typical yeah typical it's just tale as old as time and i feel like everyone believes it yeah every time don't be that bitch no but it sounds like people aren't believing it and the entire cast has just like turned on both of them like one of the girls when she found out like raquel's like best friend um is also ariana's best friend and when she found out that raquel was fucking ariana's boyfriend she punched her in the face and gave her a black

eye this was on wednesday beautiful i know it's so now now i'm invested oh my god you would love this show is there a video of her punching her in the face there might be it's so they it's gonna be on this i want you to know if someone cheated on you i'd punch them in the face oh i never got the opportunity to punch your ex in the face i appreciate that i would also if someone dare try it again i've been working out she would she would take really it is a threat she's she's small but mighty she's like an altoid i do i'll mr liz will be there to back me up oh absolutely and he's i love that for me he's a foot taller than me if i ever ran into shoe man it would be on fucking sight oh yeah he'd be scared oh i don't even know what i would do to him but i would do something

um more than most things so we do have a couple of uh topics that we want to cover and one of them is a little sensitive so we'll start with the more sensitive one um so just listen with care this is going to be about um the cop that we had previously talked about where there was like that alleged sex scandal at a tennessee small town police department and the lady cop well the um what's it called like the case file or whatever yeah well yeah it was i don't even know really what it was maybe it was like a probable cause thing i don't know what the document there's like a million fucking legal documents but yeah they released a document um the details in this are so revealing and upsetting and the narrative that was created around like yeah this this girl

cop is just so promiscuous and like fucking all our co-workers on company time that is that could not be more incorrect i i started reading it because i was like i want to know what this says and if i can even understand this legal document it's very easy to understand and it was very upsetting so um i also think we just kind of owe it to this woman because like we did talk about this case um probably a few weeks ago and maybe a couple months ago yeah like when it first drops like a couple months yeah yeah and so i think we owe it to her to also like provide the story of what actually happened yeah and um all of these men were her superiors and she was like a junior police officer and you know she's like bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and i'm still pretty i'm still

a cab yeah but i am also anti-sexual assault and harassment yeah especially in the workplace and especially when it's a place of all men using their position of power to manipulate someone so anyways all of these men were her superiors um and one of the sergeants like tried to position himself as like her mentor um and immediately started asking her to have sex with him and like pressuring her and making promises that he'll help get her promoted and different things like that and then also threatening her so all of these men it gets worse all of these men um had an agreement to exploit and sexualize any woman like any female junior cop who they hired so who knows how many other women they did this to but a lot of these things were like non-consensual and i

also just have to say if you have to coerce someone to be intimate with you that's rape so yeah uh like by definition yeah yeah so uh coercion is not a yes um and it's not consent and you know she can sure she like technically said yes but she is also in this environment where all of these men agreed with each other that they were going they were setting out to intentionally do this to the women that they worked with and um they were doing things like they had like a group chat and um one of them had a burner phone the one who was like pressuring her the most um he had a burner phone and was like he would take videos of her without her consent and say he deleted them but he didn't and then he'd just send them to the other officers and

then they would share tips with each other on how they can like exploit her mental health because before like when she even started um and she was doing her training she told her superior like i'm nervous about the mental health part because i have a history of depression and anxiety and he was like it'll be fine just lie so he used this knowledge to manipulate her and then told other men that they work with how to manipulate her and then they'd share different strategies they used so fucked up and um it's so upsetting because it's like who are you supposed to go to when you have to report the cops there's nobody to go to that's exactly what she said too she was like um i i wanted to have a career protecting people but no one was protecting me and if like

the the big boss in charge is one of the people that's sexually harassing you then who the fuck are you supposed to go to yeah but i think she checked herself into a psychiatric ward oh okay after all of this happened yes for like mental health problems um as a result especially of all of these things like she got to a point where she just felt trapped because she was just like these men were relentless that she was just like fine i i guess i'll i'll sleep with you it's so fucked because it's a gang like yes it's literally it's so this gang of men and you're 25 26 yeah and all of them are older than you and like higher up in the ranks and banding together against you that's so fucked up by promising like and by promising that they can help you

and also threatening you with their position of power and then they'll know that if you have like out men doing this to you yeah and if they know that if this gets out then she's going to be positioned as like a slut which is exactly what happened yeah so what ended up happening is um after she her her her mental break um they opened a case about it and to try and get in front of it these men were like oh fuck we need to all say that we have the same story and whatever and then they they positioned it as like yeah she's just sleeping around and here's all the people that she's been hooking up with consensually and there's a part of like the original story that dropped where she had gotten fired for having sex on the job how did they get away with that i wonder

how they got away with that or they fired like four people i think it was true i think they also tried to coerce i think they did originally coerce her into lying as well because they're like threatening her you know and um i mean obviously they found out that they were all lying because they like did a deep dive into the investigation and like pulled all of these internal text messages that they were sharing and shit from this fucking sergeant's burner phone he had three phones like how dumb do you have to be his regular phone his work phone and then this other phone that's for his like side catering business but that's also where he keeps all this like probably cheating on his wife stuff i just don't understand how you can be so dumb your

entire fucking job is like interrogating people for doing shit and like a huge part of that is like going through like records on phones even if you have a burner so it's but they like obviously i mean i'm saying like how dumb can you be but that really is so stupid but also they like knew that they would be protected because they were all fucking doing it yeah and they had probably this also screams that they have done this to other women absolutely i wonder like yeah how many other women are going to come forward after this because they literally made a fucking pact together that they were going to treat women as sexual objects and they would share strategies on how to exploit them and you know that they definitely would like prey on women that like

would like have struggles with like depression and anxiety too yeah especially so this woman um was having like issues in her marriage because her and her husband were trying to buy a house and like that's obviously a huge strain in a relationship especially if you're not on the same page so it's just like if you're already having a strain in your relationship and then this person that you work with is like i can be your mentor and like you can confide in me about your relationship and then the second that you do they start pressuring you to have sex right persistently it's it's really ugly it's such a shame and not surprising and that's part of what makes it so sad um but i'm really glad that they've been able to like get this out in the

magnitude that they have too because like the second that this document dropped it was like it caught fire like the original story did thank god good because like at least from what i was seeing but like it's so easy for people to just like lose interest like the 24-hour news cycle is such a real thing but like it's so important that she's heard well so after she was fired she tried to have a job as a waitress and then they had her their waitressing job um they had to fire her because she was just getting harassed and bombarded and it's like this poor woman can't have a normal life now because this gang of men ruined her life yeah and they did it on purpose yeah that's the even uglier part it's fucking disgusting it's like i just have to you have to

believe in karma like you just have to hope that karma's real because like not i need these men to not only lose their jobs but like be like really pathetic existences you know in one way or another i hope they're embarrassed and they better be have a miserable life fucking hell it's so sad it's it's just like disgusting if you think about it in any sort of context like think about it at any other job yeah no i totally i think a lot of people kind of like excuse it because they are police officers and they're like it's just like known to be a boys club and it's known that a lot of police officers are just like fucking idiots they're so many cops are just like the worst fucking kid you knew in high school yeah yeah that's so true who just like did steroids or

something it's just like yeah in the context of like any other job and what makes it so fucked is knowing that like they thought that they are above the law because they are the law like it's just so scary i know i've told you about the cop that i knew um in vegas he like drives drunk all the time and is the most mentally unstable person i've ever met yeah and i believe he's just he can just do that because he's a police officer he thinks he can do whatever he wants there was a video on um i watch a lot of like interrogation videos because i'm out of my mind but because of that i get like a lot of body cam videos on my youtube like front page and i didn't watch it but there was a video of like body cam footage of um a cop in his uniform so he was on the job

getting pulled over by another cop for drunk driving oh my god yeah just they just be doing that they really do be doing that so that was one of the stories that i wanted to talk about today just because i felt like the follow-up was really important yeah i agree and i don't know i was supportive when i thought it was consensual i was like don't be doing that on the job but also fuck who you want to fuck but she wasn't even wanting to fuck yeah like exactly well and then she did say like everyone was like well she should have said no and she's like i did and they didn't take no for an answer right and yeah if you read it a lot of it was rape right and i mean like it could really happen to anyone like i've talked in the past it was like episode 10 that i talked

about this or 5 or 10 that like i've been in instances where i've said no a few times and it was in much less of a power dynamic situation than that so i can't even imagine with multiple men at a job that i want like brainwashing me into like doing this thing yeah that was just one time so imagine if that was persistent every single day from multiple men can't i really truly can't because it's like i don't know it's just like so i don't i think that this this woman like what she went through fish in a tank full of sharks yeah truly what she went through is like it could happen to anybody and like i'm really glad that she's you know like starting the process to get the justice that she deserves because like there's just so many factors of this that

are fucked up and like it needs to like be i'm sure that there's a precedence already set within like communities of cops like this that they like know that they can get away with it and hopefully this is like changing that tide a little bit or like we'll begin to because they can't keep getting away with fucking breaking the law it's so fucking ridiculous they don't even know the law no i loved when you were talking to your lawyer friend who was like like cops don't know the law and then they just do something that is illegal and then he has to try and defend their stupid fucking decision in court yeah it's like it's true they don't even know the fucking law and they never do their job either

they like never fill out their like reports correctly they just like turn in like half written reports so then like the courts have to the gun yeah that's exactly right that's why they have body cams because they're unreliable but then they just like turn off somehow like you know when they're like committing a crime i don't know where that footage went don't be suspicious don't be suspicious we investigated ourselves and we found nothing yeah oh another thing i wanted to add on to this case is um when their like hr started investigating it um i think it was the sergeant like threatened to strangle the person yes there was some sort of like threat of strangulation of this person investigating oh this man's going to jail jail

have pmdd um i've been trying to like tune into my cycle and my body more lately and i've noticed just yeah the week before I get my period is just emotional hell I just everything is like I'm so teary and sensitive and upset and there's also like no real treatment right the treatment is talk therapy um and like generally that's it yeah and also like i have a friend and i texted her last week saying we were going to talk about this and then i never fucking followed up with her and i'm kicking myself for it but um i have a friend that that has like a formal pmdd diagnosis and she said that getting the diagnosis was like like helped her in just itself to know that she's like not losing her mind because like you feel nuts when you're like crying like over nothing once

a month oh yeah or i legitimately started to consider like do i have bipolar disorder because these lows are so low yeah and then my period comes i'm like oh i'm fine now yeah like literally like once you get your period it's just like you feel more emotionally stable and yeah less chaotic um but in a way that's more extreme than pms too like you're saying it is like a more extreme like like i get kind of pissy but like it's saturated yeah um the symptoms of pmdd are anger or irritability feeling on edge overwhelmed or tense anxiety and panic attacks depression and suicidal thoughts difficulty concentrating fatigue and low energy food cravings binge eating or changes in appetite headaches insomnia mood swings so i mean a lot

of these things are already pms symptoms but just like so much more extreme than typical pms yeah and i think that it's like you know not easy to tell the difference but like like i'm a good example like i i get all of these when i when i'm pmsing like but not so extreme like i don't have suicidal thoughts like i'm not having like full-blown panic attacks like i'm just like anxious and sad and like i eat literally whatever's put in front of me you know like that's pms yeah regular pms is much more manageable and you know yeah you're like more aware but when it's pmdd you're like you feel out of control yeah yeah um and there's no like known cause for pmdd um decreasing levels of estrogen and progesterone hormones after ovulation and before menstruation may trigger

symptoms that makes sense estrogen is like a happy hormone you know um serotonin and brain chemical that regulates mood hunger and sleep may also play a role it's just really important to take like the best possible care of yourself that you can i recently started looking up like what types of vitamins and what foods are the most supportive during each phase of your cycle oh so um like if you do suffer from pmdd you want to like treat that with like luteal phase um foods and vitamins and things like that i'm still learning otherwise i would share like what i've found but but it's good to know that like there's like things you can find exactly you can do your own research and find like what sorts of foods are the most supportive it just takes a little bit of digging um and then

i also would like i have like a bank of recipes and then i started labeling them by which phase of my cycle they'll be the best for i love this good for you thanks that's really really great because it's like it really is one of those things that's like as we're saying there's like no known cause of it and like which means that they also like can't really like fix it because like you don't know the cause of it you can't fix it and it's like makes you wonder if like like people with penises could like experience this i'm like maybe there would be like more research done about it but anyway I digress like being able to take it into your own hands and like manage it yourself is so like empowering too because it's just like no I'm not gonna let this thing fucking defeat me

and I don't have any other options but to like handle it head-on and like try to figure it out myself and like try to figure out like what makes me feel better in these instances and like I was saying with my friend like knowing that this is a thing that exists too is like when you get a diagnosis or like you think that you have a diagnosis of something it really makes you feel less nuts oh yeah it's just like having answers is like huge yeah yeah so and then once you have answers you can start like working with them and yeah you know doing things to treat it totally um and let's see if there is yeah some ways to treat it are ssris and antidepressants hormonal birth control pills that have that have drospirin drospirinone and um ethanol

estradiol estradiol estradiol um dietary changes and cutting back on caffeine and adding vitamins like b6 and magnesium may also reduce your symptoms okay i've been taking magnesium yeah you're like a you're like peddling magnesium well it's it's helped a lot with my muscle recovery yeah um and it's helped me feel a lot better doing my during my luteal phase but i think it's made my period late this month oh that that'll do it that was one of the big um my period is late currently and i'm definitely not pregnant um and i think it's a combination of like stress working out harder than normal like and more frequently and uh adding like i went from taking no magnesium to taking magnesium every single day so magnesium is really good for sleep

too yes i usually take it before bed oh does it make you tired no okay um it can so i would say you know like experiment um everything makes me tired i took some earlier today because i was feeling a little anxious so i thought maybe it would help it did not word nothing really helps yeah heard crying helped a little bit um some over-the-counter pain medicines but that just really helps with any sort of pain yeah and i would say like probably the best pain medicine to take would be something like tylenol because the other ones can thin your blood the nsads or whatever nsads yeah um they'll thin your blood so i feel like something like tylenol would probably be less like more effective i don't know yeah uh regular exercise and stress
